What Is a Higher Self ?

When you heard the term “Higher Self” or “Sacred Self” you probably thought of your soul. The truth is your Soul and your Higher Self are different, but let’s not rush and start from the beginning.

The term “Higher Self” is associated with many belief systems but its basic premise describes an omnipotent, eternal, conscious, and intelligent being. This means that it is with unlimited power, with no beginning or end, full with Organized Information and aware of itself.

Hm.. what could this mean? Isn’t that what The Soul is? Don’t worry, I’ll explain everything in a bit.

Many religions interpret this “Higher Self” in a different way because there is not enough knowledge of what it is and what its origins are. The most common mistake is to mix it up with your soul because they are linked together. Despite not knowing what it is, all of us can feel its existence and understand it in our own way.

Now I want you to imagine what we call god as unity of everything, A Great Oneness. This Oneness is all energy that exists, and we know that everything is energy, so this is unity of everything. But, in order to experience feelings The Oneness needs to create separateness just so the energy can interact with itself. This is why the oneness created The Universe.

Because everything changes, energy moves, information is reshaped and linked to different meanings, mater is transformed into different elements, The Oneness needed to save the “treasure” from different experiences as knowledge, truth, and powerful, honest, significant feelings. This Universal Vault is known as Akashic Records (I know it sounds like something that publishes Eminem’s music but the name comes from the Sanskrit word “Akasha” which means “sky”, “space”, or “aether”) or as some call it “The Divine Library” or “Mind Of God”.

Your Higher Self is your “personal locker” in The Universal Vault where you store valuable information through your lifetimes. Your soul is the owner of the locker who searches for valuable “treasure” through a lifetime. Your soul chooses what to take with itself from the locker in each lifetime. The things your soul chooses to take manifest as your talents, core beliefs, and instinct.

What is “The Treasure” you may ask? “The Treasure” is every experience/information your soul finds it significant for your higher purpose. This is usually felt as an outcome from doing something you are passionate about (like working in a fast food restaurant)

Your Higher Self is the locker and your Soul is your essence that comes from The Oneness. Your soul holds your true purpose, your mission and it usually is searching for The Universal Truth. Your Soul stores the valuable information in your Higher Self and that is how your Soul gets stronger.

You must Learn How to Contact Your Higher Self in order to see who you truly are, how to improve, and what are your Soul’s goals. Your Soul interacts through your Spiritual Being, the pillar responsible for setting goals but so does your EGO. To be effective in your mission you need to Balance All 4 of Your Pillars to work as one and look beyond EGO and Fear.

The Art of Asking and Giving

Do you have everything you want? Do you have enough money to do whatever you want as long as you want, to be wherever you want to be?

Of course you don’t, I don’t have enough ether and achieving that is impossible. You may say “but you don’t need money to be fulfilled” and I agree, but the system doesn’t.

We created a world where we express value through money. If we want something we need to value it as much as it is worthy for the one who will let us own, interact or consume the item. That’s the system we created. We need money to build our life as much as an engineer needs screws to build a house.

They say there is no scale that will balance the human eye, which is somewhat true. Even if we Get What We Want, we want something else right away. After we use something that satisfies us we start abusing it because we want more of that satisfaction. This is our greedy nature, but we can control our greed. We can choose to have the things we deserve to have, the things that give us balance.

Because we express value through money we put prices on things we give our value through. We do this because we focus on the What not on the Why. We focus what we give not why we give it. We forget the purpose of our value.

Don’t get me wrong, it is a good thing to value what you do or create, it is very important thing. What I am saying is instead of forcing someone to give money in order to have what you give, give your value and let others experience its worth. Instead of demanding money, ask for money. You will be amazed how many people are willing to pay your worth if you really walk your talk.

This, of course, is most appropriate with the ones who express value through art because the art they share holds different value for each individual. You may ask, “But what is art really?” and that’s a really good question my friend.

The art is something that cannot be explained. The act of explaining art is taking the essence of its existence. But, if we try to understand a little better, we can say that art is a fusion of individual’s heart with other energies creating a harmonious work that speaks directly to the hearts of others.

We all have different values and different points of view. That is why everyone values a single artwork differently and that is why we shouldn’t put prices on art.

Amanda Palmer, in her amazing presentation on TED, says: “Don’t make people pay for music, let them”. Don’t make people pay for the art of your soul, let them. Let people value your work and ask for money in return. If they find any worth in what you’ve created ask them to value it by giving you money. Anyone who finds true worth, whose heart is touched by what you’ve created, will be more than willing to give value in return.

Asking for money to share something you’ve put energy into is honest. Money is like Energy. More money – more power to influence. If you Concentrate a Lot of Your Energy in a product you are creating it is fair to ask for some “energy” back.

Nature always gives without demanding nothing in return and because every element in nature always gives, nature creates the most harmonious circle. We created a system where we must demand something to give something and with that the essence of harmony is destroyed.

Why You Must Always Be Ready ?

We often feel like life is dragging us backwards, like our dreams are further and further away. We have no idea what will happen with us, How We’ll Reach Our Dreams or where the path we walk leads.

We don’t even feel like walking a path. It feels more like a giant field with no signs nor directions. We are stuck wandering through this endless field, judging every dream and hope we ever had. Asking if they were possible and right for us.

Don’t let that infinite scenery get in your head. Understand that your dreams are more powerful than all odds and maybe today you are lost but there will come a time when you get a glimpse of your dream.

Be ready to focus on that direction. Be ready to steer yourself towards your dream. Know what you want from life and don’t let anything nor anyone make you question that.

Life drags us backwards to give us momentum and energy. Energy to blast ourselves into the future. If you Don’t Know What Future you want to aim to, life will blast you at a random direction where you’ll feel safer but you’ll be more lost than you’ve ever been.

Make sure that you are ready and you aim for the right target. Make sure that you know what future is right for you, so when life fires you, you hit the target you’ve always wanted to hit. Make sure you open your eyes and look for the glimpse of your dream.

The truth is there are endless possibilities through our life time. Some chances we see, some we don’t. But we see only the things we look for, so if you believe in your dreams and look for possibilities to make them a reality, sooner or later you’ll see a chance, a direction that leads towards them.

We never needed a visible path, nor signs and directions to show us what we wanted. All we ever needed was believing in what we love, believing in ourselves. All we ever needed to follow was our heart, not logic. Instead of giving your mind the task to choose what is right for you let it choose how you gonna get where your heart points. Let your heart decide where you want to go because its expertise is on what you love. Let your mind decide how you gonna get there because its expertise is knowledge.

Always Know What You Love, always look for possibilities, and always be ready to take action because you never know when life is going to release the string.

What if You Were Erased From Time ?

Don’t worry, this will probably never happen to you and when I say probably I mean 99,9999999999999999…% it won’t. That 0,000000000000000…1% is the possibility for someone to build a time machine and go back in time altering the future with stopping you from being born.

This is hard-core, sci-fi problem, but the reason why I am asking this question aims on a different, more philosophical direction. “What if you were erased from time?” raises another question, “How different would be the lives of others?” which raises the ultimate question, “How much do you matter?”

The sacred geometry of The Universe entangles our lives in a very fragile scheme. If only one tiny piece of this structure is missing than the whole model is taking a new form. This means that everything we do, no matter how small that thing is, we affect the reality we live in, in a way not a lot of us can clearly understand. If you were erased from time, the alternate reality would be a lot different than you can imagine.

The butterfly effect shows that something as small as a butterfly can affect the reality so much, that its existence may create a tornado in the future. Now imagine what kind of affect would a human have. The truth is that No Matter Who You Are, You Matter!

So, we know that we matter. What we really want to know is, How do we affect the lives of other people? Would they have lived better or worse without us?

This is something that every one of us wants to know even if this scenario happening is very much impossible. We want to know this because we feel the need to have value, to matter. We want to be significant to the world, the masterpiece that the world deserves.

Here is the ugly truth my fellow masterpieces, no matter how good or noble you are, your existence has created a lot of sadness. Of course it wasn’t intentional but you were the part of it just like the butterfly was a part of creating a tornado. On the other hand, your existence has created a lot of happiness too. You will never be able to measure the both of them. The only thing you can do is do what you think is right.

It is not important how significant you are to the world, what’s important is to be significant to someone who means the world to you, to affect their world with happiness. You cannot take the responsibility of everything that happens in the world, what you can do is be responsible of your world, Make Your World A Better Place. With that you are making the world of people who love you a better place.

If you were erased from time the reality would have been much different, maybe I wouldn’t have written this text, but people would have lived their lives in a same tempo they do now, there still would have been sadness and happiness. It is not important how much you affect the world, what’s important is how much the world has affected you. How many people changed your life, made you happy. How many times you have smiled, cried, how many people touched your life. So, what if you have been erased from time? It would have mattered as same as people who could have existed matter to you now. What’s important is that you exist, make sure that the world is a better place with you in it. Do Something That Matters To You!

How to Find Your Fire ?

When I speak of how to find your fire, I mean of your energy, The Will That Makes You Do The Thing You Were Born To Do.

A lot of us come to this point, when we lose our will to do anything, when the things we do, feel like they are suffocating us. We feel like we do everything just over and over again and nothing has a point, nothing really matters for us anymore.

This happens when we sub consciously realize that we don’t do the things we really like to do. We know deep in our hearts that we can do and achieve so much more than of what we do now. But, because we lack the will to take action and change the course of our life, we let our fire slowly distinguish.

Like every important thing in life, this too is a paradox. You lose your fire, the will to take action, because you lose your fire. So, how do we escape this circle of demise?

The answer is simple, the same way we entered it…… only not exactly the same….. I was just trying to write cool. In fact, it is not the same way we entered at all, it is quite the opposite. First, we need to answer, How did we entered this circle of demise in the first place?

We go through our lives experimenting with different staff, trying new things, but we forget that Time Slowly Passes and with time, we slowly grow old too. Every human has a survival instinct written in its DNA code and its only job is to make sure you are safe.

It doesn’t care What Are Your Desires And Passions, it only cares that you will survive. So, when some danger is detected it is triggered and it creates the feeling of fear to make you create your decisions based on fear. This will result in you creating more cautious decisions that will make you safer and your future more certain, because your survival instinct LOVES a certain future.

When we realize that we are getting old for experimenting and that in order to be safe in the future we must start a career, and start it soon, so we’ll have the money to create a family and support it, we get scared. We stop feeling and we start thinking. We start asking ourselves, what are our safest options, and we choose doing something that a lot of us don’t like doing. This is how we get stuck in The Circle Of Demise….. yeah, I know, it sounds like a lame magician show.

So, what is the opposite of making a decision based on fear? Making a decision that will make us afraid. Yeah, we need to make a decision based on love, based on what we really love to do, and that decision will make us afraid because The Future Won’t Be Certain anymore for us. We will escape our comfort zone and that is the key in finding your fire. The comfort zone is your circle of demise and everything that you love and that lights That Fire In Your Soul, is outside of it.

So, How do you find your fire? Forget what your mind says and start listening to your heart. Do something that scares you, be afraid and keep on trusting your instincts, escape your comfort zone and just, start doing what you’ve always loved to do. You were born to do that so in the bigger picture, you are doing the right thing.

Is It Possible to Predict Everything ?

As I was betting on some Football games a thought came into my mind. Is it possible to know, and be sure how something will happen before it happens. Or, let me put the question this way, is it possible to predict everything, the entire future? And, if it is possible, then, Is everything already predetermined?

First, let us examine what is prediction! To predict something means to know what outcome will happen before any outcome happens. This means that you have enough Information of the variables, to calculate a probability rate of something happening.

This may sound science fiction but actually it is not fiction at all, it is only science. This happens everyday and almost everywhere around us.

Everything is About The Variables

Let us take weatherman for example. They collect enough data from the present situation, from scientific laws, currents, shape of clouds, statistics of previous weather, locations, period of the year, time, humidity of air, etc. and they calculate all of those variables to come up with a percentage of what the weather will be in the next couple of days. They are pretty accurate but there are times when even they are wrong. Why is this?

Everything is about the variables! Sometimes the data of the variables they are examining is not enough or some variables that are not taken in calculation play their part. If weatherman have enough data for the variables, like how atoms interact with each other through the whole world at exact time, they may tell how many rain drops will fall and even where each rain drop will fall. But, who is capable of processing that much data at once? Well the answer may not be in who but what.

A Supercomputer

What if there is a supercomputer that can process all that information? What if there is a computer that can process everything that happens in the world, every variable needed, to calculate the most likely outcome. What if there is a computer that can calculate what will happen tomorrow in 99% accuracy? For this to be possible the computer needs to gain data about each individual, each atom and not just in the present moment but at least a couple of days before the present moment. Also, it will need to collect data about social behavior and psychological profile of each individual.

Wow, yeah, that is a lot, I mean insanely a lot of information for processing. But, with the technology today and with all the social media that collects various information from almost each individual in the world, all the satellites around the Earth, isn’t it possible to build such supercomputer that collects enough data from every individual? Is it possible then, for the supercomputer, to calculate what will happen tomorrow, maybe not in 99% accuracy but let’s say in 70 or 80% ?

A New Mystery Called Quantum Mechanics

Well it was possible and it almost happened, but then, at the late 20th century a new perception showed the world that not everything is that easy to be predicted. All of the scientists were facing a new mystery called Quantum Mechanics and the world that was seen through QM was more bizarre than strange. Why?

Well let’s say you zoom in to the smallest particle and you examine it. By logic, you think that if that particle was a ball and you took that ball and threw it through a window it will fall at the other side following the trajectory that you have set with the power of your throw, the weight of the ball and The Gravity. We follow those rules, those laws of The Universe. By logic this should happen, right?

Not only the ball will not follow the trajectory but you may get hit by the same ball while another, exactly the same flies through the same window you threw the ball in or fall from the sky above you. Yeah, that is bizarre but it is true and it is strange only because we don’t know how things work on a quantum level yet. We don’t know how The Universe works as much as we think we know. We don’t know all the laws or variables, that is why we cannot predict anything with 100% certainty. That doesn’t mean we won’t learn in the future and that bizarre scenario won’t become normal.
