When we get down to what is the most important thing in life, Being a Life Coach or not, the answer is health. To be healthy you need to give your body what it needs and in this hi-tech, fast spinning world we live in it’s harder to Choose What to Consume From the Choices We Have.

There are a lot of foods that are not as healthy as they promise, but there are also foods that will never disappoint your body and will give you the essentials of health.

These are the 3 winning healthy things you should eat everyday:

 

Oats

Oats are good for your heart and they reduce the bad cholesterol, LDL. They give energy and protein so it is best if you consume them with your breakfast. They are fast for preparation and you can eat them with milk or yogurt.

After this meal you will have enough energy to start the day and go through the tasks you need to complete. There are many benefits you will get from oatmeal, one of the best is that it provides high levels of fiber, low levels of fat, and high levels of protein. It also protects your heart and reduces the risk of cancer and diabetes.

Eat oats every day, you can eat them in the morning, after lunch, on snack time but try not to eat them at night because they give you energy which will transform into fat if not used.
