What is Reality and What is It Made of ?

Digging deeper into the understanding of reality we come to a conclusion that Reality is not exactly what we have always thought! What is reality? A question that troubled and still trouble many of the greatest minds.

Almost everything is created by a combination of 2 elementary particles, Bosons and Fermions. Matter is created by Fermions, and Bosons are the ones that hold matter together, like a glue. Despite these 2 elementary particles, matter is also created by waves and elements like Photons, which light is created from, that are both waves and particles.

Everything Is Made of Matter and EnergySo we come to the realization that matter is created by a combination of waves and particles. The other part of everything is created by some invisible force we call Energy. So everything is a combination of Matter and Energy.

The Energy is usually invisible and it is as important as Matter. It may come from a physical or chemical reaction, from thought, from ritual, belief.. it’s immortal and timeless which means that exists both only in a moment and through eternity. But, what is  Energy exactly?

EnergyIf Matter is the object than The Energy is what makes the object change, move. Energy and Matter are as different as the Immaterial and the Material. If energy is what drives matter than energy is the thing that tells how matter will change so in a way, how matter organizes itself is a product of energy.

Then, what is the energy product of? Our logic may not understand this but energy is a product of matter. This 2 work as 1 and they shape our reality. What we think and believe is what will become and what will become will determine what we will think.

Free WillSo here comes the question of free will and freedom of choice. If everything is this loop of infinite interaction between matter and energy than it is already predetermined what will become, right? Everything is like a big domino effect and the first domino was pushed a long, long time ago.

Well, it may look like that, but we forget about one variable. Us! We are the product of matter and energy as everything else but we are also the “god of our own matter and energy”.

Our UniverseWe are entire universe for its own and we choose how it will develop. The only freedom of choice we have is the choices of what we believe and what has meaning for us. If we choose our beliefs carefully and decide what will have meaning for us, we control what our thoughts will be shaped into, therefore, what our actions will be, and what our reality will become.

We are Matter and Energy that creates and shapes Matter and Energy. Decide what your purpose is, what your vision is and what your dreams are, choose the beliefs that will help you the most on your way to achieving them, and take action to make them reality.

So now, what is reality? The answer is: Reality is what you decide and make it to be. You create your own reality!

New Year Resolutions And How To Get Ready?

This period of the year usually brings happiness and joy. Everyone tries to finish with work and just start partying. The other thing this period is famous for is the option to start over. Everybody feels like that transition from 31st of December to 1st of January will somehow change them into better versions of themselves. We feel motivated, energized, ready to start fresh and gain that success that we chase since long time ago, but what really happens after that clock turns 12?

happy-new-year

Nothing. A few days go by, we follow our promise but after a month or 2 we somehow get back to our older selves. We never change really, we only play the demo version. Why is this? Let me first explain to you what are New Year resolutions.

new-year-resolutions

What Are New Year Resolutions And How Will They Help You?

Every part of our life that we want to fix or improve is actually our passive goal that just lingers in our minds until we arrive to some turning point, like a new year. Than those passive goals become more visible to us because in our subconscious a transition to a new year is like opening a new book where we can write the character from scratch and make him whatever we want him to be.

That is why we set those goals and promises that we call resolutions, just so we can create a better version of ourselves, but we forget one crucial thing for our creation. That is the past characteristics and history of our new character. Those factors are keeping us from moving on and realizing our resolutions.

A lot of people look at resolutions like something that will make you a new person. You should look at them like they are going to Improve What You Already Are. It doesn’t matter how strong you want to change your past mistakes, they won’t leave you until you try to fix them and not erase them.

So, New Year Resolutions are more of rules than goals. They are the new rules that we are going to live by starting from January 1st. We never change, we improve, we are the same person but different rules affect us. We don’t create new character, we create new situations that will make us someone we want to become.

That is why a lot of us never end up with the results we wanted. It’s because we understand resolutions as outcome and not as “a new way”, and when we start applying them we don’t see any change so they lose meaning and we lose motivation.

Change comes with time, and time spent “walking the new way” will get you there. So all you need to do is set those rules, apply them and keep to them with one mindset – “this is my way of living from now on”. When you think like this you won’t have a problem because you expect nothing.

The Whole 9 Yards

Do you know this expression, “The Whole 9 Yards”? The origin of this expression is unknown but it probably comes from World War 2 when Fire Pilots had guys at the doors of their planes shooting at ground targets with 50 caliber machine guns. Those 50 rounds came in belts and each belt’s length was 9 yards, each belt was 9 yards long.

50 CaliberWhen the fire pilots knew that the odds are against them they would say to the men firing the machine guns “Give them the whole 9 yards!”, so if they go down they would know that they gave all they got.

Now, what’s the meaning of this expression? We all have dreams in life. Some of us will reach half of what they dream, majority will forget about their dreams getting lost in the streams of life. Only 1%, maybe even less, will reach their dreams achieving all they have ever wanted and more. Why? I will answer both of the questions with one answer, They gave everything they got.

For the fire pilots and the gunners of the aircraft it was a fight between life and death. For people who have a dream and strong will to make that dream reality it’s still a fight between life and death.

Faith LeapThey cannot accept a life where they are unable to have what they dream about. It is either death, or having what they want. That is why they give everything they have, every fiber of their body works together to spend everything the person has to achieve the goal, to live the dream. Now you need to ask yourself, How much are you willing to sacrifice for your dream?

If your answer is less than “The whole 9 yards” in all probability you will fail. You will work your entire life always feeling like the dream is just around the corner while in fact you’ll be chasing the rabbit.

Nothing less than everything you got is required if you want to reach your dream. You cannot party every weekend, or sleep 8 hours per day or work only 5 days per week and expect to reach your dream.

Walking ThroughYou need to go through hell, you must work 7 days per week and work before you go to work and after you get back from work. You must spend countless sleepless nights working towards your dream in order to reach it in time. You must go that extra mile when your legs cannot carry you any more, do that extra set or finish that extra task no matter how tired you are.

It is hard, of course it is, it’s insanely hard but it’s a fight between life or dead, what else do you expect it to be. If it was easy everybody would do it but it’s not. It’s a filter which separates successful from unsuccessful and you must decide right now, right at this moment, who are you and what are you willing to sacrifice.

If it looks too hard for you and you find that you are happy with what you have, that your dream is not worthy of you sacrificing everything you have than it’s alright buddy, live your life, do what you need to do and be happy. After all being happy is the point of life.

Something MoreBut if you feel that fire burning deep inside every time you picture yourself living a mediocre life, if you know, deep in your heart, that you were born for something greater, bigger than anybody can understand, that you are here to change the world, that your life is more than working for someone 9 – 5, than prepare yourself for hell.

“You must go through hell to get to heaven” there is no shortcut. You must sacrifice everything good you have right now at this moment, everything you achieved. You must never be satisfied with your work until you reach the place you want to be at.

Get Pissed Off for greatness, channel that anger you feel because you are not where you want to be into energy to move you forward. Find Your Fire and let its energy help you through hell because nobody else will be able to help you. Use Everything in Your Advantage and never stop, resist the need to stop and sooner or later you will have The Thing That Makes You Get Up from Bed Every Morning.

Beautiful PlaceIf you give your Whole 9 Yards, only 2 things can happen. Either you’ll reach a place more beautiful than your wildest fantasy with everything you’ve ever wanted, or you will die trying. Whatever happens, at least you won’t live a life that makes you throw up.

A Christmas Carol by Life Coach Code

A Christmas Carol by Life Coach Code,

It was the night before Christmas. The world was calmer than usual. The streets were covered in white. Some of it was snow some of it was frozen, filthy particles polluting the air. The city was covered in fog and nobody walked the streets. It was calm, like after apocalypse calm.

The homes of people were poorly decorated, not in cost but in heart. Everybody prepared for the big holiday rest but nobody knew why they are so tired. People weren’t even laughing. They had no idea how to put a fake smile on their faces. Everything looked Christmassy but nothing felt like Christmas. The Christmas spirit was too far gone, covered in fake cheers, greedy lies, and broken egos.

A boy was writing a text for his website, trying his best to fight for Christmas once again, but his power was low and he was quickly losing what was left. He fought every year since he was born, he fought for a better world, for a better life, for happiness. But he fought alone and it was too much weight to carry solely on his shoulders. It was him who needed help but nobody was there for him like he was for the world.

The Question

A Hero

“Why should I help others?” – he thought. “Why should I help people who doesn’t want to be helped, people who destroy the magic in the world? Why should I help anybody when nobody is here to help me?” – He said.

He looked at the words he wrote, some pointless wisdom he tried to share with the world that was unable to understand the message. He deleted the word document and gave up helping others because it was pointless for him to speak his heart with people who are not listening. With people who are imprisoned by their own mind seeking vendetta for a personal cause.

It was one man against the collective ego, one man against fear itself, one man against destructive greed polluting the beauty of the world. One man tired of fighting for people who don’t want to be helped, against their egoistic minds who will do anything to win. The battle was pointless, hilarious in a way, that one man had not a single, logical chance of defeating the evil and saving Christmas not to speak of the world. The world was too messed up for saving.

Just before all hope was gone, while the boy was walking through his room, like some magical hand pushed him, he slipped and fell over a box of his old toys. Looking at his toys thinking “Really?! I cannot even walk straight?!” he saw something he hasn’t seen in a long time. It was his favorite toy, A Soldier.
