The pandemic allowed my clients to question what it was that was missing in their life and begin the journey of loving themselves back to life.

The biggest lesson I learned in the pandemic is that we all hold a secret of who we really are.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I struggled to keep a float and I was just surviving.

I went on the inner journey of dripping the old self back and rebuilding the new Mary with respect, forgiveness, self belief and self love where I minded my own business and kept on my path.

Find Life Coach | Meet Chanel N. Johnson: How to Improve The Relationship you Have with Your Self

We believe that being a life coach is really similar to being a superhero.

Meet Life Coach Chanel N. Johnson:

find-life-coach-chanel-n-johnson

Name: Chanel N. Johnson
Pillar: The Mind
Who is this coach for: Anyone who feels lost in life and has low self confidence.
How they can help: Build a better relationship with your self and increase self confidence.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

We are doing amazing despite the current pandemic environment. We are learning to appreciate each other and find out new things about each other. Our bond has grown and gratitude and appreciation are at an all time high for us.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

It has affected my clients in various ways. I have a rise in relationship and family counseling. When a busy family has to stay home with minimal outlets, the forced quality time can be overwhelming.

From another aspect, my rise in business coaching is impressive. Many people are opening businesses to leave the workforce or supplement their income. It’s exciting to see how the pandemic has released such great creativity.

I see an adjustment that was uncomfortable initially now being accepted and the lower energy moods are slowly rising back up.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The biggest lessons I learned from the pandemic were to listen to the wise counsel in my head, be still, stay focused, put me first, and trust the process.

I have struggled with all of these things separately and together at different times. I made a pact with myself that I would live in accountability and do something for myself daily.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

It is a pleasure to meet you, I am Chanel Johnson, a native New Yorker who relocated to sunny San Diego, CA 8 years ago. I am an Ori Healing coach. We provide coaching services for life, relationships, family, miscarriage and bereavement, business, personal finance, fitness, and early childhood education consulting.

When I arrived in San Diego, I was in the healthcare field and started a home health care agency. I was sat down for a few years by cancer but I came out of the other side knowing my purpose. I enjoyed taking care of people and in essence I still do, just from a different practice. I started my coaching career after conquering some difficult health battles.

The knowledge I obtained in my research about the mind, attitude, thoughts, self talk, behaviors, and the connection to health lead me to coach. The ability to give a first hand experience of the mind’s power to heal set me in motion.

I studied and studied and applied what I learned to my own life. I saw results, significant results and I started sharing little concepts with others. The feedback I received planted the seed of me becoming a full time coach.

This year I added on business coaching and personal finance coaching. I decided to share my knowledge on starting businesses with the increase of people ready to start businesses due to the pandemic.

I give a road map for people that allows them to be fully involved in their goals and learn to sail to success. I educated myself on different aspects of coaching, took quite a few coaching courses, still have more on my list, and developed my own coaching system.

Coaching is an extremely rewarding experience. What is better than helping people find reasons to smile and turning their ideas into reality?

Coaches do much more, but the highlight to me is when I ask at the end of each session, “How do you feel?” and I hear “Better!”

Having someone allow you on their life path, even if it’s 1 step with them is an honor!

I also am the facilitator of the Ori Women’s Circle. A women’s group that provides a safe space for women to be open and honest in a judgment free zone with the support and accountability of a sisterhood.

Each sister has a business launching this year or already launched. We are a necessary outlet for each other and we consistently motivate and encourage each other to be our best selves.

All of my experiences and relationships have molded me and I have created a mosaic for myself. This is what I bring to coaching, an understanding that things go wrong and solutions to get back on track. My next goal is to take my coaching to the stage and move into public speaking.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

My journey into coaching came from a health challenge, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer and my healing journey lead me to become a coach.

I healed myself with nature, no chemotherapy or radiation but I did have 2 mastectomies. My experiences were beautiful and morbid at times. I learned that a majority of my challenge was my denial of acceptance, self forgiveness, emotions, disappointments and that I had a right to feel.

I put myself on a plane and set life on autopilot. I wasn’t living, I was existing. I owe this realization to the Optimum Health Institute. This is where I was introduced to my internal self and developed the ability to reach alpha consciousness through meditation.

The program at OHI opened me to many aspects of myself I never knew existed. The OHI experience made me want to share the ability to find joy in storms. I built a desire to help individuals by introducing them to tools that can help them build their authentic selves.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I’ve never thought of my coaching as innovative. I actively listen to what is being said while using discernment to hear what the client may mean, to source the root of the challenge.

I take the client through clear and realistic identities of the challenge and we discuss how it affects their life, habits, and behaviors.

From there we start to exchange the challenges for achievements and learn healthier habits in building a stronger relationship with self.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

Here is another interesting question. I never think about being unique so I can’t directly answer the question. I believe the goal of all coaches is to provide their clients the best service.

To say unique would breed comparison and I haven’t sat with enough coaches to compare coaching styles. I judge my coaching by the results of my clients and the healthy relationships they build with themselves.

My coaching is about an indescribable feeling and transformation that I experienced on my journey to self and wanting to walk with others to have their own.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

My clients have a stronger sense of identity, they allow themselves to be heard, they feel worthy, they have confidence, they are organized and focused, they create healthy habits of success, they start successful businesses, they build better communication skills that translate to their relationships, family, and careers, they learn how to deal with fears, to recognize and stage themselves through triggers, they learn to create their own love language, and most importantly, they learn to love themselves as a whole person.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I have exercises I use for my sessions. My top exercise is a life evaluation and tolerations list.

It is important, to be honest with yourself about where you are in life at the moment and what is creating obstacles in order to set clear goals for improvement.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Use your imagination to hug someone, even if it’s a stranger, allow yourself to be hugged, say thank you to the person with a smile, say thank you to yourself with a smile. Capture that feeling in your memory and go there when you need to be pulled up.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

My greatest life lesson I have learned is that love is whatever I want it to be.

There is no time, schedule, reason, or validation necessary to love, you can just love.

Loving, even what you don’t like, is a practice that has allowed me to change my reactions and not be triggered by things that would have in the past set me on fire.

It’s easier to love, sometimes from a distance, and without contact.

Your final thoughts?

Live! Actively engage your life and nature.

Hug a tree, put your bare feet in the grass, dangle them in a stream, sit in the sun, take a deep breath outside, feel the breeze on your skin.

Connect with nature and you will find a deeper connection to yourself.

No matter the size and type of the industry, financial management plays a crucial role in the organization’s success.

The ongoing economic situation has made it challenging for health leaders to meet the needs and objectives of the healthcare system. However, as a healthcare administrator, your primary duty is to manage finances for the smooth running of operations.

1. Set clear cut policies.

As a healthcare administrator, you must know patients’ insurance and reimbursement policies. Keep the data records of every patient updated before they get treatment or visit a doctor. Make sure to communicate financial policies and guidelines to the patients and healthcare service providers openly.

2. Have up to date financial records.

Healthcare organizations are busy all day and night. Due to the pressure of the immense workload, it is easy to forget minor financial details. However, your job demands you to keep track of all inventories and keep updating all the information. Updated financial records are the best way to maintain accurate information and save your organization from unnecessary expenses.

3. Manage cash flow.

Your financial management planning will fall by the wayside if you are not managing cash flow properly. With adequate cash flow management, you can ensure your organization has sufficient funds to fulfill day to day operations.

Human Resource:

Employee management is the most critical resource for any organization.

The importance of human resource management in the healthcare industry has gained more popularity over the past few years.

It is because of different challenges such as the shortage of experienced workforce, changes in healthcare regulations, economic stability, etc. Therefore, it requires healthcare administrators to support human resources in plenty of ways. Some of them include:

4. Keep the appropriate number of employees.

A vital responsibility for a healthcare administrator is to handle the HR role effectively, which involves hiring a sufficient workforce as per the organizational requirements. The best way is to keep track of the number of employees from reports provided by the department heads. Suppose any department faces a shortage of employees. In that case, you must hire immediately to save other employees from the pressure of overloaded responsibilities.

5. Keeping with the regulations.

There are different regulations in different healthcare departments. However, all of those regulations continuously change and update. One of the main tasks and a big responsibility for a healthcare administrator is to keep in track with the newest regulations and make sure that the employees are familiar and also follow those.

6. Recruiting the best candidates.

As a healthcare administrator, you have to evaluate the resume of thousands of applicants while hiring and selecting the best applicant for the interview. You must check whether the applicant meets the required educational criteria and other credentials to choose the best candidate for your organization.

Legal Responsibilities:

Legal issues play an essential role in the healthcare system. Healthcare administrators must stay abreast of laws and regulations to create a safe and secure environment.

Some of the primary legal responsibilities of healthcare administrators include:

7. Creating a safe workplace environment.

Healthcare administrators are responsible for developing and maintaining a safe working environment for the workforce in the organization. You must encourage the patients to provide feedback that helps them to improve the organization’s operations more effectively.

8. Bolster ethical behavior.

Every organization promotes ethical practices through training. However, healthcare administrators are responsible for making sound ethical decisions to create more impact. These leaders can act as role models for employees to support and promote ethical practices. You can encourage moral values by listening to fellow workers, paying attention to their suggestions, and taking responsibility for their actions. Doing so will enable workers to speak up when any unethical code of conduct takes place.

9. Maintain ethics of privacy.

Violation of privacy can lead to distrust issues in patients and negatively affect the organization’s overall performance. As a healthcare administrator, it is your responsibility to maintain the patients’ and employees’ right to privacy and autonomy. Today, healthcare organizations are massively depending on the latest technologies such as Electronic Health Record, EHR, to record sensitive health information and data. So you must ensure these technological systems comply with health laws and regulations.

Emily Williams is one of the coaches we found and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Emily Williams:

find-life-coach-emily-williams

Name: Emily Williams
Pillar: The Spirit
Who is this coach for: Mostly Women who are ready to empower their careers and find fulfillment.
How they can help: Empower Your Career and Self.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

We are all well thanks, I don’t believe there is anyone that has not been affected in some way by the pandemic, and for me 2020 has been the biggest transformational year of my life and I will always be grateful for the opportunities that have arisen out of the chaos.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic has presented an array of challenges to my clients. Initially they had to adapt to a different working environment and the landscape changed with a greater focus on lone working and being glued to their laptops in awkward make shift offices within their living rooms.

The divide between work and home life has become blurred. Normally after a stressful day my clients would come home and unwind but now they struggle to shut off completely from their day jobs. The temptation to continue working is much greater than before the pandemic hit.

Additional, another source of increased stress is job security. A number of clients, as well as friends, family members and myself included, have had to face redundancy or witness their companies going under as a result of the pandemic.

The lack of stimulation also, has been having a detrimental effect of my clients health and wellbeing. Being cooped up all day and night, being focused on their laptops and being scared to venture out due to the threat of the virus has resulted in increased health issues; stress, depression, anxiety and in some extreme cases heart attacks.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

I have learnt that everything happens for a reason and to truly trust your gut instinct. The gut brain link is extremely powerful and can provide insight for all manner of eventualities, questions, situations.

If I had not listened to my intuition or been open to receive the significant amount of signs and coincidences that were occurring daily, then I would not have pursued life coaching and likely I would still been working in a job that was not fulfilling my ultimate goals which were to inspire, serve and empower.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

After experiencing huge stress, overwhelm and health issues for 14 plus years in my corporate roles for high end property developers, I finally sought help and realized that with support, strategies and tools I was able to transform my mindset and I learnt how to cope better in my job an within situations where I previously would have struggled.

I worked within the customer service departments, as I have always wanted to provide inspiration to others as well as to serve and to problem solve. However that desire in me was never truly fulfilled in my roles as I ended up caring too much at the detriment of my health; mainly the the stress led to burnout due to working all hours, being a people pleaser and not feeling valued for my hard work.

So at the beginning of 2020 I embarked on my coaching journey. I wanted to serve, inspire and empower my clients to reach their full potential. I was studying and coaching whilst still working full time and when the opportunity arose I jumped for voluntary redundancy.

Now, I coach and support corporate, professional and all manner of working women to learn how to live and cope differently within their careers, with the end result being to thrive and find fulfillment in their roles.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Looking back over my corporate career I would say that that in itself was a huge obstacle for me to overcome.

Particularly my 5 years working for a well known house building company who taught me so much about myself. I discovered from this role just how many limiting beliefs I was holding on to from my past, which combined with working within a male dominated, patriarchal company was really adding to the negative internal beliefs, thoughts and feelings I was holding onto. I had to overcome co workers projected jealousy, male ego’s, misogyny and unfair treatment in terms of career progression.

Without this experience however, I would not be where I am today, supporting other women who experience similar situations. I teach clients how to focus only on the things that they can control. Worrying about things they can not control is pointless.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I serve my clients with my unique ability to draw out of them the answers they seek to all and any workplace situations and conundrums.

I also elicit a one of a kind 1 on 1 Coaching Program tailored to my client’s individual needs. Crafted around four fundamental pillars that we cover over our 12 weeks together.

I serve working women who are lacking fulfillment and experiencing high levels of pressure in their jobs.

I provide support through coping strategies and mindset transformations as well as combining stress management tools to enable them to fully thrive in their roles.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I like to say that my coaching is different from the norm, because I combine my four pillar approach with a specific focus on increasing workplace wellness, productivity and positivity and stress reduction.

To summarize briefly the four pillar method I use within my coaching program:

When I first start working together with a client, we will begin with a clarity session where we get to know each other and discuss what they want and don’t want, what their goals are, what their life’s purpose is, who they really are and what’s been holding them back. This isn’t surface level stuff, we really dig deep and my clients are usually blown away but what comes up for them.

Within Pillar Two of the program, it’s about establishing what is really keeping my clients stuck and blocked from achieving their desired outcome. Then using a series of exercises and NLP. The Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques that we use will transform and reframe those unwanted beliefs and replace them with a new and empowering set of beliefs, which then influence and in turn alter their thoughts, habits and actions.

Belief work is about helping my clients reclaim their sense of worth and increase their confidence in their own abilities so they can move forwards towards they goals with ease.

The third pillar is all about energy. Our energy plays a huge role in how we show up in the world and what we are capable of achieving. Within my program I use a variety of different energy healing tools, strategies and techniques as appropriate, to help my clients release negative energy and feel more positive in themselves and what they are capable of.

The final pillar is about helping my clients identify the inspired action that will move them closer to their goals whilst keeping them in true alignment with themselves. I will teach them how to surrender to the process, trust themselves and trust that their desired outcome will arrive whilst learning how to deal with setbacks along their journey.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

The benefits that my clients will experience after working with me are:

A feeling of being more accomplished and purposeful within their life by working towards their goals.

They genuinely start to enjoy their job and find fulfilment every day, with stress, overwhelm and burnout being a thing of the past.

My clients will be able to cope and confidently handle difficult situations in their jobs, relationships and all situations that life throws their way.

They have a greater sense of freedom to control their thoughts, feelings, actions and reactions in situations.

They feel more balanced throughout their day between their job and home life. Having more positive energy and creating space for reconnecting with themselves.

They will start their working day in a positive, calm and confident manner, knowing that they are in control of their state of being and have learnt the tools and strategies to cope with any challenging situations that may arise.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I literally draw upon a vast array of tools in my toolkit with my clients.

Depending on the client, their beliefs and their openness, I may use some holistic techniques such as: Emotional Freedom Technique EFT, Chakra balancing, meditations, breathwork or forgiveness work.

On more of a personal level I prefer using neuro linguistic programming to really identify and reset those limiting beliefs.

Then on a practical side of things, I use a variety of stress management techniques and workplace wellness strategies.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Working with a life coach is an investment and typically I know when I have taken that step to invest in myself I have always made my money back.

I never ever regretted it! It tends to be the case that when you invest in yourself that’s when you have the biggest breakthroughs because you will show up, you will get the most out of each session, you will get the most out of the work you are doing.

For most people unfortunately they just can’t get the results they want on their own or from reading a self development book or by listening to a podcast or watching YouTube videos.

It’s only when they are working with a coach that they actually experience these massive shifts.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

To never let fear come between me and my dreams.

I use fear now as a source of fuel to propel me forward. When I start feeling fearful of a new pursuit then I have learnt to recognize that conquering the thing that is setting of the fear alarm, will not only reduce the fear itself but it will launch me closer to my goals.

Your dreams and desires are just the other side of your comfort zone.

Your final thoughts?

As a coach, I help clients get to know themselves better by uncovering their own insights and truths so they can reach the outcomes they want.

Much of the success of coaching is down to the trust we build in the coach to client relationship.

I offer one to one coaching sessions for women who are ready to shift something in their lives and their careers, no matter how big or small.

I offer a space where clients feel heard and support them to overcome their blocks, achieve their goals and find fulfillment.

A Complete Beginner’s Guide To CBD Products In 2021

CBD, or Cannabidiol products are quickly gaining attention as a result of the impressive potential effects on users.

Several consumers have discovered that these products assist them in coping with difficulties they experience in their daily lives.

If you’re interested in CBD and want to give it a shot, here’s a concise and straightforward overview of what you need to know about CBD oil.

For those who have no idea what this is let’s start with the basic question.

What Is CBD?

With its growing popularity, CBD products are present more and more on the market. They are now available in different shops and online stores, such as Cannabest and various others.

These shops offer a wide array of products and accessories that customers would surely enjoy.

But what is CBD actually?

CBD is one of the chemical substances, which are called cannabinoids, present in cannabis plants, like hemp and marijuana.

Another known cannabinoid that can be derived from cannabis is Tetrahydrocannabinol, or more known as THC.

The key distinction between the two is that CBD doesn’t produce the well known ‘high,’ while THC does. And with its growing popularity the shape and form of CBD products get many new innovations.

Kinds of CBD Products:

beginners-guide-to-cbd

There are various CBD products available to suit every lifestyle.

Before deciding which is best, you must first understand the uses of each product.

Here’s a list of CBD items you could try:

1. Oils.

Oils are among the initial CBD products available in the market.

To use, put a drop of oil underneath your tongue.

Doing so allows the CBD to be quickly absorbed by your thin capillaries around your mouth, giving immediate effect.

These products have potent concentrations of cannabinoids.

As such, they’re meant to be used in moderation.

2. Vapes.

Vaping is now the trendiest way to consume CBD.

Basically, you ingest CBD that has been vaporized.

Since the substance is absorbed through the lungs, it’s the fast way of CBD absorption.

The disadvantage? You could jeopardize the health of your lungs.

3. Topicals.

CBD topicals are items that are applied to the skin.

Topicals come in a variety of types from creams and lotions.

These products are primarily used to address localized symptoms, like pain or dry skin.

4. Pills.

CBD also comes in capsule and tablet form.

They’re often used to control epilepsy and gastrointestinal disorders.

The biggest disadvantage to CBD pills is that it’ll take some time for the medication to reach the system and come into effect.

5. Edibles.

Edibles are another common CBD product.

These come in the form of food and drinks, such as candies and gummies.

They’re usually cheap and convenient to carry.

CBD edibles take between twenty minutes and 4 hours to take effect.

The 3 Types of CBD:

CBD products are divided into three types, depending on their cannabinoid content:

1. Full spectrum.

This type includes CBD, THC, as well as terpenes.

These ingredients work together to provide the entourage effect.

2. Broad spectrum.

This type includes CBD as well as other cannabinoids, besides THC.

Additionally, this type of CBD also has an entourage effect, which can mean a false positive result on a drug screening.

3. Isolate.

This contains pure CBD oil since the extraction process involves removing all other cannabinoids.

The Dosage of CBD:

As for every prescription or supplement, it’s still advised to seek professional advice prior to using CBD products.

For new CBD users, professionals recommend starting low.

Begin with five mg daily and track your body’s response.

Since CBD products are made of natural substances, they may have minimal side effects.

So, you could choose to raise the dose to alleviate the discomfort and symptoms you’re experiencing.

The Potential Benefits of CBD:

Study into the therapeutic effects of CBD is in its early stages.

However, current research indicates that CBD may aid a variety of physical and psychological disorders.

Still, you can follow some simple measures to stay safe and sane even when cooped indoors.

1. Prioritize immunity.

Even as you stay at home most of the time, you will have to step out once in a while to buy essentials or for medical appointments.

It is vital to keep your immunity levels on the top so that you can beat the virus even if it strikes.

Thankfully, it is easy to go the extra mile with immunity boosting foods and supplements.

Drink herbal teas and load up on herbs and spices that strengthen your immune system naturally.

2. Stretch regularly.

The worst thing about being in quarantine is that you miss out on your fitness regime.

You cannot go to the gym, and outdoor exercise is also restricted.

But you can still stretch regularly to keep your muscles in shape.

It can also help you with the WFH woes because continuous sitting and wrong posture can cause aches and pains.

Set the timer for every couple of hours, move around, and stretch, and you will feel much better at the end of the day.

3. Deal with anxiety.

Staying sane during quarantine requires you to have an effective anxiety alleviation strategy.

Start your day with meditation and deep breathing to help you cope with the WFH stress.

Cannabis makes an excellent wellness aid if you want to deal with anxiety naturally.

You can choose a strain that works for anxiety and invest in a bodhi glass device to get started.

They are available in incredible looks and styles, and you can pick one perfect for your needs.

4. Connect with others.

Connecting with others is another effective way to stay happy, safe, and sane even as you stay indoors for weeks or months.

Stay in touch with friends, family, and loved ones with video calls.

It will be helpful for you and them as you deal with isolation and distancing.

Regular calls with colleagues keep your productivity and motivation levels on top.

Arrange weekend get together to discuss things other than work and stay connected as a team.

5. Utilize downtime for self care.

The final piece of advice is to utilize downtime for self face because you may have never done it in the routine.

It is a good time to create a self care routine.

Start by cooking healthy meals for your family, spending time exercising and meditating together, and doing activities you enjoy.

Start writing a journal because it helps you purge the negative emotions and think positively even during the crisis.

Staying safe and sane in quarantine is easy, provided that you are committed to positivity and self care.

Embracing these simple measures can get you on the right track.

4 Amazing Benefits of Cordyceps

Many people have heard about Cordyceps, but not everyone knows what they really are and what they do.

In this post, you will learn what Cordyceps are and the benefits you can get from them.

Ok let’s start with the first question.

What Are Cordyceps?

benefits-of-cordyceps

Cordyceps, also known as Caterpillar Mushroom, is different from the normal mushrooms you see at grocery stores and other places.

The truth is, you will find hardly them near you as they primarily grow in parts of Asia.

For centuries, traditional healers have used them to treat different kinds of ailments.

History has it that the first set people to noticed the benefits were local herders.

Cordyceps mushrooms are parasitic fungus, making them very unique.

4 Benefits of Cordyceps:

Now that you know what Caterpillar Mushrooms are, the next thing we will look at are the health benefits of this amazing plant.

Many traditional healers believe Cordyceps can be used in the treatment of all kinds of ailments.

However, science has been able to verify some of the major benefits, which are as follows:

1. Minimizes The Risk of Diseases.

It contains antioxidant properties that help in fighting diseases.

The antioxidants help in protecting the cells from the damages caused by free radicals.

It boosts and stimulates the immune system by increasing the number of a particular white blood cell, known as natural killer cells, which protects the body from viruses and bacteria.

Studies revealed that Cordyceps increases these natural killer cells up to 74% in healthy individuals.

It also contains important polysaccharides, which help in enhancing the immune system and its defensive powers.

2. Enhances Athletic Performance.

At the Chinese National Games in 1993, the women’s team in track and field broke a total of 9 world records in the competition.

Due to this, the governing authorities of the competition believed some of the athletes had probably used performance enhancing drugs for them to perform that well.

However, the team’s coach openly disclosed to everyone that the secret of his team’s success is mainly because of the Cordyceps he has been giving to them.

Studies have also shown that Cordyceps usage boosts cellular ATP levels, which helps increase stamina and energy.

So, using Cordyceps can help athletes enhance their performance.

3. Improved Testosterone Levels.

Amongst the many other Cordyceps benefits are that it improves libido and intimacy in men and women.

It helps in the production of testosterone through an increase in blood circulation. It enhances erectile function, stamina, and virility.

It is not only good for men, but it is also good for women in menopause. It enhances estrogen, testosterone, and the biosynthesis of hormones cortisol.

4. Promotes Longevity.

Cordyceps mushroom contains a powerful antioxidant that helps to quench free toxins and radicals that could cause degenerative diseases and premature aging. This promotes healthier life and longevity.

Caterpillar Mushroom may seem ordinary, but it has been used for decades to treat different kinds of ailments. Also, studies have shown its effectiveness in the areas listed above.

30 Most Powerful Lessons that I Learned Before 30

To be honest, there were far more than 30 lessons.

However, in this article I decided to go for 30 lessons because, well.. it’s cool to say “30 lessons before 30”.

I decided to choose the 30 lessons that made the biggest positive impact in my life. The most powerful ones.

And I tried not to tell you cliches or tell you random quotes that I’ve read, because, I can sit here and type the lines from the wisest books and the wisest people on this planet, but these lessons would not mean anything to me. I didn’t experience them, I just read them.

The lessons I chose for you are all lessons that I learned on my own, through my own experience, lessons that made a difference in my life once I started implementing what they teach.

For those lessons I feel credible enough to share. So here they are…

30 Powerful Lessons that I Learned Before 30:

30-lessons-that-i-learned-before-30

1. We are the miracle.

Think about this, what if two people sat and watched the spectacle at the beginning of The Universe and as they sat they chatted. The one person said to the other, “Hey…” let’s call his buddy Jimmy.

“Hey Jimmy, what do you think. What is the chance of a person called Beth to exist on a tiny piece of rock within this almost infinite vastness?”

Jimmy all confused asks “What do you mean Jonny?” We will call the other guy Jonny.

Jonny explains: “Well, what is the chance of all these particles to organize themselves in stars, for over trillion galaxies to exist at the right place just so at one of them there will be one solar system, out of billion, where there will be pieces of rock orbiting this star, and there will be one piece of rock at the exact right distance from its star and the other planets so it has an environment for life and its safe from enough asteroids so that life can flourish. And on this planet there will be countless species each having their choice, but they will all do the right choices leading micro organisms in water to evolve into land animals, and at the right time an asteroid would hit to wipe out the huge and dangerous land animals so other land animals can evolve into humans. And each of those humans will live and die according to the right sequence and set of choices that it all ends up for Beth’s mother and father to meet and she to be born. What do you think the chance of all this happening is?”

Jimmy: “You are crazy. This is not even close to possible. There is no chance.”

You would tell him the same right. I mean who wouldn’t? What Jonny asks for is 14 billion year long shot. one tiny particle going the wrong way and poof, Beth doesn’t exist. Humanity doesn’t exist.

And 14 billion years later, boom!

There she is, Beth came to be.

Somehow, against all those mindbogglingly tiny odds, she is alive.

Not just Beth, all of us.

You are alive!

Against all the odds, you are here.

YOU ARE THE MIRACLE!

We are the miracle!

All those things happened perfectly at the exact right order just so we can be here, just so humanity can exist. You are a miracle. So, act as one.

2. Reality is negotiable.

We all live in our own reality. This was HUGE for me.

Realizing that we all perceive the world in our own way that’s determined by our own unique perception was a big wake up.

Everything you see out there you contextualize because you have a context for it. A context that was developed by your own unique experience and understanding of the world.

If you don’t have a context for one thing, a knowledge, an experience, if you don’t understand a nuanced detail, you are seeing a completely different reality than someone who has a context for that external object or event. It’s not part of your reality.

And not just that…

You don’t really know anyone.

Everyone you know is not actually who they really are.

You are seeing what you reflect upon them. You know them to the level you know yourself.

The rules out there are negotiated. The concepts and theories are negotiated. The identity of people is negotiated. Who you are is negotiated. The narrative you tell is negotiated. The meaning you give to things is negotiated.

With who?

Well, you negotiate it both with others and your own self. Also others negotiate it between themselves.

So your reality is purely what you negotiate it to be. We are all living a shared dreamworld.

3. The greatest villain in the world is Weakness.

There is a saying by Seneca “Every cruelty comes out of Weakness.”

I agree with this completely.

I always looked at the world and I couldn’t differentiate bad people and good people. What I saw was people who were strong to endure the pains of life and people who were too weak to deal with their own pain, emotions, so they acted out on them.

I am not saying that what they did was unjustified or justified, right or wrong.

I am just stating that all the cruelty and ugliness in the world comes out of Weakness, of being too weak to face your fear, your emotions, to control the urges of your Ego, to raise your child in a good adult, too weak to face your shadows, to leave your comfort, to get out of your routine, too weak to face the pain and transmute it into art or beauty.

Behind all of it is Weakness!

My mission is to transform this weakness into strength and help people do the same in the world, as much as I can.

So I wrote a whole book about dealing with your own Weakness and transforming it into Strength.

You can check it out here. It’s called “How to Play The Greater Game of Life”

4. You are Infinite Awareness in Eternal Present.

Let me ask you something, who is the voice reading this text?

If that’s you, than who is the one listening to that voice?

That’s also you.

You are the observer.

I realized this when I was doing an exercise where I needed to not see, hear, smell, touch and taste anything for 1 hour.

Take away all your senses and what you are left with is pure presence, an Infinite Awareness that develops a Self riding an Infinite Present Moment.

Everything else is just an information you pick from the world around you and decide to become part of your identity, of your Self.

You are not the Self.

You are the observer behind the Self.

5. Unhealed pain is behind ALL suffering.

We suffer because we avoid our pain, and by avoiding our pain we avoid healing the wound from where this pain comes from.

All that pain tries to show us is where the wound is, be that physical, emotional, spiritual, or mental.

It shows us where we are hurt so we can give the necessary attention to that place and heal.

But instead we numb the pain, we run away from feeling it in mindless distractions. The problem is that by not listening to pain we do not know where it hurts, and we do not heal the wound.

That’s why we suffer. And if we just sit with it, follow it, find the wound and nurture it lovingly, we would heal. And we would be able to live fully again.

6. The relationship you have with yourself mirrors every other.

Nobody will ever really know YOU.

Nobody will be there with you 24 hours per day but yourself.

Nobody knows you as YOU know yourself and nobody ever will.

Every person knows a bit of you, a side of you, but nobody can know 100% of you, all your flaws and all your strengths, all your thoughts, worries, emotions and desires, frustrations, urges, confusions and excitements.

Nobody will ever know all your battles and hardships, your triumphs and how you got them. Nobody will know your full path, all your memories, and all the opinions you have.

Nobody will ever know all your nuanced personalities, all the lies you tell your self, and all the layers of your psyche.

Nobody will know all of you. And that’s ok!

Learn how to be with yourself, give yourself the attention you need and the relationship you have with your self will improve.

From there, every other relationship follows.

7. Don’t let fear be bigger than love.

Every day you have a choice, to feed your love or your fear.

To make decisions inspired out of love, or decisions inspired out of fear.

The type of decisions you make will give you just more of what you feed in one way, shape or form or another.

So feed love and choose the decisions that come from there.

It’s harder than it sounds though.

But it’s worth everything.

8. Everyone you love will be gone one day.

So don’t miss on opportunities to tell them what they mean to you.

Time will not wait for you.

It doesn’t wait for anyone.

Yeah, you might say that you are never too old to live like you want, but for some things you are too old.

Some opportunities go away and do not come back, some people are not always there to tell them how much they mean to you.

And all you are left with is regrets. Don’t postpone living!

9. Life is not a sprint, it’s a marathon.

It’s not about sprinting, it’s about enduring.

It’s not about who is the fastest, but what kind of person you are during your run.

The imaginary scoreboard and the competition is a lie, they don’t matter in the end.

What matters is whether or not you enjoyed the run.

What matters is whether or not you gave your personal all.

10. It’s a dance.

The Universe is not going anywhere.

Life is the same. It’s not about getting somewhere, it’s just like a dance.

You don’t aim to get to one particular point in the dance, you enjoy the whole thing, the hard parts, the easy parts, the boring parts and the most beautiful parts, it’s all part of the dance.

11. When life pushes you back, push forward with double force.

You might not be stronger, but at least show that you punch back!

Use the push back to do twice as more, use it as a speed up.

It’s not complicated, it’s just hard.

But it’s an antidote to being pushed around and not having control over your own fate.

It’s a formula to regain the control of your sails so when the wind blows in the opposite direction from where you are going toward, you can take down the sails and still paddle forward.

12. We are here to bring love into the world.

Dogs exist because we were kind enough to feed the wolves brave enough to come close to our fires at night.

Just like that our love has created gardens, and pizza, music and art.

We don’t just see the rainbow we create it.

There might not be much love without us.

We are here to bring love into the world because that’s who we are at our deepest.

We are the love that we desperately seek outside of us.

We need to bath the world in love and not look for love outside because it was always within us.

13. Die once per day.

Of course, not literally.

But teach your ego new things, test your identity, go outside of your comfort zone, lose your self so new version can emerge, try new things.

Let pieces of your old self die every day so other versions of you can emerge.

Practice resurrection once in a while.

You are not a finished product that you can define, you are a process of becoming.

14. Follow your heart, seriously.

Every great thing that happened in my life happened because in one way or another, I was following my heart.

Everything good came out from me following my passions, the things that I loved doing. It all leads you toward the fruit of your love.

15. Be ready to give love one more chance.

When you love you will be most vulnerable and there you will learn the greatest lessons in your life.

Also, you will find your greatest strength.

You are as strong as you are willing to be vulnerable, and loving demands you to drop ALL YOUR GUARDS!

It’s scary, especially if you get hurt.

It’s scary to let yourself be vulnerable again.

But quitting on love is the greatest fail in life.

All the fear in the world is not as bad as giving up your chance to love and be loved.

Love is always worth it one more chance.

In fact, opening to love is how you actually move forward in your own journey.

16. Sometimes the answer is in being silly.

Usually the solutions to the most serious problems come out of play.

So when you don’t see a solution, get silly, play, think of the silliest way forward, it might be the way.

17. Nobody is evil.

The world is more complicated than Good vs. Evil.

There are many shades in between and no matter how good you are, you will always be the villain in someone else’s story.

We project different villains upon others, so others also do that to you.

Nobody can survive if they believed what they are doing is evil.

We are great at justifying our actions.

Even the worst people in human history believed they are doing something for the greater good.

Nobody is evil, some people are just assholes.

18. Find a way.

“There is no spoon.”

There is always a way if you look beyond the system of The Matrix.

When the borders closed I had to enroll in university just so I can visit people I love.

There’s always a way and your mind is one of the most powerful supercomputers in the world.

Use it. Don’t comfortably accept the imposed limits. They are as real as we believe they are. All the systems in the matrix are simply illusions we choose to follow.

There is always a way, unconventional, muddy, but there is. Think outside of the matrix.

19. Mind about your sails, not about the wind.

You cannot control what happens to you but you can choose whether or not the meaning you give that thing moves you forward.

When you understand this you will realize your greatest power in life, to give meaning to the things you can’t control so you still move forward.

You cannot stress and blame why the wind is not blowing in your direction, the wind doesn’t care.

What you can do though is adjust your sails. Let the wind blow. It has nothing to do with you.

Use everything in your advantage by giving it meaning that moves you forward.

20. Play The Greater Game in life.

What do I mean when I say The Greater Game?

The smaller game is the game where The Ego is player one, The Greater Game is the game where The Soul is player one.

In one game you are a loser, wasting all your life chasing things that do not last, seeking to capture illusions, trying to hold onto them until you lose everything in the end, and in the other game you live as you have already won and life is the reward.

In The Greater Game you do not compete you collaborate, create and go ALL IN for what you love.

You play by a different rules and that makes all the difference. When it is expected from you to hate, you love. When it is expected to seek vengeance, you forgive.

You happen to the world.

I wrote a whole book about this you can check it at www.playthegreatergame.com it will be out really soon!

21. Tell your truth and stand for yourself, no matter if you are the only one in the world.

Because even though if you happen to be wrong, you can learn.

But if you bail on your own self, you will destroy the faith you have in yourself, and that’s far worse than being wrong.

When you don’t trust yourself, you don’t trust the world, you cannot learn even when you are wrong.

22. There are 2 types of muscles.

There is a muscle to hold on to, to be strong, to focus, BUT there is also a muscle to relax, to let go, to let things flow without you controlling them.

Training them both is crucial.

23. Play to win.

If you go toward something don’t play not to lose, GO ALL IN, go for the win!

When you play not to lose you don’t play with your full potential, you limit your capability to be just above the bare minimum.

When you play to win you go ALL IN. You go for the first place, you go for what you really want. And when you do that you unleash secret reservoirs of potential you carry within.

And even if you don’t get to the 1st place you will be a lot closer than if you play not to lose.

You are the only one who limits yourself. You are also the only one who can unleash yourself.

24. There are no “good” or “bad” emotions, they are just messengers.

Each emotion is telling you a message, but rarely who speaks the language of emotions.

Resisting the so called “Bad” emotions is what makes them bad and chasing the so called “Good” emotions is what screw you in life and makes you lost.

You are not actually listening to your inner GPS!

If you want to learn more go to www.emotionalmasteryprogram.com and look around!

25. Do what gives you results.

We tend to complicate our lives more than they need to be.

In reality it’s really simple formula:

Test things, see what gives results and double on that.

NOT on what you think that works, but on what ACTUALLY works, on what the experiment showed it works!

Because there are 3 worlds.

The Natural world from what we evolved. We get our primal urges and drives from here. We all have to obey the rules of Nature one way or another. We cannot escape it because we ride in its meat suits.

The Human world that we all build together. This is a mix of all the worlds and there are certain dynamics and mechanisms that also apply here.

The Personal world that we all live in individually. In your personal world you can have countless ideas and think that all of them are great, but until you throw them out there into The Human world you will not really know what of them actually works and what just makes sense in your Personal world.

Many people will think they have good ideas, test them, and when these ideas do not work, they will think that it’s just not meant to be.

What they fail to realize is that the real world, The Human world has different dynamics than the ones they took in consideration for that idea.

The real world is much different than our personal world. That’s why testing, seeing what gives results and doubling on that is crucial. Nobody knows all the variables in play so experimentation is the only way.

26. Don’t trust your mind too much.

The main purpose of your mind is to keep you alive by using bare minimum energy. Our minds will always choose the way of least resistance if we do not add conscious effort. They will always try to save energy.

That’s why our minds develop cognitive biases, programs that they can run in various situations without us thinking too much that, on average, give satisfying results.

Our minds find patterns, and when they find a pattern, they write an action script, a habit, a loop of steps we can follow without using energy to think again for similar situations.

However, all of these biases distort reality to an extent, just like water distorts the objects we see in it.

And our minds have over 200 mental biases that were officially reported and researched.

If you want to learn more about each of these 200 mental biases go here, I dive into each of those 200 and explain all of them with easy to understand real life examples and metaphors.

Discover all the tricks that your mind pulls on you.

That’s why depending and listening too much to your mind, it’s not smart. There were countless times I could bet that things were like I thought they were, but in reality I was sooo wrong.

I trusted my mind too much and believed a distorted version of reality that didn’t allow me to take right action for many things.

Most of your thoughts are not based on reality, most of them are echo of the world around you, some are spawns of your emotions and others are distorted reality.

Use your mind, don’t get used by it. Use your mind for information and creation, for innovation and strategy. But don’t let your mind tell you what reality is, because what it will say it’s just an illusion.

27. Nothing is as easy as you think, nor as scary as you fear.

Face your fears and you will realize this!

We often underestimate the difficulty of things, for example, starting to workout or quitting a bad habit. On the other hand we overestimate how scary other things are, like approaching someone at the bar or doing a public presentation.

We might spend hours per night dreading the presentation we need to give the next day, and we will keep doing a bad habit saying that we can quit whenever we want.

But in reality, quitting a bad habit is much harder than we think, and giving our presentation is far less scary than we think. When you realize this you will adjust your actions.

28. No other excuse but to GO ALL IN for what you want.

The hard and brutal fact of life is that you will die.

We all will.

There is no safe road.

We all lose everything at the end, so why not go ALL IN for what you want while you are here?

You can fail at what you don’t want to do so what not give what you love a try?

There is no excuse!

29. Life is not happening to you, life is happening trough you.

You are not just alive, YOU ARE LIFE!

What do I mean with this?

Most of us are conditioned to believe that the world or life should serve us on a silver platter, that we are entitled to something.

The truth is that you were not sold on life. The sale’s team of life didn’t call you to negotiate with you to buy their life package. You weren’t promised anything and you didn’t ask for anything.

You were not given life, you ARE LIFE!

You are responsible for what you will give to yourself.

And you shouldn’t live in fear. Because if you are life than you do not experience death you just go away.

But while you are on the stage, act as LIFE!

Be alive!

Happen to the world instead of waiting for the world to fit your standards!

Show the world your way!

30. Nobody can decide how much you love, and that’s your greatest power.

So many times I allowed people to tell me how much I should care for someone, if I didn’t get the same amount of love back I forced myself to not care.

I allowed others to dictate how I felt.

Well, love is not like that. You can’t let others decide for you, or calculate how much you feel based on their reaction.

When you love someone or something, YOU LOVE that thing or person.

It has nothing to do with anyone and it shouldn’t have.

You can pretend that you do not care and give away your greatest power or… you can give the love that you feel unconditionally!

And by doing that you will find freedom unlike you ever thought possible!

To love is your greatest power!

Others should not have a say, it’s your right to love as much and as hard as you want, not for anything nor to get anything back, but for the sake of loving!
