First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

Like many people, I didn’t think it was going to go on as long as it has or be as serious as it has.

The first couple of months were great as I used the time to get certified in Hypnotherapy, Success and Wealth coaching (I’m a transformational coach and Mindset coach before that), NLP and EFT.

I also took up baking French pastry’s which I know now wasn’t a great idea as I couldn’t stop eating. I saw it as a time where we had to be still, contemplative, and get creative with our time.

Then when all the Countries around the world were getting worse and shutting down indefinitely, it was scary. There were moments where I wandered if I’d see my family again as they live in the UK and some in NY. Also with all the riots around the Country, it felt apocalyptic.

It made me very close to friends in LA and London as we organized a zoom call at the same time everyday and when you’re going through something as a collective, you can’t help but appreciate each other. There were only feelings of hope and love as being powerless to an invisible enemy demands it.

My youngest sister had her first baby in quarantine and no one in the family other than my step mother and brother have met her. We FaceTimed every night when she was doing the middle of the night feed. She was amazing. So strong and surrendered. Both my sisters in England got covid and fully recovered.

One of my brother in law’s is a paramedic so he was able to take care of Lauren, with the new born baby, and knew what to do.

My father in law and mother in law also got it and that was scary as they’re in the high risk category. I am too but I was very safe.

The saddest part was watching the news and seeing the devastation of lives and the loss of millions, the families, the front line workers who were the most selfless, brave and courageous individuals you could ever meet. What they were walking into everyday was gut wrenching. They truly are angels on this earth.

I had to stop watching the news because I found myself going down the rabbit hole and I couldn’t do that anymore. I’m a great believer in energy and I knew how much fear, anger and frustration was being sent out to The Universe.

There are believers, like myself, whose desire to be in love, service and trust thus sending that energy out, with the goal of The Universe responding in like.

I know this sounds woo woo but that’s the place I go to in life, challenges or not. It works as I have been a witness to it.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

When covid started there was fear for safety and then came the financial fear and the loss of work or their business’s fear.

It was my job to guide them through this and work on other areas in their lives showing them how to take the time to grow in other areas and trust the process.

I did some groups on zoom too which were great as then there was a support system in place and the knowingness that you’re not the only one feeling these things and sharing resources and in some cases the realization that this wasn’t the life they wanted anyway.

It made my work with them accelerate and feel purposeful for them. The human spirit is something to be revered when life’s challenges activate the thoughts and behaviors we didn’t think we had. There was a lot of empowerment being witnessed.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The biggest lesson I’ve learned in this pandemic is not to take anything for granted.

We think we have an endless amount of time and we don’t. We put off calling someone we love when we must tell them everyday we love them.

Our time is valuable and with this pandemic I was able to make peace with resentments I’d had, be of service to more people, do things I’d been putting off ignoring that I am not here forever.

It’s brought me back into today rather than in yesterday and tomorrow. I only have this moment right now so what am I going to do with it. 

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I had never planned on becoming a coach, speaker or writer. From the age of four my life’s purpose was to be an actress and live in Hollywood.

I came to LA from the UK when I was twenty one. I’d taken care of my mother for five years as she had leukemia. She died the year before I left. It was devastating and my family were separated to live with their respective fathers and our family home was sold.

Basically I wasn’t familiar with anything from my life anymore. I wanted to be my brother and sisters guardian and take care of them but I was told no, and that it was my time now and I needed to live my life and dreams.

Six weeks after being in LA I was in a near fatal car accident, worst in BH for 30 years. I was in the hospital for quite a while. I suffered horrific injuries. I lost the front left lobe of my brain, I lost the vision in my left eye which was also not where it should be, smell, taste and every bone in the left of my face was smashed like an egg shell.

When I saw myself in the mirror for the first time, what I saw was something I wouldn’t wish anyone to experience. I was no longer there. And yet, I was. What looked back at me wasn’t me but what was behind my body’s surface was me and that was a huge revelation to me. But I knew my life’s dreams were gone as, I imagined, was everything else.

When I fell to the bathroom floor sobbing, I heard my father calling my name from the other side of the door. I didn’t want my family to have any more pain. We had only just started fully absorbing the loss of my mother.

As I lay on the ground a thought hit me. This was such an insurmountable challenge that it’d be easy for me to feel sorry for myself, want sympathy from everyone and spend the rest of my life hiding indoors in a depression.

Or, I could stand up, be strong and courageous and do whatever it takes to heal my outside and my inside. I had to know that if I chose the latter, I couldn’t go back on it. This was the choice I made and when I felt myself getting frustrated I gave myself ten minutes to let it all out. The tears. The anger. The loss. The thing was I was already gaining so much.

I was given access into people’s hearts and souls. Even though I had to go to five different reconstructive surgeons until I found the one that said he would try and improve my disfigurement. It took twelve years, 28 surgeries, 5 eye surgeries and 3 brain surgeries.

In that time, I was discriminated, called a monster, denied tables at restaurants, laughed at, asked to leave stores as my appearance was disturbing the customers. I don’t know how, but I didn’t take it personally after the first incident as I realized their comments weren’t actually about me, but about them and their inability to see more. I got it.

My dream of acting and being back in front of the camera was what drove me to the end goal and whenever doctors would tell me to be realistic, I told them I didn’t have the same reality as them. I visualized myself healing. I knew I was going to get better. I had zero doubts and that was the mindset I lived with.

I did get acting work and it didn’t fill me up as I thought it would. I had experienced something on such a deep level that I didn’t know how to be someone else and felt there was something else I was meant to do too.

One of my doctors suggested I write a memoir about the experience. I’d never written before but I wrote the book. I also set up a charity with my doctor for individuals, under the age of 20 going through facial disfigurement or birth defects, to be given the surgery’s they needed.

I started speaking to the families and helping them understand what they were feeling and that they weren’t alone. This led to television shows and of course meant I was getting a lot of exposure.

I started using my tools to help others of any age who contacted me, see their strength and ability to get through anything. It was the most rewarding thing I’d ever experienced.

I felt like I had arrived as I was completely content, excited, and passionate about working with people and then watching them see their own light and ability.

It was then I started coaching.

I’m also a speaker and mindset mentor. I truly believe anything is possible and that we all have a divine purpose and my job is to get my clients the nudge to discover it.

I’ve experienced incredible moments with my clients. If the crash hadn’t happened, I would never have realized my own potential and strength. I would never have been honored with helping others in pain looking for their light. I wouldn’t change it for the World.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The biggest obstacle I experienced in my life so far was the car accident I described. There have been many others that I thought would be the biggest before and after but they weren’t as this one really made me discover myself as well as those around me.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I have an enormous toolbox and once I’ve been introduced to what my client needs, then I know which tools to start with. There are daily tools, weekly tools and monthly.

I set manifestation challenges so the client can see how magical life can be and the power of mindset and manifestation.

I have tools to help clients who are unsure of their purpose and together we discover it. I want my clients to see their gifts and that by changing the way we look at or think about something, everything can change.

For example, it didn’t happen to me, it happened for me. I use creativity, self reflection and metaphysical tools.

I’ve used these with clients who want to try something else before going on anti depressants or medication for anxiety. It’s always worked.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I would say what’s unique is that I’m using tools which I discovered during my own circumstances and found that they’ve been used in countless situations and they work.

I use them too. I am able to work with my clients in a way where I not only need them to be accountable but where I can be available to any of their self realizations and discoveries and celebrate them good or bad.

Every part of our journeys are about surrender, acceptance and growth. From that place, anything is possible.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

After working with me I’ve seen clients move forward and achieve the goals and dreams they decided to pursue when we were working together.

They have everything they need to succeed and I’m available anytime to support, listen and see them in their true power.

I only take on clients where I can feel my guidance is going to give them what they need and that they’re truly open and wanting to do what it takes. Once we get into the habits we’re given, they become part of our everyday life.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

One of the tools I came up with a few years ago was to be a life architect and have my clients, with my direction, write their 12 month dream goals.

Dream means whatever it is you desire. It’s not something you want to hesitate and think you’re not worthy of and that’s also how I work.

We look at their patters and work through them and then do the Blueprint. I also share any resources for their success.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

I would say, If you can breath, you have an opportunity to be extraordinary.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I’ve learned in life is that love conquers all.

It really does.

I also know that every single one of us have gifts waiting to be discovered, dreams to be lived and the strength and ability to move through anything. If one person can do it, so can you.

I believe that anything is possible. When doctors, family and friends thought I was in for a shock by not looking at what the accident had done to me and for me, I ignored them. I simply said, no, I will and I am. And I did.

Your final thoughts?

My final thoughts are if someone is ready to live their true purpose and go for it, we’ll make it a reality.

What are The 3 Most Common Symptoms of Prostate Cancer that We Should All Know

No one wants to think about getting sick, especially with something as high profile as cancer.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

Thankfully my son and I are great. At first we had a creative fun schedule to help us manage throughout the day, but as time went on we got lazier with it.

We’ve enjoyed having the extra time together but now that my son is back at school, he preferred just hanging out with mum all day.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

For my clients I have noticed they gave more focus to what is out of their control.

They cannot control the pandemic. But they can control their thoughts and feelings.

Many people have struggled through the changes a pandemic brings. However, even though changes to our exterior life, we can still connect to our true self and keep focused on what brings up happiness.

For me I wasn’t affected to begin with. I signed up for courses, and kept motivated on how I could fill my free time. But then I started to struggle as for me being busy is going out connecting with clients, delivering classes.

I wasn’t doing that. I started to feel I was lazy and not busy. I realized I hadn’t shifted my mindset to compliment the new situation I was in.

Here I was still coaching, studying, and spending more time with my son. It was just a different busy. Maybe a slower paced busy which in time I began to love. I will always cherish the slower time now.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The pandemic showed me even more we have two lives. The have the human life and spiritual life.

The human life is where the pandemic is. Humans have created power, money, jobs, consumerism, politics etc.

The spiritual life is The Universe, nature, growth, energy. For me staying connected to the spiritual side is vital for my happiness and keeping me connected to my purpose in life.

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I’m a passionate person who is full of magical energy. I currently run a drama programme for children helping inspire them to express themselves freely.

Having worked with children from all different backgrounds I had dabbled with coaching as a tool to help them with life and social skills. Through following my passions and listening to my intuition I just knew I had to something to offer.

So in my early thirties I started my own personal development. I then created a community for women called “Better Life Believers”.

Finally last year I set up my better life, life coaching business which helps people connect to their inner magic for a life of fulfillment.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I would say I have 2.

When I was younger I was sexually assaulted on two separate occasions by 2 different people. I was angry at The Universe and had a big chip on my shoulder. It created “I’ll do what I want” attitude and “I don’t care what anyone” thinks. It actually got me quite far in life. But it all came from anger.

I learned to let it go and take responsibility of that, those situations that had happened but it didn’t need to be my story.

The second was when I returned from living overseas. I was pregnant so no one would employ me, I was refused benefits as I had lived out the country too long, so ended up having to live with my parents.

I sold my home in negativity equity as a string of bad tenants forced me to give it up as I had no income. I had to start completely from scratch.

It took me 2 years to get me back on my feet and in that time, I discovered who I truly was. How to be content with what you have, and to follow your passions to discover your purpose in life.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I have coaching programmes which really encourages the client to step out of the autopilot so called “human” life and connect more to their intuition, higher self, or as I say their magic.

I genuinely believe people reach a point in their life where they feel they have done everything they were supposed too. Studied, got the job, got married, got the house, then they think is this is? What next?

That is when people believe they are having a mid life crisis. They aren’t! They have just discovered there is more to life than this.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

Coaching can be tough for a client as breakthroughs and self discovery can be hard to process.

I always promise that even if we’ve had a tough session I’ll always spend some time at the end raising the clients energy and getting them to remember how amazing they are.

Because we all are amazing!

I also offer guidance readings for clients. I use universal cards, and connect to their energy and the client. So many people go seek advice from psychics, and that is great if you’re curious about your future. But I find most people want an answer to something.

The answer is always within you, and through the use of universal cards I inspire clients to find it.

Ownership of their reality.

A gratitude of attitude.

I give tools for mindset, catching the thought.

Being in alignment I encourage the use of the emotional guidance scale. My universal cards always bring astounding clarity. I have electrical magical energy which is contagious and I’m happy to spread it to my clients.

The person you speak to the most in the your life is you! Don’t let that voice in your head be a jerk. It should be your biggest cheerleader!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

That people wait until something tragic happens or they experience a loss, then they vow to start living life as they see how precious it is. Life has always been precious. Don’t wait. Start living it now.

Your final thoughts?

Too many people are happy to accept life is a certain way, even if it’s not fulfilling them. We’ve been conditioned this way since school. We have to study several subjects we don’t like or even understand. Told we have to work hard and take an exam in them.

So as we grow up and get ourselves into situations we don’t like we just get on with it because we believe that is what we are meant to do.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

I’m good, thank you. Brothers and parents are also being well which I’m really grateful for.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The way I see it, it made them much more insecure. But this also helped them to put more focus on themselves and made them think about the real values in life.

Now everybody appreciates more their relationships, their health, their communities, their inner power. Personal growth stepped up as a purpose or tool in seeking happiness.

There was a drop in clients after the first panic in the world. People are much more conscious about their money now, but still more and more are realizing that actually investing in a coaching program is investing in their real happiness. It’s the new way of creating a meaningful life.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

It’s all down to where we keep our focus. Outside, on the problems or inside and on the solutions or positive things. Be aware of where you point your focus, your attention.

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

It was a long journey from a small Hungarian town, but the life in London, the the active charity work and the Uganda Marathon’s adventure made me come alive. The marathon on the Equator; as a non runner!; was an amazing challenge.

That’s when I became conscious about this drive, that feeling, that desire. I have a lust for a life that rocks.

In Hungary I used to lead a youth organization, in London I was participating in the “Under One Sky” movement looking after the homeless, volunteering for the “Say Yes More” movement to bring an adventurous and positive mindset to the people who are willing to change for the better with storynights, Yestival, wildcamps, etc. In my official work I also dealt with people.

In Africa I ran and helped organizing the Uganda Marathon, then in Hungary I had series of storytelling nights called “Lust For Life Stories” to inspire people.

In my daily work I also work with people: I support the ones who reach out to rock their biggest adventures and personal journeys. I lead them through a transformative process to get to the next level.

So, I realized I can inspire people through community work, through my adventures or just being there for them and I can do more for them as a coach. I lived in Bali back then.

Through schools, mentors, trainings I managed to make the transition to become an action coach.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I had some big obstacles that I chose, like moving to London as a foreigner and settle in, running the Uganda Marathon in Africa, leaving a good life in London for Thailand and for making it more memorable. They all shaped me and I shaped myself consciously taking on those challenges.

Recently the biggest one is getting back up from a huge knockdown that I got by getting divorced. That was a big slap, a huge trauma and I learnt a lot about getting up on my feet. But not only I shaped who I am now, but put together a new program for those who feel completely down and lost.

I’m much more now and be able to help others to overcome their biggest adversities.

In short, I make them feel more grounded.

We work together towards their goals and for them the fundamental for this is always finding appreciation for themselves, finding inner power, finding inner motivation and finding presence, meaning in the present moment.

Now with deep conversations and challenges I support people to rock their lives, their biggest dreams and transform their journey into something more authentic, more fulfilled.

I help them to find their inner purpose and actually I lead them back to themselves. We always look for insights and use our inspiration to act upon to make our life better, happier, more successful.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

When you are able to control your focus and put your attention on the good things, you care about something bigger than yourself and keep investing in your own self awareness, self growth, your whole life grows. And not just yours.
