Find Life Coach | Meet Dr. Dolores Fazzino: How to Achieve Inner Peace and Unshakeable Presence?

Dr. Dolores Fazzino is one of the coaches we found and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her energetic approach to healing the deeper issues, even though she comes from a medical background she focuses on the energetic root cause instead on just the physical symptom. That’s not usual for a doctor, but we are happy that more and more people awaken to the greater picture. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Dr. Dolores Fazzino:

find-life-coach-dr-dolores-fazzino

Name: Dr. Dolores Fazzino
Pillar: The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to achieve inner peace, be more present and align with their inner wisdom.
How they can help: She helps you find your own intuition, release negative energy, heal emotional wounds and realign with your real self.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

Thanks for asking! I am doing very well during these interesting and uncertain times. For me it was a time of hibernation, inward discovery, creativity, and growth.

I call the pandemic the Great Reset. It has allowed people to get of the Doing Go Round of life, you know, the automatic, reactive mode that just keeps on going.

We realize keeping up the pace of this was not getting us anywhere, and was causing more stress, poor health, and lack luster wellness.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The coronavirus pandemic effected people in different ways.

For my clients the biggest concern was the fear of the unknown, getting drawn into the media frenzy, and not knowing what to do. My focus has been to create certainty in an uncertain world.

For me, it has been more of the same. I have spent much time observing what has been occurring around me, as my focus was to remain certain in my sovereignty and be certain within myself, as the world unraveled in uncertainty.

People tend to be uncomfortable when things are uncertain, it’s as if there is no reference point for them to relate to.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Biggest lesson I learned in the pandemic is that no matter what was happening, I was going to be alright.

The other reminder was how precious life is, and things can change moment to moment. Live life without regrets.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I have been in the healthcare industry for over 40 years as a young adult after witnessing the miraculous healing of my father’s 10 year health crisis with a spiritual healer, I changed my area of study from classical musician to becoming a nurse.

I knew it was my life’s mission to share with the world the possibilities of healing with non traditional medicine modalities.

Throughout my career I have observed that people get sicker than they ever have been and western medicine is in a conundrum as to why they do not get better.

I focus on going deeper with clients, allow my intuitive abilities to assist in their healing so that they can have lasting health and true wellness. I have been doing this work since 1994.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

My biggest obstacle that I had to overcome was the fear of confrontation.

I am pleased to say that I have come to enjoy the opportunity to confront situations and people, BRING IT ON!!

I attribute this to the wisdom I learned through the many different experiences both personally and professionally I had.

I also feel as we know who we are, become comfortable with ourselves, and love yourself immensely, confrontation is an act of self care for oneself. It is sticking up, speaking your truth, and honoring yourself.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Great question! I innovate with my clients by empowering and teaching tools to trust their intuition, that inner wisdom within each of us.

It is so very important to trust yourself, particularly as we are in very uncertain times during this rather interesting time with the pandemic.

Trusting your inner wisdom is a lost art. For too long people have given their power away to something outside of themselves for their happiness, well being, and their health decisions.

Often, when we look outside of ourselves for the answers, we may make some gains, yet temporary. As we go within, connect with our inner wisdom, we are tapping into our innate knowledge that has all the right answers for us. These answers may not be for others, and they are for us.

It’s not about telling them what to do, it’s about showing them the way, have them make it their own, and relying on their inner wisdom to make their decisions.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

What’s unique about my coaching approach is forming a trusting, compassionate connection with my clients.

I tap into my intuition as they share their story and concerns.

Many have called me an “energy whisperer” since my secret sauce is the ability to intuitively unravel the energetic discord of unexperienced emotions, trapped emotions, limiting thoughts, beliefs, and lack of connectedness to their inner wisdom, and make sense out of it, assist in realigning it, and giving my clients simple and practical tools to assist them to create lasting health and true wellness.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Some of the benefits clients get after working with me are more clarity, heightened awareness, more intuitive expansion, peace of mind, more physically present in their physical bodies, calmness, being valued respected, honored, and appreciated.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes, those that I have formulated from my personal life and those I have used in my profession as a nurse practitioner.

I believe that it is important to keep tools very simple so that they are easy to remember, and easy to do. I believe that less is definitely more.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

There is a crisis happening that is not being addressed. The “elephant in the room” is that people are not experiencing their emotions and trusting their intuition.

Not trusting yourself and your intuitive and unexpressed emotions are affecting their ability to heal. In order to experience intuition and your emotions, you have to be in your body.

When you are not in your body you are disconnected from your emotions and your intuitive guidance. Our intuition is our own personal inner guidance system to make the right decisions for ourselves and our body, if we follow it.

When we do not, we are disconnected from our body.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Thus far the greatest lesson I have learned in my life is how important communication is.

It is not words, its energy.

Everything is energy. It is how the message is delivered… Was it kind? Was it reactive? Was it necessary?

There is an art to doing this, it’s about tapping into your inner wisdom, and speaking from your heart.

Your final thoughts?

We all are on our own unique journey in life.

Learning to love, honor, respect and trust yourself are foundational aspects reconnecting with your inner knowingness.

We are in a renaissance of reconnecting with ourselves…let’s face it, the longest relationship you will ever have in life is the one with yourself, make it an awesome one!

A Quick Student Guide to Going Zen (3 Things You Should Try)

Being a student is hard enough, we can all agree to that. But what if you can make this period the most relaxed period of your life? When we say “relaxed” we mean Zen.

There are plenty of benefits to having a more Zen approach to life as a student. These can include improvements to: Mental health, Academic success, Possible decreased substance abuse and addiction, Confidence, Efficiency, Physical health, Focus in class.

This all sounds amazing but what actions can you do to take up a more Zen lifestyle?

What are The Zen Origins:

The origins of Zen can be found in Chinese Buddhism and, as a result, this can be a great way of improving upon your skills once you have the basics down.

There are other philosophies that borrow similar ideologies, like Hinduism, Taoism and, more recently talked about, Kabbalah, but they all have different perspectives on the same theories.

If you want to take the concept and your learning further, it is important you do some research to figure out which philosophies closest align with your own before going down a specific path.

The 3 Zen You Can Try as A Student:

student-guide-to-zen

1. Mindfulness.

This is the practice of being aware of the stressors in your life and proactively dealing with them before they become more of an issue.

It involves being always aware of your emotional state.

You can start to practice mindfulness by creating a list of everything that is making life stressful for you now and, once you have that list, think of ways you can overcome the stress.

One example is financial stress, which is something that all students deal with.

So, in the stressors column you would write “financial stress”, under “emotional state” you would write how that makes you feel and, under “steps to improve”, you could write about taking out Earnest student loans from a private lender to cover college fees and living costs.

The whole idea with this is that you actively recognize the stressors in your life, recognize the emotions that they are triggering, and giving pause to consider a practical way of fixing those issues before they become too much.

2. Journaling.

Journaling is becoming hugely popular as more and more people are realizing the benefit of the written word.

Each day, take some time to write down your actions, thoughts, and feelings.

Be specific where possible and do not hold back as being honest is the only way you’ll benefit from this practice.

In time, you will be able to identify triggers that make you feel down.

You’ll become more self aware of your feelings and achieving your goals will suddenly become so much easier with the boost in confidence you’ll experience.

Practicing gratitude is also beneficial so make sure to write down five things you are grateful for each day.

3. Yoga and Meditation.

Yoga and meditation are two meditative practices that allow you to check in with yourself from time to time.

Both are highly effective, and the good news is you don’t have to be an expert, you just need to have an open mind and a willingness to learn.

There are loads of different meditation practices, from cleaning the house, sitting down in a quiet room with incense, and, yes, even prayer if you are religious.

The important thing is that you give yourself time for inward reflection, to think about your day and your activities and to ensure things are going in the direction that align with your goals.

find-life-coach-andy-whittle

Name: Andy Whittle
Pillar: The Mind
Who is this coach for: For anyone who wants to have strong support and valuable feedback on their way of reaching their goals.
How they can help: Attentive listening, strategic questioning, dedicated support and outside feedback.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

We are all fine, and coping fairly well with the situation, it does feel as though we have lost a complete year and I know my children have missed the social aspect of being with all of their friends, but they have managed to stay connected and it will soon be back to ‘normal’.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

It did affect me initially especially with a lot of the training work I did face to face.

But I am nothing if I am not adaptable so I was soon up and running as people adapted themselves to the online world and became more comfortable with the technology.

It has changed the type of coaching I do, in that people are struggling with adapting, more stress, career challenges, new ways of working etc.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

That connection and support networks are ultra important.

I learned that people, including myself, are stronger than they think, more adaptable than they think and can rise to any challenge with the right mindset.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I have been many things to many people in my lifetime.

Lots of hats, lots of very interesting experiences and the red thread through all of this has always been people.

I got into proper coaching roughly 5 years ago when I found the perfect curriculum for me that really spoke to my strengths and understanding of the way things and people worked.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Realizing that life is too short to be in the wrong job.

I was a fish out of water in my old job and I realized that I had to create yet another comfort zone.

I had to stop blaming others for my lack of choices and start making changes, taking chances and being more proactive.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I think that I innovate with my clients by really listening to them and by becoming a thinking partner for them.

Helping them reflect on their thoughts, ideas, values and strengths to really be able to move forward with confidence in knowing who they are and what they want.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

Most people are after some sort of change, a new life, a new job, a new perspective on things.

Having reinvented myself many times over the years I have a pretty unique perspective on life.

Anything is possible.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Encouragement, support, a bouncing board, valuable feedback, someone who listens, the chance to have an outsider’s perspective with no judgement or preconceived ideas.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I do have many tools in my toolbox, but the most powerful are listening and questioning.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

We are all worthy, we all deserve to be heard, seen, listened to, loved and acknowledged.

We all have a special place in this world.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

No one else can make you happy, complete you or should judge you.

You do You.

Everyone else is taken.

Your final thoughts?

Coaching is the gift that keeps on giving.

We all learn so much about ourselves through self reflection and genuine intuitive feedback.

Our self perception can be so muddled and our limiting beliefs can be so limiting. Having more options in life can be so rewarding.

4 Important Pieces of Advice You Should Follow When You are Caring for Consistently Irritated Skin

Caring for consistently irritated skin can seem like an uphill battle.

It can often seem like no matter what you try, your skin dries out, breaks out and flakes out.

While it’s true that some of us have a much tougher skincare journey than others, no one’s skin is beyond help.

In some cases, an underlying medical issue is to blame for untamable skin. Other times, it’s simply a matter of choosing the wrong products.

Whatever the cause, perpetually uncooperative skin can lead to copious amounts of wasted time, money and effort.

So, if your easily irritated skin has caused you no shortage of frustration over the years, put the following pointers into practice.

4 Important Pieces of Advice for Consistently Irritated Skin:

advice-for-consistently-irritated-skin

1. Use a Gentle Face wash.

Although many face washes purport to be much gentler than standard soaps and shampoos, this doesn’t automatically make them a good fit for sensitive skin. While they may not be as chemical laden as the aforementioned grooming products, these face washes can still prove too harsh for sensitive skin.

For example, if you don’t wear a lot of makeup or stay away from cosmetics altogether, there’s no reason you should be using a face wash designed for heavy makeup removal.

With this in mind, make a point of limiting your options to face washes designed specifically for easily irritated skin or organic washes.

Sure, these tend to cost a little more than standard over the counter skincare aids, but the lack of consistent skin irritation makes them well worth the additional expense.

Additionally, if you don’t wear makeup, you may not even need to use a specialized wash every time you wash your face. Simply rinsing your face with water, also known as “The Caveman Method”, has been shown to reduce irritation and breakouts in individuals with sensitive skin.

2. Regularly Moisturize Dry Skin.

If your skin irritation is largely the result of chronic dryness, a good moisturizer is an essential skincare aid.

Additionally, before applying moisturizer, make sure to give your face a thorough washing, as this will prevent the moisturizer from sealing in any dirt or dead skin cells.

For people with exceptionally sensitive skin, heavy oil based moisturizers are liable to cause additional irritation.

So, if this describes you, limit yourself to light oil free moisturizers. Furthermore, certain types of essential oil can act as natural alternatives to over the counter moisturizers.

Although it’s often recommended that you wash and moisturize your face two times per day, it’s important to realize that there’s no “one size fits all” solution to skincare.

For instance, if you don’t wear makeup, you may find that one washing and moisturizing per day suits your skin just perfectly.

3. Give the Moisturizer a Break.

Moisturizing plays a large role in countless skincare regimens, and for good reason.

It helps replenish the moisture we get rid of when we wash our faces and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and age lines.

However, as previously stated, skincare is not a monolith, and there’s no “one size fits all” solution. Heck, if there were, we’d all be walking around with flawless skin.

This is particularly apparent when it comes to moisturizing. Although it works wonders for some, it can be a source of consistent irritation for others. Some people’s skin simply doesn’t respond well to moisturizers, regardless of how mild they happen to be.

If this is an apt description of your skin, it’s fine to give the moisturizer a break.

In fact, as a growing number of dermatologists are now acknowledging, regular moisturizing isn’t quite as essential as people once thought.

4. Be Mindful of Grooming Products and Cosmetics.

In addition to being selective when it comes to skincare products, you should also exercise discernment when seeking out grooming products and cosmetics. Many shampoos, conditioners, soaps and makeup products contain chemicals that can trigger irritation and breakouts, particularly for people with sensitive skin, so keeping an eye out for chemical light options or springing for organic alternatives is likely to serve you well.

What You Should Remember:

Dealing with skin that refuses to relax can be immensely frustrating.

For some of us, no matter what lengths we go to, our skin seemingly exists in a perpetual state of irritation.

In addition to weighing on wallets, unsuccessful attempts at soothing irritation prone skin can lead to issues with confidence and self image.

If you’re tired of allowing disagreeable skin to be a drain on your time and finances, there’s no time like the present to tackle the problem head on. Try some of these advices, follow them all if you can.

Also, know that your habits contribute to your health. Your way of life contributes a lot on your skin health. Stress management, healthy diet, regular exercise, enough daily hydration and quality sleep can be of tremendous help.

Find Life Coach | Meet Laine Kaleja: How to Create Better Beliefs and Self Image?

Laine Kaleja is one of the coaches we found and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her passion and experience. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Laine Kaleja:

find-life-coach-laine-kaleja

Name: Laine Kaleja
Pillar: The Spirit
Who is this coach for: Anyone who is willing to update their belief system and create better self image.
How they can help: She can help you find and update the beliefs about yourself that are keeping you stuck in life.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

Pandemic time has been a time of many changes and interruptions of plans for me, just like most people in the world.

I am very thankful that my family and I have been staying healthy throughout all this time. Health is precious and something to be grateful for daily.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The coronavirus pandemic, of course, affects everyone, many people have been laid off. It never is a good thing, yet, every challenge hides within it a redirection and opportunity.

More people than ever are starting their businesses. And more people than ever are turning to their personal development, as they see that the way they have been living so far is not working anymore.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

My biggest lesson in this pandemic has been to trust the redirection. I was supposed to be spending all summer of 2020 in the USA selling books and earning good money so I could go into my business full time after the summer.

I had planned everything for that, and it was essential for me to go there. I was waiting for the borders to open until the end of June, when it became evident that I cannot go anywhere during the summer.

I didn’t have a place to live because the apartment I lived in was rented out for the summer months already. And I was extremely short of cash because my regular income was gone because of the pandemic, and I had not started my business yet.

During the summer, I lived pretty much in victim mode, “Why is this happening to me?” I thought I had been free from victim consciousness several years ago already. However, when we are thrown out of our comfort zone, that shows what is inside us. What kind of past programming runs the show.

I still had a lot of the past programming that needed to be released.

Although challenges are never pleasant, when we look at the big picture, we can see how they are often redirections for something better.

To become a great mindset coach, I had to face my shadows as well. I had to face my insecurities and mindset blocks on a new level than I had done it before to help my coaching clients on a deeper level.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

Coaching and mentoring others has always been a part of my life, but I had not considered it as a career and business option until recently.

I was part of an international student organization within the Southwestern Advantage company for more than ten years.

During the summers, we were selling educational books to families all over the USA and Canada. I was one of the student mentors there and led my team of students for several years.

That was more of a personal development program rather than just a sales job for students. And that is where I fell in love with helping people with their personal development.

Every time I could see how someone was growing as a person through different challenges and knowing I could be part of that, it was a truly fulfilling feeling.

As the pandemic started, I learned more about online business structures and the growing life coaching industry. At one point, I just realized, “It’s a no brainer this is the type of business I was meant for.”

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I could tell about many different minor obstacles, but I realize they all fall under one big internal obstacle.

My biggest internal obstacle that I have had to overcome so far has been the limiting belief of “I am not good enough.”

This limiting belief was sure dragging me around and limiting my decisions throughout my 20s. It was subconsciously sabotaging me in my professional life, personal life, relationships, finances, etc.

The climax point came when I started to build my coaching business.

First of all, I had postponed thinking about building my business for many years due to this limiting belief. And even after I started my own business, I doubted myself a lot.

I felt that I need to take one more course, learning something more before I can truly take action.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

The more I dig deeper into the coaching industry, I realize there are so many different approaches and various advice.

I have the most respect for the coaches who “walk the talk” rather than trying to coach on what they haven’t done themselves yet.

Therefore, I only teach and have my clients do things I have done myself.

I have a holistic approach, we work to change things not only on a behavioral level but also mental and emotional level.

We use different mindset tools to get to the core issue of the problem and shift it into a positive momentum.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

What’s unique about my coaching approach? As I mentioned earlier, I believe that changing things just on a behavioral level is not enough.

We need to also work on a mental and emotional level and even on a spiritual level. Yet, many people unconsciously think that they need to do more or find that one key strategy. And that will bring them where they want to be.

But to make significant changes that are beyond the level of starting to wake up one hour earlier in the mornings, we need to work with our limiting beliefs, release past emotional traumas and rewire our brain for a new identity.

When a client has a problem, I first look at what underlying beliefs they have about this sphere of life and what they think about themselves.

It is easy to notice through the language the client uses. It is not enough to change your actions, you also need to change your identity, the way you see yourself.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

When people work with me, they are experiencing a genuinely emphatic and tailored approach and my undivided attention to them.

Currently, I only work with clients 1 on 1. In the near future, I plan to launch a group program as well.

But working with clients 1 on 1 helps me to address their unique problems. By actively listening to my clients, I can guide them to become aware of past beliefs, improper reality perceptions, and hidden emotions that keep them stuck.

From there, we can start a true transformation to a new identity, the type of person who believes in themselves and takes the necessary action.

By leading my clients through this process, I can teach them the framework they can apply continuously in their lives instead of being a one time skill.

And we don’t just work with rewiring the brain, the goal is also to shift emotions. Because the mind can be thinking positive thoughts, but the body, the nervous system, is still attached to the same old emotions.

So we need to release and turn that around as well.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes, we do a lot of mindset work, exercises for goal setting and manifestation, such as Scripting.

We do a lot of journaling exercises so that clients can work more profoundly on the specific topic for the week, and I can pinpoint their weak points after checking this homework.

We also do breathing exercises to be more present and release tension, and guided visualization to create the “new version” of themselves faster, and several NLP techniques.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

I would say, “You are worthy, your time is precious, and what you can do when you follow your purpose is extremely valuable. Don’t you ever doubt that! And live every day as you would believe every single word of it.”

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

There have been many great lessons, but one significant that comes into my mind right away is how important our internal self image is, what we think about ourselves.

Like I mentioned, I have been working in direct sales during the previous summers in the USA. During the first summers there, I was struggling quite a bit in direct sales.

Any results I had were only the result of hard work.

It was around 2014 when I got first exposed to learning about limiting beliefs. I started to realize many negative beliefs about myself due to how my past experiences had conditioned me. I began to see how what I had so for thought about myself was not true.

Most of those beliefs about myself were not true. I had limiting beliefs that I am not communicative enough, not interesting enough, not confident enough, etc.

All those beliefs were impacting the way I was showing up with prospects. Because I saw myself as not confident, people also saw me like that.

And the reflection of that in their attitude made me feel more like that. I had to break that cycle.

I had to shift all my insecure identity to a version of Laine that is confident, interesting, and communicates well. I had to stop letting past experiences build up my identity.

When we change not only our actions but also the way we see ourselves, it opens up a whole new realm of opportunities.

I started to shift my beliefs about myself by turning my limiting beliefs into positive affirmations. I decided to show up with prospects by thinking and feeling like the confident version of me.

That made a tremendous difference, I led the conversation and close way more sales than before.

Your final thoughts?

I believe this is a time of significant changes in the world, and we can’t live anymore with the same old perception of reality and ourselves we have had so far.

We have to do the inner work to release the emotional traumas and limiting beliefs from them, anchor our confidence within instead of external things and people, elevate our mindset, and upgrade our skills. I believe every single person in this world feels deep inside that they are meant for something more than what they are doing right now.

The question is are they going to feed the voice of mediocrity that says to them, “It’s ok as it is,” or “I will make the voice of my purpose louder and louder until I am compelled to take action!”

What are The Best Foods for Beating Fatigue Naturally?

Fatigue may seem like a relatively mild health issue compared to certain other medical complaints, but it can be a really difficult and challenging problem to deal with, and there are countless people suffering from sleepiness on a regular basis.

People who are constantly tired and sleepy might find it hard to concentrate at work or to enjoy their personal lives and free time, and there are even situations in which driver fatigue may lead to a higher risk of auto accidents.

There are many possible causes of fatigue, from excess stress to sleep apnea to the plain and simple fact that you aren’t getting enough rest with your current sleeping schedule.

Diet can also have a huge impact on this particular problem.

The human body needs the energy to move around and carry out its many processes, but if you’re eating the wrong foods or simply not eating enough, you may find that you tend to feel tired, worn out, or less energetic than you should.

This guide will take a look at some of the most recommended foods for beating fatigue and helping to get your energy levels up without any harmful side effects or risks.

The 6 Best Foods for Beating Fatigue Naturally:

1. Fresh Fruits and Veggies.

One of the best ways to improve your diet and start reducing your risks of fatigue is to add more fresh fruits and veggies to your daily meals.

Try to opt for seasonal produce to guarantee freshness, and choose organic ingredients when possible for added quality too.

Fresh veggies and fruits are filled from top to bottom with vitamins, minerals, and key nutrients.

2. Foods That Are Not Processed.

A big part of the reason you might be feeling so fatigued is that your current diet could contain a large number of processed foods.

Processed foods include things like candies, cereals, certain meats and cheeses, a lot of frozen goods, and so on.

These meals are high in preservatives, salt, additives, and other unhealthy ingredients. Find fresh, non processed foods instead.

3. Lean Meats.

Many people like to eat meat and it can be a great part of a balanced, healthy diet, but you need to be careful about the sort of meat you eat.

Red meats like beef are quite high in saturated fat and can contribute to feelings of fatigue.

Leaner meats like chicken and turkey are much less fatty and contain higher quality protein overall.

4. Nuts and Seeds.

Nuts and seeds contain huge amounts of energy in the tiniest little packages, and just a handful can really give you a nice boost when you feel like your energy levels are running low.

This is why hikers and outdoor enthusiasts often carry nuts and trail mix pouches on their adventures, and you might like to do the same if you’re looking for a healthy, high energy snack to beat the blues.

5. Oats.

Looking for a good breakfast cereal alternative that doesn’t contain all of those preservatives and sugars?

Oats might be just what you need.

Seen as one of the best breakfast foods by many experts, oats and oatmeal are super ways to start the day.

They’re an example of a slow burning energy source that will keep you feeling full and energized for much longer than most other foods.

6. Chia.

Chia seeds are widely seen as one of the so called “superfoods” that have surged in popularity in recent years, and it’s easy to see why.

These tiny seeds may seem simple on the outside, but they have amazing levels of nutrition packed inside.

Just a couple of spoonfuls of these seeds can give you huge amounts of energy and healthy Omega 3 fatty acids too.

What about drinks?

1. Caffeine Free Drinks.

When looking for a little energy boost in the morning or to get them through a long day, many people turn to caffeinated beverages like coffee and energy drinks.

While these drinks are useful in moderation as a quick “pick me up”, they do have a lot of downsides and can actually make you feel more worn out in the long run.

Choose caffeine free alternatives like natural juices and smoothies.

2. Pure Lemon Juice.

This is something that can give you a boost of energy unlike anything else.

It’s sometimes even more effective than coffee to shake you up and get rid of your fatigue.

This drink is high in Vitamin C and it’s really refreshing in hot days.

3. Water.

We’ve already spoken about the importance of avoiding things like sodas and energy drinks, but it’s particularly important to ensure that you’re getting enough water each day.

Water is the most important resource of all for the human body, playing a huge role in countless bodily processes.

If you get enough water in your system, you’ll feel better and more energized in everything you do. Often times when you feel anxious or down, drinking just one glass of water can lift your mood up.

What Can a Virtual Doctor Diagnose and Help You Treat?

You want to keep your body in solid, working order. Part of that is making sure you see a doctor regularly and follow their advice. But who has time for all of that in the modern, constantly moving world?

With online and virtual doctors now more widely available, thanks in no small part to the ongoing pandemic, there’s no reason not to take the time to see a doctor.

All you need is a phone or computer, a good internet connection, insurance, and a selection of reputable online doctors. From there, you can get treatment for a wide variety of common, non emergency conditions, obtain antibiotics or online prescriptions, and even obtain urgent care under some circumstances.

Virtual doctor’s visits go beyond these common conditions, often being able to treat more troublesome ailments as well.

To get a better idea of how effective virtual doctors are, here’s a breakdown of five other conditions a virtual doctor can provide treatment for.

5 Things Virtual Doctor Can Diagnose:

1. ADHD.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD, affects millions of people every year.

ADHD treatments can benefit from increased communication and therapy, something which telemedicine and telehealth both provide.

Evidence shows cognitive behavioral therapy, a therapy helping you understand negative thinking and develop coping strategies, may be as effective or better than in person therapy.

Telemedicine is especially effective at managing and following up with an ADHD treatment.

2. Insomnia.

Sleep is one of the most important things we do every day. It acts as a way to recharge our batteries, form memories, and get us ready for the day ahead.

But when we don’t get enough sleep, we experience many issues like a lack of concentration and general tiredness.

Often caused by stress, too much caffeine, medication, or other environmental factors, insomnia can negatively impact a patient’s daily life.

In a form of digital therapy, a doctor can treat a patient remotely for insomnia.

They may ask to track sleeping habits and help the patient devise specialized treatments for their condition.

In some cases, the doctor may prescribe medication.

If you’re suffering from insomnia, seeking out telemedicine may help.

According to recent insomnia studies, telemedicine may actually be more effective than in person treatments for the condition.

A reputable service like https://everydaydoctor.com/ has extensive information available about the subject and other conditions, in addition to allowing you to find a doctor, set an appointment for the same day, and even get a prescription, depending on what your state allows.

3. UTI’s.

Urinary Tract Infections, or UTIs, can happen to anyone, occurring in the kidneys, bladder, or urethra.

They’re painful and unpleasant.

They can be caused by a number of different infections, including cystitis and urethra infections.

Symptoms of a UTI can include but aren’t limited to the following: Burning during or after urination, Constantly needing to urinate, Unable to urinate, Pain in your pelvis, Foul smelling urine, Discomfort in the urethra for men.

A UTI can be a painful experience, so getting them promptly treated is essential.

So how does something like that work during an online doctor’s visit?

In the absence of urinalysis, a qualified and board certified doctor will speak with the patient via the telemedicine interface.

The doctor will ask laser focused, specific, and extremely targeted questions to determine if you have a UTI and will prescribe the appropriate antibiotics if needed.

They’ll send the prescription to your local pharmacy, where you can often pick it up the same day.

4. Erectile dysfunction.

Erectile Dysfunction, or ED, is a common and potentially embarrassing problem for men, with more than three million cases each year.

This might not seem like something a virtual doctor can address remotely, but the truth is quite the contrary.

ED can be caused by a number of factors, including psychological ones.

The most common are: high blood pressure, obesity, and heart disease, all of which can cause blood flow issues to the area.

In a telemedicine appointment for this issue, you’ll speak directly with a physician about the issue and possible treatments.

They’ll evaluate your medical history and speak with you at length about the condition to determine how best to address your particular needs.

During the appointment, they’ll advise you on what course of action you should take and maybe prescribe medicine.

Remember that with telemedicine, the doctors are board certified, everything is confidential, handled with discretion, and HIPPA compliant.

So, you’ll be receiving the same quality treatment from a virtual doctor as you would from a physician in person.

5. Anxiety.

Maintaining your mental health and wellness is just as crucial as keeping your physical health in good shape.

Everyone has times when they feel anxious, panicky, or depressed. Luckily, telemedicine has doctors available to help talk you through these issues and treat some of these serious conditions.

People often ignore mental health concerns for various reasons, but it’s important to keep your mind healthy.

Anxiety treatments are typically therapy intended to help you work through and process the issue.

Most commonly, a combination of psychotherapy and medication is typically used to treat mental health conditions, including anxiety.

With teletherapy, however, they may take a different approach depending on the type of anxiety and your personal needs.

In fact, it’s a very personalized experience, and teletherapists will create a custom treatment to adequately suit your needs.

There are a few specific treatments a teletherapist might use: Cognitive behavioral therapy, Exposure therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy, Psychoanalytic therapy, Interpersonal therapy, Acceptance therapy.

Each of these come with their own strengths and weaknesses, but it ultimately depends on what type of treatment your teletherapist develops for you.

Teletherapy works the same way as a virtual doctor’s visit, after all, it is a virtual doctor’s visit of sorts, with the same high privacy standards, type of environment, and technological requirements.
