Rodolfo Parlati is one of the coaches we found and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his humble approach and positivity. Here is what he said.

Meet Life Coach Rodolfo Parlati:

find-life-coach-rodolfo-parlati

Name: Rodolfo Parlati
Pillar: The Mind
Who is this coach for: For anyone who wants to overcome insecurity, stress and reach their goals in life.
How they can help: He will help you unleash your real potential.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

Fine, thanks. We didn’t let pandemic affect our lives too much.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Pandemic worked a bit as a “spirit level” for everyone. It put us at the same level, in a certain way.

The difference is in how you faced it, and your attitude towards it.

You can choose to let it overcome you, or exploit the opportunities that this situation hides.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Surely, the best lesson is that some opportunities can hide even in the most troubling situations. If you can see them, you can seize them.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

Well, I began my studies at University and obtained a degree in Business Administration. Shortly after, I was employed in the administration field of a company and, paralelly, I began to dedicate myself to marketing activities.

I discovered coaching after having lived a very troubled period of my life. At a certain point, I decided that some things had to change, mostly in my mindset and attitude.

I approached personal development and coaching and began a personal path in which I achieved a higher level of self awareness and motivation.

Thus, the choice to redirect my career towards coaching.

Now, I’m a happy and proud Professional Coach.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I was a very shy kid, and this influenced my adolescence very much.

Shyness and insecurity prevented me from taking chances and facing setbacks.

After experiencing theatre acting, I acquired a different perception of myself and my inner potential.

Before then, I could never have believed in being able to stay on a stage and speak in public! Experiences like this can change your life.

Many years later, Coaching had a similar positive impact on me.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I don’t consider myself an “innovator”.

I like helping people be happy and successful by discovering their potential and find together the right way to fully exploit it.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

Coaching is a very powerful tool that helps people achieve their personal and professional goals.

When I work with my clients, I help them create meaningful actions to achieve their goals, understand what is holding them back, and I support them in holding themselves accountable to take action.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

My clients experience improvements in their self awareness, work life balance, leadership skills, productivity, time management, goal achievement, and stress reduction.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Nothing in particular. My tool is the questions I make.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

You are extraordinary because you are unique. Find your purpose, and live the life you want to live.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Always being positive, and taking action to follow your dreams.

Your final thoughts?

I believe in a future in which people and organizations have the chance to attain the goals they desire, feed their motivations, and reduce stress. A future in which people are aware of their big inner potential.

Is Caffeine the Only Answer? Here are The 6 Best Ways to Improve Energy Without the Extra Cup of Coffee

Caffeine use is increasing worldwide and so is the attention being paid to its detrimental effects.

As noted by researchers, caffeine is often consumed for benefits like concentration and memory enhancement, as well as the improvement of physical performance.

However, it is also being investigated for its abuse, dependence, intoxication and even lethal effects.

With concerns increasing over the excessive consumption of coffee, caffeinated teas and the onslaught of energy drinks and caffeine laced supplements, folks are looking for ways to improve their energy without turning to caffeine.

In this article, we’ll explore simple caffeine free tips and tricks to boost energy, like using CBD products and drinking cold water.

We’ve separated them into routine and habit adjustments and on the spot body hacks so you have long and short term solutions.

The 6 Best Ways to Improve Energy Without Coffee:

best-ways-to-improve-energy-without-coffee

Long Term Solutions

When looking for ways to boost your energy, it’s important to take a hard look at your routine and habits.

Often, you’ll find some huge red flags that will tell you exactly why you need energy from an outside source like caffeine to begin with. There are also those who claim that coffee in small doses is actually good for you.

And from all that noise we are unable to decide once and for all “is coffee good or bad for you?”.

If you want to know exactly what happens to your brain on coffee go here.

One thing is for sure, you don’t need to depend on coffee to have energy.

A few small tweaks and adjustments to your routine and habits and you won’t have an energy deficit to begin with.

1. Sleep More.

Everyone is always telling you to sleep more. Sounds nice, but how do we make that lifestyle adjustment?

Here are a couple of practical habits related to your devices that are negatively impacting your sleep time and cycle.

First, make a rule for no screen time for an hour before bed to help settle and quiet your mind.

And before that, or if you must use the device, use the blue screen filter or blocker which helps prevent insomnia.

Both of these habits will help you sleep more and better.

And beyond the device dilemma, you can also try natural, non habit forming supplements like CBD tinctures and melatonin to help you promote calmness and get you into the best headspace to have a restful night of sleep.

2. Stretch Regularly.

Try adding stretching into your morning routine as soon as you get up, as well as throughout your workday.

Stretching helps to relieve fatigue by increasing blood flow throughout your body, including to tight muscles.

It can give you a boost in the morning or during that afternoon slump that may replace your need for coffee.

This can be especially important if you’re sitting at a desk or performing a lot of repetitive motions during the course of your workday.

3. Set Work Timers.

It’s important to give yourself small periods of rest throughout the day to avoid overwork and fatigue.

If you never feel tired to begin with, you won’t have a reason to reach for the cup of coffee. One popular method is the pomodoro technique.

Set a timer for 25 minutes and work continuously.

Then, take a 5 minute timed break.

Do this for your entire workday and you’ll see that your energy will stay high and you’ll actually be able to accomplish more.

Short Term Solutions

Regardless of how well you’re working on setting yourself up for success with great habits, there will come a time when your energy is going to dip.

Maybe you didn’t sleep quite as much as you had planned because of a sick kid or a pressing work deadline. Or maybe you haven’t been as diligent about stretching and taking breaks like you should.

No need to worry because here are some quick solutions that you can make use of when your energy reserve is low and you need that boost.

4. Get to Know Your Kiss Spot.

You’re probably thinking, “My WHAT spot?”

Also known in acupuncture as GV 26, this is a point located under your nose and above your top lip, right in the center.

An acupuncturist will activate this point to help restore mental focus and calm the mind of their client. You can do the same by pressing firmly with the tip of your finger on this spot for about 60 seconds.

Afterwards, you should feel a boost in alertness.

Whether you’re feeling drowsy behind the desk or the wheel of your car, it’s a simple body hack that can really help.

5. Drink Water.

Chances are if you are feeling low on energy and fatigued, your body is also in need of a good dose of H2O.

Studies show that proper hydration is essential for optimal cognitive performance and to maintain a positive mood

Try experimenting with the temperature of the water. Some people feel that a glass of ice cold water is great at restoring mental alertness, while others prefer room temperature.

Regardless of what you opt for, just keep the water flowing! And if it’s hard to remember or track how much water you’re getting, use an app to help you.

Many can be set with reminders and customizable counters that will ensure you’re getting what you need to get you through your day.

6. Try Some Scent for Alertness.

With the wider availability of essential oils now available, research has shown that some, like peppermint, are beneficial for cognitive performance and memory enhancement.

If you’re unsure about how to use essential oils effectively, you have a few options.

Some people may inhale them directly from the bottle, but most will prefer adding them into a diffuser or specially designed humidifier with a designated tray for distribution into the air.

You can also mix them with a carrier oil, hand cream or even body wash for an invigorating shower.

Just be aware that if you have pets in the vicinity that essential oils need to be used with caution, as many have negative effects for our furry friends.

One last mistake a lot of people make:

When it comes to energy not eating enough is self sabotaging.

Caffeinated drinks are often also sugar bombs that will give you a temporary boost and a fierce crash, as will snacks and meals high in refined carbohydrates like pastries, breakfast cereals and other processed foods such as potato chips.

By fueling your body with the right material, you’ll be ensuring it has the energy to get you through your day.

Find Life Coach | Meet Maureen Scanlon: How to Fully Accept Your Self?

Maureen Scanlon is one of the coaches we found and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her innovative ways of helping her clients fully accept themselves. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Maureen Scanlon:

find-life-coach-maureen-scanlon

Name: Maureen Scanlon
Pillar: The Spirit
Who is this coach for: Anyone who is willing to become who they really are and learn to love themselves.
How they can help: She helps you to find acceptance and validation for who you really are in an innovative and unique way, customized to each individual.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

I’ve really enjoyed the aspects of the pandemic that shifted our focus to the things we value most: our health and our families.

I was fortunate enough to have my grandchildren staying with me and we had a lot of fun using our imaginations and spending quality time together.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic was a great way for people to evaluate their lives. I drew in quite a bit of new clientele due to this.

It really helped me with patience. I learned more mindfulness and living in the moment.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Pre pandemic I was hesitant about using technology to connect, I had always felt I needed to be in the presence of others to feel connected.

I was so wrong!

I have learned to embrace the convenience and blessings of video and social media.

I have made genuine, ongoing, friendships with others I’ve never met face to face.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I always say I’ve been life coaching before life coaching was a thing.

I started the business aspect of coaching 4 years ago which evolved to writing 2 books and speaking.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Learning to see myself as worthy and lovable was my biggest challenge.

From my upbringing to dysfunctional and abusive relationships, I realized it was my choosing these experiences that had to change. I had to finally understand the “why” and then accept the lesson.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Every client is unique and so is my approach to helping them.

I ask clients to do “out of the box” methods such as theme songs and happy altars as well as to try uncomfortable things.

I once asked a client to yell out of her car window during a session in the parking lot of her employment, “I am amazing”. She laughed and felt really good.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

As described in a Google review of my business, a client said, “It’s like talking to your mom, or that one cool aunt always know just what to say”.

I feel that my genuine desire to build the trust and relationship with clients is so crucial to the success.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

My clients will get a deeper understanding of themselves, learn acceptance, self love, and build a confidence they didn’t have previously.

They will be empowered to make choices that are best for themselves, letting go of others’ expectations or needing validation from others as well as learning how to cope with ongoing life struggles in the future.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I have quite a few tools that help my clients.

I use a thought record process, a life wheel, and a false belief exercise that are game changers!

I also provide weekly emails about success and goals!

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

My message is always that we all want the same thing: acceptance and validation.

Loving ourselves must be our dominant thought, for we can’t love and help others until we love ourselves fully.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson for me, comes from a quote I recently found, author unknown “Do not try to mend bonds you didn’t break”.

I had always been a people pleaser and tried so hard to serve others even when I received nothing in return, thinking it was my fault and that I had not done enough to receive love.

Your final thoughts?

If I can leave this with one thought: If it feels good do it, if not, you have a choice to disengage and focus on only that which feels better.

Finally, have mercy, grace, and patience with yourself, you are a human having human experiences, remember it is all about whether you are learning a lesson or teaching one.

Where Can You Find Maureen Scanlon?

If you want to dive deeper into her work you can check this video. She shares a little bit about her book that has one of the funniest titles I have ever heard, you can get on Amazon.

How to Dab Like a Pro Even When You‘re on the Go

From the attention of scientists who want to do research to holistic health practitioners that include it in their diet, CBD grabs the attention of the world more and more.

Consequently, there are many ways to consume it. One of them is dabbing and it has become the most famous way of receiving the desired effects of cannabis speedily and effectively.

Furthermore, with a dab rig, you get to choose from many different dab rigs and many useful accessories that can make your whole cannabis consuming experience uniquely enjoyable.

So, when you are on the go, a dab rig is just the thing you need. These Dab rigs are small and easy to pack with the rest of your luggage. As a result, you can take them anywhere you go.

It can help you enjoy the ultimate benefits of cannabis concentrates anywhere you want. As long as you have a dab rig with you, you won’t need any other special equipment.

Here are some of the best available dab rids you can take with you when out in the world.

How to Dab Like a Pro:

how-to-dab-like-a-pro

Portable Dab Rigs.

Portable dab rigs or e rigs are a perfect combination of vape pens with remarkable qualities of dabs. So, as the name suggests, these things are mobile in size, making them ideal for carrying around.

However, one should not get discouraged when they look at the size of an e rig since they are comparatively more minor in size when compared to the actual size of a dab rig. But that doesn’t mean these rigs give you any lesser advantage at consuming the benefits of cannabis.

It is because these dab rigs are equipped with cool attachments and robust temperature controlled batteries, which makes portable dabbing at par with the table to set ups that you have at your home.

Moreover, with an electronic dab rig, you get the ability to control the heat that will make your whole dabbing experience super efficient.

Plus, attachments like modern glass mouthpieces and bubblers make the entire experience much more wholesome.

Vape Pens for Concentrates.

Vape pens are another form of portable dab rigs that you can find yourself using when you are on the go.

However, they are not as powerful as the e rigs mentioned above, but they do the job. However, vape pens are good at serving as a quick and discrete way of receiving the health benefits of cannabis concentrates anyplace you can think of.

However, we advise you first to get familiar with all the functionalities of a vape pen before you buy one for yourself. A vape pen has many functions that include a rechargeable battery, cartridge placing space, temperature control, and even smartphone connectivity.

But, all these functionalities can vary depending on its price and the brand. So make sure you do proper research on the product before you bring it home with you.

What You Need to Remember:

No doubt, dabbing provides the consumer with a potent cannabis experience.

However, you should keep this in mind: We do not advise or promote the usage of CBD or cannabis in any type or form. We are just sharing information that some readers might find helpful. It’s always the smartest decision to consult with your doctor before making an important decision for your health.

Find Life Coach | Meet David Neal: How to Get Out of Victim Mentality and Attain Happiness?

David Neal is one of the coaches we found and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his honest and direct approach to coaching. Here is what he said.

Meet Life Coach David Neal:

find-life-coach-david-neal

Name: David Neal
Pillar: The Mind
Who is this coach for: For anyone who wants to get out of victim mentality and attain happiness.
How they can help: Find weak aspects in the character, acknowledge them and tackle them head on.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

My family has been quite fortunate, everything considered.

We are lucky to live in Australia which is geographically dislocated from the rest of the world.

This allowed us to control movement in and out of the country. This coupled with large expanses of land meant the spread of the pandemic was slowed and traceable.

I have deep empathy for those countries still tackling the weight of damage caused by the pandemic. Many of them are demonstrating true resilience in their fight.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic prompted us to accelerate certain portions of our longer term strategy. Simply put, the reduction in projects, that is our normal breadwinner, influenced us to develop a substitute capability in the form of online courses.

These courses have been incredibly successful to date, as they have allowed us to provide services to an international market.

The online courses were the right fit, at the right time.

The team rallied in a highly focused manner towards developing these capabilities ahead of schedule.

The online courses kept us relevant and also demonstrated our competence in the areas we aimed to specialize in being leadership, personal development, resilience, change management, conflict resolution, improving confidence, etc.

In essence the pandemic forced our hand and prompted us to fight for relevance, which we did.

Our clients and our team could not be happier.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

We all need to fight for relevance, by demonstrating our competence.

When the environment changes, we must change with it. It reminds me of Demings quote, “It is not necessary to change. Survival is not mandatory.”

Wishful thinking is not enough. It needs to be backed up with planning and action. The coronavirus pandemic demonstrated this acutely.

The evidence is in who is left in the commercial landscape, post pandemic.

Some played it too safe and lost their relevance. Others overcompensated and committed to changes that pressured their fragile systems.

The ones that got the balance right are here to tell the tale and are now likely postured to capitalize on emerging opportunities as markets turn back on.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

Coaching emerged as an interest of mine during my Military career, Infantry Officer, where I was required to engage with all manner of different organizations and people in order to achieve mission success.

It required that my interactions with people were customized and contextualized to the person to whom I was engaging with, as well as setting the conditions to be able influence them and inspire them. Rank did not provide the most reliable mechanism for influence over others.

I found myself testing different approaches and concepts throughout my entire military career, particularly when I was involved in training and education roles.

I found that a one size fits all approach did not work to achieve the most effective results. Therefore, I would spend significant time trying to build rapport with the people I worked with, whilst seeking to learn what their drivers were, what values they subscribe to.

These skills would later form the foundation for my coaching role within The Eighth Mile Consulting.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

One of the biggest challenges I faced was one of identity as a result of my medical discharge, and subsequent transition from the Army.

I look back now and realize that the things that helped me tackle this personal crisis were:

1. Measuring one’s success via the legacy they leave.

2. Defining one’s identity by their values as opposed to their position or title.

3. Understanding the distinction between a casualty and a victim.

Casualty: Someone who is trying to rehabilitate an issue but is still acutely aware that they need to find a new way to provide relevance.

Victim: Someone who is caught in a self perpetuating loop of destruction and self rationalization.

4. The power of understanding and making better choices, however small they might be.

Choices include such things as: who you associate with, where you invest your time and resources, and the effect your actions are taking on others.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I would surmise that my team and I are a little different to many coaches out there as most people come to us for ‘a compass, not a cuddle’.

In essence, our coaching rests around a fundamental belief that a victim culture and mentality does not serve anyone well. It only leads to regret, resentment, and roadblocks.

As Jonathan Clark says, “at some point the blame game stops and the accountability starts.” We believe in making people stronger, as opposed to safer.

I personally spend significant amounts of time working with my clients to identify those areas in themselves that might be lacking or holding them back, acknowledging their existence, and then tackling them head on.

Technologically, we have created a suite of online courses that can be supplemented with individual and group coaching sessions in order to achieve this effect.

The courses have been very successful in promoting self paced learning in our clients.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

Nothing…

Everything I do has most likely been done before, probably by someone smarter.

I think where we find our relevance is by explaining subjectively where we went wrong.

We are not afraid to explain our own personal failings and the lessons we learnt.

We place great weight on learning from the past, instead of recreating the wheel. More often than not, I have made mistakes that might be relevant to my client. I am not scared to impart those lessons to them.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Our strength lies in our ability to customize a tailored solution that suits their needs.

We subscribe to the notion that “good friends will tell you what you need to hear, not necessarily what you want to hear.”

In this regard we provide objectivity at a level that is rarely seen in today’s world.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

We use a myriad of different tools and mechanisms to achieve the effect we are after including: Individual coaching, group coaching, online courses, face to face workshop facilitations, as well as larger scale projects.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Shut up and listen.

Listen in order to learn.

Learn in order to be wise.

Be wise to improve the world.

We should rather seek to be correct, instead of right. Being correct is based on an endless pursuit of learning and the hunt for the truth, being right is letting ego get in the way and trying to beat someone else.

One works, one doesn’t.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Life is not about seeking happiness, it is about committing to the behaviors and choices that will later lead to happiness.

In essence, happiness is the byproduct of hard work and commitment to one’s values.

Your final thoughts?

Life, and leadership, is not about you. It is about finding your place in the world by surrounding yourself with the people that matter, and then demonstrating your worth via your values.

When you lay there on your death bed will people describe you in the way you describe yourself?

Will people objectively measure your time on this earth via the values you subscribed to?

Will you leave the world in a better state than you found it?

If the answer to these questions is “No!”, you might want to reconsider your trajectory and the choices you are making.

Where Can You Find David Neal?

If you are interested in getting to know more about the work that David Neal is doing, the best place to do that is at https://eighthmile.com.au/online-leadership-course/. In there you will find most of his work and courses.

If you want to shoot him a direct message and ask him a burning question in context of his coaching, than you can take your chances and send him an email at [email protected]. It was a pleasure having this interview with him.

Find Life Coach | Meet Heidi Shannon: How to Completely Transform Yourself?

Heidi Shannon is one of the coaches we found and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her unique 360 approach in coaching, tackling self improvement through Spirit, Mind, Body, Heart, something that we here at Life Coach Code also stand for too. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Heidi Shannon:

find-life-coach-heidi-shannon

Name: Heidi Shannon
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Body, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who is willing to fully transform their selves into a better version.
How they can help: Improve health through nutrition, construct better mindset and mood, find purpose in life.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

My family is myself and my special needs daughter Winta who is 11.

During pandemic we were forced to return to Australia and leave behind our home, animals and friends in Bali where we have lived for 7 years. Returning home has been amazing to connect with family again but a culture shock for both of us.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I love working face to face and I really miss the energetic connection of being with my clients on retreat. So yes I’ve had to spend a lot of time on zoom and let go of my love of retreats.

With my clients I find that one of the biggest core issues is the frustration of constant change and being isolated.

Though humans are humans, so not a lot has changed in terms of what we are coaching on.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Agility, flexibility and gratitude.

Agility: Don’t have all your eggs in one basket.

Presence: To take life day by day.

Gratitude: For being able to have more time with my family.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I became a coach by accident.

In my early 20’s a had a severe mental health crash after burning myself out well and truly! I was a business consultant under a lot of pressure at a young age. This led me on a healing journey and search for meaning.

I studied Natural Medicine and Nutrition and then fell in love with the healing arts and yoga. I did a 2 year training in yoga and travelled the world living in 3rd world countries.

I then launched back Australia’s first all natural holistic mental health retreat.

I worked with a full team of therapists, healers and yoga teachers. My coaching career was born during this time. Now I couldn’t imagine doing anything else!

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I think possibly the biggest obstacle I have had to overcome is being a single mum to a child with special needs.

It was definitely a curb ball and everyday is a challenge! Winta has opened my eyes to strength I did not know I had and patience I never had before.

It’s taught me a lot about living life on our own terms as Winta doesn’t fit the mould of what society classifies as ’normal’ and is somewhat on the outer socially, which as a mum I have found heart breaking.

Because of her I have achieved more in 10 years than I would have in a lifetime. She is definitely my driving force.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I have learned as a coach to never make assumptions and to never stop learning.

I coach in both business, high performance, wellness and life and have a 360 degree coaching style.

Even after 10 years of personal coaching occasionally I will still come across a tough issue. So out come the books!

I’ve also learnt to trust in the journey and I heavily rely on my intuition.

I also fully believe in the sheer power of coaching which can rapidly change the trajectory path of someones life for the better.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I combine mental and emotional wellbeing, health and business or career together.

Most coaches sit in one area, I have studies and vast experience in all so I tend to attract clients who really want a full life transformation.

I’m also told I am fairly upfront. I love my clients and we have a lot of fun together but I will equally call them out on their issues if I believe it’s going to get them where they want to go.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

The health is transformed, they understand how to work their mind, they have a clear way to express their true purpose and the confidence to be themselves and they are taking action on the vision for life and business every day.

I think the greatest benefit that all my clients receive is that they just understand themselves and are much kinder to themselves and therefore they stop playing small.

I’ve helped thousands of people with severe mental health issues who never look back and recover from the ‘untreatable’. That to me is priceless.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Health: I focus specifically on gut health through nutrition and living super foods and herbs, I use a protocol that took me 10 years to refine. I like also to work with biochemistry and analysis so we are never making assumptions.

Mental and Emotional Wellbeing: My process is built on mindfulness, ACT therapy and NLP.

Purpose and Vision: I help my clients define how to serve rather than just do by stepping into their true Purpose and removing fear and limitation in the way of having the dream life they want no matter want. We then create a plan to go after it.

Business and Career: some of the my clients are the greatest creatives and thought leaders on the planet. I work across all areas of the business journey and their career to get them the results they want without losing themselves.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Love or fear?

You have to pick a side.

Choose love.

Always.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Trust! Both in yourself and something greater.

I was always your over analyzer and over controller. And all it brought me was hardness, stress, burn out and struggle. In the last few years I have been playing a trust game.

It’s been fun to allow ease and flow and to manifest rather than push to acehive.

I’ve learnt to trust in my self and that trust with others is earned over time.

Your final thoughts?

Love! Trust! And if you need help it’s ok to ask for it.

How to Find Your Life’s Purpose in 4 Easy Steps

How to find your purpose?

This question has been asked for over billion times, and hundreds of thousands of people have attempted to give an answer.

Yet, each answer has been unique, individual and indefinite.

That’s because we approach the question all wrong!

You see, Purpose is something that cannot be defined.

We should not seek for defining our Purpose, but finding our sense of Purpose within that always aligns with activities and things we will later consider part of our Purpose.

It’s much simpler than it might sound, in fact, you can find your sense of Purpose in less than 14 minutes if you watch the video bellow!

How to Find Your Purpose (4 Easy Steps):

To find your Purpose you should go through each of these steps.

Step 1. Find your Passions.

First, make a list of your Talents and Things You Love Doing. Intersect these items and find your PASSIONS.

Step 2. Find your Mission.

Second, make a list of the Things You Can Give to The World. Intersect the items on the list of Things You Love Doing and the Things You Can Give to The World to find your MISSION.

Step 3. Find your Vocation.

Third, make a list of Things You Can Ideally Earn From. Intersect the items on the list of the Things You Can Give to The World and Things You Can Ideally Earn From to find your VOCATION.

Step 4. Find your Profession.

Finally, Intersect the items on the list of Things You Can Ideally Earn From and your Talents to find your ideal PROFESSION.

Your sense of Purpose is the gravity in the middle of these 4 pillars.

There are 3 Important Things You Should Know About Finding Your Purpose:

1. The truth is there is no objective purpose!

The only general purpose of life is life itself.

That’s it!

It’s open world sandbox type of game.

You can do what you want.

Therefore, to take most out of this experience YOU need a purpose, some objective purpose doesn’t need you to start believe in it.

YOU need something to fill you up from inside, to fulfill you!

A direction in life, a way to play this game, a mission, a quest.

Otherwise you are lost!

You feel empty, and you try to be less empty by filling your Hole inside.

Find your purpose!

I do not say this lightly. This is not just some motivational mambo jumbo “you need a purpose” BS!

2. You REALLY need a Purpose biologically!

The biochemistry inside your body, the cocktail of chemicals inside your brain is much healthier when you have a Purpose to follow, a heart aligned direction you can go towards!

Studies find that having a Purpose, a bigger goal to follow, contributes to people staying healthy even as they grow old.

Sometimes having a bigger goal than your circumstances, a Purpose that you are following, can make the difference between life and death!

Having no sense of meaning or purpose could make a healthy person ill, on the other hand, as Viktor Frankl described, a sense of Purpose can be the only thing that helps you survive a death camp!

We were designed by evolution to have a BIG goal, a sense of Purpose, something we aim towards!

You don’t need to find a Purpose just to be happy and fulfilled, those emotions are a byproduct.

You need it to stay healthy while you push through the pains of life!

You need a Purpose so you can unleash the hidden reservoirs of potential within.

Your biology actually works much better when you are using more of your potential!

So finding your Purpose is not just some self help bullshit!

It’s a “Vitamin” your whole being needs!

Vitamin P!

3. Your Purpose Cannot Be Defined.

If you wait to define your purpose so you can start following your purpose, you will wait all your life.

You cannot FULLY define it!

You cannot say “my purpose is to make legs for chairs and that’s what I will do for the rest of my life”

If you can do that, AMAZING, good for you!

But it’s still not your purpose!

This can be part of your purpose, something that reminds you of this sense within, but it’s not your purpose!

And because the world around you changes, the details of your purpose can also change, and what you call your purpose can evolve!

What once inspired you might stop, what once you were passionate about doing might stop being aligned with your purpose!

What would people who say their purpose is to be an actor would do if they were born before cinema and acting ever existed?

Or let’s say you claim your purpose is to be a YouTuber but YouTube gets deleted, what happens to your purpose?

4. Your Purpose is a Sense.

Just like you have a sense of what’s the right thing to say to someone that you meet for the first time, just like you have a sense of what you crave to eat at certain moments, in the same way knowing your purpose it’s a sense.

I had this awakening few years ago.

I wanted to be an actor all my life! And one day I had an interview for an acting school in a nearby country from where I lived.

However, I didn’t have enough money to pay for enrolling. I didn’t have anyone to borrow it from.

I knew deep down in my soul that my purpose has something to do with acting, filming videos, sharing my message and expressing myself.

As I was watching YouTube videos on “how to become an actor on your own” I realized, I can start filming videos and upload them on YouTube!

I can write! I can express my messages in other ways!

It’s not acting per se, but what acting allows you to bring into this world. And there are other things that can provide you the same opportunity!

So I realized that your Purpose is not what you always think it is. Yes, that thing that you believe is your purpose can be aligned with your Purpose, but it can also be replaced, because your Purpose is a sense that adapts to the changes of the world around you.

That’s why we say that your PURPOSE is like gravity, different objects and planets can come into orbit, but they can also leave.

The gravity itself is what stays!

It is a sense!
