Both THC and THC can be helpful for people who struggle with nausea or appetite disorder, perhaps due to a medical condition or treatment plan.
They both activate receptors that can help a person to eat more.
For instance, the actions of both cannabinoids can increase the production of ghrelin, the hunger hormone.
Ghrelin is a hormone that makes you feel hungry.
The more ghrelin you have in your body, the hungrier you will feel.
By elevating ghrelin levels, they can help you to eat more.
They can also help you to keep food down.
They modulate receptors that regulate gut functions to help you withstand triggers that cause vomiting.
Both cannabinoids are effective for nausea.
However, a 2013 study confirms that THCA is a more potent ant nausea agent than THC.
3. Neuroprotection
Both THCA and THC have neuroprotective properties.
They can support brain function, protect against neurological damage, and promote brain health.
They eliminate free oxygen radicals which may cause cellular damage in the brain.
Studies confirm that the interaction of cannabinoids with the ECS can slow the progress of neurodegenerative conditions like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases.
We do not advise or promote the usage of cannabis. We are just sharing information that some readers might find helpful. It’s always the smartest decision to consult with your doctor before making an important decision for your health.
Ruchi Khanna is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her dedication and skills.
She has been an educator for over 16 years and Special Educator for 10 years. However, she realized that she wanted to help people on a deeper level, not just addressing the symptoms but the root of their issues. And that most often comes from their belief system.
She helps people get insight into their system of beliefs so they can be aware, keep what serves them, dispose of what does not serve them, and install a new belief system that would support the lives that they dream, desire, and deserve.
Her coaching approach is all about transformation. She likes to acy as a mirror to her clients so that they may see their motivations, strengths, weaknesses, purpose, and blockages clearly in order to find their answers and solutions themselves. Here is what she said.
Meet Life Coach Ruchi Khanna:
Name: Ruchi Khanna
Pillar: The Spirit
Who is this coach for: Anyone who want to transform themselves into the best version of themselves.
How they can help: With using various tools and techniques that help people to get insight into their system of beliefs and values so they can keep what serves them, dispose of what does not serve them, and install a new belief system.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
We are doing very well.
We used the pandemic to come closer to each other and involve in learning new skills.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
I have observed that the Pandemic has taken being either way.
Some people gleaned it as an opportunity to master themselves and their lives, while others needed more support in overcoming the negativity surrounding it.
The pandemic gave me more time to reflect and work on myself at a deeper level.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
During the pandemic, I have learned that uncertainty and change will be the constant theme of life.
We need to be comfortable with these two Cs and be ready to adapt at any moment.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I have been an educator for over 16 years and Special Educator for 10 years.
Teaching and learning is what I do.
However, over the period of time, I realized that I want to help people at a deeper level by addressing the root than just the symptoms, which is the current trend in education as well as other related systems, which leaves me deeply unsatisfied.
This led me to sign up for the Life Coaching course so that I may help people experience transformation in their lives by empowering them.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Overcoming major illness, and challenging relationships has taught me that I had been in my own way all along.
My attitude and thoughts were responsible for what I manifested in my life.
This realization put me in the driver’s seat of my life.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
Since each client is unique, the approach taken to help them will be unique as well.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I like to act like a mirror to my clients so that they may see their motivations, strengths, weaknesses, purpose, and blockages clearly and find their answers and solutions themselves.
My goal is to empower my clients, so they are evolving to their next level.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
They experience transformation in more than one area of life, although they might be focused on working in one area of their lives.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
The tools to get insight into their system of beliefs and values give them a level of awareness that empowers them to keep what serves them, dispose of what does not serve them, and install a new belief system that would support the lives that they dream, desire, and deserve.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
You are more powerful than you realize.
Do not give in to negativity and settle for less than you deserve.
It is all POSSIBLE!
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
The greatest lesson that I have learned in my life is that we have the power to change ANYTHING in life.
We hold the key to the life of our dreams.
The treasures that we are looking for are buried underneath our feet.
Your final thoughts?
Nothing to add.
Where Can You Find Ruchi Khanna?
If you liked this interview and you would love to find your personal transformation, feel free to contact Ruchi on her Email [email protected]. It was an honor having this interview with her.
Amber Schmidt is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her wisdom and vast toolkit.
She started her coaching career as a result of her healing journey. She found herself miserable with her office career, fighting to bring herself to work each day, uninspired and numbing out in various ways. She realized how much dance and yoga helped her get out of her spiraling mind and back into her body. That was the catalyst for her transformation into alignment with her intuition, true calling and soul.
She is a better version of herself today. She empowers her clients to navigate their paths, mend their inner dialogue, and realign with their true essence.
Her coaching style isn’t about dictating solutions, it’s about fostering self trust and intuition, enabling individuals to become architects of their destiny. Here is what she said.
Meet Life Coach Amber Schmidt:
Name: Amber Schmidt
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Body, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to align with their soul, heal, achieve wellness, gain clarity and take control of the direction of their life.
How they can help: Through various tools and techniques like Reiki, Meditation, Yoga and Dance, Breath Work, Self Study Questions and Journaling.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
I am doing very well and my family is settling back into a more normal pace and flow post Pandemic.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
The pandemic was a collective dark night of the soul.
Everyone was forced to look at their lives and what was working and not working.
In my case, I knew I needed to create my soul purpose business, which is now my coaching business.
I could feel the collective energy and knew I needed to support their healing.
I unprogrammed the corporate world hustle mindset from my being and found myself providing online yoga and wellness classes to bring people together, out of their racing minds, and into their bodies.
I pursued many certifications and studies during this time as well so I could fully step into my purpose path.
The clients that came to me were wanting community and support with all that was breaking down in their lives.
They were having realizations of things that weren’t working, but weren’t sure what to fill the gaps with.
I supported them in creating a new vision for their life and how they wanted to show up in it going forward.
Giving them tools to support making positive shifts and guiding through any limiting blocks they faced to get there.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
That our souls crave community and inner alignment.
When we get told we can’t do things we feel we need to survive or get isolated against our will, our sense of safety and security gets stirred up.
We begin to panic and our mind takes over in a negative way which creates imbalance in our systems and lowers our immunity.
We have to learn and empower each other to own our nervous systems and feed them what they need to stay happy and healthy.
We need to stop chasing the dreams of others and listen to what our hearts desire for our lives answering the question, “How do I want to live my life and who do I want in it to support my journey forward?”
This allows us to feel more fulfilled, energized, and able to navigate the stressors of life with more ease.
Also allowing us to be available for deeper connections with family and friends in our lives and less consumed by our challenges.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
My coaching career was birthed out of my own healing journey.
I found myself miserable with my career, fighting to bring myself to work each day, uninspired and numbing out in various ways.
I noticed many of my colleagues feeling the same way.
We had overstretched ourselves trying to keep up with filling multiple roles after layoffs and unrealistic deadlines with little team support to get projects completed.
Overall, an office of burnt out individuals dreaming of a different way of life, feeling guilty for not having the time or emotional capacity left over to fully enjoy their families and lives outside of work.
On my journey to self reclamation, I realized how much dance and yoga helped me get out of my spiraling mind and back in my body.
How creating space for stillness and time in nature silenced my rational mind and accessed the inner wisdom of my intuition while also refilling my energetic cup.
I started to remember things that sparked joy in me and seek out activities that made me feel good.
I limited activities and interactions that did not feed my soul.
I created space for my healing using energy work and embodiment practices to move through all of the stuck emotions I was feeling about my career and how I was living my life.
I gave myself permission to feel and express all of the things I had been stuffing down and avoiding.
I dove deep into studying the mind and body connection and spirituality.
Learning how to bring mind, body, spirit back into alignment and heal my screaming inner child.
Through this journey back to myself I learned how to break down my barriers to love, heal my inner child, make friends with my sexuality and creative center, and express myself authentically without fear, shame or guilt.
To feel at home in my body and release the pain I had been carrying.
Allowing myself to create a life that brings more pleasure and play in and now supporting my clients to do the same.
As a Virgo and Projector my zone of genius is guiding and serving others in their healing journey.
I see the root causes and the shifts needed to get them back on track.
Starting out on this path to coaching as a yoga instructor and following my nudges to go deeper to be able to support others in a more transformational and sustainable way.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Switching from showing up as who I thought people wanted me to be, minimizing and shrinking my expression and doing or acting in ways that made others comfortable, to authentically being myself and listening to my own guidance to inspire others to do the same.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I innovate with coaching my clients by integrating all of the modalities I use first so they become part of my lifestyle and then guide my clients to do the same along their journey.
It’s one thing to study material and then tell people what they need to do and another to help them deeply understand and integrate practices and discover the modalities that really work to create transformation for their journey.
My method of coaching requires deep presence with my clients and guiding them to reconnect with their intuition and trust its guidance.
It’s a more spiritual approach that empowers them to their healing and a more aligned soulful path forward in life.
I act as a guide to reigniting their inner wisdom and teaching them how to support their mind, body, spirit connection to stay focused on their path forward and with more sustained energy levels to be available for those they want to spend more time with.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
It is a more spiritual approach than standard life coaching with use of a combination of holistic modalities that work to bring mind, body, and spirit back into alignment.
It empowers my clients to take control of the direction of their lives and discern between their fearful mind and intuitive mind.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
They feel more fulfilled in the direction of their lives and the way they are living.
They learn to love themselves deeply through the darkness and the light.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Yes.
Reiki, Meditation, Yoga and Dance, Breath Work, Self Study Questions and Journaling.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
You are an incredible being and the world needs to experience your unique gifts.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
That we are all energetically connected and are more powerful than we realize.
We hold the key to our healing and that of the collective.
Your final thoughts?
If you had told me what I’d be doing today 5 years ago, I would have thought you were out of your mind.
Until we do the work to come home to our true state of being, we limit ourselves to what we are capable of doing and becoming.
If we can release the limiting beliefs we have about ourselves and become embodied humans, we can design a life that feels nourishing and return to our soul’s journey and purpose in this lifetime.

Orthotics are specialized devices designed to support, correct foot alignment, and alleviate various conditions.
Whether you suffer from plantar fasciitis, flat feet, or other foot related issues, finding the right orthotics can significantly improve your overall foot health and comfort.
However, choosing the perfect orthotics for your needs can be overwhelming with so many options available.
In this article, we’ll explore essential tips to help you make an informed decision when selecting orthotics.
7 Tips to Choose Orthotics:
1. Consult with a Podiatrist or Foot Specialist.
Before delving into the orthotics world, consulting with a podiatrist or a foot specialist is crucial.
These healthcare professionals can assess your foot structure, gait, and any specific foot conditions you may have.
They can recommend the most suitable orthotics for your unique needs based on their evaluation.
Professional guidance ensures that you choose orthotics that cater to your specific foot requirements, leading to better foot health and comfort.
2. Identify Your Foot Condition and Needs.
Understanding your foot condition and needs is vital when selecting orthotics.
Are you dealing with arch pain, overpronation, or discomfort in the ball of your foot?
Identifying your specific foot issues will help you choose orthotics that target and address those problems.
Different types of orthotics are designed to address various foot conditions, so having clarity about your needs will guide you in making the right choice.
3. Choose the Right Type of Orthotics.
Orthotics come in various forms, and each type serves a different purpose.
The three main categories of orthotics are:
Rigid Orthotics: These are sturdy and durable orthotics designed to control foot movement and support conditions like high arches and overpronation.
Semi Rigid Orthotics: These orthotics offer a balance of support and cushioning, suitable for individuals with mild to moderate foot issues.
Soft Orthotics: These orthotics provide cushioning and shock absorption, ideal for individuals with foot pain and diabetes related foot problems.
Discuss with your podiatrist or foot specialist which type of orthotics best suits your foot condition.
4. Get the Right Size and Fit.
Getting the right size and fit for your orthotics is crucial for their effectiveness and overall comfort.
Ill fitted orthotics may cause discomfort, pain, and fail to provide the necessary support, defeating the purpose of using them in the first place.
To ensure you find orthotics that work well for you, consider the following tips:
1. Follow Sizing Guidelines.
Different brands and manufacturers may have varying sizing guidelines for their orthotics.
Before making a purchase, carefully review the sizing chart provided by the manufacturer.
Pay attention to the measurements and match them to your shoe size.
Remember that orthotics should fit comfortably inside your shoes without feeling too tight or bulky.
2. Try Before Buying.
Whenever possible, try the orthotics in your shoes before making a purchase.
Visit a local retailer or orthotic specialist to try various options.
Walk around and assess how they feel in your shoes.
Don’t hesitate to ask for assistance from the store staff to find the best fit for your feet.
3. Consider Different Arch Heights.
Orthotics come in various arch heights to cater to different foot types.
Some people have high arches, while others have low arches or flat feet.
Choose orthotics with the appropriate arch height for your feet.
Properly aligned arch support helps distribute pressure evenly across your feet and promotes better foot mechanics.
4. Ensure Proper Placement.
Ensure orthotics are correctly positioned under your arches when placing orthotics in your shoes.
Orthotics usually come with markings or guidelines to indicate the proper placement.
If unsure, consult your podiatrist or foot specialist to assist you with correct positioning.
5. Consider Orthotics with Adjustable Components.
Some orthotics come with adjustable components, allowing you to customize the fit further.
For example, certain orthotics may have removable pads or arch inserts that you can modify to suit your comfort needs.
These adjustable features can be especially beneficial if you have unique foot requirements or experience discomfort in specific areas.
5. Read Customer Reviews.
Read customer reviews and testimonials before purchasing orthotics from orthoticshop.com or any other retailer.
Real world experiences from other buyers can provide valuable insights into the comfort, durability, and effectiveness of the orthotics you’re considering.
6. Consider the Material.
Orthotics are made from various materials, including foam, gel, and rigid plastic.
The material affects the level of support, cushioning, and durability.
Foam and gel orthotics provide cushioning and shock absorption, making them suitable for those with foot pain.
Rigid plastic orthotics offer robust support and are ideal for individuals with structural foot issues.
Consider your foot condition and comfort preferences when selecting the material.
7. Decide Between Custom and Over the Counter Orthotics.
Custom orthotics are specifically tailored to fit your unique foot shape and needs.
They are recommended for individuals with severe foot conditions or those without relief with over the counter options.
While custom orthotics offer personalized support, they can be more expensive.
On the other hand, over the counter orthotics are readily available at stores and online.
They come in various sizes and types, catering to common foot issues.
Over the counter orthotics are a more affordable option and can work well for mild foot conditions.
Once you have selected a pair of orthotics, test them for comfort and effectiveness.
Wear them in your shoes and continue your regular activities to assess how well they support your feet.
Pay attention to any discomfort or pain and improvements in your foot condition.
Consider trying a different pair if the orthotics cause discomfort or don’t provide the expected support.
What You Should Remember?
Choosing the right orthotics can significantly improve your foot health and overall well being.
Consulting with a podiatrist, identifying your foot condition, and choosing the right orthotics are crucial steps in the selection process.
Ensure the orthotics are the right size and fit comfortably in your shoes.
Consider the material, decide between custom and over the counter options, and test for comfort and effectiveness and always read reviews before buying.
By following these tips and making an informed decision, you can find the perfect pair of orthotics that provide the support and relief your feet need.
Invest in your foot health, and experience the benefits of comfortable and properly aligned feet with the right orthotics.
Daniel Anderson is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his wisdom and dedication to always improve as a coach.
He is the youngest of 8 and he always felt that he was meant for more than just having a regular 9 to 5 job, go home, watch TV, pay bills, etc. He always believed that we are all meant for something much MORE. But the problem was, he didn’t know what that thing was. He was searching for his soul’s purpose but he was too close to the answer to find it. One day he had an ephiphany, his purpose was to help people find their own.
He became a Purpose Coach. His journey from uncertainty to purpose driven coaching fuels his commitment to aiding others on their paths of resilience and fulfillment. Guiding clients towards transformation, Anderson imparts unwavering faith, silences self doubt, and cultivates inner strength. Online courses amplify his impact, fostering clients’ growth.
His personal evolution from self doubt to purpose driven coaching underscores his empathetic approach. Having navigated his own obstacles, he understands clients’ struggles, offering a unique blend of faith and self empowerment. His coaching philosophy emphasizes transcending external opinions and embracing spirituality in human existence. Here is what he said.
Meet Life Coach Daniel Anderson:
Name: Daniel Anderson
Pillar: The Spirit
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to find their Souls’s Purpose and transform into the best version of themselves.
How they can help: Through various coaching programs.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
Thankfully, we all escaped without catching it.
The biggest adjustment was my ‘regular’ (current) job switching from the office to working from home.
THAT was hard to deal with at first.
BUT… we all were doing so well, that we have decided to keep working remotely.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
This does not apply to me, I started my business at the beginning of this year.
But I believe people need Coaching more than ever due to the pandemic and all the issues it caused!
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
Life is precious.
You need to tell people how you feel about them when they are still around.
Don’t wait until they’re gone to tell them.
Also, COMMUNITY is key.
We are a SOCIAL SPECIES, and not meant to live in solitude.
We are meant to be of service to one another, it doesn’t matter what differences we have, political affiliation, race, sexual orientation.
We are all Human Beings, we all deserve love and respect.
And we ALL have a Purpose.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I am the youngest of 8.
Was a bit of a daydreamer, knowing I was meant for great things.
I KNEW I had a purpose, and that we ALL do.
A REASON we are here.
The only problem was, I had no idea what I was meant to do.
I did a lot of “job hopping” in my life, not really ‘feeling’ it in anything I did.
Late last year, I found myself at a crossroads in my life.
So, I started looking inward, and started a journey of Spirituality.
Part of the reason why I started that is because I wanted to hone in on my psychic ‘gifts’ that I had as a kid.
It led me to grow tremendously, and I had an epiphany, that I WAS MEANT to become a Life Purpose Coach…
So, I started learning, and learning, and learning…
I have multiple Certifications in the modalities of Life Coach, Life Purpose Coach, Goal Success Coach, Happiness Coach.
And now moving onto Spirituality Life Coaching.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Getting over my OWN limiting beliefs, moving past the years of negative self talk, healing from all the traumas in my own life.
I was also one to give up when things didn’t work out right.
I faced that again about 13 years ago when I was in school for Network Administration.
My instructor, who was also a friend and Mentor, passed away suddenly when I needed him the most.
I ALMOST gave up on that, like I had so many times before.
But I recognized my pattern.
Kept working at it and became the only person at that school to pass 2 Microsoft Certification Exams in 48 hours’ time.
So now, when things go haywire, I double down on my effort and resolve.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I offer a number of Transformative Coaching classes, I am still getting them online and fine tuned…
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I have been through so much of what I am coaching.
I am empathetic to what my clients go through, as I have been there myself.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
Besides getting to work with me? (lol)
I guide my clients down the road untraveled, the one that will lead them to their greatest success.
I teach how to have Faith above all else, to not listen to the voice in their head that tells them they’re worthless.
To realize that the negative voice is NOT their own, but from years of ‘OPI’ (other people’s opinions).
I empower them to keep moving forward even if they are fearful of the unknown.
I teach the philosophy that we are Spiritual Beings living a Human existence, not humans living a spiritual existence.
My programs will bring about amazing, life altering transformations to become the person they were created by the Source of All to become.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
I use online Courses to teach my clients to be the best version of themselves.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Trust your Intuition.
You are closer than you think to success.
Believe in the power within you.
Trust that the Universe has your back.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
No matter how hard things get, you keep fighting for what you want.
NOTHING is given to us for free.
You have to WORK to EARN EVERYTHING.
And NEVER GIVE UP.
Your final thoughts?
I started my Coaching business because it is my Life Purpose to help people discover theirs.
To help people live more satisfying, less stressful, and meaningful lives, to use their God given talents in order to live their Purpose.

And this remains true in the case of inflammation.
While our bodies use this protective process to fight off infections and heal wounds, it sometimes sticks around longer than it’s welcome.
Long term or chronic inflammation occurs when our immune system attacks healthy tissues, leading to reduced function of essential processes throughout the body. Unfortunately, this includes our brains.
Chronic inflammation impacts our brain health and can cause memory problems, depressive symptoms, excessive fatigue, cognitive decline, and that’s just the beginning of the list.
Thankfully, we can work to maintain the well being of our minds by leading healthy lifestyles and properly nourishing our bodies and brains.
Read on to learn more about the best supplements to reduce inflammation and enhance brain health for the years to come!
Be sure to check out a local or online natural health store for the right products to help you put your best health forward.
4 Ways How to Reduce Inflammation for a Sharper Mind:
1. Brain Benefits of Curcumin for Inflammation
Curcumin? More like cure all!
This mighty flavonoid can be found in your spice cabinet as the active ingredient in turmeric.
Known widely for its inflammation busting effects, curcumin is one of the best nutrients to keep on the shelf for when aches and pains hit.
But inflammation isn’t just causing you pain, according to what the research says, it’s also dampening your mood, worsening your memory, and making you feel exhausted.
Here’s where curcumin jumps in!
This natural anti inflammatory compound calms the inflammation throughout your body that’s impacting your brain health.
Plus, it has been shown to improve memory, mood, and overall cognitive function.
Looking for a potent answer to your memory woes?
Curcumin for brain health is a powerful solution.

2. NAC Supplement Mental Health Benefits
Struggling to focus? Feeling confused? Having a hard time learning new information?
You might be dealing with brain fog, a condition commonly caused by high inflammation levels and hormone imbalance.
Additionally, poor lifestyle habits like little sleep and high stress don’t help either.
Fortunately, we can directly target our brain fog and work at the root of our brain health troubles with the help of NAC (NAcetyl Cysteine).
This antioxidant compound is commonly used for individuals suffering from psychiatric disorders like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, addictive issues, and more.
It works to naturally boost the glutathione levels in the body that fight oxidative stress and balance hormones for a better mental response, the research says.
What’s more, it reduces the inflammation that’s causing your brain fog.
3. The Gut Brain Connection and Inflammation’s Role
It’s no secret that our gut health is connected to our mental wellbeing.
If you’ve heard of the gut brain connection, you probably know that it’s not just our emotions impacting our digestive systems.
It goes both ways, meaning the state of our gut can directly impact our mental activity, research says.
So, what’s an effective way to support the brain through gut health?
Probiotics, of course!
Gut microbiota are heavily influenced by bacteria balance and probiotics are a powerful way to maintain a healthy balance.
Additionally, it has been shown that good bacteria reduce unhealthy inflammation along the GI tract that might be negatively affecting your brain health.
To try a probiotic that targets your gut health for balancing support, check out Renew Life Probiotics Ultimate Flora 200 Billion! (Tip: the best probiotics for inflammation are offered in high potencies!)
4. Omega 3 for Inflammation and Brain Health
Fish oil has long been known to boost memory, improve learning ability, and support cognition.
But this essential nutrient offers powerful effects to another area of health, inflammation!
Fish oil can restore a healthy inflammatory response by assisting in the process.
How?
Omega 3 fatty acids have shown to inhibit COX (cyclooxygenase), the enzyme responsible for producing prostaglandin hormones that stimulate inflammation.
The list of omega 3 benefits for brain health is already lengthy, and with its powerful effects on inflammation, this vital nutrient is a double whammy for cognitive function!
If you’re ready for a healthy brain that lasts a lifetime, include a potent fish oil for inflammation supplement in your daily routine.
What are The Best Nutrients for Brain and Inflammation?
Inflammation roots itself in various health issues that keep us from living our lives to the fullest.
And unfortunately, this includes our mental function.
If you’re ready to bust the inflammation and get back to a healthy brain, you’re ready to try the supplements we compiled in this list.
All potent and extra strength, these are the best supplements to reduce inflammation so you can nourish, heal, and sharpen your brain against the damaging effects of inflammation.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
Coming though the pandemic has been a unique learning experience personally and as a family of small business owners.
We had one of our businesses shut down during the pandemic due to it being a non essential business in the beauty and wellness community.
This was difficult for us because we had a large portion of income that was not accessible for a time.
This allowed the opportunity to look at our experience from an open and creative energy to find workable solutions from an abundance mindset.
When I look back at this experience, I am grateful that we had an opportunity to grow in this way.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
I have quite a few younger clients that have never experienced life the way that I did when I was young.
There has been an uptick in “existential anxiety”.
This was a term I heard frequently from clients in the millennials and gen z groups.
I remember discussing hope for a better future with my own son shortly after the pandemic was at its worst.
I’ve also noticed that the pandemic brought about thoughts of what many wanted to do with their lives.
Questions about life paths, and personal dreams came to the surface in a way that I had not heard expressed before.
I’m grateful that so many used this as an opportunity to wake up to their dreams and goals in this way.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
I am learning and have learned to be more fluid, like water.
Every time I would try to hold onto something with a stiff knuckle grip it was typically removed, or things began to change in a way that I could not control.
I often laugh at this these days and say, “I will enjoy this walk for now”.
I love to sit by the water or the ocean and observe how it does not resist, it just goes…
This is my universal reminder of how to move through this life and find acceptance that leads to more peace.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I’ve had the privilege of working with people over the years in various businesses.
I enjoy working with my human family and moving through perceived challenges towards evolution and growth.
My husband and I had a business that we worked on together for about 10yrs.
It paid the bills, but it also ended in burnout and a general feeling of not being fully on my lifepath.
After working from home for a time, I decided to return to school and work on my certifications for coaching and energy work.
This was the best decision I could have made!
It feels great to be doing what I love every day.
This also led to a lot of personal breakthroughs along with helping others.
I now have a lovely healing center that draws some of the most amazing coaches, practitioners, and clients.
All of us holding an energy towards growth, connection, and healing.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Definitely, my own core beliefs.
This was the most difficult mountain to climb because I had to battle with my own beliefs, with a part of myself.
In allowing myself to be challenged with new thoughts and ways of looking at things, I was able to create a new energy in my life that helped me to draw more of what I wanted and less of the other stuff.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
My personal approach is integrated, holistic health and wellness.
Looking at a being on multiple levels allows me the ability to offer different options or ways to approach whatever they are feeling needs to shift in their life.
Whether this is emotional, health related, connective, spiritual, career or goal oriented, etc.
I have experienced with myself and with clients that “an issue of misalignment” will typically appear on more than one level in a person’s life.
If we only address one area of an entire being, we might miss a root issue that is causing the problem to continually resurface in their life.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I personally work with several modalities to assist my clients move towards healing.
Some of these include cognitive and dialectic behavioral techniques, (MSC) or Mindful Self Compassion, (NLP) Neuro Linguistic Programming, reiki and ancestral energy work, interactive self healing workshops, and onsite healing retreats.
I have found that using these tools together has helped clients to learn new healing concepts, and how to activate healing regardless of the issue.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
I am grateful that the new healing center has opened (January of 2023).
Clients that are local to the area can access on siteself help workshops, a rejuvenation room with massage, yoga mats, books, and snacks while at the center.
For those that are virtual, we have online self help retreats and workshops, online access to reiki, meditation, life coaching and therapeutic services.
Clients have an opportunity to become part of a healing community with other clients and coaches of like mind.
A sense of connection and community that is always there for them when support is needed.
We also feature yearly retreats in exciting locations that clients can sign up for!
They can join these energy based retreats, travel and make new friends.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
I utilize a personalized approach for each client to determine key areas of focus for their goals.
After these are determined, I will suggest processes that I believe will be beneficial for addressing their healing or alignment goals.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Everyone needs support, you are not alone!
Ask yourself, when was the last time that you did something really healing for yourself?
If you have been feeling stuck, or like you are going in circles in your life, life coaching can help you.
Working with a coach will give you new tools for better results in your life, now.
I often think about this in my own life, “Where would I be if I had not worked with a life coach many years ago?”
I’m grateful that I did.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
The greatest lesson is that we are all connected, and we need each other.
This can be a difficult truth to accept when there are old feelings of distrust, fear of vulnerability and betrayal.
If we can allow these root issues to come up to be healed, there can be great joy in human connection.
Your final thoughts?
I’m happy to see life coaches of all kinds offer an amazing variety of tools and techniques to assist.
I can feel a shift in awareness as people are looking at functional medicine, life coaching, integrated health, and wellness along with allopathic methods.
I believe that mental, physical, and spiritual health and wellness are entering a new stage where we will see more of a blend of holistic and traditional medicine.
Life coaches are on the cutting edge of a new ideology on mental health and wellness.
I’m proud to be on the frontlines of this new era!

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
While there are a few things around the pandemic I can’t approve, in general I was able to enjoy the unexpected halt the world was put in.
For a few days I felt like taken back some 30 years.
Few cars, now planes, blue skies.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
Since some of my clients had to close their business, this did also affect me.
Though I also have some IT projects that kept me busy.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
You can’t predict your reaction to a particular situation until it actually occurs.
With the recent events we have seen the formation of dividing lines that go to through families and all sorts of associations.
And it’s not just the pandemic, I believe we’re living in an era where technology and AI has significantly impacted the credibility of information.
Consequently, it’s increasingly important to dive deep within to discern what we choose to believe.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
Some 25 years ago I started out working in IT.
Worked as a trainer and tech support, helped start a new media agency and did software projects.
At some point I realized that there was something fundamentally wrong in the way we are doing business and I got into finding ways to do business different.
2013 I went back to university to learn more about personal and business development specifically in the field of leadership and management of complex systems.
My first coaching client was somebody I already worked with in the IT field.
He was struggling with the growth of his company and I suggested that he could benefit from business coaching.
In our first session he was surprised to find himself so well understood.
We agreed to work together for a year and got into process modeling, organisational roles and job descriptions, leadership and other topics.
It was a very fulfilling journey for all of us and after the year I was happy to see him go beyond his previous limitations.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
I guess there are quite a few hurdles that shaped me and had impact on my life.
Over time I have learned that apparently this is how you grow and that it hurts a little less if you take the obstacle with a smile.
My most recent crisis made me relocate to Salzburg and I really like it here.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I favor a hybrid approach, incorporating both online and in person sessions.
I am constantly trying to improve the online experience with self study parts and ways to interact with me and other students.
There are certain experiences that likely can only be achieved through in person sessions.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I usually get an idea very early on what the potential of a person is and what it might take to get it out.
With my interest in many things, my experience in business, technology, psychology and spirituality I have quite a diverse background.
That allows me to look at challenges from various angles.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
This depends on the program the client enrolled.
Coaching clients get access to all training material that were used during the coaching.
For other programs we have a closed group where students can exchange experiences.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
As a tech enthusiast, I like to play around with new tools and integrate those that are helpful in our platform.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
The best way to predict the future is to create it.
Let’s make it a nice one.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
God is love.
At some point I took the interaction with difficult people as exercises in unconditional love.
Love can take different forms, a truth understood by anyone who has parented a teenager.
True love persists even when faced with animosity or rejection.
Your final thoughts?
I enjoy helping business owners overcome obstacles and guiding those who aspire to change the world but lack a starting point.
We live in fascinating times of change with unprecedented opportunities.
