Monika Salach is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her dedication, expertise and professionalism.
After a successful IT career, she transitioned to coaching due to burnout. Her challinging life experiences, from moving from Poland and studying in the US to raising her daughters alone, shaped her wisdom and coaching style.
Her approach is analytical, catering to IT professionals. She provides clients with logical thinking support and shares psychological research knowledge to help her clients avoid burnout and find clarity to reach their goals. Clients benefit from her practical problem solving approach and a safe, respectful environment.
She uses project management tools for career related issues. For job changes, she employs a “Lessons Learned” assessment, while a SWOT analysis helps clients consider career options, ensuring efficient, goal oriented coaching. Here is what she said.
Meet Life Coach Monika Salach:
Name: Monika Salach, ICF ACC
Pillar: The Mind
Who is this coach for: Analytical minds, IT and Tech Professionals.
How they can help: By using various tools and techniques like assessments, SWOT analysis, coaching from personal experience and guidance based on science based psychology.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
I consider my family very lucky as far as the pandemic is concerned.
All vulnerable members of the family managed to avoid it altogether.
And the time I contracted the virus was one of the happiest times in the recent years.
It was Christmas of 2021, and my both daughters, who lived abroad, came to Poland with their partners to celebrate holidays.
We were supposed to stay together for 5 days, but it extended to 3 weeks after we all tested positive.
Despite the fact that they had not known each other before, came from 3 different cultures, and we were closed in the apartment, we spent this time in a wonderful, loving, family atmosphere.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
At the beginning most of the clients enjoyed the fact that they can officially fully work rom home. It was already relatively common and very natural for many people working in IT.
But it turned out that after some time the rate of burnout rose even higher among them.
Full and forced separation broke the workplace community ties, increased number of (frequently too long and unnecessary) online video calls, and introduced “always on” work culture.
I think that the main result of the pandemic for me was a realization that we as humankind, with all our pride of civilization and science, have so little control over the nature.
For a long time, we were just unprepared and hopeless.
It was not a great discovery, but just a reminder that we can be hit in so many unexpected ways.
And, BTW, we are not good in protecting ourselves even if there are known risks.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
It may be a little surprising considering that I chose a coaching profession, but I am an introvert and I always believed I do not need many people around me.
But when the pandemic locked everyone in their homes, and I lived alone and abroad at that time, I learned that even I have hard time staying in a complete solitude.
It turned out that the face to face contact with my colleagues from the work, regardless how sparse it was, was vital for my well being.
If anyone asks.. yes, introverts make good coaches, because they are very good listeners!
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
Up to not that long time ago, my path was straight.
I got my Master degree in IT and I started working first, as a software developer in a small company, then an architect and a team leader in a little larger.
And finally, a Project and Program manager in a corporation.
I hold an MSc degree in Psychology also done partially in parallel to the IT studies, but I just parked it and almost forgot about it.
Despite loving working in IT for many years, there came a time that I could not stand it any longer, only later I realized that I was burned out.
To get my head away from the work problems I took a coaching course, initially without an intention to change the career.
Very soon it occurred to me that moving to coaching would solve many problems in my professional life, not only allowing me to move out of the corporate world, but also find a meaning in helping people who find themselves in a similar position as I was in.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
There was not a single obstacle in my life that shaped me, but rather various experiences that built me piece by piece over the years.
The main impact of these experiences was opening me to the world, other cultures, and other people and making me fully independent.
I first moved with my husband from post socialistic Poland to study in the US, came back and had my daughters, divorced and raised my daughters alone, let them go and as an empty nester moved to UAE, and finally changed my profession to work as an independent coach and came back to Poland.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
In coaching, no two clients are the same, but what they have in common is that they want to grow and need some support on this path.
It is a slow process, but it is important that it moves forward, and the same applies to the coach.
The coach is on a similar path to growth and a client is her or his support, sharing their own emotions, thoughts and experiences.
I do not introduce huge and sudden innovations, but rather small changes when I learn something new when working with a client.
It can be a question that helped them open up, an assessment that they reacted particularly well to, or just some suggestions from the feedback I ask for.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
Due to my IT background, i.e. both personality that drove me to this industry, as well as many years of experience, I am very logical and analytical, and these are also the characteristic of my favorite clients: IT and Tech people.
If I were to summarize my approach, I would say that I support the clients in their thinking.
Also, especially while coaching clients with lack of motivation or burnout, I share the knowledge about these conditions based on the psychological research.
Obviously, I refrain from sharing any advice, but I believe that having solid knowledge helps people to address their problems more efficiently.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
As I already said, clients working with me get support in their analysis and decision making process with my rational and practical approach.
I’m super oriented on problem solving and tangible results.
But I also believe that I can offer a safe environment and build trust, where each client will be treated honestly and respectfully, regardless of their background and the issue they come with.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
When a client is working with me on issues related to their career, let’s say, if they are not sure they are in a right place, consider changing job or profession, or they are looking for more meaning in their work…
I use tools from the project management to help the client look for answers and to serve as a base for our discussion.
I’ve found two particularly useful:
1. When a client is not happy with a current work situation, I ask them to do a sort of “Lessons Learned” assessment from the past job experience, i.e. write down job and tasks characteristics that lit joy and passion versus the ones that were unpleasant or bring.
2. When a client is considering various options for the next career steps, I propose to create for each of them a SWOT table, i.e. list their Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
The further discussion leads to uncovering how to play strengths and opportunities, and how to bridge the gap in weaknesses, possibly planning some long term professional growth.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
BURNOUT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!
My knowledge about burnout was initially what everyone else knows… if you are an ambitions perfectionist then you tend to overwork, which can lead to burnout, with various mental and physical consequences.
To deal with it you have to rest, exercise, reduce workload, and meditate.
It is oversimplification in order to fit it in a single sentence, but it was more or less the message.
When I wanted to know more about burnout, I reached to the psychological research and papers and suddenly the image became different.
There are a few theories of burnout, but the most prominent, “Areas of WorkLife” by prof. Micheal Leiter and prof. Christina Maslach, says that burnout is a result of job and person mismatch, and is due to incompatibility of the employee expectations and the organization reality in six areas: workload, control, community, rewards, fairness, and values.
So, a person is not guilty of their burnout and they cannot “fix” themselves to overcome it.
Yes, some character traits can make a person more prone to burnout, and yes, taking care of one’s wellbeing by exercising, meditating and working less is always desirable.
But to really address and prevent burnout the triggers between an employee and an organization must be identified and addressed.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
This answer will be short:
Be alert on the opportunities which stand on your path, because if you miss them, they will not come back.
Listen to your intuition, gather your courage, close your eyes and jump.
Your final thoughts?
What I am really happy about is that people more and more understand that they can reach for help and support in various aspects of their lives, regardless if they have a problem or strive to reach a huge dream.
It is never a sign of weakness, but manifestation of taking care of oneself with love and understanding.
And it does not matter if you select a psychotherapist, a coach, an AI chatbot, or everyone at the same time, you just deserve the best life you can get, do not wait for it.

Susan Razavi is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her dedication and achievement.
She described her evolution from a traditional approach to an integrative one, incorporating Eastern and Western mindfulness, yoga, and stress management. Her own personal transformation, overcoming ego driven self identification, has significantly shaped her coaching style. What makes her approach unique is the integration of hypnotherapy with mindfulness practices.
She specializes in helping clients navigate life transitions, particularly the open minded Gen Z, who value the mind body spirit connection. Clients working with her report feeling reassured, emotionally stable, and making tangible progress in their lives.
She stands out for her responsiveness and additional resources, including various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational therapy, holistic and integrative therapy, hypnotherapy, and Vedic counseling. Overall, her coaching offers a holistic and adaptable approach that fosters individual growth and transformation. Here is what she said.
Meet Life Coach Susan Razavi:
Name: Susan Razavi, LCSWR
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone, especially open minded Gen Z individuals, who want reassurance, emotional support, and a helping hand on their way of making progress to reach their goals.
How they can help: By using various tools and techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy and vedic counseling, just to name a few.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
Fine.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
I think many of my clients suffered a great deal, and there was a lot of cognitive dissonance.
Many of my clients are also still dealing with the repercussions of the coronavirus pandemic.
Many people did not know how to remain emotionally stable and needed support to help them get through that difficult time.
I did feel overwhelmed and looking back on it.
I probably would have not taken on so many clients.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
Integrity, non violence, truthfulness, non possessiveness.
I would say that those principles taught me that I should always try to be as compassionate and empathetic as possible while being a professional.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
About 20 years when I started private practice, I included more of an integrative approach.
I became educated about eastern practices, as well as western mindfulness, yoga, managing stress, building life skills.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
I wouldn’t say that there was a big obstacle other than my own ego.
I used to misidentify myself as being who others perceived and taught me to be.
I saw that I was identifying myself with people, places, and things that were impermanent.
I was able to build my awareness and gradually change my identity and how I projected myself.
It was a long process for me, and I understand that usually it is a long process for most people to transform their lives.
I have found, however, that that change can happen more rapidly with the use of hypnotherapy.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I find that many of my clients are going through transitions, and they feel stuck.
For example, GenZ is more open minded and able to see the value of a mindbody spirit connection in transitioning into mature adulthood.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I combine hypnotherapy with eastern and western mindfulness.
I can approach somebody in hypnotherapy in different ways.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
My clients told me that they feel reassured, more emotionally stable, and making progress in their lives.
Other than that, I can’t make generalities because each person is uniquely individual.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Besides being empathetic and compassionate, I try to respond as soon as possible to texts, messages, emails, and phone calls.
I also provide additional resources and referrals.
My modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational therapy, supportive therapy, holistic, integrative therapy, hypnotherapy and vedic counseling.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
That those who think they know don’t, and those who think they don’t know, do.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
I have learned to trust in myself.
Your final thoughts?
Therapy and life coaching are very effective ways of improving quality of life for yourself, for your family, and for people you come in contact with.

Esté Bell is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her strength of character and honesty.
She is a 49 years old and she’s lived an active life. From her teens to her late thirties she battled disordered eating and health challenges. Her pivotal moment was the realization that her health was deteriorating, prompting her to embark on a journey towards holistic wellness.
She’s now a certified life coach, focusing on helping middle aged individuals realize that life can be fulfilling through change. Her personal journey, marked by her experience with disordered eating, PCOS, fertility treatments, and emotional abuse, equips her with empathy and a deep understanding of her clients.
Her coaching approach is client driven, allowing clients to set the pace and select the tools that work best for them. Her main focus is on raising awareness of how the body responds to different inputs, leading to better choices, sustainable habits, and overall well being. Here is what she said.
Meet Life Coach Esté Bell:
Name: Esté Bell
Pillar: The Mind, The Body
Who is this coach for: Anyone who needs help with stress and recovery management, sleep and nutrition improvement, and building reselience to embrace life’s challenges like a champion.
How they can help: By using coaching, and various tools and techniques customized to each individual’s needs like personalized assesments, questionaries, breathing techniques, food diaries and other ways of tracting subjective and objective data.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
Of course you had to start with that question.
The pandemic caused a major upheaval in our family as my husband’s anxiety about his business, and his excessive alcohol use, ultimately led to the implosion of our marriage and his relationships with myself, our children and many of his friends.
However, time goes by and although we are living separate lives today, we are all blessed and in good health.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
During the Coronavirus lockdown, and immediately after, I exclusively coached crossfitters.
I found them to be a very resilient breed!
Those that contracted the virus presented with common cold symptoms and suffered no after effects.
My fellow crossfitters who had no nutrition background gained weight (and then some) but managed to shake it off in a matter of a few months once they started training again.
My clients and I trained together in small groups and as they had 24 hours, 7 days per week access to me via WhatsApp, we managed to be fitter and in better shape when we returned after 5 months of home workouts!
Unfortunately, many of our other middle aged friends were hit hard by the virus.
Some were hospitalized and many are to this day still troubled by asthma, joint pain and chronic sinus.
Lesson learnt: prevention is always better than cure.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
1. We were not meant to be alone.
We need to feel heard, seen and understood or our mental health will suffer.
2. Who you surround yourself with matters!
The tongue has the power to speak life or death.
Being locked up in a restricted place with a person who constantly spoke death over my life led me down the slippery slope of depression.
It was the daily interaction with clients and training partners that kept my chin up.
3. The energy you put out is the energy you’ll receive back.
This is the law of attraction.
Be negative and you’ll attract negative.
I know of no negative person that is happy.
By attracting negative people you are surrounding yourself with unhappy people, hardly the recipe to happiness.
4. Habits are life.
If you have previously had certain habits or routines in place in your life, you are already equipped with the knowledge and skills to build new habits should your circumstances suddenly change.
You will be more resilient to anxiety and stress caused by change and able to adjust much easier to the new circumstances.
5. Practice a sustainable lifestyle.
How many people do you know who are dependent on supplements for weight management and “healthy nutrition”?
During the pandemic many supplements became unavailable.
Many people lost their means of income or it was severely diminished, making these supplements unaffordable.
Move regularly, hydrate well, practice self care and ingest mostly unprocessed foods, this you can sustain for your whole lifetime.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I am a 49 year old mother of beautiful twin daughters.
We reside in sunny South Africa.
Although I am not a fitness coach, I have lived a very active life participating in athletics, aerobics, crossfit and weight training.
As a teenager I developed severely disordered eating habits which lasted well into my late thirties.
However, sharing a home with a husband and two growing children made this habit increasingly difficult to maintain. Luckily, I should say, for as the weight on the scale increased so my health deteriorated, which ultimately led me to where I am today.
To compound the situation, I had been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) with insulin resistance in my early twenties.
This resulted in fertility treatment, a multiple pregnancy (triplets) and two years later, a partial hysterectomy.
For 15 years this condition was treated with androgen suppressants, I was always tired, miserable and suffered from debilitating migraines.
One day I woke up to the realization that I might live another forty years.
What quality of life would I have if my health continued to deteriorate and I always felt terrible? How would I show up for my family if I couldn’t even show up for myself? If I continued doing what I was doing then, what would my life look like in ten years, never mind forty years?!
Something had to change and I was the only one who could make that change.
Reading on the subject of nutrition led to my first nutrition course, which led to certifications in specialized nutrition, as well as sports and exercise nutrition.
I was officially hooked!
Implementing this knowledge in my own life brought with it the realization that our overall wellness involves much more than just movement and nutrition.
Ever on a quest for more knowledge, I studied sleep, stress and recovery management and later became a certified life coach.
During 2021 I was approached by the Mrs SA Beauty Pageant to become an official sponsor.
Spending time with these beautiful, goal driven women served to heighten the fact that we as humans tend to focus so much on our goals and caring for others, that we totally neglect taking care of ourselves.
While I originally started coaching my fellow crossfitters, my passion lies with the middle aged person who comes to the realization that life can become a long, torturous affair if something does not change and they don’t take action and make that change.
As for own my health?
For the last seven years I have been maintaining a healthy body weight while loving my food!
I am medication free and haven’t had as much as a common cold in six years.
I entered my first Crossfit Open at the age of 45 and ranked 13th in SA in my age group upon completion, totally taking myself by surprise.
I am not in any way special.
When we focus on overall wellness we are capable of surprising ourselves!
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Lack of self confidence.
I met my ex husband, and his family with their narcissistic tendencies, in my late teens.
I was exposed to harsh, negative criticism for over thirty years and over time this destroyed my self confidence.
As a result, and in an effort to gain the validation and approval of others, I became quite the perfectionist.
However, no amount of praise or compliments would erase the lack of confidence and the self doubt that had overcome me.
Risking everything and walking away from an alcoholic husband and years of emotional abuse was the wisest decision I ever made.
A lot of time spent on self improvement and healing in the company of supportive people has brought miracles into my life.
So many people are in need of this, as coaches we are perfectly positioned to provide support, encouragement and upliftment to our clients.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
My coaching is very much client driven.
While I will always be the coach, the client sets the pace.
I meet my clients on a weekly basis on a platform of their choosing (most clients opt for WhatsApp video calls when given the choice) and during these sessions we’ll look back over the past week, check in on where we are now, and together make a decision about the week that lies ahead.
I meet my clients where they are and progress with what they find themselves ready, willing, able and comfortable to do.
Whatever tools we use to measure progress are tools the client is comfortable using and has proven to consistently be able to use.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I have led a full life and I get to coach out of experience.
I have dealt with and overcome:
1. Disordered eating.
2. PCOS with insulin resistance.
3. Fertility treatment and the death of an unborn child.
4. A total body transformation!
5. A lifetime (or so it seems) with an alcoholic husband and the ensuing emotional abuse.
6. Severe back spasm due to chronic stress which ultimately caused functional scoliosis and the end of my crossfit participation.
(… before I wrote the above I would’ve described my life as a breeze … aren’t we wonderful, resilient creatures?)
My life has equipped me with a healthy dose of experience.
With this comes empathy and the desire to understand where my client is coming from as it enables me to determine the best way in which I can add value to their life.
Every client comes with their own set of chore values and beliefs and these values serve as the foundation or starting point of our coaching journey.
A client working towards a goal that is aligned with core values, is a client that consistently shows up and does the work.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
The main take away of my coaching is a growing awareness of how the body reacts to the input it receives.
This not only speaks for nutritional input, but also for the content with which we feed our minds.
After all, we’ll never make the decision to change something if we are not aware of it in the first place.
Once an awareness is created about how the body feels and reacts, let’s say a client might experience a bad workout and low energy levels after a couple of late nights, clients are more prone to making better choices.
Consistently making the better choice leads to building better habits for sustainable results.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
As a Precision Nutrition certified coach I have access to a database of helpful questionnaires and resources.
Although I might now and again ask a client to complete an assessment this is only used if we have no other way of measuring progress.
As I have said before, I have my clients work with the tools they are comfortable with.
For some this might mean using a nutritional tracker, where others might prefer keeping a food diary.
Some clients enjoy completing a daily biofeedback form while others will rather diarize data such as step counts, bed and wake times, water consumption etc.
As long as we have a means of collecting both subjective and objective data and the client can consistently track these, I am not set on using any specific tool.
I do recommend tools such as podcasts, books, breathing techniques and spiritual practices depending on the client, but once again no specific tool is used for every client.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
The present is NOW!
As the word Present implies, it is a gift.
Stop living in the past, it’s past tense.
Why would you want to stay stuck in that place if you can move onto a better place?
Stop worrying about the future.
Worry breeds anxiety.
That which you are worrying about might never even happen, or if it does, it will probably not even be half as bad as you thought it would be.
Realize that this moment, right now, is the youngest you’ll ever be again.
Don’t let the wonder of this moment slip by unnoticed because you are dwelling on things that have past or worrying about things that may never come.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
The choice is mine to make.
No one is going to come to save me.
No one is going to do the work for me.
No one is going to make the choice for me.
The only way anything in my life will change is if I make the choice and do the work to make that change happen.
Every day is filled with choices and I get to choose:
Is this day doomed to be horrible because it’s cold and raining and my plans are ruined?
Or is this the perfect weather to snuggle up and catch up on some reading?
It’s my choice to make.
Your final thoughts?
Life happens to all of us.
In that, you are not unique.
Your attitude will determine your actions and these have the power to affect the rest of your life.
The good thing about hardship is that it provides the opportunity for growth.
Never stop working on yourself.
Acquire the knowledge and build the skills to triumph over any situation and life will serve you well.
My wish for you is that you find yourself in the company of someone who inspires you and adds value to your life.
My wish for myself is that I may add that value to lives of those I encounter, that I may become the mirror in which someone can see the reflection of the truest version of themselves.
Many blessings, Esté.

Mind’s User Manual: 12 Mind Tricks to Unleash Your Hidden Mental Potential
The mind is a fascinating mystery.
We go about our lives with this extraordinary tool, carrying it on our shoulders, but the majority of us don’t know how to make the most of it.
It’s like you have a supercomputer but you only use it as a calculator or to play Minesweeper.
And the greatest irony is that our greatest superpower, this supercomputer, tends to be the reason why so many of us struggle and live miserable lives.
Because we don’t know how to use it, we let it run automatically and it creates chaos that translates as stress, anxiety, worry, overthinking, feeling powerless, confused, irrational…
It’s ridiculous!
How to Unleash Your Hidden Mental Potential?
Think about it.
You have a supercomputer more powerful than any computer we have ever invented, and you cannot even use it to find ways to pay your bills.
And on top of that, is the reason for most of your problems and suffering!
How can this be possible?
2 Reasons!
First, you are distracted and unaware of directing your mind.
Second, you don’t have the mind’s user manual, you don’t know how to use it.
In a world where we’re bombarded with distractions and stressors, understanding how our minds work is the key to unlocking our hidden mental potential.
In this article, we will give you a piece of this user manual in a form of 12 easy to use mind tricks so you can unleash more of your hidden mental potential.
First, let’s understand how the mind actually works…
Mind’s User Manual: Harnessing the Reticular Activation System (RAS)
Our mind perceives around 11 million bits of information every second, but our conscious mind can process only 40 to 50 bits per second.
What this means is that from 11 million puzzle pieces, your mind needs to find the 40 to 50 most important ones, EVERY SECOND.
What if I throw at you 11 pieces of a puzzle, every second, and you must find the 40 to 50 most important ones to put together so you can construct the right image that exact second?
Pretty insane task, won’t you say?
If only there was a system or a tool that can make this easier for your mind… well, there is one!
It’s called the Reticular Activation System or RAS.
The RAS is like your mind’s spotlight, deciding what information is vital to process from the vast pool of data around us.
It shapes your reality based on what it focuses on.
What determines what it will focus on are your biases, beliefs, emotions, sensory input, etc.
These mechanisms evolved over millions of years to help the mind choose the right pieces of data from the reality around you so you can better survive and reproduce.
So let’s explore each of them…
Mental Biases:
The human mind is incredibly efficient at taking shortcuts (for obvious reasons, I mean try the 11 million puzzle pieces per second exercise and see if you would not become master at shortcuts in a span millions of years).
It employs over 200 known biases that streamline our perception of reality, making it less complex for the mind to process the vast data pool of the world around us.
Understanding these biases allows us to comprehend how our perception is tweaked to suit the mind’s needs.
Beliefs:
The belief cycle is a powerful force in shaping your reality.
Your beliefs fine tune your RAS, which then perceives the information that aligns with those beliefs.
Many of our core beliefs are formed during our early years, up to age seven.
Beyond this point, the mind can reason and choose what to believe and what to discard.
Emotions:
Emotions significantly impact our thought patterns.
The mind clings to negative, fear based, and insecure experiences like Velcro, while positive experiences slip away like melted butter on Teflon.
This means we’re wired to notice negativity more easily, requiring more effort to focus on positive things.
How to Take The Remote Controller Back in Your Hands?
These mechanisms have the remote controller that tunes what channel of reality you are going to watch on your mental TV.
But what if you can take the remote controller back in your hands?
It’s akin to changing the channel on your TV.
And you can do that by becoming aware and changing your focus.
By altering your focus and guiding your RAS, you can reshape your reality.
This system can be influenced by giving it the images you want it to focus on, creating a similar desired reality.
12 Mind Tricks to Unleash Your Hidden Mental Potential:
1. Positive Negatives
You cannot think your way into NOT thinking.
What does this mean?
You know the famous exercise, try not to think of a pink elephant…
And there you are, thinking about the pink elephant trying not to think about.
Our mind struggles with negations.
When we try not to think about something, we inevitably end up thinking about it.
The very act of trying not to conjure that image means you’re still thinking about it.
This occurs because our mind follows the commands it receives.
What we focus on is what we subconsciously instruct our mind to pick from the world around us. In other words, the mind doesn’t understand “no” when you give it an image, the image itself is a command.
The mind is continually serving us, it’s our most faithful servant.
But we’re often giving it the wrong commands.
Consider a penalty shot in sports.
If you focus on not missing the shot, your mind creates an image of you missing, and your reticular activation system (RAS) begins to work on making that image a reality.
The problem is that it’s much easier to command your mind with negatives. That’s why forcing yourself to think positive is always harder than thinking negative.
We have a negativity bias and whenever we say “don’t” it’s much smoother for our mind to follow orders rather than when we say “do”.
But here’s the trick: you can use this to your advantage by using “positive negatives.”
For example, instead of telling yourself not to think about bad stuff, tell your mind not to think about good stuff.
Don’t think about a moment you felt really happy and excited. Don’t think about succeeding. Don’t think about scoring that penalty shot.
By doing so, your mind will focus on the positive anyway.
2. Think About 3 Things You are Thankful About
The world is abundant with things to be happy about.
A shocker, right?
If you watch the news this is a shocker indeed.
Why? Because the news focuses 100% on the 0.1% of the negativity from the world.
And, for your RAS, that 0.1% becomes the material it constructs your reality from.
Meaning, if there are million bricks, but I give you the thousand bricks covered with poo, the house that you will build from them will smell bad.
There are so many things around you that are not in your conscious awareness right now that you can be happy and thankful for, that you probably don’t believe me when I am saying it to you right now.
Just remember how you feel now before I list some of these things…
Ok…
You have internet. You can read, and you are reading this on some device that’s probably more powerful than what a rocket going to the moon was, just few years ago. You ate today. There are over trillion processes happening in your body every second with a sole purpose to help you stay alive and well.
And you don’t need to move a finger for that.
Being thankful for our health, the roof over our heads, and the nourishing food on our table reminds us of life’s essentials. Moreover, the support and companionship of friends and family, the opportunities to learn and grow, and the ability to make a positive impact in the world all provide reasons for gratitude and happiness.
The warm, sunny day, the comforting embrace of a loved one, or the laughter of a child, all that can fill our hearts with joy. We can find happiness in the beauty of nature, from the colors of Autumn to the tranquility of a serene forest in Summer.
There is someone thinking about you, with a heart full of love and wishing you all the best. There are people waking up every day, in 5 am, to prepare a freshly baked bread for you.
How do you feel now?
Lighter?
The list is truly endless, and it’s a practice to remind our minds to focus on these sources of joy and appreciation in our daily lives.
Every night before sleep think about 3 things that you are thankful for.
Forcing your mind to think about 3 things you are thankful for will slowly train your RAS to start perceiving the happy details from around you.
It’s not that these things don’t exist, it’s that your mind was not evolved to focus on them.
So you have to train it a little bit.
And before you sleep it’s the best period for that.
3. Deep Work
Your mind can perform at superhuman levels when you learn to harness its focus and concentration.
We cannot multitask and give our best performance at the same time.
Every new activity that you do takes around 20 minutes from your time to make the mind fully focused on it.
That’s why focusing on one thing for a longer period of time or until you finish a certain task, is key to unleash the full potential of your cognitive capabilities.
Deep work, where you concentrate solely on one task in a designated workplace with no distractions, can lead to remarkable results.
Taking short breaks and staying engaged by finding meaning in your mission or purpose can enhance productivity.
The most important ingredient is to give yourself a time limit to finish the task.
You have no idea how much you can accomplish in just few hours by giving yourself a time limit.
The mind can stretch your tasks for years if you allow it.
But this mechanism works the other way around, so harness it.
4. Use Humor for Problem Solving
When you worry about things, your IQ drops 10 to 15 points.
Unless you are Einstein, me and you cannot afford that.
When you get stressed, the strength of your immune system decreases.
In other words, worrying and stressing when problems arise are not in any way productive nor helpful options.
A powerful tool to help you find solutions faster is comedy and humor.
It’s all about where you direct the blood flow in your brain.
When your mental state gets higher and you are more positive, there is more blood flow into the important places of your brain that are responsible for problem solving and creativity.
So when you have a problem to deal with, instead of worrying and stressing, try to joke about it.
Make jokes with friends, it doesn’t have to be about the problem itself but it can help.
Do that while being focused and open for your mind to generate possible solutions.
You will be shocked how much better your mind works when you laugh instead of stress.
5. The Formula of Happiness
By anticipating things that will make you happy, your body produces dopamine.
This means that more often than not, you feel much happier when anticipating the things that will make you happy rather then when you are doing the things that make you happy.
Strange right?
But think about it…
When do you feel happier?
Before you go on a vacation when you plan and think about all the fun activities that you will do, as each day approaches?
Or on the vacation itself?
I know for me that I feel much happier in the anticipation of the happy and fun things.
So, knowing that the world is abundant of things you can be happy about, and knowing that the science of happiness says that you are the happiest when you are anticipating the things that will make you happy… put these 2 facts together and what do you get?
The formula to happiness!
Have daily practices to remind your mind that there are so many things to be happy about and choose few of them to do it tomorrow, during, or at the end of the day.
Every day you can have small activities, things you can do, foods you can eat that make you happy and that your mind can anticipate.
Sprinkle this with the fact that your mind loves novelty, and try to do novel things each week.
It will make your mind additionally happy and excited to anticipate to do something new each week.
Another thing you can do is to focus on the details of the things that make you happy.
What are some similar songs like the one you love listening to right now?
What is a new sensation of that chocolate that you didn’t sense before?
Can you find a new color looking at that beautiful forest, one that you didn’t notice before?
6. Get Rid of Anxiety By Focusing On It
Anxiety can create a vicious feedback loop: when you have anxiety, your RAS focuses on things that make you anxious and reinforce it, so you are anxious and you focus on more things that make you anxious.
To get rid of anxiety or at least lower its impact is to break this vicious loop.
One trick to lower anxiety is to focus on the physical sensations within your body.
Where do you feel the anxiety? How does it feel? Can you describe it and can you sense how it moves, ebbs and flows?
Focus on that.
By changing your focus, you can reduce anxiety’s grip because you are breaking the cycle.
Your RAS doesn’t focus on things to make you more anxious, but on the sensations and where they appear in your body.
7. Demolish Fear By Naming It
Fear can also be made less impactful with a hilarious trick.
Do you know what’s the main reason why we are most afraid?
Because our fears are not that clearly defined.
They are usually hidden within this cloud of darkness that we don’t even want to peak in.
Whatever you are afraid of, think about it, it’s like a monster looking from the shadows of your mind, you cannot always clearly see it.
If it’s a spider, you make spiders look like terrifying monsters in your mind.
Public speaking, a disease, heights, small places, even darkness itself.
You have a name for this fear but most likely you haven’t really explored WHAT within that truly scares you. What are you REALLY afraid of?
The moment you clearly define your fears they lose their strong impact.
So good, you can use that in your benefit.
You can give your fear a definition that makes it seem less scary.
You can give it a funny name.
By assigning it humorous names and characteristics, your fear will seem less scary.
This approach humanizes fear, making it less daunting, as it often stems from the lack of clear definition as we said.
Whenever you see a spider, call it Roger, or Steve.
Give it a funny backstory.
And observe how your fear fades away.
8. Don’t Worry, Be Present
Worry often consumes our minds, affecting our overall well being.
And it’s automatic, right?
It’s not your fault.
The world around us is designed to put you into a state of worry.
But no one is in control of your mind.
One method to get rid of worry, almost instantly, is to bring your awareness to the present moment by asking two questions:
“Where am I right now?”
Look at your feet, where do you stand, what are your surroundings…
And then ask yourself,
“Do I have a problem right here and now?”
Worry often stems from overthinking about the past, or stressing about some unlikely future that will most likely not even happen the way you think.
The second question will remind you that the problems you are worrying about are not here.
And if they are here, it will remind you to take constructive action from the present moment.
These questions redirect your focus and alleviate worry.
9. Understand The Types of Communication
Everyone experiences the world in their own unique way.
When we try to communicate with others, we often try to explain ourselves through the lens that we experience the world and don’t really focus on the lens that the other person is perceiving the world through.
This can often lead to misunderstanding or at least, to not connecting with that person on a deeper level.
There are 3 types of communication: Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic.
The visual group, the people who experience the world mostly through images, often communicate by using phrases like “I see that…”, “Picture this…”
The auditory group, the people who experience the world mostly through sound and music, often communicate by using phrases like “Sounds fun…”, “This sounds suspicious…”
The kinesthetic group, the people who experience the world mostly through touch and feelings, often communicate by using phrases like “Feels like…”, “Something feels off…”
By focusing on certain keywords while someone speaks, you can easily understand their style of communication and their way of perceiving the world.
By knowing in what of these 3 groups someone fits, you can adjust your way of communicating your ideas to make them understand them better.
For example, if you try to sell something to someone who is kinesthetic, do not speak about how that thing looks, but explain how they will feel when they use that thing.
It will be far more effective form of communication, even more effective than going through all the details and facts why getting that thing it’s a smart option for them.
10. Unlocking Telepathy
Believe it or not, some form of telepathy exists, especially among people who share a strong mental bond.
This communication occurs through the electromagnetic field and thought transference between minds.
In order to test this, try to send a mental image to your partner.
Think about something you would like for dinner for example, while they are in the store, and think about sending that information into their mind.
Additionally, understanding and adjusting to different communication styles, such as visual, auditory, and kinesthetic, can enhance your connections with others.
So, knowing what group of communication your partner fits in can also increase to transfer this message more effectively.
Scientifically this is not proven yet, but I urge you to try it yourself. There have been many cases when it worked.
11. No More Procrastination
In order to stop procrastinating you need to make the task you want to do as easy as possible.
Procrastination is not about the task itself, it’s about the idea that we have about the task.
We usually overestimate the amount of work or effort we need to do something.
Making a task as easy as possible will take that effect away.
For example, if you need to exercise, put all your clothes for gym inside your bag the day before.
Another thing you can do is put inside your mind the picture of the desired outcome.
Give your RAS an image of all the beautiful things that come after you finish the task.
Imagine how you will look and feel after the exercise is done.
And finally, start small.
If you need to do 50 push ups, tell yourself let’s do 5.
Chunk down the task, and focus on 1 tiny step at a time.
So, to destroy procrastination, make it as easy and convenient as possible, picture the result and focus on the first tiny step.
That’s just the first part.
The second part is where discipline comes in.
And time.
Make sure to give yourself a time limit, a schedule, and be consistent.
Doing something for longer than 22 days makes it a new habit.
Doing something for longer than 60 days makes it an automatic habit.
Doing something for longer than 90 days makes it a habit that’s much easier to do than NOT to do.
12. The Google of The Mind
The mind remembers everything.
Everything!
It’s just that some memories are stored deep into your subconsciousness.
The conscious mind accesses memories and information that are useful to use at the moment and place where we are conscious from.
For example, become aware of the fact that you are conscious right now.
Ok…
Great…
What is in your conscious awareness?
Great!
Now think about what did you eat yesterday for dinner?
You see, now that information came into your conscious awareness.
You were not conscious of that information before I asked you, but it was there, within your subconscious mind.
So when you needed to get access to it, your conscious mind acquired the access to that exact information.
There are memories the conscious mind can access and some cannot be accessed for different reasons.
Sometimes we need extra help, for example a therapist using hypnosis to help us remove all the blocks and firewalls that prevent us accessing certain information.
But ALL information is stored.
All knowledge is stored.
And your mind can use that knowledge and memories to generate brilliant solutions and answers to your questions.
But you need to know how to ask of it…
You need to know how to use the Google of your mind.
One technique you can do is to literally imagine your mind like a Google Search Bar.
Relax, take few deep breaths, picture the mental Google, and imagine typing your prompt into that mental search bar, see it being written there.
Maybe you want to remember something you were excited about yesterday but forgot what it was… Maybe you want to find a solution for a problem in your business that you are currently facing… Whatever it is…
Write the prompt as specific as possible in the mental Google and click search.
This is the most important part, click search, and leave your mind to search.
When you search your computer, you are not forcing it to find the answers as soon as possible, you click search and you leave it.
Do the same with the mental supercomputer.
Click search and focus on something else entirely.
Go by with your day.
It might take longer than finding a file on your computer because your mind is far bigger and much more complex…
It might take few hours, even a day…
But the answer will surface in your mind when you least expect it.
It works 100% of the time if you do it right!
Try this.
Let me know if you managed.
Best time to try is morning or evening before sleeping.

Technology continues to play an increasingly significant role in healthcare, revolutionizing the way we monitor, diagnose, and treat medical conditions.
From wearable devices that ensure prompt assistance in emergencies to cutting edge computer vision systems that aid in early disease detection, technology has opened up new frontiers in healthcare.
1. Medical Alert Bracelet That Delivers Assistance at the Touch of a Button.
In healthcare settings, prompt response to emergencies can be a matter of life and death.
Medical alert bracelets equipped with a help button have emerged as a vital solution.
These wrist worn devices act as a lifeline for patients, allowing them to summon immediate assistance in the event of a crisis.
The device, usually made of durable plastic, continuously monitors the patient’s condition and even detects falls through its built in accelerometer.
What sets these devices apart is their ability to relay real time patient data to healthcare professionals through Wi Fi connectivity.
This data includes information from personal weight scales and pressure gauges, offering a comprehensive picture of the patient’s health.
When a patient activates the medical alert button, it sends a signal through Wi Fi or Bluetooth to the nearest access point, which, in turn, relays the patient’s precise location to medical staff.
This quick response system not only improves patient outcomes but also reduces the burden on healthcare providers.
2. Real Time Signal Processing for Wearable Electrocardiogram Device.
Research found that noise can have a profound impact on our cardiovascular health.
Exposure to noise can lead to increased stress levels, raised heart rate, and blood pressure.
The University of East London’s research highlights the effects of noise exposure on the cardiovascular systems of both children and adults.
To conduct this study, a portable electrocardiogram (ECG) device was developed, capable of recording heart rate and individual noise levels.
With the help of this wearable ECG device and a user friendly mobile app, researchers could analyze how different noise levels affected heart rates and heart rate variability.
This technology not only aids in research but also has the potential to monitor individual health and provide early warnings for those at risk, helping individuals make lifestyle changes to protect their cardiovascular well being.
3. Computer Vision System for Preventing Falls of the Elderly.
Falls can be particularly perilous for the elderly, often resulting from sudden medical conditions.
Technology solutions for fall prevention have become essential for improving the safety and quality of life for older individuals.
These solutions range from wearable devices to reaction based alarms, virtual sitters, and video monitoring systems.
One remarkable innovation is a computational unit that connects to cameras installed in the home.
This unit continuously analyzes video feeds and, when a fall is detected, it promptly alerts a call center.
This system provides peace of mind for seniors and their families by ensuring that help is just a call away, significantly reducing the risks associated with falls and their potentially life threatening consequences.
4. Identifying Melanoma Skin Cancer Using Computer Vision Algorithms.
Early detection is critical in the battle against cancer, and technology has paved the way for innovative solutions.
Nowadays, a smarphone app can use advanced computer vision algorithms to identify potential signs of melanoma, a dangerous form of skin cancer.
By analyzing moles and their characteristics, the app can determine whether they require further examination by a dermatologist.
The app’s algorithms have significantly improved over time, enhancing diagnostic accuracy from 30% to an impressive 80%.
What’s more, processing time has been reduced to a mere fraction of a second.
This means that users can quickly and easily assess their moles for potential risks and take appropriate action, potentially saving lives through early detection.
What You Should Remember?
Technology is not just changing the way we live, it’s transforming the way we stay healthy.
From medical alert bracelets that provide instant assistance to wearable ECG devices that monitor cardiovascular health, innovative systems for fall prevention, and apps for early cancer detection, technology is enhancing our well being in remarkable ways.

Whether you are a yogi or a beginner just starting out, you have likely heard about the various props and accessories that can enhance your yoga practice.
Among these tools, yoga blocks are one of the most commonly used props.
You may wonder just what yoga blocks are and why they are used?
Well, yoga blocks are an invaluable addition to any yoga practice and can make a practice even more rewarding, mentally and physically.
What Are Yoga Blocks?
Yoga blocks, also known as yoga bricks, are rectangular props made from materials such as foam, cork, or wood.
They come in various sizes, typically ranging from 3 inches to 9 inches in height, with the most common size being 4 inches by 6 inches by 9 inches.
These blocks are designed to provide support, stability, and alignment assistance during yoga poses and stretches.
6 Reasons Why to Use Yoga Blocks:
1. Improved Alignment.
One of the primary reasons to use yoga blocks is to enhance your alignment during poses.
They can help you achieve proper positioning in postures where flexibility or strength is limited.
For example, if you are working on a standing forward fold (Uttanasana) and cannot reach the floor comfortably with your hands, placing yoga blocks beneath them allows you to maintain a straight back and spine alignment.
2. Increased Flexibility.
Yoga blocks can be used to increase your flexibility gradually.
Using blocks to modify poses allows you to work at your own pace, gradually reducing the block’s height as your flexibility improves.
This incremental approach to flexibility can help prevent injury and ensure a safer and more sustainable practice.
3. Enhanced Stability.
Balance is a fundamental aspect of yoga, and yoga blocks can provide added stability during challenging poses.
For instance, during balancing poses like Half Moon (Ardha Chandrasana), placing a block under your hand or foot can make finding and maintaining your balance easier.
This support allows you to confidently explore the posture, gradually building the strength and stability needed to perform it without the block.
4. Accessibility.
Yoga is an inclusive practice that can be adapted to various fitness levels and physical abilities.
Yoga blocks make yoga more accessible to individuals with limited mobility or injuries.
They offer a way to participate in a yoga class or practice at home, even when traditional poses may be too demanding.
Yoga instructors often encourage students to use props like blocks to modify poses and accommodate individual needs.
5. Deeper Stretching.
Yoga blocks can also facilitate deeper stretches by providing support and elevation.
For instance, in Pigeon Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana), placing a block under your hip can alleviate pressure and allow you to relax into the stretch, ultimately enhancing your range of motion.
6. Restorative Yoga.
Yoga blocks are commonly used in restorative yoga practices, where the focus is on relaxation and rejuvenation.
By using blocks as props for supported poses, such as Supported Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana), you can experience deep relaxation and stress relief.
What You Should Remember?
Yoga blocks are versatile and valuable tools that can benefit practitioners of all levels.
They offer support, stability, and alignment assistance, making yoga more accessible and enjoyable.
Your yoga trainer may already advise you to use blocks.
If not, they are a great option to improve your session.
Whether you’re using them to deepen your practice, recover from an injury, or enhance your overall yoga experience, yoga blocks are a worthwhile addition to your yoga toolkit.
So, the next time you roll out your yoga mat, consider incorporating these handy props into your practice for a more balanced and fulfilling journey on the mat.

For anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one, a deep personal transformation begins.
The pain is profound and all encompassing, and many wonder if they will ever heal completely.
But as time passes, they come to realize that grief is not something you simply “get over”, rather, it is something you learn to live with.
It changes you and molds you into a new version of yourself.
This new self carries the memories and love of the person who is no longer physically present, but it also bears the weight of the void left by their absence.
The Dr. Dolores Show: Navigating Grief’s Journey
Navigating grief can feel like riding a rollercoaster.
There are highs and lows, moments of intense sadness, anger, guilt, and even moments of unexpected laughter and joy.
These emotions are all part of the healing process, and it’s crucial to embrace them rather than suppress them.
Grief is a challenging journey, but it can also be a transformative one.
In the journey of grief, one of the most crucial thing is the need to be patient and understanding with oneself.

We should rest and sleep when needed, as our bodies require time to recuperate.
Rest is a vital part of the healing process, allowing us to recharge and regain the strength to continue our journey through grief.
Furthermore, while grief can often feel isolating, it is crucial to remember that we do not have to go through it alone.
Sometimes, the act of receiving support can be as healing as giving it.
By understanding its complexities, embracing the rollercoaster of emotions, seeking support, and finding personal healing, we can move forward with grace and resilience.
Remember, you are not alone on this journey, and there is hope for brighter days ahead.
Every person’s journey through grief is unique, and there’s no set timeline for healing.
In this episode, we’ll delve deep into the intricate world of grief, offering insights and guidance on how to navigate this challenging path and ultimately find the strength to move forward.
We’ll share inspiring stories of individuals who have found their path to recovery, highlighting the strength and resilience that can emerge from the darkest moments of grief.

Do you want to know how to become a Master Manifestor, using the Law of Attraction to turn your dreams into reality on demand?
You’re not alone.
Many people are intrigued by the concept of manifestation, but few truly understand the depth of its power.
In this article, we’ll delve into the key principles of how to become a Master Manifestor and how it can transform your life by following the key points from our podcast episode with Melissa Acob.
Who is Melissa Acob?
Melissa is a transformational coach and a master manifestor.
She is also one of the coaches that will talk on The Superhuman Summit 2023, on 11.11. the day of The Spirit.
This is a 4 day virtual event that dives deep into each of the 4 fundamental pillars The Spirit, The Mind, The Body, The Heart, to help you uncover the 4 superpowers that are hidden within.
It’s happening on 11th till 14th of November.
What makes this event truly exceptional is the lineup of over 25 renowned coaches and experts, offering workshops, panels, networking opportunities, and incredible FREE gifts, including Ebooks, entire programs, and exclusive 1 on 1 sessions.
Here’s the most exciting part: Over $30,000 worth of value, all available for a price less than what you would pay for a meal in a restaurant.
Why 30,000$ you ask?
These experts typically charge a minimum of $1000 to work with them, yet you’ll gain access to work with them for less than 40$.
At its core, manifestation is three things: asking, believing, and receiving.
Manifestation isn’t just about priming your mind to identify opportunities.
It goes beyond the mere mindset.
It’s a journey of uncovering and dissolving the limiting beliefs that prevent you from feeling deserving or open to receiving what you desire.
You might think of it as a profound cosmic connection that starts with asking for what you desire.
This may involve setting your intentions, creating vision boards, or simply putting your desires out into The Universe.
Before You Even Try to Be a Master Manifestor…
Come to the present moment.
The present moment plays a pivotal role in manifestation.
It’s actually where you manifest from.
It’s not about dwelling on past regrets or fearing the future.
It’s about being present, intentional, and aware.
Manifestation is an energetic process, and you need to channel that energy effectively, from the present.
Visualize your desires like a storyline, and find peace within your mind to allow The Universe to work its magic.
Step 1 of How to Become a Master Manifestor: Clarity
Before you can manifest effectively, you must be clear about what you want.
Vague or ambiguous desires can lead to unintended outcomes.
For example, if you aim for a new kitchen but aren’t clear about your expectations, you might encounter unexpected challenges like your old kitchen flooding so you have to get a new kitchen out of necessity.
Clarity is key, but it’s essential to balance your clarity with an openness to possibilities.
Step 2 of How to Become a Master Manifestor: Beliefs
Believing you deserve what you’re asking for is the next critical step.
This is where many individuals stumble.
Limiting beliefs and self doubt can create a barrier between your desires and you.
But don’t fret, this is where the real work begins.
The real transformation occurs when you address and eliminate these beliefs.
Limiting storylines are often rooted in past conditioning.
They make you self sabotage your manifestations.
The healing of your inner child and the release of these limiting storylines are necessary steps for successful manifestation.
Don’t let the past dictate your future.
Step 3 of How to Become a Master Manifestor: Openness
Most manifestations will come to you in unexpected ways.
Be open to The Universe and its mysterious methods.
Persistence in your belief and alignment with the desired energy are crucial.
Don’t waver or doubt yourself.
And if you do, realign and match your energy to the higher frequency of your desired reality.
Step 4 of How to Become a Master Manifestor: Action
Manifestation isn’t a passive process.
When opportunities arise, you must take action.
This is where many people falter due to self sabotage and conditioned behaviors.
Taking action is about aligning your deeds with your manifestation goals.
Be proactive, and follow through with inspired actions.
What You Should Remember?
Mastering manifestation is a profound journey of self discovery and transformation.
It requires you to ask, believe, and receive.
