Name: Rebecca Poirier

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind

Who is this coach for: Individuals and senior executives who want to grow their business and teams.

How they can help: By using a methodology that’s customized to each individual.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

I’ve done amazing throughout the pandemic and continue to do so.

Throughout my life experience I have learned not allow what goes on in the outside world to have personal effects on my wellbeing.

We are unable to control what goes on outside of ourselves and are in full control of what happens within.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

It is my belief the pandemic gave us all opportunity to disconnect from the distractions and fast pace of societies way of life and really allowed us opportunity to go within, recognize what is serving us and what no longer serves us, and to pay more attention to the finer things in life as well.

It made room for self improvement collectively.

I see the pandemic as a blessing and at this point my clients have come to that realization as well.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The pandemic has also taught most all of us we still have a lot to learn and to be more grateful, rock bottom teaches you more lessons than mountain tops ever can, and the sad truth is we needed the wakeup call.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I not only am a coach but also an executive consultant as it is by believe they go hand in hand.

I work with senior executives to grow their business and teams.

I also coach individuals, personally.

I have always been called to help others and it is one of my greatest passions.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Life’s experiences made me who I am today.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Our innovation methods are uniquely tailored for each individual as we are all different and have different needs and desires moving forward.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

As stated above, our methodology is uniquely tailored for each individual.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

They begin to lead by example, with integrity.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Nothing in particular, just our methodology is uniquely tailored for each individual.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

If I had a super megaphone to speak to the entire world my message would be, you become what you give your attention to.

We are a product of our choices and environment.

You attract what you are, not what you want.

It’s time to wake up and smell the roses, be the change you wish to see opposed to projecting negativity and limited beliefs out into the world.

It’s time to lead by example, with integrity.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

LIFE is the greatest lesson.

Your final thoughts?

I wouldn’t say much because less is better, and people only hear what they want to hear, but it’s always worth planting the seed.

We all want to be loved, listened to, really heard, and have high expectations for everyone else but don’t hold ourselves accountable to those expectations.

The change starts with you.

“As within, so without.”

Listen the way you desire to be heard, care the way you desire others to care, and love the way you wish to be loved.

It’s quite simple.

Most of us just need to be mindful and take our own advice.

Life is much easier than everyone is led to believe, and we only make it harder on ourselves than point fingers opposed to looking in the mirror.

I hope this message finds you well.

I am a domestic violence survivor.

Anything is possible. You just need to believe in yourself that you can achieve the impossible.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I have learned in life is my parents raised me the best they new how.

Digital Therapy Progress Notes: The 12 Best Practices for Enhanced Patient Care

Mental health workers write special progress notes about patient sessions.

These notes aim to track patients’ progress over time.

Additionally, they facilitate collaboration among various care providers.

Traditional paper notes served well for years.

But digital options now improve the process.

Online note platforms offer big upgrades.

Electronic notes are easier to organize and search.

Helpful writing tips and templates guide workers.

Notes integrate securely with patient files.

Some systems even let patients read summary highlights. And notes analytics spot trends otherwise missed.

In short, technology assists in better record keeping.

Therapy progress notes are an integral part of this digital transformation and enhance care in meaningful ways:

  1. Details are captured more completely
  2. Records are shared and understood faster
  3. The next therapeutic steps get clearer over time
  4. Patients feel more involved and informed

Read on to learn specifically how upgrading note platforms results in care upgrades. tiny gains today transform patient health trajectories over time.

The 12 Best Practices for Enhanced Patient Care:

best-practices-for-enhanced-patient-care

Streamlining Note Taking for Improved Efficiency

Paper files hinder counselors’ efficiency because of their tedious nature.

Think handwriting session notes only to transcribe them afterward.

Or leafing through big stacks to chart patient progress.

Furthermore, scribbled or missing details impede coordination with other healthcare professionals.

Online notes fix many inefficiencies.

Templates standardize content fast.

Dictation tools voice type details.

Digital notes integrate into one secure, shareable profile.

These minor time saving measures accumulate significantly.

The automation lifts administrative burdens to allow more enriching patient interactions.

Streamlined record keeping boosts overall productivity.

To maximize efficiency gains:

  1. Use macros and shortcuts: Digital note platforms make writing easier with handy shortcuts. Macros are saved bits of text that insert whole sentences fast. This way basic client details or repeated symptoms don’t need retyping. Custom shortcuts tab in key data like medications, self reports or topics discussed too.
  2. Implement note templates: Digital systems also allow note templates for common cases. For example, a template for depression has recommended headers, questions to ask, sample scoring tools, and more already set. Templates act like starting recipes that counselors modify for each client’s needs.
  3. Track session topics, interventions, and outcomes: Note platforms additionally let users track important things session to session:
    Key subjects covered,
    New coping strategies attempted,
    Progress on past recommended steps,

Easy checkboxes, rating scales, and text fields capture milestones.

Comparison reports then spotlight progress over time.

Set alerts and notifications: Alerts and reminders also keep notes timely. Popup alerts nudge counselors to finish session write ups on schedule. Batch reminders flag notes coming due for signatures or final reviews. Nothing falls through the cracks.

Collaborate securely: digital notes enable better teamwork. Secure messaging keeps care providers aligned via shared access. Online coordination means faster awareness of changes to inform collaborative support.

Ensuring Data Security and Regulatory Compliance

While digital solutions enhance efficiency, data protection is paramount, as healthcare data breaches cost an average of $8.6 million (IBM Security, 2022).

Violating HIPAA in therapy practice can also spur fines from $100 to $50,000 per violation (HHS Office for Civil Rights).

To secure protected health information (PHI):

  1. Transmit and store notes: using AES 256 or similar encryption
  2. Control internal and external access: with role based permissions
  3. Log detailed audit trails: showing viewing, edits, sharing, printing, and exports
  4. Configure external backups: supporting disaster recovery needs
  5. Conduct risk analyses and staff training: to uphold HIPAA compliance

Driving Better Outcomes Through Personalized Plans

Personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals and preferences boost adherence by 20% (American Psychological Association, 2021).

Simultaneously, data driven modifications in therapy strategies enhance outcomes by 15% (Journal of Clinical Psychology, 2023).

To deliver personalized care at scale:

  1. Integrate assessment data like biometrics, genograms, and screeners into notes
  2. Document client priorities, preferences, and motivations to tailor interventions effectively.
  3. Set measurable targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to presenting problems
  4. Generate progress reports with graphs and analytics for data based decisions
  5. Update treatment plans dynamically based on changes and milestones

Enabling Secure Interdisciplinary Collaboration

Effective collaboration among therapists and their broader care teams improves both coordination and patient outcomes.

Digital progress notes facilitate this via:

  1. Custom information sharing controls to securely message or share notes
  2. Referral and hand off workflows across behavioral health and medical providers
  3. Integrated appointment scheduling and care conferencing aligning availabilities
  4. Patient portals and apps for transparency into goals and progress

Easing Administrative Burden for Improved Lifestyle

Mundane administrative tasks, such as scheduling and billing, lead to therapist burnout.

Digital tools ease this burden through:

  1. Automated appointment reminders, rescheduling, and notifications via text, email, phone
  2. Online insurance verification and billing with EHR integrations
  3. Client paperwork and E signatures eliminating printing and scanning
  4. Secure unlimited cloud storage minimizing local data backups
  5. Robust reporting and analytics replacing manual report creation

Boosting Client Engagement and Adherence

Through monitoring progress and setting collaborative goals, clients who are actively engaged in their care exhibit enhanced motivation, improved outcomes, and increased adherence to programs.

Digital notes facilitate this via:

  1. Premium client portals with app access to notes, plans, and progress data
  2. Interactive goal setting and scaling tools promoting self efficacy
  3. Secure messaging features maintain contact between sessions
  4. Customizable progress dashboards with graphs, journals, and more.

Choosing the Right Digital Progress Note Solution

With growing digital health solution choices, identifying the optimal platform boosts successful adoption and return on investment.

Consider ease of use, interface design, integration capabilities, support and training, data ownership, compliance, reporting, and unique feature alignment to clinical and administrative priorities.

FAQs on Digital Progress Notes in Therapy:

How do I ensure data security and confidentiality?

Robust encryption, access controls aligned to roles, detailed activity audit logs, backups, and HIPAA, compliant policies secure protected health data.

What solution features boost productivity?

Templates, collaboration tools, macros or shortcuts, notifications or alerts, and analytics save time while improving accuracy and outcomes.

Why involve clients in progress notes?

Sharing progress securely empowers clients, enhances transparency and therapeutic alliances, and improves motivation and care participation for better adherence.

What You Should Remember About Digital Progress Notes?

Digital solutions allow therapists to deliver personalized, collaborative care while optimizing practice efficiency.

Following the best practices outlined above paves the way for secure and effective adoption.

Ultimately, leveraging progress notes digitally facilitates better client engagement, outcomes, and experiences, the heart of impactful therapeutic work.

What steps will you take today to upgrade your progress note processes?

Mindset Coach vs. Life Coach: What to Choose and When?

In the quest for personal growth, many turn to life coaches, yet the difference between a mindset coach and a traditional life coach is often overlooked.

What is a Mindset Coach?

A mindset coach is more niched down type of coaching. This type of coach guides you in changing your thoughts and thought patterns, recognizing the profound impact of mindset on actions and results.

Conversely, a life coach is a broader target. It’s like an umrella term for all types of coaching that improve the quality of your life, incuding mindset coaching.

Picture it like this: a life coach helps plan meals and workouts, while a mindset coach delves into the mindset behind the “scenes”, fostering a growth mindset for sustained success.

Examples of mindset coaching include overcoming self doubt, boosting confidence, and improving performance.

If you’re committed to lasting change, considering a mindset coach might be your best self investment. When choosing one, ensure they’re certified, experienced, and align with your needs and philosophy.

Ask about their approach to overcoming limiting beliefs and fostering a growth mindset, as well as their specialties and fees.

Mindset Coach vs. Life Coach:

mindset-coach-vs-life-coach-what-to-choose

Ancient Wisdom and Modern Guidance

In the comparison between “ancient wisdom vs. modern guidance,” we’re exploring how mindset coaches and life coaches stack up against traditional quotes and old teachings.

It’s like looking at what wise folks said way back when and seeing if what coaches say today matches up.

Traditional quotes carry timeless wisdom, while coaches now try to mix that wisdom with current ideas.

The aim remains helping people, but the tools and language have changed over time.

Think of it like comparing old stories with new ones to figure out what works best for you.

Each has its strengths, and it’s about finding the approach that works for you.

Balinese Wisdom

Exploring Balinese wisdom in the context of mindset and life coaching involves tapping into the practical insights shared by life coaches in Bali.

It’s like gaining valuable advice from locals who understand life well.

Balinese life coaches often blend the wisdom of their rich culture with modern guidance, offering a unique perspective on personal growth.

Imagine having a friend from Bali guiding you through life’s challenges, drawing from traditional teachings and present day strategies.

Whether you’re seeking individual growth or considering a Balinese couple retreat, these coaches aim to provide guidance that combines ancient traditions with contemporary knowledge for a more fulfilling life journey.

Balancing Mindset Coaching and Life Coaching

Let’s figure it out how these coaching styles work together.

It’s like figuring out how mindset coaching and life coaching team up to help you.

Mindset coaching focuses on changing thoughts and beliefs, while life coaching targets specific goals.

Think of it as finding the right balance between thinking differently and achieving concrete objectives.

It’s a bit like having two tools in your toolkit, one for shaping your mindset and another for reaching your goals.

By understanding this balance, you can make progress in your personal development journey, addressing both your thoughts and the practical steps you need to take.

Balancing Personal and Relationship Goals from Balinese Perspective

Balinese coaches usually combine the ancient wisdom of their cultures with modern guidance, offering insights into both personal and relationship goals.

It’s about finding a balance, think of it as managing your own goals while also keeping harmony in your relationships.

Whether you’re working on personal growth or considering a Bali life coach for relationship support, their approach aims to blend traditional teachings with practical strategies for a more fulfilling life.

They provide guidance that considers both your individual aspirations and the dynamics of your connections with others.

How to Choose Between Mindset and Life Coaching

If you know your beliefs and confidence but feel lost, a life coach can steer you towards your goals.

They specialize in giving direction and helping you achieve what you want in life.

On the other hand, if you need help discovering your strengths, consider a session with a psychologist or therapist.

They provide expert advice, cutting through complexities to guide you directly toward personal growth and self improvement.

Rather than going in circles, this focused approach ensures you get the right support to understand and enhance your innate abilities.

It’s about choosing the path that aligns with your needs, whether it’s life coaching for clear goals or professional guidance for a deeper understanding of yourself.

What You Sohuld Remember?

In wrapping up, deciding between a mindset coach and a life coach boils down to what you need.

If you’re focused on specific goals, a life coach can guide you there.

But if you want to change how you think and approach life, a mindset coach might be the way.

You can find your ideal match in our growing database of coaches.

It’s like choosing the right tool for the job.

Traditional wisdom and ancient teachings show us the importance of both clear goals and a positive mindset.

So, whether you’re aiming for concrete achievements or a shift in how you see things, both approaches have their strengths.

Consider what suits you best, keeping in mind that personal growth is about finding the balance that works for you.

Four Smart Life Tips For Becoming A Sober Solo Traveller

Going sober is a big deal in anyone’s life.

Drugs and alcohol are having a huge impact on people at present, and it’s so vital that people do reach out and get the help that they need.

Visiting a rehabilitation centre for treatment can be a landmark moment in someone’s life, and be the catalyst for a healthier and happier future.

For those that do enter recovery and choose a life of sobriety, it can start a new exciting chapter.

For many, this means doing things they’d always wanted to but never have due to the crux of substances.

Travel can often be high up a person’s priority list, enjoying new adventures.

But with that comes risk too, with travel being a step into the known and outside regular routine, which can be a trigger for relapse.

That said, there are plenty of tips out there from those that have enjoyed solo travelling sober and created a new found love for travelling…

4 Tips For Becoming A Sober Solo Traveller:

tips-for-becoming-a-sober-solo-traveller

1. Go to destinations where alcohol isn’t prominent.

A good place to start is with the destination and essentially avoiding countries and cities where alcohol is prominant.

So, England, for example or Ireland, where much of the nightlife or social activities revolve around the pub.

The same can apply for Las Vegas too.

However, on the other hand, there are a wealth of countries where alcohol is far less prominent, particularly in countries where religion doesn’t allow consumption of it.

The likes of the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Maldives are far less prominent, while you can also consider places like wellness spas worldwide, where they typically discourage alcohol consumption.

2. Keep your routine in place.

Wherever you are in the world, keeping the routine that helps you remain sober is a must.

Things like a good night’s sleep, meditation and any logging of thoughts and feelings are still important, particularly when impromptu stresses such as getting lost or losing baggage can happen at any time.

You need to make sure you use your calming exercises and take that time in the day to stick to your routine, even if it does potentially mean doing one less thing or getting out of the hotel a little later while on holiday.

3. Connect with AA elsewhere or keep your support network in place.

Similarly, just because you’re away it doesn’t mean support isn’t available.

Support networks online can be great while you’ll find Alcoholics Anonymous meetings all over the world.

The language barrier may be an issue, but ultimately having that feeling of support can be so useful.

Checking in regularly while you’re away is a good idea.

Commit to calling or Facetiming those who support you at set times each day, again adding routine and knowing that the help you need, even if it’s in terms of simply listening, is available to you.

4. Be planned and prepared.

Again, it’s making sure your days are structured that are really going to help.

Plan in your activities, and ensure free time is kept to a minimum, as ultimately this is where temptation could rear its ugly head.

By creating jam packed days, you’ll always be on the move enjoying yourself, get a better night’s sleep, and have something to look forward to the next day.

This can significantly reduce the risk of relapse, as well as making your trips vacations to remember…

Find Life Coach | Meet Alexandra Corless: How to Get Rid of Negative Beliefs and Live with Purpose, Success, and Abundance?

Alexandra Corless is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her expertise and skillset.

She was born into a dysfunctional family. When she was 13 years old she wanted to understand the Universe and our role in it as human beings. She wanted to understand the human condition and how she can help to make this world a better place.

Her journey wasn’t smooth, but along the way she worked out how to heal herself and build lasting supportive relationships. All her visions came to fruition and now is the time for her next vision, to share and apply her knowledge with as many people as possible. She strongly believes that we can shift reality, if we really want to.

She ensures a comprehensive and personalized approach. Clients who have experienced her guidance often find themselves transformed, gaining energy, confidence, clarity, and a deeper understanding of their relationships. As they journey towards becoming the best version of themselves, old, unhelpful patterns fade into distant memories, making way for a lighter, happier, and purpose driven life.

Name: Alexandra Corless

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to find the root cause of their problems, heal, and become the best version of themselves.

How they can help: Through identifying and replacing negative beliefs, and by using various coaching techniques and tools like guided meditation and visualisation, genealogical, past self and future self work, inner child work, breath work, energy work, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

My family and I have been lucky, our lives have not been affected.

Nothing has changed for us.

But the stress of the events left its mark in our psyche.

We feel for all who have lost family members or their livelihoods.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I started my trauma informed coaching business shortly after the pandemic because there was such a great need for help.

People have been shocked, overwhelmed and super stressed.

The effects of the pandemic have been a driver for me to learn to understand the power of emotions and how we can use them to turn things around, spiral up again, so to speak.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

My biggest lesson that I learned in the pandemic was handling fear.

Fear wants to protect us, it has an important task in our life.

But it can grow into a highly destructive monster.

The more conscious we become and understand the mechanisms of our emotions, the less power they have over us and we become empowered instead.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

Since more than 30 years I am into spiritual healing.

I always had an open ear and deep understanding for people.

It grew into a passion.

I certified in different modalities to backup my talent and be able to guide clients through profound transformations in all areas of their life.

When I realized that people need more than just healing I became a coach to help my clients to create a successful and fulfilling abundant life from within through aligned action.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

My biggest obstacle was forgiveness.

I needed to learn to let go of the past.

There is a lot of emotional energy trapped, that re creates the same old patterns in life.

Opening the heart again is so important if you want to enjoy life and create a better future.

With not forgiving and not letting go we punish our selves.

There are tools that can help to gain a deeper understanding and let go with more ease.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I support my clients with resources and in between session care via chat coaching.

I am about to create a private Facebook group to deliver valuable teachings in addition to the one on one video call coaching sessions.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My Coaching approach includes all levels of the human being.

There are different names for it, unconscious mind, the soul, higher Self, Spirit but also the sensations in the physical body, the nervous system.

I help my clients to embody their Soul Spirit, integrate orphaned parts but also integrate beneficial energies and build capacity in a safe space.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Clients who have worked with me often can’t remember why they came in the first place.

All that did not serve them anymore became just a faint memory.

They have more energy, confidence, self esteem, clarity, are healthier, are purpose driven, have deeper understanding of their relationships and deeper connection, career paths open up and money blocks were cleared.

They feel lighter and happier, unhealthy habits and coping mechanisms dissolve naturally, goals are much easier to achieve.

On this healing journey they truly become the best version of them selves.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I use a broad mix of tools to support my clients according to their needs.

It includes testing and transforming of limiting beliefs, guided meditation and visualisation, genealogical, past self and future self work, inner child work, breath work, energy work and more.

To transform the root cause of the underlying issue with somatic processing is very powerful.

The manifestation part includes Akashic records readings around a certain goal.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

I would like everybody to hear that they are powerful creative beings.

That subconscious believes, stuck emotional energies and unfulfilled needs hold them back to live the life’s they are supposed to have.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

My greatest lesson in my life was that connection, presence and love are essential for healthy inner growth.

Without these human needs fulfilled, it is much more difficult to cope with life and relationships.

Somehow there are people who have no need for it anymore, reject it, or maybe they never had it.

They act like robots.

They also have no concept of compassion.

Sadly at the moment there is not much we can do to help them heal.

Maybe if they strongly wanted to.

Your final thoughts?

We have to take care of all our bodies to be healthy, vital and successful in our precious lifetime.

And like a child, enjoy being alive.

Meet Life Coach Chris Covington:

find-life-coach-chris-covington

Name: Chris Covington

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Body

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to heal, strengthen their body and mind connection and optimize their life around their purpose.

How they can help: Through various coaching methods, techniques, and tools, sometimes using horses as guides for in person coaching.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

We have been very blessed to maintain a healthy mindset and the pandemic emphasized the need for us to take control of the things that are truly within our control and to release the fear of “what if”.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I felt the greatest impact to my clients was a significant disruption to connection.

While zoom communication ramped up, our need for authentic and healthy relationships failed to be met.

We saw a significant increase in poor nutrition, limited exercise, aversion to getting outdoors and connecting with nature and most importantly a fracturing of family and friends due to what appeared like polarizing perspectives.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

I think that the greatest lesson that I have learned would be that I have to take responsibility for my health and my life, because no one else is responsible or can save me from the unhealthy choices I make in my life.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I have been passionate about helping people to develop their strengths, and embrace their purpose for as long as I can remember.

I have worked with families, children, parents, and individuals in the field of mental health, as well as, sports teams, corporate and non profits organizations in the team building industry for over 15 years.

Over the course of the past few years I have been on my own journey to achieve an optimal mind, body and spirit and reconnecting with my purpose.

And I believe God is calling me to walk a new path as a health and life coach as I continue to purse my purpose of helping others to attain the life they were meant to live.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I would consider my battle with my health to be one of the most significant experiences that has impacted the man I have become.

I had suffered for several years with back pain and had developed a bulging disc and two degenerative disc which led to intense pain that would leave me hunched over on a cane just struggling to accomplish my daily tasks.

I was encouraged to consider steroid injections and back surgery from several health care professionals multiple times but I was determined to find another way.

The pain finally increased to the point that I knew something had to change and I decided to explore the impact that nutrition, exercise and supplements might have on my back.

Over the last 7 years, I have been on a mission to explore any research I could find and listen to any health professionals who were focused on a holistic approach to healing and I have been able to reach a greater level of health than I have experienced in the past 20 years.

My hope is that I can help others to achieve their goals and pursue a growth mindset that allows them to explore every healthy approach to accomplishing their goals.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I have had the privilege of working with horses over the past 15 years and learning through my experience with my herd to develop simple and healthy habits that elicit powerful and effective results.

Healthy connection, challenge and change which leads to optimizing health, relationships and purpose.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I am an authentic country boy, what you see is what you get.

We all can need someone to come along and light a fire under us from time to time and I am committed to helping you spark your passion, ignite your purpose and shape your future.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

A deeper understanding of mind body connection and the tools to create the life you were meant for.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

For our clients who choose in person coaching we often see significantly deeper and more rapid progress when we engage our horses in coaching experience.

Receiving genuine and authentic feedback from our equine team can shine a bright light on the areas that we may be unaware of or avoiding.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

You only have one body… strengthen it.

You only have one mind… sharpen it!

You only have one life… optimize it!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

To be a seeker of truth and to advocate for myself.

There are so many opportunities available to us today to learn and grow and I won’t take that reality for granted.

Your final thoughts?

Life is full of opportunity when we drown out all the noise and focus on our strengths.

If you are ready to take the next step towards the life that you meant for, then I’m ready to help you achieve it.
