I am fantastic.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

There is no certainty or stability in life’s situations.

Everything can change at any moment.

How we react or act, and how we deal with it, is in our hands.

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am Aparajitha, a Mindset Transformation Coach, an author, and a public speaker.

I worked at Johnson and Johnson and other pharmaceutical companies in IT Quality for 21 years.

I earned a high six figure salary and worked on multi million and billion dollar projects before I resigned in 2023 to fully focus on my coaching business, speaking, and writing as an author.

I am proud to say that I published my first book, “Healing Heartbreak,” in 2024.

I am skilled in finding the root cause by uncovering processes with clients in areas such as career and business development, love and relationships, health, wealth, and lifestyle upgrades.

I have over 9 years of experience as a coach.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I overcame a very toxic, narcissistic relationship in a so called married life.

Due to that, I faced many problems, complications, and a long divorce process.

I raised my children as a single mother.

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

In my coaching, innovation cannot be planned because what comes up during a session is not in anyone’s control.

I use muscle testing, intuition, and the Superconscious for my sessions, so there is no set innovation.

During the sessions, whatever arises for the clients is what I work on.

Because it comes from the higher intelligence within the client’s field of information.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

What makes my coaching unique is me, and the way I do everything.

No one else can do it the way I do.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Their life changes for the good or the best.

My clients start seeing improvements in all areas of life by shifting their emotions and mindset.

All aligned actions start happening for them.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

The pandemic was a struggle.

I was in a poor mental state in the run up to the pandemic, and it exacerbated everything I was struggling with.

My mother, who now lives with me, was in a nursing home, and I have distinct memories of talking to her through a fence as she sat in the garden.

Now, however, I am single, my son has left home to start a new life, and, as mentioned, I have Mum living with me.

Things are fine, and it is a relief that the virus is now “just another bug.”

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I wasn’t coaching during the pandemic, but it has helped in terms of the general acceptance of video calls as opposed to in person meetings.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

I learned acceptance during the pandemic.

There was nothing I could do to influence it.

In terms of the Spheres of Influence tool, it wasn’t even on the page.

I had two choices: I could either tie myself in knots over what was happening or accept it and move closer to serenity.

This took quite a while, and this is a useful tool given the state of the world today.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

My career started because I became disabled overnight with MS!

I was diagnosed in 2014 but had very few symptoms until July 2022.

I went from fit and active to needing a wheelchair and being in intense pain.

I had to give up my job working in finance and decided that I needed to make a life for myself that I could manage from home.

I had been interested in coaching for a while and pursued a course, set up a company, and gained experience.

To date, I have 70 hours of coaching experience and membership of the AC.

The business wasn’t successful, as my target market was too niche, so I have now complemented my learning with a personal trainer qualification (I came into remission by the grace of God) and nutrition studies as well.

I now offer wellness coaching with a heavy focus on mindset towards exercise and nutrition, fitness begins in the mind!

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The biggest obstacles have been my mental and physical health.

I have bipolar disorder and multiple sclerosis, which can still affect me today.

With my mental health, I am very well treated with effective medication, and when I gave up alcohol entirely, the medication became far more effective.

My MS presents with fatigue, so evening activities have to be carefully planned, and pain, which is managed with strong pain relief so I can live a normal life.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I innovate by exploring clients’ history in terms of their weight gains, losses, and activities pursued.

I draw on my hypnotherapy training to help them visualise the person they want to be, including the sounds, smells, and atmosphere around the person they imagine, as well as their physical appearance.

I help them create the whole experience of being that person, then internalise it so they can refer to it when their motivation is low.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I follow the GROW model initially.

Then, in review sessions, I look at the client’s week and examine the emotional impact of events and how it shapes their progression toward their goals.

It is almost a counselling approach, except it is forward facing.

Because my coaching is focused on wellness and health, the mind and body connection is something I take very seriously, and my sessions reflect the importance of this.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

The benefits my clients experience include adherence to a wellness programme and having the tools to deal with what life throws at them.

Acceptance and control are two features of my programme, and my clients learn to manage their lives with minimal stress.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

As mentioned, I use GROW, and I brainstorm with clients to look at options.

I role play to help build courage in clients, to set boundaries, and to deal with obstacles presented by other people.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Be nice to each other.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I have learned is that I need to relinquish control of everything and everyone around me.

I am not in charge, God is in charge (I have a strong faith).

I can act in certain ways, but I cannot control outcomes.

I may have some influence on them, but it is not down to me to control people, places, or things.

I have wasted time and energy trying to control all factors around me, and it doesn’t work.

Your final thoughts?

Deal with any resentments you have towards other people.

See your own part in fallouts, and go and make amends to the person you have animosity towards.

I’ll give an example, I had experienced resentment towards someone I knew from the local dog walking scene, and one day I walked straight past him with a cursory “hello.”

He sent me a message saying he felt the full brunt of my abruptness.

I replied a couple of days later with an apology for my rudeness, even though the resentment had come about due to his initial criticism of me.

My message to him resulted in a friendship between us.

Pride and ego can rule us, and it is important to stay humble.

There is A New Epidemic Affecting Teens! Is Mental Health in a State of Crisis?

Emma stared at the blank screen of her laptop, her fingers trembling over the keyboard.

It was past midnight, and her eyes burned from hours of scrolling through social media.

“Why does everyone else have it all together?” she whispered into the empty room.

The weight of expectations pressed against her chest, grades, extracurriculars, college applications, and the unspoken pressure to be perfect.

She knew she wasn’t alone.

Just last week, her best friend Ava confided in her about having panic attacks before every exam.

“Sometimes, I feel like I can’t breathe,” Ava had admitted.

“And no one even notices.”

Emma’s experience is far from unique.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

My family and I are still adjusting.

The pandemic was one of the most challenging seasons of my life, I lost both of my parents.

When my mother passed, I was hospitalized with the coronavirus and couldn’t even attend her funeral.

That was heartbreaking.

But in the midst of grief, God gave me a new reason to keep pushing, my little viral and Legacy, who is now three years old.

It took a lot of adjusting, healing, and rebuilding, but we made it through.

I channeled my pain into purpose and focused on expanding Jenice Green Co., where I help individuals reset every area of their lives, moving from pause to purpose and from stagnation to streams of income.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic hit the prison wife community hard.

Prisons shut down, visits were canceled, and many of our men were placed on lockdown, increasing their isolation and making it even harder for families to stay connected.

On a personal level, the pandemic forced me to pivot.

It made me realize the importance of being prepared with online products, different platforms, and building an email database, because emails are the new currency.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

1. Be prepared. Always have online products, digital platforms, and build an email database because emails are the new currency.

2. Adapt and pivot. The world can change overnight, you have to be flexible.

3. Prioritize mental health. The pandemic showed me the importance of resetting my mind and helping others do the same.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

My coaching journey started in 2016 when my life took an unexpected turn.

My husband went to prison on a non violent charge, and I suddenly found myself homeless for 18 months with no support.

As I searched for resources, I realized there was nothing out there for prison wives… so I created the very thing I needed.

I started a support group to provide a safe space for prison wives, helping them strengthen their relationships through the bars.

That group, Women Outside the Walls, grew to over 2.1K women worldwide.

From there, I became a Prison Wife Coach, working one on one with women to help them heal, grow, and transform their lives.

But my mission didn’t stop there.

I realized that so many women (whether they were prison wives or not) were struggling with unresolved trauma and needed tools to reset and rebuild their lives.

That’s how RESET Coaching was born, and now I help individuals heal, shift their mindset, find purpose, and create income streams so they can truly win.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

One of my biggest obstacles was being a caregiver to my mother since I was a child.

My mother had a stroke a month after I was born due to a drunk driver hitting her car.

I was born prematurely at only 2 pounds, and from the very beginning, I had to fight.

Growing up, I had to take on the role of a mother to my mother.

She couldn’t speak, barely swallow, and I never got to hear her voice.

But despite her condition, she never used it as an excuse, and that taught me strength.

Losing her was devastating, especially never hearing her say, “I love you.”

But I rose above every obstacle because she was my greatest teacher.

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I don’t just coach, I RESET.

I use a unique blend of therapeutic processes, mindset work, and strategic planning to help my clients heal from the inside out.

My approach isn’t just about “talking”, it’s about creating real transformation by getting to the root of the issue and building a strategy for success.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

As I said, I don’t just talk, motivate, guide… It’s not just about talking, it’s about real change.

I combine therapeutic techniques, mindset work, and income strategies to help my clients heal, transform, and elevate their lives.

I’ve been through homelessness, child abuse, loss, grief, sickness, and struggle, but I RESET my life, built my purpose, and created streams of income.

Julianne James Thomas is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her adventurous spirit and love for life.

Her coaching transformation started as a normal voyage from Anacortes, WA, to French Polynesia but it quickly became a spiritual awakening, one that opened her heart to the universe’s signs and synchronicities. Lost at sea, both literally and figuratively, she embarked on a journey that would change everything. With little sailing experience, she set off in 2018, navigating the vast ocean, only to find herself stranded in the Galápagos Islands for 60 days when the world shut down due to the pandemic.

Her life changed on that voyage. With the world shut down (borders closed and no flights available), she and her crew took a leap of faith, sailing for 24 days across the Pacific to French Polynesia, unsure of what awaited them. But what she discovered wasn’t just survival, it was transformation. It was the synchronicities that opened her eyes. They always seem to appear once we find courage to take a leap of faith, get out of the comfort zone, and embark on an adventure, deep into the unknown. These synchronicities started her transformation. Returning to shore with nothing but gratitude and an unshakable trust in the unknown, she found herself on a new journey: coaching.

Her approach is truly unique, blending the mystical with the practical. She helps others navigate their own uncharted waters, using Tarot, intuition, and holistic listening to guide them toward healing and self discovery. First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

My family all survived the pandemic and are great!

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The Coronavirus highly affected me in the sense that I sailed into the Galápagos Islands on the exact day the whole world shut down and was stranded there on our boat for 60 days, not knowing when or if we could ever leave.

All the countries around us were closed, and there were no flights anywhere.

After 60 days, we decided to test our luck and sailed for 24 days across the Pacific Ocean to The Marquesas in French Polynesia.

There is a whole lot more to this story, which will be in my book. ⭐

I never got sick, but my heart went out to those who lost loved ones or were ill.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The biggest lessons that I learned were patience, acceptance, unity, and spirituality.

Even though it took a pandemic, it actually affected all of us in some way or another, making us realize that we are all connected and bringing us back to our spirituality.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I started my coaching career after I went sailing for three years, from 2018 to 2021, from Anacortes, WA, to French Polynesia, with little or no sailing experience.

This was a life changing journey that opened up my ability to receive signs and synchronicities from the universe.

Little to my knowledge, this started a spiritual journey of transformation.

I returned to land with no boat, no job, no money, and no husband. (I threw him overboard on the equator… just kidding.)

I was truly grateful I still had a loving family, though.

Somehow, coaching landed on my doorstep through a year of classes with Invite Change.

This was just what the spiritual doctor ordered… digging through shadow work, learning how to truly listen holistically, and approaching any relationship from a place of curiosity and equality.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The biggest obstacle? Which one?

Actually, the spiritual journey after I got back from my sailing odyssey has by far been the most difficult.

I started getting messages from Divine Spirit and followed them in my bumbly way, really not knowing what I was doing.

This led me to a soulmate with karmic baggage, driving back and forth 300 miles for three years, and battling negative energy attachments that I had to learn to protect myself from.

When I was 26, I also opened up a restaurant with my first husband on a shoestring budget with four babies in tow.

Through blood, sweat, and tears, we turned this into a successful business grossing upwards of a million dollars a year in a small coastal town.

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

My unique way of coaching clients involves using Tarot Cards to check their energy, my psychic ability, and the practicality of coaching basics to truly pinpoint what is needed before we build a plan of action.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My coaching is unconventional.

I use the 5D and 3D, this is the combination of mystical and practical.

Utilizing my spiritual skills assists in a more holistic approach for a broader range of healing and scope.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

The biggest benefit my clients get from me is knowing wholeheartedly that they are loved and that I’m not in it for money.

I truly just want to help others because if we help others, the money will come.

But most of all, the unconditional love that I have for my clients, that’s the best tool ever.
