THIS is How We Unify The Universe in Our Own Way…

Individually, each of us undergoes a continuous transformation throughout our lives, a process called creation.

This transformation is not just a personal journey, it is a fundamental mechanism by which the universe achieves unification.

Without this unification, the universe would expand without contraction, leading to imbalance.

Just as breath consists of both inhalation and exhalation, the cosmos requires both expansion and unification to sustain the flow of reality within the four dimensional space and time continuum.

Shiva: The First Spiritual Guide

Shiva represents super consciousness, encompassing all dimensions, including the three spatial dimensions of height, length, and depth, as well as what we perceive as reality.

The word Shiva signifies the eternal consciousness principle, a cosmic force that transcends time and space.

Shiva, in unification with Parvati (the principle of cosmic existence) embodies a divine oneness known as Advaitha.

This sacred unity manifests through the intelligent cosmos, performing five fundamental cosmic functions:

1. Creation

This refers to the initiation of existence, the birth of new forms, ideas, and realities.

In the context of the universe, creation is the process through which vibrations produce space, energy, and ultimately matter.

Shiva, as the cosmic intelligence, initiates creation through the generation of fundamental vibrations.

2. Preservation

Once something is created, it must be maintained and sustained.

Preservation ensures balance and continuity in the universe.

This principle governs the stability of existence, allowing life, structures, and energy patterns to endure over time.

3. Destruction

In the cosmic cycle, destruction is not an end but a transformation.

It allows for renewal by dismantling old structures, making way for new creations.

Just as the universe constantly evolves, destruction removes stagnation and enables growth.

4. Delusion

This represents the illusion (Maya) that binds individuals to limited perceptions of reality.

The material world, as perceived through the five senses, often obscures the deeper truths of existence.

Delusion plays a role in the human experience by creating a temporary sense of separation from the unified cosmic reality.

5. Liberation

The final stage in the cosmic cycle, liberation is the transcendence of delusion, leading to enlightenment and unity with higher consciousness.

It signifies the return to the eternal awareness beyond physical constraints, aligning with the principle of unification described in the article.

Higher consciousness generates vibrations, which in turn create space.

This space gives rise to energy waves, producing the multidimensional structure of the universe.

The Eleven Dimensions

how-we-unify-the-universe

The dimensions of existence are as follows:

  1. Shakti – The dimension of creation
  2. Bindu – The creative focus
  3. Bindukala – Space and time
  4. Shabda – The primordial sound
  5. Nada – The continuing vibration of sound
  6. Nadakala – The intelligence of sound within space, time, motion
  7. Time – Producing length
  8. Space – Producing height and width
  9. Depth – Bringing matter into perceivable reality
  10. Wave and (or) Particle Energy – The fundamental nature of matter as both wave and particle
  11. Conscious Awareness – The dimension through which perception and interaction occur

Matter, as experienced by human perception, emerges when space and time generate depth.

This interaction forms the basis of reality, yet much of it remains beyond the scope of the five physical senses.

However, advanced human receivers, like mystics and sages, have long accessed and recorded this profound wisdom, providing a vast reservoir of knowledge for those who seek it.

Cymatics: The Science of Creation Through Sound

Cymatics, the study of how sound influences matter, scientifically demonstrates that three dimensional forms emerge harmonically through five fundamental sounds.

This principle, deeply rooted in Eastern philosophy, aligns with ancient knowledge that recognizes the universe as a vibrational construct.

Through sound, space, time, and consciousness, we actively participate in the unification of the universe, creating and shaping reality in ways both seen and unseen.

Small Steps of Enlightenment

I invite you to read these poems with an open heart.

Let them challenge you, inspire you, and perhaps even guide you toward a deeper understanding of yourself and your purpose…

steps-of-enlightenment

Engage with another with the intent to give and not to take,
Don’t put up a play that is fake.

Don’t look down on others, believing you are somewhat more,
Don’t kick others on the floor.

Don’t control nor manipulate,
Don’t interfere in another’s fate.

Don’t lie, stick to the truth,
And honor your loving roots.

Don’t be lazy and let others do the work,
Don’t put on another dirt.

Don’t steal the energy of others, their gold,
So that you are warm and they are cold.

Don’t use the goodwill of another,
Deny “big brother!”

Rage, dark thoughts, bad feelings are wrong,
Prefer to sing a loving song.

It does not matter what situation you are in,
Use your heart as a compass on how to begin,

To include love, empathy, and understanding in your life,
You will benefit in your afterlife.

Don’t judge another by their weight, their look, or their cash book,
Take the mirror and take a critical look,

At the condition of your own heart,
Listen wisely to my art.

Indeed, try not to judge, but better understand,
And offer a supportive hand.

Don’t cheat on your beloved partner, wife, or husband,
If you are co-parenting, for the child’s sake, be accustomed.

Be honest and don’t lie,
Try not to make anybody cry.

Don’t interfere in another’s timeline, unless it is morally correct,
While this word is ambivalent, that is a fact.

Referring to the system and its guards,
The falling house of cards.

Don’t harm,
Don’t put up a false charm.

Don’t care for the neighbor’s garden’s condition,
Plant your own flowers with ambition.

Honor the other one’s perspective,
Even if it does not meet the taste of the collective.

Always listen to the perspective of both parties involved,
Work out clearance of issues unresolved.

Don’t gossip about,
Don’t listen to others and doubt.

Peaceful communication is the key,
Leave others free,

On how they want to live,
Forgive.

Accept another’s beliefs and view,
Don’t reside in a toxic relationship that is based upon glue.

Believe me, you have enough issues on your own plate,
Concentrate on your own fate.

Help and protect the poorer, the weaker, and others in need,
Offer them a feed.

Don’t exchange your faithful partner with a younger one,
Just to have a little more fun.

Let your kids be free when they are grown,
Learn how to happily live alone.

My grown child, I want you to be happy, be free,
When you need me, I will be there, you will see.

Don’t burden others with your own stuff,
Take responsibility with pride, even if it is tough.

Try to find solutions for the highest good of all,
So that nobody has to experience a painful fall.

Be full of honor, decency, and pride,
And you might embark on the golden ride,

To be free,
Sealed by the number 3.

What is most correct and beneficial in each situation,
Accept the culture and view of a different nation.

Be a proud representative of the lovine,
And the sun will shine.

Spread love whenever you can,
Be a supportive Sam.

While at the same time, you must balance love for self,
A healthy myself.

You and your kind require the utmost care,
So take your own share.

But not at the cost of others; if possible, no harm,
Communicate your healthy boundaries with charm.

Sometimes harm cannot be avoided,
Watch out that you are not being exploited.

You are being judged by your account of love,
Scrutinized by the omnipotence of love above.

And yes, there is better and worse in humankind,
Mind and soul in unconditional love aligned.

May you be honest and pure,
Let your heart compass be your cure.

Let us bring heaven on earth,
A loving rebirth.

Life is a constant test,
May your rue be blessed.

Don’t see with your eyes but instead with your heart,
And you might have won a joker card,

To enter the kingdom of unconditional love,
Far above.

Oh Spirit of White,
Let’s be honest here, you yourself are sometimes wild.

Your cheeky, sarcastic tongue, but your nature oh so mild,
Deep within, sometimes still a charming child.

Sometimes making a mistake,
And often eating too much cake.

But constantly serving your source,
Utilizing your incredible and powerful force.

Trying every day to be more enlightened,
Protecting others, making sure they are not frightened.

She walks this unwalked road and carries this burden on her shoulder,
A true loving shareholder.

We will speak about “Spirit of White” in a different book,
So that you can take a more precise look.

Find Life Coach | Meet Eva Prell: How to Discover Your True Self and Become Invicible Despite Any Circumstance?

Eva Prell is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her spiritual wisdom and mental strength.

Her path wasn’t easy. But that made her the coach she is today. Facing many various challenges, she discovered a powerful truth: it’s not about what happens, it’s about the meaning you assign to what happens that really matters in the end.

Her unique approach, a blend of science, spirituality, and the power of perspective, illuminates the path to self discovery and awareness. With a passion for understanding people and storytelling, she made it her mission to help clients shift their reality, not by fixing themselves, but by embracing who they truly are.

Her coaching rejects traditional therapy models where the focus is in “working” and “fixing” yourself. She believes that healing doesn’t come from revisiting the past but from becoming fully aware in the present. She believes that there is nothing to work on or fix, because you are (and always were) whole. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Eva Prell:

find-life-coach-eva-prell

Name: Eva Prell

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to discover who they really are, find their true power and become invincible despite any circumstance.

How they can help: By teaching the Law of Assumption andusing various tools and techniques like autogenic training, breathwork, EFT, meditation, cinema therapy and writing therapy, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

We’re all doing great, thank you.

Luckily, the pandemic didn’t have a big effect on us.

Honestly said, that time I experienced a very transformational phase in my life because I had finally found the courage to leave my marriage.

So my focus during the pandemic was more on organizing my family life.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I had some clients who came to me with symptoms appearing to stem from having had the coronavirus.

We can create the experience that there is a long lasting impact of the virus on our bodies, but this is not meant to be repeated over and over again to become a dominant assumption, unless we choose that.

As soon as they let go of the illusion of still having symptoms and gave no attention to it anymore, the symptoms vanished.

It all happened in their mind.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

To be honest, I was so caught up in my divorce and in organizing my new life that I didn’t have time to be busy with the pandemic.

And that’s also the lesson I’ve learned: to give your attention to what serves you and let all the other things lose their grip on you.

Once again, I saw how we select and create our experiences with our awareness.

The pandemic, of course, had an effect on many people.

But in the end, I believe we have dominion over our circumstances, and we get to decide what they mean to us, even when they seem very solid.

They are always changing.

I always had the assumption that I’m healthy, no matter what.

And that’s what I continue to experience.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I was always someone very curious and interested in other people’s stories and, in general, how everything in life gets created.

I worked in many industries and learned many professions until I finally returned to my biggest passions: writing and studying people.

I like to combine them because both are beneficial to each other.

To be someone’s companion and guide, to help them remember how powerful they really are, to help them see their reality from another angle… makes my heart smile.

Sometimes, we just need someone to redirect us to ourselves to be able to see our truth.

All these topics will also find a place in the book that I’m currently writing.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I had to realize that there are no obstacles, except the ones I create.

The assumption that I’m not good enough or that I’m not able to do things right stuck with me for a very long time.

After wanting to give up many times, I finally found the strength and self love to say, “No, I can do that. Because I say so.”

Giving up would have meant giving up on myself.

That’s how you do it.

In the end, it’s all a decision and sticking to it, just as I had been doing before with an assumption that no longer served me, and never did.

I just couldn’t see it.

Until I stopped believing in it.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I show them how they can heal their perspective without therapy.

From my point of view, the classical approach to therapy has found its end.

We now know so much about how our mind works and how we create our life experience through our awareness.

There is no relation anymore to working on ourselves.

Whether it’s the past or the future, they are both just ideas in our head.

So my main focus is on helping them center themselves and become more self aware.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My metaphysical approach, where I teach the Law of Assumption and combine science with spirituality, helps my clients return to their true selves.

It is probably the most profound shift they can make.

It’s about leaving behind all current manifested circumstances that no longer serve them, (de)identifying with the human self, and embracing who they truly are… awareness, consciousness.

It’s about choosing to be your most authentic version and stopping the habit of fixing any other version of yourself.

Because they are all perfect as they are, just not your choice.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

They know who they are and why they are here, and they become invincible despite any circumstances.

They know how to lead themselves and others.

They have found peace within themselves, so they can finally relax into the life they have always wanted to experience.

That leads to them experiencing their dream life, because they were already carrying it within them.

And now, they allow it to be revealed.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I specialize in many different areas.

Autogenic training, breathwork, EFT, and meditation are tools that have proven useful.

Additionally, I integrate cinema therapy and writing therapy.

A client’s favorite movie can be a catalyst and inspiration for their next step.

It all depends on the individual path the client is on.

Nevertheless, the most powerful tool is the client themselves.

Any technique is powerless without them believing they can do it.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Be open to learning about who you really are.

Then put yourself at the center of your awareness.

Value your own unique wisdom and see yourself as the creator of your life.

Play as often as you can in the here and now.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The best experience I could have ever had was a painful event a few years ago, after my divorce, that led to my spiritual awakening.

It taught me that I had been asleep my whole life and led to a big paradigm shift.

I was unexpectedly and literally opened up to a completely new approach to life.

It brought me back to myself.

I learned to love myself.

I remembered who I am.

I now understand what it means that we are all one.

And I know now that there are only two choices: fear or love.

In the end, I will always choose love.

Your final thoughts?

Thank you for this interview.

I’m glad to have had the opportunity to share my point of view.

I think that’s why we are here… to express ourselves as this unique point of consciousness, to inspire others, and to get to know ourselves.

How to Release Birth Trauma: A Holistic Approach to Emotional and Physical Healing

Giving birth is often described as one of the most profound experiences in a woman’s life.

While it can be beautiful and transformative, it can also be deeply traumatic for some mothers.

Birth trauma (whether due to medical interventions, unexpected complications, or emotional distress) can leave lasting physical and emotional scars, often triggering postpartum depression (PPD), anxiety, and even chronic pain.

As someone who has personally experienced birth trauma, I understand how it can linger long after the birth itself.

Twenty five years ago, I endured 34 grueling hours of labor with my firstborn daughter, only to have forceps used, followed by an emergency C section due to her heartbeat going down.

The trauma didn’t stop there.

I suffered a cracked coccyx caused by the forceps during delivery, an injury that still causes me pain when I sit today.

The experience was overwhelming, triggering PPD and leaving me feeling broken, both physically and emotionally.

If you’ve experienced birth trauma, know that you are not alone.

Healing is possible, and a holistic approach can help you release the pain (both seen and unseen) so you can step into motherhood with renewed strength and joy.

What is Birth Trauma?

release-birth-trauma

Birth trauma is not just about the physical pain of labor and delivery, it can also include emotional distress, feelings of helplessness, loss of control, or medical interventions that left you feeling unheard or unsafe.

Common causes of birth trauma include:

  1. Prolonged or extremely painful labor
  2. Emergency C sections or medical interventions like forceps or vacuum extraction
  3. Complications during delivery (e.g., excessive bleeding, tearing, or injuries to the baby or mother)
  4. Feeling ignored, dismissed, or pressured by medical professionals
  5. Loss of a sense of autonomy during the birthing process
  6. Previous trauma that was triggered by the birth experience

These experiences can leave a deep imprint on the nervous system, often leading to symptoms such as anxiety, depression, hypervigilance, difficulty bonding with your baby, and even chronic physical pain (just as I have experienced with my coccyx injury and all of the points mentioned of the above).

Holistic Approach: 5 Ways How to Heal Birth Trauma

Healing from birth trauma requires addressing both the emotional and physical aspects of the experience.

Here are some powerful, holistic approaches that can support your journey to recovery:

1. Somatic Healing and Bodywork

Since birth trauma is stored in the body, somatic healing practices can be incredibly effective in releasing tension, fear, and pain. Consider:

Qigong and Gentle Movement:

Practices like my Inner Qi Flow Qigong classes help regulate your nervous system, release stored trauma, and promote emotional balance.

Pelvic Floor Therapy:

A specialized physical therapist can help realign and strengthen the pelvic floor, relieving lingering pain from birth injuries.

Chiropractic or Osteopathic Care:

These treatments can support realignment, especially for injuries like a cracked or broken coccyx.

2. Emotional Release and Inner Healing

Journaling:

Writing about your birth experience can help you process emotions and identify unresolved pain.

Inner Child Work:

Healing past wounds that may have been triggered by childbirth can be a key step in recovering from trauma.

Therapy and Coaching:

Working with a trauma informed coach like myself, can help you navigate and release deeply rooted emotions.

3. Breathwork and Meditation

Conscious breathing can help release trauma stored in the body. Try:

Diaphragmatic Breathing:

Deep belly breathing to calm the nervous system.

Guided Meditation for Birth Healing:

Visualizing your birth experience in a new, empowered way can help shift traumatic memories and release them so you can move forward.

4. Energy Healing and Chakra Balancing

Reiki and Energy Healing:

Helps clear emotional and physical blocks related to birth trauma.

Sacral Chakra Healing:

Since birth trauma is stored in the sacral chakra (the energy center of creativity and motherhood), focusing on this area through meditation, sound healing or a cranio sacral session can be transformative.

A balanced sacral chakra helps promote womb healing and releasing birth trauma.

Chakradance:

Is a unique and healing dance practice that combines free flowing movements, guided visualizations, and soul stirring music to balance your chakras and awaken your life force energy.

Dancing is a great way to release the sacral chakra and womb trauma.

It also helps us awaken our sensuality and step into our Divine Feminine power.

5. Community and Support

Healing is not meant to be done in isolation.

Surrounding yourself with a supportive, understanding community can make all the difference.

This is How Each of Our 7 Chakras Affect Our Choices…

Have you ever made a decision that seemed logical on the surface… but deep down, something just felt off?

Or maybe you’ve struggled to trust your instincts, second guessed your business moves, or kept yourself small, even when your soul was craving expansion.

What if the answers weren’t just in your mindset or strategy… but in your energy system?

Our chakras (those powerful energy centers within the body) are constantly influencing how we feel, how we show up, and yes… even the choices we make.

Let’s explore how each chakra may be quietly shaping your decisions, and how awareness can help you make more aligned, empowered choices.

How Each of The 7 Chakras Affect Our Choices:

how-each-of-our-chakras-affect-our-choices

Root Chakra (Safety and Survival Choices)

When your root chakra is balanced, you feel grounded, secure, and supported.

Your decisions come from a place of trust in life, not fear.

⚠️ Out of balance? You might overwork, choose “safe” over soul aligned, or cling to familiarity even when it’s not fulfilling.

Aligned Choice Shift: “I am safe to build a life I love, not just a life that looks secure.”

Sacral Chakra (Desire and Creativity Choices)

This is the seat of your emotions, sensuality, and creative power.

It guides your pleasure, passion, and personal expression.

⚠️ Out of balance? You might make choices that suppress your joy, ignore your intuition, or lose your sense of play in business and life.

Aligned Choice Shift: “I follow what lights me up, not just what others expect of me.”

Solar Plexus Chakra (Confidence and Power Choices)

This chakra governs your self worth, courage, and inner fire.

It’s where you say yes to your personal power.

⚠️ Out of balance? You may struggle with people pleasing, indecision, or shrinking your voice.

Aligned Choice Shift: “I trust my instincts and take action from a place of self belief.”

Heart Chakra (Love and Relationship Choices)

The heart chakra bridges your inner and outer worlds.

It determines how you give and receive love, and how you connect with others.

⚠️ Out of balance? You might choose from guilt, obligation, or emotional wounding, rather than love, truth, or mutual respect.

Aligned Choice Shift: “I choose what nourishes my heart and honors my truth.”

Throat Chakra (Communication and Expression Choices)

This chakra helps you speak your truth, set boundaries, and express your vision.

It enables you to be a leader in your life and bring order.

⚠️ Out of balance? You may hold back your voice, avoid difficult conversations, or doubt your ability to be heard.

Aligned Choice Shift: “I express myself clearly and courageously, knowing my voice matters.”

Third Eye Chakra (Intuition and Vision Choices)

Here lies your inner guidance, clarity, and spiritual insight.

When balanced, this chakra helps you see beyond logic into deeper knowing.

⚠️ Out of balance? You might ignore your intuition or make choices from confusion rather than clarity.

Aligned Choice Shift: “I trust my inner wisdom to guide the way.”

Crown Chakra (Purpose and Alignment Choices)

This chakra connects you to divine guidance, universal truth, and your soul’s calling.

It’s where you connect with your soul’s purpose and reach higher levels of consciousness.

⚠️ Out of balance? You may feel disconnected, stuck in overthinking, or unsure of your greater purpose.

Aligned Choice Shift: “I open to higher guidance and allow my decisions to be led by purpose, not pressure.”

Your Energy Affects Everything! Including Your Decisions…

Every choice you make holds an energetic frequency.

When your chakras are balanced, your decisions become more aligned, intuitive, and soul driven.

That’s why chakra clearing is not just a healing process, it’s a LIFE CHANGING process.

It helps you reconnect to your inner compass, dissolve old patterns, and step into your most confident, authentic self.

Find Life Coach | Meet Lindsey Askew: How to Find Your Unique Authentic Voice?

Lindsey Askew is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her focus and passion.

Her journey is nothing short of inspiring. After years of teaching English and a lifelong fascination with self improvement, she discovered her true calling: helping others express themselves with confidence and authenticity.

Her approach stands out in a unique blend of coaching and copywriting. She doesn’t just write for her clients, she guides them to uncover their own brand voice, refine their messaging, and craft content that truly connects.

Her practice is rooted in the human connection. By combining empathy, deep understanding, and real world strategies, she empowers entrepreneurs to communicate with purpose and impact, transforming overwhelming content creation into a powerful tool for growth. If you’ve ever struggled to find the right words to express your vision, her story (and her methods) might be exactly what you need to hear. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Lindsey Askew:

find-life-coach-lindsey-askew

Name: Lindsey Askew

Pillar: The Mind

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to adjust their branding, find their authentic voice and improve the connection with their audience.

How they can help: By using various tools and techniques as well as empathy, understanding, and a deep knowledge of human psychology.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

We’re doing so much better now that everything has calmed down.

I look back and think, “Wow, did we really live through that scary time?”

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic had a huge impact on everyone, especially those in the health and wellness space.

It heightened the demand for online content, as businesses had to shift their focus to digital marketing, remote services, and stronger online communication.

Many wellness professionals needed to refine their messaging to connect with people navigating stress, uncertainty, and lifestyle changes.

For me, it reinforced the importance of clear, empathetic, and strategic copy.

It also encouraged me to adapt, helping clients pivot their messaging and create content that resonated with their audience in a rapidly changing world.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The pandemic was a powerful reminder of how quickly life can change and how important it is to adapt.

One of the biggest lessons I learned was the value of clear, empathetic communication.

In a time of uncertainty, people craved authenticity, connection, and trust.

On a personal level, I learned to embrace uncertainty and keep moving forward even when the path wasn’t clear.

It pushed me to take my writing business seriously, step out of my comfort zone, and focus on what truly matters.

In the end, the pandemic taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of using my skills to help others navigate change.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I got my degree as a mature student.

I then taught English for many years, but I always knew there was so much more that I could give.

I’ve always been fascinated with self-improvement, and I love helping people.

That’s when I decided to combine the two things and make a career out of it.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I’ve had to overcome my own demons, growing up in a difficult environment, battling self doubt, and healing from past trauma.

It wasn’t an easy road, but those challenges shaped me into the person I am today.

They taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of finding my own voice.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others express themselves authentically, whether in business or in life.

Overcoming my past gave me the strength to carve out my own path, and now I use that strength to help others communicate their message with confidence and clarity.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I take a coaching style approach when working with clients on their copy and content.

Many business owners struggle to articulate their message clearly, so I help them uncover their brand voice, refine their messaging, and create copy that connects with their audience.

I don’t just write for them.

I guide them through the process, offering insights on what works, why it works, and how they can continue building their brand with compelling content.

This collaborative approach helps my clients feel more confident in their marketing and empowers them to communicate effectively with their audience.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My approach is all about collaboration and clarity.

I help my clients uncover their brand voice, refine their messaging, and truly connect with their audience.

I take the time to understand their vision, values, and goals so that every word aligns with their brand identity.

What makes my approach unique is that I don’t believe in one size fits all solutions.

I guide my clients through the process, offering insights and strategies tailored to their specific needs.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

After working with me, my clients gain more than just great copy.

They gain clarity, confidence, and a stronger connection with their audience.

They walk away with messaging that truly reflects their brand, engages their ideal customers, and drives results.

Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by content creation or unsure how to position themselves effectively.

I help them simplify their messaging, create a compelling copy, and develop a content strategy that feels authentic and aligned with their goals.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

The most powerful tools I use are empathy, understanding, and a deep knowledge of human psychology.

The Impact:

Cyberbullying Affects Teens’ Mental Health Severely and It Can Lead to Suicide!

By Charles Barnard, founder of Success Institutes.

Lily’s Story: When the Screens Turn Dark

It was a cold Wednesday morning when Lily first saw the post.

She had just sat down in homeroom, her phone buzzing in her hand.

Her best friend, Olivia, leaned over and whispered, “Lily… have you seen this?”

Lily opened the app and froze.

There it was, a picture of her face, edited to look grotesque, with cruel words plastered underneath.

“Fake. Pathetic. Ugly. Slut.”

Hundreds of comments and likes poured in beneath the post.

Some were from classmates. Some were from strangers. All were agreeing. All were laughing.

Her heart pounded as she tried to process what she was seeing.

Her fingers trembled as she scrolled through the comments:

“She probably sleeps with everyone.”

“No wonder her boyfriend left her.”

“Just go die already.”

Her stomach twisted into a knot, and her face burned with shame.

Lily’s day became a blur.

The whispers in the hallway followed her like ghosts.

Olivia tried to comfort her, but Lily could barely speak. Her mind replayed the comments over and over, each word searing deeper into her chest.

That night, Lily lay awake in bed, her phone screen glowing softly on her nightstand. She scrolled through the comments again, tears streaming down her face.

“Why would they say this about me?” she thought. “Did I do something to deserve this?”

By the next week, Lily had stopped eating lunch with her friends.

She sat alone in the library, headphones in, trying to disappear.

The post had been shared hundreds of times.

Screenshots had circulated through the school.

Strangers from other schools were messaging her now, echoing the same words:

Fake. Ugly. Worthless.

Lily’s grades began to slip.

She avoided eye contact with teachers and started missing assignments.

She stayed up late at night, scrolling endlessly through social media, watching the comments multiply.

Every time her phone vibrated, her heart raced.

Fear and shame followed her everywhere.

The Lily who once laughed easily with friends and led the school’s theater group was disappearing, replaced by a hollow version of herself.

The Psychological Impact of Cyberbullying

cyberbullying-affects-teens-mental-health

Cyberbullying inflicts psychological wounds that often cut deeper than physical ones.

Unlike traditional bullying, which may be confined to specific spaces or times, cyberbullying follows teens home, making it inescapable (Kowalski et al., 2014).

Research shows that teens who experience cyberbullying face higher rates of anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation (Hinduja & Patchin, 2018).

The 24 hours 7 days per week nature of social media magnifies the impact, leaving teens feeling as though they can never escape the harassment.

Lily’s experience reflects the cycle of emotional damage caused by cyberbullying.

Every cruel comment reinforced her sense of worthlessness.

Over time, her brain began adapting to this new reality.

Studies show that when teens experience repeated social rejection, the brain’s amygdala (responsible for processing fear and threat) becomes hyperactive (McLaughlin et al., 2017).

This triggers the brain’s stress response, flooding the body with cortisol and increasing emotional vulnerability.

Research shows that prolonged exposure to this stress response weakens the prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for emotional regulation and impulse control.

As Lily’s emotional resilience eroded, her mental health declined.

Her elevated cortisol levels left her in a constant state of fight or flight, increasing her anxiety and emotional reactivity.

She became more prone to mood swings and panic attacks.

Her thoughts became increasingly distorted, reinforcing a pattern of negative self talk:

“If everyone hates me, maybe I’m worthless.”

Social and Emotional Isolation

One of the most damaging effects of cyberbullying is the erosion of social trust and support.

Research shows that teens who experience cyberbullying are more likely to isolate themselves from friends and family (Kowalski & Limber, 2013).

This social withdrawal creates a dangerous cycle, teens lose the emotional support they need to process and recover from the bullying, which deepens feelings of loneliness and helplessness.

Lily’s withdrawal from friends mirrored this pattern.

Olivia and others reached out to her, but Lily no longer believed that anyone truly cared.

The betrayal of seeing familiar names beneath the cruel comments deepened her sense of alienation.

Her decision to isolate herself reinforced the belief that she was unwanted and unlovable.

The emotional toll extended beyond social withdrawal.

Lily’s fear of encountering new harassment online led to hypervigilance, she began checking her social media obsessively, trying to anticipate the next attack.

This hyper awareness increased her anxiety and made it nearly impossible to relax.

Depression and Suicidal Ideation

The psychological consequences of cyberbullying often culminate in clinical depression and suicidal ideation.

Studies show that teens who are cyberbullied are nearly twice as likely to attempt suicide compared to their peers (Hinduja & Patchin, 2018).

The constant exposure to online humiliation and rejection triggers feelings of hopelessness and despair, which are key drivers of depression.

Lily’s spiral into depression mirrored this trajectory.

Her once hopeful outlook darkened as the bullying intensified.

She began having intrusive thoughts about disappearing altogether.

She considered deleting her social media accounts but feared that doing so would confirm the bullies’ accusations that she was weak.

The shame and fear that followed each comment made her feel trapped.

It was Olivia who finally intervened.

After noticing Lily’s increasing withdrawal, Olivia convinced Lily’s parents to seek help.

A school counselor connected Lily with a therapist who specialized in adolescent trauma.

Lily’s recovery was not quick or linear, but with professional support, she began to reclaim her sense of self worth.

Gradually, she learned to separate her identity from the bullying and to rebuild trust with her friends.

Breaking the Cycle: 3 Step Approach How to Address Cyberbullying

Addressing the mental health consequences of cyberbullying requires a multifaceted approach…

1. Emotional Regulation and Coping Mechanisms

Teens need to be equipped with tools to navigate distress.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has been shown to be highly effective in helping teens challenge distorted thinking and rebuild self esteem (Beck, 2011).

2. Stronger Protections Against Harassment

Schools and social media platforms must enforce clear reporting mechanisms and anti bullying policies to create safe online spaces (Hinduja & Patchin, 2018).

3. Building a Support System

Teens need to feel safe confiding in parents, teachers, and friends.

When Lily reconnected with her support network, her emotional recovery accelerated.

Trust and connection helped her separate her self worth from the words of her bullies.

Conclusion: The Hidden Cost of Cyberbullying

Lily’s story underscores the profound impact of cyberbullying on teen mental health.

The emotional wounds inflicted by online harassment disrupt cognitive and emotional functioning, weaken social connections, and increase the risk of depression and suicidal ideation.

However, recovery is possible.

Through therapy, social support, and stronger institutional protections, teens can heal from the psychological damage of cyberbullying and reclaim their sense of identity and self worth.

How Do You Fight Back Against a DUI Charge? (5 Ways)

0

If you’re arrested under suspicion of drinking and driving, you might face a DUI charge.

In many jurisdictions, this is a very serious charge that could affect your ability to drive and your future overall.

Depending on the severity of the infraction, previous infractions, and other variables, a DUI charge could land you in prison for a long time, result in the suspension of your license, or saddle you with other consequences.

It’s good that we have laws against intoxicated driving for the safety of everyone on and near the road.

However, sometimes these laws are misused or misapplied, resulting in charges that are eventually dropped or dismissed.

If you have a DUI charge against you, you might be able to contest it, ultimately clearing your name and avoiding any negative consequences.

So, how exactly do you contest a DUI charge?

1. Hire a DUI Lawyer

A lawyer who specializes in DUI charges is going to be your best asset in this fight.

Criminal defense lawyers have significant experience dealing with DUI charges, and they know exactly the best strategies for fighting back against them.

Your lawyer is going to advise you throughout this process, helping you understand DUI charges, helping you gather evidence and investigate the matter, negotiating on your behalf, protecting your rights, and potentially representing you in court.

If you want the best possible results, you need to trust and listen to your lawyer at every step of the process.

They have your best interests at heart, they want to get the charges dropped or dismissed, and they have the experience to know which strategies are going to work best in your particular situation.

Together with your lawyer, you can fight against the prosecution, build a case in your favor, contest individual pieces of evidence, and hopefully emerge unscathed.

With that in mind, there are several approaches that might work for you.

2. Challenge the Stop

One option is to challenge the stop itself. In most cases, DUI charges stem from an initial traffic stop or DUI checkpoint, where a law enforcement officer pulls you over and evaluates your sobriety.

If the DUI checkpoint itself was illegal, or if the officer didn’t have a valid reason to pull you over, the charges might be thrown out entirely.

Just keep in mind that this isn’t going to apply to all cases.

In many cases, the traffic stop or DUI checkpoint is going to be perfectly legitimate.

3. Challenge the Evidence

If that doesn’t work, you can try to challenge the evidence.

Most pieces of evidence against you can be challenged, and in multiple ways.

You might be able to show that the evidence was gathered illegally, or in a way not compliant with official policies.

If this is the case, the evidence could be withdrawn or dismissed.

You might also be able to challenge the accuracy or legitimacy of the evidence by undermining the tools or evaluation methods used to gather it.

For example, you might be able to show that breath tests are historically inaccurate, or explain why an officer didn’t conduct a field sobriety test correctly.

4. Show That Your Rights Were Violated

Another strategy to contest DUI charges is to show that your rights were violated at some point in the process.

If you weren’t arrested or processed correctly, the charges may no longer stand.

For example, if the arresting officer didn’t read you your Miranda rights, or if they treated you in ways that violated your natural rights, the charges could be dropped entirely.

If you have a lawyer with you at all times, they’ll be on the lookout for these infractions.

Otherwise, take detailed notes about how you were treated at every step of the process.

5. Negotiate a Plea Bargain

A plea bargain is a negotiated deal between the prosecution and defense in a criminal matter.

In exchange for pleading guilty, the prosecution may agree to a crime of lesser severity or a different crime altogether.

In some cases, this is your best move.

How to Avoid DUI Charges?

In the future, it’s best to avoid situations in which DUI charges could ever arise.

Never drink and drive.

Don’t drink and drive.

No matter how good of a driver you think you are or how sober you think you are, any amount of intoxication should lead you to seek an alternative mode of transportation home.

Obey all laws and signs.

When driving, make a concentrated effort to obey all laws and posted signs.

This will minimize your chances of getting pulled over, regardless of your mental state.

Drive carefully.

Drive carefully at all times, and look out for the safety of other drivers and pedestrians.

What You Should Remember?

Obviously, it’s better to never drink and drive.

But if you do end up facing DUI charges, it’s in your best interest to contest them.

Hire the best criminal defense lawyer you can afford, trust their advice, and move forward cautiously to maximize your chances of success.

And remember, too much alcohol is not good for you.
