Amna Abdallah is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her passion and resilience.

She is an Empowerment and Confidence Coach who knows firsthand what it means to rebuild from the inside out. As an immigrant woman and single mother to an autistic son, her journey has been one of navigating self doubt, cultural disconnection, and the demands of motherhood, all while searching for her own voice. Through these experiences, she didn’t just find strength… she discovered a calling to help others do the same.

She began coaching informally, driven by a deep desire to support others through their own challenges. Witnessing powerful transformations, she pursued professional certification and developed a unique coaching approach that blends mindset work, somatic awareness, and digital tools like voice journaling and AI prompts. Her sessions are designed not just to talk through problems but to activate new identities, helping clients shift from survival to self leadership.

She creates a brave space where clients feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to break old patterns. Her signature mix of emotional depth and actionable strategies helps people set boundaries, speak up, and pursue goals with clarity and confidence. Through custom designed coaching sessions (and even micro support via voice notes), she equips her clients with the tools and mindset to reclaim their worth, and lead lives lit by their own inner fire. Here is what she said…

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

Thank you for asking.

Like many, the pandemic brought a whirlwind of emotions and challenges.

My family and I are slowly emerging stronger, more connected, more intentional, and more grateful.

It reshaped our priorities and brought deeper compassion into our daily lives.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic exposed the silent emotional crises many were suppressing… especially around identity, purpose, and balance.

For my clients, it brought clarity but also heightened anxiety.

I saw an increased demand for grounding, purpose aligned coaching.

Personally, I used the time to deepen my practice, create resources like free audio meditations, and design frameworks that supported mental clarity amidst chaos.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

That stillness is powerful.

That doing less, but with more intention, often leads to more impact.

And that digital connection can hold as much depth and healing as in person experiences when infused with purpose and presence.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am an Empowerment and Confidence Coach, deeply passionate about helping individuals (especially women and immigrants) reclaim their self worth, strengthen their voice, and live with boldness and clarity.

My journey started from personal transformation.

As an immigrant woman and a mother, I experienced moments of selfdoubt, burnout, and cultural disconnection.

Over time, I discovered the inner power of mindset work, emotional resilience, and unapologetic confidence.

I began supporting others informally, and after seeing powerful shifts, I pursued professional certification.

Today, I combine my lived experiences with coaching frameworks to help others break through self limiting beliefs and lead lives that reflect their true power.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Navigating life as a single mother to an autistic son while building a meaningful career has been both my greatest challenge and my source of strength.

It taught me resilience, radical self acceptance, and how to build systems that work for real people, not ideal circumstances.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

As an Empowerment and Confidence Coach, I meet clients where they are… with deep empathy and tailored tools.

I use a blend of mindset coaching, somatic awareness, and digital innovation like voice journaling and AI reflection prompts.

My sessions aren’t just about ā€œtalking through problemsā€, they’re about activating a new identity.

I also offer micro support through voice notes and Telegram channels to empower clients between sessions when confidence dips or courage is needed most.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

What makes my coaching unique is the blend of emotional depth and actionable clarity.

I create a brave space where clients feel deeply seen and safe enough to break old patterns.

Then, I help them step into self leadership using confidence building rituals, belief shifting tools, and practical strategies.

Clients often tell me they feel “activated” after sessions, like a fire has been reignited within them.

I don’t just help people feel better… I help them own their power.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

They walk away with grounded confidence, clear direction, and a sense of ā€œI’ve got thisā€ they may not have felt in years.

They learn to speak up, set boundaries, make bold decisions, and pursue goals they previously thought were out of reach.

Most importantly, they reconnect with who they truly are, beyond roles or expectations.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes, I use AI generated templates for planning, time blocking tools, visual mind maps, and my own ā€œFulfillment Frameworkā€ which helps clients map their purpose, vision, habits, and values.

I also use WhatsApp voice notes for micro coaching support between sessions.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

You don’t need to wait for permission to own your voice or live boldly.

You are powerful.

You are worthy.

And the world needs the most confident, unapologetic version of you, now more than ever.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

That you don’t need permission to live your truth.

Once you align with your values and purpose, the right people, resources, and opportunities begin to flow.

Your final thoughts?

We are in a new era where purpose, authenticity, and emotional intelligence matter more than ever.

Coaching is no longer a luxury, it’s a necessity for sustainable success.

I am honored to walk beside those who are ready to live with more meaning, clarity, and joy.
