Find Life Coach | Meet Melissa Roberts: How to Get The Guidance You Need to Reach Your Goals?

Melissa Roberts is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She is a relationship coach and she impressed us with her easy, simple, yet effective approach to coaching.

She is the CEO and founder of Living Whole, LLC, where she gets the opportunity to coach, train, and consult people to reach their goals.

Her approach is unique in itself. It’s simple, effective, and it almost feels like you speak with your best friend. Before and during each session, she uses God’s guidance and a pen and paper. As she says “less is more”. It’s up to the client to set the framework, she is just there to give guidance, care and unconditional support.

Turns out that through each conversation, the client becomes clearer and clearer of their path, and they feel immensely supported to start walking it. They feel safe and cared for, knowing they have someone in their corner who always advocates for their goals and keeps them accountable to take action. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Melissa Roberts:

find-life-coach-melissa-roberts

Name: Melissa Roberts
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind
Who is this coach for: Women to get clearer on their life purpose while enhancing relationships so they can achieve their goals.
How they can help: Through self directed learning and guidance by simply utilizing basic principles and strategies.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

We are doing well, keeping the faith and continuing to walk out our purposes everyday.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Well, I have noticed the anxiety of clients has increased but it’s only because people forget to use what comes natural.

What I mean by that is, our brain is a very complex tool but even in all of its complexities, we were all made with automatic mechanisms to help us through difficult times.

We must choose what is the best and healthiest way to deal with all the unanswered questions we all have. We must guard our hearts and our minds, in that we speak positivity when it is needed.

Now with that being said, there are times where sadness, anger, feelings of uncertainty are necessary because we are responding in a natural way, but when we do not choose to release ourselves from the thoughts of anger, sadness, feelings of uncertainty, we are making a way for our bodies to always be operating from a fight or flight mode.

We must choose the healthier alternative always so our mind, body and spirit are aligned properly.

During the pandemic, much of what I do today in my coaching, speaking and consulting business, was birthed out of the pandemic.

I wanted to give from the places I felt isolated or hurt, and encourage women not to get stuck.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

People have something to say and a story to tell but often don’t know how to express it.

People want to be better but don’t know what their blind spots are.

People want to walk in purpose but find it scary and don’t know that sacrificing for something you are passionate about is what you should do for your peace.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am CEO and Founder of Living Whole, LLC where I get to coach, train and consult. I help women get clear on their life purpose so they can achieve their goals.

I also am a trainer and consultant. I lead executive training for organizations that want to look at ways to enhance the workplace and strategically map out ways to meet attainable SMART goals.

I must say that I have always been coaching, even when I worked in corporate America, I worked my way up the corporate ladder and was able to speak into the lives of the sales reps I was responsible for.

I began officially coaching in higher education through career services.

I later took a leap of faith and launched my own coaching business and I love every minute of inspiring, encouraging, and advocating for the women in my community.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

That would be when I was 6 months pregnant with my youngest son and I was told by my doctor to consider terminating the baby.

That day sparked the day when confidence was no longer a word I only dreamed for myself, but that was the day I modeled it for every woman and girl I know.

I said NO with assurance that I get to make this choice and I did.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Well I really feel this is an art. Coaching is an art.

Anyone can say they are a coach but are you passionate about your fellow man? Do you have a heart felt interest in helping people achieve their goals, dreams and making their visions become realities?

I bring to my clients a genuine and authentic heart to improve in all areas of life.

Mind, body and spirit are the 3 entities of life a focus on and they are all connected. If one is not aligned with the others or is weaker, the link can be easily broken.

The link of mind, body and spirit creates a strong life bond to rise to the standard of living your best life with a sense of peace and confidence that one is operating in their area of purpose.

My clients know I care. I am a lifelong learner and always looking for ways to serve my clients with new and creative information that works best for them, however, I love engaging in self directed learning, so my clients come to conclusion based on our interaction during session.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I make sure the individuals are comfortable and know they are in a safe space. I encourage them to be open, honest and transparent and that I will not force my beliefs on to them. Like I mentioned earlier, my clients set the agenda and I follow the vision of the organizations I choose to serve as we work together to achieve their goals.

I always let them set the agenda for the session and I always check their mind, body and spirit before we get started to ensure I know right off the bat how they are feeling in the space they are in.

Because I want my clients and those who attend my training programs to feel some level of accomplishment, I always end with asking them what is one takeaway from this session and what is one thing they can do TODAY to bring about a positive change in their situation.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

They get the benefit of knowing they have someone in their corner who will help them to be accountable to reach their goals and dreams. They also will leave their session or training with action items and takeaways for them to ponder, reflect and transform their way of thinking.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Less is more, I use a pen and notepad with some questions I ask at every session.

I choose this very simple way because I want my clients to know I am all in during our session.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

This is a fantastic question and I will have to use this one. It is awesome!

I pondered it for some time and I guess it would depend on if I only get one encounter with the world.

If I only get one time to speak to the world, I would say: You are uniquely and wonderfully made and you are not a mistake. You were created with gifts, talents and a purpose to fulfill. We walk this earth together with a divine purpose and we need each other to make them happen.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

That I am enough because God is enough for me!

Because of the work I get to do, my clients hearts, mind and spirits are in my hands, so to speak, so I don’t take for granted that I need my faith and my spiritual walk in tack so I show up excellent for them, everyday.

Your final thoughts?

To walk in my God given purpose everyday, is absolutely amazing and sometimes overwhelming.

Overwhelming, because what I get to do is much bigger than me and I couldn’t do it without the foundation I have in my faith and the heart I have to continuously seek to grow and learn.

Find Life Coach | Meet Lauren Wenzell: How to Discover Your Soul’s Gifts and Live The Life that Was Meant for You?

Lauren Wenzell is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her creativity, from being a coach, podcaster, published author.. to having a vast arsenal of modalities that she uses to help her clients, she is truly a visionary and, as she likes to call herself, a student of life.

She has also a super high intuitive abilities, she can connect directly to her client’s soul and help them meet the needs or find their gifts that they themselves are not even aware of.

Her approach is unique in itself. She allows complete freedom and a safe place for her clients to find the answers they were looking for.

Her greatest satisfaction is when she sees that magical moment in her client’s eyes, where they realize something unexpected and transform on the spot. It’s truly an innovation. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Lauren Wenzell:

find-life-coach-lauren-wenzell

Name: Lauren Wenzell
Pillar: The Spirit
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to find, heal, and transcend limiting beliefs, discover what their soul’s gifts are and align with the life truly meat for them.
How they can help: Through intuitive guidance and various modalities like human design, akashic record readings, energetic meditative processes, connecting them with their inner child, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

Thank you for asking! There is definitely no doubt that this pandemic has been trying, at times vastly challenging, and a huge adjustment on the majority of society, our families, and how we relate to life.

Personally, the start of the pandemic was a huge wake up call for me and launched me into my career as a life coach.

Through these new and adapting times, I have found that aligning to purpose, community, and being of service has drastically shifted my mentality positively.

I noticed prior to the pandemic I was not really living my life the way I had envisioned for years and ironically during this global shift was able to see where I could put my efforts into bettering the whole (world) that feels in alignment.

I currently live in Austin, TX and my immediate family is in Southern CA so at the start of the pandemic it felt very isolating, unpredictable, and the fear of the unknown was present.

But as we are in it, going on 2 years now, I have found the importance of relationships, connection, and what we each individually need and agree to in those relationships.

A huge growing and learning experience! With any experience, there can be both positives and negatives to reflect on.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The coronavirus pandemic invited my clients to observe their environments, relationships, family dynamics, but most importantly their relationship with themselves.

It was great to time reflect and see what they were ready to agree to and let go of, and what no longer served them.

It challenged them in their workplaces and guided them to examine where they felt more suited. What I observed has been a period of huge growth, transformation, self love, healing, and breaking of certain patterns that had been holding them back in living life more aligned to their wants and needs.

The pandemic absolutely affected me as well.

Those periods of isolation, questioning if I was on the “right” path, doing the “right” thing, wondering if I was in the “right” place has tugged at me since the beginning (not so much as of recently). It has been a great moment in time where I got to do the same process as my clients too.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

With great risk comes great reward as cliché as that may sound.

Loving yourself first is how you get to love others better. Alone time, self care practices, meditation, and trusting your intuition can heal lifetimes of generational habits and trauma.

We are all connected, the most powerful thing one can do is focus on their inner world and see how it shows up in the outer.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am the owner and founder of Transfiguration Coaching LLC specializing in life coaching.

I use a range of different modalities that include a blend of spiritual and scientific methodologies to support my clients such as: akashic record readings, human design, mindset work, trauma healing, meditation practices, etc…

I am also a podcaster, channel, published author, content creator, visionary, but most important (and my favorite title) a student of life.

I was a previous behavior therapist with over 10 years of working with neurodiverse clients and their families.

Being someone who was also born with a unique ability (mild cerebral palsy or spastic diplegia) I felt like I could somewhat relate to my previous clientele, society’s limitations when we put labels on people, especially children. Fortunately, my parents did not label me, gave me the opportunity to operate as a whole, complete and capable person, and though my childhood was challenging, to say the least, I saw that I was born with a gift and not a curse that I had the previous limiting belief of.

What prompted me into coaching was when the pandemic hit, I found myself overwhelmed with where I found myself in life.

My intuition was telling me for years that I was meant to be elsewhere, and although I loved the clients I had worked with, there were many holes in the system.

I had just completed a certification to become an Akashic Records Reader (this is where someone is able to look up another’s soul information, gifts, past life karmic patterns, and able to clear these patterns) and felt the pull to take a leap of faith.

This was one of the greatest and most frightening risks I have taken without a clear path, a known outcome, but complete trust that it will all unfold as is meant to. That the intuitive messages I have been receiving from the previous years were finally time to take action on.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

There are definitely a few that stand out. In my short 33 years of life thus far I have experienced what feels like lifetimes.

I think one of the biggest obstacles I have overcome was healing my trauma. It is an ongoing process, yet I have been able to meet it, face it, feel the pain, love it, and find forgiveness.

I have the tools to continue to do the work, and have found acceptance in who I am when I experienced decades of ridicule from those to tell me I shouldn’t.

I binge drank for 17 years, survivor of different types of traumas, and had my father pass before my 30th birthday to name a few that stand out.

My sobriety and commitment to healing, self love, and empowerment for myself provide me to be the best I can be for the life I want to create, experience, and invite others to do the same.

Our past does not dictate what is our destiny. That is our choice and what has made me who I am today.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I meet them where they currently are and connect them to their vision.

I hold loving and nonjudgmental space, I open myself up to receive intuitive guidance from infinite intelligence, God, the universe, Source, my guides, their guides (whatever you would like to label it), and ask reflective questions.

At the end of the day, it is the client who has the answers they seek, but sometimes we just need a safe space for that to be reflected back and give ourselves permission to be who we were created to be.

I analyze their Human Design aura type and soul gifts to coach in specifics, but what is most important is that it resonates with the client.

There is a magical moment when something will come through that I could not imagine, I witness the transformation of a client’s being, and see them reclaim their power. That to me is true innovation, a blessing, and how I love to show up and serve not just my clients, but friends, family, and maybe a new acquaintance (all with consent of course).

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I am not sure if this is unique, but I rely heavily on my intuition while I am in connection with each client and meet them where they need to be met. I trust what comes to me and what to focus on.

Whether it is going over their human design chart, focusing on some inner child healing, guiding them in a meditative process where they are connected to a higher dimension of knowledge, so they find their own answers.

It really has nothing to do with my opinion, what I think someone should do, it is what the client feels aligned with, empowered by, and trusts in themselves. I do not think I know more, and I sort of cringe at labels, even calling myself a life coach, but I understand it helps give people context.

The most empowering aspect of coaching I have found and believe to be part of my unique process is asking lots of reflective questions, that way the client can be in a space to find their own solutions and it dissolves any expectation of not trusting their own inner guidance or projecting their inner authority onto someone else.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

They find out a whole lot about themselves!

They understand their limiting beliefs, where they came from, how to heal them, what their soul gifts are, what their energetic and aura type are, how to align to their purpose, and most importantly a greater sense of freedom, self empowerment, and enthusiasm for life.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

In terms of coaching I use different modalities I have listed previously like human design, akashic record readings, energetic meditative processes, connecting them with their inner child to support in trauma healing, how to reparent and create safety in their body, mindset work, creating powerful affirmations, etc.

I uphold safe boundaries where my clients can reach out to me if something comes up before a session and can receive laser coaching, so they feel supported along the way.

Being able to have that extra support can be imperative when we are dealing with huge shifts, past traumas, and challenging times.

I always want my clients to know that they are supported even after our sessions are over.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Heal yourself, heal the world.

It is an ongoing process, so when you commit know it is a lifelong journey, a sacred journey that is the most beautiful quest you can choose.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

That’s a tough question to answer since I have learned many valuable lessons! I think one of the greatest ones is that we truly are more powerful than we give ourselves credit for.

We live in a time where we have the most freedom and access to transformational tools that can shift our realities significantly.

Our minds can be our deadliest weapon or our greatest ally. With healing, forgiveness, and belief in what we are presented in our imagination (those big dreams and visions), we can be unstoppable.

We are given these visions for a reason! Our word, both spoken and mental, creates our reality. It is a practice to be mindful of that!

But we are 95% dictated by subconscious programming, so when we make certain things habitual (our thoughts, what we say and think, our actions, our habits) that are in alignment with what we want (a healthier lifestyle, happiness, feeling love, experience abundance, peace, etc.) we shift our life to be a match for those desired outcomes.

Your final thoughts?

We are living in a time where what we choose has dramatic effects not only on our lives, but the world’s.

We are given this opportunity to discover ourselves like never before. The more that we connect with our heart, our soul, and the expansive cosmos we will realize we can significantly impact this world in a positive way.

It is my mission to leave this planet better than when I entered it.

We all are worthy and deserving to align to our passions, live from the abundant state we innately have, and celebrate one another.

My hope is that we each see the importance of the self, love ourselves unconditionally, forgive, and be able to love others from that powerful place.

It truly is a miraculous experience and way of being.

3 Ways How To Deal With Emotional Trauma After A Motorcycle Accident

There’s no doubt that riding a motorcycle is a thrilling experience. But as any biker would tell you, it can have very severe risks.

In 2020 in the state of Florida, there were 8043 motorcycle accidents. This led to 551 rider deaths and 6920 injuries.

As per a report from NHTSA, motorcyclists are 28% more likely to be fatally injured compared to drivers of other vehicles.

Even if the rider survives through some luck, they suffer accidental damage. The treatment for these injuries can be expensive and lead to a lot of downtimes.

In addition, the physical and emotional impact can also lead to serious emotional trauma. The emotional trauma most often leads to post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and depression.

In this article, we will talk about dealing with emotional trauma after a motorcycle accident.

3 Ways How To Deal With The Emotional Trauma:

deal-with-emotional-trauma-after-a-motorcycle-accident

1. Dealing with PTSD.

PTSD may develop in a person after undergoing or witnessing a traumatic event. Motorcyclists often develop PTSD after a serious accident. PTSD can branch out and also lead to depression and anxiety.

After going through an accident motorcyclists may notice symptoms like social withdrawal, inability to focus, irritability, or insomnia. If these symptoms persist for a long time, it is better to seek help and start treatment. PTSD is diagnosed through a physical and psychological evaluation.

While suffering from PTSD may be quite serious, there’s no need to worry too much. There are several treatments available. The most common and effective easy are medications and psychotherapy.

Psychotherapy takes several forms depending on the patient. Different types of treatment may be used in conjunction or individually.

Some examples include cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure therapy. The former helps the patient recognize and change negative thoughts. On the other hand, the latter teaches the patient to confront thoughts that cause irrational fear.

Further, the use of medications can be quite helpful too.

Numerous medications have been approved to treat PTSD symptoms. Antidepressants help patients deal with anxiety and depression symptoms. It can also help them deal with insomnia and concentration problems. But it’s always necessary to consult with your doctor first.

2. Dealing with emotional trauma due to financial problem.

A motorcycle accident can be quite traumatic. Not only for your mind and body but also for your finances.

In many states, accident victims are liable for compensation. Both economic as well as non economic. Economic damages include property damage, income loss, and medical treatment. Non economic damages include emotional distress, pain and suffering, and loss of enjoyment in life.

To deal with such financial problems and get fair compensation for your damage, make sure to avail motorcycle accident attorney legal services immediately after your accident. They are well educated in the case statutes and laws. They also know exactly the kind of evidence needed to prove these damages for compensation.

Depending on your circumstances, your motorcycle accident lawyer can use medical records, photos, financial records, deposition of medical and financial experts to seek damages.

Approximating the right compensation can be difficult. This is especially so if the driver has suffered some permanent injury. This is exactly why it is important to hire a good motorcycle accident lawyer to make sure you get your fair compensation. While it may not turn back time, you will at least be at peace knowing your finances are safe.

3. Dealing with Depression.

Depression is a common diagnosis after a motorcycle accident. It is quite common even in cases without any serious consequences.

The loss of confidence after going through an accident can be enough of a trigger to put the driver into depression.

Thankfully, depression is widely researched. As such, treatments for depression have advanced greatly in the last decades.

Depression is usually characterized by feeling loss, despair, sadness, or hopelessness. Suicidal thoughts, social withdrawal, feelings of guilt or failure are some common symptoms of depression. Physical or emotional response to injury can also contribute to depression.

Motorcyclists suffering from depression after an accident are treated with a combination of medication and counseling.

Some patients might not even need to take medications. Other things like exercise or acupuncture can help deal with depression too. It is important to remember that depression is a mental issue. The feelings associated with depression are purely in the mind of the patient. Effectively dealing with emotions can help deal with depression.

What should you remember?

Dealing with the aftermath of a motorcycle accident is not easy at all.

Even if you make it out with minor injuries, the unpleasant feelings stick around for a long time.

This can uproot your life after the accident and make it difficult to maintain your relationships and career.

Be sure to take proper measures after an accident. Go through the proper formalities and take a break to rest your mind.

Most important, don’t let such incidences keep you down forever.

Find Life Coach | Meet Patrycja Lucyna Altynska: How to Find Your Inner Greatness and Get Out of Dead End Places in Your Life?

Patrycja Lucyna Altynska is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her vast experience and devotion to the work of Dr Joe Dispenza.

She was really spiritual almost all her life. But as it is said, “flying too close to the sun can melt your wings”, she suffered with identity loss, depression, and feeling lost for a while in her life. However, from the biggest breakdowns come the greatest breakthroughs.

In her darkest moment when she couldn’t even see her children, she found her path by understanding the real wisdom of true love. Studying various practices and psychology, from reiki to NLP, it all helped her to find her way as a professional life coach.

Now, through her experience, wisdom and knowledge, she helps people get out of their dead ends in life and find their way back to the true power they carry within. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Patrycja Lucyna Altynska:

find-life-coach-patrycja-lucyna-altynska

Name: Patrycja Lucyna Altynska
Pillar: The Spirit, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who feels lost in life, or just wants to be guided to reach the transformation they want.
How they can help: Through her process called “Be The One Total Life Transformation” and using various techniques and semi-hypnotic tools like EFT tapping and NLP, to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

The pandemic hit us super hard. I ended up separated from my children for over a year.

Before the pandemic, I lived between two continents. I was based in the UK and frequently traveled to the US to be with my children, Polo, 16, and Ria, 13, now. They live with their dad in the US and go to a private school there.

When the first lockdown hit, I was in the UK and couldn’t go back to the US in time for my daughter’s 11th birthday. I was heartbroken and already was battling depression which was becoming more prominent as the pandemic weeks went by.

Despite my struggles, I decided to organize a surprise ZOOM birthday party for Ria and connected with friends and family worldwide. It turned out super uplifting, and we had a blast. Ria, who baked her birthday cake, was surprised and very touched.

It was the beginning of my ZOOM motherhood for the next 16 months.

I went through many ‘dark nites of the soul’. The depression kept creeping up on me. It was a long, challenging time. Thankfully I discovered new meditation practice, created and inspired by the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza.

My deep desire to tune into the alternative scenarios enabled me to focus on seeing how this situation could work for us rather than happen to us. It helped me take action to get better and make the most out of my circumstances.

I decided that our separation happened to prove what true love for each other means and that we are not bound by space and time. So I told myself that the physical distance between us and my condition did not limit us, and I could still prove to be a loving and caring mother and meet my children’s needs.

I believe the pandemic enabled us to create an even deeper and more loving connection.

Of course, I am very grateful for the opportunities that current technology has given us.

My children grew up very fast during the pandemic and became very independent.

When we lived together, I tended to (s)mother them a bit. Because of my physical absence, my kids had to learn how to cook for themselves, look after their rooms, belongings, washing, etc. When we reunited, we learned how to spend quality time together and sincerely appreciate each other’s company.

There is always a hidden gem at the bottom of the most extensive breakdown.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Interestingly, by choice, I never paid much attention to the virus and its restrictions (apart from not being able to travel to see my children). Instead, I have trained my mind to transcend it and focus on opportunities.

As Tony Robbins once said, this situation highlighted what we already predominantly had going on in our lives and our tendencies.

If you were someone who sees opportunities, you would see ways to benefit from pandemics more. If you worried a lot, you would find more reasons to worry yourself sick. If you were a carer, there was more caring to bring to the covid affected ones. If you were into conspiracies, you had plenty of juice to attract evidence for that.. the same for rebels, activists, and justice seekers. The list goes on and on.

My tendency was a mixture of caring, reframing, and seeking a cure for depression mixed with being open to new opportunities. I have used this time to grow my abilities as a coach. I pursued more training and opened up to have a greater variety of clients.

I started attracting clients globally, from places I had never even considered before. I had clients from both Americas, Australia, different European countries, and more.

What I found interesting was that none of the clients I work with seemed affected by a coronavirus in a detrimental way.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Truthfully! It might sound like an old record, but the situation I found myself in and how things turned out when I made a heartfelt decision to reframe it is:

Love always wins and ultimately heals, and when it seems like it doesn’t, it’s because it’s not over, and we haven’t established ourselves in true love yet.

In my understanding, love is a synonym for appreciation and acknowledgment of being alive, a true passion for life (compassion = come to passion), and all its creations.

Love makes us grow, care, be grateful, deeply compassionate, and open to the unknown. When we suffer in life is because we separate ourselves from true love.

Love is boundless, timeless, creative, powerful, always harmonizes, and repeatedly re-creates, whether we talk about it in our inner parts or outer world. True love is totally generated from within.

Pandemic enabled me to experience true love for myself, my children, and my clients. I was asking for a deep transformation, healing, and new purpose, and it came. Ask, and it’s given.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I’ve always had tendencies to care, influence, and bring the best out of people and tap into their greatness even if they couldn’t see it.

My career as a life coach evolved through the trajectory of my life in a way I would have never predicted.

My obsession with spirituality and personal growth and my big need to contribute to the lives of others propelled my life coaching endeavor.

In my early 20s, I came across the practice of Transcendental Meditation which dramatically changed my life. I went all in with TM. I lived and breathed it for over ten years. I made sure that all my friends and family knew about it.

As a political sciences student specializing in political marketing and propaganda, I was determined to debunk the myths of cultish connotations to the teachings of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, who brought TM to the west in the early 50s.

I wanted everyone around me to learn the practice, improve their way of thinking and living, and see more possibilities. So I became a devoted meditator and campaigner for it, got initiated with advanced techniques, and shaped my life to maintain my TM-infused lifestyle and routine.

I developed an interest in Ayurveda, Stapatya Veda. I went to live in TM community, set up in North West of the UK in Skelmersdale where many people would enter their houses from back gardens (driven by the belief that an East or North entrance is most favorable for them).

After ten years of helping my then-husband run his Marketing Agency and after our relatively amicable divorce, I joined Maharishi Ayurveda Clinic as an employee.

It was a small Panchakarma clinic in Lancashire where I worked as an assistant manager and a marketing advisor.

I learned and practiced many self-help techniques derived from energy psychology and became a Reiki Master during that time.

Doing ‘other stuff’ wasn’t very necessary welcomed within the community of TM’ers. Many considered other practices as something not as beneficial or interfering with the purity of Maharishi’s teachings, which I respected.

However, I was curious about why many TM’ers still struggled in different areas of life despite having such powerful tools, and quite frankly, I was one of them.

As a result, I gave up my 15 years of super committed TM practice to pursue other teachings and different techniques to find the answers.

I now recognize that my depression was partially infused with the lost identity and confusion about my direction in life. This state dominated my life for several years until the pandemic.

Yet, in regards to my career, this has been my actual starting point and the reason why I have become even more passionate about helping others to get unstuck in life and step into their heartfelt power.

As the years went by, my gift for tuning in to people’s greatness, regardless of their beliefs about themselves and successfully guiding them out of the dead ends, became more apparent.

I developed a passion for discharging their energy from destructive beliefs, aka thought patterns helping them direct their focus and point their power toward the future they wholeheartedly desire and would much rather live.

I have called my process Be The One Total Life Transformation.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

As you get ‘younger’, you realize that overcoming obstacles is a natural element of your life’s game. We can become good at it, get excited when challenges arise, and start thriving rather than surviving.

As I recall now, my biggest challenge was to reinvent myself as a mother, accept what has happened to my children and me, and stop feeling sorry for myself every time I saw other mums who had their children by their side.

As I mentioned before, to heal my depression (I see it as a period of ‘deep rest’ now), I decided to commit to one approach and immerse myself deeply in Dr. Joe Dispenza’s teachings. I had to reinvent myself and become a brand new person who could do everything opposite to what my disengaged, trapped, and addicted to suffering mind was telling me.

It led me to a discovery of the tremendous benefits of heart-brain coherence and Dispenza’s meditations formula.

My total immersion enabled me to bounce back from the darkest depth of the cold and intimidating ocean of desperation into its peaceful, warm, and ultimately reassuring waters.

Going ALL IN has become my biggest breakthrough.

I experienced the power of my inner alignment and the pacification of my saboteurs!

I have turned my most prominent inner critic into a total cheerleader, and I did it with the help of others. I built a circle of people who believed in me and my recovery more than, at times, I did myself.

It proved to me how important it is to have a coach who guides you and reminds you of who you want to become.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

My coaching is tailored and individualized to my client’s needs and desires. We always work on the whole person addressing different aspects of my client’s life but starting with the most prominent issue that causes their greatest pain.

When working together, we become a team. I love holding my client’s space and guiding them to find their answers, tapping into their inner resources, and communicating with their subconscious mind through the heart-brain connection.

We often address limitations that must be expanded and transformed into possibilities. We do it in creative and often metaphorical ways. As a result, my clients regain energy from the past and free it to focus on creating a much preferred future.

As a student of many different modalities and practices, I have great tools in my arsenal.

There are real weapons of “mass destruction” (of habitual limitations) and restful action (enabling action from the place of inner knowing and inspiration)

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

We are all unique without exception, and my coaching is unique because there is no ONE like me.

There is no ONE on this planet who has lived and traveled the trajectory of my life the same way I have been. This applies to all coaches and humans.

There is no ONE who’s way of doing things is the same. It might be similar to coming from shared training and teacher, but ultimately, we all stand out as unique individuals.

Be The One Coaching has been built on the premises of unity within diversity, infinite possibilities, total appreciation for all of life, respect for human needs, win-win scenarios, and total collaboration!

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

My clients always find resolutions to the issues they come to me with. I can also help them with irrational fears and phobias.

They drastically improve their relationship with themselves and, as a result, with people in their lives.

They reconcile with their past, connect with their passions, attract better opportunities, re-shape their minds and bodies, learn new things and start co-creating their dream future.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I love using heart-brain coherence techniques as well as semi-hypnotic tools, including the very effective practice of EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique).

I also love using certain strategies developed by Tony Robbins and the group of psychologists with whom he created his transformational coaching courses.

I implement elements of NLP and draw a lot of inspiration from Dr. Joe Dispenza’s teachings and the practices of modern yogis, like Wim Hoff.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

CONNECT WITH YOUR HEART, LITERALLY, AND DO IT WITH OTHER PEOPLE’s HEARTS!

DEVELOP YOUR STRONG GRATITUDE MUSCLE and open to real MAGIC (which, btw, once explained by science, becomes logic)

So-called HEART – BRAIN COHERENCE IS a POWERFUL state we can tap into on-demand. When we harmonize with our hearts and the hearts of others through very simple processes, we create an environment for love where beneficial change for all can occur in both: our inner and outer worlds!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

That the world is as we are and that in its most potent essence, we are mighty beings and co creators.

Each ONE of us is capable of impossible things, without exception.

We are capable of healing ourselves from every condition under that sun. We have a fantastic apparatus for that our mind, body, and energy system are magnificent in their capabilities to restructure, rebuild, and rejuvenate themselves, but we need guidance, and we need the know-how.

The mainstream beliefs we collectively subscribe to take our power away. We are capable of healing others and their lives by connecting with their true essence and potential rather than the products of their limitations, we can do so by connecting our hearts and setting empowering intentions.

There is always a win-win possibility for anything in life, and we shall never compromise on our needs and desires as it always backfires.

Your final thoughts?

Thank you so much for allowing me to share with you and your readers my story and life coaching approach.

I hope it has contributed in some deep way to every person who has read it and sparked a desire to connect with me.

3 Things to Ponder So You Can Enter your Own Season of Spring

By Dr. Dolores Fazzino, DNP, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Intuitive, and Energy Whisperer.

My favorite season of the year is spring.

The emerging blooming flowers signify a birth of a new beginning after a long period of stillness, hibernation, and solitude.

There is a pep in the step and things seem to be moving faster and manifestations are creating miraculously quickly.

It’s as if all you have to do is think or speak about it and it is occurring before the train of thought or sentence is complete.

It’s kind of funny how that is, or is it really?

Maybe we are rebirthing ourselves into a new timeline or even a new era, a magical one on possibility.

Maybe this is the way things are in reality, and I have awoken from a lifelong slumber of living in an illusion, now I am awaking in a new reality that I have no reference point for.

Usually that would have been an uncomfortable and scary place for me, not being in control. Now I feel  refreshed, exhilarated, and alive. A new experience for me.

Wake Up!

This reminds me of the American folktale by Washington Irving, Rip Van Winkle.

Rip falls into a deep sleep after drinking an elixir offered to him by a group of dwarfs. He awakens 20 years later to find a completely different world from the one he left when he went to sleep.

Many believe that the moral of the story is that if you sleep too long the world will pass you by. I have a different perspective.

Of course, I did not drink an elixir like Rip did. Maybe I was given a different elixir called amnesia when I was born, so that I could find my way and wake up to my true essence and sovereignty as a human being.

I believe I have been asleep for many decades of my life as I have reconnected with my inner knowingness of who I am.

At this beautiful season of spring, I have blossomed and come alive into a different reality.

Whatever that is, I want more of it, the being alive and real part, feeling highly alive, connected, observant and being totally in the present moment, how exciting is this? It is beyond words. Its as if nothing else matters and all that matters is who I am and how I am acting in the moment.

Maybe this is what we call jumping timelines or quantum shifts.

How to Wake Yourself Up to your Own Season of Spring:

things-to-ponder-so-you-can-enter-your-own-season-of-spring

Our personal perceptions of reality can create what we experience.

As each of us continues to evolve, awaken from our life of slumber (illusion, control, and escape), and become our true authentic sovereign selves, which is our divine birthright, we are able to experience the inward reflection of who we are at our soul level.

Most importantly we can create the life we envision.

3 things to ponder:

What makes you come alive and bloom?

Am I experiencing a rebirth of my soul?

How am I going to move forward?

Only you can answer these questions for yourself.

I encourage you to sit with and reflect upon these questions and journal, draw, or create whatever you discover.

What you uncover may surprise and delight you!

If you want help with any of this, make sure to reach out to me.

5 Tips For Keeping Your Mind Sharp As You Age

The facts are the facts. When the body grows older, the mind begins to shrink.

Blood flow to your brain slows, and your brain begins to lose some of the elasticity of its youth.

These symptoms are totally normal, but you can do things along the way to slow the process a bit.

Take a few moments now to read through some useful tips on keeping your mind sharp as you age, and start making moves to keep your brain in great shape.

5 Tips For Keeping Your Mind Sharp:

tips-for-keeping-your-mind-sharp

1. Stimulate your brain.

Take action to stimulate your brain. Keeping your brain muscle active will help keep it more fit for longevity.

Play brain games and solve puzzles in your free time.

Take a college course.

Explore a new concept.

Do something to work your mind every day, and you’ll maintain the elasticity of your brain a little more efficiently.

2. Keep your body active.

Blood flow is an extremely important aspect of a healthy brain.

Without proper blood flow, your brain will suffer over time. Moving your body helps increase blood flow to the brain and works your heart, which are two major parts of giving yourself a long and healthy life.

Find ways to get up and move.

Some quality assisted living communities use the Wii gaming console to give residents a reason to move.

Find activities that fit your lifestyle, and take action to get up and move regularly.

3. Eat foods that are healthy for your brain.

Make sure you have plenty of brain foods in your daily dietary choices.

Feed your brain, so it has the best shot possible at working well for a long, long time. It’s been proven that foods rich in Omega 3 fatty acids are excellent for decreasing your risk of cognitive decline.

Salmon, tuna, mackerel, avocados, soy beans, and walnuts are all great foods for supporting brain health.

Keep away from saturated fats, trans fats, and hydrogenated oils.

4. Stay away from cigarettes.

Everyone knows that smoking is not good for your body.

Smoking cigarettes will eventually affect every part of your body, and your brain is certainly no exception to the rule.

Smoking has been proven to decrease cognitive function after years of puffing, so take caution. Keep away from the smokes. Your whole body will thank you.

5. Maintain control of your cholesterol.

Maintaining control over your cholesterol levels is another way to keep your brain healthier for longer.

It’s also another thing you can do to help your body in many different ways.

Healthy cholesterol levels promote good heart health too.

Keeping your cholesterol down will help keep your blood pressure under control as well. High blood pressure can lead to heart disease, stroke, and even the development of dementia.

Negative Thoughts are Good for You?! Psychologists say they have a biological purpose…

Your mind is a supercomputer and negative thoughts have their own biological purpose that aims to give you what your psyche thinks it’s best for you.

How can negative thoughts be good for you? Let me explain…

What is a negative thought?

A thought that makes us feel bad, stressed, it paints a bad picture of the world we live in. A positive thought would be the opposite, it makes us feel hopeful, relaxed, good about the world.

If you are like the average human, your mind thinks negative thoughts 80% of the time. That’s just how we evolved.

But thoughts, just like emotions, are not against you. They are tools that your psyche uses to keep you safe and maintain your wellbeing.

Negative Thoughts Have Their Own Biological Purpose:

negative-thoughts-are-good-for-you

Thoughts and Emotions.

Thoughts promote emotions. The kind of thoughts you think, those kinds of emotions you’ll feel.

If you think “my back hurts a little bit, am I sick? What if I have the virus?! I can’t leave work right now I will not meet the deadline!” you will immediately start feeling worried, stressed, and tensed.

The kind of emotions you feel every day, that’s the state of being you will live your life through, the kind of world you will experience.

But the feedback between the mind and the heart goes both ways.

The kind of emotions you feel, those kinds of thoughts you will think. The kind of thoughts you think is the type of details you perceive from the world around you.

If you feel anxious, you will think anxious thoughts. “What if my boss doesn’t like me.”, “What if there is WW3?”, “What if I get sick?”, “What if my parents get sick?”, “What if my partner doesn’t really love me?”, “What if…” They will multiply in an anxious spiral.

And you will subconsciously start focusing on such details: the one thing your boss kind of didn’t like, the news on TV, your throat being a little bit soar, your father sounding a little strange on the phone, your partner not calling you back immediately…

And from those details, you will construct the world you live in. You will paint a picture about the world based on your anxious assumptions, even though you don’t really know, you assume.

At the center of both, between your heart and your mind, the one thing that determines what your mind will think and what your heart will feel, is the kind of state you embody. What kind of vibration are you maintaining? What are you keeping stored within your nervous system?

If you are interested in raising your vibration or just more spiritual growth in general, go to SpiritualGrowthEvents.com and find the right event for you that’s aligned with your path.

The role of trauma.

People who have experienced some kind of trauma (that’s all of us) and haven’t released it from their system, are operated by it. Unconsciously they are pushed around like puppets by this energy.

Trauma is not the event itself. Trauma is the overwhelming emotion stored within your nervous system that was left unprocessed because of the event. It’s that surge of energy stuck within.

Trauma is very subjective. What’s “not a big deal” for someone can be traumatic for someone else.

Unprocessed emotions you pick up during the day also pile up within your system and weigh heavy on the vibration that you carry.

Trauma makes you live in a world where you need to be always on guard. You always need to be tensed, ready for a fight so to say.

Any emotion of relaxation and peace that you feel for a long period of time, starts to feel unsafe to you, even happiness. You start to think that something bad might happen when you feel happy for longer than usual.

That’s exactly how trauma plays.

Your mind creates a negative thought to arouse certain emotions and chemicals within you that make you feel stressed and tensed. Why? Because that’s what feels safe and familiar to you.

Your psyche wants what’s best for you, according to your beliefs.

The negative thoughts just serve this purpose.

If you evolved in a world where being stressed and tensed meant a greater chance of survival, that’s what your psyche wants for you.

If trauma makes you feel unsafe when you are putting your guard down, your psyche will use negative thoughts to make you pick it up.

According to your psyche, according to your nervous system, it’s for your own good.

Don’t fight the thoughts.

Fighting with your mind is an endless battle.

Forcing yourself to think positive thoughts is just a momentary solution. You are always being dragged back down by everything that’s stuck within your nervous system.

The thoughts and emotions are just serving their purpose. They are not your enemies. In fact, nothing is your enemy, it’s just that you haven’t had good emotional hygiene for a long time.

Your system is full of dirt that’s hijacking your mind and thinking thoughts for you to keep you in the state where that dirt can exist.

How to fix that problem?

Release the dirt.

Release the pent up energy. Deal with the trauma.

If you need help doing that, please write me a message at [email protected] and we will see how we can be of service to you and help you.

Here are The 6 Medicinal Properties of CBD Hemp Flower

CBD, also known as Cannabidiol, which comes from the hemp plant, has a high concentration of therapeutic compounds.

It is used to make CBD oils and infusions for medical purposes.

Though Marijuana and hemp are related to one another, it is essential to know that CBD is not manufactured from Marijuana.

Cannabidiols are obtained from the all organic hemp plant and are highly effective as OCN’s CBD hemp flower collection and various other CBD hemp flower products offer treating various health conditions.

6 Medicinal Properties of CBD:

1. Helps with stress.

Helps With Stress: CBD hemp flower is known to give a calmer effect when vaped and is the fastest way to get CBD into the bloodstream.

However, it should never be confused with THC. Unlike THC, vaping CBD won’t leave you bed ridden.

It is also possible to obtain relatively fast results with the sublingual use of tinctures.

In addition to being more discreet, convenient, and less messy than smoking and other forms of inhalation, sublingual tinctures help reduce stress and anxiety. With tinctures, you can also easily determine dosage.

Apart from the oil and tinctures, oral intake of CBD hemp flowers, such as pills, tablets, capsules, is also effective. However, it might take around 15 to 30 minutes to feel the effect.

It should be noted that the edibles work faster if taken empty stomach and slower when taken after a meal.

Hemp flowers are rich in Vitamin B and magnesium that help the body manage stress by impacting neurotransmitters.

If you are looking to curb stress, it is crucial to follow a healthy life routine.

Intaking CBD is significantly affected when taken along with proper exercise and stress relieving activities.

2. Helps with skin condition.

Hemp flower seeds are a rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids and vitamins such as A and E, which also contain minerals such as iron, magnesium, calcium, and zinc that help keep the skin soft, supple, and moisturized.

Following are the skin problems that CBD helps to repair:

Skin Dryness.

The increase in pollution, continuous climate changes, and excessive use of chemical products make the skin dry and itchy. CBD helps tackle skin dryness because of the content of Omega 6 and fatty acids.

Acne and Eczema (Atopic Dermatitis).

CBD hemp flower also contains Omega 3, which helps in curing acne and eczema.

Sign of Aging.

Due to the loss of collagen in the body, the signs of aging, such as wrinkles, fine lines, are visible. The skin becomes thinner and sensitive because of the low collagen production in the body. Thus, making our skin smoother and softer. CBD is also known to be a natural antioxidant that helps reduce the signs of aging.

Psoriasis.

Psoriasis is usually caused due to inflammation and accelerates skin regeneration. The new skin gets generated without giving time to the old skin to shed properly. This results in the formation of scaly patches making the skin prone to irritation. CDB flowers have anti irritation properties that help cure inflammation and decelerate skin cell division. Thus, making your skin more youthful and bright.

3. Helps to get rid of insomnia.

Out of 100, 40 people have insomnia. CBD hemp seeds contain magnesium, which is said to cure insomnia by relaxing the body’s muscles.

Again, it is not the same as THC, as it doesn’t give you a high. Oils made from CBD hemp flowers relax your muscles naturally and help you sleep better.

However, before consuming any form of CBD for the treatment of insomnia, it is highly advisable to go through the product description and know all about the CBD, such as its pros, cons, dosage.

Some of the most popular forms of CBD for insomnia are as follows:

Edibles.

People usually opt for edibles that come in the form of gummies, cookies, and many more. Also, people prefer to drink CBD infused with coffee.

Vape Oil.

Inhaling CBD is the quickest way to take CBD. All that is required is a vaping pen to make the vapor and CBD oil to inhale it.

Topical Solutions.

Several CBD infused lotions, balms, and ointments help treat pain, allowing the nerves and muscles to relax.

4. Helps with hormones.

Hormonal changes are expected during the menstruation period. This can range from being euphoric to feeling depressed.

Hemp Flower seed contains a high amount of GLA that helps during hormonal changes, also known as ‘Mood Swing.’

It also has a beneficial effect on our neurons and brains. The study also says that CBD hemp flower helps alleviate many neurological and psychological imbalances apart from treating mood swings.

5. Helps in treating anemia.

Anemia is caused due to the iron deficiency that causes Red Blood Cells to reduce.

What type of food you eat and your nutrition play huge role when it comes to this.

People suffering from Anemia may experience chest pain, tiredness, dizziness, pale skin, low stamina, headache, etc.

CBD hemp flower seeds are the most common and recommended supplements for treating Anemia because of the high concentration of iron.

Besides reducing Anemia symptoms and improving your gut health, CBD can also treat bacterial infections by alleviating symptoms.

6. Helps with depression.

CBD hemp flower seeds are the best alternative to antidepressants.

Prescribed medicines may have side effects. They also might abuse substances, however, according to the study, there are no side effects of CBD hemp flowers.

Along with this, it also helps people with addiction issues, especially nicotine addiction.

It also helps in the treatment of curing: Cancers, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Chronic Pain, Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, and a lot more.
