When it comes to choosing small business coaches, one of the first things you must factor is personal experience.

Many coaches advertise themselves as business gurus, and who can blame them? It’s easy to believe someone that makes themselves look like a professional.

However, to ensure you find a coach that can help, you must pick their brain apart and learn all about their personal experiences. Ask about previous companies they’ve worked with. Learn about their business coaching methods.

Yet, you must also be comfortable at all times, no matter what kind of topic you’re discussing.

This can be tricky, but you’ll get a better idea of what communication will be like when you reach out to a coach.

After speaking with them a few times, you’ll have more than enough info to decide whether to continue working with them.

You can also read online customer reviews to learn about different coaches. When reading online reviews, look for mentions of communication and anything else you’re interested in. If a coach has mostly positive feedback, there’s a good chance you’ll have a positive experience with them.

3. Your Business Goals.

Many owners seek options for business coaches when they want help reaching their goals.

While a business coach can provide you with a ton of benefits, you can’t hire the right one unless you know what exactly you want to achieve.

Because of this, start outlining some short term and long term goals that you want to work toward.

Find Life Coach | Meet Dr. Stefan Zavalin: How to See The World With New Eyes?

Dr. Stefan Zavalin is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his powerful and inspiring background.

He is a doctor and he worked in a clinic. After struggling with a parasite he suffered serious damage to his nerves and lost his sight.

That was in 2020. And that’s when everything started for him. He left the clinic, started his own business, did a TEDx talk, published a book, and started a podcast.

He is truly passionate about helping people change their mindsets and adopt better outlooks on life and about themselves that make them happier, healthier, wealthier and more energetic. Here is what he said.

Meet Life Coach Dr. Stefan Zavalin:

find-life-coach-dr-stefan-zavalin

Name: Dr. Stefan Zavalin
Pillar: The Mind
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to change their mindset into a more positive one.
How they can help: Deep listening, creative games, reframing and other techniques.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

We are thriving. We understand the need to shed the unnecessary and non serving elements of our lives and have made incredible changes in our lives.

I started a business, wrote a book, did a TEDx Talk in another country, and we moved across the whole country while expecting a baby.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I got Covid just before I left the clinic. In a way it was the virus that gave me the extra shove to start my business.

My clients are heavily affected by the pandemic since it has vastly increased the amount of sitting most desk workers are doing.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

First, there is always a need for innovation and growth. Pandemics and crashes simply force us to adapt quicker, but the need for innovation was already there.

Second, Quality and creativity matters. So many people started reinventing themselves over the pandemic, but they followed money over true passion.

Third, and last, it is vital for everyone to work on their mindset. The amount the pandemic or other large world events impact you emotionally and mentally has largely to do with your mindset and outlook.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I have a passion for movement. Yes physical movement, but also the idea of avoiding stagnation in my life.

Due to a struggle with a parasite in my eye and repeated surgeries I was diagnosed blind in December 2020.

I was able to get my doctorate during these struggles and was working in the clinic, but knew that I could and should do more.

The idea of educating people on the importance of reduced sitting and not simply increased exercise and use of standing desks naturally fell into my line of sight (blind pun intended).

I started with helping individuals in offices, but soon understood how much bigger the problem is. I knew that I needed to mentor groups and speak to a larger audience to have the cultural change I wanted to see in the desk work sphere.

As a result, I wrote a book, prepared and gave a TEDx Talk, and started a podcast, all while being blind (it’s all nerve damage, there is no hope of improvement or correction).

I am even more passionate now about helping people find a way out of stagnation in their lives and especially their work.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

It would definitely be losing my vision. It has directly impacted a multitude of daily tasks such as reading, driving, or even watching TV.

While there are things I can’t do, that does not mean there isn’t another way around the obstacle.

When I was preparing for my TEDx Talk, I had an interesting silver lining from my blindness.

You have to memorize a script, no improv on the TEDx stage. Many speakers at the event were practicing with printouts of their speeches in hand a week before the actual event.

I never had the luxury of reading it off the paper and had to memorize it far far in advance. I knew my talk by heart a month and half before I presented and practiced it 4 times every day (including weekends) until I got on stage.

To say that this forced memorization paid off would be a severe understatement. Check out the talk and you will see the difference.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I drive for a sense of adventure.

The topics I discuss can be rather dull, so it helps to bring creativity into the mix.

This means that I may write a small song for the client to remember their movement habits, it can be the fact that I make my presentations a more immersive and interactive experience, or even that I work to make my clients feel like the hero, which they undoubtedly are.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

First and foremost is that I am the coach, I bring a caring, accepting, and fun personality. I come up with creative ways to make you feel like the star and to actually listen to you instead of giving generic advice.

This ability to truly listen and quickly piece things together is also what makes me a good podcast host (as I’ve been told).

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

A mindset shift from doing more and more and more to doing less of the bad things and naturally letting the better things flow in.

This means improved health, mood, energy, and productivity without extra hours at the gym.

This means increasing the enjoyment of your work without changing your job.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Not as much online, but I take notes and educate them on the use of various apps.

I focus more on the habits associated with the use of the app than the app itself.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Slow down and do less of the things that hold you back. Start small, very small, and go from there.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

This too shall pass goes both ways

Your final thoughts?

My personal definition of success is taking the next step. Failure is a lesson and another step. Success is not a destination but a constant mobility.

If I dislike stagnation then I am successful as long as I am in motion in my life.

This is not grind or hustle culture, this is simply progressive movement. Instead of burning yourself out with doing more and more, try doing less of things that don’t add value.

5 Ways How to Choose an Honest Online Casino Like a Master?

0

In today’s world scams are literally everywhere. Especially when it comes to gambling. That’s why we created this article.

Psychology plays huge role when it comes to gambling. Be it a poker game with your friends or going to the casino, the gambling world is constructed upon the principles of psychology. It’s a mental game.

In this article we will not talk about all the psychological tricks that are used by casinos, but about how to find and distinguish ones that try to scam you and ones that are fair, especially online.

The number of sites with slot machines are rapidly growing. There are tens of thousands already. Especially in the Metaverse.

Some online casinos cannot withstand competition, and their place in the network is taken by other resources. Others try to rig the system agains the players.

However, this only complicates the work of players, who must better grasp the features of online casinos.

One of our editors who lives in Canada, tried few of the best Canadian casinos online and found out how to choose and distinguish between the general mass of online casinos and ones with high quality software, transparent payment methods, and a high level of service.

And don’t worry, as it is not particularly difficult for an experienced player to find a list of honest online casinos.

Now we will consider what criteria should be paid attention to in the first place so that you find one.

What Type of Casino Is the Most Honest?

How to Choose an Honest Online Casino

To learn how to distinguish reliable online casinos from dishonest clubs, it is important to understand which parameters you should pay attention to in the first place.

It’s the same as trying to distinguish what person is lying to you and what person is honest. However, instead of looking for psychological signs here we look for signs within the system.

The main criterion for selection is the presence of the portal’s permission to carry out gaming activities, licensed software, and a sufficient number of payment methods.

A few more important points are the reliability of the security system, the provision of anonymity, and the security of visitor data and resources.

Why are all the aforementioned factors crucial for identifying the most ethical online casinos?

Because there is no point in the variety of entertainment and bonus offers of the resource if its owners are not determined to honestly pay out the winnings.

Even novice gamblers understand that losing money is very unfortunate. This means that it is necessary to carefully check the information about the clubs in order not to get into unpleasant situations during the game.

What Online Casinos Are Fair?

It is worth saying right away that the definitions are “the most honest” in terms of gambling resources, which is not very correct.

Because there are many characteristics, it is obvious that some institutions on the Internet will be superior to others in some way.

There are casinos, for example, offering rapid payments but a limited selection of software.

Alternatively, with a strong collection of various machines, but with withdrawal limitations and maybe the inability to utilize the most convenient payment services.

What to Look for When Choosing?

To make their work easier, gamers should read professional evaluations of gaming portals and online casino ratings, which are prepared using the following criteria.

1. Legal activity.

Since clubs with a license from international regulators, which provide guarantees of fair play and safety for visitors, fall at the top of the best.

2. Principles of responsible gaming.

As a customer focused casino, the administration should be active in the battle against gambling addiction and allow clients to establish betting, spending, and deposit limitations, as well as the opportunity to ban the profile if desired.

3. Assortment of games and their quality.

All software must be verified promptly for the correspondence of return indicators and the randomness of results.

4. Support work.

Ideally, support service operators should be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide users with the necessary assistance and resolve disputes.

5. Look at reviews.

In addition, it will not hurt to study the reviews of other players by entering the name of the institution of interest with the word “reviews” in Google. This will allow you to find the most up to date information about the casino administration’s fulfillment of its obligations.

Is CBD Really Safe For Daily Use?

CBD has become insanely popular in recent years, with lots of people adding it to their daily routine.

CBD is extracted from the cannabis plant and because it contains only trace amounts of THC, it’s totally non psychoactive.

Once extracted, CBD can be added into all sorts of different products too, so you can be sure to find something that works for you.

There’s CBD oils, CBD gummies, and even CBD hash in the UK.

With so many possible benefits, it only makes sense that people are going mad for the products.

One potential benefit to CBD is that it can help with anxiety.

So, keep reading and discover exactly how CBD can help you with your anxiety on a daily basis.

What is CBD?

is-cbd-safe-daily

CBD is an all natural substance that can be used to help a range of different ailments and can have a positive impact on the way our body functions.

It comes from the cannabis plant, but should not be confused with THC, which is the chemical that contributes to the ‘high’ feeling that we all associate with cannabis as a drug.

CBD is non psychoactive, so you don’t have to worry about any mind altering side effects.

It comes in a variety of products, like the most well known CBD oils and capsules, as well as creams, gummies, and even coffee and tea.

You can implement CBD into your daily routine with ease, so you can feel all the benefits that it has to offer.

How does it work?

CBD interacts with the endocannabinoid systems within the body and changes the way that the receptors within this system respond to pain, because of this, an anti inflammatory reaction takes place, which means CBD can help to relieve pain caused by injuries or chronic conditions.

It can also have an impact on the systems within our brains to relieve physical and mental symptoms of stress and anxiety.

It works to ensure that all our bodily functions are working as they should be, and can balance our digestive and immune systems, as well as our appetite.

CBD can give our general health a boost.

Is it safe for everyday use?

If you’re new to CBD, you must find a product that suits your needs.

Most of the time, you won’t feel the benefits of CBD unless you use it every day!

Choosing a product like CBD oils, for example, requires you to take a drop a day for a few weeks to see if your body feels the benefits. If not, you can then up your dose.

It does take a bit of time to figure out how much CBD you need to feel the effects, however, staying consistent is key!

Because CBD is natural, you don’t have to worry about any negative side effects, if you start small and stay consistent, you are likely to feel the benefit.

What are the benefits?

So, what are the benefits of using CBD every day?

1. Anti inflammatory.

If you’re suffering from chronic pain, an injury, or internal issues, you can use CBD as a natural way of reducing inflammation, discomfort, and redness, so you can feel pain free and ready for the day.

2. Helps with sleep.

CBD can be used to help those of us that struggle to wind down at night drift off into a deep sleep by quietening the mind and relaxing the body.

3. Reduces anxiety.

You can use CBD for relief from racing, anxious thoughts, and to help you feel more like yourself when you need it most.

4. A variety of products.

There is a huge range of CBD products on the market that you can choose from, like oils, gummies, and capsules or creams for external use.

How CBD Can Help Your Anxiety?

1. Calm your mind.

One way that CBD can really help with anxiety is that it works wonders to calm your mind.

When you experience anxiety, you’ll often find that your mind starts to race, and your thoughts become jumbled and panicked.

It can be really hard to try and stop them from taking over, which can then lead to a panic attack.

However, if you were to take some CBD, it could help to quieten your mind and allow you to think clearly once again.

You won’t need to spend ages trying to focus on something else while you’re attacked by your anxiety riddled thoughts either.

This is because the CBD allows you to relax naturally and will stop your mind from racing.

2. Soothe panic attacks.

Panic attacks are super common in people that suffer with anxiety.

These can be quite debilitating and really make it hard for you to go about your daily life.

When you experience a panic attack, you’ll often feel as though your chest is tight, you can’t breathe, and you may even worry that you’re going to die.

However, with a few drops of CBD oil under your tongue, it is possible that you could stop the attack in minutes!

When you take the CBD, it allows your body to relax and your heart rate to come back to normal.

This can work wonders on allowing you to feel better again, so be sure to take some CBD if you feel an attack coming on.

However, we strongly advise to first consult with your doctor and therapist.

3. Release tension.

Anxiety can be hard to deal with, and a lot of times, it can cause a lot of tension in your body.

But if you’re able to take CBD, it could really help to ease it.

CBD is great at relaxing your body, so taking it when you feel tense from anxiety can make a huge difference.

The tension will be released from your body within minutes, allowing you to feel as though a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.

So, be sure to add some CBD into your daily routine if you want to help release the tension in your body.

4. Enhance your sleep.

When you suffer with anxiety, sleep can be something that evades you each and every night.

However, with the help of CBD, you could find yourself drifting off with ease for the foreseeable future.

When you take CBD, it helps your body to relax naturally. Unlike sleeping pills, CBD won’t make you feel drowsy. Instead, your body will just start to feel calm and relaxed, as your tension and anxiety starts to melt away.

Getting enough sleep is also said to help with anxiety, so you’ll be able to soothe your anxiety and get a great night’s sleep at the same time with the help of CBD.

5. Make it managable.

Anxiety can be super hard to deal with on a daily basis, and CBD won’t be able to solve it completely for you.

CBD can help ease the symptoms that you experience, but it won’t fix the root cause.

However, having a reduction in symptoms can make it much more manageable for your and allow you to get on with your life.

So, if you want to help your anxiety, why not incorporate some CBD into your routine and see the difference it can make.

How can you choose the right brand?

If you think that CBD could be beneficial to you, there are a few factors to consider when choosing a reputable brand.

Firstly, you should make sure that the ingredients are listed on the packaging, as well as any evidence to show that it has been fully third party tested.

If you’re buying online, you should check the website for any reviews or lab reports that you can check over.

Generally, the higher quality of the brand, the more expensive the CBD, so if you think a brand is offering CBD that is massively less expensive than the rest of the products you’ve seen, this could be an indication that the products may not be the best, you should trust your gut!

Note that we are NOT suggesting to use CBD oil as a substitute for any medication. We are sharing general information about CBD and its effects on our general health. Before using anything, we strongly advise you to consult a professional doctor.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

We have all been fine.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

My clients have been affected by the pandemic in various ways.

Some have experienced high level of anxiety due to the drastic changes of their lifestyle. Some have understood what they truly wanted to do in life and took it as an opportunity.

These have been the two major opposite scenario while in the middle there has been a variety of people who have experienced it challenging and stimulating in different areas of their life.

I personally wasn’t able to travel between London and Italy as I used to and started working more online.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

I learned that in a very short space of time things can drastically change. To be able to cope with the unknown is invaluable.

Gratitude is truly at the root of enjoying what we have and also what allows us to get more of what we already have.

Family and relationships are at the core of our wellbeing

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

For me everything started when in 2002 after I have been taking drugs for 12 years and not having much faith in Life. I met someone I didn’t know in a bar in central London that told me he was a medium and that he had a message for me from my mum that had passed away six years before.

He said that my mum wanted me to know that she was absolutely fine and that she would come down in a flash to help me as she did many times but it was time that I took responsibility for my own well being and change my lifestyle.

Also she wanted him to tell me to be careful not to drink and drive and not to get into cars with people that had been drinking for the next two weeks. It all made sense since only two weeks before this encounter, while crossing the street without paying attention because I had taken lots of drugs, I had been run over by a car. Although I almost smashed the windshield of the car with my head, I was totally uninjured. I had others two major car accidents during the previous three years and although the cars were destroyed I always got away without any injuries.

I haven’t seen that man afterwards but that encounter changed my entire Life.

I choose to believe that what he told me could be true and so I literally looked up as if to speak to that God that up that point I hated it for taking my mum away at the age of 47, when I was only 25 and with a very confrontational attitude I pronounced this words: Ok then, wherever you are, whoever you are, if you exist, help me out, I want to change.

I then felt a kind of inner ecstasy that words cannot describe and was feeling better than if had taken the best drugs I could ever find but it was all natural.

In retrospect I simply opened myself up to the Spiritual Truth that we are more than just humans, we are literally Spiritual being having a human experience.

Since than I started meditating, attending spiritual and personal growth seminars and studied to become a Reconnected Healing Practitioner, EFT, EMDR practitioner, a Hypnotherapist, a Metaphysical Counsellor, then I studied Psychology and became a Family Constellation Facilitator.

I am still gaining new knowledge and understanding of how Mind and Spirit can work together to help us being more of who we truly are.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The biggest obstacle was the 12 years drug addiction. That was the major catalyst contributing to who I am today.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I help clients to overcome challenges and increase their level of well being and the quality of their life using different modalities that can all be useful cording to the situation presented.

If someone wants to overcome a particular trauma I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).

It is a structured therapy that encourages the client to briefly focus on the trauma memory while simultaneously experiencing bilateral stimulation via eye movements, which is associated with a reduction in the vividness and emotion associated with the trauma memories.

For many other challenges I may use Hypnotherapy to allow the inner unconscious resources of the client to be used.

The solution to the challenges the client is facing are all inside themselves and I allow them to tap into their own inner source of wisdom creating a relaxing trance during which all possibilities can be explored and then put into action.

I also use Family Constellations since the influence of the family system is determining how people relate with themselves, others and the world in general.

They are an extremely effective method to address the root cause of limiting patterns generated by hidden loyalties towards some family member and energetic entanglements.

I use a methods I have learned that his called Hypno Constellation. During the process the client is invited to experience first hand how people he has issues with are feeling allowing them to become more emphatic and more able to find the solutions to their problems.

I also see people that are willing to undergo a journey of inner growth and discovering using Metaphysical Counselling.

Metaphysical Counselling provides the awareness and the tools to connect with one’s own Divine Essence getting rid of mental conditioning and strengthening the line of communication with one’s own spiritual GPS.

I also facilitate session of Reconnective Healing to restore balance and order so that the client can experience self healing and accelerate their own evolutionary process by being exposed to this particular frequencies.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

It is supported by Universal Love.

It takes into account that we are One with Life and with Everyone.

Life can be lived effortless when we trust and let go!

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Each one receive what’s most appropriate for them.

If I had to generalize I would say that they all gain more awareness, greater physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

A greatest sense of being in charge of their Life experience. Greater inner peace and connection with their Essence, with Who They Truly Are.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Presence and inner guidance first and foremost, then all the experience and knowledge that I have accumulated over the years.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Nothing has any intrinsic meaning except the one you give.

You are what you choose to be in any given time.

Life is what you make of it!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The most important thing in Life is Love and Love equals Respect and Faith in Life.

Your final thoughts?

In Life many things happen that are out of our control and we cannot choose.

What we have some power over is our attitude and the way to respond to what happens to us.

I invite everyone to consider that things happen for us and through us, not to us.

This shift in perception can allow us to learn more from our experiences without feeling as if we are the victims.

We are the creator, the writers of our Life Story.

What kind of Story are you choosing to write?

Find Life Coach | Meet Fanny Lopes: How to Get to Know Yourself Better?

Fanny Lopes da Silva is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her innate wisdom.

Her coaching approach focuses on helping people discover things about themselves that were buried in their subconscious and gain clarity about their life.

With just one conversation, you can find out so much about yourself that you did not consciously know before. The best part is, she is guiding you to the answers that you already carry within yourself.

After people get clarity and self awareness, it’s much easier to solve problems or find their direction in life. Here is what she said.

Name: Fanny Lopes
Pillar: The Mind
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to broaden their knowledge about themselves.
How they can help: Through active listening, guidance and creativity.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

We are handling all the ups and downs from this pandemic time with hope knowing that it also shall pass.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Certainly Corona Virus changed our lives forever teaching us how we are able to readapt.

It showed us the power we didn’t even know we had. The power of cooking a meal, helping kids with homeschool, handling teams only through videos, being by ourselves and on… Hard time makes strong people right?

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

It was actually two!

First, Our ability to adapt, and second the awareness of the good and simple things in life!

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I always have had this sparkling inside of me when I see people thriving, then I realized that it was one of my life’s purpose and that I should do it the best way I could.

Getting some education in the coaching field and learning about the meaning and balance of life was the minimum I could do to start my career.

Now, the more I’m into it, the more I’ve loved it.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Life is being good to me, but also challenging.

I had to live by myself at the age of 16. I had a miscarriage when I was 20, and I moved to California by the age of 30.

However the most challenging obstacle was going through divorce for sure.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Never stop learning, and innovating is a must for me.

I also like to “go with the flow” in my sessions, giving space for the creative ideas show up and bloom in anyway.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

Anyplace is a good place to have a coach session and this is wonderfully unique.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

The increasing of the knowledge of themselves is the most amazing thing!

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Creating is my passion and it has power!

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

You have everything you need inside of you! Look inside!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Being humble and loving others it’s what life is about.

Your final thoughts?

The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.

Find Life Coach | Meet Yannick Baylon: How to Play and Transform Into Your Best Self?

Yannick Baylon is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his playful approach to coaching.

He is someone who has traveled the world and lived in many countries, from Italy to China and all the way to Egypt. He was on a personal quest to find himself and learn how to love himself, and he did.

As a teacher, he says that coaching was always part of his work even before he knew that he was actually coaching.

He loves helping people share their emotions, thoughts, he loves to listen and guide people into their transformation to become the best version of themselves. And he loves to use games as part of his coaching. Here is what he said.

Meet Life Coach Yannick Baylon:

Name: Yannick Baylon
Pillar: The Mind
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to gain more clarity and balance in their life.
How they can help: Through deep listening, playing games, and using various tools.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

In these pandemic times, my family has been doing as well as they can be.

Thankfully no one in our immediate family suffered acutely.

I was in China at the beginning of the pandemic and left there in August 2021. It was an interesting experience to say the least!

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I only started coaching last year but I recall some of my ex students saying that they want a space to talk about their feelings.

I felt compelled to hold that space open and listen to them even more deeply.

Personally, being in China, I was missing home and was finding the treatment of locals towards foreigners becoming more hostile. That was an interesting challenge to manage!

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Keep moving and draw out the lessons when you can’t celebrate life directly.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I was an English teacher who has lived and travelled in many countries (UK, France, Italy, China and Egypt).

I have been starting coaching before I realized I was coaching!

Many of my high school age students had very little to no space to speak about their emotions, wants and visions for the future.

I set up mini classroom labs that provided them with the safe space to explore their emotions, discuss issues concerning their lives and try to develop their emotional intelligence to navigate through life.

Some of them, have contacted me for life advice and guidance even after having left my former school.

A friend of mine saw this and advised me to try coaching.

I became enamored and haven’t looked back since.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I lived in a country, despite the distance (physical and cultural), language barrier and a breakup, for five and a half years to eventually learn to love myself and embody acceptance.

I got to learn about my light as well as darkness, started meditating, getting myself on track to become someone who smiles when they look at themselves in the mirror.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I try and experiment with exercises that I think would be of benefit with my clients.

It’s like playing, we try out new games and see what brings out the most fun way of being their best versions!

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I’m silly and bring playfulness to coaching.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

They say they have an extra spring in their step, have more clarity and their partners have immediately noticed the difference.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Nothing beats deep listening. From there, my toolkit can be moulded accordingly.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

We are one.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Invest in your own energy, manage and align with it as best as you can.

The way you relate to others often stems from your relationship with yourself.

Your final thoughts?

Come and invest some time in yourself with my guidance. If we align, let’s explore you deeper.
