infertility-treatment

In vitro fertilization (IVF, also known as artificial insemination or in vitro conception) is determined to be one of the most common modern methods of fertilization.

The process of fertilization is carried out in laboratory conditions when a qualified fertility specialist connects egg cell and sperm cell together.

After maturation, the embryo (healthy and tested) is transferred into the uterine cavity of the woman.

In this case, the woman takes the necessary hormones to consolidate the procedure.

When is the IVF method reffered?

Initially, the IVF method of infertility treatment was developed for women who missed the fallopian tubes or who have non functional tubes.

But the constant development of Assisted Reproductive Technologies extended the application of this procedure.

For now, the IVF method is referred in the following conditions:

1. Severe endometriosis (a condition in women when the cells of the uterus grow outside the uterus).

2. Hormonal levels violation (in both men and women).

3. Ovulation violation.

4. Absence of ovaries (in women, such case requires the usage of donor eggs).

5. Absence of sperm cells (in men, such case requires the usage of donor sperm).

6. Seminal problems (in men, decrease in the total concentration of spermatozoa, their motility or violation of the structure).

7. Complex reproductive dysfunctions in both of spouse.

Pay your special attention, that any Infertility treatment must be referred only by your doctor after the thorough diagnosis.

Every case is unique and special, so you need to take into account personal specificities and case history.

What is a Mindset Coach and Why You Need One?

A mindset coach is a professional who works with individuals to help them change their thoughts, beliefs, and habits in order to achieve their goals and improve their overall well being.

Mindset coaches help their clients identify limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns, and then develop new, empowering perspectives that allow them to take control of their lives and reach their full potential.

In this article, we will explore what a mindset coach is, how they differ from life coaches, what problems they help solve, and the benefits of working with a mindset coach.

We will also delve into what it takes to become a mindset coach, how they charge for their services, and how they get clients.

Finally, we will discuss the different types of mindset coaches and the core skills they need to be effective. So let’s dive into it…

What is a Mindset Coach?

what-is-a-mindset-coach

A mindset coach is a professional who helps individuals develop a positive and empowering outlook on life by exploring and transforming limiting thinking patterns, beliefs and behaviors.

It’s like a personal trainer for the mind.

Just as a personal trainer helps someone to physically transform their body, a mindset coach helps individuals transform their mind to achieve their desired outcome.

What is The Difference Between a Mindset Coach and a Life Coach?

Life coaching is a professional practice that focuses on helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. Life coaches work with their clients to identify areas of their lives that need improvement and help them create actionable plans to achieve their goals.

Mindset coaching, on the other hand, is a specialized form of coaching that focuses specifically on changing a person’s thoughts, beliefs, and habits. While life coaches may address mindset as a part of their overall coaching process, mindset coaches focus solely on this aspect of personal growth.

The main difference between a mindset coach and a life coach is the focus of their work.

Life coaches work on a wide range of issues and goals, while mindset coaches concentrate specifically on changing a person’s thoughts, beliefs, and habits.

Another key difference is the depth of the coaching process.

Mindset coaching often requires more introspection and self reflection, as clients work to identify and change limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns.

What Problems are Solved by Mindset Coaches?

Mindset coaches help individuals with a wide range of problems, including low self esteem, limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, lack of motivation, and difficulty setting and achieving goals.

They also work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and other emotional issues.

A mindset coach can help their clients overcome these problems by working with them to identify the root cause of their negative thoughts and beliefs.

The coach then helps the client develop new, empowering perspectives and habits that allow them to take control of their lives and reach their full potential.

That’s what makes mindset coaches different from other coaches who deal with emotions (like emotion coaches, motivational speakers and trauma healers), they solve the problems by working directly with the mindset, not the emotions or energy.

Through the coaching process, clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their thought patterns, and learn to adopt a more positive, growth oriented mindset.

This, in turn, leads to improved self esteem, increased motivation, and greater success in achieving their personal and professional goals.

Clients report feeling more confident and empowered, they are better able to set and achieve their goals.

Mindset coaching can also help individuals overcome obstacles that were previously holding them back, and help them reach their full potential.

What are The Benefits of Mindset Coaching?

Mindset coaching can have a profound impact on an individual’s life.

By changing a person’s thoughts, beliefs, and habits, coaching can help individuals overcome negative thought patterns, increase self esteem, and develop a more positive, growth oriented mindset.

This, in turn, leads to greater success in personal and professional life, as well as improved overall well being.

For example, let’s say someone struggles with confidence in their abilities and has a tendency to doubt themselves.

Through mindset coaching, they may discover that these beliefs stem from negative experiences in their childhood and work through these experiences to develop a more positive outlook.

They can learn how to recognize and reframe negative self talk, and gain tools to boost their self esteem and confidence.

Imagine a sales professional who is consistently underperforming compared to their colleagues.

Despite having the same training and resources, they struggle to close deals and reach their sales targets.

Through mindset coaching, the sales professional may learn to identify and challenge limiting beliefs they have about sales and their abilities, such as “I’m not good enough to be successful in sales.”

This process of self discovery and change in perspective can help them approach sales with more confidence and a growth mindset, leading to an improvement in performance and reaching their sales targets.

In this scenario, mindset coaching has helped the individual identify and overcome mental barriers that were impacting their success, leading to a positive outcome in their professional life.

Mindset coaching can have a positive impact on all areas of an individual’s life, including relationships, career, and personal growth.

What are Different Types of Mindset Coaches?

Mindset coaches can specialize in various areas, including career coaching, relationship coaching, financial coaching, and health and wellness coaching.

Some coaches may also have a specific niche, such as working with high-performing individuals or entrepreneurs.

Working with a coach who specializes in a particular area can provide numerous benefits.

For example, if an individual is seeking career advancement, working with a career coach can help them identify their strengths, overcome obstacles, and reach their goals.

Similarly, a relationship coach can help individuals improve their communication skills and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships.

By working with a coach who specializes in their specific area of need, individuals can receive tailored support and guidance to achieve their desired outcomes.

What are Other Names for a Mindset Coach?

In the coaching industry, a mindset coach may also be referred to by alternative titles such as success coach, personal development coach, growth coach, or transformational coach.

While the titles may vary, the core focus of the coach remains the same: to help individuals develop a positive and empowered mindset in order to achieve their personal and professional goals.

The difference between the titles often lies in the specific approach or niche of the coach.

For example, a transformational coach may focus on helping clients achieve profound and lasting change, while a success coach may be more focused on helping clients achieve specific goals and outcomes.

Regardless of the title, the goal of the coach is to help clients develop a growth mindset and overcome limiting beliefs to achieve their desired outcomes.

All mindset coaches specialize in working with all of the 7 types of mindsets, helping individuals indetify and breakthrough their mental limitations.

What are The Seven Types of Mindsets?

The seven types of mindsets include the fixed mindset, growth mindset, abundance mindset, scarcity mindset, victim mindset, survivor mindset, and creator mindset.

Each type of mindset can greatly impact an individual’s thoughts, behaviors, and overall life.

For example, individuals with a fixed mindset may believe their abilities and traits are set and cannot change, leading to a fear of failure and a reluctance to take risks.

On the other hand, individuals with a growth mindset believe their abilities and traits can be developed through dedication and hard work, leading to a love of learning and a willingness to embrace challenges.

Understanding and developing a positive mindset can greatly improve an individual’s life and bring them closer to their goals.

Who Needs Mindset Coaching?

Anyone can benefit from mindset coaching, regardless of their personal or professional circumstances.

Whether they are seeking personal growth, facing challenges, or striving to achieve their goals, coaching can help individuals develop a positive and empowered mindset and overcome limiting beliefs.

Mindset coaching can be particularly helpful during transitional life stages such as starting a new job, getting married, or becoming a parent.

It can also be useful for individuals facing challenges such as low self esteem, depression, or relationship difficulties.

In any situation, coaching can help individuals develop a growth mindset and overcome limiting beliefs, leading to personal growth and greater life satisfaction.

Why Hire a Mindset Coach?

As we said, working with a mindset coach can provide individuals with numerous benefits, including increased self awareness, improved communication skills, better decision making abilities, overcoming limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns, leading to a more positive and fulfilling life.

But what’s probably most important is that coaches can provide accountability and support, helping individuals stay on track and reach their goals.

What are Typical Mindset Coach Fees and Revenue?

The cost of mindset coaching can vary depending on the coach’s experience and credentials, as well as the location and format of the coaching (in person, online, group, etc.)

On average, a one hour coaching session can range from $100 to $300, although some coaches charge more for their services.

Mindset coaches can make money through several different avenues, including individual sessions with clients, group coaching sessions, workshops, online courses, and digital products.

Some coaches may also earn additional income through speaking engagements, writing books, or consulting.

It’s important for coaches to establish their niche, build a strong brand, and create a client base to generate steady income.

Additionally, they may charge a premium rate for their services based on their expertise and experience.

Some mindset coaches also offer packages and memberships, which can provide a steady stream of recurring revenue.

By offering a variety of services and products, coaches can cater to the different needs and preferences of their clients and increase their overall income.

What are The Requirements to be a Mindset Coach?

To become a mindset coach, it is recommended to have a strong educational background in psychology, counseling, or a related field.

While it is not required to have a formal degree, many successful mindset coaches have at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

In addition to education, it is also important for aspiring coaches to undergo training and certification in coaching techniques, such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

In addition to formal education and training, there are several key skills and qualities that are important for a successful mindset coach.

These include excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, active listening, and the ability to ask thought provoking questions.

Mindset coaches also need to be able to inspire and motivate their clients, and help them see their full potential.

While there is no formal certification required to become a mindset coach, many coaches choose to pursue professional accreditation through organizations such as the International Coach Federation (ICF) or the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

Accreditation can demonstrate a coach’s expertise and credibility, and also provides access to resources, training, and networking opportunities.

All mindset coaches should know the 3 core skills for effective coaching.

What are The 3 Core Coaching Skills?

The three core skills required for effective coaching are active listening, powerful questioning, and effective communication.

Active listening involves paying attention to the client and fully understanding their needs and goals.

Powerful questioning helps coaches uncover the root of a problem and identify solutions.

Effective communication enables coaches to provide feedback, support, and guidance in a clear and concise manner.

In mindset coaching, these skills are used to help clients identify and overcome limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, and emotional blocks.

By actively listening and powerful questioning, coaches can help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their motivations.

Effective communication enables coaches to provide support and guidance, helping clients stay on track and reach their goals.

Is a Mindset Coach a Therapist?

While there are similarities between therapy and coaching, they are two distinct practices.

Therapy typically focuses on healing past emotional wounds and resolving mental health issues, while coaching focuses on helping individuals achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

In some cases, an individual may need therapy in addition to coaching.

For example, if an individual has a history of trauma or mental health issues, therapy may be necessary to address these underlying issues before they can fully benefit from coaching.

In these cases, a mindset coach may refer their client to a therapist, or work in collaboration with a therapist to provide the most comprehensive support possible.

Whatever the reason, working with a mindset coach can help individuals overcome obstacles and achieve their desired outcomes.

How Mindset Coaches Get Clients?

Mindset coaches can acquire clients through various marketing strategies, including social media, networking, referrals, and content marketing.

Building a strong online presence, including a website and social media profiles, can help coaches reach a wider audience and showcase their expertise.

Utilizing content marketing, such as writing blog posts or creating videos, can also help coaches establish their brand and attract new clients.

Having a strong online presence is crucial for mindset coaches, as it allows them to reach a larger audience and demonstrate their expertise.

This includes having a professional website, active social media profiles, and a portfolio of relevant content.

Additionally, a strong online presence can help coaches establish their credibility and attract new clients, as well as provide a platform to showcase their services and products.

Find Life Coach | Meet Charles Barnard: How to Develop a Mindset of a Champion?

Charles Barnard is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his compassion and dedication.

He has been educating and working with students who struggled finishing school for almost 30 years, fixing their mindset. He also worked as an athletic coach.

But when the pandemic hit, like many coaches that we interviewed, he decided to start his private coaching business and focus his experience and knowledge toward helping athletes and their families to develop habits and emotional management systems to help them improve their performance.

His coaching approach is all about helping people develop a mindset of a champion so they can better manage their stress and unleash their full potential. Here is what he said.

Meet Life Coach Charles Barnard:

find-life-coach-charles-barnard

Name: Charles Barnard

Pillar: The Mind

Who is this coach for: Any athlete (and their families) who want to learn how to better manage their emotions and uncover their mental blockages that are preventing them to be the champion they were born to be.

How they can help: Through various tools and techniques like the Time Line Therapy, that is the most impactful one of them.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

Not a simple answer.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic increased the stress level of many people and impacted student and parent mental health.

The pandemic and the stress it caused for those in education definitely impacted my family.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The biggest lesson I learned during this pandemic is how unprepared people are for dealing with significant emotional experiences.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

For nearly 30 years, I have been involved in education working with students who struggled in school primarily with their mindset, fixed vs. growth.

I also worked as an athletic coach and for a number of years have had private clients who came via word of mouth.

I did not have an official business.

Just before the pandemic hit I decided it was time to shift into private coaching and I have shifted my focus to athletes and their families.

I help student athletes and their families learn how to develop habits around emotional and attitude management which causes improved athletic and academic performance while strengthening mental health.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

In all honestly it is nearly impossible to single out one great lesson that made me who I am.

One of the things I work with my clients is how to store life’s lessons from every event especially the significant emotional events.

Discovering and preserving those learnings is vital.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Innovation comes from a mindset geared toward serving.

If you want to truly serve your clients, you are constantly trying to help them reach their objectives.

The greater flexibility I can have, the greater my results.

That often requires innovation, which requires asking better questions when things aren’t going as planned.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

What is unique about my coaching approach is understanding that if you are going to construct a champion mindset, like any construction project you must first prepare the ground.

You need to remove obstacles.

You must address your memories.

The process really is about making fundamental shifts in your thinking.

Most life coaches, particularly those focusing on athletic performance, focus on state management and pay little to know attention to the unconscious obstacles people place on themselves that interfere with reaching our full potential.

I address that first.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

The benefits are numerous.

Athletes and their parents learn how to address issues associated with their mental health that when addressed, cause improved performance athletically, academically, professionally, and improves relationships particularly within the family and amongst teammates.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I do have one very, very powerful tool I use with clients: Time Line Therapy techniques.

There are many other that I also use but that is by far the most important and impactful one.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

I want to shout from the rooftops to pay attention to and learn techniques and habits to properly deal with stress.

I learned the hard way it is easy to think someone is dealing with stress when in actuality they aren’t.

Last July I lost my wife to cancer which I know was triggered by job related stress.

The cancer was identified in May and she was passed on July 22.

She had been “healthy” and was a competitive runner for years.

I missed warning signs until it was too late.

Others need to learn what I now know.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Again, there is not one lesson but a compilation of lessons that led to my organization of mindsets that I refer to as the mindset of a champion arch.

The arch is constructed on a foundational mindset of love.

The two piers that support the arch are mindsets of faith and faithfulness.

The arch then consists of relationship mindsets (family and friends), mindset associated with the mind and body (learning, personal growth, and wellness), lastly is the keystone and the mindset encompassed by the spirit of a champion.

Your final thoughts?

Our mental health impacts every area of our life.

You need to take care of it.

There isn’t an area of your life that won’t be improved when you begin by clearing the ground so you can build the mindset of a champion.

Find Life Coach | Meet Kiona van Griensven: How to Stop DOing and Start BEing?

Kiona van Griensven is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her courage and passion.

She has been in the corporate world for a long time. But she always had a drive to pursue a different, much greater purpose. It was right at the beginning of the pandemic when she realized she was actually losing herself into someone else’s purpose.

She used the alone time to go inward and self reflect, answer hard but important questions and uncover who she really was. This period was a fuel for her to expand toward her true purpose.

Her coaching approach is based on helping people get out of DOing and start BEing who they really are, the most beautiful version of themselves. She uses a signature online self paced programme to help guide her clients on their journey, she likes to leave things open for her clients to discover what’s coming up for them in the moment. Here is what she said.

They’re well, thank you for asking.

With the worst behind us, they’re all in good health and thriving.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

My coaching journey started during the pandemic, and so everything I have helped my clients with so far has elements of coronavirus challenges going on in the background.

Most of my coaching was done online until earlier this year when I started taking on in person sessions and corporate presentations and workshops too.

Coronavirus impacted me as a person in the best of ways because lockdown gave me time to breath and relax, and going forward it’s helping me because in person coaching adds such a beautiful layer of proximity and energetic vibration.

When energy fields collide, the outcomes I reach with my clients are even more powerful than online.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

To clear my mind regularly, so I can hear my own thoughts and feel my own feelings, instead of those of others.

To re evaluate my personal values every year so I can work towards what I truly want.

To celebrate all wins, great or small.

To surround myself with people who support me on my journey.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

Absolutely!

I started out when the first lockdown as a result of the pandemic hit the UK in March 2020.

I was in an Account Executive role for a large tech company, and I was meant to embark on a business trip to Kenya and Tanzania to meet with clients and local resellers that month.

I had just come out of a toxic relationship, and the work environment I found myself in wasn’t exactly supporting my mental health either.

Suddenly I found myself at home alone.

I felt there was a glass ceiling, it had always been appalled by the political corporate game, and worst of all I was chasing a goal that wasn’t aligned with what I truly wanted.

The “rat race” was getting to me!

With copious amounts of time to reflect and ask myself important questions I had been pushing aside, I went looking for other ways to occupy myself in my free time, came across coaching and when I started out on my training I felt like I belonged for the first time in years.

As I went through training, I had the opportunity to get coached by some of my fellow students and the founder of the studies, and I found myself landing on two of the most important questions of all, “who am I?”, and “what am I doing it all for anyway?”.

I quickly discovered that I had been chasing someone else’s dream and felt the need to make a change.

I kept uncovering my (limiting) beliefs, worked through blocks, transformed my belief system and updated my identity to who I truly am.

And once I felt ready, I quit my job and became the coach I am today.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Accepting and knowing myself as I am.

Throughout my life I had this underlying belief that people didn’t accept me for who I was, which came from a belief that I wasn’t good enough.

Once I dug into the deepest, darkest side of my being I couldn’t go back.

I knew I had to get through the dark cloud of expectations that I’d kept inside of me.

And as hard as that was, I’m grateful I persevered, because look at where I am now!

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I am a curious person by nature and I find so much value in supporting my clients with the latest and greatest.

Every day I read up on the latest trends in coaching, and also in the corporate world, because it’s important to me to support both the organisation from a societal perspective, and the employee from a personal perspective.

I read, listen to podcasts, grab a physical book sometimes too and I’m currently taking a course in corporate wellness, which I will finish by the end of the year.

After that, I’ll read up on the latest articles and decide on what’s next on my studying journey.

I’m currently taking a Master’s in Organisational Psychology.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My coaching approach focuses on the power we have inside of us, the power we don’t know we have.

The elements in my programme go into uncovering what their true personal values are, who they desire to be, and how they are limiting themselves from being that person and living that life.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

These elements bring my clients closer to themselves and guide them on a journey from human doing to human being, so they can go into the world the most beautiful version of themselves every single day.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

My coaching comes as it comes.

While I use an online self paced programme to help guide my clients on their journey with me, I like to leave things open for my clients to discover what’s coming up for them in the moment.

Sometimes that comes down to using the Pomodoro technique, bringing up Parkinson’s law, incorporating NLP methods in our private coaching session, or using one of the two methods of coaching I am trained in.

It’s a process that is guided by my client’s.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Focus on what you can do to make the world more beautiful every day, not by pointing at what’s wrong, but by pointing out what can be done to make the world around you a better place and taking inspired action to make the changes happen.

Remember, you don’t have to change the world in one day, and you can start with the person living next to you, because that’s where you’ll have the biggest impact.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Failure is progress, and the best way to learn about what’s working for you.

If I hadn’t taken the leap on everything I have done in my life, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

The pain, the heartbreak, the frustration, the anger, but also the love, the happiness, the satisfaction and the excitement, all of these emotions have been worth feeling and I’m very grateful.

Your final thoughts?

If there’s anything I would like people to hear, it’s that whatever your journey looks like, it’s always the right path for you.

My education was unconventional, my career followed its own direction, and if that’s the case for you too don’t ever let anyone scare you or tell you you’re not doing things the right way.

There is no right or wrong when it comes to being curious and following the direction of inspired action and intuitive flow in your education or career.

What are The Biggest Pros of Orthopedic Shoes?

People often don’t realize just how important it is to wear footwear that’s supportive and well fitting.

It plays a critical role in not only helping keep them mobile but also pain free. Unfortunately, wearing supportive well fitting shoes is, at times, not enough for those with specific foot types and certain foot conditions.

In such cases, orthopedic shoes may be recommended.

All You Should Know About Orthopedic Shoes:

pros-orthopedic-shoes

When to look for orthopedic shoes?

Orthopedic shoes may be required if you have a toe or foot deformity, a severe or complicated foot injury, an open sore, very wide bunions, or even a neurological disease that affects the feet.

The more abnormal your foot mechanics are, the higher the chances that you will be required to wear orthopedic shoes.

What are orthopedic shoes?

Orthopedic shoes are those type of shoes that accommodate or support the structure and mechanics of the foot, leg, and ankle and are designed specifically to accommodate or support a certain medical condition.

They usually have several medically beneficial functions and features that distinguish them from regular footwear, which include a torsionally strong, properly rockered midsole and outsole to help you walk normally.

Revitalign is a good one too. One of our editors wears them and he says they are rounded to help you walk normally. We work with him for years and could not guess that he is wearing ones until we started discussing on this topic and he himself revealed that fact to us.

So you should look for rounded ones that help ypu walk normally. What this means is that the sole should not bend easily and it should ideally be rounded.

The shoe should also have a removable sock liner for accommodating custom orthotics.

Various widths should also be available to ensure the right fit for different foot shapes along with a heel counter that’s appropriate for the medical need of the patient.

How to know if you need orthopedic shoes?

Parts of the body start breaking down as we age, so older people will often require orthopedic shoes.

Still, orthopedic shoes may be recommended for people of all ages since poor foot mechanics can affect everyone regardless of age.

Fortunately, today’s orthopedic shoes are no longer ugly.

There are several stylish options available for patients of all fashion tastes and ages.

How to select the right ones?

When it comes to selecting orthopedic footwear, it is always advisable to consult a certified podiatrist.

The podiatrist will conduct a full assessment of your lower limbs and tell you whether you can benefit from using orthopedic shoes.

The podiatrist will also measure your feet properly and let you know which orthopedic features are needed for your foot condition and type.

The fact that a shoe is classified as “orthopedic” doesn’t guarantee that it will be of similar quality and offer similar benefits to other orthopedic shoes.

A certified podiatrist can provide you with the necessary advice to ensure that you remain mobile and pain free.

Find Life Coach | Meet Christine Clark: How to Forge Your Life Like a Beautiful But Strong Samurai Sword?

Christine Clark is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her unique approach to coaching.

She is living in a dual entreprenurial household. Even as a hard worker, it’s still quite challenging to raise a faimly and grow your business all from the same place.

She however, has a strong character and that’s exactly what’s unique about her coaching. She help her clients find all those internal conflicts that are preventing them become the strongest version of themselves and live their best life.

Her coaching approach is pretty unique, she is guiding the transformation by following the same principles and processes used to forge a beautiful, strong and sharp samurai sword. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Christine Clark:

find-life-coach-christine-clark

Name: Christine Clark

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to forge a beautiful life and a deeper understanding about themselves.

How they can help: Through a coaching that deeply resembles the processes of creating a samurai sword and by unrooting the internal issues that prevent the individual from living a beautiful life.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

At this point I do not consider us to be in pandemic times.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

There is now the economic upheaval which is an outcome of how the pandemic was handled.

Maintaining a business now has the added stress of skyrocketing costs.

As the coach for your entrepreneurial life my business is secure.

Hundreds and thousands more individuals are choosing to open their own businesses.

Small business isn’t small.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

To not be afraid.

To allow individuals room to be as is comfortable for them.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

We are a dual entrepreneurial household.

I am the managing partner for my husband’s business while running my own businesses.

I was in direct sales as a Mary Kay Consultant for 25 years.

I came across a person who languaged self development in a way that resonated with me.

As I plugged in and followed I healed my relationship with my business and myself.

I also began using what I learned with those around me.

The idea began to grow “I think I want to be a coach”.

There was a compliment time I did at the end of each of my Mary Kay shows.

Two rules:

1. The woman receiving the the compliment was only allowed to say “Thank you.”

2. The compliments had to be sincere.

I saw how women deflected the praise.

I saw how some women had a hard time being connectional.

I wanted to reach in and turn up their self worth and self belief.

But, I was in the wrong uniform.

I began a search to find where and how to become certified.

It took two years to find the program which was in alignment with my values.

In July 2015 I stepped into a full immersion certification week.

It was a total change of trajectory.

I have been a full time coach, speaker and trainer ever since.  I hold seven certifications to date.

I feel I am now doing what, unbeknownst to me, I’d been preparing for my entire life.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I have made some big leaps in my life.

One was jumping off the corporate ladder when my first son was born.

The corporate job required 60 and 70 hours a week.

I didn’t want my son raised in daycare.

I did not do the strategic thing and build the direct sales business to the level of my salary first.

I simply jumped making us a dual self employed household.

To swim, to tread water, to figure it out.

We have made it.

That child is now 28 years old.

There is very little a client can bring that I have not personally experienced.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Forging A Life; Truths in Creation of Katana is my platform.

The processes to make a katana i.e. samurai sword relate how we can create a beautiful highly function work of art that is our lives.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I have an extensive intake form.

From that the client and I set intentions for desired outcomes.

Sometime those are met and sometimes not.

My higher value is to address the deeper internal issues that get in the way of individuals living their significant life.

Sessions are client lead and I am the safe space to allow exploration, reckoning, and release.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Those who work with me prioritize based on their core values.

They learn to access their inner talents, their unique elements.

They break through to deeper relationships, more flow, and increased abundance.

They grow in their understanding of themselves as well as grow their business.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

The entire coaching program schedule is laid out before we begin.

I use shared google docs for coaching notes.

Clients have a prep sheet to complete and submit for each session.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Success depends on the labels you give to events and outcomes.

What we tell ourselves can produce energy or drain it away.

To forge the beautiful highly functional work of art that is your life is a process.

The fires and challenges are required to give us strength and resilience.

In process we refine our unique elements so we can both attain our desired life and maintain it once achieved.

Trust your elements. Trust the process.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

To trust myself and listen to the intuitive voice.

To take action especially when I am stalled out, in a fog, simply unhappy.

It does not really matter what I do.

Simply acting breaks the spell and brings me back to my center.

Your final thoughts?

Thank you for the invitation to be interviewed.

Many good thought provoking questions.

The questions around the pandemic feel outdated.
