Finding Fulfillment: How to Turn Your Passion into a Thriving Business

Have you ever felt like your work is meaningless?

Maybe your job is stable, but it lacks that spark of excitement and fulfillment.

You’re not alone.

Many of us dream of having a job that’s more than just a paycheck, something that truly reflects our passions and values.

Imagine waking up every day excited because you’re doing what you love and making a difference.

Sounds incredible, right?

Let’s explore how you can turn your passion into a thriving business and find that sense of fulfillment you’ve been looking for.

From Passion to Purpose

turn-your-passion-into-business

Think of your passion as a small seed that’s ready to grow.

It has the potential to become something amazing, but it needs your time, energy, and belief to flourish.

Turning your passion into a business isn’t just about making money, it’s about finding your purpose and living a life that’s true to who you are.

Start by asking yourself:

What really excites you?

Is it creating eco friendly products, teaching others, or working with technology?

Identifying your passion is the first step.

It’s like a compass that will guide you through the ups and downs of starting a business, helping you stay on course even when things get tough.

Overcoming Fear and Doubt

Let’s be real, starting this journey can be scary.

Fear of failure and self doubt might creep in and make you question whether you can do it.

But here’s the good news: Every successful entrepreneur has faced these same fears.

The difference is they didn’t let those fears stop them.

Ask yourself, “Can I really do this?”

The answer is yes!

And you must fully believe in it.

Because think about it, really think…

Did others do what you want to do?

Yes.

So you can do it too!

You are no different than them…

There are people that started with far less than you and achieved more than you allow yourself to believe possible.

Think of your passion as a lighthouse, guiding you through any storm.

Yes, there will be challenges, but each one will make you stronger and more confident.

Remember, those challenges are part of the journey, helping you grow and learn.

Embracing Creativity and Innovation

Creativity is key when starting a business.

Sometimes, it can be intimidating to put your ideas into action, but don’t let that stop you.

Use your creativity to come up with innovative business ideas.

Start small with side projects or freelance work to test your ideas and build confidence.

Think of your business as a blank canvas.

Every effort you make, every mistake, and every success adds color and depth to your masterpiece.

Don’t be afraid to experiment and make mistakes, each one is a learning opportunity.

Building a Support Network

You don’t have to do this alone.

Having a support network is one of your greatest assets.

Surround yourself with mentors, friends, and peers who believe in you and your vision.

Their advice and encouragement will help you push through tough times and keep moving forward.

Balancing Mind, Body, and Spirit

Starting a business isn’t just about work, it’s about creating a balanced life.

Take care of your health, practice mindfulness, and make time for things that bring you joy.

A balanced life will not only make you happier but also fuel your passion and creativity, making your business journey more enjoyable and sustainable.

Ready to Take the First Step?

Feeling inspired? Ready to turn your passion into a thriving business?

The journey to fulfillment starts with one step.

Whether you’re just starting out or already on your way, remember that each step brings you closer to living the life you’ve always dreamed of.

Your future self will thank you for the steps you take today.

When Your Path Disappears, Know You’re on the Right Track…

Have you ever felt like your path has vanished, leaving you disoriented and helpless?

If you have, know that you’re not alone.

This experience of feeling lost and uncertain is a common precursor to significant personal growth and transformation.

While it may seem unsettling, it’s often a powerful sign that you’re on the verge of profound change.

The Signs of Transformation

Feeling lost is not just a random emotional state, it’s a signal that you’re moving toward a more authentic and purposeful path.

According to Carl Jung, the renowned psychiatrist,

“The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely.”

Why is it terrifying?

Because in order to find your true self you need to lose your current self, for a while.

You need to get lost so you can find yourself!

You need to forget the old idea you have about yourself, about your life, and be open to the possibilities.

This acknowledgment of feeling lost can be a crucial step toward understanding and embracing your true self.

When you encounter this feeling, it’s often because your deeper purpose is trying to emerge.

Imagine it as your inner calling, waiting eagerly in the wings of your consciousness, ready to break through the distractions and chaos of daily life.

This deeper purpose may have been waiting patiently for you to acknowledge and act upon it.

The Natural Response to Uncertainty

know-youre-on-the-right-track

Our immediate response to such feelings of disorientation is typically panic.

The survival part of our brain wants to cling to what is familiar and safe, pushing us to do more, more thinking, more planning, more busyness.

The human mind loves to be certain.

This instinctive drive aims to shield us from the discomfort of the unknown.

But the world and life itself is uncertain, that’s the only certain thing.

And as Dr. Brene Brown, a research professor known for her work on vulnerability, asserts,

“Vulnerability is not winning or losing, it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome.”

Instead of running from the uncertainty, we should embrace it.

Embracing the Discomfort

Instead of giving in to the urge to seek safety in familiar routines, use this period of uncertainty as a chance to deeply reflect.

Withdraw from the external noise of daily life and ask yourself:

What is your inner voice trying to communicate?
What hidden truths are emerging?

Research in mindfulness and self compassion, such as the work by Dr. Kristin Neff, indicates that periods of discomfort can be invaluable for personal growth.

According to Neff,

“Self compassion is simply giving the same kindness to ourselves that we would give to others.”

This approach encourages us to be gentle with ourselves during these times of uncertainty.

Harnessing the Potential of Uncertainty

Harnessing-the-Potential-of-Uncertainty

This transitional phase, while chaotic, is filled with potential.

It is an opportunity to discover insights and wisdom that can propel you forward.

This is a time to engage with your deeper self and clarify what you truly want out of life.

Consider the story of Steve Jobs, who faced numerous setbacks early in his career.

After being ousted from Apple, he found himself feeling lost but used this period to explore new ventures and ultimately returned to Apple with renewed vision and purpose.

Jobs’ experience underscores how periods of uncertainty can lead to extraordinary transformation and innovation.

Moving Forward with Purpose

Embracing this period of uncertainty can lead to a more authentic and aligned path.

It’s not the end but the beginning of a journey towards a more fulfilling and successful reality.

By facing the discomfort and exploring the deeper truths within yourself, you prepare to move forward with clarity and confidence.

To dive deeper into this journey of transformation, consider engaging in the “30 Days of Transformation” program.

This journey offers profound tools for success and fulfillment, tailored to your unique path.

Redefining Success: The Evolution from Status to Authenticity

As we look to the future, the definition of success and fulfillment is undergoing a profound transformation.

No longer confined to traditional markers like status, wealth, or knowledge accumulation, success is increasingly being measured by deeper values such as authenticity, character, and meaningful service.

This shift reflects a broader cultural evolution, as the next generation redefines what it means to live a successful and fulfilling life.

The Historical Shift in Definitions of Success

The-Historical-Shift-in-Definitions-of-Success

Historically, success was often linked to tangible markers of achievement.

In the early 20th century, the industrial revolution and subsequent economic boom popularized the notion of success as climbing the corporate ladder, acquiring wealth, and gaining social status.

“The American Dream”, as articulated by James Truslow Adams in 1931, was defined by the pursuit of prosperity and upward mobility.

However, as we moved into the late 20th and early 21st centuries, societal values began to shift.

The rise of the internet, globalization, and increased awareness of social issues introduced new perspectives on success.

Research by sociologist Robert Putnam in his book Bowling Alone highlighted a decline in social capital and community engagement, signaling a growing disconnection between traditional success metrics and personal fulfillment.

Beyond Knowledge and Status: The New Markers of Success

New-Markers-of-Success

1. Authenticity:

The pursuit of authenticity is at the forefront of this transformation.

Unlike the superficial markers of success, authenticity involves a deep alignment with one’s core values and beliefs.

This shift can be traced back to the humanistic psychology movement of the 1960s and 70s, led by figures like Carl Rogers and Abraham Maslow, who emphasized self actualization and personal growth over societal expectations.

A study published in Harvard Business Review found that employees who perceive themselves as authentic are more engaged and satisfied with their work.

This suggests that authenticity not only enriches personal lives but also enhances professional environments.

2. Character:

In today’s evolving definition of success, character has become a crucial element.

Traits such as integrity, empathy, and resilience are now recognized as essential for true achievement.

This focus on character reflects a broader cultural shift towards valuing ethical behavior and emotional intelligence.

The moral philosophy of Aristotle, particularly his concept of eudaimonia, living in accordance with virtue, parallels modern views on the importance of character.

Aristotle argued that true fulfillment comes from living a life of virtue, a concept that resonates with today’s emphasis on ethical behavior and personal integrity.

Why is this change happening?

Today is easier to open a business or start a career than in any other time of human history.

You can do that from your home with a lap top or even a phone.

But because it’s so easy, and anyone can do it, the filter that separates the good, the bad, and the ugly, from the truly great ones is character.

We know of many large companies losing their integrity and ruining the earth itself with their actions, and we also know of many small businesses that have unshakeable character.

They cannot be bought and they stand for what they stand no matter what.

This is what we mean by character, someone you can rely on in the midst of all the noise.

3. Service:

Service oriented leadership is gaining prominence as a defining feature of success.

This approach emphasizes using one’s skills and resources to positively impact communities and address global challenges.

The philanthropic efforts of figures like Warren Buffett and Bill Gates, who have pledged to give away the majority of their wealth, exemplify this shift towards service and legacy building.

A research showed that individuals who engage in acts of service and community involvement report higher levels of personal satisfaction and well being.

This underscores the idea that contributing to the greater good can be a powerful source of fulfillment.

Inspiring Through Action: Leading by Example

redefining-success-from-status-to-authenticity

The next generation understands that true influence and inspiration stem from living authentically and leading by example.

This means demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges, showing empathy towards others, and making decisions that prioritize long term impact over immediate gains.

In this evolving paradigm, success is increasingly defined by the positive influence we have on others and the world.

It’s about fostering inclusive environments, championing diversity, and promoting sustainable practices.

This new approach challenges us to rethink how we measure success and encourages a shift from individualistic pursuits to collective well being.

If you need help to shift yourself and life, to align with your core purpose and embody integrity so you can lead by example, join the 30 days of transformation here today!

Conclusion:

As we navigate this changing landscape, let’s embrace and nurture a generation that values authenticity, character, and service.

By focusing on these foundational principles, we not only empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives but also contribute to creating a more compassionate and just world.

Let’s inspire through our actions and embody the change we wish to see in the world, redefining success as a journey of personal and collective growth.

What is Conscious Integrated Therapy (CIT) and How It Works?

ConsciousIntegratedTherapy (CIT) is a holistic integrative psychotherapy approach to improve conscious and reduce unconscioussness for improved mental health.

This can blend seamlessly with TrancePlan Hypnotherapy.

As there is universal consciousness the person is affected by society and has the potential to change first within.

What Exactly is CIT?

what-is-conscious-integrated-therapy

Conscious Integrated Therapy (CIT) is a holistic approach to therapy that combines traditional therapeutic techniques with mindfulness and body based practices.

CIT focuses on helping clients to become aware of the present moment and to develop greater insight into the root causes of their distress.

This approach is based on the understanding that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all interconnected and can be used to gain insight into our experiences.

Through CIT, clients can learn to access their inner wisdom, build resilience, and develop the capacity to live with greater ease and joy.

CIT can help clients to gain clarity and insight into their current struggles, as well as to develop new skills and strategies for managing difficult emotions and situations.

If you want to learn how to start with CIT, please go here!

What do I want in therapy? Who is asking? Who am I?

How can one change something without knowing “Who am I”?

Often people will not be able to get the most enjoyment from life and be conditioned to not expect long term bliss state higher consciousness.

Associating with unreal identity produces symptoms such as unconscious resistance, confusion, procrastination, inner conflict, depression, anxiety, ptsd.

Like a funny house hall of mirrors each reflection appears to be real.

Often times the mirrors are cracked and broken.

And like the song goes, “there’s a crack in everything that’s how the light gets in”.

We seek for help in guidance only when there is a problem.

But we can prevent the problems to a great extent listening to our inner selves.

This increases self awareness in the mind and body connection.

When we become aware of our true identity, we can start to change the things that we want to change.

We can start to make conscious decisions and take conscious actions that are in alignment with our true nature.

We can start to develop our own understanding of who we are, and how we want to live our lives.

We can start to create our own reality, and manifest our dreams and goals. We can start to create our own destiny.

You are that not this.

Conscious-Integrated-Therapy-The-Self

The Upanishads have declared,

tat tvam asi

तत् त्वम असि

you are that, not this.

This means that you are not only your body, mind, or personality, but also the eternal essence that is the source of these things.

To change something, you must first understand who you really are, and then you can use that knowledge to make changes that will lead to lasting happiness and fulfillment.

By understanding your true identity, you can begin to make choices that are in alignment with your true nature and that will bring you greater peace, joy, and contentment.

If you constantly keep this in mind, then you are already into the spiritual life.

What happens is that all of us play a role in this world, every one of us: Husband, wife, businessman, producer, actor, worker etc.

To play the role is alright.

You play a good role and then what happens?

When you go home, are you still playing the role?

Or have you wiped off your grease paint and you’re back to who you are?

Don’t forget that you are not what you are projecting.

Because it’s a role, you can’t carry it into real life.

So, what is real?

The reality is that you are the self, the inner self.

I’m that which is an essence, a part of the all pervading supreme reality.

If this thought occurs, then you see the supreme being in every little leaf and grain of sand.

It has to settle down, absorbed within, and then you see the inner and the outer as the same.

All other things are role playing.

Role playing is the root of all sorrow.

Break this shape and you have reality.

Find Life Coach | Meet Kristie Kennedy: How to Develop a Powerhouse Mindset and Unleash Greatness?

Kristie Kennedy is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her powerful personality and wisdom.

She is the owner of Queenfidence® Global Image Consulting and her electrifying inspirational gift empowers visionaries with confidence and clarity keys to find their voice, free their voice and look fabulous using their voice.

She specializes in four areas of peak performance: mindset mastery, massive momentum, magnetic messaging, and potential maximization. She is a Certified Radical Resilience Coach who builds powerhouse mindsets, equipped for success. And if that’s not enough, she is a TEDx Audacious Leadership Keynote Speaker and Authentic Lifestyle Author.

Her evocative teaching style elevates your self perception from stuck to unstoppable, invisible to invincible and timid to tenacious. Her bodacious belief is a testament that you can shift from mediocrity to magnificence one daring action step at a time. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Kristie Kennedy:

find-life-coach-kristie-kennedy

Name: Kristie Kennedy

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to build a powerhouse mindset and unleash their inner greatness.

How they can help: By using various mental and emotional wellness tools as well as coaching techniques that help to develop a powerhouse mindset, remove anxiety, doubt, and unleash greatness, like visualisation, reflection, breathwork, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

My heart is full of gratitude during this present time in life.

We just celebrated my mother’s 72nd birthday.

That within itself is a feat because her mom and two brothers all passed before reaching their seventies.

In addition to feeling grateful, I am more aware of the weight that comes with being great.

One of my favorite quotes is, “Heavy is the head that wears the crown.”

I remember one of my first certifying coach trainers saying, “The work we were embarking upon was one of the most selfless paths to take.”

I didn’t understand in totality but now at this stage of servant leadership, I enter each day with reverential awe for the human soul and hold in my hands the gift of compassion with humility.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

There is power in choice and in each life changing scenario I can choose the best or the worst attitude.

I can choose self care or self neglect.

I remember supporting clients who were trying to decrease anxiety, depression, and stress.

At one point for thirty days, I took a cold shower in the morning and in the evening to decrease my own stress levels and remain mentally tough.

Cold therapy is a simple tool that can fuel radical resilience.

The vast knowledge that I possess is futile if I do not choose to put it into practice regularly.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

As I reminisce across five decades of destiny in motion, it has been a wild rollercoaster ride of challenges that inspire me to reinvent myself repeatedly and expand a unique tapestry of transformation.

I believe each career choice served a special purpose to build character traits that cannot be erased by even the most tumultuous storms I may have to face.

I am a licensed image consultant by trade.

During my last beauty spa role, I remember doing a facial and a woman said to me after I poured out life advice to her, “You should be a philosopher!”

In my early childhood days, I was the antithesis of a model student and spent countless days inside of in school suspension.

Her statement left an imprint on my heart, and it was a star in the darkness of despair after I was unexpectedly laid off from that role.

As I explored what the next chapter would be for me, I suddenly remembered I had a life coaching certification lying dormant and I started entertaining the idea of revisiting it.

The first phase was to decide who I was going to be moving forward and I began to create vision boards to elevate my mental state from good to great.

I have created twenty eight vision boards and six vision books to continue building bodacious beliefs that become confidence keys to lead audaciously.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I often say adversity has been one of my greatest teachers and the obstacle that is standing in your way in the moment feels like the biggest barrier you have ever faced due to the intensity of it.

Nelson Mandela said, “It always seems impossible until its done.”

The biggest obstacle has always been faulty internal beliefs.

If you had asked me this question twenty years ago, I most definitely would have pointed to an external roadblock.

If it were not for the layoffs, the financial deficits, the health crisis, the heartaches, and everything in between, I would not be the artisan of mindset mastery that I am today.

I walk my talk day by day and moment by moment.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I empower them with creative tools to E.A.T. defeat so they can say they A.T.E. the limitations.

One way I innovate in coaching is to synthesize all their thoughts into an easy to understand acronym to help anchor in on a value during the most arduous situations outside of the coaching conversation.

Common phrases I hear are, “Kristie, I feel stuck, or I have imposter syndrome.”

To manage strong emotions and escape thinking traps, E.A.T. stands for Elasticity, Audacity, and Tenacity.

A.T.E. represents the positive outcome, to signify they Ascended, Transformed, and Executed.

These are three mindset attributes that will help propel them forward when they feel paralyzed by automatic negative thinking.

In my practice what I have discovered is that clients respond favorably to simplicity.

Albert Einstein housed the belief, “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.”

Understanding the art and science of coaching and the unique niche that I have been studying for three decades allows me to flow freely with those who are ready, willing, and able to voyage beyond the realm of impossibility to discover boundless possibilities.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

When I started reinventing myself, I had to find a way to become comfortable living outside of my head.

I started calling myself an invincible introvert and my mantra is, “Before we go up, we go in. We ascend from within to win.”

I bring that fortifying mindset into coaching conversations where clients learn to hear their own thoughts and unapologetically voice their convictions aloud.

If they desire to create change that is sustainable there must be a willingness uproot outdated paradigms, liberate the diamond in the rough by polishing it up with daily practice until they embody internal freedom that allows them to shine bright even in the darkest nights.

The media driven culture we presently live in focuses heavily on the external image, yet powerhouse presence is cultivated behind closed doors, and it starts with becoming intimately acquainted with your identity apart from disempowering labels.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

The echo of expansiveness expressed on repeat after a client decides to partner with me or a guest in the audience after presenting is, “I believe I can do anything.”

I want to instill can do power into every heart and mind that I am honored to influence with my inimitable brilliance.

Recently, I spoke at a women’s healing retreat, and I received a testimonial from one of the participants.

I shared an acronym that I created for them, L.E.A.P. which translates into, Live Everyday Applying Pressure.” to your problems.

The email read, “Your presentation on reflection inspired me to LEAP. This past week, I have been taking the opportunity to consider my roles to determine if they align with my life’s call.”

My focus is legacy leadership which creates generational impact long after my feet exit stage left from this earth.

At the beginning of my personal development journey in my twenties, I decided to courageously use my voice in my senior year of college at Florida State University.

My professor shared a quote that shifted the direction of my entire life.

The potency of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s words is a guiding light, “Nothing pains some people more than having to think.”

Over twenty plus years later, I stand as a thought leader igniting passion and impacting leaders across the globe.

Every time a client returns to a new conversation celebrating changes in their thinking and behavior patterns is a gift that keeps on giving.

May I always cherish it as a rare and priceless gem, especially on days I am mentally fatigued from being a solutionist.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

In the marketplace I am known for my high octane powerhouse energy but what the public is often unaware of is for almost three decades I battled with depression and suicidal ideations during the lowest seasons of life.

I was using mental and emotional wellness tools before I knew they had a technical name.

My sixth grade teacher gave me a black and white mead notebook to write down my thoughts.

Each client is different, and I offer a tailor made approach with tools that I intuitively believe would be most effective in the moment to expand their awareness and enlarge their cognitive agility.

Every coaching conversation is infused with techniques appealing to the five senses to amplify the maximum benefits of our alliance.

The top three image confidence building tools most frequently used are visualization tools, reflection prompts and breathwork for those experiencing elevated levels of stress and anxiety.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Imagine a world where oceans rise to your eminence.

Envision the grandest version of yourself evolving beyond the pain of your past and expanding beyond the territory of familiarity.

Can you see your radiant reflection in the mirror, no longer playing hide and go seek with your greatness?

You were destined to demonstrate what is possible even when you face insurmountable obstacles.

Allow your imagination to captivate your spirit and soar into new horizons, following the wind and embracing the luxury of limitless potential.

When you possess a powerhouse state of mind, adversity will succumb to your audacity and tenacity.

Let every step you take, move you forward as you scale unprecedented heights.

Dare to dream, to do and to dance to the rhythm of your own anthem.

Always remember, you are free to be imperfect.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

It is now easy to see, love never fails.

In my youth, I made an enormous number of poor decisions because of low self worth and love continues to be a source of healing.

I turn to love when someone acts in a dishonoring way towards me.

I invite love to speak for me when my husband and I have a misunderstanding.

I embrace love when I feel the call to leadership demands more than I feel I have left to give.

I trust love to guide the way when I am blinded by my own pain.

I cannot lose with love on my side in this game of life.

What I have learned more than anything is that love has the power to set a caged bird free and kissing the skies is where I love to be.

Your final thoughts?

In the words of Nora Ephron, “Be the heroine/hero of your life and not the victim.”

Changing your life is a beautiful journey, never miss a chance to celebrate every single moment.

Wherever your feet lead you, go with all your heart, mind and body.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

My family and I are amazing.

I am truly blessed to have the loving, close marriage with my husband of 6 years and partner of almost 9 years, Alan.

We have 3 beautiful children, a 3 year old son, Kayde, 5 year old daughter, Breyah, and 16 year old son, Jesiah.

They are our world!

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Thankfully, this had no impact as I was not quite there yet with working with paying clients.

I was also blessed that I had just started my at home job right before this hit and was able to continue working throughout it as so many lost their jobs and businesses because of it.

God had a different path for me and I took it as I continue to do so as new opportunities present themselves and through that I have no doubts that I will achieve the abundant life that is available to me.

I am mostly excited about those who I get the honor to serve who fulfil their unique purpose and create amazing lives for them and their families as we are all worthy and meant for greatness and it saddens me how so few believe and ever achieve that in their lifetime.

I am on a mission to help as many as I can to reach their full potential and live life to the fullest because we only get this one so we need to make it the best ever!

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

I learned how powerful we all truly are.

The pandemic was a tough hit on so many and yet there was still such good that came out of it with all the incredible people who decided to thrive despite it.

I learned that we are unstoppable and we can overcome anything we put our minds to.

I know many were not fortunate to have come out of it and my heart feels for those who were affected in a negative manner.

I do know that overall, especially those who believe we should be united instead of divided, that we can be stronger than whatever tries to tear us down.

We can make the most out of any situation good or bad.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am someone who has overcome a lot in my life from drug addiction to depression and suicidal.

I never had any self love or knew my worth.

I also lived with insecurity and low self esteem.

I have been through many different paths when it comes to work.

From my first job at McDonalds to becoming a bill collector to waitressing at restaurants like Red Lobster and Olive Garden.

I later found work with Suntrust Bank which later led to me finding work at an oral surgery office up front.

I ended up being led to work from home after my husband and I had our first child together and the opportunity presented itself to do the office work for the landscape company he worked for that was run by our brother in law.

During my time at home I was reintroduced to a Life Coach and my world was completely turned around.

I learned so much about myself and the conditioning and subconscious programming that had been creating the reality I had been living.

How I was so worthy of so much more and allowed to not only believe it was possible, but that I have so much to give to the world, to myself.

I decided to invest in myself and learn all that I could to transform my perspectives and beliefs from those that hindered and limited me to those that served me and uplifted me.

After my transformation, I was so in awe with how amazing and incredible this was that I had to give back and help as many others as I could to do the same.

I became certified as a Life Coach through Transformation Academy and started my business officially in 2023.

My journey alone in just this one years time has been unbelievable.

Another door was open that led me to podcasting and I started my podcast, Radiant Mom Rising, which has been such an honor and joy to meet all the incredible people I have interviewed and connected with because of that decision to do it.

I am very excited to see where this path takes me.

I am in a place where I believe in myself, my worth, and my ability to create the successful life and business that I have always dreamed of, but for so long doubted I was actually capable of achieving anything more than where I was.

I have proven that it doesn’t matter where you come from or have gone through, you can create a life the way you want starting now if you so choose to do what it takes and believe it is possible.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

You would think that being addicted to drugs as a teenager would be the biggest obstacle I would have overcome and yes it certainly was a huge factor in what has made me who I am today.

However, my greatest obstacle was my insecurity and not knowing my self worth.

That alone is what led me down the path to even be tempted to do drugs.

To feel so desperate and unloved that I didn’t care about the consequences of doing that.

It cost me so much in my life when it came to making decisions and taking chances.

It affected all areas of my life in such negative ways, that it was not until I found life coaching and understood the impact having the insecurity and not knowing my self worth had on my reality and what I was attracting.

That has truly been the best thing I have overcome.

And don’t get me wrong, I am human and I have bad days even now.

But unlike before, I now have so many tools, strategies, and even more, I have a beautiful community of like minded women whom I can turn to in those times and be able to get past it in such a beautiful, positive way in which I never realized was possible.

That has really led me to become the person I am today and I couldn’t be more grateful to those who cared enough to support and encourage me so that I could see a new way for my life and be able to move forward even through the tough times.

That is why I am so passionate to do the same for those I work with.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

As a life coach dedicated to empowering and supporting moms, I innovate by integrating a personalized approach that truly resonates with each client’s unique journey.

I begin by conducting a comprehensive assessment that goes beyond surface level goals.

This includes understanding their personal histories, values, dreams, and the unique challenges they face as moms.

By getting to know the whole person, I can tailor my coaching to their specific needs and aspirations.

Instead of a one size fits all strategy, I create customized roadmaps for each client.

These roadmaps outline actionable steps and milestones that align with their unique gifts, purpose, and desired life goals.

This ensures that their journey is as unique as they are.

A significant part of my coaching focuses on mindset transformation.

I use innovative techniques such as cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness practices, and visualization exercises to help moms shift from a mindset of limitation to one of limitless possibilities.

This shift is crucial for unlocking their full potential.

I believe in the power of accountability.

I don’t just set goals with my clients, I become their accountability partner.

Regular check ins, progress tracking, and supportive feedback loops ensure that they stay on track and remain motivated to achieve their goals.

Through the community membership included in my ‘Mom Biz Mastery’ course, I provide ongoing support and networking opportunities.

This community aspect fosters a sense of belonging and shared growth, which is invaluable for moms navigating similar journeys.

I stay updated with the latest coaching methodologies and tools.

By continuously learning and adapting my coaching techniques, I ensure that my clients benefit from the most effective and innovative strategies available.

Above all, my approach is rooted in empathy and genuine care.

I understand the unique struggles moms face because I’ve been there myself.

This authenticity helps build trust and a deep connection, making the coaching process more impactful.

By combining these innovative strategies, I empower moms to uncover their unique gifts, align their goals with their desired life, and ultimately create a fulfilling and purpose driven life on their own terms.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I am authentic and genuine in my approach.

I believe we all have unique gifts and paths and there is not a one size fits all answer.

I am passionate about helping others to believe in themselves, find their own way, and have fun along the way.

It is all about the journey and not just about the destination.

I feel when we live life in the present instead of just striving for goal after goal in the way so many will tell you we should be doing, that things work out even better than you can imagine and the universe will show you the way.

I, of course, encourage my clients to get out of their comfort zone and try new things as that is one of the best ways to really learn about yourself and what lights you up.

It also is what leads you to new opportunities that can change everything in ways you only dreamed of.

No one successful ever got that way by sitting at home and wishing for things to show up.

They put themselves out there and found their way even through the challenges and obstacles that came their way.

This is why it is so important to have someone there to help guide and support you along the way so you stay strong and keep going no matter what.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

When my clients work with me, they experience a profound transformation.

They gain deep awareness and clarity about who they are at their core and who they aspire to become.

This journey fills them with a sense of peace and satisfaction with where they are now, even as they strive toward their future goals.

They develop an abundant mindset and learn to embrace positive perspectives.

I equip them with practical tools, effective strategies, and achievable goals, empowering them to pursue their dreams confidently.

Throughout our time together, I celebrate every accomplishment, big and small, alongside them.

My unwavering support and genuine love are constants they can always rely on.

My clients benefit from discovering their unique paths and setting realistic goals that align with their true selves.

As they step more fully into the incredible women they were always meant to be, they realize the limitless potential within them.

Working with me isn’t just about achieving goals, it’s about becoming the best version of themselves and creating a life they truly love.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I employ a variety of tools tailored to the unique needs and approaches of each client.

Recognizing that everyone is different in how they pursue their goals and personal growth, I adapt my methods accordingly.

For clients who are goal oriented and eager to set tangible objectives, I find the SMART goals framework to be particularly effective.

This structured approach helps clients clearly define their goals, track progress meticulously, and stay focused on the path from where they are to where they want to be.

Additionally, I emphasize the importance of morning rituals.

Establishing these daily practices can be profoundly transformative, as they create new neural pathways that foster positive habits.

By starting their day with intention and purpose, my clients are better equipped to face the day with strength and clarity.

These tools, among others, enable me to guide my clients efficiently and effectively, ensuring they achieve meaningful and lasting transformations.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

To all the incredible moms out there, know that you are capable of achieving greatness and creating a life that you truly love.

Embrace your strengths, celebrate your journey, and never doubt your worth.

You have the power to transform your dreams into reality and to be the best version of yourself, not just for your family, but for you.

Believe in your potential, seek out support, and remember that you are never alone.

Together, we can build a world where every mom thrives, fulfills her passions, and finds joy in every day.

You deserve all the love, success, and happiness life has to offer.

Let’s rise together and make it happen!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The importance of loving yourself and knowing your worth has been the greatest lesson I have learned in my life.

Without that you are easily influenced and strayed from the path that is created for you to thrive and live your best life.

It starts with you and the rest will fall into place in the way you show up.

Your final thoughts?

I truly hope to inspire anyone reading this to go out there and make your life what you desire it to be.

Believe in yourself no matter where you came from or what you’ve been through.

You are capable of anything you set your mind to and truly worthy of all the love and abundance you dream of.

You are amazing just the way you are so be yourself, share your story, and live life to the fullest!
