In the realm of personal development and emotional well being, an attitude of gratitude is often hailed as a magical tool for elevating your vibration and enhancing your overall quality of life.
However, integrating this mindset into our daily 3D reality can be challenging.
Many people find it difficult to maintain a gratitude practice, often citing forgetfulness or a dislike for journaling.
But fear not!
Whether you are new to the practice or a seasoned gratitude practitioner seeking fresh inspiration, there are effective and enjoyable ways to incorporate gratitude into your daily routine.
Here are three fun and powerful gratitude exercises that can help you cultivate a grateful heart and transform your life.
3 Ways to Become a Grateful Person:
1. The Thanksgiving Dinner Ritual
Every evening, or whenever you gather for a meal with your loved ones, take a moment to reflect on your blessings.
This exercise involves expressing gratitude for everything that is going well in your life and acknowledging the efforts of those around you.
For example, thank your partner for doing the grocery shopping, appreciate the health and happiness of your children, and express gratitude for the food on the table.
Research has shown that expressing gratitude can enhance overall well being.
According to various studies, people who express gratitude regularly experience improved mental health, increased life satisfaction, and reduced stress levels.
2. The Gratitude Break
Set an alarm three times a day to remind yourself to take a gratitude break.
When the alarm goes off, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and think of one thing you are genuinely grateful for in that moment.
Repeat this process three times a day, recalling at least three things each time, and take three deep breaths.
Studies have shown that taking regular breaks to practice gratitude can boost your mood and increase feelings of happiness.
3. Daily Love Letters
Write a short note, an email, a sticky note, or a voice message to someone you are grateful for each day.
This could be a friend, family member, colleague, or even a stranger who made your day better.
Express your appreciation and let them know how much they mean to you.
Expressing gratitude to others can significantly enhance your social connections and increase your sense of belonging.
A study found that people who regularly express gratitude to others experience stronger and more supportive relationships.
The Power of Gratitude: A Path to Success and Fulfillment
Practicing gratitude is one of the most powerful ways to raise your vibration and create a positive ripple effect in the world.
By incorporating these simple exercises into your daily routine, you can cultivate a grateful heart, improve your mental and emotional well being, and inspire others to join the movement of positive transformation.
Gratitude is not just a feel good emotion, it is a scientifically proven practice that can enhance your life in countless ways.
As Zig Ziglar once said,
“The greatest source of happiness is the ability to be grateful at all times.”
So, take a moment today to express your gratitude, and watch as your life transforms in ways you never imagined possible.

Many of us have felt the crushing weight of overwhelm, but there’s a path forward, a route to clarity, confidence, and self actualization.
Today, we’re setting off on a transformative journey together, a journey to conquer overwhelm and take control of your destiny.
Let’s dive in and discover the four vital steps to reclaim your clarity and confidence.
Ready? Let’s begin!
5 Steps to Take Control of Your Destiny:
Step 1: Rediscover Your Purpose
Think back to a time when you felt truly alive and passionate.
Perhaps it was a project at work, a hobby, or a volunteer activity.
Recall the energy and joy you felt.
This is a clue to your purpose.
Purpose isn’t always about grand achievements, it’s often found in the small, meaningful moments that ignite our passion.
As Viktor Frankl, a renowned psychologist, said, “Those who have a ‘why’ to live can bear with almost any ‘how.'”
It’s time to reignite the spark of purpose within you.
Your purpose is your compass, guiding you toward a fulfilling and meaningful existence.
Studies have shown that having a sense of purpose can significantly improve your mental and physical health.
According to research published in JAMA Network, individuals with a strong sense of purpose are less likely to suffer from heart disease and have better cognitive function as they age.
Take a moment to reflect on what truly lights up your soul, what makes you come alive…
What activities or hobbies bring you the most joy and satisfaction?
What are you naturally good at, and what do people often compliment you on or seek your advice for?
Can you recall moments when you felt truly alive and connected to your purpose?
If you are not afraid and could do anything knowing that you cannot fail, what would it be?
How do you want to make a difference in the world, and what legacy do you want to leave behind?
Write down your answers to these questions in a journal.
Reflecting on your responses can help you identify patterns and recurring themes.
Talk with friends, family, or a coach about your reflections.
Sometimes, an outside perspective can provide valuable insights.
Try out different activities or volunteer for causes that interest you.
Pay attention to how you feel during and after these experiences.
Your purpose is not just a lofty ambition, it’s the driving force behind every action you take.
Step 2: Embrace Your Core Values
Imagine a boat sailing in the ocean.
Your values are like the rudder of the boat, guiding you through the waves of life.
Without a rudder, the boat would drift aimlessly, at the mercy of the currents.
Similarly, without clear values, you may find yourself swayed by external pressures and unsure of your direction.
When you live in alignment with your values, you steer your life with confidence and purpose.
Research in psychological well being highlights the importance of value alignment.
When our actions align with our values, life becomes a harmonious journey.
But when there’s a disconnect, we experience inner turmoil and conflict.
What truly matters to you?
What brings me the most joy and fulfillment in life?
When do I feel most proud of myself?
What activities or actions make me feel most alive and engaged?
Which people in my life do I admire most, and why?
When faced with a difficult decision, what factors do I consider most important?
What do I prioritize spending my time and energy on?
What qualities do I look for in my closest relationships?
When have I felt the most authentic and true to myself?
What principles or beliefs guide my decisions and actions?
Answering these questions will give you a clear understanding of what your core values are.
By embracing your core values, you empower yourself to make decisions that honor your true essence.
Step 3: Envision Your Ideal Future
Where do you see yourself in 1 year? In 5 years? In 10 years? In 20?
Do you have any clear idea?
You know what they say, “If you don’t know where you are going, any path will lead you there.”
That’s absolutely true.
If you want to take control of your destiny you need to know what you want your destiny to be first.
Who do you want to become?
Where do you want to live?
How you would like your life to look like?
What do you want to do?
With who?
What legacy you want to leave behind?
Your vision for the future is a canvas, and each action you take adds color and depth to your life’s painting.
As you paint your vision with intention and clarity, you create a beautiful and fulfilling reality.
Once you know the answers to these questions, visualize your desired future.
Visualization techniques have been widely studied in psychology and sports science.
A study found that athletes who visualize their performance before competition show significant improvements in actual performance.
This principle applies to all areas of life, visualizing your goals can enhance motivation and increase the likelihood of achieving them.
Step 4: Take Inventory of Your Destiny
Now comes the crucial step: taking inventory of your life and letting go of anything that no longer serves your purpose, values, or visions.
Imagine a gardener tending to a lush, overgrown garden.
To make space for new plants to thrive, they must first prune away the weeds and dead branches.
Similarly, by taking inventory of your life and removing what no longer serves you, you create space for new growth and opportunities.
This process requires patience and dedication, but the result is a vibrant, flourishing garden of life.
It’s time to declutter your life, making room for the abundance that awaits you.
Use the following to cluster your inventory items:
1. Quick Wins: Identify low hanging fruits, things you can let go of or change immediately. Start with these quick wins to gain momentum and build confidence.
2. Tricky but Doable: Some changes require more effort and resilience. Identify these areas and commit to tackling them head on. Remember, every small step counts.
3. Long term Tasks: Certain aspects of your life may need deeper consideration and planning. Take your time to strategize and prioritize these tasks once you’ve addressed the immediate challenges.
Step 5: Take Action
But the journey doesn’t end here.
All information in the world is pointless unless you take action.
The final step IS how you actually take control of your destiny: take action!
Till now we were setting our sails toward our desired destination.
Now is the time to actually take sail towards our dream life.
Sleep is often underestimated in its role as a cornerstone of success and fulfillment.
Yet, it is the very foundation upon which our mental clarity, emotional stability, and physical health are built.
In the pursuit of our goals, we often sacrifice sleep, believing that burning the midnight oil will bring us closer to achievement.
However, this approach is counterproductive and can lead to burnout, diminished cognitive function, and decreased overall well being.
Mental Clarity and Cognitive Function
Adequate sleep enhances our ability to think clearly, make sound decisions, and approach challenges with creativity and resilience.
It is during sleep that our brains consolidate memories, process information, and repair neural pathways, which are essential for learning and problem solving.
A study by Walker and Stickgold (2004) highlights that sleep is crucial for memory consolidation, transforming short term memories into long term ones.
Sleep deprivation, on the other hand, impairs these functions, leading to reduced productivity and an increased likelihood of mistakes.
According to research by Killgore (2010), lack of sleep can significantly impact cognitive performance, affecting attention, executive function, and emotional regulation.
Emotional Stability and Stress Regulation
Emotionally, sleep plays a crucial role in regulating our mood and stress levels.
A well rested mind is better equipped to handle the ups and downs of daily life, fostering a positive outlook and emotional resilience.
Sleep helps to balance the levels of stress hormones like cortisol, which in turn supports a stable mood.
In contrast, sleep deprivation can exacerbate feelings of anxiety and depression, making it harder to stay motivated and focused on our goals.
A study published in the Journal of Sleep Research found that individuals who are sleep deprived are more prone to emotional reactivity and mood swings (Palmer and Alfano, 2017).
Physical Health and Recovery
Physically, sleep is vital for the body’s repair and recovery processes.
It supports immune function, reduces inflammation, and helps maintain a healthy metabolism.
During sleep, the body produces cytokines, proteins that help fight infection and inflammation.
Without sufficient rest, we are more susceptible to illnesses and chronic conditions that can hinder our progress and diminish our quality of life.
Research by Irwin et al. (2016) demonstrates that sleep is integral to immune system function, and chronic sleep deprivation is linked to increased risks of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and obesity.
5 Easy Steps to Improve Sleep:
Incorporating good sleep hygiene into our routines is an investment in our future success and fulfillment.
Here are some practical steps to improve sleep quality:
1. Prioritize a Consistent Sleep Schedule
Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day helps regulate your body’s internal clock.
Consistency reinforces the sleep wake cycle, making it easier to fall asleep and wake up refreshed.
This regularity ensures that your body is in sync with its natural circadian rhythms, promoting more restful and restorative sleep.
2. Create a Restful Environment
Ensure your sleeping environment is conducive to rest.
This includes a comfortable mattress and pillows, a cool room temperature, and minimal noise and light.
A dark, quiet, and cool environment helps signal to your body that it is time to wind down and prepare for sleep.
Investing in blackout curtains, white noise machines, or fans can significantly improve your sleep quality.
3. Limit Exposure to Screens Before Bed
The blue light emitted by phones, tablets, and computers can interfere with your body’s production of melatonin, the hormone that regulates sleep.
Aim to turn off screens at least an hour before bedtime.
Instead, engage in relaxing activities like reading a book, taking a warm bath, or practicing gentle stretching exercises to signal to your body that it’s time to wind down.
4. Practice Relaxation Techniques
Engage in relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or gentle yoga before bed to reduce stress and prepare your body for sleep.
Activities like progressive muscle relaxation, visualization exercises, or listening to calming music can help quiet your mind and reduce anxiety, making it easier to drift off to sleep.
5. Avoid Stimulants Late in the Day
Caffeine and nicotine can disrupt your ability to fall asleep.
Try to avoid these stimulants in the late afternoon and evening.
Additionally, be mindful of the hidden sources of caffeine in foods and medications.
Opt for herbal teas or other non caffeinated beverages in the evening to avoid interfering with your sleep.
Conclusion
By valuing sleep as an integral part of our journey, we enhance our capacity to achieve our aspirations with vigor and sustained well being.
True success is not just about reaching our goals but doing so with a balanced and healthy mind and body.
Prioritizing sleep through consistent routines, a restful environment, and relaxation techniques can lead to significant improvements in mental, emotional, and physical health, paving the way for success and fulfillment in all areas of life.
Remember, a well rested mind and body are the ultimate tools for achieving your dreams with resilience and clarity.
We’ve all experienced those moments when it feels like everything is falling apart.
The plans we made crumble, the relationships we cherished falter, and the paths we were so sure of suddenly seem unclear.
But what if I told you that these moments of disarray are not the end, but rather a powerful beginning?
When everything falls apart, it’s a signal that everything wants to fall into place.
The Struggle Trap
We often hold onto situations, habits, and relationships that keep us in a perpetual state of struggle and unfulfillment.
It’s human nature to cling to the familiar, even if it’s not serving us well.
This attachment to the known can make it incredibly difficult to let go, even when we know deep down that these things are not aligned with our true desires and potential.
Research in psychology shows that humans have a cognitive bias known as the “status quo bias,” where we prefer things to remain the same rather than change, even if the change could be beneficial.
This bias can trap us in unhealthy patterns and prevent us from moving forward.
Letting Go
The first and most crucial step when you feel like everything is falling apart is to let go.
This doesn’t mean giving up or admitting defeat.
Rather, it’s about releasing the old to make space for the new.
It’s about trusting the process and believing that by letting go of what no longer serves you, you are creating room for something better to enter your life.
The concept of letting go is supported by numerous psychological studies that highlight the benefits of releasing negative emotions and attachments.
For example, a study by the American Psychological Association found that individuals who practice mindfulness and letting go experience lower stress levels and greater emotional well being.
Creating Space for the New
When you let go of the junk: the negativity, the self doubt, the toxic relationships, and the limiting beliefs, you create a fertile ground for new opportunities, relationships, and experiences to take root.
It’s like clearing out a cluttered room.
Once the space is free, you can redecorate it in a way that brings you joy and fulfillment.
Embrace the Transition
Transitions are often uncomfortable, but they are also a time of great potential.
As you let go of the old, stay open to the new.
Trust that The Universe is rearranging things in your favor, even if it doesn’t seem that way immediately.
Be patient with yourself during this process.
Embrace the uncertainty as a necessary part of your growth and transformation.
According to the transtheoretical model of change, transitions involve multiple stages including precontemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, and maintenance.
Understanding these stages can help you navigate the transition more effectively.
Practical Steps to Let Go:
1. Identify What’s Holding You Back
Make a list of the things, habits, and people that are keeping you stuck in a place of struggle and unfulfillment.
This process of identification is similar to the cognitive behavioral technique of self monitoring, where individuals track their thoughts and behaviors to identify patterns and triggers .
2. Take Conscious Action
Begin to consciously release these elements from your life.
This might mean having difficult conversations, changing your routine, or simply shifting your mindset.
Conscious action is supported by the principle of cognitive restructuring in cognitive behavioral therapy, which involves changing maladaptive thoughts and behaviors .
3. Create New Habits
Replace the old with new, positive habits that align with your goals and values.
Habit formation research suggests that creating new habits involves consistency, repetition, and positive reinforcement.
Studies have shown that it takes an average of 21 days to 66 days to form a new habit.
21 days is the bare minimum when the habit starts to become part of your routine and 66 days is usualy the time it takes the habit to fully integrate (in other words, to be easier to do the new habit than to not do it).
4. Seek Support
Don’t hesitate to reach out to friends, family, or a life coach for support during this transition.
Social support is a critical factor in mental health and well being.
Research indicates that individuals with strong social support networks are more resilient to stress and have better overall health outcomes.
Conclusion
When it feels like everything is falling apart, remember that it’s an opportunity for everything to fall into place.
Your task is to let go of everything that keeps you in a struggle filled and unfulfilled place.
By creating space, you invite new, wonderful things into your life.
Trust the process, embrace the transition, and look forward to the incredible opportunities that await you.
Your best life is on the other side of letting go.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
My family and I are doing well, all things considered.
The pandemic certainly presented its challenges, but we’ve emerged stronger and more resilient than ever before.
We’re grateful for our health and the opportunity to reevaluate our priorities and find new ways to thrive.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
The pandemic certainly had a significant impact on my clients, as it did for so many around the world.
Many experienced heightened anxiety, uncertainty, and disruption to their daily routines and long term plans.
As a coach, I witnessed my clients grappling with challenges such as:
Navigating the transition to remote work and online learning.
Dealing with social isolation and the lack of in person connection.
Coping with financial strain and career and business uncertainty.
Prioritising self care and mental health amidst the chaos.
At the same time, the pandemic also presented opportunities for profound personal growth and transformation.
Many of my clients used this time to reconnect with their values, reevaluate their priorities, and make meaningful shifts in their lives.
Personally, the pandemic also presented obstacles, as I had to quickly pivot my in person workshops and community outreach efforts.
However, I was able to leverage my strong online presence and digital skill set to maintain and even expand my reach.
Ultimately, this period reinforced the importance of holistic, accessible support for overall health and well being.
However, this experience has only deepened my commitment to my work and my clients.
I’ve emerged from this period with an even stronger sense of purpose, resilience, and innovation.
My coaching approach has evolved to better support my clients in navigating complex, challenging times with clarity, courage, and compassion.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
The pandemic taught me so many invaluable lessons, but a few stand out as particularly profound:
1. The importance of adaptability and embracing change.
The ability to pivot, innovate, and find new ways of operating was essential to not just surviving, but thriving during such uncertain times.
2. The power of community and connection (even when physically distanced).
Finding ways to stay emotionally and socially connected, whether virtually or in small, safe ways, was a lifeline for so many.
3. The necessity of prioritising self care and mental health.
The pandemic underscored how crucial it is to build resilience, cultivate inner resources, and make our wellbeing a top priority.
4. The fragility, yet also the resilience, of the human spirit.
I witnessed both immense suffering and awe inspiring acts of courage, kindness, and growth during this period.
It was a powerful reminder of our capacity to overcome challenges.
5. The interconnectedness of all things.
The pandemic revealed how our individual actions and choices impact the greater whole.
It highlighted our responsibility to care for one another and our planet.
These lessons have fundamentally transformed the way I approach my life and my work as a coach.
They continue to inspire me to help my clients develop the mindsets, skills, and practices to navigate uncertainty with grace.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I’ve always had a deep passion for personal growth, wellness, and helping others unlock their full potential.
I’m a professional Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, energy healer, and mental health counsellor.
I’ve been passionate about helping people achieve optimal health and well being through an integrative, mind and body approach for many years.
My coaching journey began after I completed my training as an auxiliary nurse and became deeply interested in the interplay between emotional, mental, and physical health.
I witnessed firsthand how a holistic approach could have a profound impact, so I pursued additional certifications in areas like professional Holistic Health Coach, energy healing, and mental health support.
Over the past years, I’ve built a thriving online coaching practice, helping clients overcome challenges like depression, stress, and lack of life balance.
I’m also focused on empowering women and serving marginalised communities through initiatives like my “PainEase” project to support menstrual health naturally and sharing Sanitary pads to unprivileged women and girl children in slum areas.
Today, I’m the founder of Holisticflo, a thriving coaching and education platform that empowers individuals around the world to cultivate their most fulfilled, authentic lives.
It’s been an immensely rewarding journey, and I’m honoured to guide my clients through their own transformative experiences.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
The biggest obstacle I had to overcome was witnessing the neglect of health and reliance on harmful superstitions within my own community growing up.
I saw too many instances where people would refuse to seek proper medical care, instead attributing illness to witchcraft or other supernatural causes.
There were even cases where people died unnecessarily because they were denied basic treatment.
Seeing these tragedies unfold fueled my passion for taking a more holistic, evidence based approach to health and wellness.
I made it my mission to educate people and advocate for them to seek the care they needed, rather than falling victim to dangerous beliefs.
This core experience shaped my coaching philosophy and approach, I’m driven to empower my clients to take charge of their well being and not accept any barriers to accessing the support they deserve.
Overcoming that systemic challenge in my community was incredibly difficult, but it’s also what makes me who I am today.
It’s given me a profound empathy and commitment to helping others overcome obstacles, make positive changes, and reach their full potential.
That personal history is a big part of what makes my coaching unique and impactful.
I’m forever grateful for the lessons it taught me and the way it continues to inform my work.
The Coaching Style:

Most importantly, I tailor my methods to each individual, blending modalities like online and one on one coaching, group workshops, and self guided resources.
The goal is to empower my clients to take an active role in their health and wellness journey.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
What makes my coaching approach truly unique is the way I seamlessly blend cutting edge, evidence based psychology and neuroscience with ancient wisdom traditions and holistic healing modalities.
I don’t believe in a one size fits all methodology.
Instead, I take the time to deeply understand each client’s unique needs, goals, and learning style.
Then I customize a transformative journey that draws from a vast toolkit of techniques and resources.
At the core of my approach is a deep reverence for the mind, body and spirit connection.
I help my clients cultivate greater self awareness, emotional intelligence, and somatic intelligence, empowering them to make profound shifts not just in their thoughts and behaviours, but in their very experience of being.
This integrated, holistic approach allows my clients to access profound, lasting change.
They don’t just feel better temporarily, but they develop the mindsets, habits, and resources to continue evolving and thriving long after our work together.
Additionally, I place a major emphasis on practical, actionable strategies.
My clients leave our sessions not just with insights, but with concrete plans and accountability structures to help them make consistent, meaningful progress.
Ultimately, my unique approach is designed to guide my clients towards what I call “whole person transformation”, a level of change that positively impacts every facet of their lives.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
My clients experience a profound transformation after working with me.
I help them uncover their true potential, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop the mindset and practical skills to create the life they truly desire.
Some of the key benefits my clients report include:
Greater self awareness, confidence, and self acceptance, larity on their core values, purpose, and lots more.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
In my coaching practice, I utilise a variety of somatic and mindfulness based tools to help clients achieve their goals.
This includes guided visualisations, breathwork exercises, body centred awareness practices, and journaling prompts.
I find that these techniques help clients access their inner wisdom, release blockages, and cultivate the self regulatory skills needed for lasting transformation.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
If I had a super megaphone to share a message with the world, I would say:
Embrace your wholeness.
Your body holds the key to your deepest healing and transformation.
Trust the wisdom within, and know that you have the power to create the life you desire.
Together, we can unlock our collective potential and build a more compassionate, connected world, I’m here to help and support you if you ever need my support.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
The greatest lesson I’ve learned in my life is the power of self-acceptance and self love.
For so long, I struggled with feelings of inadequacy, self doubt, and the constant pursuit of external validation.
It was a painful and exhausting way to live.
But through my own personal growth journey, I’ve come to deeply understand and embody the truth that our worthiness is innate.
We are all infinitely deserving of love, belonging, and fulfilment, exactly as we are.
When we can fully accept and cherish ourselves, our strengths, our flaws, our unique quirks and qualities, we unlock an incredible wellspring of inner peace, resilience, and creative potential.
We stop looking to others to define us and instead learn to trust the profound wisdom of our own hearts and souls.
This lesson has revolutionised every aspect of my life.
It has allowed me to forge deeper, more authentic connections, pursue my passions with unwavering conviction, and show up fully in service of others.
And it is the foundational principle that underpins all of my work as a coach.
My greatest hope is to help my clients also realise this life changing truth, that they are whole, perfect, and enough, just as they are.
From that place of self love and self acceptance, the possibilities for growth, joy, and positive impact are truly limitless.
Your final thoughts?
My final thoughts are a heartfelt invitation for anyone seeking a more holistic, empowering approach to personal growth to consider the transformative power of Holistic Health and mind and body integration.
By learning to listen to the wisdom of our bodies and align our thoughts, feelings, and actions, we can unlock our fullest potential and become the authors of our own extraordinary lives.
The journey may not always be easy, but the rewards of self discovery, resilience, and fulfilment are immeasurable.
I’m honored to guide others on this profound path of personal transformation.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
Three years back, I was a burnt out medical doctor who became a first time mum at peak pandemic, and hit post partum depression right after.
So, it was really tough.
I still remember looking into my new born’s eyes and thinking why would you choose me.
I was feeling lost, empty and unfulfilled.
This is where my journey to come back to myself, of self discovery, of healing began.
My way back my true authentic self.
I struggled with low self confidence, low self esteem, constant need for external validation and no self worth.
Now, I am a global transformational speaker, podcaster, best selling author, RTT clinical therapist and a Jay Shetty certified inner power access life coach.
I would love to share the in between journey of how I found my way back to myself, finding and aligning with my BIG WHY in the interview.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
Both me and my husband were working full time as medical doctors when the pandemic started.
I ran into burn out.
I remember hating wearing masks because old patients struggled to hear me.
My parents were to take a flight from India to be with me before I delivered my son and just a day before all the travel shut down.
We live in the UK and have no family here.
I was with my son by myself for the first six months of his life.
This is the time when we had strict quarantines.
My husband did get paternity leave, but it was only two weeks.
Now I look back at it as a blessing in disguise, because that is where I began my inner healing and self discovery journey.
I feel very proud of my journey back to my true authentic self in the last three years.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
The journey is inside out, the happiness, success anything we seek, I was going outside in before the pandemic.
This led to burn out and me feeling lost and empty.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I worked with my coach for six months and the clarity, on point results I had were spectacular.
I wanted to be that person for other women facing similar challenges.
So, I chose to train as a Jay Shetty certified coach.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Visibility issues.
Just years back, I had severe struggles with even pushing the button to post a video I did.
This boiled down to my self worth and self esteem issues.
What have I got to offer is not worth sharing, is not valuable enough. Who would want to listen to it?
I was sexually abused as a four year old child for months by a cousin 15 year older than me.
I lived with the guilt and shame for 30 years.
Choosing to face it head on and stop running away from it with therapy and coaching, self love and self compassion has helped me let go of the guilt and shame.
I shared it for the very first time in my chapter in the book “Voices of Impact volume 4”.
I never thought I will ever be able to do that.
I have received messages from women who felt seen and heard by just reading that.
I niche in working with women who have experienced childhood sexual abuse.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I tailor make my offering for the client across me with a 12 week programme of in general nine inner power access coaching sessions and three subconscious reboot rapid transformational therapy sessions.
The number of either of the two can vary depending on that particular client’s requirement.
This helps me work precisely with the subconscious and conscious mind and breakthrough the limiting beliefs and blocks that come up.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I use the intuitive approach in coaching.
I truly believe that we as souls who have chosen to come here with a unique purpose, mission.
I truly want to help my clients as a coach and therapist, my audience as a speaker, my readers as an author and my listeners as a podcaster to help align with their soul’s purpose, let their inner light shine bright and help them let go and break through all the limiting beliefs, “shoulds”, traumas holding them back from being their authentic self to lead a life that is meaningful, purposeful, fulfilling to them on a daily basis.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
They find clarity about their bigger WHY.
They realise that they are whole, resourceful and complete.
They already have the way and means to get to the answer, I am here to facilitate that journey with powerful, intentional questions.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Helping my clients find with their bigger WHY and how to align their actions with it.
Soul alignment coaching journey.
Inner child healing work.
Visualisation techniques.
To be list.
GROW model.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Doing the self love mirror exercise daily…
Look into your eyes in the mirror first thing in the morning:
“I love you (say your name) truly, deeply and unconditionally. I love and accept all parts of you.”
Keep at it, morning and evening for life.
Your inner child needs your love and compassion.
It needs to be seen and heard.
Stop shutting it down.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
Life is not about success and failure.
Life is about learning and growth.
Your final thoughts?
Embracing your authenticity and vulnerability is your biggest super power.
Be authentically and unapologetically you.
You are a heroic soul, who chose to embody this life journey, to learn, grow, progress, you came in with a unique path and purpose.
None of us came in here to squeeze, lose who we really are to fit into somebody else’s or even our own “shoulds”.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
When I reflect on the pandemic, I feel incredibly fortunate for how my family, and I navigated through it with minimal scars.
Despite the numerous challenges, we managed to avoid falling ill and overcame the barrier of distance with our loved ones, many of whom are in North America while we live in Switzerland.
The quarantines and the regulations were tough, but our circumstances helped us through.
Living in the countryside was a significant advantage.
Social distancing was effortless, and we had the luxury of fresh air and open spaces.
This environment played a crucial role in maintaining our physical and mental well being.
Instead of feeling isolated, we found solace in our surroundings.
The forced time together turned into a blessing.
We strengthened our bonds, spending quality time with one another and discovering new ways to appreciate each other’s presence.
Along with my husband, balancing work from home with our daughter’s schooling required us to adapt to each other’s needs and schedules.
We learned to be efficient and supportive, finding a rhythm that worked for all of us.
In the end, we emerged from this challenging period stronger and more connected than before.
The adversity brought us closer and highlighted the resilience and adaptability we didn’t know we had.
It’s a chapter in our lives that, despite its difficulties, we look back on with a sense of pride and gratitude.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
The coronavirus pandemic had a profound impact on me personally, as it did on many people and organizations worldwide.
During this challenging period, I was employed and offered the role of Chief People Officer.
At the time, I was filled with many doubts, but I have never been one to shy away from a challenge.
In place of clients, I would reflect on the workforce I was managing at the time.
One of the primary concerns was the well being of our employees.
With everyone suddenly working from home, people found themselves in uncharted territory.
Some were trying to balance work with family life in a confined space, while others struggled to adapt to new schedules and the lack of a clear boundary between work and personal time.
This new work at home scenario required significant adjustments.
I can share numerous experiences from that time, where my coaching skills were put to the test.
Many employees found it difficult to cope with the sudden shift, and it was essential to provide them with the support they needed.
Empathy was the cornerstone of our approach.
Understanding and addressing their concerns was crucial in helping them navigate this new normal.
One key aspect was helping individuals come to their own conclusions and find solutions that worked for them.
This empowerment was vital for their personal and professional growth during such an uncertain time.
Additionally, raising awareness among managers about the need for flexibility was essential.
We encouraged managers to be more understanding and adaptive to each team member’s unique situation.
Overall, the pandemic was a test of resilience and adaptability for everyone involved.
It highlighted the importance of empathy, support, and flexibility in maintaining a productive and healthy work environment.
These experiences have undoubtedly shaped my approach to leadership and coaching, reinforcing the value of compassion and understanding in any professional setting.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
Throughout my journey, I’ve learned a few essential principles that have guided me and shaped my interactions with others:
1. Be kind.
During the early days of the pandemic, a simple act of kindness from a neighbor, leaving a care package at our doorstep, reminded me of the profound impact kindness can have.
2. Be patient.
I remember helping a colleague adapt to remote work.
It was a slow process, but patience allowed us to find a rhythm that worked, ultimately leading to a more productive and harmonious work environment.
3. Listen carefully.
In one memorable conversation, I listened to a colleague pour out their frustrations.
It wasn’t until I truly listened, without interrupting or judging, that we were able to identify the core issues and work towards a solution.
4. Don’t judge.
We are all human, each with our own struggles.
I recall a time when I was quick to judge a team member’s performance, only to later learn about the personal challenges they were facing.
This experience taught me the importance of withholding judgment and offering support instead.
We need each other.
As the saying goes, “It takes a village.”
The pandemic underscored this truth.
We needed to unite, support one another, and share our strengths to overcome the immense challenges we faced.
From neighbors helping with groceries to teams finding new ways to collaborate, unity was our greatest asset.
These principles, kindness, patience, careful listening, and non judgment, have not only helped me navigate personal and professional challenges but also reinforced the importance of community and mutual support.
Together, we can overcome even the most daunting obstacles.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I’ve always been a big hearted person, brimming with positivity and constantly searching for my place in this world.
My joy comes from spreading good cheer and being around people.
Although my career began in technology, I eventually shifted towards human resources but never forgetting my geeky roots, driven by a passion for people management, which has always been one of my strongest career anchors.
My journey into coaching began quite unexpectedly.
Due to circumstances beyond my control, I found myself on a layoff list, receiving notice out of the blue.
This sudden change forced me to take a step back and reflect on my career.
It was then that I realized I had been coaching and mentoring team members for decades, sharing best practices and helping them improve their emotional intelligence to better position themselves with their teams and managers.
As I delved deeper into my past, I recognized a deep rooted calling to help others advance in their paths.
This calling has been with me since high school when I served as a peer tutor, helping fellow students navigate complex mathematical problems.
Today, the most significant satisfaction in my career comes from seeing others succeed.
Reflecting on my journey, I understand that my passion for coaching and mentoring has always been a central part of who I am.
The unexpected turn in my career only reinforced this passion, guiding me towards a path where I can truly make a difference in others’ lives.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
As an immigrant, my journey has been one of adaptability and resilience.
Starting from the bottom and working my way up, I’ve faced and overcome numerous challenges, including the harsh reality of racism.
These hardships, experienced more than once, only fueled my determination to help others feel accepted and supported.
This is where my empathetic approach began.
Each struggle strengthened my resolve to ensure that everyone, regardless of their background, has a chance to succeed.
Over time, this empathy has grown into a core part of who I am and how I work.
I believe that everyone has a unique superpower embedded within them.
My job now is to help individuals recognize their superpowers and leverage them to lead purposeful lives and careers.
It’s incredibly fulfilling to see someone realize their potential and use it to make a meaningful impact.
My motto in life has always been, “If at first you don’t succeed, try and try again until you do.”
This growth mindset has carried me through many tough times and brought me a long way.
Today, I am passionate about sharing this mindset with others, inspiring them to persist and thrive despite any obstacles they may face.
My story is a testament to the power of resilience, empathy, and a growth mindset.
By embracing these principles, I’ve not only carved out a path for myself but also dedicated my life to helping others do the same.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
Innovation can take many forms, and in my coaching practices, I’ve chosen to focus on fostering strong human to human (H2H) relationships.
While technology offers a multitude of solutions, virtual coaching platforms, mobile apps, AI, and chatbots… I believe in the power of personal connections.
By keeping my method personal, I create lasting bonds with the people I coach, providing them with a safe space where they can be themselves and feel comfortable sharing their pain points.
One instance stands out to me.
I was working with a person who initially struggled to open up.
Through consistent, empathetic interactions, we built a trustful relationship.
This allowed us to delve deeper into their challenges and uncover areas for improvement that technology alone might have missed.
Our honest conversations paved the way for creating an effective, personalized game plan that led to significant progress over time.
In terms of innovation, my approach is about blending the old with the new.
I incorporate the latest tools and techniques where they can enhance the coaching experience but always prioritize the human element.
For example, I use digital tools to track progress and provide resources, but the core of my coaching remains centered on one on one interactions.
This balance ensures that the people I work with benefit from technological advancements without losing the personal touch that is crucial for meaningful growth.
Ultimately, my goal is to innovate by humanizing the coaching experience.
In a world increasingly driven by technology, maintaining that personal connection is a form of innovation.
It’s about recognizing that while technology can facilitate certain aspects of coaching, the heart of progress lies in genuine human relationships.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I’m often asked this question, and for me, it boils down to a few core beliefs and methods:
Firstly, I genuinely care about the success of those I coach.
This stems from a deep rooted belief that everyone has the potential to progress and succeed with the right guidance tailored to their unique needs.
I also believe that coaching doesn’t have to be rigid or serious.
In fact, I inject humor and make it enjoyable.
Building a strong relationship with those I coach is essential, and laughter often helps break down barriers and foster a more open dialogue.
One thing that may be special about my approach is that I’m not afraid to ask unconventional questions.
These “off the wall” questions are intentional, they’re designed to nudge those I coach outside their comfort zones.
It’s in these moments of discomfort that we often discover new perspectives and unlock a wealth of possibilities.
For instance, I once asked a client about their childhood dream job, expecting a standard response.
Instead, it led to a profound discussion about their passions and aspirations, ultimately shaping their career path in unexpected ways.
In essence, my coaching is about creating a safe yet dynamic environment where growth and transformation can flourish.
It’s about combining genuine care, tailored facilitation, humor, and thought provoking questions to help individuals tap into their full potential and achieve meaningful success.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
Firstly, many discover their true path through introspection.
One client, unsure of their career direction, found clarity through our sessions, uncovering their passion and purpose.
Secondly, clients often experience a surge in confidence.
For example, a client who initially doubted their abilities found renewed self assurance, enabling them to pursue ambitious goals fearlessly.
Moreover, clients feel more impactful and intentional in their actions.
One memorable instance was a client in leadership, who refined their approach to decision making, leading to greater influence and positive change within their team.
Lastly, there’s a sense of empowerment.
Clients emerge from our coaching feeling they can conquer the world.
This empowerment isn’t just about achieving personal goals but about embracing challenges with resilience and determination.
Each client’s journey is unique, but these shared outcomes illustrate the profound impact of our collaborative work.
It’s about guiding individuals to not only succeed professionally but also thrive personally, empowered to navigate their lives with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
When it comes to maximizing efficiency in my coaching practice, I rely on a curated set of tools that have proven transformative for my clients:
Firstly, I guide clients through self assessment exercises to explore their career anchors and unique traits.
One client, uncertain of their career direction, embarked on a journey of self discovery that revealed their true passions and strengths.
Active listening and reflective feedback are integral to my coaching approach.
By deeply engaging with my clients’ perspectives and emotions, I create a safe space for them to explore challenges and insights.
For instance, a client’s reflection on past achievements led to newfound clarity and confidence in their career path.
Goal setting and action planning are pivotal in translating aspirations into actionable steps.
I recently worked with a client to break down their ambitious goals into manageable tasks, empowering them to progress consistently towards success.
Lastly, visualization techniques, such as creating vision boards, inspire clients to visualize their goals vividly.
One memorable experience was a client who visualized their dream career through images and affirmations, fostering a powerful sense of motivation and alignment.
These tools not only streamline our coaching sessions but also empower clients to navigate their personal and professional journeys with clarity, purpose, and measurable progress.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.
Your potential is limitless if you believe in yourself.
Your future begins the moment you take the first step toward self discovery.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is to live in the present.
There was a time when I was so focused on the future that I forgot to appreciate the here and now.
I reached a point of burnout, overwhelmed by the unending demands of work.
One evening, my husband decided to disconnect my computer and insisted we watch a movie together with our daughter.
It was during this movie, filled with laughter and joy, that I realized how much I was missing.
The film itself was funny, but it was the giggles of my daughter and the booming laugh of my husband that truly stayed with me.
In that moment, I saw the beauty of living in the present.
Appreciating your loved ones became even more vital during the pandemic.
Being confined at home allowed me to reconnect with my family in ways I hadn’t before.
We cooked meals together, played games, and truly cherished each other’s company.
These moments became precious memories that we’ll carry with us forever.
Creating memories is something I’ve come to value deeply.
It’s easy to get caught up in the daily grind, but I’ve learned the immense reward of creating lasting memories.
Instead of spending money on gifts or trinkets, investing in experiences that create lasting memories has proven far more fulfilling.
Living for purpose and passion is a deeply fulfilling objective.
When I began focusing on what truly makes me happy and what I’m passionate about, I found a profound sense of fulfillment.
Whether through work, hobbies, or relationships, living with intention has brought immense satisfaction and meaning to my life.
Your final thoughts?
In conclusion, remember that it’s never too late to embrace your unique strengths and unleash them upon the world.
Much like a chrysalis transforming into a butterfly, change brings new possibilities.
Our journey through life is shaped by pivotal events that mold us into the resilient individuals we are destined to become.
I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason and at the right time.
So, dare to be bold and brave in pursuing your dreams.

Identity shifting is a powerful technique that involves transforming your self concept to align with the life you desire.
While it may sound complex, the process is straightforward yet profoundly impactful.
You see, everything starts with the Identity.
First you need to BE the person you want to be, in order to DO and HAVE the things that are aligned with that Identity.
If you start from the other way (like most people), first DOING and trying to HAVE enough of the things that make up a certain Identity, so you can BE who you want to be, then you get stuck in an endless loop.
And the doing feels heavy, there is resistance, friction.
The moment you stop doing, you get back at being your old self.
Because in order to BE who you want, you need to change your Identity first.
Then the HAVING and DOING come naturally and smoothly.
Let’s dive into how and why identity shifting can unlock your potential and lead you to success.
Understanding Identity Shifting
Our identities fundamentally shape our thoughts, behaviors, and realities.
When we believe in our dreams and see ourselves as capable of achieving them, our actions naturally follow.
This alignment between our self concept and our goals is crucial for manifesting the life we want.
Shifting your identity allows you to break free from limiting beliefs and step into your full potential, effortlessly attracting and sustaining the success you desire.
Research in psychology suggests that our self concept influences our behavior.
Studies show that individuals who view themselves positively are more likely to pursue and achieve their goals.
Many people live in a state of self doubt and negativity, missing out on their true potential.
However, everyone has a unique gift meant to be shared with the world.
Dr. Joe Dispenza: The Power of Mindset and Belief
Dr. Joe Dispenza is a leading figure in the field of neuroscience and personal development.
His research focuses on the intersection of science and spirituality, exploring how our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions can shape our reality.
Dispenza’s journey began after a severe accident that left him with multiple spinal fractures.
Instead of undergoing surgery, he chose to heal himself using the power of his mind.
This experience led him to study the science behind spontaneous healing and the potential of human consciousness.
Dr. Dispenza’s teachings emphasize the importance of changing one’s thoughts and beliefs to create a new identity.
According to his research, our brains are highly malleable and capable of forming new neural connections, a concept known as neuroplasticity.
By visualizing and emotionally engaging with a new identity, we can rewire our brains to align with our desired reality.
In his book, “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself,” Dispenza explains how to break free from negative thought patterns and habits that hold us back.
He provides practical techniques for meditation and visualization, helping individuals tap into their subconscious mind to create lasting change.
Dispenza’s work is grounded in scientific research, combining principles of quantum physics, neuroscience, and epigenetics to demonstrate the profound impact of our thoughts on our physical and emotional well being.
Personal Story of Transformation
I was living a high flying consultant life, seemingly at the peak of my career.
From the outside, everything looked perfect, but internally, I felt a growing sense of emptiness and anxiety.
My days were filled with client meetings, travel, and constant deadlines, leaving little room for self reflection or personal fulfillment.
Despite the professional accolades, I knew something was missing.
The turning point came when I became a mom.
Balancing the demands of motherhood with a demanding career led to a major identity crisis.
Suddenly, the roles I had built my identity around, successful consultant and career woman, no longer seemed sufficient.
I found myself questioning my purpose and feeling disconnected from the person I truly wanted to be.
It was during this challenging period that I realized I needed to transform from the inside out to create the life of my dreams.
I immersed myself in studying mindset, energy, and healing, determined to shed my old self and embrace a new, empowered identity.
The journey was anything but easy.
It required confronting deep seated fears, letting go of limiting beliefs, and embracing vulnerability.
Through this process, I discovered the power of identity shifting.
By visualizing the person I wanted to become and aligning my thoughts and actions with this new self concept, I began to experience profound changes.
My confidence grew, my anxiety diminished, and I started attracting opportunities that resonated with my true purpose.
Today, I run a purpose driven business, helping high achievers transform their lives through the same tools and techniques that changed mine.
The journey of identity shifting not only allowed me to achieve professional success but also brought me a sense of fulfillment and inner peace that I had long been searching for.
How to Practice Identity Shifting:
Ready to shift and live the life you deserve?
Here are practical steps to start your identity shift ritual:
Take three minutes each day to focus on your transformation.
This short daily practice helps set the intention and creates a consistent habit, reinforcing your commitment to change.
Find a quiet space, relax with deep breaths in a calm environment, and visualize your goals as if they are already your reality.
Visualization activates the same brain regions as actual experiences, strengthening neural pathways associated with your desired outcomes.
Fully and completely embody the emotions and sensations associated with achieving your dreams.
Feeling the emotions of success creates a powerful energetic shift, aligning your vibrational frequency with your goals.
Neuroscience research shows that mental imagery can activate similar brain regions as actual experiences, reinforcing the desired changes in your self concept.
Train this new state for 21 days and witness the magic.
Consistent practice helps reinforce the new identity, making it a natural part of your being.
