Let’s Spark a Conversation
Before you go, I’d love to hear from you.

Remember, your voice matters. Don’t let burnout silence it.
Therapy is an evolution from focus on cognitive brain functions in cognitive behavioral therapy CBT > mindfulness MCBT > Dialectical Behavioral Therapy DBT (emotional mood regulation using Zen mindfulness combined with CBT).
The next step is to be able to combine body, cognitive, mindfulness, emotional regulation, energy frequency prana, and mirror neurons in therapy to experience new levels of Consciousness.
Consciousness from within using:
Yoga Principles

Violence/non violence Ahimsa
The Yama Ahimsa
The Yama Ahimsa is a Sanskrit term meaning ‘non-violence’.
It is a core concept in many Eastern philosophies, such as Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, and is often interpreted to mean ‘do no harm’.
Ahimsa is also seen as a moral virtue, and is an important part of many spiritual practices.
Ahimsa is often seen as a way of living that seeks to avoid causing harm to any living being, whether it be through physical violence, emotional harm, or environmental destruction.
The earliest version of the golden rule is “do not do unto others that which you do not want to be done unto you“.
Why is it so hard for humans to be either violent or peaceful?
Throughout millions of years to now, we theorize that humans have evolved out of animals.
In order to survive, some animals need to eat meat and others cannot eat meat.
Are the obligate carnivores more violent?
Whether humans are omnivores or herbivores or carnivores is still up for debate.
But if we are what we eat then if we eat meat we are eating the flesh of animals who have died in pain and left those stress and pain chemicals in that meat at the time of their death.
“Unlawful exercise of physical force or intimidation by the exhibition of such force.”
We have legalized violence against animals.
Obligate carnivores are animals that do hunt to survive.
They only use violence in order to get food, protect territory, for natural survival of the balanced fit in their evolution.
Humans, although not having to hunt to survive, are still afraid that they will not be able to survive or be fit without eating meat along with a variety of other foods.
So humans who eat meat react more to the stress hormones which caused fear, fight or flight.
You are what you eat
With everything going on in the world it is easy to see why a principle of nonviolence also called Ahimsa, is difficult to follow in day to day life.
And why would a person want to be either non-violent or violent?
Which brings up the question:
Is fear (the root of violence in fight or flight reaction) rational or irrational or both?
In the context of being a mental health provider, it is the subject of fear and whether it is rational or irrational that comes up very often.
What happens is a person talks about knowing that their fear is irrational and telling theirself that, hasn’t helped.
Or perhaps it has helped for a number of years and no longer is possible.
What is possible is non-violence out of discernment of whether fear is rational or irrational and the consciousness to act or not act.
The ability to be conscious of triggers, and knowing how to not blow up, is a great gift.
It can reduce violence by first creating a sense of safety.
Using the principle of Ahimsa provides a better chance to solve problems based on fact rather than on fear.
Fear of dying, the fear of starvation, the fear of being alone, the fear of not being able to pay the bills, the fear of not having an education, the fear of not having a job that pays enough to support a family, the fear of having everything and still not being happy,
All of those fears can be boiled down to an existential survival fear.
Humans are the only species with so many fears.
If I cross the street without looking by denying that fear is real my life can end abruptly.
There are many reasons in fact to be afraid.
How to manage fear?
One way is to reduce eating meat.
We can look at Arjuna in Bhagavad Gita who was a warrior against parts of his family.
He was afraid to start fighting.
He knew it was to survive but he questioned even his need to fight for survival if many in his family were against him.
So is violence appropriate in survival cases?
So I would say, yes, in some cases violence is appropriate for survival, but it should be a measured response, not a blind reaction.
Definition of courage:
“mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty.” by Merriam-Webster dictionary
It does take a willingness to develop tolerance for strong triggers of internal emotions.
That can lead to courage and resilience.
Does this lead to ahimsa?
Or can a fighter in a war be non violent?
In therapy and coaching there is a chance to reevaluate the need for animal protein in order to reduce stress hormones in humans.
When there is a resolution of inner conflict, more rational attention can be focused on outer conflict.
In therapy when a person has the experience expanding self awareness, changing their thoughts and behavior, they are able to by their own experience to make a conscious choice.
As consciousness pervades everything, we are a part of that consciousness.
We can live, knowing that we are not separate, isolated, alone, and fearful.
We are all connected on some level.
All pervasive consciousness is faster than the speed of light.
Through the use of delayed gratification, toleration of frustration has been shown to lead to greater success in life.
As above so below.
Perhaps inner peace can be found in not craving to escape a fear based reality.
Meditation has been part of ancient spiritual traditions for thousands of years.
Modern society is rediscovering this ancient art of calming the mind, as an antidote to the never ending stresses that people encounter during their daily lives.
There are countless approaches to meditation, with systems and techniques that abound.
Not all techniques will suit everyone, you will have to discover what works best for you.
What Meditation Practice is Right for You?
Below, I present various types of meditation practices and what they are ideal for.
While this list is not exhaustive, it provides a good overview of some well known and effective practices, helping you find the right fit for your needs.
1. Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness meditation involves paying attention to your thoughts without becoming lost in them. It is about cultivating awareness in the present moment.
Ideal for: Those who want to stay grounded in the present and avoid being swept away by thoughts or emotions.
Silence meditation focuses on resting your attention in the silence within you, the seat of inner peace and power. The aim is to experience peace and unleash your inner power.
Ideal for: Those seeking inner peace, love, happiness, and the ability to make wiser decisions. It’s also an excellent preparatory practice for Self Realization.
Many people find it easier, especially in the beginning, to meditate with guidance.
2. Practical Wisdom for Daily Life.
Through storytelling, wisdom pointers, and poetry, The Peace Practice helps you ground in silence and carry that into your daily life.
3. Daily Support.
Whether through live group meditations or recordings, you receive regular encouragement for your practice.
4. Courses and Albums.
These help you establish a steady practice while transforming your life through silence and inner peace.
Here’s what others have said about The Peace Practice:
“I can easily access a deep feeling of peace and stillness and am much less upset since doing this practice with you for months. You are changing my life.” – Katherine, Nurse Practitioner
“This is a simple yet powerful place to start. I’ve been joining since the pandemic began, and it has made a difference in my state of mind.” – Kim, Entrepreneur
“Sundar’s peace practice has helped me discover immense peace and joy. His approach to connecting with the intelligence of the heart has been transformative.” – Didi
Meditation is a lifelong journey, so invest time, effort, and consistency in your practice until its benefits manifest in your daily life.
The True Essence of Meditation
Ultimately, meditation is not just a technique, it’s about being who you truly are.
These practices are preparatory steps that facilitate the realization of your inner power, your true self.
Abiding in that true self is where the boundless freedom and bliss of Enlightenment reside.
Silence Meditation is a simple yet profound practice that connects you to inner peace and lays the foundation for Self Realization.
The Peace Practice builds on this foundation by offering wisdom and guidance for continuous self transformation.

Have you ever felt like you’re constantly trying to fit into a world that doesn’t quite see you?
If so, you’re not alone.
Welcome to the vibrant world of neurodiversity, where every unique mind is a masterpiece waiting to be celebrated!
A Glimpse into My World
Let me share something personal: I’m neurodivergent too.
I’m Autistic, have ADHD, and I’m a trauma survivor.
For years, I felt like a square peg trying to squeeze into a round hole.
The constant pressure to conform, to hide my true self, was exhausting.
But here’s the truth: conformity is overrated. It’s time we embrace our true colors.
Embrace Your Unique Bloom
Think of the world as a garden.
In this garden, every flower blooms in its own unique way… some are bold and vibrant, others are soft and gentle.
But each one is essential.
You, with your neurodivergence, are that unique flower.
Whether you see patterns in chaos, feel emotions deeply, or express creativity in ways others can’t, these are your superpowers.
Don’t let society’s narrow definition of “normal” dull your shine.
Breaking the Burnout Cycle
Now, let’s talk about burnout, the elephant in the room.
Feeling drained, like you’re running on 1% battery, while others seem fully charged, is all too familiar.
It’s like pouring water into a bucket with holes, no matter how much you give, it never feels like enough.
But here’s a reminder: your wellbeing is not negotiable.
Take Small, Empowering Steps
Reclaiming your life starts with small, empowering steps.
Set boundaries, seek support, and most importantly, allow yourself to dream.
You deserve a life that nourishes your soul, not just one that meets societal expectations.
As Brené Brown once said,
“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.”
Let’s Rewrite the Narrative Together
We’re not here to survive, we’re here to thrive.
Imagine a world where every neurodivergent individual feels valued and empowered.
That’s the world we’re building, a world where you can be unapologetically yourself.
Together, we’ll challenge societal norms, uplift one another, and create spaces where authenticity reigns supreme.
Join the Movement!
So, are you ready to embrace your unique bloom?
The world is waiting for you to shine. Let’s get started on this journey together, shall we? 🌼
To help us create the best support for our neurodiverse community, I am giving away for a limited time a free 90 minute intensive session valued at $500.
By Dr. Dolores Fazzino, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Intuitive, Energy Whisperer
This episode of The Dr. Dolores Show throws a curveball at the traditional definition of success.
We’re ditching the idea that progress is all about constantly moving forward.
Instead, Dr. Dolores explores the power of moving upward… a fresh perspective that can unlock a whole new level of fulfillment.
The Dr. Dolores Show: 5 Reasons You Should Go Upward
What if your idea of success is what makes you move in circles?
Instead of measuring success by constant forward motion, Dr. Dolores suggests that true fulfillment comes from moving upward… raising our vibrations and elevating our frequency.
Here are five mindset changes to help you embrace this transformative approach to success.
1. Embrace Higher Energies
Mindset Shift: Success isn’t just about achieving external goals but about connecting with higher energies.
Dr. Dolores recounts an experience where she felt energies moving through her, leading to encounters with ascended masters and teachers.
This shift in perspective encourages us to seek spiritual insight and guidance.
By focusing on raising our vibration, we open ourselves to a higher level of wisdom and clarity, enhancing our overall sense of fulfillment.
2. Redefine Progress as Spiritual Elevation
Mindset Shift: View progress not as a series of steps forward, but as an elevation of your spiritual frequency.
Are you more successful when you have lots to do on your schedule and not a free minute for yourself?
Or, are you successful when you have your time for your self to spend it however you like?
Rather than measuring success by milestones and achievements, consider progress as the act of raising your vibration.
This means focusing on your inner growth and spiritual development, rather than just external accomplishments.
Embracing this mindset can lead to a deeper and more meaningful sense of success.
3. Find Stillness Amidst the Noise
Mindset Shift: Combat external noise by prioritizing moments of stillness and quiet.
Dr. Dolores highlights the negative impact of constant external noise on our nervous system.
To counteract this, make a conscious effort to find quiet moments throughout your day.
This practice can help you restore balance, reduce stress, and improve your overall well being, allowing you to connect more deeply with your inner self.
4. Cultivate Presence to Transform Time and Space
Mindset Shift: Let go of the constraints of time and space by embracing the present moment.
Being fully present allows you to transcend the usual limitations of time and space, leading to a profound sense of awareness.
Dr. Dolores emphasizes that this state of presence can help you connect with your true self and navigate your life path with greater ease.
By focusing on the now, you can access deeper levels of insight and fulfillment.
5. Reframe Challenges as Upgrades
Mindset Shift: See life’s challenges not as setbacks, but as upgrades of your life.
Dr. Dolores reassures us that facing difficulties doesn’t necessarily mean we’re on the wrong path.
Instead, these challenges can be seen as upgrades, opportunities to evolve and reach new levels of understanding and capability.
By adopting this perspective, you can approach challenges with resilience and optimism, knowing they contribute to your personal and spiritual growth.
Is your vision of success based solely on achieving more, acquiring new things, or reaching the next milestone?
What if we shifted our focus to self improvement, skill development, and personal growth
Join Dr. Dolores as she delves into the importance of leveling up your life.

Do you ever feel like your thoughts, words, and actions are all out of whack?
You’re not alone!
In this episode of the Dr. Dolores Show, we delve into the concept of absolute alignment.
Dr. Dolores explores the challenges and rewards of achieving congruence between what we think, say, and do.
The Dr. Dolores Show: 7 Steps How to Achieve Absolute Alignment
Achieving absolute alignment in life, where everything flows seamlessly and purposefully… can transform your existence into one of peace, fulfillment, and serendipity.
Here are seven actionable steps that can guide you toward absolute alignment, based on the teachings of Dr. Dolores Fazzino.
1. Embrace Physical Presence
The first step to achieving alignment is becoming more physically present in your body.
To embrace physical presence, start by incorporating grounding exercises into your daily routine.
Spend 10 to 15 minutes each day walking barefoot on natural surfaces like grass or sand.
This practice helps you connect with the earth’s energy and brings your awareness into the present moment.
Additionally, practicing body scan meditation can be incredibly effective in enhancing physical awareness.
By focusing on each part of your body and noticing any sensations, you can identify where tension is stored and release it.
Activities like yoga or Tai Chi are also beneficial as they emphasize the connection between breath and movement, helping you become more attuned to your body and its needs.
When you fully embrace all aspects of yourself, spirit, mind, body, and heart, you create a strong foundation that allows you to align with the universe.
This physical presence grounds you, making it easier to navigate life with clarity and intention.
2. Set Intentions and Stay Open
Setting clear intentions is a powerful practice, but it’s equally important to stay open to how these intentions will manifest.
Begin your day by writing down a clear intention, focusing on how you want to feel or what you aim to achieve.
Visualization can further enhance this process, take a few minutes to imagine your intention coming to life.
Afterward, consciously release any attachment to the specific outcomes, trusting that the universe will bring the right opportunities your way.
This openness invites unexpected blessings and helps you flow with life’s natural rhythm.
To stay in tune with your intentions, consider keeping a journal where you reflect on how they unfold, allowing you to observe patterns and stay open to unexpected possibilities.
3. Tap Into Your Energy Field
Your energy field is a reservoir of potential, holding the essence of who you are and what you can achieve.
By tuning into your energy field, you can attract serendipitous moments: those seemingly coincidental events that align perfectly with your desires.
The key is to be aware of your energy and use it to guide your actions and decisions.
Start by practicing daily mindfulness to tune into your energy levels.
Spend a few minutes each morning checking in with yourself, notice how you feel physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Can you sense your spirit? How do you feel spiritually?
Are you aligned with your truth or are you steering away from your path?
This simple act of self awareness can help you identify any imbalances or areas where your energy might be blocked.
Meditation is another powerful tool for becoming more aware of your energy.
By sitting quietly and focusing on your breath, you can tune into the subtle sensations in your body and energy field.
As you practice, you’ll become more attuned to the flow of energy within you, helping you to recognize when you’re aligned or out of sync with your true self.
This heightened awareness allows you to make conscious adjustments, ensuring that your energy remains balanced and in harmony with your intentions.
Incorporate regular energy clearing practices into your routine, such as smudging with sage, using crystals, or taking salt baths.
These methods help to cleanse and reset your energy field, removing any negative influences that might be affecting your well being.
Additionally, pay attention to how your energy shifts in different environments or around certain people.
Notice when you feel energized and uplifted versus drained or anxious.
This awareness can guide you in making decisions that support your well being.
4. Engage in Mindful Activities
Mindful activities are those that absorb you completely, making you lose track of time and place.
Whether it’s through meditation, creative expression, or simply being in nature, these activities help you stay in the present moment.
This timeless presence is where true alignment occurs, connecting you deeply with your inner self and the world around you.
Choose activities that fully absorb you, such as painting, gardening, or playing a musical instrument.
Practicing mindfulness during everyday tasks, like eating or walking, can also be incredibly grounding.
Focus on each sensation, smell, and sound as you go about your day.
5. Flow with Intuition
Being in the flow means being attuned to your intuition and the subtle signals of the universe.
When you’re in this state, you’re more likely to experience serendipity, those moments of perfect timing that propel you toward your goals.
Trust your intuition and let it guide you, it’s a key component of living an aligned life.
To flow with intuition, start by creating quiet time for yourself regularly.
This could be through meditation, spending time in nature, or simply sitting in silence.
As you can see, spending time in nature and meditation are activities that are included over and over again in each of the steps.
It’s because these are THE activities that help you become present and aligned with the flow of Nature.
When you are still and present, everything is possible.
These moments of stillness allow your intuition to surface more clearly.
Pay attention to the subtle nudges and feelings that arise, and act on them without overthinking.
You can also keep an intuition journal, where you jot down these intuitive hits and later reflect on how they played out.
The more you trust and act on your intuition, the stronger and more reliable it becomes, guiding you toward serendipitous opportunities.
6. Recognize Your Connection to Everything
Understanding that you are connected to everything around you is vital for achieving alignment.
Practice gratitude daily by acknowledging the interconnectedness of life… how the food you eat, the people you meet, and the environment around you are all part of a larger web.
Engage in activities that foster this sense of connection, such as volunteering, community service, or simply spending time in nature.
These practices remind you that your actions and thoughts ripple out into the world, influencing the energy and experiences you attract.
Your thoughts, actions, and energy impact the world, just as the world impacts you.
By embracing this connection, you can move through life with greater awareness and purpose, knowing that every action is part of a larger whole.
7. Raise Your Frequency and Trust in the Universe
To fully align with the universe, it’s essential to raise your frequency by doing the necessary healing work.
This includes addressing past traumas, releasing limiting beliefs, and cultivating positive energy.
To elevate your vibration, engage in activities that bring you joy and peace, such as listening to uplifting music, spending time with loved ones, or practicing creative arts.
Complement this with a strong spiritual practice, such as prayer, meditation, or mindfulness, to help you stay connected to the universe.
As you raise your vibration, you attract higher vibrational experiences into your life.
Coupled with this is the practice of trusting in the universe and divine timing.
Everything unfolds as it should, and by trusting this process, you allow life to flow naturally and effortlessly.
Tune in for an episode that will empower you to bridge the gap between intention and action.
Learn how to live with greater authenticity and integrity, and unlock the potential for a more fulfilling life!

How they can help: By using various coaching tools and techniques centering around self awareness and discovering one own’s true values, motivations, and behaviors.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
In response to how we’re doing post pandemic, my family and I have settled back into our routines with enhanced vigilance towards health.
Regular handwashing remains a staple, and masks are a must in crowded places, hospitals, and large gatherings and so also the yearly flu vaccine.
The pandemic was a profound lesson in personal hygiene, and we’ve embraced these practices wholeheartedly to avoid a return to those isolating days.
We now prioritize deep cleaning as a regular habit and have become more discerning about our social engagements, minimizing physical interactions to what’s necessary.
This mindful approach ensures our continued health and wellbeing.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
The coronavirus pandemic reshaped interactions with both my clients and my own operations.
Transitioning to online platforms allowed for continuous connection despite physical distancing.
Leveraging robust digital tools like Zoom and reliable internet, we adapted to remote engagements that offered greater scheduling flexibility and the opportunity to work from home effectively.
This shift challenged us to innovate and maintain productivity, fostering a newfound appreciation for work and life balance.
The pandemic served as a catalyst for creative problem solving and reinforced the importance of adaptability in both personal and professional realms.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
The pandemic taught me several profound lessons:
The world operates on a plane of unpredictability and change is the sole constant.
We must never assume permanence in any aspect of life.
During these times, I learned to seek stability amidst chaos and to always be ready for life’s unexpected twists.
It underscored the importance of maintaining personal hygiene and cleanliness, and highlighted the need to support those more vulnerable.
These lessons have reshaped my perspective, reminding me that adaptability and compassion are essential in navigating life’s uncertainties.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
In response to how my coaching career unfolded, it has been a rich and varied journey.
I began my career in forensic science before transitioning to academia as a Physics Lecturer.
When circumstances led me from a large to a smaller college, I sought new opportunities and entered the Oil and Gas industry as a Petrophysicist, where I spent the next 40 years, climbing ranks in both position and responsibility.
Throughout my career, training, mentoring, and coaching were constant elements, allowing me to serve and guide others, often beyond my formal role.
As retirement approached, I chose to harness my decades of experience into a focused pursuit of leadership coaching.
Three years before retiring on January 2, 2021, I began online courses to hone my coaching skills.
Even amidst the pandemic, I achieved my EMCC Practitioner status, and post retirement, I pursued further training, provided pro bono coaching, and earned my Senior Practitioner status from EMCC.
This strategic pivot to coaching was a natural extension of my lifelong commitment to fostering growth and leadership in others, now fully realized in my current vocation.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
The greatest challenge I faced was the temptation to accept the “status quo.”
My commitment to constant improvement compelled me to seek innovative and more effective methods, refining my authenticity and reinforcing my core values.
This journey instilled in me a steadfast adherence to my moral and ethical principles, ensuring I never compromised on what I stand for.
This resolve has profoundly shaped who I am today, both personally and professionally.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
Innovation has been a cornerstone of my approach throughout my career, driving me to constantly seek fresh, dynamic ways to foster growth.
This philosophy seamlessly translates into my coaching practice, which is meticulously tailored to each client’s unique journey towards achieving their personal and professional goals.
At the onset, my method may begin with a consistent set of foundational questions, but the coaching journey unfolds uniquely for each individual.
I recognize that while my clients differ in their needs and aspirations, they share a common desire for tangible results.
My role as a coach is to provoke thought, challenge existing boundaries, and inspire clients to engage more deeply with their development.
This involves cultivating an environment where clients can gain profound insights into their own capabilities and limitations, setting the stage for meaningful and sustainable growth in their leadership skills.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
My coaching philosophy centres on a deep exploration of self awareness.
I believe that the key to addressing life’s challenges lies in a profound understanding of oneself.
By helping clients discover their core values, motivations, and behaviours, we often find that many of their problems begin to untangle themselves.
This introspective approach sets the foundation for genuine growth and lasting change.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
My clients emerge from our sessions with profound personal transformations:
1. They unearth their true selves, fostering authenticity and deep self awareness.
2. They gain robust tools to navigate life’s complexities, grounded in a clear understanding of their values and principles.
3. They develop a critical mindset, questioning the status quo and embracing change for continuous improvement.
4. They cultivate resilience and confidence, equipped to tackle professional and personal challenges with a newfound belief in the power of persistence and possibility.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
To maximize efficiency in my coaching sessions, I employ a suite of digital tools:
Google Calendar for precise scheduling, having transitioned from Calendly for better flexibility,
Zoom Pro for secure, recorded online discussions,
Canva Pro for creating impactful visual presentations,
and ChatGPT 4, which aids in refining my written communications and thought processes.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
If granted the power to reach every corner of the globe with a single message, I would proclaim:
“Embrace your true self; authenticity invites the world to your doorstep.”
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
The most profound lesson I’ve learned is the importance of integrity and authenticity.
I’ve committed to staying true to my values and capabilities, regardless of the situation.
This commitment means continuously striving for excellence, but never at the expense of my personal dignity or moral compass.
Maintaining this integrity has guided me through life’s fluctuations, ensuring that my actions always align with who I am at my core.
Your final thoughts?
My parting advice:
Choose a coach who not only preaches success but has personally navigated the path to it.
Opt for a mentor who will challenge your boundaries, push your limits, and inspire you to transcend conventional norms.
The right coach will never allow you to settle but will empower you to unlock your fullest potential.
