Meet Life Coach Jo Warwick:

find-life-coach-jo-warwick

Name: Jo Warwick

Pillar: The Spirit, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Soulful, visionary, and trailblazing women who want to create a brighter future full of love, joy, and abundance, and live their best life possible.

How they can help: By using her method called “Rich, Sexy, and Free”.

First of all, how did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

At the time of the pandemic, I was focused on writing and publishing a second edition of my book ( or manual to all things LOVE), “The Big Book of Love: Loving Yourself, Dating With Love, Loving Relationships”.

My family, friends, and I stayed well, and I was living in beautiful Cornwall.

It felt like a blessing to have the space and time to explore deeper topics with courage, confidence, and insight, leading to the second edition being published in 2020.

During that time, my book sales increased globally as people reflected more, and my primary work was through my writing.

However, I also gained clarity during the pandemic that, while Cornwall had been the right place for me for many years, it no longer aligned with the future I was dreaming of, and I eventually took action to move.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

“‘Rich, Sexy, and Free’ isn’t just a catchy phrase.. it’s a way of being.”

Hi, I’m Jo Warwick, and I help soulful, visionary, and trailblazing women create a brighter future full of love, joy, and abundance using my “Rich, Sexy, and Free” Method and System.

With 30 years of experience in quantum mechanics, neuroscience, energetics, healing, psychology, and embodiment techniques, I get to the core of what’s missing and unlock the confidence, magnetism, and receptivity to greater levels of success.

I was a former Olympic trainee and professional sportswoman who transitioned into becoming an expert relational, somatic, and systemic psychotherapist, author, energy healer, Law of Manifestation specialist, and high performance coach.

I began my career as a psychotherapist, specializing in attachment, relationships, and working with couples, children, and families, focusing heavily on trauma and abuse.

Over time, my work evolved, moving into online therapy while incorporating my innate energy healing skills and spiritual insights.

I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit, so I leaned into sharing my insights through writing and blogging for six years, eventually moving into podcasting.

Alongside this, I experimented with applying my methods in different contexts, whether someone wanted a new relationship, a better marriage, a new job, or to lead a seven figure business, it all boiled down to understanding how people think and operate to achieve success.

Ultimately, I realized my Rich, Sexy, and Free model worked for anyone, and I had to accept that I was now a high level transformational coach, no longer just a therapist, as everything in my career had merged together.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The shame of feeling like a failure.

I used to think it stemmed from failing at my Olympic dream, but that was just a symptom.

It didnt matter what I achieved, collected, bought owned, or loved…

I always felt like a failure, until I came to fully accept that my failing was for not being “Normal”, acceptable, and above all, human and imperfect.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I co create with my clients through a process of going within, releasing emotional resistance and limiting beliefs, so their core truth and power emerge with clarity.

From there, I help them harness that inspiration and energy for beneficial action.

The results often look like newfound confidence, joy, clarity, attracting new partners or clients, landing new jobs or pay raises, receiving invitations and opportunities, and even manifesting money.

I’ve also helped women through fertility treatment, guiding them to manifest their baby and family life.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I work holistically with the whole woman, including her soul.

I help align her mind, body, energy, and soul so that everything moves in the same positive direction, with love as the guiding force.

Abundance naturally follows.

Having developed the Rich, Sexy, and Free Method over many years, I also have easy, proven digital programs that speed up the process.

I don’t believe self development should take years.

With the right tools, transformation can be quick, deeply effective, and long lasting.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Above all, they feel confident, vital, and at home with themselves.

They trust who they are and the choices they make.

They become richly abundant in joy, love, and success, magnetic to the right people, opportunities, and things that energize and fulfill them.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes!

Over the years, I’ve refined the tools that form the Rich, Sexy, and Free Method, which also flows through my podcast www.richsexyandfree.com (@richsexyandfree available on all platforms).

One key technique I use is the “FLIP TO LOVE | Turn Fear Into Flow” technique.

It’s the fastest, most powerful way to shift your mindset and energy into the flow of love and abundance, so you see results quickly.

I’ve made this technique available with journal prompts and training for just $7.

Check it out at www.jowarwick.com.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

It’s always your choice.

You already have the power, the truth, and the worthiness inside of you.

So, if you don’t like the life you’re living or how you’re feeling, you just need the right tools to unlock and change it.

A great place to start your journey to becoming Rich, Sexy, and Free as YOU is by listening to the podcast.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

To love myself no matter what I am doing, to love my body as it is, not how I think it should be.

To allow love to come to me, and to know that I am safe because I love myself.

Your final thoughts?

What I know to be true is that we often look outside of ourselves for answers, solutions, or to place blame, but the real answers and solutions come from within.

The universe, life, and other people always reflect back the route we choose.

One path is from fear and limitation, the other from love and abundance.

Only we get to choose.

The Dr. Dolores Show: Connecting Heart to Heart and The Power of Words

By Dr. Dolores Fazzino, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Intuitive, Energy Whisperer

Ever wondered how words can shape your reality?

Join Dr. Dolores Fazzino as we explore the profound impact of language on our lives and vibrant word power.

Learn how words can inspire, motivate, and transform.

The Dr. Dolores Show: Connecting Heart to Heart and The Power of Words

the-dr-dolores-show-the-power-of-words

In a world often dominated by busy minds and fleeting thoughts, the power of heart to heart communication stands out as a transformative practice.

This article explores essential insights on the significance of connecting from the heart, the impact of self talk, and how these elements contribute to raising our personal frequency.

Communicating Heart to Heart

When you manage to stay present in your heart rather than allowing your mind to take over, you engage in a deeper form of communication: heart to heart.

This connection transcends words, allowing for a genuine exchange of feelings and understanding.

As emphasized in the podcast, “When you are physically present with another, you will know what to say, how, and when to say it.”

This presence fosters an environment where communication flows naturally and meaningfully.

The Impact of Self Talk

Dr. Dolores Fazzino poignantly stated,

“The words that we don’t say to others but say to ourselves have a big impact on us, good or bad.”

Our internal dialogue significantly influences our emotional and physical well being.

Are you beating yourself up with negative self talk?

This can lead to harmful effects on both your mental and physical health.

Recognizing this is the first step toward change.

Focus on Higher Frequency Words

To counteract negative self talk, it’s vital to focus on higher frequency words.

These are uplifting and positive affirmations that can gradually raise your vibrational frequency.

As you consciously choose to speak kindly to yourself, you not only improve your mindset but also enhance your overall energy.

“When you focus on higher frequency words for yourself, it will start to raise your frequency,” says Dr. Dolores.

The Language of the Heart

One of the remarkable aspects of heart to heart communication is that it transcends linguistic barriers.

When you’re able to connect with someone on a deeper emotional level, “you do not need to speak the same language.”

This universal understanding allows for connections that go beyond words, enriching our interactions and relationships.

The Power of Control in Our Words

Ultimately, what we say to ourselves is within our control.

These words shape our lives, influencing how we perceive ourselves and the world around us.

Embracing this power can lead to profound personal growth.

Reflect on your self talk and consider whether it aligns with the life you wish to create.

By consciously choosing supportive and loving words, you can cultivate a healthier mindset and a more fulfilling life.

Tune in to discover the vibrant energy and transformative potential of language.

Learn how the energy of words can influence your thoughts, emotions, and experiences…

Feeling like you’re constantly on someone else’s schedule? Do you ever say “yes” when you really want to say “no”?

If you’re feeling burnt out and depleted, this episode of The Dr. Dolores Show is for you!

Dr. Dolores dives deep into the powerful connection between setting boundaries and effective self care.

You’ll learn why boundaries are essential for protecting your time, energy, and emotional well being.

This episode is packed with practical strategies for setting boundaries.

Dr. Dolores will equip you with the tools you need to say “no” gracefully, delegate tasks effectively, and establish clear expectations.

You’ll also discover how to navigate challenging conversations and deal with people who push back on your boundaries.

The Dr. Dolores Show: The Importance of Boundaries

the-dr-dolores-show-importance-of-boundaries

Setting boundaries is about putting yourself first.

It’s a practice of honoring your needs and desires.

Dr. Fazzino explains that boundaries create a nurturing environment where you can thrive.

By defining what is acceptable and what is not, you take control of your emotional and energetic space.

The Sovereign Self

As sovereign beings, we dictate what enters our energy field.

Dr. Fazzino invites listeners to affirm,

“By the laws of the universe, if this is not mine, please remove this from my energy field immediately.”

This powerful declaration is a reminder of our ability to reclaim our space and set healthy boundaries.

When we establish these limits, we’re not only protecting ourselves but also creating a creative and nurturing space for growth.

Mindfulness and Presence

Being present in your body enhances your awareness and mindfulness.

Dr. Fazzino asserts that true power resides in being fully aware.

When you’re mindful, you can navigate life’s choices with clarity and confidence.

This awareness allows you to discern what feels right and what doesn’t, enabling you to trust your instincts.

Leading by Example

As we heal ourselves and assert boundaries, we inadvertently give others permission to do the same.

Your journey of self empowerment can inspire those around you, creating a ripple effect of positivity and empowerment.

Setting boundaries is not just about self care, it’s about building a community of support and growth.

The Importance of Self Compassion

In a society that often encourages self criticism, Dr. Fazzino reminds us of the importance of self compassion.

By treating ourselves with kindness, we raise our vibrational frequency, allowing us to connect more deeply with our true essence.

When you can forgive yourself and embrace your imperfections, you align yourself with a higher state of being.

Trusting Your Inner Voice

Ultimately, your intuition is a powerful guide.

If something doesn’t feel right, don’t do it.

Trust yourself and listen to your inner voice.

It is this deep connection to self that fosters confidence and the ability to set healthy boundaries.

But setting boundaries is just the first step.

Dr. Dolores knows that true self care goes beyond bubble baths and face masks.

She shares practical tips for creating a personalized self care routine that nourishes your mind, body, and soul.

By Dr. Dolores Fazzino, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Intuitive, Energy Whisperer

Do you ever feel like your thoughts, words, and actions are all out of whack?

You’re not alone!

Dr. Dolores explores the challenges and rewards of achieving congruence between what we think, say, and do.

The Dr. Dolores Show: 5 Steps to Live In Absolute Alignment

the-dr-dolores-show-steps-how-to-live-in-absolute-alignment

Living in sync with your true self means embracing the present moment and aligning your body, mind, and energy.

Here are five essential steps to help you achieve this harmonious state of being…

1. Embrace Your Physical Presence

To cultivate alignment, begin by being fully present in your body.

Embracing all aspects of yourself, both strengths and imperfections, creates a foundation for living a magical life.

When you connect with your physical presence, you enhance your ability to experience the beauty and magic of life in every moment.

2. Set Intentions and Stay Open

Setting clear intentions is a powerful practice, but it’s essential to remain open to how those intentions will manifest.

Instead of clinging to specific outcomes, allow the universe to surprise you with possibilities.

This openness invites unexpected opportunities and experiences, enriching your journey toward alignment.

3. Tap into Your Energy Field

Understanding and tapping into your energy field is vital for experiencing serendipitous moments.

When you become aware of the energy around you and how it influences your life, you open the door to synchronicities that guide you.

By aligning with your inner essence, you attract positive experiences and moments of serendipity into your life.

4. Engage in Mindful Activities

Mindful activities are gateways to presence, allowing you to lose track of time and fully immerse yourself in the moment.

Whether through hobbies, nature walks, or meaningful conversations, engaging in mindfulness helps you align with your true self.

This state of flow promotes joy and enhances your connection to the present, creating a deeper sense of fulfillment.

5. Trust the Universe and Divine Timing

Cultivating trust in the universe and its timing is essential for living in alignment.

Let go of the need to control outcomes and surrender to the flow of life.

When you trust that everything unfolds as it should, you release stress and anxiety, allowing you to experience life more peacefully.

Embrace the idea that each moment serves a purpose in your journey.

Tune in for an episode that will empower you to bridge the gap between intention and action.

Learn how to live with greater authenticity and integrity, and unlock the potential for a more fulfilling life!

Are you honoring yourself and neglecting, your personal time that you can be spending it with your family?

Embracing Asteya: Non Binary Thinking and The Path to Inner Balance

In our modern world, many of us are conditioned to think in binary terms: black and white, yes or no, true or false, right or wrong.

These polarizing thoughts can manifest in various aspects of life: pass or fail, win or lose, work hard or be lazy, deserving or undeserving.

These patterns, ingrained through fear, limit our perspective and potential.

The Roots of Binary Thinking in Fear

Non-Binary-Thinking

Binary thinking is often rooted in fear.

Fear clouds our ability to embrace uncertainty and new experiences, pushing us to rely on what we already know or have been taught.

Our brains are wired to base decisions on past experiences, which limits our ability to see beyond those limitations.

Take cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), for example.

It encourages individuals to “reframe” their thoughts, providing new perspectives on their experiences.

In life coaching, there’s a similar principle: “just do it.”

Through action, even small steps, we gain clarity.

It’s through these experiences that we learn and grow, breaking free from the constraints of fear based thinking.

Overcoming Fear: The Power of Mindfulness

One of the key factors in overcoming fear is mindfulness.

The amygdala, responsible for managing the fight or flight response, often becomes overactive in people who have experienced trauma.

This heightened state of fear keeps them trapped in reactive thinking.

However, studies show that mindfulness practices can help reduce the size of the amygdala, restoring balance to the brain.

Holistic approaches, like mindfulness, create an environment for the brain and body to heal.

As we shift our thinking, we realize that the odds aren’t always against us.

By challenging fear and taking small, conscious actions, we open ourselves up to a world of possibilities and solutions that can’t be found in books or from external sources.

These answers lie within ourselves… our inner mind and body connection.

The Unique Human Ability to Shape Reality

Unlike other beings, humans have the unique ability to consciously effect change in their environment, both externally and internally.

This power gives us the freedom to create our own reality, shaping our experiences and responses in ways that align with our true selves.

Asteya: The Practice of Non Stealing

embracing-asteya-non-binary-thinking

One way to foster this inner balance is through the practice of Asteya, the yogic principle of non stealing.

This doesn’t just apply to material possessions; it also speaks to greed, desire, and the insatiable cravings that steal our peace of mind.

Greed, often rooted in childhood trauma, robs us of contentment and joy.

It prevents us from being present, steals away our gratitude, and creates a constant feeling of emptiness.

By practicing non greed, we regain our sense of balance, abundance, and harmony.

We begin to walk the middle path, free from the need to grasp or hold onto things out of fear or scarcity.

The Problem With No Name

Asteya also touches on a deeper societal issue, one early feminists called “the problem with no name.”

This is the separation of the mind from the body, a disconnect from our wholeness.

This nameless void drives people to seek escape, yet they don’t know what they’re running from.

In Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, self actualization represents the ultimate state of being.

It’s the ability to survive, build healthy relationships, and live in a state of flow.

Asteya is about living with uncertainty, understanding that names, people, and places are ever changing.

Through experience, we learn that the flow of life is always present.

There’s no need to grab on too tightly to avoid fear and greed.

Ayurveda and the Doshas: Achieving Energetic Balance

Eastern Ayurvedic medicine offers a similar understanding of balance through the concept of the three Doshas, the energies that govern our physical and mental constitution.

These energies, much like Maslow’s hierarchy, reflect the levels of balance in our lives.

When a person is stuck in a low frequency state, constantly angry or unable to distinguish fear from reality, they remain in a stagnant trajectory.

However, those who seek to raise their frequency practice principles such as Ahimsa (non violence), Satya (truthfulness), and Asteya (non stealing).

These practices guide individuals towards greater balance, clarity, and inner peace.

By embracing these principles and releasing the fear based, binary thinking that constrains us, we open ourselves to a life of balance, harmony, and personal growth.

The path is not always easy, but with mindful practice, we can break free from the patterns of the past and step into a future filled with endless possibilities.

Find Life Coach | Meet Fabrizio Micciche: How to Escape Your Comfort Zone and Rewrite Your Narrative?

Fabrizio Micciche is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his experience and expertise.

His career path is pretty interesting and unique. He is a chemist who became a coach because he saw the need for a deeper connection between success and fulfillment. After earning his Ph.D. and making significant contributions to fields like electric vehicle technology, he experienced the toll that chronic stress and burnout can take. This realization sparked a powerful shift, from focusing solely on professional achievements to helping others thrive as whole individuals.

His approach is deeply scientific. With a unique coaching style that blends self reflection, stress management, and the empowerment to rewrite personal narratives, he offers a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their challenges and find balance in their lives.

His mission is clear: to help clients escape their comfort zone, take control of their story, discover their authentic selves, and move forward with greater health and confidence. Here is what he said.

Meet Life Coach Fabrizio Micciche:

find-life-coach-fabrizio-micciche

Name: Fabrizio Micciche, Ph.D. ICF-ACC, NBC-HWC

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Body

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to escape their comfort zone, gain clarity, learn how to manage stress, remove the beliefs that are not serving them, and rewrite their narrative.

How they can help: By using various tools and techniques customized to each individual, as well as creating a safe, non judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

Like many families, we’ve adapted to the new normal.

The pandemic gave us a chance to reconnect, reassess our priorities, and strengthen our resilience.

It was a time to rediscover who we are, invest in education, reconnect with our inner selves, and break routines that had been there for years.

Despite the practical challenges, it became a period of deep reflection and growth.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic had a profound impact on many people, amplifying the stress they were already experiencing.

Many struggled with heightened uncertainty and disruptions in their daily routines, which increased issues like burnout and anxiety.

The sudden lack of structure, combined with remote work, made it harder for them to find balance.

One of the most impactful elements of the pandemic was social isolation and the lack of personal interactions.

Being physically distant from family and friends took an emotional toll.

It was challenging to cope with that disconnection, and I know many of my clients felt the same.

Despite these challenges, the pandemic became a time of deep reflection and reassessment.

It allowed me to reconnect with my inner self, break long standing routines, and focus on personal growth.

This experience helped me better support my clients, as we were all navigating the same feelings of isolation and uncertainty.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The pandemic was just the trigger to slow down and reassess.

It acted as a spark that ignited a new way of seeing the world around us and who we are within it.

Since then, I’ve learned many lessons, about myself and others.

In no particular order, I’ve learned to be humble, to accept responsibility rather than blame others, and to embrace the fact that it’s never too late to find your best self.

Most importantly, happiness is a state of mind, not an event waiting to happen.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I have always been passionate about science, and being a chemist is a big part of how I think and view the world.

After years of working in scientific innovation, earning my Ph.D., and contributing to advancements in fields like electric vehicle technology, I realized that while success and status are important, they don’t always lead to personal fulfillment.

I found myself reflecting on the fact that behind every scientific breakthrough are people with unique dreams, feelings, and struggles.

It became clear to me that physical and mental health often go unaddressed in these high pressure environments, impacting not only personal well being but professional excellence as well.

My own experience with chronic stress and burnout led me to explore how organizations often see individuals as just headcounts, important contributors, yes, but often without recognition of their full humanity.

This realization sparked my journey into coaching, where I now focus on helping people manage stress and achieve a balance between personal well being and professional success.

It’s about more than performance, it’s about thriving as a whole person.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

One of the biggest struggles I faced was redefining myself.

We often build an image of who we are based on social expectations, limiting beliefs, and personal expectations shaped by culture.

But when the storm hits, and we truly stand in front of the mirror, it takes an immense amount of courage to open our eyes and hearts and start questioning ourselves.

This is where ego, along with all the expectations we’ve built, can hold us back from embracing who we really are.

The journey of self redefinition isn’t easy, but it’s essential.

It can take years, months, or even just one pivotal moment to finally say, ‘Now I know.’

That realization is what allowed me to step into my authentic self and grow.

And it is thanks to all the struggles, uncertainties, ups and downs, and failures that today I am who I am.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

For me, coaching isn’t necessarily about innovation in the traditional sense.

It’s about empowering others to see beyond their current state of mind.

When we’re under pressure or stressed, we often lose focus on what truly matters and become fixated on the obstacles in front of us.

It’s as if we create a box we unintentionally trap ourselves in, and although it’s uncomfortable, it becomes our reality, a kind of painful comfort zone.

I often say, ‘we adapt to feel comfortable within an uncomfortable situation.’

Reflecting on my own journey, I realize that I made myself believe that the world around me was to blame for my frustrations.

While the environment may not have been healthy, I failed to see what was within my control, including how I reacted to daily events.

It’s easy to adopt a victim mentality and relinquish control over our own story.

In my coaching, I help clients analyze their situations, identify what they can and cannot control, and ultimately empower them to take the pen back in their hands and start rewriting their story.

There is no one size fits all approach, each person is unique, and that’s the beauty of it.

I offer a non judgmental and unbiased space for clients to reassess, explore, and acknowledge their situations rather than react, deny, or ignore them.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My coaching approach is rooted in collaborative partnership.

I work alongside my clients without a rigid agenda, allowing the process to unfold naturally based on their needs.

Every person is unique, and I make it a point to acknowledge and honor that uniqueness in our work together.

There’s no one size fits all approach because no two individuals are the same.

I focus on creating a safe, non judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

This partnership is about discovery, helping clients recognize what truly matters to them and empowering them to find their own solutions.

I believe that by acknowledging each person’s individuality and working together without predefined expectations, we can achieve meaningful and lasting change.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Clients experience a deep process of self discovery and inner reflection.

They step out of their limiting beliefs and gain clarity on where they currently stand, allowing them to see a clearer picture of where they want to go.

Through our work together, they develop personalized strategies to manage stress, improve communication, and strengthen relationships.

Ultimately, they come away with a greater sense of control, balance, and the ability to move forward with confidence, both personally and professionally.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I often use AI driven tools to streamline my coaching processes, such as content generation and communication, and I leverage data to provide more personalized advice.

It helps both me and my clients stay focused and efficient.

Instead of fearing AI, I embrace it to be more efficient and supportive.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Don’t let fear, self doubt, or limiting beliefs keep you in a comfort zone that no longer serves you.

We often create boxes around ourselves, and though they may be uncomfortable, we adapt and convince ourselves it’s where we belong.

Growth begins when we step outside that box and take control of our own narrative.

Look around you with unbiased eyes and declare, ‘I have had it!’

This is the turning point where you reclaim your power.

You have the ability to rewrite your story, but it starts with self awareness and self reflection.

It’s never too late to find your best self.

And happiness is not an external event, it’s a state of mind.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

That growth often happens outside of your comfort zone.

The moments of discomfort and uncertainty can be the biggest opportunities for transformation.

Your final thoughts?

Coaching is not about fixing people but empowering them to see beyond their current state of mind.

It’s about offering a space where clients can reflect, reassess, and reconnect with their true potential.

Whether it’s navigating career changes, managing stress, or addressing chronic diseases through lifestyle interventions, the key is realizing that it’s never too late to step into your best self.

Growth begins when we take back control of our narrative and start writing a story that aligns with who we are and who we want to become.
