Meet Life Coach Kristie Kennedy:

Name: Kristie Kennedy

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to build a powerhouse mindset and unleash their inner greatness.

How they can help: By using various mental and emotional wellness tools as well as coaching techniques that help to develop a powerhouse mindset, remove anxiety, doubt, and unleash greatness, like visualisation, reflection, breathwork, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

My heart is full of gratitude during this present time in life.

We just celebrated my mother’s 72nd birthday.

That within itself is a feat because her mom and two brothers all passed before reaching their seventies.

In addition to feeling grateful, I am more aware of the weight that comes with being great.

One of my favorite quotes is, “Heavy is the head that wears the crown.”

I remember one of my first certifying coach trainers saying, “The work we were embarking upon was one of the most selfless paths to take.”

I didn’t understand in totality but now at this stage of servant leadership, I enter each day with reverential awe for the human soul and hold in my hands the gift of compassion with humility.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

There is power in choice and in each life changing scenario I can choose the best or the worst attitude.

I can choose self care or self neglect.

I remember supporting clients who were trying to decrease anxiety, depression, and stress.

At one point for thirty days, I took a cold shower in the morning and in the evening to decrease my own stress levels and remain mentally tough.

Cold therapy is a simple tool that can fuel radical resilience.

The vast knowledge that I possess is futile if I do not choose to put it into practice regularly.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

As I reminisce across five decades of destiny in motion, it has been a wild rollercoaster ride of challenges that inspire me to reinvent myself repeatedly and expand a unique tapestry of transformation.

I believe each career choice served a special purpose to build character traits that cannot be erased by even the most tumultuous storms I may have to face.

I am a licensed image consultant by trade.

During my last beauty spa role, I remember doing a facial and a woman said to me after I poured out life advice to her, “You should be a philosopher!”

In my early childhood days, I was the antithesis of a model student and spent countless days inside of in school suspension.

Her statement left an imprint on my heart, and it was a star in the darkness of despair after I was unexpectedly laid off from that role.

As I explored what the next chapter would be for me, I suddenly remembered I had a life coaching certification lying dormant and I started entertaining the idea of revisiting it.

The first phase was to decide who I was going to be moving forward and I began to create vision boards to elevate my mental state from good to great.

I have created twenty eight vision boards and six vision books to continue building bodacious beliefs that become confidence keys to lead audaciously.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I often say adversity has been one of my greatest teachers and the obstacle that is standing in your way in the moment feels like the biggest barrier you have ever faced due to the intensity of it.

Nelson Mandela said, “It always seems impossible until its done.”

The biggest obstacle has always been faulty internal beliefs.

If you had asked me this question twenty years ago, I most definitely would have pointed to an external roadblock.

If it were not for the layoffs, the financial deficits, the health crisis, the heartaches, and everything in between, I would not be the artisan of mindset mastery that I am today.

I walk my talk day by day and moment by moment.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I empower them with creative tools to E.A.T. defeat so they can say they A.T.E. the limitations.

One way I innovate in coaching is to synthesize all their thoughts into an easy to understand acronym to help anchor in on a value during the most arduous situations outside of the coaching conversation.

Common phrases I hear are, “Kristie, I feel stuck, or I have imposter syndrome.”

To manage strong emotions and escape thinking traps, E.A.T. stands for Elasticity, Audacity, and Tenacity.

A.T.E. represents the positive outcome, to signify they Ascended, Transformed, and Executed.

These are three mindset attributes that will help propel them forward when they feel paralyzed by automatic negative thinking.

In my practice what I have discovered is that clients respond favorably to simplicity.

Albert Einstein housed the belief, “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.”

Understanding the art and science of coaching and the unique niche that I have been studying for three decades allows me to flow freely with those who are ready, willing, and able to voyage beyond the realm of impossibility to discover boundless possibilities.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

When I started reinventing myself, I had to find a way to become comfortable living outside of my head.

I started calling myself an invincible introvert and my mantra is, “Before we go up, we go in. We ascend from within to win.”

I bring that fortifying mindset into coaching conversations where clients learn to hear their own thoughts and unapologetically voice their convictions aloud.

If they desire to create change that is sustainable there must be a willingness uproot outdated paradigms, liberate the diamond in the rough by polishing it up with daily practice until they embody internal freedom that allows them to shine bright even in the darkest nights.

The media driven culture we presently live in focuses heavily on the external image, yet powerhouse presence is cultivated behind closed doors, and it starts with becoming intimately acquainted with your identity apart from disempowering labels.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

The echo of expansiveness expressed on repeat after a client decides to partner with me or a guest in the audience after presenting is, “I believe I can do anything.”

I want to instill can do power into every heart and mind that I am honored to influence with my inimitable brilliance.

Recently, I spoke at a women’s healing retreat, and I received a testimonial from one of the participants.

I shared an acronym that I created for them, L.E.A.P. which translates into, Live Everyday Applying Pressure.” to your problems.

The email read, “Your presentation on reflection inspired me to LEAP. This past week, I have been taking the opportunity to consider my roles to determine if they align with my life’s call.”

My focus is legacy leadership which creates generational impact long after my feet exit stage left from this earth.

At the beginning of my personal development journey in my twenties, I decided to courageously use my voice in my senior year of college at Florida State University.

My professor shared a quote that shifted the direction of my entire life.

The potency of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s words is a guiding light, “Nothing pains some people more than having to think.”

Over twenty plus years later, I stand as a thought leader igniting passion and impacting leaders across the globe.

Every time a client returns to a new conversation celebrating changes in their thinking and behavior patterns is a gift that keeps on giving.

May I always cherish it as a rare and priceless gem, especially on days I am mentally fatigued from being a solutionist.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

In the marketplace I am known for my high octane powerhouse energy but what the public is often unaware of is for almost three decades I battled with depression and suicidal ideations during the lowest seasons of life.

I was using mental and emotional wellness tools before I knew they had a technical name.

My sixth grade teacher gave me a black and white mead notebook to write down my thoughts.

Each client is different, and I offer a tailor made approach with tools that I intuitively believe would be most effective in the moment to expand their awareness and enlarge their cognitive agility.

Every coaching conversation is infused with techniques appealing to the five senses to amplify the maximum benefits of our alliance.

The top three image confidence building tools most frequently used are visualization tools, reflection prompts and breathwork for those experiencing elevated levels of stress and anxiety.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Imagine a world where oceans rise to your eminence.

Envision the grandest version of yourself evolving beyond the pain of your past and expanding beyond the territory of familiarity.

Can you see your radiant reflection in the mirror, no longer playing hide and go seek with your greatness?

You were destined to demonstrate what is possible even when you face insurmountable obstacles.

Allow your imagination to captivate your spirit and soar into new horizons, following the wind and embracing the luxury of limitless potential.

When you possess a powerhouse state of mind, adversity will succumb to your audacity and tenacity.

Let every step you take, move you forward as you scale unprecedented heights.

Dare to dream, to do and to dance to the rhythm of your own anthem.

Always remember, you are free to be imperfect.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

It is now easy to see, love never fails.

In my youth, I made an enormous number of poor decisions because of low self worth and love continues to be a source of healing.

I turn to love when someone acts in a dishonoring way towards me.

I invite love to speak for me when my husband and I have a misunderstanding.

I embrace love when I feel the call to leadership demands more than I feel I have left to give.

I trust love to guide the way when I am blinded by my own pain.

I cannot lose with love on my side in this game of life.

What I have learned more than anything is that love has the power to set a caged bird free and kissing the skies is where I love to be.

Your final thoughts?

In the words of Nora Ephron, “Be the heroine/hero of your life and not the victim.”

Changing your life is a beautiful journey, never miss a chance to celebrate every single moment.

Wherever your feet lead you, go with all your heart, mind and body.

Find Life Coach | Meet Mary Dibble: How to Find Clarity and Purpose as a New Mom?

Mary Dibble is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her honesty and positivity.

Her diverse career, ranging from humble beginnings at McDonald’s to a pivotal role in her husband’s landscape business, provided her with a foundation that would later support her profound personal transformation. Having navigated a tumultuous path through drug addiction, depression, and a lack of self worth, she has emerged as a beacon of hope and empowerment. The turning point came when she reconnected with a life coach, igniting a revelation about her own potential and setting her on a new path of self-discovery and growth.

She is driven by a passion to help others break free from their own limiting beliefs. In 2023 she launched her coaching practice and podcast, Radiant Mom Rising. Her approach is deeply rooted in empathy and personalization, offering tailored strategies that resonate with each client’s unique journey.

Her coaching includes innovative techniques and tools that help moms find clarity and discover a path of purpose. By fostering a supportive community, she empowers moms to embrace their true selves and realize their fullest potential. As she continues to inspire and guide others, she stands as a testament to the power of perseverance and the transformative impact of self belief. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Mary Dibble:

find-life-coach-mary-dibble

Name: Mary Dibble

Pillar: The Mind

Who is this coach for: Moms who want to discover clarity, align with their purpose, and unleash their true potential.

How they can help: By using various tools and techniques focused on changing the mindset and helpin set goals, like SMART goals framework, mindfulness exercises, morning rituals, just no name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

My family and I are amazing.

I am truly blessed to have the loving, close marriage with my husband of 6 years and partner of almost 9 years, Alan.

We have 3 beautiful children, a 3 year old son, Kayde, 5 year old daughter, Breyah, and 16 year old son, Jesiah.

They are our world!

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Thankfully, this had no impact as I was not quite there yet with working with paying clients.

I was also blessed that I had just started my at home job right before this hit and was able to continue working throughout it as so many lost their jobs and businesses because of it.

God had a different path for me and I took it as I continue to do so as new opportunities present themselves and through that I have no doubts that I will achieve the abundant life that is available to me.

I am mostly excited about those who I get the honor to serve who fulfil their unique purpose and create amazing lives for them and their families as we are all worthy and meant for greatness and it saddens me how so few believe and ever achieve that in their lifetime.

I am on a mission to help as many as I can to reach their full potential and live life to the fullest because we only get this one so we need to make it the best ever!

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

I learned how powerful we all truly are.

The pandemic was a tough hit on so many and yet there was still such good that came out of it with all the incredible people who decided to thrive despite it.

I learned that we are unstoppable and we can overcome anything we put our minds to.

I know many were not fortunate to have come out of it and my heart feels for those who were affected in a negative manner.

I do know that overall, especially those who believe we should be united instead of divided, that we can be stronger than whatever tries to tear us down.

We can make the most out of any situation good or bad.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am someone who has overcome a lot in my life from drug addiction to depression and suicidal.

I never had any self love or knew my worth.

I also lived with insecurity and low self esteem.

I have been through many different paths when it comes to work.

From my first job at McDonalds to becoming a bill collector to waitressing at restaurants like Red Lobster and Olive Garden.

I later found work with Suntrust Bank which later led to me finding work at an oral surgery office up front.

I ended up being led to work from home after my husband and I had our first child together and the opportunity presented itself to do the office work for the landscape company he worked for that was run by our brother in law.

During my time at home I was reintroduced to a Life Coach and my world was completely turned around.

I learned so much about myself and the conditioning and subconscious programming that had been creating the reality I had been living.

How I was so worthy of so much more and allowed to not only believe it was possible, but that I have so much to give to the world, to myself.

I decided to invest in myself and learn all that I could to transform my perspectives and beliefs from those that hindered and limited me to those that served me and uplifted me.

After my transformation, I was so in awe with how amazing and incredible this was that I had to give back and help as many others as I could to do the same.

I became certified as a Life Coach through Transformation Academy and started my business officially in 2023.

My journey alone in just this one years time has been unbelievable.

Another door was open that led me to podcasting and I started my podcast, Radiant Mom Rising, which has been such an honor and joy to meet all the incredible people I have interviewed and connected with because of that decision to do it.

I am very excited to see where this path takes me.

I am in a place where I believe in myself, my worth, and my ability to create the successful life and business that I have always dreamed of, but for so long doubted I was actually capable of achieving anything more than where I was.

I have proven that it doesn’t matter where you come from or have gone through, you can create a life the way you want starting now if you so choose to do what it takes and believe it is possible.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

You would think that being addicted to drugs as a teenager would be the biggest obstacle I would have overcome and yes it certainly was a huge factor in what has made me who I am today.

However, my greatest obstacle was my insecurity and not knowing my self worth.

That alone is what led me down the path to even be tempted to do drugs.

To feel so desperate and unloved that I didn’t care about the consequences of doing that.

It cost me so much in my life when it came to making decisions and taking chances.

It affected all areas of my life in such negative ways, that it was not until I found life coaching and understood the impact having the insecurity and not knowing my self worth had on my reality and what I was attracting.

That has truly been the best thing I have overcome.

And don’t get me wrong, I am human and I have bad days even now.

But unlike before, I now have so many tools, strategies, and even more, I have a beautiful community of like minded women whom I can turn to in those times and be able to get past it in such a beautiful, positive way in which I never realized was possible.

That has really led me to become the person I am today and I couldn’t be more grateful to those who cared enough to support and encourage me so that I could see a new way for my life and be able to move forward even through the tough times.

That is why I am so passionate to do the same for those I work with.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

As a life coach dedicated to empowering and supporting moms, I innovate by integrating a personalized approach that truly resonates with each client’s unique journey.

I begin by conducting a comprehensive assessment that goes beyond surface level goals.

This includes understanding their personal histories, values, dreams, and the unique challenges they face as moms.

By getting to know the whole person, I can tailor my coaching to their specific needs and aspirations.

Instead of a one size fits all strategy, I create customized roadmaps for each client.

These roadmaps outline actionable steps and milestones that align with their unique gifts, purpose, and desired life goals.

This ensures that their journey is as unique as they are.

A significant part of my coaching focuses on mindset transformation.

I use innovative techniques such as cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness practices, and visualization exercises to help moms shift from a mindset of limitation to one of limitless possibilities.

This shift is crucial for unlocking their full potential.

I believe in the power of accountability.

I don’t just set goals with my clients, I become their accountability partner.

Regular check ins, progress tracking, and supportive feedback loops ensure that they stay on track and remain motivated to achieve their goals.

Through the community membership included in my ‘Mom Biz Mastery’ course, I provide ongoing support and networking opportunities.

This community aspect fosters a sense of belonging and shared growth, which is invaluable for moms navigating similar journeys.

I stay updated with the latest coaching methodologies and tools.

By continuously learning and adapting my coaching techniques, I ensure that my clients benefit from the most effective and innovative strategies available.

Above all, my approach is rooted in empathy and genuine care.

I understand the unique struggles moms face because I’ve been there myself.

This authenticity helps build trust and a deep connection, making the coaching process more impactful.

By combining these innovative strategies, I empower moms to uncover their unique gifts, align their goals with their desired life, and ultimately create a fulfilling and purpose driven life on their own terms.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I am authentic and genuine in my approach.

I believe we all have unique gifts and paths and there is not a one size fits all answer.

I am passionate about helping others to believe in themselves, find their own way, and have fun along the way.

It is all about the journey and not just about the destination.

I feel when we live life in the present instead of just striving for goal after goal in the way so many will tell you we should be doing, that things work out even better than you can imagine and the universe will show you the way.

I, of course, encourage my clients to get out of their comfort zone and try new things as that is one of the best ways to really learn about yourself and what lights you up.

It also is what leads you to new opportunities that can change everything in ways you only dreamed of.

No one successful ever got that way by sitting at home and wishing for things to show up.

They put themselves out there and found their way even through the challenges and obstacles that came their way.

This is why it is so important to have someone there to help guide and support you along the way so you stay strong and keep going no matter what.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

When my clients work with me, they experience a profound transformation.

They gain deep awareness and clarity about who they are at their core and who they aspire to become.

This journey fills them with a sense of peace and satisfaction with where they are now, even as they strive toward their future goals.

They develop an abundant mindset and learn to embrace positive perspectives.

I equip them with practical tools, effective strategies, and achievable goals, empowering them to pursue their dreams confidently.

Throughout our time together, I celebrate every accomplishment, big and small, alongside them.

My unwavering support and genuine love are constants they can always rely on.

My clients benefit from discovering their unique paths and setting realistic goals that align with their true selves.

As they step more fully into the incredible women they were always meant to be, they realize the limitless potential within them.

Working with me isn’t just about achieving goals, it’s about becoming the best version of themselves and creating a life they truly love.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I employ a variety of tools tailored to the unique needs and approaches of each client.

Recognizing that everyone is different in how they pursue their goals and personal growth, I adapt my methods accordingly.

For clients who are goal oriented and eager to set tangible objectives, I find the SMART goals framework to be particularly effective.

This structured approach helps clients clearly define their goals, track progress meticulously, and stay focused on the path from where they are to where they want to be.

Additionally, I emphasize the importance of morning rituals.

Establishing these daily practices can be profoundly transformative, as they create new neural pathways that foster positive habits.

By starting their day with intention and purpose, my clients are better equipped to face the day with strength and clarity.

These tools, among others, enable me to guide my clients efficiently and effectively, ensuring they achieve meaningful and lasting transformations.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

To all the incredible moms out there, know that you are capable of achieving greatness and creating a life that you truly love.

Embrace your strengths, celebrate your journey, and never doubt your worth.

You have the power to transform your dreams into reality and to be the best version of yourself, not just for your family, but for you.

Believe in your potential, seek out support, and remember that you are never alone.

Together, we can build a world where every mom thrives, fulfills her passions, and finds joy in every day.

You deserve all the love, success, and happiness life has to offer.

Let’s rise together and make it happen!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The importance of loving yourself and knowing your worth has been the greatest lesson I have learned in my life.

Without that you are easily influenced and strayed from the path that is created for you to thrive and live your best life.

It starts with you and the rest will fall into place in the way you show up.

Your final thoughts?

I truly hope to inspire anyone reading this to go out there and make your life what you desire it to be.

Believe in yourself no matter where you came from or what you’ve been through.

You are capable of anything you set your mind to and truly worthy of all the love and abundance you dream of.

You are amazing just the way you are so be yourself, share your story, and live life to the fullest!

Redefining Wellness: Beyond Bubble Baths and Tea Cups

Wellness, self care, “me time”… Today wellness is depicted through images of bubble baths, herbal tea, self care routines, and moments of relaxation.

While these indulgences are delightful and contribute to our well being, true wellness is far more profound and multidimensional.

It’s not about your bubble bath holding a glass of wine, focusing on yourself after a long day of corporate stress and comparing with others on social media…

To truly embrace wellness, we need to delve deeper into its essence and understand its holistic nature.

The Origins of Wellness

Redefining-Wellness-Beyond-Bubble-Baths

The concept of wellness isn’t a new fad, it has deep historical roots.

Anceint Greeks

Ancient civilizations like the Greeks, Egyptians, and Chinese have long recognized the importance of holistic health.

For example, the Greek philosopher Hippocrates, often considered the father of medicine, championed the idea of balance and harmony within the body as crucial to health.

His famous quote, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food,” reflects his belief that a balanced diet and lifestyle were key to health.

Hippocrates and his followers advocated for a holistic approach, focusing on diet, exercise, and lifestyle rather than merely treating symptoms.

China

In China, wellness has been understood through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which dates back over 2,000 years.

Traditional Chinese Medicine emphasizes the balance of Qi (life energy) and the harmony of body, mind, and spirit.

Health, according to TCM, depends on the smooth flow of Qi and the balance between the body’s opposing forces, Yin and Yang.

India

India’s contribution to wellness is profound, especially through the practice of yoga, which has been practiced for over 5,000 years.

The ancient sage Patanjali codified the principles of yoga in the Yoga Sutras, outlining a holistic approach to health that integrates the mind, body, and spirit.

Yoga was not just about physical postures but also about mental discipline and spiritual growth.

The 1900s

Fast forward to the 20th century, and the wellness movement began to gain traction.

In the 1950s and 60s, wellness was popularized as a concept that goes beyond mere physical health to include emotional, mental, and spiritual well being.

Pioneers like Halbert Dunn and John Travis expanded the idea of wellness to incorporate a more comprehensive view of health, one that includes lifestyle choices and personal growth.

Today

With the rise of social media, particularly Instagram, wellness turned into a visually appealing trend instead of a way of life.

Instagram is flooded with photos showcasing luxurious bubble baths, “me time”, smoothies, perfectly steeped tea, YouTube vloggers upload videos of self care routines and each image is carefully curated to reflect an idealized version of self care.

While these images promote wellness practices, they miss the deeper meaning of wellness.

Beyond the Surface: What Wellness Truly Means

Redefining-Wellness

Wellness is more than just a series of pleasant rituals.

It’s a profound journey toward personal fulfillment and authentic living.

Here’s how we can redefine wellness:

1. Personal Development: The Holistic Journey of Transformation

True wellness starts with a commitment to personal development.

This isn’t just about acquiring new skills or knowledge but about embracing a journey of self discovery and growth.

It’s not just about eating healthy, meditating, journaling, praying…

It’s about all of that and more.

It’s about focusing on all of the fundamental pillars of a human being, the spirit, the mind, the body, the heart, and improving in all areas of your life.

That’s why we created 4 campuses inside the Superhuman University, one for each pillar, so you can focus on improving all of them, not just one like the limitation on many other platforms.

If you want to start your self transformation journey, join the Superhuman University here!

2. Authenticity: Living True to Yourself

Embracing wellness also means living authentically.

It’s about honoring who you are at your core and expressing your true self without fear of judgment.

It’s about following your truth and your purpose.

If you are not a person who likes to go out in night clubs every weekend, honor that… if you are not the type of person who can manage to be stuck in an office 8 hours per day, honor that…

Wellness is not about your bubble bath, it’s about living an authentic life that’s true to your self.

3. Emotional Well being: Navigating Life with Grace

Emotional well being is another critical aspect of wellness.

It involves understanding and managing your emotions effectively, building resilience, and nurturing positive relationships.

Your self care routine might help you relax, but it’s not going to clean you from the suppressed emotions that you carry within your being.

Honesty, sincerity, vulnerability, and lots of releasing…

That’s true emotional wellness.

Brené Brown’s research on vulnerability and shame highlights the importance of emotional intelligence in wellness.

By embracing vulnerability and cultivating meaningful connections, we can navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and compassion.

4. Physical Vitality: Nurturing Your Body

Finally, physical health remains a cornerstone of wellness.

Again, it’s about more than just exercise and nutrition, it’s about creating a lifestyle that supports overall vitality.

This is the nuanced difference: it’s not about escaping your life in wellness routines, exercises, yoga, meditation…

It’s about seamlessly incorporating these practices so they become your way of life.

Embracing a Holistic Approach

Embracing-a-Holistic-Approach-2

To truly embody wellness, we must adopt a holistic approach that integrates all these elements into our daily lives.

This means finding balance and harmony across different aspects of life, including physical health, emotional resilience, personal growth, and authentic living.

Instead of focusing on isolated aspects of wellness, set goals that address multiple dimensions of your life.

For example, if you aim to improve your physical health, also consider how you can enhance your emotional well being and personal development simultaneously.

Create daily routines that support your overall wellness.

This might include a balanced diet, regular exercise, mindfulness practices, and time for personal reflection and growth.

And regularly reflect on your progress.

Adjust your practices as needed.

Wellness is a journey, not a destination, and it requires ongoing self assessment and adaptation.

It is a deeply enriching journey that extends far beyond superficial practices.

Let’s move past the bubble baths and herbal tea and delve into the true essence of wellness, a journey of self discovery, transformation, and authentic living.

Join the 30 Days Of Transformation here and unleash true wellness, step into a life you love!

Break the Loop: The Mindset that Will Set You Free

“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” — Albert Einstein

This classic piece of wisdom rings true now more than ever.

In our quest for self improvement, many of us find ourselves trapped in repetitive cycles, hoping for change without altering our approach.

The Trap of Learned Helplessness

Ever find yourself stuck in a pattern, like hitting the snooze button every morning and then complaining about being late?

Or being unable to resist the urge to eat that sweet snack at 11pm after you start a diet, and then complaining that you cannot lose weight?

It’s a small example of what psychologists call learned helplessness, repeating familiar patterns and expecting a different outcome.

We often convince ourselves that if we just gather more information or listen to one more podcast, things will magically change.

But in reality, change requires more than passive consumption, it demands active engagement and a willingness to step out of our comfort zones.

Embrace a Different Mindset and Break the Loop

Embrace-a-Different-Mindset-and-Break-the-Loop

To escape the loop and achieve meaningful change, a shift in mindset is crucial.

Sometimes, the habits that once served us well can become barriers to our growth.

There are 3 things you need to consider when trying to change your mindset and liberate yourself from the vicious cycle:

Beliefs

Take Sarah, for instance.

She was a dedicated worker who stuck to the same routines for years.

Despite working long hours, she felt stagnant in her career.

Her problem was her mindset and beliefs.

She believed that she needs to do “hard work” in order to progress forward.

But that’s not necessarily the case.

What she needed was to delegate her work so she can focus on doing the important tasks that move the business forward.

It wasn’t until she questioned her assumptions about what constituted “hard work” and experimented with new strategies, like delegating tasks and focusing on her strengths, that she saw significant improvement.

Action

Action is where the magic happens.

Tom always dreamed of starting his own bakery but was paralyzed by fear.

Instead of waiting for the perfect moment, he took small but decisive steps, enrolling in a baking class, testing recipes, and eventually opening a small stall at a local market.

Each action, no matter how small, pushed him closer to his dream and helped him grow.

There is no perfect moment.

Action brings the magic to reality.

You can have all the best ideas on the planet, all the education and knowledge, but information is useless unless it is directing certain action.

If you want to escape the cycle, you need to take the right action.

Wake up early, buy that domain, stick to your diet plan, exercise…

These, seemingly mundane and boring tasks are the building blocks of your dreams.

Resilience

Finally, you need to be resilient.

Once you start interupting the usual pattern your mind is used to follow, it will feel hard.

Your mind hates everything that takes extra energy from you so it will try to push you back into following the old pattern.

Here is where resilience comes into play.

According to research, you need to put conscious effort, at least for 21 days to 66 days in order to change the pattern and make the new pattern to feel natural.

Setbacks are part of the journey.

Each rejection is tough, but see them as stepping stones, learning and improving with each experience.

Resilience is your way out.

The Dysfunction of Information Consumption

break-the-loop-mindset

In today’s digital age, information is everywhere.

We’re bombarded with self help articles, motivational videos, and endless podcasts.

While knowledge is powerful, merely consuming it doesn’t equate to progress.

That’s why our motto on Life Coach Code that you read in many of our articles is:

All the information on the planet is useless if you don’t take action.

We encourage people to pause after each article they read, absorb the information and decide what action they will take so they can have a real life transformation and become a better version of themselves.

Moving Forward with Purpose

To truly move forward, shift from passive consumption to active creation:

1. Set Clear Goals

Define what success means to you and chart a path to achieve it.

For example, if you want to improve your fitness, set a clear goal like running a 5K in three months and create a training plan to get there.

2. Build Consistent Habits

Establish daily practices that align with your goals.

If you want to write a book, set aside time each day to write, even if it’s just for 20 minutes.

Consistency is key to making progress.

3. Seek Continuous Improvement

Embrace a growth mindset of lifelong learning.

This means regularly reflecting on your experiences, seeking feedback, and being open to change.

It’s about evolving and adapting as you go along.

Stop The Insanity…

Breaking free from repetitive cycles and embracing change requires more than just wishing for a different outcome.

It calls for a change in mindset, bold actions, and resilience.

Remember Einstein’s words and recognize that achieving different results means thinking differently and acting decisively.

Move away from passive information consumption and empower yourself to take meaningful actions.

By doing so, you’ll pave the way to tangible progress and a more fulfilling life.

You hold the keys to your own freedom!

Don’t just consume information, take action, join the 30 Days Of Transformation here and step into a life you love: 30 Days of Transformation.

Life as a Prototype: The Blueprint for Success and Fulfillment

Navigating through life’s ups and downs can often feel like trying to steer a ship through stormy seas.

And learning how to navigate your ship is one of the greatest superpowers that you posses (but more about that later).

The biggest cause of our suffering is the way we see life.

Most of us have a plan of what they want their life to look like, the goals they need to achieve, how they need to get to those goals…

And if one thing goes away from script, we get disappointed.

But what if we viewed our lives not as a rigid blueprint, but as an evolving prototype?

Just like in product development where experimentation and adjustments are key, approaching life with this mindset can open doors to success and fulfillment we never thought possible.

Mike Tyson once said,

“Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face.”

This perfectly captures how life doesn’t always follow the script we write.

Unexpected challenges are bound to come our way, and how we adapt to these surprises can shape our journey to success.

Why Viewing Life as a Prototype is a Game Changer:

The Blueprint for Success and Fulfillment

Embracing Uncertainty

Think of life as a big, colorful experiment.

When we accept that uncertainty is a natural part of the journey, and probably the only certain thing in life, we stop fearing the unknown and start seeing it as an adventure.

Instead of paralyzing ourselves with worry about what might go wrong, we start to see every challenge as a chance to learn and grow.

For instance, when I switched careers in my life for the first time, I felt nervous about the uncertainty ahead.

But by embracing the unknown and being open to learning from each experience, I found joy and fulfillment in this new path.

Agility and Experimentation

In the business world, being agile and willing to experiment is crucial for innovation.

The same goes for our personal lives.

By trying different approaches and being open to adjusting our strategies, we find what works best for us.

For example, when I started my blog, I experimented with various topics and writing styles.

Through this process, I discovered what resonated with my readers and refined my focus to create more meaningful content.

What if I was stubborn and sticked to the first topic I started writing about, the first tone and style, not changing anything, not getting feedback?

Well, you’ll probably not be here reading this piece then.

Progress Over Perfection

Viewing life as a prototype shifts our focus from seeking perfection to celebrating progress.

Every step forward, no matter how small, is a victory.

This mindset helps us to move past the fear of making mistakes and keeps us motivated.

But most importantly, it helps us keep moving forward toward our goals even if we hit an dead end.

Or the reward we expected is delayed.

Because we know that even the small step ahead is a win, and with it we are closer to our goals.

For instance, when I first started my business I expected clients to flood through the gates.

It took me months and months of refining my approach until I got my first client.

Each step, each strategy taught me something new and brought me closer to my goal.

I didn’t change my goal, I adjusted my path.

Resilience Through Adaptation

Life’s “punches,” whether they’re setbacks, failures, or unexpected twists, are part of the journey.

But that’s the filter that separates winners from losers.

Seeing life as a prototype helps us bounce back with resilience.

It teaches us to adapt, adjust, and keep going despite the challenges.

For example, when a major project I was leading didn’t meat its mark, I used the experience to reassess and pivot my approach.

You remember that old wisdom, it’s either a success or a lesson.

This flexibility allowed me to recover and tackle new opportunities with renewed energy and greater wisdom.

adapt, adjust, and overcome.

4 Practical Steps to Live Life as a Prototype:

Life-as-a-Prototype

1. Set Flexible Goals

Think of your goals as a general direction rather than a strict roadmap.

It’s great to know where you want to go, but being open to changing your course based on new information is key.

For example, if your goal is to start a business, you might begin with a specific idea but stay open to adjusting your business model as you learn more about your market and customers.

Remember, adjust the sails not the destination.

2. Take Small, Iterative Steps

Focus on making small, manageable changes rather than trying to achieve everything at once. Each step you take provides valuable feedback that helps guide your next move.

Research in behavioral science supports the idea that small, incremental changes are more effective for long term behavior modification.

This concept is often referred to as “gradual change” or “small steps.”

According to the Fogg Behavior Model (Fogg, 2009), behavior change is most likely to occur when people are motivated, able, and prompted to act.

Small steps make the change process less daunting, thereby increasing the likelihood of success.

Rome wasn’t built in a day.

3. Reflect and Learn

Regularly take time to reflect on your experiences and what you’ve learned.

This helps you make informed adjustments and keep evolving.

For example, after completing a project or reaching a milestone, take a moment to assess what worked well and what didn’t.

Use this insight to refine your approach and continue growing.

You can open a word document or Google docs and link it with your phone.

This way, no matter where you are, you can write notes and reflections inside this document.

It will serve you as a log with wise lessons that you uncovered with your experience to guide you on your journey.

4. Embrace Failure as Feedback

Instead of seeing failure as a setback, view it as a chance to gather feedback and learn.

Each failure teaches us something valuable and helps us improve.

When I faced setbacks, I learned to see them as opportunities to refine my skills and strategies.

And you can do that too.

Embracing this perspective helped me stay resilient and motivated.

You can open your word document and write the lessons you’ve learned from the setbacks.

This way you will have a powerful reminder to help you choose your strategies with greater wisdom.

Your Greatest Superpower…

Viewing life as a prototype is more than just a mindset, it’s a powerful way to navigate the twists and turns of life with grace and confidence.

Do you remember what we said in the beginning of the article, “learning how to navigate the stormy seas is your greatest superpower”?

In life, you cannot control most of the things that happen to you… but, you can control the meaning you give to them.

Just like with sailing on a boat, you cannot control where the wind is blowing, against you, sideways…

But you can always adjust your sails to move forward, or at least not be pushed back.

You can always assign meaning to the things you have no control over that helps you move forward.

Remember, it’s not about having a perfect plan but about embracing the journey and making the most of each step along the way.

So, take a deep breath, keep experimenting, and enjoy the adventure of crafting your own blueprint for a successful and fulfilling life.

The Power of Doubt: Turning Uncertainty into Fuel for Success

Doubt is an emotion we all face at some point in our careers and personal lives.

It can make us question our abilities, decisions, and the paths we’ve chosen.

However, doubt doesn’t have to be a dead end, it can be the catalyst for profound growth and achievement.

Embracing doubt and learning to navigate it can transform it from a stumbling block into a stepping stone toward your dreams.

The Role of Doubt in Our Career and Life Path

turning-uncertainty-into-fuel-for-success

Doubt often emerges when we’re stepping out of our comfort zones, challenging ourselves to achieve more.

“Am I good enough?” or

“What if I fail?”

These doubts can paralyze us if left unchecked, but they can also ignite a fire of determination.

The key lies in our response to doubt.

Do we let it hold us back, or do we harness it to propel us forward?

Doubt pushes us to evaluate our goals, refine our strategies, and seek the support we need.

It’s in these moments of uncertainty that we find the motivation to improve, adapt, and ultimately succeed.

A career coach, especially one with a proven track record across a diverse base of clients, can be instrumental in this journey.

The Transformative Support of a Career Coach

Having the support of a career coach can be a game changer when dealing with doubt.

As LinkedIn’s Top Coaching and Mentoring Voice of 2024, Top 10 Female Coach Making an Impact in 2024 and the Creator of the Award Winning FastTrack2YrDreamJob Program, I’ve seen firsthand how personalized guidance can help individuals conquer their doubts and achieve their career and life aspirations in the shortest path.

A career coach provides an objective perspective, helps you identify your strengths, creates a tailored plan to achieve your goals and offers the encouragement and accountability you need to stay on track.

With the right coach, doubt becomes a tool for growth rather than an obstacle.

5 Daily Habits to Overcome Doubt and Advance Your Goals:

1. Daily Affirmations

Start your day with positive affirmations that reinforce your capabilities and potential.

Remind yourself of past successes and the skills you possess.

This practice builds confidence and diminishes the power of doubt.

2. Set Small, Achievable Goals

Break down your larger career and life goals into smaller, manageable tasks.

Celebrate each accomplishment, no matter how minor it seems.

This approach not only makes your goals feel more attainable but also provides regular boosts of confidence.

3. Reflect and Journal

Spend a few minutes each day reflecting on your progress and journaling your thoughts.

Writing about your doubts and fears can help you process them and gain clarity.

Over time, you’ll see patterns of growth and resilience in your entries.

4. Seek Feedback

Regularly seek feedback from trusted mentors, peers, or your career coach.

Constructive criticism helps you improve, while positive feedback reinforces your strengths.

This balance keeps doubt in check and supports continuous improvement.

5. Engage in Continuous Learning

Commit to learning something new every day, whether it’s a skill related to your career or a personal interest.

Expanding your knowledge and abilities boosts your confidence and keeps doubt at bay.

Setting Boundaries: The Ultimate Act of Self Love for Success and Fulfillment

In the quest for success and a fulfilling life, we often underestimate the importance of self love.

Yet, it’s the prerequisite of any success and fulfillment.

One of the most powerful ways to practice self love is by setting boundaries.

Think of boundaries as the protective walls around your personal space, keeping out negativity and preserving your energy.

Here’s why setting boundaries is so important and how it’s a vital act of self love…

3 Main Benefits of Setting Boundaries:

Main-Benefits-of-Setting-Boundaries

Your mind and heart are like a beautiful, delicate garden.

When you allow too many weeds (negative people and situations) into your garden, it starts to lose its vibrancy.

Setting boundaries is like building a fence around your garden to keep the weeds out.

Let me tell you a story…

I used to have a friend who often called me during work hours to chat about trivial matters.

It was disrupting my focus and making me feel overwhelmed.

She was my dear friend, and I loved her a lot, but her calls really disrupted my focus, and it started to affect my productivity and work quality.

This had to stop, but I didn’t know how to tell her without she getting offended.

Then, I remembered something I read a long time ago, setting boundaries is not about getting rid of people, it’s about creating comfortable environment for yourself so later you can fully connect with others.

When we allow others to interupt our work in order to chat about trivial things, we don’t focus fully neither on our work, nor on our friends.

Nobody wins.

So, I had to set a boundary by asking for a specific time to catch up, which helped me protect my work time and maintain my peace of mind.

And, when we later catched up, I was fully focused on my friend.

As you can see, setting boundaries has 3 main benefits:

  1. Preserving mental and emotional well being.
  2. Enhancing productivity.
  3. Fostering healthy relationships.

The Contagious Nature of Energy:

The-Contagious-Nature-of-Energy

Energy can spread like wildfire.

Just as a cheerful person can brighten your day, a negative person can dampen your mood.

It’s crucial to be mindful of who you spend your time with.

For instance, I remember a period when I was surrounded by friends who constantly complained about everything.

Their negativity was rubbing off on me, making me feel drained.

I was waking up sluggish, doing efforts to motivate myself, to put myself in a great and productive mood…

And just 10 minutes with them all of that was gone.

By setting boundaries and spending more time with positive, encouraging people, I felt my own energy and mood improve significantly.

Ok, so how to set boundaries?

4 Practical Steps to Set Boundaries:

setting-boundaries-self-love-for-success

1. Identify Your Limits

Understanding what drains your energy and what refuels it is the first step in setting effective boundaries.

Reflect on your interactions and notice how they affect your mood.

For example, if you find that social media consumes a lot of your time and leaves you feeling anxious, it’s a sign that you might need to set boundaries around your social media use.

Make a list with two columns, on one side write the things that drain your energy, and on the other side write the things that fill you up with energy.

Identify the Top 3 from each column.

And now you know what to do… set strict boundaries for the top 3 things that drain your energy and implement more time doing the top 3 things that refill your fuel.

2. Communicate Clearly

Setting boundaries requires clear and assertive communication.

It’s like drawing a line in the sand that others need to respect.

For instance, if you have a coworker who frequently interrupts you while you’re working, let them know that you’re focusing on a project and would appreciate it if they could wait until you’re available.

Clear communication helps others understand your needs and respect your boundaries.

It doesn’t have to be this angry, “enough is enough” attitude when you are setting a boundary.

It can be loving, gentle, and respectful.

3. Prioritize Self Care

Self care is crucial for reinforcing your boundaries.

It’s like regular maintenance for a well functioning machine.

Schedule time for activities that recharge you, whether it’s a relaxing walk, a hobby you love, or simply taking a break.

For example, I set aside Sunday evenings as my personal time to unwind and prepare for the week.

This routine helps me stay balanced and reinforces my boundaries with work and social obligations.

4. Distance Yourself from Energy Vampires

Not everyone who drains your energy is intentionally harmful, in fact, most of them are not even aware they are energy vampires.

People who drain your energy might just be mismatched with your current needs.

Instead of cutting people off abruptly, manage your interactions thoughtfully.

For example, if certain people consistently leave you feeling drained, limit your time with them and focus on nurturing relationships with those who energize and support you.

Embracing Boundaries as an Act of Self Love:

Setting boundaries is a powerful way to show yourself love and respect.

It’s about acknowledging that you deserve to protect your well being and energy.

As a coach, I often see how setting and maintaining boundaries transforms people’s lives.

It’s not about being rigid or unkind but about honoring your needs and creating a space where you can thrive.

If you want to learn how to set healthy boundaries and get your true power back, join the 30 Days Of Transformation here and step into a life you love: 30 Days of Transformation.

Conclusion:

Setting boundaries and managing your energy are not just practical steps but profound acts of self love.

They help preserve your mental and emotional health, boost your productivity, and build healthier relationships.

Remember, your energy is precious, choose to surround yourself with positivity and support.

By setting boundaries, you create a nurturing environment that allows you to achieve your goals and enjoy a fulfilling life.

Embrace this practice of self love and watch how it transforms your journey toward success and happiness.
