5 Easy Ways How To Make The Home A Comfortable Environment For Seniors

0

Aging is a constant in life and we cannot do anything to stop this biological process or slow it down.

As we grow older, our health and safety are one of the most important aspects of creating a happy and harmonious life.

To attain this, we must make sure that our homes cater to our needs and that our home environment is secure, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Whether seniors live with family members, close friends, or alone, they need to organize their living space accordingly and modify it to their needs and preferences.

Regardless of a person’s age, a home should be a haven, but creating a decent home environment for a senior is even more important as they spend more time inside than outside.

In this article, we suggest five ways to make the home a comfortable environment for seniors that can make a world of difference and create a positive impact on their health, mindset, and overall well being.

5 Easy Ways To Make Comfortable Environment For Seniors:

how-to-make-the-home-a-comfortable-environment-for-seniors

1. Get better sleep.

Sleep is needed for the body and brain to rest, recover and process impressions.

During sleep, the body winds down, blood pressure drops, heart rate and body temperature go down, breathing becomes calmer and muscles relax.

Sleep disorders are common, especially in women, the elderly, and individuals with impaired health.

Lack of sleep causes both physical and mental symptoms and has a major impact on the individual’s quality of life.

Better sleep gives a much better life, therefore, it is important, especially for older people, to find a bed that suits their sleeping habits and needs.

But there are many different types of mattresses to choose from, so the purchase can be difficult.

In the quest to prevent unpleasant conditions, a senior should look for a wider bed like a bariatric bed as it provides more comfort than the traditional sized ones.

This type of bed offers numerous features designed to aid the movement of an elderly person that has limited mobility and it can be electrically operated via a handset, making it very convenient for the person using the bed.

Choosing the right bed facilitates and promotes restorative sleep, and ultimately increases a senior’s quality of life.

2. Make the home environment reflect their beliefs.

Most people believe that to live a fulfilled life, you must stay connected to your core values that nourish your soul, and the home is the perfect way to start.

Elderly people might sometimes feel frustrated, dissatisfied, and bored with their lives, so making their home environment reflect their beliefs can help them feel encouraged and lift their spirits.

A proper recognition of their beliefs, either in the bedroom or the kitchen space, will ensure a sense of belonging and contentment, whether it’s with readings of their favorite inspirational saint of the day or a spiritual sculpture handcrafted by their favorite artist.

When a person feels they align their life with their values and beliefs, it gives them purpose and joy, knowing that they’re living an authentic life and can find peace and fulfillment.

3. Organize the furniture to fit their needs.

When a person grows older, it’s time to change up the furniture in the home by discarding or donating old pieces and for instance, removing glass tables in areas of the home where the person moves often.

Nobody wants to get involved in an unnecessary accident. Older skin injures easily as it becomes less elastic so using any item to avoid being cut on sharp edges is a smart move.

Getting the right furniture is a must as a senior’s priority is to feel comfortable at all times. A recliner chair can be the perfect piece for reading or watching some television than sitting on a hardback chair that is hard to get up from.

Fortunately, there are many stylish furniture options available today that offer both comfort features and a beautiful aesthetic to fit the senior’s living space.

4. Create a Gallery Wall.

As time passes by, it’s normal to see families grow and start moving out of the area.

This can be tough on seniors who are no longer able to see their close family members as often as they might like.

A gallery wall is a perfect way to stir the happy memory pot as the images and memories of cherished family moments can make elderlies feel more joyful.

Looking at photographs has proven to help stimulate memories for persons who suffer from Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, and helps them remember their loved ones and all the special moments they shared.

Regardless of whether an elderly suffers from memory loss, seeing photos of their close ones will provide a comforting feeling any time they pass them by.

5. Pick up a hobby.

Just because you get old, you should never stop having fun. Seniors may get more ailments and get a little slower but life is still happening, and one must never forget that.

To continue to enjoy their life, seniors need to fill their days with activities, something that can be a challenge if they are retired and no longer have a specific job.

Then it’s time to pick up a hobby if they do not already have one.

It can be anything from painting, playing an instrument, or having a relaxing yoga session in the living room with a friend.

What You Should Remember?

Several subtle changes can help create a better home environment for seniors.

Home is where the heart is and a top quality lifestyle in later years is more than possible.

By making a few adjustments, a senior’s mental and emotional health can be impacted significantly, making them age happily.

Find Life Coach | Meet Emily Pasnak-Lapchick: How to Raise Your Consciousness?

Emily Pasnak-Lapchick is one of the coaches we found and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her warm and client oriented approach. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Emily Pasnak-Lapchick:

find-life-coach-emily-pasnak-lapchick

Name: Emily Pasnak-Lapchick
Pillar: The Mind
Who is this coach for: Individuals and groups who are early to mid-career and searching for more fulfillment in their lives.
How they can help: For those who are seeking more structured approach there are workbooks, goal setting frameworks and other tools. For the others verbalization and discussion give best results.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

At the beginning we were struggling. We were living in New York City and the constant sirens were really wearing down our mental health.

Like so many people, the pandemic really put things into perspective and fast-tracked different parts of our lives.

We decided we wanted to move back to Florida where we both grew up to be closer to family, have more access to nature, and slow down a bit more.

It’s hard to wrap my head around how much has changed over the last few years.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

In some ways the pandemic has impacted everyone differently, and in other ways, all of my clients have been interested in reevaluating their lives.

There has been a deep exploration of what’s actually important. Is it spending time growing one’s career, or is it cultivating community, relationships, and savoring the small moments that bring us joy?

It’s also put into perspective the enormous need for social change in the fabric of our society, and a lot of clients are wanting to explore their role in that work.

I’ve witnessed a seismic shift in how many people are approaching their lives and what they value. That is true for me as much as anyone else!

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

That life isn’t promised, and we don’t have time to play by other people’s rules.

Whatever lights you up inside, foster more of that into your life and you’ll begin to flourish.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I’ve worked in nonprofits and social impact organizations for the last decade.

My parents were involved in social justice work so that was engrained in me from a young age. I was almost surprised to learn in middle school that not everyone was like that.

I was lucky to find what I felt was my dream job straight out of college, having access to incredible opportunities and living out my passion.

I was able to speak at the United Nations, work with grassroots activists, and engage with leaders whose books I had read in school. I felt deeply connected to my purpose.

After six years of working at that nonprofit, building and running programs with phenomenal impact, my growth had slowed and I felt like I was plateauing at work. I found myself wondering, what’s next? Where do I go from here?

I enrolled in a graduate program on Social Innovation, which was a good period to reflect, be a bit creative, and play with some new concepts.

At the end of my program, we were gifted a coaching session to help us decide next steps, and by the end of my session, my peers and coach all asked if coaching would be of interest to me given the energy and fulfillment I got from building deep, meaningful relationships and working with others to find their purpose.

That’s when the seed was first planted.

Fast forward to two years later and I had a good job but I was missing that connection to my purpose and struggling to find meaning in my work.

A previous colleague asked if I wanted to work with him as my coach, and I jumped at the chance to explore what that career could look like.

Within just one month I had already experienced a transformation, reconnected with my values and what lit me up inside, and I thought that if I can hold space for others to have this transformative experience, that would be the most fulfilling job I could imagine. I enrolled in a training program, and here we are!

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Surviving sexual assault at the hands of someone who I trusted and considered a dear friend is without a doubt the worst thing I’ve ever had to overcome.

It absolutely shattered me. I had to relearn how to navigate relationships, how to trust, and how to manage my PTSD.

Through the support of some incredible therapists, a wonderful group of friends, and my stunningly compassionate partner, I have been able to work through it.

It’s hard to speak about it publicly, but unfortunately, I know a lot of people will see themselves in what happened to me.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

My approach to innovating coaching is making it more accessible.

A lot of the coaching industry is geared towards executives and those higher up in organizations.

I see enormous potential for coaching to benefit individuals and groups who are early to mid-career and searching for more fulfillment in their lives.

I’ve set up sliding scale services so that people who are engaged in social movements, or social entrepreneurs, or a dedicated volunteer can all experience the transformative benefits of coaching no matter their financial situation.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I truly see coaching as a partnership. I will go through it with you if you’re my client.

The practice of holistic listening, hearing what’s beneath the words that are being spoken, is a gift I’ve cultivated over the years.

This enables me to be present with my clients and work with them to understand what they’re really dealing with.

Whether it’s a story they’ve told themselves about what they can or can’t do, the voice inside that says “I’m not good enough, smart enough, strong enough..“ or a thought pattern that’s keeping them stuck.. we’ll find the root cause and work to shine light on it so they can move forward.

There’s a parallel here for me in focusing on the root causes of social justice issues in order to affect change.

For me, that’s where the magic of coaching lies. You have a partner, a cheerleader, and someone to hold you accountable in your journey of personal and professional growth.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

One of the largest benefits is a raised consciousness.

Once we raise our consciousness, our judgments start to dwindle and your stress begins to decrease.

And who doesn’t want less stress in their lives?

With a higher consciousness, clients can begin to identify patterns of thoughts, actions, and behaviors that have been getting in their way and shift the way they approach life.

My clients shift from playing small to believing in the power that lies within themselves and move at breakneck speed to achieve goals that have sat on the backburner for too long.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I cater the tools I use to my clients, some prefer more structure and we use workbooks, goal setting frameworks, and other planning tools, and others are really searching for clarity and want to verbally process what they’re experiencing.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

I draw inspiration from a gift my parents gave me many years ago: To become fearless in each moment we can choose to fear less.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

That every single moment we get to decide what kind of person we want to be.

We’ve all made mistakes, we’ve all said things we regret, and we all have the opportunity to rebuild and move forward.

Your final thoughts?

For me, I liken coaching to a chrysalis. It’s a space that is cultivated for individuals to undergo a radical transformation.

If you’re ready for major shifts in your life, find a coach who suits your needs and you’ll have a support unlike any other.

Where Can You Find Emily Pasnak-Lapchick?

If this you liked what Emily said and her approach resonated with you, feel free to visit her website at www.chrysalis-exchange.com where you can learn everything about her coaching.

She is a wonderful human being, a warm person, and completely dedicated in helping you raise your consciousness to find better clarity and fulfillment in life. It was an honor having this interview with her.

3 Best Things You Can Do Every Day to Become a Better Leader

I’ve recently had the absolute joy and honour to be a guest speaker in one of the Leadership courses at the University of Toronto!

And, well, we talked about how leadership has changed and where it’s headed.

What we’ve all agreed on was that the crisis has only accelerated a change that was already there, even before the pandemic…

That people around the world had more time to search for answers to questions that mattered to them…

That the level of individual self-awareness has increased tremendously during that past almost 2 years…

That all of the ‘Greats’ that we’re talking about today: Great resignation, Great re-shuffle, Great come-back, you name your Great… really come as no surprise, because individual priorities have changed.

We’ve prioritized for meaning and purpose in our life, both our home AND work lives. Our work has become more personal than it’s ever been.

What I caught myself thinking is this: how can we now start moving from individual self-awareness to collective self-awareness?

3 Things You Can Do Daily to Become a Better Leader:

things-you-can-do-every-day-to-become-a-better-leader

We’ve already started with the foundation for great leadership: emotional intelligence.

As I predominantly work with millennial leaders, the shift is very clear. Leadership will build on these 3 main skills muscles in 2022 and beyond:

1. Emotional Intelligence
2. Coaching and Mentoring
3. Feedback

Because it’s these muscles that will help us all be present, empathetic, kind, adaptable and motivated. Individually and collectively.

So train these skills muscles regularly.

1. Build on that Emotional Intelligence muscle.

– Start with noticing what motivates you and what doesn’t.

– Notice what you’d rather put your energy doing and why.

– Decide which behaviors are helpful to you and which are not, and how you’re going to change the ones that aren’t useful.

2. Become a great coach and mentor for your team.

– Ask more questions than you give advice.

– Being the coach in your people’s corner is going to boost everyone’s motivation.

– Everyone’s challenges are different and advice from outside rarely works if we don’t have the full picture.

3. Give feedback regularly.

– Remember to give positive feedback regularly.

– Practice how you give constructive feedback that is non-blameful and that is solution oriented, not blame pointing.

– Make it a dialogue, not a lecture!

For those of you interested, we can continue the conversation in the ‘Top 3 Strategies to Build a Strong Emotional Intelligence Skills Muscle’ live workshop on November 24, 12 pm EST: https://mailchi.mp/e030d009f591/emotional-intelligence-the-number-one-leadership-skill-in-2022beyond

How Much Does Hair Restoration Treatment Usually Cost These Days?

There are many reasons to get a hair transplant and deciding on the right surgeon for you will likely come down to the cost.

A lot of people suffer from various diseases that makes their hair fall off, but whatever the case, losing your hair can damage your confidence, especially if you are basing your confidence on your looks.

If you are suffering from hair loss and you have tried lots of ways to stop it and they aren’t working, you can book your transplant as soon as possible.

Some people are put off by the operation but it isn’t too bad if you follow the aftercare. Remember hair transplants commonly last for a lifetime, so you will be sorted after the quick procedure.

The price of the hair transplant will all depend on where you get the procedure done. One of our backend designers just got back from Turkey with a new hair and increased confidence. I mean, huge part of the reason why we decided to write an article about this was his confidence. He was a new man. You might wonder why Turkey though?

Well, most people decide to get a hair transplant in Turkey because of the highly qualified surgeons and the cheap costs.

They usually cost around $2,550 to 8,000 but some are more like $13,000 outside of Turkey. You will also need to consider the price of flights and accommodation if you are going abroad for a transplant.

What You Should know About Hair Restoration Treatment:

how-much-hair-restoration-cost-these-days

Is it worth the cost?

If you haven’t been feeling yourself due to lack of hair and constant hair loss, you will 100% benefit from the procedure.

It depends on the person, but most people will believe a short procedure with some aftercare is worth it.

You can find reviews online and speak to anyone you know that has done the operation to see how they feel with their new hair.

What aftercare will I need to do?

You won’t just have the operation and be completely finished, you will need to take care of yourself after the operation too.

Even though your surgeon will tell you these things, it is worth remembering you won’t be able to wash your hair for at least 48 hours after the operation, most people leave it 3 days.

When you wash your hair, you will need to be very gentle and not scrub it hard. Power showers are a no go, it’s best to use a cup with water so you don’t cause any damage to the delicate area.

Avoiding infection is the main aim after the operation and many surgeons will give you antibiotics to combat infection and pain relief for those who are particularly inflamed.

Small things like staying hydrated and eating healthy meals will also help your scalp heal as they will boost your immune system.

Eating badly after the operation is definitely a no as you won’t recover fast and most people would like to return to their normal life as soon as possible.

What are some alternatives to a hair transplant?

If you can’t bear to think about a hair transplant and you really don’t like the thought of surgery, your only other option is a wig.

This is nothing compared to the surgery as you will need to maintain the wig and make sure it doesn’t fly off when you are out and about.

It really does depend on your lifestyle as to what method to combat hair loss suits you.

Some men and women would prefer to just embrace the baldness instead of having the operation, if being bald doesn’t seem to affect you then you can rock it and go with the flow.

Now you know the cost of a hair transplant and some of the benefits you will reap by having one, you can make a decision and book your procedure if you think it’s right for you.

Whatever decision you make, we hope you enjoy your life with new hair or a wig. And if you need help with your confidence, you can always try more psychological solutions.

How to Make Use of the 3 Best Negotiation Skills for a Better Way of Life

0

Overcoming barriers and getting ahead in life is closely linked to how well you handle negotiations.

With the right skills, you can thrive in your relationships at home and work, settle lucrative job offers, and run flourishing businesses.

To that end, this article will delve into some important negotiation skills to help you boost your way of life.

3 Best Negotiation Skills for a Better Way of Life:

negotiation-skills-for-a-better-way-of-life

1. Communication.

The best negotiation training classes emphasize the importance of effective communication to smoothen negotiations.

Situations that require negotiating are often tense, so open up discussions with lighthearted small talk to break the ice.

Once the other person warms up to you, they are likely to be more inclined to see things from a different point of view.

In addition, it’s essential to communicate clearly to make sure everyone involved is on the same page.

Mutual understanding can help to identify common ground and find alternative solutions.

Some effective communication techniques include:

Paying attention.

Show the other person that they have your undivided attention to build trust and make them feel heard. Simple gestures like leaning in when the other person is talking can go a long way in establishing rapport. Also, listen intently and read the other person’s body language and facial expressions.

Speaking with clarity.

It pays to be precise. Train yourself to avoid using complicated language or jargon to prevent misunderstandings.

Keeping your cool.

Emotions tend to flare up in heated situations. Staying cool can help keep your head clear so you can visualize alternative actions and maintain an open mind. Practice some emotional control methods like counting to 10 before you speak to keep outbursts at bay.

Asking questions.

By asking questions, you can dig deeper into the other side’s motives and expectations. Remember to ask leading and open ended questions that trigger the other person to reveal more information.

2. Planning.

Visualizing how the negotiation will go can help you map out a plan of action that increases your chances of success.

For instance, say you’re dealing with a child who is refusing to go to school.

Before you negotiate with them to reconsider, start by mapping out possible reasons your child may be taking such a stance.

Then think of alternative solutions to those challenges. Once the discussions start, you will be armed with plausible alternatives that can help your child rethink their stance.

In addition, train yourself to research as much as you can.

Start with some introspection, figure out what will constitute a positive outcome for you, and try to uncover the other side’s expectations and desired results.

Stick to goals!

Ask yourself questions like: What do I want to achieve and why?

Getting a clear picture of your goals helps to uncover suitable alternatives.

Remember to avoid sticking to a single position but rather focus on the goals you wish to achieve.

For instance, in the earlier scenario of a child refusing to go to school. Avoid clinging to the position “My child must go to school”.

Instead, think about your goals, “I want my child to learn”.

Keeping your eyes on the goal can help you find a win win outcome where you can get your child to continue learning and find a way to address the challenges at school.

3. Timing.

Train yourself to read the situation and get the timing right.

If the other person seems disinterested or if you pick up on simmering tensions, it’s usually beneficial to take a break.

Resuming at a later stage can allow both sides the chance to cool down. Also, choose a time when the other side is more relaxed since they are more likely to keep an open mind.

For instance, if you’re eyeing a salary increase, it’s best to start negotiating with your superiors after you exceed your targets.

Similarly, if you want to buy goods at a discount, it’s usually easier to wait for off peak seasons, such as after the holidays.

It’s also critical to know when to walk away, especially when it becomes clear that no joy will come from the discussions. Dragging the talks for too long is usually counterproductive and unnecessarily frustrating.

What You Should Remember?

Communication is the bedrock for successful negotiations for flourishing businesses and a great way of life.

So train yourself to master the art of getting the point across and listening effectively.

Remember to plan adequately and choose the best time.

Most importantly, know when to call it quits if you can’t find any common ground.

The 5 Best Ways Parents Can Help Their Kids Handle Stress

0

While adults are very familiar with feeling stress in their lives, children don’t always get the same attention.

The fact is that they can feel just as much stress as adults and they can have a very difficult time expressing it and coping with it.

Stress can weigh very heavily on them, resulting in negative effects that can be hard to turn around.

This is exactly why it’s so important for parents to be aware of how their child is feeling if they are going through stress, and to know when and how to help them.

Here’s a look at five ways parents can help kids handle their stress, keeping in mind that you want to act as early as possible.

5 Best Ways Parents Can Help Their Kids with Stress:

ways-parents-can-help-their-kids-stress

1. Talk to Them About What You Are Seeing.

Not every child will be able to recognize that what they are feeling is stress, nor will they necessarily feel comfortable talking about it.

This is when it’s your job to acknowledge it and bring it up.

Ensure your child feels safe and comfortable talking to you and let them know they can be honest and tell you anything.

You must come across as sympathetic and caring, since they need to know you are a “safe space” and that they can open up.

Keep in mind they may just need someone to listen to them.

Venting and sharing feelings can be a huge stress relief all on its own.

2. Discuss What Stress Is and What It Can Do.

Your child may also be under the false impression that stress is just a fact of life and they need to accept it.

Let them know that stress isn’t healthy and takes a toll emotionally and physically.

It’s important to hammer home the importance of stress management and coping techniques.

3. Provide Help with Their Studies If Needed.

One of the biggest sources of stress in a child’s life is school.

Their studies can be very in depth and overwhelming, making it hard for some kids to keep up and get good marks.

If your child is having problems with school, there is a really simple solution, help them.

Online practice tests and video courses are ideal for students preparing for CEM SELECT, CAT, ISEB PRETEST and UKiset competitive examinations.

These practice tests and videos are known to be highly accurate, preparing your child for whatever awaits.

This kind of help can result in the competitive edge your child needs.

4. Lighten Their Load Where Possible.

If their stress has to do with feeling stretched too thin and they have too much on their plate, this would be a good time to lighten their load.

Maybe they have too many extra curricular activities, not enough time for homework, too many chores at home, and so forth.

Any way that you lessen their list of responsibilities can be helpful.

5. Highlight the Importance of Downtime.

This ties in with the next tip which is to highlight the importance of downtime.

Downtime means there is nothing they need or have to be doing at that moment, they can just relax.

Some of the best ways to enjoy downtime can include: Reading, Hanging out with friends, Listening to music, Watching the television, Painting or drawing, Enjoying outdoor time, Sports.

If they don’t have a hobby, encourage them to find one and this can be what they pursue in their downtime.

If your child is displaying the signs of stress, it’s important to recognize these signs, discuss them and find ways to eliminate or at least lessen the load.

Stress will take a huge toll if left unchecked, so it’s never a healthy option.

3 Must Have Tools for Sensitives to Go From Surviving to Thriving (by Dr. Dolores)

By Dr. Dolores Fazzino, DNP, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Intuitive, and Energy Whisperer.

Each of us is maneuvering through our lives as best as we can. With so much confusion, chaos, uncertainty, overwhelm, as well as big time fear, the collective consciousness is a mine field, at best.

If you are like me, an empath, intuitive, and highly sensitive person, just the thought of this display is enough to spin you into an energetic overload.

Let’s face it, the world has gone a little crazy. No, really mad! Experiencing it may just put you on the fringes of a panic attack, and even a PTSD episode!

The good news is the majority of what you are experiencing is not your stuff.

There are ways to live with this and actually move beyond surviving into thriving.

3 Must Have Tools for Sensitives:

must-have-tools-for-sensitives

Many people have not been taught the skills to embrace their empathic, intuitive, and highly sensitive nature. That is not a good thing.

You may feel as if you are the odd person out, all alone, and do not fit in. I am not surprised.

Did you know that your gifts of being an empath, intuitive, and highly sensitive person are much needed and very important?

You are here to assist humanity to reconnect with their lost or hidden abilities to feel, experience, and to be.

These expressions have been stuffed, ignored, compartmentalized, and intellectualized for way too long to fit into society.

The good news is that all of this is shifting.

Your gifts of sensitivity are so needed now! Remember lead by example.

Also, you may have felt as if you did not seem to fit in society, particularly in your family clan or group. Did you also know, you were strategically placed within your family group? And also with a mission, to assist in the healing of your family and ancestral lineage?

This may be challenging to grasp, and this is a very important assignment that you volunteered for! Not to worry, I will give you my top 3 tools to assist you.

1. Trust your inner knowingness.

This inner knowingness is also known as your intuition, gut, God spark, that little voice within you, etc.

It is always correct even though it may be telling something opposite that a source outside of yourself is telling you.

It is your inner compass to help you make the right decisions for you and to lead you on your right path.

2. Self Care.

Give yourself permission to remove yourself from situations that trigger you.

Sometimes it may be too “Peopley” out there.

Honor that, and remove yourself, stay at home and nurture self. This is self care.

3. Set energetic boundaries.

We are sovereign beings with free will. Nothing is allowed to enter our space unless we allow it to.

Sometimes, we give permission unconsciously for things to enter our space.

Set firm energetic boundaries by repeating the following statement out loud, or to yourself “If this is not my stuff, in the name of universal law, it needs to remove itself from my space immediately.”

You should feel lighter, brighter, and more peace of mind.

Remember, life is a journey not a destination. Be patient with yourself, have self compassion, and know that you got this!

The 5 Vaping Success Secrets Of Seasoned Pros

0

When it comes to cannabis consumption methods, vaping emerges as one of the most popular options.

It is ideal for consumers who prefer inhalation since it is a safer alternative to smoking. Apart from delivering clean and toxin free clouds, vaping promises excellent flavor and aroma.

Not to mention, you have the option to experiment with myriad flavors of e juices.

But it is only one side of the picture because you need to do everything right to avail of the extensive benefits of this method.

Here are the vaping success secrets of seasoned pros to help you get the best from your sessions.

The 5 Vaping Success Secrets Of Pros:

vaping-secrets-of-seasoned-pros

1. Know your ratios.

Finding a perfect e juice that matches your expectations is not a mean feat.

Experts recommend learning the basics of your PG to VG ratio to get the best product that matches your preferences.

High VG liquids are ideal if you want thicker clouds and smoother sensations during your sessions.

Conversely, you can opt for lower VG options if you want better flavor delivery and throat hit.

2. Experiment with E liquids.

While you may expect to nail the perfect E liquid after some hit and trial, do not settle for only one product throughout your vaping journey.

Be open to experimentation with different flavors and ratios.

You can always find better options or even consider graduating to stronger juices as you move up the ladder.

The best thing about being a vaper is that you have endless options to try.

3. Switch equipment.

Pros appreciate experimentation and think beyond trying different E liquids.

Consider switching to advanced vaping kits because there is always something better around the corner.

You can find a device with better features and longer battery life, ensuring better experiences down the line.

Do not skimp just because of the price as an advanced device can make an excellent investment that can last for a lifetime.

4. Keep cleaning.

Not many pros will tell you about the significance of a consistent cleaning routine, but it can actually make or break your experience.

Regular tank and vaporizer maintenance enhance the quality of flavor and clouds.

But there is much more you get by investing in a cleaning routine.

It ensures clean smoke that keeps your lungs happy and healthy.

Moreover, your device lasts longer and runs better if you take good care.

5. Avoid vaper’s tongue.

Another secret that every pro swears by is to avoid a vaper’s tongue.

The last thing you will want to encounter is to lose your sense of taste only because you stick with the same flavors year after year.

Combating a vaper’s tongue is as simple as switching up your E juice flavors once in a while.

Staying hydrated also helps, so make sure you have a bottle at hand when you sit for your next session.

What You Should Remember?

These easy secrets take you close to perfection with your vaping experiences.

You need not do much to integrate them into your routine.

The final piece of advice is to relax and have fun.

And note that we are not advising vaping. In our opinion you should take control over your habits and implement ones that are healthy for you and constructive for your character. Stay healthy and stay safe.
