Find Life Coach | Meet Jenny Mason: How to Become Free to Be You and Move Forward to Live Your Best Life?

Jenny Mason is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her calmness and wisdom.

She was in the corporate world for many years until she became aware that it wasn’t the life she truly wanted for herself. So, she Houdinied her way out of that belief system that kept her stuck.

Today she helps people do the same. She coaches people how to become aware of their own self inflicted limitations and break free to live the life they truly desire for themselves.

In her coaching approach she uses various exercises and techniques, however, her intuitive questions are probably one of the most powerful tools she has in her disposal. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Jenny Mason:

find-life-coach-jenny-mason

Name: Jenny Mason
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to break free from their own limitations and beliefs and live their best life.
How they can help: Listening, intuitive questioning, grounding exercises, among many other.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

We are all doing very well during these times as we have taken time to reflect and have had a number of new projects to keep us busy.

We only had mild flu symptoms, so had no real health issues regarding the virus.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

To start with, we went from face to face coaching to online coaching.

My clients were affected by having to work from home, not being able to do much socially at all and feeling fearful of the virus and what it meant for their families, futures at work and beyond.

Many clients felt lonely and isolated during this period.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Personally, I started meditating daily which is the best thing I ever did.

My love and respect for nature increased dramatically.

I learnt to go inwards and see whether I feared the virus or not (I didn’t) and I was so grateful get through the period without much fear.

I learnt how the (social) media distorts our perception and increases people’s fears.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I worked in the corporate world in finance and change management for many years. I became aware that I wasn’t using all my talents and was not feeling totally fulfilled.

I started looking at what I really wanted out of this life and became more and more aware of how my belief system hindered me from reaching my goals.

I finally managed to find my inner Houdini and break out of the self inflicted chains that bound me to become an entrepreneur and ICF accredited coach.

The journey I took to become free to be me and live my best life is what I help people to do.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

My biggest obstacle was my self created belief system, which kept me small and didn’t allow me to go for what I really wanted.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I strongly believe that people have their own answers, but that they are often disconnected from their inner wisdom and so are unable to find them.

I help people (re)connect to their inner wisdom and my questions help them to find their answers.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I have a calm energy and my clients say that I ask great questions which gives them insights and helps them to find their answers.

I help my clients connect to their inner wisdom which is where their answers can be found.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

My coaching gives sustainable change.

My clients get clarity on what they really want out of their career or life, understanding of how their belief system affects their lives and they learn how to manage their limiting beliefs, burst through their barriers and keep moving forward to where they want to go.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Grounding exercises, questions, homework and giving them space to find their answers.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Make the most of your life and use your intuition and conscious awareness to guide you on what you want from this one life and how to get there.

Your true power lies within you.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Keep connected to myself and trust my intuition.

Be aware of my limiting beliefs when they show up and treat them with compassion.

Fulfillment, love and joy come from within.

Finally, all feelings are the biggest gift as they give me so much important information.

Your final thoughts?

Transformation coaching changes your life as you discover that all your answers lie within you and you learn how to reflect and tap Into your inner wisdom to find them.

However, his true uniqueness lies in his kindness. His faith is in love and life and he truly believes that anyone can find this divine essence within them. Here is what he said.

find-life-coach-luca-occelli

Name: Luca Occelli
Pillar: The Spirit
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to get in charge of their life experience and connection with their true essence and real self.
How they can help: By using different modalities depending on client’s needs, like EMDR, Family Constellations, Reconnective Healing, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

We have all been fine.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

My clients have been affected by the pandemic in various ways.

Some have experienced high level of anxiety due to the drastic changes of their lifestyle. Some have understood what they truly wanted to do in life and took it as an opportunity.

These have been the two major opposite scenario while in the middle there has been a variety of people who have experienced it challenging and stimulating in different areas of their life.

I personally wasn’t able to travel between London and Italy as I used to and started working more online.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

I learned that in a very short space of time things can drastically change. To be able to cope with the unknown is invaluable.

Gratitude is truly at the root of enjoying what we have and also what allows us to get more of what we already have.

Family and relationships are at the core of our wellbeing

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

For me everything started when in 2002 after I have been taking drugs for 12 years and not having much faith in Life. I met someone I didn’t know in a bar in central London that told me he was a medium and that he had a message for me from my mum that had passed away six years before.

He said that my mum wanted me to know that she was absolutely fine and that she would come down in a flash to help me as she did many times but it was time that I took responsibility for my own well being and change my lifestyle.

Also she wanted him to tell me to be careful not to drink and drive and not to get into cars with people that had been drinking for the next two weeks. It all made sense since only two weeks before this encounter, while crossing the street without paying attention because I had taken lots of drugs, I had been run over by a car. Although I almost smashed the windshield of the car with my head, I was totally uninjured. I had others two major car accidents during the previous three years and although the cars were destroyed I always got away without any injuries.

I haven’t seen that man afterwards but that encounter changed my entire Life.

I choose to believe that what he told me could be true and so I literally looked up as if to speak to that God that up that point I hated it for taking my mum away at the age of 47, when I was only 25 and with a very confrontational attitude I pronounced this words: Ok then, wherever you are, whoever you are, if you exist, help me out, I want to change.

I then felt a kind of inner ecstasy that words cannot describe and was feeling better than if had taken the best drugs I could ever find but it was all natural.

In retrospect I simply opened myself up to the Spiritual Truth that we are more than just humans, we are literally Spiritual being having a human experience.

Since than I started meditating, attending spiritual and personal growth seminars and studied to become a Reconnected Healing Practitioner, EFT, EMDR practitioner, a Hypnotherapist, a Metaphysical Counsellor, then I studied Psychology and became a Family Constellation Facilitator.

I am still gaining new knowledge and understanding of how Mind and Spirit can work together to help us being more of who we truly are.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The biggest obstacle was the 12 years drug addiction. That was the major catalyst contributing to who I am today.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I help clients to overcome challenges and increase their level of well being and the quality of their life using different modalities that can all be useful cording to the situation presented.

If someone wants to overcome a particular trauma I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).

It is a structured therapy that encourages the client to briefly focus on the trauma memory while simultaneously experiencing bilateral stimulation via eye movements, which is associated with a reduction in the vividness and emotion associated with the trauma memories.

For many other challenges I may use Hypnotherapy to allow the inner unconscious resources of the client to be used.

The solution to the challenges the client is facing are all inside themselves and I allow them to tap into their own inner source of wisdom creating a relaxing trance during which all possibilities can be explored and then put into action.

I also use Family Constellations since the influence of the family system is determining how people relate with themselves, others and the world in general.

They are an extremely effective method to address the root cause of limiting patterns generated by hidden loyalties towards some family member and energetic entanglements.

I use a methods I have learned that his called Hypno Constellation. During the process the client is invited to experience first hand how people he has issues with are feeling allowing them to become more emphatic and more able to find the solutions to their problems.

I also see people that are willing to undergo a journey of inner growth and discovering using Metaphysical Counselling.

Metaphysical Counselling provides the awareness and the tools to connect with one’s own Divine Essence getting rid of mental conditioning and strengthening the line of communication with one’s own spiritual GPS.

I also facilitate session of Reconnective Healing to restore balance and order so that the client can experience self healing and accelerate their own evolutionary process by being exposed to this particular frequencies.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

It is supported by Universal Love.

It takes into account that we are One with Life and with Everyone.

Life can be lived effortless when we trust and let go!

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Each one receive what’s most appropriate for them.

If I had to generalize I would say that they all gain more awareness, greater physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

A greatest sense of being in charge of their Life experience. Greater inner peace and connection with their Essence, with Who They Truly Are.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Presence and inner guidance first and foremost, then all the experience and knowledge that I have accumulated over the years.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Nothing has any intrinsic meaning except the one you give.

You are what you choose to be in any given time.

Life is what you make of it!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The most important thing in Life is Love and Love equals Respect and Faith in Life.

Your final thoughts?

In Life many things happen that are out of our control and we cannot choose.

What we have some power over is our attitude and the way to respond to what happens to us.

I invite everyone to consider that things happen for us and through us, not to us.

This shift in perception can allow us to learn more from our experiences without feeling as if we are the victims.

We are the creator, the writers of our Life Story.

What kind of Story are you choosing to write?

Her coaching approach focuses on helping people discover things about themselves that were buried in their subconscious and gain clarity about their life.

With just one conversation, you can find out so much about yourself that you did not consciously know before. The best part is, she is guiding you to the answers that you already carry within yourself.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Certainly Corona Virus changed our lives forever teaching us how we are able to readapt.

It showed us the power we didn’t even know we had. The power of cooking a meal, helping kids with homeschool, handling teams only through videos, being by ourselves and on… Hard time makes strong people right?

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

It was actually two!

First, Our ability to adapt, and second the awareness of the good and simple things in life!

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I always have had this sparkling inside of me when I see people thriving, then I realized that it was one of my life’s purpose and that I should do it the best way I could.

Getting some education in the coaching field and learning about the meaning and balance of life was the minimum I could do to start my career.

Now, the more I’m into it, the more I’ve loved it.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Life is being good to me, but also challenging.

I had to live by myself at the age of 16. I had a miscarriage when I was 20, and I moved to California by the age of 30.

However the most challenging obstacle was going through divorce for sure.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Never stop learning, and innovating is a must for me.

I also like to “go with the flow” in my sessions, giving space for the creative ideas show up and bloom in anyway.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

Anyplace is a good place to have a coach session and this is wonderfully unique.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

The increasing of the knowledge of themselves is the most amazing thing!

Being humble and loving others it’s what life is about.

Your final thoughts?

The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.

Find Life Coach | Meet Yannick Baylon: How to Play and Transform Into Your Best Self?

Yannick Baylon is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his playful approach to coaching.

He is someone who has traveled the world and lived in many countries, from Italy to China and all the way to Egypt. He was on a personal quest to find himself and learn how to love himself, and he did.

As a teacher, he says that coaching was always part of his work even before he knew that he was actually coaching.

He loves helping people share their emotions, thoughts, he loves to listen and guide people into their transformation to become the best version of themselves. And he loves to use games as part of his coaching. Here is what he said.

Meet Life Coach Yannick Baylon:

find-life-coach-yannick-baylon

Name: Yannick Baylon
Pillar: The Mind
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to gain more clarity and balance in their life.
How they can help: Through deep listening, playing games, and using various tools.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

In these pandemic times, my family has been doing as well as they can be.

Thankfully no one in our immediate family suffered acutely.

I was in China at the beginning of the pandemic and left there in August 2021. It was an interesting experience to say the least!

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I only started coaching last year but I recall some of my ex students saying that they want a space to talk about their feelings.

I felt compelled to hold that space open and listen to them even more deeply.

Personally, being in China, I was missing home and was finding the treatment of locals towards foreigners becoming more hostile. That was an interesting challenge to manage!

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Keep moving and draw out the lessons when you can’t celebrate life directly.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I was an English teacher who has lived and travelled in many countries (UK, France, Italy, China and Egypt).

I have been starting coaching before I realized I was coaching!

Many of my high school age students had very little to no space to speak about their emotions, wants and visions for the future.

I set up mini classroom labs that provided them with the safe space to explore their emotions, discuss issues concerning their lives and try to develop their emotional intelligence to navigate through life.

Some of them, have contacted me for life advice and guidance even after having left my former school.

A friend of mine saw this and advised me to try coaching.

I became enamored and haven’t looked back since.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I lived in a country, despite the distance (physical and cultural), language barrier and a breakup, for five and a half years to eventually learn to love myself and embody acceptance.

I got to learn about my light as well as darkness, started meditating, getting myself on track to become someone who smiles when they look at themselves in the mirror.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I try and experiment with exercises that I think would be of benefit with my clients.

It’s like playing, we try out new games and see what brings out the most fun way of being their best versions!

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I’m silly and bring playfulness to coaching.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

They say they have an extra spring in their step, have more clarity and their partners have immediately noticed the difference.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Nothing beats deep listening. From there, my toolkit can be moulded accordingly.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

We are one.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Invest in your own energy, manage and align with it as best as you can.

The way you relate to others often stems from your relationship with yourself.

Your final thoughts?

Come and invest some time in yourself with my guidance. If we align, let’s explore you deeper.

Find Life Coach | Meet Chloe Lindsey: How to Become The Most Authentic Version of Yourself?

Chloe Lindsey is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her raw honesty and strength of character.

What she has been through till now not a lot of people can say they go through in one whole lifetime. She has learned one of the hardest lessons of life when she was very young.

However, she is using all those difficult lessons to evolve more and help others transform into their most authentic versions.

She is an entrepreneur, an experienced and licensed life coach, speaker, and DISC trainer through The Maxwell Leadership Team. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Chloe Lindsey:

find-life-coach-chloe-lindsey

Name: Chloe Lindsey
Pillar: The Spirit
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to transform into their most authentic self.
How they can help: Mindfulness and meditation practices, guidance, support.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

We are doing just fine. At this point, I feel we have all begun to adjust to “The New Normal”.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

My clients seem to have acclimated, at this point.

I personally had the virus twice. The last time was the worst experience. I had it for almost a month and it felt as if I were dying every night and then waking up the next day, to do it all again.

I also am more careful about my brother being exposed.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

To just “BE STILL”.

I feel that we were all given an opportunity to slow down and figure out who we are, who we are not, what we want and what we want to release.

Trying to control anything outside of yourself, just causes chaos.

So, Just “BE STILL” and KNOW.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am an entrepreneur, with a life coaching business. I am certified as a Life Coach, Speaker, and DISC Trainer through The Maxwell Leadership Team.

My business is Soul2.Soul.Connections LLC. My website is s2sconnections.com. I am a Mindfulness, Transformational, and Embodiment: Life Coach and Spiritual Consultant.

I am certified in Crystal and Chakra Healing as well as certified in Sound therapy: Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, and Pyramids.

I got started in coaching because I have gone through so much life in a short amount of time. I have been a C.N.A since the age of 17, taking care of the elderly and disabled.

I have raised and cared for my brother, who has Cerebral Palsy and is wheelchair-bound, and have since, the age of 7.

I have lost both of my parents by the time I was 28. I have known “death” and “loss” every year since the age of 5.

I have had 9 near death experiences in my life, the last one was this past March. I was involved in a hit and run that totaled my car, broke my hip in 2 places, fractured my ribs, and had internal bleeding.

I have and continue to turn all my pain into my purpose. My purpose is to speak to people and coach and inspire them. If I CAN do it. They can TOO!

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

If I must choose JUST one, it will probably have to be the loss of my mother. She was my rock and the only constant in my life. After her tragic death, I had to learn a new way of being.

Someone who had to become 100 percent self sufficient and self reliant. I had to step up in the world and decide, who I wanted to be and release all that I was not.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I use my personal experience, my 20 years of spiritual connectedness, practices, and techniques.

As well as all of the schooling and coursework I’ve learned along the way.

So, I can offer a more personal experience, with my own curriculum, courses, and programs.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I’m just authentically myself. I am a safe space and people can feel that energy NEVER lies.

I offer them love and support, as well as life experiences and the knowledge, to be able to fit them in the “right for them” program.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

They get knowledgeable information to help assist them in their transformation.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Mindfulness and Meditation Practices.

Helping people see the importance of being intentional with their thinking and the power they hold within.

Using their inner power as the only tool they need to get the success, they are seeking.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

To LOVE YOURSELF.

When you truly love yourself, I mean, all aspects of who you are, the “good” and the “bad”, while showing yourself forgiveness and compassion, you evolve.

Being that we accept the love we think we deserve, we must KNOW our limitless potential.

That will then mirror back to you in the form of other people.

And if we all have this unconditional love for ourselves, we will find our way back to a world that knows peace.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

My greatest lesson learned is that nothing is permanent, the flow of life, is both the “birth” and the “death” of something.

To know the differences between “Attachment” and “Connection”. The importance of boundaries, healing, and Self Love. And most importantly to live UNAPOLOGETICALLY AUTHENTIC.

Your final thoughts?

Life is not easy, but it is worth it.

I don’t think people are truly afraid to “Die”, I feel like they are afraid to “Live”. Because that means you must take 100 percent responsibility for your own life.

You don’t get to blame anyone or anything else, and only the courageous can sit with themselves, and face all that pain, without numbing themselves.

To LIVE is to mindfully decide every day, what thoughts and emotions are serving your highest good and releasing the rest.

Attachment is ego based and will hurt you every time and connection is divine and it always shows up, right on time.

Find Life Coach | Meet Deb Jones: How to Unstuck Yourself and Live a Life Full of Meaning?

Deb Jones is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her honesty and courage.

She has always been empathetic and wanted to help people. From being a police officer to being a life coach, Deb faced many lessons that made her wiser and more experienced.

Over the last 17 years she has been growing, learning and expanding her business and skills to support her clients with their mental, emotional and spiritual growth.

She is definitely a woman that walks her talk. She helps her clients unstuck themselves from subconscious blockages and live a life full of meaning. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Deb Jones:

find-life-coach-deb-jones

Name: Deb Jones
Pillar: The Spirit
Who is this coach for: Anyone who feels stuck or blocked in life and wants to liberate themselves.
How they can help: By using a drawn timeline of the client’s life and a Block Clearance Therapy.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

I am lucky to say we all made it through and are fighting fit.

The pandemic was life changing for us all. Seeing the meaning to what we were facing helped both me and my older children to maximize our experiences in a positive way, however challenging it was at the time.

Personally, my life entering lockdown looked very different to what it has transformed into.

I decided to uproot my life and move to another country, taking my business with me to Spain from the UK. My need for growth and expansion pushed me beyond my limits to a new life I could not have imagined!

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Like most therapists, my business previously was all in person before switching to zoom almost over night.

Naturally, I lost some clients in the lockdown due to finances and those who were unable to gain privacy within their home to talk about their issues.

This was a tough time for most, having given up their freedom, social contact and income and the difficult experience of family being together in the confines of their home, and for others to be completely alone.

For me, I suddenly found myself alone, unable to see my children and fear and panic set in.

I was recently separated and had just bought my own home, how was I to financially cope? How would I mentally survive?

What I so quickly learned was how my external world pulled together, and were so resourceful in keeping in touch and providing entertainment for each other.

We made it fun! I was learning a new way of being and was loving it!

I could see I was being given time, time to complete tasks I had not yet accomplished, time to heal and work on my separation and financial support for my business, so The Universe provided for me in SO many ways.

I felt very grateful for this time that I would never get again in my life and I took as much meaning from it as I could.

I transferred this insight to my clients to help them understand their learning and stay positive and connected.

And then, my life changed. I woke up one morning with the idea to move to Spain.

I have no idea where that came from other than a previous dream laid dormant, but I intuitively knew to trust it.

I put the house on the market, told my family and friends and 5 months later I’m on a plane with my son to Malága!

The pandemic gave me a gift and a path that I chose to follow and so pleased I did. I will be forever grateful.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

I learned to be still, to listen to my inner world and not be afraid of it.

To enjoy the simple things in life and take away the white noise of the life we previously led and notice all that is important.

To be resourceful, productive and consistent.

And most importantly that what we want in life does not need to be a dream, it can be a reality!

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I feel I have always possessed empathy. It has always felt natural for me to want to help and listen to people.

I had gone through life with a want to help people on a deeper level, which in previous professions as a Police Officer and Parenting adviser, could not meet. So, I trained as an Integrative Counsellor in 2005.

Over the last 17 years I have been growing, learning and expanding my business and skills to support clients with their mental, emotional and spiritual growth.

In 2010 I had a spiritual awakening with the sudden sad loss of my cousin, which led me to explore my life and beyond it. My life needed to change if I was to grow and complete my life purpose.

Through my own discoveries and finding an esoteric spiritual guide I found a therapy called Block Clearance Therapy®, this connected me to my spiritual higher self and from here my life accelerated and I felt my purpose became clear.

My purpose was to help others with their understanding of their deeper mental health process and their spiritual connection.

I have noticed that the clients who are drawn to me very quickly tell me they are looking for that connection. I enjoy using the mix of traditional therapy, subconscious work and spiritual meaning in my sessions to give a holistic therapeutic approach to my work.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Outwardly I have always appeared to have confidence. I have been a performer, a police officer, mother, wife, therapist, friend and appeared to do it with ease but this has not always been the case for me internally.

I have always needed hand holding. My inner child is vulnerable at times, scared and lacks confidence and self belief and at times it deceives me.

I believe becoming single again, in a pandemic and finding myself living this chapter alone, has taught me self reliance, self confidence and belief and that I can move forward and face challenges far beyond my parameters.

So the push to move to a new country, to a culture and language I did not then know has now catapulted me to the next level of growth. In my eyes, that’s a huge obstacle overtaken!

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I have no set plan at the outset.

I work with what the client brings, often described as a ‘jumbled up ball of wool’, so we grab a strand and follow it.

It often feels like a mess for them and it is from my skill set that I can see more clearly what is the root cause of their distress.

Clarity is what they are coming for, so they feel less powerless and regain hope.

Understanding and applying meaning to each of their situations helps my clients to find their lesson.

When they discover this, we can then work together to turn that back into power and balanced responsibility to help them get back on track in their lives.

Using the subconscious, Block Clearance Therapy helps us to access their early memories to find the root cause and reconnect with their inner child, this empowers them to make positive changes and recreate new patterns.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I have a unique skill set, that I built up for over 50 years even before I was a coach. It’s like no other toolkit.

I love the different dimensions of the work I offer, the pure essence of me that allows me to help people grow. I’m warm, intuitive, honest and at times direct but always from a place of compassion and intention.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

A client described my therapy as a laundry basket, washed, ironed and folded at the end of each session. I walk their journey with them until they are ready to walk it alone.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

In my first session I draw a timeline of the client’s life, from birth to the present day to include everyone and everything significant that has been part of their journey.

From that, we can follow family patterns to where they are struggling now. Ordering their life in chronological order is a powerful tool of self reflection and insight, and I believe that the biggest part of our work together is done in those early weeks using the timeline.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

“If you always do what you’ve always done, you will always get what you’ve always got”

If you want change, if you feel stuck or blocked I’m here to help you free yourself to live your life with more meaning.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

That we can only be happy, truly happy, love and truly feel love if we know ourselves.

We can seek validation, love and happiness from outside sources, but unless we spend time with ourselves and in our internal world, nothing will feel stable.

I have loved this chapter of my life alone, learning about what I want and don’t want moving forward, what fills me with joy, who I want in my life and what I want to do to fill my time.

For the first time, life feels like I’m living it.

Your final thoughts?

I am here in this life to fulfill a purpose to heal myself and others on their soul journey of growth and expansion.

I feel privileged to support those souls through their pain, and to help them gain meaning to their life that can often lighten the load of this road we travel.

Doing this healing work gives so much joy and meaning to my life.

I send love and light to the souls on my journey from the past, present and yet to come.

Find Life Coach | Meet David Hebbard: How to Understand Your Subconscious Mind and Become Your Best Self?

David Hebbard is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his experience.

He understands how the human mind works and most importantly, he understands how to dive beyond the thinking and into the subconscious where the real work happens, if we talk about transformation.

He consumed over 20,000 hours of books, audiobooks, YouTube, podcasts, and over 10,000 hours researching different processes to understand how the conscious and subconscious mind work.

Now he is dedicated to helping people discover who they really are and become the best possible versions of themselves. Here is what he said.

Meet Life Coach David Hebbard:

find-life-coach-david-hebbard

Name: David Hebbard
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to better understand themselves and become their best self.
How they can help: Through active and deep listening and using tools like hypnotherapy, Reiki, and sound healing if it’s required.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

My family did pretty well in these times of the pandemic as it didn’t affect us as much, and we could work with it because it didn’t affect our state where I live too severely.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

During the pandemic, I put my coaching on hold because one of my children started to go through a mental illness that was not due to the pandemic.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Humanity needs to develop more kindness and compassion towards each other as the pandemic divided many people.

We need to learn to love one another regardless of someone’s choices.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am a holistic coach with a diploma in clinical hypnotherapy, level 2 reiki, and a yoga teacher.

I have consumed over 20,000 hours of books, audiobooks, YouTube, podcasts, and 10,000 hours researching different processes.

I was drawn to helping people because of the changes in my life, and over the last seven plus years, I have been developing new ways to understand, see and live life from my true self and to have inner peace, contentment, and emotional well being.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I had to take responsibility for being close minded, stuck in my limiting thinking, and not being happy in my life.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I see beyond the limited thinking and system with compassion and a level of deep listening and support to create change from the inside out view of life.

I believe everyone is unique and can be the best version of themselves. I aim to help people escape the limited conditioning that holds them to society’s status quo.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My approach to coaching means pointing my client back to understanding how life and our minds work, and it is not about fixing the surface level problem like a bandaid.

It is working with the body, mind, and spirit as a whole, doing the deep inner work, and hearing beyond the words to tap into the internal resources in all areas of their life.

It points them back to discover their true selves again and enjoy life.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

With transformation, support, and connection, they feel appreciated, accepted, and understood and will be the best version of themselves.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Deep listening, time, and I respond to what shows up at the moment.

If I’m out of my head, I can hear beyond the words and that way, I am in a place to use any other tools like hypnotherapy, Reiki, and sound healing if it’s required.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

My vision is to globally bring an innovation to support, teach and share with compassion to everyone.

No one is left behind as we aim for everyone to learn, to grow in all areas of life, connect to their inner teacher, and be the best version of themselves.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Live with compassion and kindness and never stop growing as a spiritual being.

Be open to growth and continue to learn to be a better person.

Your final thoughts?

When we all learn to tap into our innate intelligence, it gives us exactly what we need, when we need it, in the contexts we need it.

Everything happens for a reason, and it is everyone’s responsibility to continue two grow and learn through any situations we have in life.

Anything in life can be learned even if you have not learned it before, you can start today and learn it now.

For example, if you want to be better in the relationship with your partner, you can begin to learn to do that.

Find Life Coach | Meet Aga Dietrich: How to Breathe Your Way to Clarity and Happiness?

Aga Dietrich is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her professionalism and bravery.

Being a spokesperson for one of the biggest energy companies in Poland and a passionate coach, she is truly a person that knows how to communicate. And communication is crucial when it comes to productive coaching.

She helps her clients gain clarity and change their outlook on life through various tools like breathing techniques and meditation.

Even though one of her greatest challenges in life is showing her potential to others, we are more than happy that she told us a little bit about herself because she has so much wisdom and goodness inside of her, she can offer the world immense amount of value. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Aga Dietrich:

find-life-coach-aga-dietrich

Name: Aga Dietrich
Pillar: The Mind
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to gain bigger clarity and direction in life.
How they can help: Through guidance, communication, various breathing techniques and meditation.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

Thank you, we are doing well. To be perfectly honest the pandemic helped me to focus on myself and at the same time to spend more time with my family.

The only issue we faced was difficulties in traveling.

Of course there was a moment, especially at the beginning of the pandemic where I was concerned about the older members of my family but thankfully we are all healthy and doing fine.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

It definitely affected because there are more people searching for a coach now.

Some of us struggle to keep up with home office work, some are afraid of the pandemic, being bombarded by the media which creates fear of any issues including of course the coronavirus.

The lockdown seriously effected my children and I am pretty sure we will see the results of this effect soon in the future.

What I am saying is that coaching services are very valid right now to overcome fear, to support and help others in making life decisions, finding meaning in life and changing their perception of how they see the world around themselves.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Our culture, society, family are teaching us to be focused on the world outside, and that is wrong.

Everything what we are looking for, all the answers, all the changes in our lives are inside of us.

The biggest value is to be connected with yourself, to know yourself, what you like and what you don’t and thanks to that we can create our own world.

If we change ourselves the world around us will change.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I live in Warsaw Poland with my husband and 2 teenage daughters.

I work as a spokesperson in one of the biggest energy companies in Poland. Coaching is my side job, which I truly treat as my life mission.

I have been always a good listener, to whom others entrusted their secrets or problems. So when there came an opportunity to take a program and graduate with a life coach certification I decided to do it.

It was not without reason that the program was made by Evercoach Mindvalley. And that’s how I started my coaching journey.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I guess going out to the world, showing myself.

Even this interview is something unique for me.

I know I have a lot to say and I can help others but I had that inner conviction that others will not be willing to listen to me.

Today I have my own website, blog, fan page and I am active on LinkedIn.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I am not sure if it is a big innovation, but during the sessions I follow my intuition, not paying so much attention to coaching tools.

Of course, when I see potential or a need to use them I do that, but my goal is to be fully present, listen and guide the client to the right direction, so they could find the answer by themselves.

I also introduce breathing technics and meditation to my clients. I truly believe that both methods should be permanently introduced to the school program for all the kids. That would have an enormous impact on people’s life and upgrade their perception.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I guess my communications skills and ability to be present and listen to the client. Thanks to that I very easily and very quickly can guide the client to the right direction, right for them, not for me.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

They definitely have clarity about themselves and the direction they want to follow in the moment.

They are joyful, in love with their life, they know how to approach their challenge.

They are able to gain a new perspective on things and solve their issues, which ultimately leads to greater happiness.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Breathing technics and meditation which can completely and very quickly change their perspective.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

That love and gratitude are the most valid.

Be gratitude for who you are, where you are and what you have.

Practice gratitude every day and all your challenges will despair.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

What you focus your attention on grows. This true and simple sentence changed my life.

I focus on what is good for me, what makes me happy and joyful, what frees my creativity, what helps me grow.

I also listen to myself, to my emotions, which are my turn signals.

If I feel anxious or I am upset this is a clear message for me that whatever I do it is not right for me. If I feel thankful or joyful and I am happy or excited it means that I follow my heart and soul.

Your final thoughts?

I truly believe that we can all create our own lives by simply focusing on our inner selves and on what is good for us, what feeds us, what brings us joy and happiness.

I would love to show others and guide them to their own happy and fulfilled life.
