Find Life Coach | Meet Dr. Ewa Danuta Bialek: How to Go From Sickness to Health with Psychosynthesis?

Dr. Ewa Danuta Bialek is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her expertise and contribution to her field of study.

She is studying and applying Psychosynthesis for over 27 years. She has written 54 books so far, published several dozen scientific articles, and appeared at many scientific conferences in Poland and around the world.

Her approach to health is unique and revolutionary. She says that most of our sicknesses in the world come from some type of trauma that we have left unresolved. More precisely childhood trauma. And unlike others who also state the same thing but have nothing to back it up, she is approaching this subject from a highly scientific standpoint.

She claims to have deciphered many diseases of civilization, including fibromyalgia, coronary heart disease, gastric and duodenal ulcers. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Ewa Danuta Bialek:

find-life-coach-dr-ewa-danuta-bialek

Name: Dr. Ewa Danuta Bialek

Pillar: The Spirit, The Body

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to heal through Psychosynthesis and create a meaningful life.

How they can help: Through various Psychosynthesis Techniques.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

As an immunologist, I don’t have a problem living these or those times.

My family, my grown up children and grandchildren, also live normally and take care of a lifestyle and nutrition that promotes health in the truest sense of this word, on many levels.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic has no impact on me, as I have been working online for many years.

I often had clients from all over the world, and from here I mostly worked at Skype.

It has, as I see it, an extraordinary impact on customers who are intimidated, worried about themselves and their families, often the world.

They are incapable of dealing with their emotions, expect external solutions and follow them.

They do not listen to themselves, but deteriorate their emotional condition and thus their physical health.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

This social and global situation has clearly shown me that people need an immediate education in “self management”, otherwise they are preparing for their own downfall.

In such a situation, we need not only education, but also global therapy, including believe systems.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

After many years of scientific work in medicine, especially in immunology and clinical diagnostics (I did my doctorate in immunology and specialization in clinical diagnostics) I suffered a professional burnout.

I realized that there was no answer to my basic question in life: Why am I sick?

This was the turning point for my next path of life, the search for health patterns.

During this time, I came into contact with psychosynthesis in a management course at the Centre of Leadership and heard two important maxims that serve as a guide in my life from then on. They were:

1. You can’t manage others until you learn to manage yourself.

2. You won’t discover new oceans if you don’t let the shore out of your sight.

At that time, I started to study psychosynthesis, thanks to my American teachers from the Centre of Leadership: Prof. John Cullen and Dr. Vivian King.

Psychosynthesis showed me the way through its main principle: “If something comes on time, it’s education. If it’s too late,it’s a therapy.” Unfortunately, because of my traumatic childhood, I had to undergo years of medical treatment that proved to be ineffective, and therefore my interest and dedication to psychosynthesis, psychology with a soul.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The biggest barrier I had to overcome was myself.

I grew up believing that help has to come from outside and that I have no part in it.

But when I was sick for years, despite the treatment, I realized that I knew myself best, and that no one had ever asked me about my family situation, childhood conditions, experiences, handling of emotions and stress.

And that was my biggest challenge.

Through psychosynthesis, I learned self management.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Psychosynthesis is unique because, through years of self awareness, I found to pose important questions for the health and understanding of the individual, so that he or she can understand his or her own life and health problems.

By working with intuition and imagination, I can see, hear, and feel more than the average person, and from here I can lead them in exactly the direction they need.

Psychosynthesis also has simple visualization techniques that help you see deeper and wider.

For this reason, the coaching process does not take months or years, but much shorter, so that it does not burden the client in terms of time and money.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

The unique thing about my approach is that I dedicate myself to each individual and their problems.

This is not a general procedure.

It’s about them, for them, including every individual experience of their.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

The biggest benefit for the customer is to “adapt to his needs”, to get exactly what he needs, not just for the moment, but for years of his life.

Understanding one’s own needs and approaching them means taking care of oneself, reclaiming oneself, “appropriating” oneself and what it has built up.

This realization that the “here and now” is the moment when we can start doing it.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes, I use special psychosynthesis techniques.

This includes the entire system, which has proven to be particularly simple and effective for my customers.

It’s like a remote control, a unified operating system that helps us understand ourselves, a metaphor for the inner theatre developed by my teacher Dr. Vivian King, which has proven to be sensational and revolutionary for well being and recovery.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Take care of yourself, take responsibility for yourself, every experience is meaningful and gives meaning to your life.

By understanding oneself and what has happened in life, there will be fewer suffering, sick, disabled, unhappy, unfulfilled, and more people who love themselves and others who care about the world.

We are creating health in ourselves, in families, in the community, and there will be no more competition, no more worries for others, and there will be coexistence, and we will work together, help others and create a better world.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

My biggest lesson wasn’t during a pandemic, but when I was burnt out professionally.

That’s when I understood what it means to be responsible for myself, to take care of myself every day, and not only when you need an “ambulance”, when you need help right away, because then it’s too late.

Your final thoughts?

I’ve been working with psychosynthesis for 27 years.

I taught children in school (they have incredible traumas), teachers, psychologists and school educators, managers and patients with autoimmune diseases.

And above all, I helped myself to decipher many diseases of civilization, including fibromyalgia, coronary heart disease, gastric and duodenal ulcers.

I wrote 54 books, several dozen scientific articles, and appeared at many scientific conferences in Poland and around the world.

What pleases me most are more and more scientific discoveries about traumatic childhood experiences and the consequences of physical illnesses that confirm my intuition and search for the causes of illness, not just alleviate symptoms.

This is already happening, and there is no denying it.

A healthy childhood, loving families and supported children, that’s a healthy society!

Find Life Coach | Meet Ann Camarata: How to Heal from Trauma as a First Responder?

Ann Camarata is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her courage.

She was a First Responder in a busy Emergency Department, a place where you are continuously exposed to anxiety, fear, traumas.

She decided to start her coaching career after finding a way that helped her overcome deep depression. She is now sharing her wisdom with other First Responders, coaching and helping them heal from the traumas that come by doing such heroic work saving others.

Her approach is customized for each client. Sometimes we don’t think about the heroes and how they might be the ones who really need a helping hand from time to time. She is helping those heroes. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Ann Camarata:

find-life-coach-ann-camarata

Name: Ann Camarata

Pillar: The Heart

Who is this coach for: First Responders.

How they can help: By going deep into the traumas and the triggers, by using various modalities that help her clients heal themselves.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

Since all my children are grown and have left the nest, I know briefly that they are all doing okay through these Pandemic times.

Myself personally, I feel that I have coped exceptionally well.

I find that I tend to react and respond better in crisis’s than when things are in normal mode.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The Coronavirus Pandemic affected my clients greatly because they were, and still are, on the front lines.

As First Responders, we walk into homes and nursing facilities constantly that we don’t know who is vaccinated, who has had the virus, who has symptoms or exposure to the virus, and quite a few of the patients we take to the hospital, are already Positive with the virus.

Working in a busy Emergency Department, we are faced with the same thing of patients that either walk in or come in by ambulance.

We are constantly being exposed to something we can’t control or see.

It caused a lot of anxiety in context of isolation from family, while being home off duty.

Spouses and significant others separated or isolated their loved ones from other family members for safety reasons.

Even with all of that going on, other people didn’t seem concerned about separation or isolation from contaminated people.

They went on with their daily lives, with no regard to others being exposed.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

You can choose the reactions to situations, either negatively or positively and whatever you choose, you reflect it onto others.

You can also get caught up in the negative or positive vibes around you, depending on whatever you choose to pass itself onto others.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am a Pacific Northwest transplant living on the Eastern side of the United States.

I was newly divorced when the move came about with my three children to move somewhere safer away from an emotional abusive relationship.

I felt it was best for the kids and myself to make a fresh, clean start somewhere where there were no links or ties to his family had any intention of reaching.

My career choice came about after deciding not to become a Philadelphia Police Officer, but knew I wanted to do something in the civil service sector.

I had been raised around law enforcement and Emergency Medicine all of my life due to a very sick mother who had brittle Diabetes.

I gravitated towards Emergency Medical Technician because I had started Oregon’s 2 year program to become a Paramedic with an Associate of Applied Science degree.

Unforeseen circumstances stalled it when I was younger, but I was able to go back into it here in Philadelphia, PA and try to get on with the Philadelphia Fire Department who was hiring EMT’s at the time.

My coaching career started when a traumatic event in my own personal life slowly started affecting my career and attitude which led to a deep depression no one knew about.

The limited resources that I was led to seemed to be the ‘right ones’ for me that little by little worked.

Totally unconventional but made the impact that slowly changed my thinking and perception of myself and how I could cope with the trauma successfully without succumbing to the result like my friend.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

One of my biggest obstacles that I have overcome is expectations of others and to not resent them for not having or respecting themselves of their integrity and respect.

The obstacle that I seem to have trouble overcoming completely is believing in myself that I am a qualified expert in my field as a Trauma Life Coach for First Responders, Military personnel, and Frontline Workers.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I know that each First Responder, Military personnel (active or retired), or Frontline Worker has a different way of grasping and retaining knowledge.

No one is in a cookie cutter or is a textbook case.

As First Responders, we deal with and react to situations differently and we have different triggers that causes are reactions to be mild or severe.

By being a First Responder myself and knowing what I went through and what helped and what didn’t, I am able to bring unique and different techniques into the spectrum of how I help someone that is customized to them and their traumas so they can get through them successfully.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My coaching approach to my clients and specifically their trauma is to not relive it.

Not only to identify and work through it, but the trigger as well.

As I tell each of my client’s, “I am not here to heal you, but to assist you in healing yourself.”

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

The biggest benefits that my clients face is the short term time frame it takes them to get them on the road to healing themselves.

I don’t see the benefit in keeping a client longer than necessary in order to help them achieve their goals that they want to get, better themselves and move on with their lives.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I integrate several modalities into each program for my clients that best fit the criteria of assistance that they need.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

A quote by “All That’s Left Unsaid”:

“I could write you a million motivational quotes. I could show you a thousand before and afters. I can quote you as much scripture as you want. But the truth is, you must want it bad enough to get off your rear end and fight for your life while you still have one.”

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Tragedy and heartbreak happen all the time. Its how we react and deal with the emotions that come up during that time that makes us stronger and more resilient.

Your final thoughts?

Nothing to add.

Where Can You Find Ann Camarata?

If you liked this interview and, as a First Responder, you would love to see how Ann can help you, go to https://www.internal-consciousness.ueniweb.com and find out.

Find Life Coach | Meet Rouchelle Cota: How to Detach with Love and Heal?

Rouchelle Cota is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her honesty and passion for helping.

She was in a very dark emotional place few years ago after discovering her husband’s addiction.

She went through hell and back, blaming herself and thinking what she did wrong. But with the help of her community she found ways how to heal the deepest parts of her self that were infested with anger and resentment. Sometimes we realize something bad about others who are dear to us and we believe it is us to blame. And that leaves big emotional scars within that we carry with ourselves. But we don’ have to.

She says that we need to realize that we cannot change other people. The only person we can change and we are responsible for, is ourselves. Now she helps other people find ways how to heal in the same way she did. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Rouchelle Cota:

find-life-coach-rouchelle-cota

Name: Rouchelle Cota

Pillar: The Mind, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Anyone who has been through tough emotional times and wants to heal, to learn how to keep the focus on themselves, and reach their goals.

How they can help: By using NLP and different creative methods like acrylic painting, coloring, calligraphy, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

We are doing well, much better than during the Pandemic.

I am so grateful that times have gotten better.

At the time, I was a home maker, so I wasn’t affected by job security.

However, my husband was a Peace Officer, so his position was still necessary although they still had to follow the mandates by the state (i.e., wearing a mask, social distancing, etc.)

It was a very scary time with all the uncertainty happening in the world.

We didn’t really know how long the shutdown would last or how his job would be affected long term.

We were very worried about him contracting the virus since he had contact with the public and he worked in close proximity with his colleagues.

If he were to get the virus, he would bring it home and family members would get it before he even knew he had it.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

It was at this time that I decided to start my coaching business, so I really wasn’t affected by the Pandemic.

I attended a Conference, and the host asked such a profound question that it changed the trajectory of my retirement.

He asked, “Do you have a message? If you do, then you have a moral obligation to get it out into the world.”

It was at that point in time that I realized that I did have a message to get out into the world.

There was so much pain and despair, so much isolation and loneliness, and self-harm and suicides were increasing.

I needed to find a way to share my message with the world so that people would be aware of the dangers of pornography, how it harms people of all ages and of the shame and self hatred that porn addicts feel.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

I learned that anything is possible.

Although there have been some tragically sad things happen, I have seen a lot of good things come out of this situation.

Opportunities have been created that weren’t available before like Virtual learning.

More people have access to this than ever.

There are also more ways to earn an income than before because you don’t have to travel.

You can do it all online.

Reaching out is so much easier too.

You can actually see people face to face through virtual meetings.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I worked as a Police Dispatcher aka. Call Taker for many years and during that time, they had created a Peer Support group to provide mental and emotional support for those personnel that had taken traumatic calls.

I was blessed to have been chosen as one of the mentors.

This is really where my passion began.

I learned that I really enjoyed being able to support people during their time of need.

I found it rewarding to help people get grounded after the call and out of the despair they experienced days or even weeks later after the call took place.

After experiencing an emotional trauma myself about 12 years ago, I hit my rock bottom.

It was just a year later that I decided I didn’t want anyone to go through what I had so I chose to mentor others that were in similar situations.

Although it isn’t possible to pay back everything I’ve gotten, I did it gratis because I wanted to give back to the community for all they did for me at the worst time in my life.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

About 12 years ago, I was affected by a very traumatic situation aka the discovery of my husband’s pornography addiction.

I struggled with depression and despair.

Anxiety was my best friend and panic seemed to drive my every move.

I became hypervigilant about everything because fear overwhelmed me.

During that time, I had learned that those last few years I had been living a LIE.

I was shocked and devastated. I couldn’t function, mentally, emotionally, physically.

I had no idea that pornography addiction even existed.

During that time, I had to learn more about myself than ever before.

I had to go deeper to discern the true reasons for these monumental emotions and how to manage the chaos in my mind and in my life.

I did this by keeping the focus on myself.

I had to learn that I didn’t cause his addiction, I can’t control it and I can’t cure it.

In order to survive and thrive, the focus remains on me and my growth, what I need to be happy and how to fill my cup in a positive way.

I do that through giving back to others who need help.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I have incorporated NLP and creative expression through Art into my coaching.

Although I am not certified in either, I think it is important to utilize methods that help integrate our learning and creative expression through art is very effective in doing that.

I used it myself to heal a very deep part of myself where anger and resentment lived.

At that time, I couldn’t access those emotions any other way. It was so transformative for me that I would love for everyone to experience this.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I mentioned creative expression through Art earlier.

There is healing that goes on when you can go into this trance like state and just focus on the pleasure of doing what you enjoy.

You literally get lost in the flow of creativity.

When you focus on the intent and combine that part of the healing process, it just brings about a degree of healing that we can’t usually access through other methods.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

I help them keep the focus on themselves.

We can’t change anyone but ourselves.

I help them learn how to detach with love from their partner.

I help them create action plans, so their goals become attainable.

I help them create their own space for healing through creative expression.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

NLP and different creative methods (acrylic painting, coloring, calligraphy, etc.)

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

I want people to know how damaging pornography can be to everyone.

Pornography is damaging to individuals and relationships especially children.

Heal yourself to break the cycle of pain.

It’s crucial, especially if you have children, because if you don’t, you will just carry the pain forward to the next generation and group of people that interact with them.

Your children and loved ones will continue to suffer the pain you have. It is time for a new cycle, a cycle of joy.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

I have learned that whatever action I take or don’t take affects others.

It affects those around me such as family members, loved ones, collegues, neighbors, friends, etc.

In order to make the world a better place, I have to work on myself and heal my own hurts.

They say HURT people hurt people.

This is so true.

It has been a life long vision that I can heal myself and show my children that they can do it too.

I don’t want to carry forward generational pain.

I want the cycle to stop with me.

I would very much like others to be aware of that and take action as well.

Your final thoughts?

I want people to know there is H.O.P.E.

Which stands for Hold On, Pain Ends.

There is hope of healing, even if you have a partner that has an addiction.

It does take time and a lot of work, but it is doable.

There is a way to rebuild the future and there are people out there that are willing to help you.

Find Life Coach | Meet Caterina Perry: How to Learn Emotional Intelligence?

Caterina Perry is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her professionalism and dedication.

She is committed to equipping leaders with practical tools, strategies and skills to handle current and future workplace challenges with resilience. Today leaders are being challenged like never before. A lack of self confidence, a fear of failure, maintaining authenticity, humble self promotion, impatience, resistance to new ideas, or overcoming impostor syndrome, can be potential roadblocks to leadership success.

Her approach is focused on helping people increase their Emotional Intelligence. As a result, that improves their self confidence, thinking patterns, relationships, and overall happiness.

She says that she is an over achiever but that might be an understatement. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Caterina Perry:

find-life-coach-caterina-perry

Name: Caterina Perry

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Leaders or aspiring leaders.

How they can help: By using a scientifically supported, holistic brain based approach to facilitate enhanced workplace performance, learning and development through a combination of coaching, mentoring, training, and consulting.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

It’s easy to get comfortable and take life for granted when everything is going smoothly.

Going through the Pandemic gave myself and my family a renewed appreciation for what really matters and how fortunate we are.

We didn’t sweat the small stuff and found ways to maintain and even enhance our relationships.

We are grateful to have made it through stronger than we went in but recognize and empathize with those who were not as fortunate.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The emotional and psychological impact of losing your job or having to lay off good employees during the Pandemic was felt by many of my clients.

Others struggled because they were not prepared to go virtual, especially in an environment where they were already still learning how to effectively lead multi generational teams.

Today, my clients are trying to determine what the new normal looks like.

For me, the Pandemic gave me the opportunity to determine how I wanted to spend my time.

My experience leading people through change in a virtual setting was I high demand (for 10 years, I successfully led a team that was geographically disbursed across 5 different countries in Europe).

The Pandemic made me shift gears, to leave my leadership role and dedicate full time effort to my coaching practice.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

1. I have spent years listening to leaders say, “we can’t work virtually.”

The pandemic proved everyone wrong.

The question then is, if we were wrong about that, what else are we wrong about?

2. Many people struggled with mental health issues during the Pandemic.

Some say that the Pandemic caused the problem.

I believe, the Pandemic revealed problems that were already there.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

One day, some friends asked me to go to a True Colors workshop with them.

I thought I was going to be learning about what colors I should be wearing.

The workshop was actually about personalities.

It was during that session that I developed an unquenchable thirst for understanding human behaviour.

I pursued qualifications to administer different types of psychological assessments, studied with renowned author and contributor to The Secret, Bob Proctor, learned how to trust in myself from Robin Sharma, author of “The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari”, became a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practioner and rounded it off with Foundations in Neuroleadership.

I pursued all of this to enhance my performance as a leader, however, others kept coming to me for coaching and support, so you could say that my coaching career found me.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

English was not my first language, so I struggled in school.

My report cards always read the same: “Nice kid, isn’t going to amount to much.”

One day, out of desperation, my mother sent me to school with candy to help me make friends.

It worked like a charm, until the candy was gone that is.

That is when the “friends” disappeared.

That’s also when I realized that I was on my own.

My fate was in my hands.

That’s where the title to my book, Now That the Candy’s Gone: Mastering the Art of Self-Confidence comes from.

In the book, I explain that even though I achieved great success in life, I spent most of it suffering from the imposter syndrome, i.e. scared that someone would figure out that I was a fraud so I conditioned myself to overperform as protection.

Even though I overcame those worries, I still overperform so I can say that it did affect who I am.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I innovate with my coaching clients by supporting the enhancement of their emotional intelligence skills.

1. Increasing the ability to stay calm under pressure and handle stress.

2. Enhancing the ability to develop productive relationships, influence others to effectively resolve conflicts, garner cooperation and boost negotiation skills.

3. Helping my clients understand and interpret workplace behaviours to create a culture of team trust and loyalty for peak career performance.

An area that I’m also very passionate about is Career Transition.

As an expert in recruitment, I prime my clients for a highly competitive job market using a personally accumulated arsenal of proven tools, strategies and techniques.

My goal for these clients is to give them a competitive edge against all other candidates.

In that regard, I thrive on being able to succeed where others have failed.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I use a scientifically supported, holistic brain based approach to facilitate enhanced workplace performance, learning and development through a combination of coaching, mentoring, training, and consulting.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

In the short term, after a session, my clients report being:

1. More confident, with clearer vision and focus.

2. Inspired with a heightened energy level.

3. Eager to try strategies they would not have thought of.

In the long term, my clients have elevated emotional intelligence.

They feel more confident and enjoy enhanced relationships.

Return on investment is important to me which is why the benefits of my coaching are measurable and reportable through the use of baseline and follow up assessments.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I do.

I use a variety of psychometric assessment tools, but the BarOn EQi2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment is my favourite.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

The key to personal and professional resiliency is Emotional Intelligence.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

I spent a short time in the military.

During that period, I learned never to say the words, “I can’t”.

Every time I did, I was proven wrong.

Your final thoughts?

Careful about what you think, because,

What you think affects what you feel…

What you feel affects what you do and…

What you do affects the results you get in life.

The more you repeat what you do, the more likely that the behaviour becomes part of whom you see yourself to be.

The Best 6 Tips of How to Flirt With a Married Man

0

You might wonder, why we published an article that speaks about flirting with a married man…

Isn’t that going to harm someone’s marriage?

Here is the nuance you should get in this article: Flirting is not about doing something with someone, it’s more of a mental game.

If the person you flirt with wants to escalate, then the relationship is not really that healthy, or his values are not strong enough.

But everyone flirts. And if you are reading this article you certainly have intention to flirt with someone already, you just want to make sure how.

However, to flirt with someone who is in a marriage it is a little more complicated.

So, to help you do that in the right way, without much harm possible, we created this article.

The act of flirting may be thought of as both an art and a science.

You want to provide exactly the right amount of information so that your objectives may be understood, but you also want to allow some room for interpretation.

The art of flirtation is already difficult enough, but the challenge is amplified when the target of your attention is a married man.

How exactly does one go about wooing someone already in a committed relationship?

Or, “why do married men flirt?”

Ensure that your primary emphasis is on giving him the feeling of anticipation of reuniting with an old friend or acquaintance for the first time.

Be the one person in his life who gives enthusiasm to his life and makes him feel like he’s alive again. Be the one who makes him feel alive again.

6 Best Tips to Help You Flirt with a Married Man:

how-to-flirt-with-a-married-man

1. Dress in clothes that make you feel sexy.

We do not doubt that your wit and intelligence and your attractive appearance are more than capable of winning him over.

But here’s the rub.

Emotional attraction is the most common cause that leads women astray, while males report that physical attraction is what turns their heads.

Men and women think and act differently in this regard.

According to a survey conducted by Superdrug Online Doctor, respondents of both genders cited distinct explanations for cheating.

The most prevalent reason given by males for having an affair is because the person they had it with was “extremely attractive.”

This is in contrast to the situation for women, where the most probable reason is that they feel ignored by their relationships.

But when you look good you also feel good. This positivity is attractive to males.

Again, your intention is not to do anything more but to Woo him. Flirtation makes you feel powerful and valuable, and makes him feel alive.

2. Come up with excuses to spend time alone with him.

When you are alone, he will feel more at ease opening up to you.

Take advantage of this opportunity and ask yourself when alone, “is this married man flirting with me,” or “is he interested in me.”

He won’t be as self conscious about adopting your flirty vibe or engaging in the behavior since he won’t be concerned that anybody would see.

However, don’t escalate to something more serious if he is not taking the lead.

3. Use your eyes to entice.

The key to successfully seducing a decent married guy is to seduce him covertly and secretly.

Use a form of communication that only the two of you share.

You can’t display your assets and flirt with a married man as freely as you would with a single guy because you have to consider the very real danger that you’ll turn off the married man before you even have a chance to seduce him and get him into bed.

Because although it wants you, he will push you away with a pole if he believes that you could be too much of a “loose cannon” and that any connection with you will instantly wreck his life.

Maintain eye contact with him longer than is customary, this will demonstrate to him that you are interested in him as more than simply another person in the room.

You want him to feel your gaze and become accustomed to it until he can begin to understand that there’s more to your eyes than simply a curious glance.

In other words, you want him to get used to it before he can begin to understand what it means.

4. Make him feel like a hero.

If you are aware that a man is having problems at home, then there is a good chance of flirting with a married man for affair dating that there is something that the man’s wife is not doing that you may use to your advantage.

It may come as a bit of a surprise, but this has nothing to do with making him feel sexually desirable and everything to do with elevating his sense of importance.

No matter what, every male wants to believe that the woman in his life views him as a hero.

This innate drive of his is far more potent than love or lust on his part.

To woo a married man successfully, you need to be familiar with the hero instinct, a new psychological theory about what makes males tick.

5. Share your secrets.

In most cases, it is a bold action that will result in a deeper connection between two people.

Telling your secret would be a great way to bring him closer to you.

It is likely to inspire a guy to trust you with his secrets in return since this has been shown several times in human psychology.

6. Make your flirting obvious.

In most cases from dating sites, a married guy does not have the experience to flirt.

They will keep thinking, “is she flirting with me,” if you don’t make it obvious.

He may have been married for the last ten or fifteen years, which means that his wife is the only woman who’s given him any indication that she finds him physically attractive in the previous decade and a half.

Most men in marriage are blind to clues and signals that a beautiful lady loves them, they have trained themselves to ignore such cues.

This indicates that he may need some further assistance or prodding in the correct direction.

Another thing you should be mindful of:

Married couples are always constantly looking for some extra excitement to spice up their life.

Some couples are looking for 3some clues while others might intentionally try to cause drama just so they feel alive.

Make sure not to send any unintentional clues and be mindful of what you are putting yourself into.

Moreover, there are dating sites that primarily focus on offering a platform for individuals seeking extramarital affairs. They are searching for excitement and passion that may be missing in their current relationships.

Additionally, some individuals may be in open or non traditional relationships where both partners can have extramarital interactions. Notably,  OFL dating experts graded Ashley Madison as the top dating platform in this particular niche.

What You Should Remember?

Before interfering in another person’s relationship, you need to consider whether or not your actions have a moral basis.

Many women come to deeply regret the decision to make an effort to seduce a married guy.

It turns out that destroying a marriage does not provide nearly as much satisfaction in the long term.

Find Life Coach | Meet Michelle Mendez: How to Reprogram Your Paradigm for Success?

Michelle Mendez is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her life story and experience.

She helps people, especially female entrepreneurs to change their beliefs and paradigm for success in business and life. But she didn’t start there.

Her life was pretty hard in the beginning. From being homeless and living in her car to dealing with an abusive relationship. She went through a lot. But with hard work, mainly on her own paradigm, she managed to become super successful, happy, and in loving relationship, doing what she loves, in just few years.

Her coaching approach is all about showing you that you can create the life that you want if you change your paradigm. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Michelle Mendez:

find-life-coach-michelle-mendez

Name: Michelle Mendez

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind

Who is this coach for: Female entrepreneurs who want to achieve success in life and business.

How they can help: By changing the paradigm through reprogramming the mind.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

My family and I are doing well.

During these times, it has caused us to shift our focus to be more grateful for the gift of life, the people in our lives, and realize how quickly life can change, so we should aim to live each day to the fullest.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Quite a bit of people I knew passed away during the pandemic so that was challenging.

It was also a challenge for myself, my spouse, and my children shifting to doing work and school from home full time.. thank goodness for mediation!

It helped calm me in those moments when I felt things were overwhelming.

I made the decision to leave my 9 to 5 during the pandemic and pursue my coaching career full time, which is something I’ve always wanted to do, but never felt confident enough to do.

The pandemic gave me that push to free myself from a job I was miserable with and pursue one of my dreams.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Tomorrow isn’t promised to us so live each day to the fullest.

Tell your loved ones how much you love and appreciate them now, step out and do those things you’ve been stalling on now, and be grateful each morning you wake up to see another day.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am first and foremost a mother to 3 children, an Amazon best selling author, and a paradigm shift coach with a focus on helping female entrepreneurs achieve the success they desire in life and business by shifting limiting beliefs and habits.

My coaching career started four years ago when I came across a paradigm shift training that my mentor Bob Proctor was hosting.

I invested three days learning about the effects of paradigms, the power of my mind, and higher mental facilities to create the life I desire and at the end of these three days I decided I wanted to be coached by him, do what he was doing.

And that is exactly what I did!

I feel extremely grateful to have been coached by him during his time here with us and to be able to not only share this knowledge with others but show them how they can properly apply it leading to them creating the life they want.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I would say many things helped to shape the woman I am today.

One of the main obstacles I had to overcome was not living the way I wanted to live, doing the things I wanted to do, and not expressing my uniqueness because I was afraid of what others may think and say.

I learned to overcome this by upgrading my self image paradigm which is a perception I was unconsciously holding about myself.

The woman I choose to be today feels comfortable and confident expressing her uniqueness without judging herself or letting the opinions of others limit her and looks forward to achieving audacious goals and dreams.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

My approach is usually first having individuals become aware that you cannot get from where you currently are in your personal or professional life to where you desire to be with their current paradigms.

Your paradigms control your actions which are producing your current results.

Often, we focus on improving our actions to improve our results.

The issue with this approach is our actions are often not consistent, we slip back into old ways of doing things and this is because we haven’t focused on changing the root cause of our actions which is the paradigm.

Change the paradigm and you will change the way you create results.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

As a paradigm shift coach, my approach is working with the root cause of why we do what we do: paradigms.

Our paradigms, which are our mental programming that has almost exclusive control over our habitual behavior, control every aspect of our life.

Usually, when an individual is looking to improve a particular area of their life, they work from the place of improving their behavior.

The issue with taking this approach is the change in behavior is usually temporary.

We have to go to the primary cause of the behavior if we want lasting results and that is the paradigm.

When you focus on creating new paradigms that are aligned with the results you desire, your behavior will change, and the results will change.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Change in their paradigm, one that is aligned with their goals, their ideal life and the best version of themselves.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

No specific tools, it’s about reprogramming the mind.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

My message would be you can create the life you truly want, you don’t have to settle.

It starts with upgrading your thinking, shifting your perception around who you are and what you are capable of achieving, and creating better paradigms that will support you in achieving what you want.

Get your hands on time tested and proven personal development material, and link arms with a coach who can help you properly apply that knowledge so you can understand how to effectively use your mind and your higher mental facilities to manifest the life you desire.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The quote by Jim George comes to mind for this question: “It’s not how you start that’s important, but how well you finish!”

My start was a rough one.

I was a single, homeless mom at a very young age.

I used to sleep in a car which was quite a low point in my life.

A few years later I escaped from a physically abusive relationship, I used to work 3 jobs just to make end meet which meant I was seeing my children at the crack of dawn and a few short hours before their bedtime.

Needless to say during these dark years of my life, I could not see a better future.

The way things were going it seemed like this would be my way of life, a life riddled with struggle.

Where I am today, almost 10 years later is very far from where I used to be, and I would have never imagined life to be this way.

By my definition, I am successful.

I am genuinely happy, I am surrounded by people who support and appreciate me for who I am, my family is healthy, and I have been blessed with a spouse who is my biggest fan, cheerleader, and very supportive.

I am in a business where I not only get to enjoy time and money freedom, but I get to show people all around the world how they can create the life they want.

So, It’s truly not how you start, but how well you finish and I am enthusiastic about what’s to come for me.

Your final thoughts?

Thank you for this opportunity to share with your readers.

We are doing very well I must say it could have been worse.

Thankfully in Nigeria the cases are minimal and restrictions are minimal as well.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

A lot of my clients suffered various types of mental health issues.

The good thing was the world was online so we could actually have sessions and stay connected.

As for me I had some really bad days and had to use all techniques I knew to stay sane.

On ther other hand I was challenged workwise to do more so, my business actually grew.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Live your best life.

Tomorrow is not guaranteed.

Spread love.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I started out with a hunger for personal development.

I had read several of John Maxwell books and praticed what I read.

In 2011 he formed the John Maxwell team to train coaches, speakers and trainers.

I immediately signed up and I am a founding member.

I started out like a sponge and just soaked myself in it.

I trained and coached informally.

It took me a few years to actually start to tell people I was a coach.

2 years later I joined Business Network International (BNI) simply to network  and soon found myself initially as the education coordinator and now an Executive Director and National Trainer.

That helped expose me to over 70 countries.

Along the line I added a few other certifications to arm me with more tools in my toolbox.

I went on to certify as an Emotional Intelligence Coach, Dr Amen Certified Brain Health Coach, Nueroencoding and NLP.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The biggest obstacle as simple as it may sound is Imposter Syndrome, negative self talk and fear of failure.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

The coaching itself is innovative because it is customized to each individual.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My coaching approach focuses on the whole person.

I believe that one needs to be wholesome.

I do not believe in a one size fits all approach.

I have studied different techniques to help acheive the best results.

I ensure you go further faster towards achieving success, whatever success means to you.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

They first and foremost have clarity.

They have improved self confidence and are able to take bold steps to achieve their goals.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I have an expansive toolbox, it depends on several factors, like the persons communication style, disposition and all.

There are a few things I teach every client to do and that’s gratitude, celebrating yourself (you can pat yourself on the back) and smiling.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Show Love, Love, Love and Be grateful!!!!!!!

I believe everyone should have a gratitude journal.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

No one can love you more than you love yourself.

Your final thoughts?

We are responsible for our lives.

It’s just one life, let’s take care of it.

Find Life Coach | Meet Liz Emelogu: How to Gain Clarity and Find Your True Potential?

Liz Emelogu is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her dedication and purposefulness.

She comes from the business world of banking. She steered toward coaching because she loved giving advice about business, life, career, even interior design. This gave her fulfilment.

She changed her profession and her coaching journey began because she discovered what her real purpose was.

She is helping people do the same by gaining clarity on what they really want to achieve, what are the steps they need to take, what holds them back, and most importantly, what their true potential is. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Liz Emelogu:

find-life-coach-liz-emelogu

Name: Liz Emelogu

Pillar: The Mind

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to gain clarity of their true goals and the steps they need to take to get there.

How they can help: By using a mix of traditional coaching with technology and software.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

I am good, thank you.

My family is also doing well.

The Pandemic was challenging, unchartered terrain, but we are taking it in one day at a time, in our stride.

We are grateful.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

What I realised is that the pandemic did make people, including myself become even more appreciative of what we had while also questioning what was most important, as such beginning to look at life through a different set of lenses.

Choosing to prioritise things such as possibly spending more quality time with loved ones as against chasing a lot of extra means.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

I have learnt to be more grateful for everything, mostly the little thing that we can easily overlook.

Thankful for family, friends, relationships, and every opportunity to make impact.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

Well, my background is a bit of a lot of things.

I started out in Banking, moved into customer service and then to sales which I did across various sectors.

At that time, I also began to run a little interior design consultancy on the side while working in sales.

I soon realised that I spent more time talking to people about their life, career, and business than interior design.

At this time also I had started questioning myself and my purpose as I was not getting real fulfilment from all I was doing.

However, talking with people I found, gave me joy.

And so began the journey of Coaching.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I think this will have to be overcoming my LIMITING MINDSET.

Events have happened in my life which at the end of the day have mostly negatively impacted my self belief.

These life events showcased to me how little I thought of myself.

It revealed to me the destructive impact of my debilitating self talk.

So, overcoming this obstacle of a “limiting mindset” and standing to tell myself: I AM ENOUGH, has been the very catalyst and defining moment that has reshaped my world and all around me bringing me this far on this journey to where I am today.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

With the pandemic came the innovation of virtual coaching, which until now was not very fashionable.

However, with my coaching, I take it a notch further, introducing technology using a software that enables my clients visually track their development progress and see its impact on their business ROI.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

Coaching works primary to bring out and elevate a person’s or business’s full potential, I use a digital software to help the person or business be able to practically cast, map, and track their growth on their journey.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Clarity! Clarity of direction! Clarity of Purpose!

Clarity of what they want and hope to achieve or become

Clarity on the actions steps to help them move forward…

Clarity on what has been holding them back and how to overcome that

And finally, Clarity on their true potential and the big WHY that will remain the motivation for them to stay on the path even after their time of working with me.

This is my ultimate desire for my client, that is the true benefit my clients walk away with.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes, I believe that coaching is both an art and a science.

So yes, I have found real effectiveness combining the use of technology (a coaching software) and traditional conception of coaching to bring value to the table.

This has proven very profound for my clients as they are able to visual track and adjust their progress on the journey to change.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

I would say that everyone was created for a purpose.

Like the great Myles Munroe said “when purpose is not known, abuse is inevitable.”

Finding your purpose means living a fulfilled life.

The pen and the book all aid writing but each play different roles.

Their functionalities are varied, and purpose therefore different.

Why are you here? Why are you in this phase of life? How do you interpret your life experiences? Why do you exist?

Find your purpose!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Hmm this is a tough one!

I have learnt different lessons at different seasons of my life, but possible learning to have faith, love and gratitude will rank up high.

They are 3 words that are very related.

Your final thoughts?

People today, possibly more than at any time in history, want to flourish in all aspects of their life.

And what is true is that we all have the greatness within us to flourish.

Taking on a coach maybe the step towards the journey whether in relationships, career, business etc.

See the coach as your accountability partner, the one on your side to make sure those goals are achieved, the one who believes in you, brings you to personal awareness and expands your thinking so you can flourish and be all you desire to be.

My coach helped me step in that direction, let a coach help you too today.
