3 Ways To Improve Your Physical Being

Why do you need to improve your physical being? We have talked about how today more people focus on the material things and neglect the immaterial ones. This is not why there are so much obese and weak people.

The main reason why more people start to live unhealthy lives is the abuse of their physical being.

With a lot more easier ways to live on the table it’s hard to choose the right ones and more often we choose the easier ones.

These easier ways feel really good at first but on the long term point of view, they do a lot more damage to us than good.

It is very important for us to learn how to properly nurture our Physical being and how to improve its abilities.

We need to do this because it will make our lives easier in a healthy and much more secure way. We need to learn how to use our physical being in its full potential.

All of the pillars demand a proper nurturing and balanced improvement. We need to focus on each of them with a same amount of energy so they can stay balanced.

 

Exercise

For the Physical being, one of the most healthy and essential things for its improvement is exercising. This activity, or Series of Different Activities strengthen your body and exceed its toxins.

It is no brainer to exercise, but for the biggest results it is essential that you exercise right. This means that you need to learn your exercises and do them in the right way.

It also means that you are willing to put as much time as the exercises demands, but know when is too much. It means that even if there is no one around, you respect the discipline of the exercises.

 

Healthy Diet

The other essentEat This not Thatial thing that you need to do is eat healthy. Your body needs a proper diet and it is a must that you Learn What is Healthy For You.

Every day you need to eat balanced meals that include proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, and roughage. If you exercise, the calorie amount that you’ll consume daily, need to be above 2000.

Don’t forget to drink water. Your body is 72% water so you get the idea how much important water is for your Physical being. Drink 8 to 12 glasses of water per day.

 

Groom

Some say that what matters is your character and not your looks, and that is true. But, in the world we live today, it’s a foolish thing to neglect your appearance.

All of us know that looks can open you the same doors character can but in a much quicker way, so if you want to make your life easier and the way to your goals quicker, you need to take care of how you look.

The best way to look good is to groom on the regular basis. Wash your face and teeth, create a decent hairstyle that you like, shave your beard or make it look like you take care of yourself, don’t look like you’ve just been saved from a deserted island.

Wash your clothes, bath regularly, you don’t have to look like a super model, but with a proper care you can look average. If you eat healthy and exercise, you’ll see the improvements in your looks. Some pay very high amount of money to gain what you can with a little effort, will, and discipline.

Take care of your Physical being and you’ll be more productive, efficient, healthy, you’ll have more energy, strength, and you’ll be happier and more satisfied.

The Fourth Pillar – Physical Being

The last pillar, the anchor to the material world, this is the vehicle that transports you through the physical plane. The Physical Being.

For some, this is the only thing in which they measure the human abilities and what a human really is, but the truth is, as you know by now, very different from that theory, this is only one puzzle from the whole picture.

The Physical being is what shapes the reality around us and it is the result of the other 3 pillars. What you believe will shape your thoughts, which will create what you’ll feel. What you feel will set your frequency of vibrations, which will attract the same frequency into your reality.

You will face what you attract with your Physical being. The product of the interaction will shape the reality you live in. You choose what you attract and you choose how to deal with it. Your Physical being does the cause and experiences the effect.

The most important thing you need to do for the Physical being is to take care of your health, be safe, and strengthen it. This will help you to interact with the world around you in a more effective and efficient way.

 

The Origins

How was a human body created? What is first the chicken or the egg? Who are we? What are we? Where do we come from? The Physical being brings up a lot of questions, from the most philosophical as “What is The Purpose of Life?” to the ones as simple as “How did you got your six pack?”

Before we try to answer these questions, let’s get back to the beginning. The name “Physical” comes from Latin “Physica” which meant “study of nature” and later in 1590’s changing its meaning in “pertaining to matter”.

What this is saying is that the term “Physical” refers to something that is from the Material World. Don’t get this wrong, The Material World and The Immaterial World are both real and they interact with each other. The difference is the same as to matter and energy.

There are many theories that say how the human body was created. When we drill down to get the answer without anyone or anything affecting what we think, it is safe to say that we are created by the same thing the stars, the planets, and the display you are reading this is.

From this point of view we are all one, but then how can everything be so different? The only difference is the combination of the particles and the energy that drives them. The difference between you and your TV is Life.

What is life? To be alive means to be able to survive by yourself, create energy that drives you by yourself, adapt to changes, reproduce, and make decisions. This tells that life is the essence of nature and everything that has ability to survive, act and reproduce by its own decisions.

Your body is what you are driving through the space of the material world. That is why a better care of the Physical being will make your drive smoother, more efficient, and more effective. What is the purpose of the drive we’ll answer next.

 

The Purpose

For every drive there needs to be a reason, a purpose why we drive at the first place, were we drive to. Even if we don’t have a particular destination, the purpose still exists. If we are driving just to clear our heads the purpose is to clear our heads.

What is the purpose of the Physical being? The core answer is to help us interact with the material world. But, what is the purpose of the interaction? What is the purpose of our drive? Where are we driving to?

The answer is happiness, let me explain a little. The reason why we have a Physical pillar is to interact with the material world and gather information through our senses. This Information Creates Impulses that Affect Our Body, which results with a reaction of our body to create a certain chemicals.

These chemicals are the material form of feelings, without them we would not be able to feel. The reason why we have a Physical pillar is to experience the material world and the feelings that are the product of our interaction with it.

The destination where we drive to is different for all of us, but the purpose of our drive is to experience happiness and if possible share it with others. The only way we can experience happiness is through the material world, where the chemistry exists and can be transformed into an emotional vibration.

 

The Components

There are many groups you can focus when you look at the human body, and many points of view to understand it. I will focus on this 5, not because they are more important than the others, but I think they paint a nice picture about what Physical being really is.

 

The brain

This organ is made of approximately 100 billion neurons that are connected to each other at more than 100 trillion points. The 3 main parts of the brain are the Cerebrum responsible for remembering, problem solving, thinking and feeling, the Cerebellum responsible for balance and coordination, and the Brain Stem which connects your brain with the spinal cord and is responsible for automatic functions like breathing, heart rate, digestion, and blood pressure.

There are also other parts of the brain but this 3 are considered as the main parts. The brain is also divided in 2 parts, the right and the left. The left side is analytical and the right side is creative, but they function together, the left side controls the right side movements, and vice versa. As a whole our brain is the control center of our Physical being and the most complex organ known to us. It is what connects the Physical pillar with the mind, a place where all of the pillars connect.

The heart

This is the first organ that is created when our bodies start to form. The heart is basically a muscle and it is created by 4 different chambers. They have valves in them which control the blood to flow in one particular direction. The blood comes from the veins and the heart pumps it into the arteries. The heart is the organ which pumps the blood into every parts of your body where blood is needed.

A lot of scientists try to understand the connection between the heart and the mind, and recent studies show that the heart is actually what creates the vibrations we emit. The mind sets the frequency but the heart is the electro magnet. This means that it is not the heart where we feel but it is from where we show our emotions. We feel in the mind, the vibrations are just the product of what we feel. The heart is responsible for the vibrations and the mind for the chemicals.

The bones

They support various organs of the body, produce red and white blood cells which means that the structure of the blood is created by your bones. Our human body has 206 bones in it and they are responsible for the support of the structure of the body. They are pillars that keep us straight and strong. The bones contain nucleated cells which are inside the collagen fibers and contain DNA. This means that our bones contain the main code of our DNA.

The muscles

They are made of fibers. Each fiber is made of long thin cells packed up in bundles. There are 2 kinds of proteins the fibers have, myosin and actin. The main job of the muscles is to make our bodies able to move. There are 2 kinds of muscles, voluntary the ones that need a message of the brain to move, and involuntary like the heart and the tiny muscles at the bottom of your hair that don’t need the brain to send a message. The muscles are one of the main things by which strength is measured.

The skin

The largest organ of the human body is made of 3 layers, the epidermis, which controls your appearance and helps you to retain water, the dermis, which is responsible for the skin’s strength and texture, and it’s the place where the nerves, hair follicles, blood vessels, and sweat glands are. The last layer is called subcutaneous and it protects our inner organs from injury by absorbing shock, it is also responsible for retaining heat. The skin’s purpose is to protect our insides from the external factors.

There are a lot of organs in the human body and if we talk about each of them, a 1000 page book is not enough, so in the most simplest way these 5 organs paint a picture of how a human body is functioning, which brings us to the next subject.

 

The Process

To put it simply, a human body is what transports us through the physical world and enables us to explore it. It has its own protective mechanisms to protect it from the external factors that may harm its construction and health. But, how does the process of exploration goes?

Based on what our mind has cooked, it stimulates our brain to create impulses, messages which are sent through the nervous system to the parts that need to do something. Your physical senses explore the world around you while your body transports you through it.

Let’s say you see, hear, smell, taste, or touch something. The message is transported into your brain, and then into your mind. Based on your filters the message is reshaped and sent back into your brain as an impulse, and transported to the parts that need to do something about what your body has sensed.

Our body has the ability to adapt to changes so it evolves depending on what it needs to survive and get what you desire. This means that if some external factors may cause harm to your body it will do its best to create a defensive system that protects you from them.

The saying “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” is really true. Our body will find a way to get you what you want if you want it strong enough. The strongest code that is in our DNA and works without us even noticing it is the survival instinct. Our body will do anything to survive longer.

Taking good care of our body is very important because it needs to be ready to face the external factors of the world. Looking good is important because in this twisted world today it became a tool that may open some doors for you and make you get what you want more easily. Exercise, Eat healthy, Groom.

 

The Character

The Physical being is the most material pillar while the Spiritual being is the most immaterial. The Spiritual being gives you the code of your soul, and the Physical being gives you the code of your DNA.

The both codes meet in your Mind and shape your Mental and Emotional being depending on the world you interact with. The main purpose of your Physical Being is the interaction with the material world.

This brings us to the end of the series of What is SEMP? Remember that every pillar is equally important and each pillar needs an equal attention.

All of the pillars are connected, and the process of their interaction should always circle. A human being is made of all the 4 pillars, not just the ones that can be touched.

We need to balance our pillars, to be SEMP. These are just the basics of SEMP and we plan on drilling down on this subject sometime soon.

The Power Of Thoughts

What is a thought ?

Before we can begin to answer this mind busting question, we need to understand once and for all what is the difference between The Brain and The Mind.

I have mentioned in the article about The Mental Being that if the brain was the hardware of our mental being, than the mind was the software. What this means is that in order for both of them to work they need each other.

The brain is created by neurons and the information is transmitted through them, so the mind would be the way in which the information is created and the rules that it travels by. Let me explain a little more clearly.

Imagine a computer and a program, let’s say a game. In order for the game to be played you’ll need a particular hardware like a keyboard. In order for the software to be used you need a hardware.

The program of the game is your mind, all of the rules that create the game are in the game’s structural code, like if you push left on the keyboard the character should go left.

The hardware is your brain. If the code of your mind is created so that when you see a spider you’ll feel scared, than the information travels through the brain by that set of neurons because that’s “the code of your game”.

If you want to change “the rules of the game” you need to re-program the mind, not the brain. If the mind is re-programed than the brain will “play by the new rules that he created”. That’s the brilliance of the Mental being, the interaction between the brain and the mind.

You can change the mind by harnessing the brain too, but if the structural code is so deep in your mind that it hides in your spirit, than whatever you do to your brain, the structural code will stay unchanged, and sooner or later the mind and brain will “get back to playing the old game”.

We know know that in order for “the game to be played” you need both your brain and your mind. They transmit information between each other. But wait a minute, what is information? How is a thought created?

The problem is that we are too close to the answer we cannot see “the whole picture”. We need to step back. Learn about what we are, we are humans made of the 4 pillars, Spiritual, Emotional, Mental, and Physical.

This question we ask ourselves is actually the answer itself. It’s like eating an icecream just so we can understand what eating an icecream is. It’s thinking about thinking. We create a thought  to understand how a thought is created.

We are just receivers of the information, we don’t create it, we re-shape the information based on “the rules of our game”.

Emotions, Frequency And Vibration

When we dig deep in understanding of emotions we see that they are our response to vibrations. As we know, our perception depends on the vibration we receive. So this leads us to the question, what are vibrations?

Vibrations are a phenomenon whereby oscillations occur about an equilibrium point. This means that vibrations are a series of oscillations that occur at some frequency. The next question comes to mind. What are frequencies?

The definition says: “Frequency is the number of occurrences of an event that is repeating per unit time.”

This means that a frequency shows how much oscillations occur in one period of time lets say a second. The vibration is also measured with amplitudes. What are amplitudes?

The maximum extent of an oscillation, measured from the position of the equilibrium is called an amplitude. This shows how strong the oscillation is, therefore how strong the vibration is. The frequency shows how frequent that oscillation occurs. So what are emotions, huh?

Let’s connect all the dots. We are all created by energy. Energy always vibrates, therefore we vibrate. This means that each one of us has its own frequency and amplitude of vibration. Each one of us vibrates with different strength and frequency.

Emotions – Energy In Motion – alter our body and harness the frequency at which we vibrate.  Fast vibrations create short-term emotions and more active, conscious reactions, Slow vibrations create long-term emotions and more passive, subconscious reactions.

The involvement and strength of the emotion depends on the amplitude of the vibration. If the difference between the maximum extent of the oscillation and the position of equilibrium is higher, than the emotion is stronger, you are more affected by it.

What creates positive and negative emotions is the balance of the oscillations. Positive emotions come from balanced vibrations. Negative emotions come from imbalanced vibrations. What happens when we feel?

Depending on how something affects us, we create feelings which create their compatible type of vibration. That vibration is the emotion that was created by a feeling coming from a predecessor emotion.

The feeling, the chemical substance is a product of the emotion, the vibration with your mind in the middle. The chemical substance creates an effect on your body producing another generation of vibrations.

Because your mind is the observer and conductor in this process it is responsible if the process will continue unchanged or the type of frequency and chemical substance will change. It needs something to link its order, something that you give meaning to.

The mind usually searches something that is obvious and has evidence of existing so that’s why we usually link how we feel with what we experience in the world we understand.

The easier way to change how you feel is to link your vibrations with the spiritual world, but you have to understand it first. That is the only way you’ll give meaning to something coming from there and without meaning your mind cannot link your feelings, there is no connection.

To link your feelings with the spiritual world is easier because there is no time there and you can choose whatever makes you feel good, from your past, present, future or your imagination.

This way your mind will create feelings based on what you focus, the feelings will create vibrations and they will stimulate your mind to create the feelings again, and so on. This will continue until your mind focuses on something else and the process is changed again.

Awakening!

The world will change, that’s a fact. How will it change and what will it become depends on us, all of us. It is time to wake up and understand once for all that we are all connected as one greater being. We are a part of The Universe and as it shapes us we shape it too, therefor we shape ourselves and the world we live in. If we become spiritually awake we will see who we Spiritually Awake really are, we will understand the difference between our Ego and our Spirit, we will learn the universal code. To love without questioning what you get, to give without wanting something in return. You will have faith in you and whatever you want to achieve, dreams, goals, your soul’s mission. You will use your fear in your advantage instead of being afraid of it. Your Ego will work together with your Spirit, you will become you, the real you. Your SEMP will be balanced and your First Pillar will get the attention it needs. You will be able to change the world on better, greater, more humane way.
