INCREDIBLE Hard-Hitting Speech to AWAKEN Humanity by Hugh Laurie and George Clooney!

What if the world is trying to give us a hint that what we are doing is not really working in the grand scheme of things? What if we are simply too arrogant to notice these signs?

We are fighting ourselves, arguing about who is right and who is wrong, who has more who has less, who is offended, who is neglected, killing and destroying everything in our way and then, we hide behind the billion distractions and superficial pleasures we have manufactured for ourselves. For US!

US! US! US! That’s all we care about, US! Animals? Who cares about animals meat tastes good. Global Warming? Who cares about global warming my home is safe for now. Pollution? I don’t care I want to drive my freaking car! And then, when we cross the line of no return, well then we will put on our victim roles we have trained for so long to carry.

But Nature doesn’t care only about us. Nature is following a Universal law. We are simply too small to stop The Universe just because something satisfies our senses. Nature is still fair, it gives us chances to awaken, to change our ways. But if we don’t change soon, we will undoubtedly sink.

After The “Pharma Bro” Makes Fun of Congressmen HE is “attacked” by an HONEST Speech!

Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Martin Shkreli, or so caled “Pharma Bro” is one of the most hated people on Earth right now. He is responsible for raising the price of a life-saving drug from $13.50 to $750 while he spent $2 million to buy the only copy of a Wu-Tang Clan album.

Martin Shkreli appeared before Congress to talk about his role in raising the price of a life-saving drug, but he didn’t end up speaking much at all. He is not even showing any human reactions at all acting like a soulless robot.

However, at the end of the video he is attacked by an HONEST speech by one of the congressmen, a speech penetrating through all of the charades and speaking directly to his heart, simply, human on human.

You can clearly see that despite his greatest efforts to hide his humanity the congressman at the end makes him think a little. Even though Martin showed nothing but inhumanity, at the end he is given a chance, a window to become better…

…Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that!Global Points

THIS Satirical Kid’s Cartoon In LESS than a Minute BRILLIANTLY Sums Up How The World Functions!

Have you ever asked yourself “how were the laws created?” Why something is legal and why something isn’t?

I know there are laws protecting the moral code of humanity like don’t steal, don’t kill etc. But there are also laws that make no real sense, except, for big companies to make profit.

And the one thing that is most suspicious is how certain laws affect certain people and others, usually the ones higher on the status and wealth ladder, can easily dodge that same law which can ruin another person’s life. This BRILLIANT cartoon (I am a big fan of Adventure Time) logically and satirically sums up how the laws were created and how the world functions:

One Of The BIGGEST Secrets Kept From Humanity: The Pineal Gland!

Humans are bestowed with a certain part of their brain known as the pineal gland or also known as our third eye. The reason as to why it is called pineal is for it’s shape, like a pine cone.

A tiny pine cone that is in charge of producing serotonin derivative melatonin that has to deal with our hormones that affect the modulation of sleep/wake patterns, including our seasonal functions.

This tiny pine cone can be found near the center of the brain in place between the two hemispheres.

The reason as to why higher up’s keep this information from people is so they do not find out the fullest potential that this part of us has.

The pineal gland is essentially the portal between the physical and spiritual world for humans. When activated, the sensation of euphoria and oneness fills the persons mind, giving them a sense of all knowing. One can achieve this activation through yoga, meditation and variety of other occult methods.

Once activated, that person is able to freely travel to other dimensions, or otherwise referred to as astral projection or remote viewing.

Through ancient methods and advance practices, one could even control the thoughts and actions of other people in the physical world.

All though this seems impossible, the former Soviet Union governments as well as various shadow organizations have been researching these effects for a really long time, keeping the information under lock from the public eye.

The reason we are unable to achieve this amazing feat within our brains is because of the amount of sodium fluoride we digest on a daily basis. The pineal gland absorbs most of the sodium fluoride that enters our bodies.

This essentially dumbs the pineal gland down by no longer being able to balance our hormonal processes in the body.

In fact, the United States water supply contains 90% of fluoride and other various components. Not even the water filters you buy at the super market are able to filter out fluoride.

One way to combat this is reverse osmosis or water distillation, water distillation being the cheaper option.

Not to claim ourselves as conspiracy theorists, but mainly our deep concern for the disconnect between our spirituality and reality all together.

Rick Strassman, M. D. believes DMT is highly connected to the pineal gland:

“I was drawn to DMT because of its presence in all of our bodies. I believed the source of this DMT was the mysterious pineal gland, a tiny organ situated in the center of our brains. Modern medicine knows little about this gland’s role, but it has a rich metaphysical history. Descartes, for example, believed the pineal was the ‘seat of the soul’ and both Western and Eastern mystical traditions place our highest spiritual center within its confines.”

THIS is What Chris Pratt Wrote on Instagram at 3 AM After Being AWAKE for 80 Hours! INSPIRING!

Sometimes we forget about our dreams. We settle for something else, maybe, if we are lucky a tiny glimpse of our dreams. Why? Because, truth be told, we are all tired. Mostly, tired from hoping. We lie to ourselves that it’s not our destiny, not our path… but deep inside you know that you are taking the easy way!

You have your dream for a reason. Something greater than you believes in YOU!

But dreams are not built only by hoping. No! You have to invest ALL OF YOU! You have to jump without even knowing what a parachute is. You have to build with your bare hands using tiles that you made with your bare hands.

And one day, tile by tile, your dreams will be a reality. And the work you put, will not feel like work, EVER! Because you are not working, you are living your purpose!

It’s 3:20am. I got picked up for work at 6:45am yesterday. I’m not good with math, especially after being up for approximately 61 hours but I think I’ve been up for over 77 hours. I did a table read for Guardians of the Galaxy 2 this morning and then shot all day on Passengers and just now wrapped some 144 hours later. Weirdly both films, which iI’l be shooting back to back, are being shot in Atlanta at Pinewood studios. We have the best crew. Total rock stars busting their asses. And the stuff we’re shooting. My God. I can’t wait for you to see it. I go back in in about 8 hours to do more. I am doing what I love. It doesn’t feel like work. Even though it is. I’m having fun. I’m overcome with joy and gratitude. I felt like posting this to say to anyone out there chasing your dream… Fifteen years ago I felt the same passion I feel today, but I had very little opportunity. I had to hustle hard and go hungry. I had to eat sardines and figure out how to get gas money. And I never had a plan B. I never stopped believing. Ever. Don’t give up. Apply constant pressure for as long as it takes. It will break before you do. Go get it.

This is What Happens to Your Brain On Coffee

How many cups of coffee do you drink per day?

Do you know that 2.25 billion cups of coffee are drank worldwide every day? That’s 1,562,500 cups per minute or 26,041 cups of coffee every single second.

Undoubtedly, coffee is the world’s biggest addiction. It comes from coffee beans which are dried, roasted and ground, and then boiled with water. Because it is a product of Nature coffee has many benefits for the human body, like anti-oxidants.

However, we drink coffee mostly because of its stimulating effect to keep us awake, focused and filled with energy. But I have news for you! Coffee, doesn’t give you energy at all. It’s all just an illusion that the whole world is fooled by.

The trick is done by a substance called CAFFEINE.Caffeine and Adenosine

While we are awake our brain produces another substance called ADENOSINE. This substance is responsible for feeling tired.

The adenosine substance binds with adenosine receptors in our brain and we feel tired. While we sleep adenosine levels decrease and we are again ready to start the day fresh filled with energy.

However, caffeine is very similar with adenosine and when it enters our blood stream it gets to our brain and binds with adenosine receptors blocking adenosine of binding with them.

This trick of caffeine gives us the illusion that we are not tired, which we mistake for energy boost. All that happens is our brain binds with less sleepy chemicals.

The main thing, however, that makes coffee addictive is the chemical called Dopamine. Caffeine stimulates the brain to produce the neurotransmitter dopamine which elevates our mood. Dopamine also helps create motivation.Coffee Addiction Dopamine

Another “great” thing about coffee is that it is almost impossible to overdose on it. In theory you can drink as much coffee as you like.

You probably wonder if that’s healthy.

Many researchers argue about this but all agree on one thing, that in moderate amounts coffee can actually be even healthy and prevent many diseases like Alzheimer’s and depression.

And like we mentioned, coffee has anti-oxidants because it comes from coffee beans.

However, because it has a chemical that binds with our tiredness receptors it messes with the balance of our daily energy consumption.

Because we don’t actually have more energy, drinking coffee makes our brain create new adenosine receptors to let our bodies know when we need to recharge. That’s why we feel a lot more tired when we don’t drink coffee for a day or 2.Adenosine

There are more adenosine receptors that bind with adenosine chemicals and this gives us the illusion that we are more tired than usual.

Coffee also decreases the blood flow in our brain, stimulates production of adrenaline and increases heart rate.

When we are abstinent of coffee, and by this time we already have more adenosine receptors in our brain, the blood flow in our brain normalizes and that’s the main reason why many of us coffee drinkers have headaches on days without coffee.

But before we come to a conclusion, let’s make things more interesting and dig even deeper on the effects of coffee.Professor Russell A. Poldrack

Professor Russell A. Poldrack who specializes in neuroscience and cognitive research at Stanford University in California, recently made a research on the effects coffee has on our neural connections.

Poldrack scanned his brain function for 10 minutes every Tuesday and Thursday morning – Tuesdays with no breakfast or coffee, Thursdays with – for 18 months.

Neural activity on coffee research by Poldrack

Red – Somatomotor Network (SN) responsible for touch, pressure, pain, temperature, position, movement, and vibration;
Blue – Second-Visual Network (2ndVN) responsible for visual perception of shade, position and brightness of objects and converting short visual memory to long;
Purple – Cingulo-opercular Network (CON) responsible for tonic attention and alertness;
Yellow – Fronto-parietal Network (FPN) responsible for cognition and various cognitive activities;
Black – Default Network (DFN) responsible for stream of consciousness and is activated while other areas are calm;

By the visual we come to a conclusion that there is a significant change in the activity and connection of these 5 neural networks.

However, the really interesting thing is that the part of our brain responsible for motor skills and visual perception is more active when we are absent of food and caffeine in contrast to when we are fed and caffeinated.

This can be due to our primary instinct for survival. When we lack food and energy, in this case the illusion of energy – caffeine, our system activates the survival mode to help us acquire the necessities of survival like food, water, shelter.

That’s probably why the areas responsible for motor skills and visual perception are more active when we lack food and caffeine.

Also, when we are caffeinated the purple area (CON) responsible for tonic attention comes into play with both the yellow (FPN) area and the black (DFN) area, which are responsible for cognition and stream of consciousness.

In other words, we have increased attention on whatever we put our focus to, greater ability of acquiring knowledge and our default network is active which means our brain is staying in a rested state.

That’s why when we drink coffee the conversations seem to flow, while writing it’s like the words type themselves (I’m on coffee right now and I cannot stop typing) and executing a certain action seems easier.

How much coffee should we drink and when?Coffee.jpg

Taking in consideration everything we spoke of, coffee is one of those things you can learn to use in your benefit. The secret to this is balance, finding just the right amount that is neither too much so that you cannot function without, nor too little so that you feel no benefit at all.

Scientists agree that 1 to 3 cups of coffee per day is ideal.

I agree with this too as I am consuming 2 – 3 cups of coffee daily. The days I am absent of coffee I do not feel headaches nor I feel more tired than usual. It rarely happens.

Coffee gives me focus and awareness, it puts me in that finish-your-task mode and I find it crucial when there is more tasks than usual which need my attention.

So, I personally would suggest staying to what the scientists agree upon which is 1 – 3 cups of coffee per day.

I would add that coffee is a stimulant which anchors you and gives you awareness of the outer world so it is great for EXECUTION.

However, if you want to play with your creativity and come up with some new, creative ideas, coffee does not help. In this case you need something to disengage you from the outer world and let you explore your inner world. Staying free of stimulants like coffee, and simply meditating is perfect for me.

ConclusionThis is your Brain on Coffee

In the end we come to a couple of conclusions. Coffee doesn’t give us energy, it only fools us to believe that we are not tired.

The biggest reason why we are addicted to coffee is because it stimulates our brain to produce the neurotransmitter Dopamine which motivates us and elevates our mood.

Coffee is considered healthy in moderate amounts – 1 to 3 cups per day – it has anti-oxidants and helps prevent Alzheimer’s and depression.

However, if you abuse its consumption you may end up feeling more tired, more depressed and with a headache on the days you find yourself without a cup of the “black gold”.coffee-times

The best time to use the benefits of coffee is after 10 am and when you need to take action, finish something or simply focus on EXECUTING a task. If you are smart you’ll use it in your advantage to help you build your dreams into reality.Mind Points

9 Things You Realize After You Die

Three weeks after he died, my brother Billy woke me at sunrise and began describing what was happening to him in the afterlife. At first I thought that grief was causing me to imagine his voice. But as my brother began sharing cosmic secrets with me, secrets I couldn’t ignore, I became his student.

Billy taught me that when you’re born, that big pop gives you a kind of amnesia. One of the main things we’re doing on planet earth is trying to remember the things we forgot. But after you die, you realize a bunch of things you didn’t know when you were alive, like:

1. Life on earth isn’t a punishment for your past transgressions.  You aren’t acting out some type of I-did-something-wrong-to-you-in-another-life-and-I’m-paying-for-it-now kind of thing. It doesn’t really work like that. That concept of an eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth karmic equalizing of the score isn’t the real deal.

2. You chose your life circumstances before you were born for soul-type reasons that are almost impossible to understand while you’re on earth. If you understood these reasons, life would lose some of its punch, and that losing of punch is a little bit of what enlightenment is all about.

3. Everything changes. When you die, you realize how much. You also realize there are immortal things, things you take with you, and they change too. The Eastern concept of Maya, or illusion, what does that really mean? It means temporary.

4. Life is great, even the hard parts. And we all do things that we call mistakes. But so-called mistakes are ok. They’re just part of the earth deal.

5. You’re meant to engage in all kinds of things on earth, things that may not make sense from a human point of view. So, take a moment before you judge yourself or your fellow man too harshly. Being completely non-judgmental while you’re alive is very advanced, though. You’d have to be a Buddha to be that advanced.

6. There isn’t only one right way for things to turn out. Some endings are happier, some not so happy, but it’s not just the happiness percentage that matters. It’s the music of it.

7. Society teaches limitation. No matter what you’ve been taught, everything you ever need is already inside you. And who you really are is far beyond your comprehension. That’s why living squeezed into the human experience can be painful at times.

8. At the center of everything is an energy, an immaterial material called LOVE. Wow, and how good it feels, this LOVE. You can’t imagine it. You really can’t. There is no way for you to experience the full power of LOVE while you’re on this plane. .

9. Death isn’t as serious as you think it is. It’s actually very enjoyable. Couldn’t be better really. And saying goodbye to the people you love isn’t as serious as it seems either, because you will meet again.Spirit Points
