8 Ways To Unlock The Most Important Power Of Your Soul

0

There are moments when we feel like someone is trying to tell us something. Like we are being contacted by some higher power that has a message for us.

All of us had that weird feeling at least once in their life. Most of the time we try to ignore that feeling. However, this inner guidance is probably our most accurate compass in life.

We are talking about the intuition. And when we say intuition we are not talking about the ‘over used’ term you hear all around the internet. We talk about REAL intuition!

Real intuition sometimes can be overwhelming. There are situations in anyone’s life in which the intuition is so powerful that it’s just unbelievable.

With the use of the intuition daily, even for small things, we can almost always make the rightest choice for ourselves.

And the best part is that with using this ability, we improve it and feel it more often, and it comes more naturally without much effort.

Intuition is the highest form of intelligence!Intuition

Some scientists claim that intuition is the highest form of intelligence. It’s a big chunk of information that can’t be processed quickly enough by our conscious mind, but other parts of our psyche can get the message and inform us through emotion.

Intuition could be very likely the language most things in nature communicate through, the universal language that humanity, for some reason, have forgotten.

Psychics and shamans tap into these dormant parts of our unconscious mind to communicate with Spirit Guides or some other forms of intelligence, and reveal information from the ‘higher’ levels of consciousness.

However, each of us has the ability to be intuitive. Once this ability was our main language that helped us survive. And there are ways through which we can all remember and unlock our dormant abilities!

Are you ready to unlock the fullest amount of intuitive energy that you have inside of you?

These are the 8 ways to unlock and connect with your intuition.8 Ways To Unlock The Intuition That You Already Have In You

1. CONNECT WITH YOURSELF

What does it mean to entirely connect with yourself? It simply means that you need to be in congruence with yourself. The congruence lets you be who you really are and it is of crucial importance to know how to use it. Only when you are really honest with yourself, you will be able to connect to your inner self and to connect with your soul.

2. STAY IN THE PRESENT MOMENT (IN THE NOW)

When we are trying to feel our intuition, we want to be present in that moment. Because only when we are in the NOW with our body and with our mind, we can receive the VIBRATION about something that is happening in that specific moment. We don’t want to go in the past or to go in the future. The NOW is the best moment for any decision.

3.USE YOUR SENSES

All of us have 5 senses and we are using them daily. We use the senses for perception of different things; to see, to hear, to taste, to smell and to touch. These are the recognized psychological senses. By using these senses all at once, we can receive a lot more information than we are aware of. Try to take all the stimuli at once and hear the bigger message they all say together and not individually. Practice this in order to sharpen your intuition.

4. FEEL THE VIBRATIONS

Try to feel the vibrations when they “come” to you in your physical body. When we are congruent in the present moment and we use our senses, we can let the intuitive vibrations fill us.

5. TRUST THE “GUT” FEELING

After receiving the intuitive vibrations, comes that “gut feeling”! However, it comes with a “message”. Before you try to understand the message TRUST your gut feeling. Connect with it. When we trust and connect with our gut feeling there is nothing to be scared of.

6. LET THE SOUL GUIDE YOU

Calm down and just feel for a moment. You are now connected with most parts of your being, even with your soul. So let your soul guide you through and let yourself find the answers you need. Your soul will translate you the message.

7.FEEL THE SPARKLING ENERGY

Stay and feel the intuitive sparkling energy inside your body. Let it be there for a while.

8. BE AWARE

To be aware of what? To be aware of everything written before. To be aware of the connection with your inner world, to be aware of the present moment, to be aware of your senses, to be aware of the vibrations, to be aware what your “gut” feeling is telling you and to be aware of your soul energy. And suddenly you will KNOW what your intuition is trying to tell you!

Conclusion

By following these steps, you will always know what your intuition tries to tell you.

By listening to your intuition you are listening to the ‘highest form of intelligence’ that’s trying to guide you.

Practice makes it perfect, so start today and get the best of your life.

According To Science These Are The 4 Multiverses That We Are Living In…

Not long ago, people had no idea that there are other solar systems and galaxies similar to ours.

Today science has discovered that our Universe is, most likely, not the only Universe on the bigger picture of reality.

We actually live inside a Multiverse, a system of different universes that expand and interact with each other.

This might be a crazy thought to grasp, but that’s just the tip of a very strange iceberg.

Scientists claim that there are 4 possible types of a Multiverse that we might be living in, and each of them is as wondrous as the others.

1. The Inflationary MultiverseThe Inflationary Multiverse

You’ve probably heard about the theory that when our Universe was first ‘blown’ into existence, The Big Bang, it started inflating like a bubble.

The truth is that our Universe is continuously expanding. But what if it’s not the ONLY bubble that is expanding!

The Inflationary Multiverse is a type of a Multiverse where an infinite field of energy exists from which countless bubbles spark into existence.

This endless field of energy exists outside of time and space and each bubble that’s created might consists of different physical laws.

This type of a Multiverse reminds me a lot of the Taoist concept of TAO, the thing which was before there was anything existing. Before The Universe came into existence, there was an endless field of energy.

2. The Quilted MultiverseThe Quilted Multiverse

In this type of a Multiverse there is really just one Universe but it is truly infinite!

It’s so infinite that if you, somehow, are able to search through the infinite space, you will eventually find another galaxy with another sun and another earth that is exactly the same as ours.

You might even find another Earth with a person that’s completely the same as you. This is possible because in an infinite space with infinite number of probabilities, theoretically, there could be infinite amounts of everything.

Theoretically, there could be a galaxy where the Star Wars saga, or something really similar, is a reality.

However, because The Universe is expanding in all directions and nothing can travel faster than light, we might never be able to travel outside of our existing zone even if we started traveling at the speed of light since the beginning.

3. The Quantum MultiverseThe Quantum Multiverse

The quantum world is probably the strangest world scientists ever observed. In the quantum world different laws of physics take play, laws that confuse many of the smartest minds.

When you want to observe an electron it cannot be clearly predicted where its position is. It is kind of in all the possible positions at once.

However, once you take a picture and observe it, the electron strangely chooses to be only in the observed position.

In The Quantum Multiverse all of the positions the electron can be observed at exist all at once, but in different Universes. And with our choice and observations we literally move through all of these Universes creating our own custom made pattern.

Any time you observe something you choose The Universe from the many given possibilities. We are just consciousness that voyages through the Universes inside the infinite Multiverse creating its own experience.

4. The Brane MultiverseThe Brane Multiverse

Imagine a 3 dimensional book with 2 dimensional pages. Think of our Universe as one of these pages.

Now think of this book as being 10 dimensional and our Universe exists on a membrane, or brane for short, that is actually embedded in 10 dimensions.

In this 10 dimensional book, our membrane is not the only one. Just like in a regular book there are multiple pages, ‘The Multiverse Book’ consists of other universes that overlap each other. This is called The Brane Multiverse.

Some theorize that black holes might be holes inside these ‘pages’ that might eventually send you to another page of this infinite ‘book’ or even outside of it.

But what’s outside of this book? Is it possible there are more books? Other Multiverses?

Could there be a 5th type of Multiverse?The 4 Multiverses

According to scientific theories these are the 4 models for The Multiverse. However, what if all of these models exist, all at once?

Maybe we really live inside an infinite Universe that was sparked from the endless pool of energy that existed before everything else came into being.

But what if this Universe is not infinite just in space, but also in the ways consciousness can experience it. Just like an infinitely big TV with infinite number of channels.

And each our choice and conscious observation creates a custom pattern from this double infinity, which kind of makes the symbol for infinity have a lot more sense for some reason.

And to have our minds blown even more, maybe all of this is just one multidimensional page inside a 10 dimensional book consisting of infinite number of infinite Universes with infinite ways to experience them.

What do you think? What type of Multiverse are we most likely living in?

Study: Fasting for Three Days can Regenerate the Entire Immune System of Humans!

Researchers at the University of Southern California have announced that fasting for as little as three days, can regenerate the entire human immune system for a very healthy living.

The researchers described their study as “remarkable and a major breakthrough” in finding natural methods to boost the immune system.

In the past, fasting diets have been criticized by nutritionists for being unhealthy. However, this new study by the Americans suggests that starving the body kick-starts stem cells into producing new white blood cells, which fight off infection. The researchers said their discovery could be particularly beneficial for people suffering from damaged immune systems, such as cancer patients on chemotherapy. Elderly people, too, are said to benefit greatly from the study.

Study Fasting for Three Days can Regenerate the Entire Immune System

As people grow, their immune system becomes weak, making it harder for them to fight off even common diseases. As per this study, fasting could help them get their immune system back on track.

Fasting for 72 hours also protects cancer patients against the toxic impact of chemotherapy. Chemotherapy saves lives, but it also causes significant collateral damage to the immune system. The results of this study suggest that fasting may mitigate some of the harmful effects of chemotherapy.

Detailing the study, the researchers said fasting “flips a regenerative switch” that prompts stem cells to create brand new white blood cells, essentially regenerating the entire immune system.

Lead researcher of the study Professor Valter Longo, who serves as professor of Gerontology and the Biological Sciences at the University of California, said the study proved that fasting could indeed help the human body to produce a new immune system.

Fasting for Three Days can Regenerate the Entire Immune System of Humans

“It gives the ‘OK’ for stem cells to go ahead and begin proliferating and rebuild the entire system. And the good news is that the body got rid of the parts of the system that might be damaged or old, the inefficient parts, during the fasting. Now, if you start with a system heavily damaged by chemotherapy or ageing, fasting cycles can generate, literally, a new immune system.” Professor Longo said.

At the Experimentation stage of the study, some people were asked by the researchers to regularly fast for between two and four days over a period of six months.

The researchers then found that the fasting helped to produce a new immune system, as well as reducing the enzyme PKA, a hormone which increases cancer risk and tumor growth that is linked to ageing.

Professor Longo expressed how the research team became surprised upon realizing the outcome of their experiment: “What we started noticing in both our human work and animal work is that the white blood cell count goes down with prolonged fasting. Then when you re-feed, the blood cells come back. So we started thinking, well, where does it come from?”

Regenerate the Entire Immune System of Humans

The study said prolonged fasting not only forces the body to use stores of glucose and fat, but it also breaks down a significant portion of white blood cells. During each cycle of fasting, this depletion of white blood cells induces changes that trigger stem cell-based regeneration of new immune system cells.

“We could not predict that prolonged fasting would have such a remarkable effect in promoting stem cell-based regeneration of the hematopoietic system. When you starve, the system tries to save energy and one of the things it can do to save energy is to recycle a lot of the immune cells that are not needed, especially those that may be damaged,” Professor Longo added.

With the study having been experimented already, more clinical trials will be able to determine other factors. If that is done, one can see a physician for an appropriate fasting recommendation.

THIS Is The One Most Important Ability According To A Certified NLP Life Coach…

0

There are things in life that we can’t obtain, but there is one certain thing that it is always possible to have. Each person has an immense power and all we have to do to activate it is become aware of it!

The ultimate ability each person has is, of course, the CHOICE.

What is a CHOICE?

Do you make choices everyday? For what do you make choices? Are the choices important? Are you happy with those choices? Are you aware of your choices?

You can have a million questions!

Having the answers is important because we make it a conscious thing.

With making a thing or feeling conscious, we give power to it. We have an immense power that has to be used in order to obtain what we want.

A choice is, simply said, the act of choosing. Easier said than done. In order to take hold of this power we first have to become conscious that we have it.

How to take hold of your ultimate power?The Most Important Ability

Life is better when we are able to make different choices. We feel powerful and we can clearly see the options that we have. It is our right to choose what we want to do or how we want to feel in certain situation.

For whatever it is, a conversation with someone close to us, or something that we want to continue doing or stop doing, we are always able to choose.

With our choices we “insert” our emotions inside of our body. Those emotions are our own choice, no one else is guilty about what we have inside of us.

The choices that we make in the NOW are the best options that we have in that certain moment. Sometimes we go back in the past and we have regrets about what we have done. However, we must be aware that in that past moment we made that choice based on how we felt then, and not on how we feel in the NOW. That’s why we should never regret about doing something.

We have situations in life when the communication between two people goes in negative direction. Here we can always choose our mood, how to react and how to respond.

It is more important how we feel inside! We have the ability to choose to be calm in those kind of situations or we can choose to be angry. Everything is up to us.

What kind of energy we will “insert” inside of us, that’s what we will get and feel.

A lot of people don’t make aware choices. They choose to do the same things all over again. So, what they get for doing the same things everyday is, literally, the same actions and the same feelings. In other words “a routine”.

If we don’t like something that is happening in our life, we can change it. With changing our emotions about that situation, we move ourselves in different direction and we dissociate from it.

With doing this, we make choice to distance ourselves from what we find not good for us.

Conclusion

We, people, are energy, vibration and potential. The choices we generate about what to do with ourselves, with our energy, with our vibration and with our potential is the unlimited power the man is made of.

The happiness in our lives always depends on us and it is our choice to decide whether to have it or not.

You have the power to decide what emotions you “insert” into your soul.

Choose the reality you want to live in!

If You Have Any Of These 27 Characteristics You Are An Emotional Over Giver…

Most of our character traits are established in our early childhood.

The environment we are raised in, our parental guidance and their behavior create most of who we are when we grow up.

However, sometimes our character might be draining or wasting our energy on things that don’t give us any positive feedback or replenish the energy we’ve spent.

This is extremely self sabotaging considering that you are not completely in control of where and how you spend your energy.

And even more, you are a ‘magnet’ of draining yourself. This is due to some negative traits inside the character.

You have no idea how much your subconscious mind plays a role in your life!

Are you an Over Giver?

Some people tend to give their energy to others without reserve. But there is a difference in being generous and being an Over Giver!

Over-giving is not the ultimate form of selflessness! Generous giving comes from a full heart. Over-giving essentially comes from an inability to receive.

Generosity comes from a sense of abundance while over giving comes from a place of lack.

Over Givers think they lack love so they do whatever they can to get that love from others.

And this, usually results in the opposite outcome, they end up abused, drained and exhausted by other people’s manipulation and selfishness.

If you find yourself in any of these 27 characteristics you are an Emotional Over Giver:Characteristics You Are An Over Giver

1. After interactions with other people you often feel drained;

2. You feel guilty when someone gives something to you;

3. You put the needs of others before your own;

4. You tend to satisfy with just a tiny generosity, like being invited to a party, compared to what you put out;

5. You forgive easily;

6. Even if you feel really sad you would act happy just so others don’t sense your negativity;

7. You apologize excessively, even if it’s not your fault;

8. You feel guilty if you are not able to “give” the way you would like to;

9. You always try to cheer other people up;

10. You often go against your feelings and emotions;

11. It seems that you are the one who cares the most in all of your romantic relationships;

12. You are surrounded by people seeking to exploit you or take advantage of you in some way;

13. You are described as a ‘nice’ person;

14. It’s funny how you always attract the wrong people;

15. You grew up in a toxic environment;

16. You stay in a relationship way too long even if it’s harmful;

17. Most of your partners were abusers, parasites or lost;

18. You were taught to feel guilt for being human, having human emotions and needs;

19. You believe that you are not enough by yourself;

20. You find that you give because you want to feel loved, liked, or admired;

21. You are working too hard without getting the results you want;

22. It feels so good and important for you to be the giver in almost every relationship;

23. You lack boundaries and often let other people step on you;

24. You have considered the possibility that your giving could be the result of some insecurity;

25. You feel like you need love;

26. It’s really hard for you to say ‘no’ even if you don’t really like doing something;

27. It was never easy to get approval from your parents when you were a kid;

What to do if you are an Emotional Over Giver?What to do if you are an Over Giver

The most important thing you can do is be honest about who you are. If you find yourself in most of these characteristics, accept the fact that you might be an Over Giver.

Only when you become conscious of the problem you can learn how to manage your personality so you won’t keep draining yourself.

And the fix is not something complicated…

All you have to do is ask where your motivation comes from when you interact with others.

Is it inward, coming from a place of need, a place of seeking for approval;

or,

Is it outward, coming from full heartedness, from a place of abundance and love;

Just answer these questions for yourself and you’ll know the nature of your motivation.

– If it’s a need for love, being liked and admired, that’s a sign that you’ll waste your energy.

– If it’s from love, you’ll get more or equal amount of energy from what you spend.

Just be aware of your negative motivation and stop yourself in the right moments.

With time you will ‘delete’ that negative trait.

By choosing abundance instead of lack, you’ll replace this trait with one that doesn’t waste your energy, but adds more to your life!

THIS Is How Smudging Clears The “Evil Spirits” According To A Recent Research…

A recent research has shed light on the popularity of smudging, revealing that burning certain plant matter actually clears harmful bacteria.

The practice of smudging dates back to prehistoric times, and it is still used worldwide today for cleansing everything from dwellings to human spirits.

All Western civilizations did the activity of burning herbs and plants for spiritual purposes. The activity rests firmly in the sensibilities of ancient cultures in that, historically, smudging was believed to put forth the spirits of various ‘allies’ to provide ease and balance to an individual or group.

In this way, the practice was used to clear spiritual and emotional negativity that has built up in a body or a space.

The Research “Medicinal Smokes”Study Shows How Smudging Does a Lot More Than “Clear Evil Spirits”

The scientific paper entitled “Medicinal Smokes” and published in the “Journal of Ethnopharmacology” focuses its scientific lens on smudging, which is becoming more and more widely practiced, despite skepticism.

It serves to play against the role that this activity played for so long in a culturally diverse range of religions and tribal beliefs.

The research looked into herbal and non-herbal remedies that were administered by the burning of various matter.

The research included information from 50 countries over 5 continents and found that, predominantly, smoke administered medicinally is mostly used to aid lung, brain and skin function. In addition, it was revealed that passive fumes doubled as a sort of air purifier.

The purpose of the study was to see whether or not these medicinal smoke deliveries could be explored by western medicine, because “The advantages of smoke-based remedies are rapid delivery to the brain, more efficient absorption by the body and lower costs of production.”

A follow up paper published in the same periodical, “Medicinal smoke reduces airborne bacteria,” found that the research concluded that, in addition to health benefits, smudging was a powerful antiseptic.

“We have observed that 1 hour treatment of medicinal smoke emanated by burning wood and a mixture of odoriferous and medicinal herbs (havan sámagri=material used in oblation to fire all over India), on aerial bacterial population caused over 94% reduction of bacterial counts by 60 min and the ability of the smoke to purify or disinfect the air and to make the environment cleaner was maintained up to 24 hour in the closed room.

Absence of pathogenic bacteria Corynebacterium urealyticum, Curtobacterium flaccumfaciens, Enterobacter aerogenes (Klebsiella mobilis), Kocuria rosea, Pseudomonas syringae pv. persicae, Staphylococcus lentus, and Xanthomonas campestris pv. tardicrescens in the open room even after 30 days is indicative of the bactericidal potential of the medicinal smoke treatment.

We have demonstrated that using medicinal smoke it is possible to completely eliminate diverse plant and human pathogenic bacteria of the air within confined space.”

What Does This Research Really Say?How Smudging Does a Lot More Than “Clear Evil Spirits”

In short, burning medicinal herbs cleared airborne bacterial populations by 94%, and the space was still found to be disinfected a day later.

What’s more, a month after smudging, much of the pathogens originally found were still undetectable.

This has profound implications, as modern air quality in the developed and undeveloped world is atrocious, containing up to 1800 bacterial types, many of them pathogenic.

Conventional methods of sterilization often employ chemical cocktails that are typically much less effective than purported.

Smudging seems to be an effective alternative, while also being natural and safe to use.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the ancient practice of burning powerful herbal material may be much much more than just a primitive belief that we can simply disregard due to it being unscientific.

Maybe what some people refer to as bad spirits was just bacteria that made them feel negative emotions or act strangely.

Of course, this should not take away from the properties of smudging in the area of energy system and soul cleansing and in the power of aromatherapy.

But maybe there is a link between science and spirituality that can be found through the researching of these ancient practices and customs.

THIS Chinese Organ Body Clock Reveals When to Exercise, Eat, Love, Rest and Sleep…

In Traditional Chinese Medicine it is believed that each organ has its point of highest energy and lowest energy. At least, that’s what my grandfather, who is a doctor and a certified acupuncturist, is always saying.

He even knows what time of the day is best for healing a certain part of the body.

He says that the human body has energy centers and each organ has a peak energy time throughout the day.

He has even written an “Acupuncture Atlas” that explains all of this in great detail.

If we learn how to live accordingly to this natural law of energy we might unlock the secret to health and longevity.

Our friends at Gostica have found a beautiful description of this “Chinese Organ Body Clock” that we want to share with you.

24 Hour Day According To Chinese Organ Body ClockChinese Organ Body Clock Helps You Know When to Exercise, Eat, Love, Rest and Sleep

5-7 AM

5 am to 7 am is the time of the Large Intestine making it a perfect time to have a bowel movement and remove toxins from the day before. It is also the ideal time to wash your body and comb your hair.

It is believed that combing your hair helps to clear out energy from the mind. At this time, emotions of defensiveness or feelings of being stuck could be evoked.

7-9 AM

7-9am is the time of the Stomach so it is important to eat the biggest meal of the day here to optimize digestion and absorption.

Warm meals that are high in nutrition are best in the morning. Emotions that are likely to be stirred at this time include disgust or despair.

9-11 AM

9-11am is the time of the Pancreas and Spleen, where enzymes are released to help digest food and release energy for the day ahead.

This is the ideal time to exercise and work. Do your most taxing tasks of the day at this time. Emotions such as low self-esteem may be felt at this time.

11 AM – 1 PM

11am – 1pm is the time of the Heart which will work to pump nutrients around the body to help provide you with energy and nutrition.

This is also a good time to eat lunch and it is recommend to have a light, cooked meal. Having a one hour nap or a cup of tea is also recommended during this time. Feelings of extreme joy or sadness can also be experienced at this time.

1-3 PM

1-3pm is the time of the Small Intestine and is when food eaten earlier will complete its digestion and assimilation.

This is also a good time to go about daily tasks or exercise. Sometimes, vulnerable thoughts or feelings of abandonment my subconsciously arise at this time.

3-5 PM

3-5pm is the time of the Bladder when metabolic wastes move into the kidney’s filtration system. This is the perfect time to study or complete brain-challenging work.

Another cup of tea is advised as is drinking a lot of water to help aid detoxification processes. Feeling irritated or timid may also occur at this time.

5-7 PM

5-7pm is the time of the Kidneys when the blood is filtered and the kidneys work to maintain proper chemical balance.

This is the perfect time to have dinner and to activate your circulation either by walking, having a massage or stretching. Subconscious thoughts of fear or terror can also be active at this time.

7-9 PM

7-9pm is the time of Circulation when nutrients are carried to the capillaries and to each cell. This is the perfect time to read.

Avoid doing mental activities at this time. A difficulty in expressing emotions may also be felt however, this is the perfect time to have sex or conceive.

9-11 PM

9-11pm is the time of Triple Heater or endocrine system where the body’s homeostasis is adjusted and enzymes are replenished.

It is recommended to sleep at this time so the body can conserve energy for the following day. Feelings of paranoia or confusion may also be felt.

11 PM – 1 AM

11pm-1am is the time of the Gall Bladder and in order to wake feeling energized the body should be at rest. In Chinese medicine, this period of time is when yin energy fades ad yang energy begins to grow.

Yang energy helps you to keep active during the day and is stored when you are asleep. Subconscious feelings of resentment may appear during this time.

1-3 AM

1-3am is the time of the Liver and a time when the body should be asleep. During this time, toxins are released from the body and fresh new blood is made.

If you find yourself waking during this time, you could have too much yang energy or problems with your liver or detoxification pathways. This is also the time of anger, frustration and rage.

3-5 AM

3-5am is the time of the Lungs and again, this is the time where the body should be asleep. If woken at this time, nerve soothing exercises are recommended such as breathing exercises.

The body should be kept warm at this time too to help the lungs replenish the body with oxygen. The lungs are also associated with feelings of grief and sadness.

This is what it means if you keep waking up at certain hours in the night according to TCM

Chinese Medicine practitioners use this clock to help them determine the organ responsible for disease.

For example, if you find yourself waking up between the hours of 3-5am each morning, you may have underlying grief or sadness that is bothering you or you may have a condition in the lung area.

If feelings of anger or resentment arise, you may feel them strongest during the time of the Liver (which is 1-3am).

If you experience back pain at the end of your working day, you could have pent up emotions of fear, or perhaps even Kidney issues.

The diagram below shows the body clock in more detail:

If You Experience Any Of These 9 Signs YOU Are Your Own Worst Enemy…

Sometimes it might seem that the whole world is against us. However, we might be too close to the ‘painting’ to see the real truth.

Often times, WE are our own worst enemy, and we don’t even know it.

We look to find guilt in someone outside of ourselves, always pointing fingers and blaming others for our suffering.

We feel like the whole Universe conspires against us without realizing one crucial truth, The Universe is an echo.

Are YOU blocking your own way?Are Your Own Worst Enemy

Most of the time, we are the ones responsible for most of our suffering.

However, if you are the one blocking your own way, it’s very likely that you are not even aware of it.

Your self makes all these excuses and stories to make you believe that someone else is the problem, that something is against you.

It does this so you don’t have to face yourself. That’s how the ego stays in power, that’s how it feeds with drama and meaning.

And once you realize this and move out of your own way, oh boy! You won’t believe how easy and effortless the things that troubled you will become.

Everything that seemed too hard or too much work, everything you wanted to do and postponed, everything that you wanted to be will simply flow naturally!

9 signs you are your own worst enemy:Signs You Are Your Own Worst Enemy

The problem is not always inside. There are outer factors that sometimes can cause trouble.

However, if you are not the one blocking your way, you’ll easily find a solution or a different strategy. By no means you’ll let those outer factors keep you stuck, suffering, or in control of your life (except if you are literally a prisoner).

Here is how to know if YOU are the one blocking your way. If you experience any of these 9 signs you are your own worst enemy!

1. You are really mean to the people you love the most.

When you are with people who you don’t really care about, you can be pushed around and you won’t say a word. But if someone you love says one word you don’t like, you are so mean to them that you can’t even recognize yourself. You are angry at yourself, and when people who are emotionally closest to yourself give you a reason, you project that anger upon them.

2. You are your own worst critic.

You don’t remember the last time you saw yourself in the mirror and was satisfied, or had a kind encouraging thought. It seems like you are your own dictator. You’re always pushing yourself into things you don’t really like just to get that approval, you don’t even care how you really feel deep inside. You are too harsh on yourself.

3. You don’t have friends that are really similar to you.

This is one of the greatest signs that you are your own worst enemy. We attract aspects of ourselves that we trust the most and want to connect with. Psychologists say that we are the average of our 5 closest friends. If you don’t have friends that are really similar to you than, either you don’t trust your closest friends, or you don’t trust yourself. It is usually both.

4. You are overly judgmental.

There is not a day go by that your inner chat doesn’t seem more like a roast than a friendly dialog. You choose to be judgmental over compassionate by default. You think this is what makes you smarter than others while in fact it’s the one thing that paints your reality ugly. And you don’t do this just to other people. The most judgmental behavior is toward yourself.

5. You can’t establish the habits that you really like to have.

There are a couple of things you want to do, but every time you feel motivated enough to start it feels like it’s not the right time. You procrastinate to a level that you are not even aware. You think you are strategizing while in reality you are postponing the things you really love doing.

6. You feel out of tune with the world.

You put on a white shirt or wash your car the day it’s going to rain. When you have a great idea you don’t write it down thinking that you’ll remember it, but an hour later and the idea is gone. You miss your bus. You can’t take a compliment. Intuition is a strange subject for you. You feel like the whole world is against you. You are out of tune with the world because you are out of tune with yourself, you turn your back on yourself and your truth.

7. You over analyze.

Even if it’s something that excites you at first, you’ll start thinking about it, looking for anything that might give you an excuse not to do it. You do this with everything. Even if it’s a perfect relationship your obsessive thinking and over analyzing everything will find or create negativity. Everything has something negative if you look at the tiniest details. But you don’t analyze for a healthy reason, you analyze to prove to yourself that there can’t be anything good.

8. You compare yourself to others.

No matter what happens to you, no matter how positive, there is always someone you compare yourself to. You don’t look at your own life, at what you really like to do, you want what will make you look good in the eyes of others. This is why you are not grateful for anything. You don’t see that we all walk different paths, and even if it’s the same path we might have started from a different place.

9. You let others dictate your power.

You let others make all the plans and you don’t complain even if you don’t like those plans. You let others make you feel bad with only a comment. Their decisions dictate what you should do. You never listen to yourself and what YOU really like. You don’t realize that you have a power to do what you really like to do.

What to do if you are your own worst enemy?How To Stop Being Your Own Worst Enemy

Being your own worst enemy does not mean that there is someone else within you that’s trying to hurt you. It means that there is a conflict that you are not facing.

Your subconscious mind is projecting this conflict through character traits that are making you struggle. It’s like trying to seal a steaming cooking pot where the boiling water is the conflict, the steam are the negative character traits and you are the one with a steam in your face struggling to close the pot and act normal.

You’ve tried calling yourself ‘stupid’ or an ‘idiot’ and how does that work by now?

Maybe it’s time to use that over analyzing talent and ask yourself ‘why is the water boiling?’

There are 3 steps that will help you resolve this conflict and stop you from being your own worst enemy.

1. Forgive yourself;

Once you forgive yourself and show yourself love you’ll be able to see what has been boiling.

2. Face what you are running away from within yourself;

Face the conflict and realize that it’s most likely an emotion you are trying to run away from.

3. Feel the emotion and let it go;

Acknowledge the emotion. Embrace the emotion. Feel the emotion and let go of it.

And just tell yourself “I’m ok. I am not perfect. I’m not the worst either. I’m ok, and that’s completely ok.”

Try to talk to yourself as if you were the best friend of a child.

You are not your worst enemy, you just think that most things are more important than your emotions.
