A Japanese Physician Who Lived Until 105 Reveals The 5 Secrets To His Longevity

Though all of us want to live a long and healthy life, wishing alone would never bring us to a ripe old age. What we need is to imitate the lives of those who lived to tell the tale.

One of whom is the Japanese physician Shigeaki Hinohara who lived to 105.

Dr. Hinohara walked his talk because he had been studying longevity and helped built the foundations of Japanese medicine.

Before passing away on July 18, 2017, he shared several basic guidelines for longevity with Judit Kawaguchi of the Japan Times.

Read on and live your life up to a ripe old age the way Dr. Shigeaki Hinohara did.

Dr. Shigeaki Hinohara’s 5 Secrets To Longevity:japanese-physician-secrets-to-longevity

1. Continue to contribute even until retirement age.

While most of us are looking forward to the age of retirement, Dr. Hinohara advised the other way. For him, people who are living longer do not look to retire in life.

They look to be busy with their purpose, passions, staying active and contributing to society.

He believed that life is all about contribution, and proved this by treating patients even months before his death. His appointment book revealed that he had space for five more years.

He managed to wake up early in the morning because of his incredible drive to help people. And probably, it’s what kept him alive.

According to him that’s one of the secrets, having something to keep you alive.

2. Worry less and have more fun.

Health enthusiasts keep telling us to mind what we eat and get enough sleep. But then, Dr. Hinohara had a different view.

He said we should not be too concerned about these things. Instead, we should have more fun.

As adults, we need to rekindle the childlike attitude in us. We need to remember how it’s like to be the child who may forget to eat or sleep as long as we’re having fun.

Too many rules will tire the body according to Hinohara.

According to him, the second secret is to not underestimate fun because that’s what fills your heart with energy and positivity.

3. Eat right and stay fit.

Hinohara advised that we should not keep ourselves overweight and must watch what we eat. Hinohara himself had this diet:

Breakfast: Coffee, a glass of milk, orange juice with a tablespoon of olive oil, which is great for the arteries while keeping the skin healthy.

Lunch: Milk, a few cookies (and nothing when he’s too busy because he can’t feel hunger when too focused on work).

Dinner: Veggies, fish, and rice, 100 grams of lean meat twice a week.

The third secret according to Hinohara is to find a diet that keeps you fit and healthy, or just follow his diet.

4. Question your doctor before heeding their advice.

Hinohara might be a doctor, but he advised his patients not to follow every word their doctor says.

Rather, they should ask their doctor if they would allow their spouse or children to go through the tests or surgeries they recommended.

Hinohara also saw the unnecessary pain in surgery.

For him, music and animal therapy work best.

The fourth secret according to Hinohara is to look in Nature for possible remedies, maybe try music and animal therapy as he suggests.

5. Exercise more and combat pain with having more fun.

Taking two stairs at a time was Hinohara’s secret to keeping his muscles moving.

When it comes to pain, he said the best way to combat it is to have more fun. Children forget their pains when they’re having fun playing a game.

At St. Luke’s International Hospital, where he was an honorary member, Hinohara and colleagues provided music, animal therapies, and art classes to cater the needs of their patients, most especially in pain management.

And even if everything is alright with you pain is a part of life, we all feel it from time to time. Do not forget that fun can make it go away.

The fifth secret according to Shigeaki Hinohara is to exercise and keep in mind that fun is more important than we give it credit for.

5 Things You Can Do To Instantly Feel Better And Have More Energy

Despite your best efforts, there are days when you feel that life is not a journey of infinite bliss.

Improving yourself is not a one time effort where you do the one thing that you feel can make you feel whole and good enough.

The more you achieve the things that others considered can make you feel better, the more you feel the emptiness inside, until you reach the point of asking yourself whether there’s something wrong with you or with the world around you.

Visualizations, affirmations, and manifestations may work for a while. But in times when they don’t seem to help, never freak. Your mind is just wired to protect yourself from what seems to be an imminent threat.

Society keeps bombarding you with messages like you’re not doing enough and you’re not good enough. But you are enough. Here are some things you can do when societal victim mentality makes you feel as not enough to instantly feel better and with more energy.

5 Things You Can Do To Instantly Feel Better And Energized:things-you-can-do-to-instantly-feel-better-more-energy

1. List 3 things you are grateful for.

Accept your lot at the moment and be grateful regardless of what situation you are in. Take the necessary changes in your life when you’re ready. But for the time being, be grateful.

Despite feeling stuck, the sunshine still warms your face and your bed still makes you feel comfortable. Give thanks for these little things.

As you open your heart, you slowly raise your vibration. With a raised vibration, the visions you have of yourself will slowly unfold and incorporate into your current reality.

2. Let go of expectations.

Sure, you’ve been taught or trained to visualize yourself achieving your goals and plans. A lot of people can attest that this technique truly works.

However, you’re not supposed to attach yourself to your desired outcome. Meaning, you can have a clear vision of the things you want to achieve but you have to learn to let them go.

This is not saying to lose your faith, but this is saying that you put your trust in The Universe to make everything come to pass the way things are designed in relation to your plans and goals.

When the outcomes are not in your favor, you need to be okay with it because you’re still whole and absolutely perfect as you are.

Yet, most often, when you let go of your attachment to the desired outcome, they’re more likely to happen the way you expect them to.

3. Come from a place of abundance.

If you believe that The Universe operates on vibrations, then you need to be aware of where your vibrations come from. This is very crucial in your manifestation efforts.

Operating from a place of lack will eventually lead you to a state of lack. If you feel you don’t have the things you want or don’t feel good enough, you simply can’t have the abundance or wholeness you’re seeking.

It’s just how it works and how gratitude plays a vital role. By acknowledging with all your heart the things you currently have, you’re working in a way that matches the waves.

Do the things that make you more joyful and start counting your blessings to attract more joy and abundance.

4. Meditate to calm your mind and become present.

Meditation helps you raise your vibration through calming your mind.

Because you live in a world that never stops telling you how incomplete or not good enough you are, there’s a tendency that you may believe every word it tells you. This causes worry and makes you dwell on self defeating thoughts.

But when you silence your mind, even 5 to 10 minutes a day, your rewiring your brain to let go of these worries and detrimental thoughts. The quieter your mind, the higher you vibrate.

5. Keep it light hearted.

Keep things light because life is supposed to be fun and exciting. It’s not designed to be hard or difficult, though it’s how it may appear to most.

The fear of running out of money, failing, or rejection may still be lurking around but you can’t do anything about it. As long as you’re doing your thing the best way that you can, The Universe won’t leave you.

Even if the worst could happen, you’re still able to emerge through it all whole and complete because that is what you actually are.

If You Just Let Go Of These 3 Limiting Beliefs The Vibration Of Your Energy Will Raise

0

We all have a couple of beliefs that prevent us from using our full potential.

Your parents, the school, your friends, society and media might have fed you a set of beliefs that are far different from what you need to be your best self as an adult.

That’s why you need to question your reality and your beliefs. You need to find the beliefs that are not helping you and replace them with once that help you be your best self.

One way to do this is to do something nobody teaches. You need to unlearn what you’ve learned. After you customize your belief system to help you, you will unlock the real potential and the vibration of your energy will raise.

Here are the 3 beliefs that are limiting your potential and prevent you from being your best self.

Let Go Of These 3 Limiting Beliefs To Raise Your Energy:if-you-just-let-go-of-these-3-limiting-beliefs-vibration-will-raise

1. Holding on to guilt after you have done something wrong.

All of us commit mistakes that are, sometimes, harmful to ourselves and others. The act may slip from our best intentions but we that’s not an excuse.

However, no matter how guilt ridden we are, it will not help us patch up the broken relationships or erase any painful memory we have created.

Dealing with the feeling of guilt is not meant to make us more miserable. It’s there to make us realize that we have done something against our moral.

With this in mind we should try to take action if there is something we can do to fix the wrong itself, but if we can’t, than the feeling of guilt is just there to let us know we should learn better. It’s not there to torment us, that’s not how we improve.

We often believe that if we do something wrong we should be punished. But we forget about the fact that we should be also improved. If this is your struggle, you have to let go of this core belief that you should be perfect.

No. You are a work in progress as all of us, and sometimes we make mistakes. But we learn and we get better, and guilt is our personal guide that let’s us know where we should improve to become better humans. It’s an alert that prevents us from hurting each other.

Holding onto guilt feelings can’t help you in any way. You have done wrong, yes. But if you don’t fix it or learn to do better, than what’s the point?

Once you have asked forgiveness for what you’ve done, move on from there and strive not to do the same mistake again. See it as a part of your growth because that’s exactly what it is.

Allowing yourself to feel forgiven not only heals you but also transforms you into someone courageous enough to accept your wrongdoings.

2. Seeing yourself as a product limited of your environment.

As you grow up, you may have viewed yourself the way people around viewed you. You may even have certain attachments to the place where you grew up and to your environment in general.

Now that you’re a grown up, have you taken the time to stop and ask yourself, who would you have been if you grew up in a different family, environment, and culture?

The answer may surprise you because you may find yourself to be another person with a different worldview. And this is exactly the truth about you.

You are someone other than what people believe you to be. You have the ability to re create yourself if you want to. You can be whoever you want to be.

You are not a slave to your environment, you choose your environment. You choose your friends, the habits and the culture that you want to construct your lifestyle with.

You are free to choose who you are because you are a divine being whose truth is not dependent on your external circumstances.

You are not a definite identity, you are a being in a process of constant becoming, and you can always change and choose a direction.

3. You see obstacles as things that hold you back.

Obstacles are not there to stop you because they don’t care about you. Obstacles are just things that you have a problem with. So change your relationship with them.

See them as helping signals that tell you either to choose a better way or that tell you to improve.

Life draws out your inner strength by giving you experiences that can transform you.

Transformative experiences can be painful, but once you’ll overcome them, you’ll begin to see how it’ll shape you into the person you’re meant to be.

When you see the bigger picture, you’ll realize you are the creator of your life and not the victim of it. It’s all a matter of choice.

As long as you’re mindful of these things, you will not lose your way. And if you manage to get rid of these 3 beliefs you will raise the default vibration of your energy.

12 Things You Need To Work On To Be Less Of A Narcissist

We all have some levels of narcissism in us. If we didn’t, than we are not normal people and we have managed to transcend all of the human flaws. But we are normal people.

These narcissistic tendencies are what impairs our relationship with others. It’s what wounds our emotional body and triggers us to take actions that we later regret.

Because these narcissistic behaviors can sometimes be mild and infrequent, we may fail to notice them. We think we’re doing good and act as if these behaviors are a normal part of who we are.

But narcissism is part of our ego and our emotional wounded self. If we don’t heal it, we won’t find inner peace.

It is necessary to face this part of us and begin our healing journey from here.

Check out the following characteristics if you have any of them. Then identify what part of yourself you need to work on. Be honest with yourself without being judgmental.

12 Signs You Are A Narcissist:be-less-of-a-narcissist

1. You feel you’re not good enough.

When others reject or criticize you, you believe it’s your fault. You feel you’re not good enough, that’s why people couldn’t care less for you.

Thus, you prefer other people’s choices and preferences over your own just to be accepted and loved.

2. You feel the need to do things right.

You try your best not to fail at something to get other people’s love and attention. But once you trip over, you shame yourself without any second thoughts.

You believe it’s only by doing things right that you win people’s approval, which is very important to you.

3. Your self worth depends on other people.

Because you couldn’t see your own value, you seek it from other people. You expect people to be kind, loving and attracted to you that you may feel whole and alive. And when they don’t, you feel unworthy and empty inside.

4. You find it hard to be compassionate with yourself.

Whenever you feel anxious, angry, embarrass or depress, you expect people to be compassionate with you.

If they fail to come up with your expectations, you blame them for your situation.

5. You’re insensitive to the needs of others.

Because you’re so busy with your own emotions and pains, you can’t see what other people are going through.

You think the world revolves only around you, thus, you fail to recognize the needs of others.

6. You feel attacked by constructive criticisms.

Tough love involves directly pointing out the mistakes of others, which may eventually hurt them.

When you receive this kind of care, you take it as an attack against you. Instead of thanking the other person, you choose to attack in return.

7. You want people to change.

When others behave in a way that you dislike, you get them to deal with their actions. If a disagreement arises, you blame them for making you behave in a certain way. Hence, you demand them to change.

8. You feel the world owe you something.

You feel you’re entitled to everything the world can offer. Whether it be money, sex, attention, or approval, you go your way to get what you want.

9. You try to get away with things.

Because you feel you’re entitled to do what you want, you insist on following your own way and doing your own thing, even if it harms or endangers others.

And when you’re called for your offenses, you see it as unjust.

10. You want to get credit for what you do.

Regardless of what you do, you always take credit for it. You want to be seen as superior despite the mediocrity of your job.

11. You believe you’re unique and special while others aren’t.

Other than feeling superior to others, you see yourself as unique and special and are understood only by the people who are unique and special as well.

You don’t associate with others whom you think are inferior to you.

Even if you know people consider you arrogant, you see this as a compliment. You believe arrogance comes with being special and unique.

12. You believe you have the right to manipulate others.

You manipulate others through your charm, brilliance, or anger because you believe you have the right to demand anything from them.

How To Be Less Of A Narcissist?

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders has this to say about people suffering from a Narcissistic Personality Disorder:

“Vulnerability in self-esteem makes individuals with Narcissistic Personality Disorder very sensitive to “injury” from criticism or defeat. Although they may not show it outwardly, criticism may haunt these individuals and may leave them feeling humiliated, degraded, hollow and empty. They may react with disdain, rage, or defiant counterattack. Such experience may lead to social withdrawal or an appearance of humility. Interpersonal relations are typically impaired due to problems derived from entitlement, the need for admiration, and the relative disregard for the sensitivities of others.”

None of us is perfect so as not to possess any of the above traits.

People who don’t display any of these traits are the ones who have transformed themselves into loving and compassionate individuals. They have completely healed themselves and found their true worth.

For us who are still on our way, recognizing these traits is the first step to healing and self development. We only have to believe that narcissism can be healed.

And once we do heal ourselves, in our own special way, we can make this world a much better place to live in.

If You Do These 7 Things Negative Energy Won’t Harm You

0

Negative energy is something we don’t want to vibrate and don’t want to receive from other people.

But, the days of advancement carry with it a negativity that can drain us without our awareness. The media, most especially, spread more of the negative news than it does with the good ones.

And even if you know how to sift the good from the not so good stuff, your loved ones may not. They may be affected by the negativity they pick up somewhere and bring that negativity home.

Or, when you’re at work, some of your workmates may have these negative vibes and infect the workplace with it. Failing to detect the infection may change your mood from positive to negative, which may drain your whole body and lower your energy levels.

Thus, it’s important that you will recognize these negative vibrations so that you can turn your day around and can boost your mood.

7 Steps To Block Negative Energy:do-these-things-negative-energy-wont-harm-you

1. Recognize where the negative energy comes from.

It’s easier for you to beat the negative energy when you clearly know where it comes from. If it comes from someone you know, avoid committing the mistake of trying to make the other person happy.

You might have the good intentions of helping out, but it’s not what the other person needs at the moment.

If this person is going through a tough time, give them the space to process their emotions. Don’t force them to feel positive when they’re not ready to feel it.

Give a listening ear if they need it. But if they don’t, give them respect. Try to be more understanding and tell yourself that it’s not about you.

You can distance yourself from this person to keep your energy levels functioning at its best.

2. In times of trouble, focus more on the solutions.

The idea behind every problem that arises is for us to grow and evolve into our best selves. There are just things we need to learn the hard way.

Whenever you are faced with a seemingly insurmountable problem, try not to focus on its size. Instead, look at that problem in the eye and in every angle.

This way, you can get different possible solutions to handle the problem with. Then focus your energy on how you can implement those solutions.

3. Surround yourself with good company.

There are situations when you can’t choose who to surround yourself with, like in the workplace or in public places.

If the situation is favorable, make sure to surround yourself with the people who bring out the best in you. They’re the people whose positivity seems not to run out.

Spending your time with awesome, fun and loving people enhances your well being and provides lasting benefits.

4. Be open to any possibilities and let go of expectations.

No matter how much you plan your day or prepare yourself to tackle a specific problem, the outcome may not always be in your favor. But this doesn’t mean, all your days are going to be like this.

Don’t start your day feeling you’re already beaten because if you do, then certainly, you will. Be open to all possibilities that this could be your great day and open enough to accept if it won’t.

When you prep yourself for the good things that are going to happen, you’re able to maintain your high spirits even if they don’t turn out the way you want them to.

5. Be compassionate with yourself.

No one has the greater responsibility to shower yourself with compassion than you. Loving yourself must start with you.

Be gentle with yourself for all the past mistakes you’ve committed. Be always aware that you’re an evolving being and committing a mistake is a part of your existence.

Engage yourself in a positive self talk every day. Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself all the things you love about you.

One more tip, be your own best friend.

6. Focus on the things that make you feel great.

The negativity around won’t take hold of you if you go out into the world carrying a strong positive vibe. You can do this by listening to a calming music in the morning.

Writing in your journal all the things you’re grateful for and the things that make you feel good also increases your positive vibration.

Before you go to bed at night, do the things that can relax your mind, such as reading a good book or having a warm bath.

The negative energy will slowly fade when you know how to pamper and protect yourself.

7. Change your perspective when you have to.

When something doesn’t feel good, change it. If there is no way you can change it, look for its brighter side.

For example, if you are stuck in a job you don’t like and getting away from it isn’t possible at the moment, then look for the reasons why you need to stick. The situation might not be as awful as how it seems.

Having a different perspective is what you might need at the moment.

Besides, no one or no situation is able to dim your light without your consent. Just keep your light shining so that the negative energy would have a hard time dragging you down.

This May Rant From The Heart: 1000 Philosophies Cannot Even Compare With The Impact Action Can Make

We are all addicts. Not to drugs, or any kind of substance per se, but before everything else we are all addicts to our personal emotional realities.

We would throw away anything if it threatens our fantasy. We are stuck with the struggles we have because we crave thinking not having them.

I know, you probably think that it makes no sense, but that’s how you fool yourself. That’s how we all fool ourselves, by thinking we are more special than the other person.

But we are just stuck, in our own emotional fantasy, and we would fight anything if it tries to free us.may-rant-from-the-heart

That’s why we crave knowledge. That’s why we read philosophies and methods, techniques and all kinds of explanations. We feel like we are doing something, but in reality we are not. We feel like we are going somewhere, but we are not leaving our emotional prison.

It’s a win win, or lose lose situation, depending on how you look at things.

Let me explain!

Let’s say that you study or work with a girl or a boy that you like. You fantasize every day, before you go to sleep, how it would look like when you approach them.

You create imaginary scenarios, even fights and arguments, and you have counter arguments for every possible way the conversation can go.

You might even imagine your first date, or going on a vacation together. You listen to sad romantic songs and you fantasize.

It makes you feel something, it gives you meaning and depth. It really does.

But why don’t you approach them? You have a chance almost every day, right?

You think it’s fear that stops you, and in a way it plays a part in it, but it’s not fear that prevents you from approaching. It’s your love for your emotional reality.

You LOVE TO FANTASIZE! You love it so much that you prefer it over reality.

If you approach them, whatever it happens, you lose your nights when you listen to sad, beautiful, romantic songs, maybe drink wine or watch a romantic movie, and fantasize about the girl or the boy that you like.

If you approach them, even if it turns alright, you lose your emotional reality.

That’s why you don’t take action.

You have fallen in love with fantasizing for freedom while you are in your prison cell. If you get out, you cannot fantasize for freedom anymore.

That’s why we study different philosophies, and learn from different people, and read different books on self help, and watch documentaries, and talk the same conversation with our friends, and attend to seminars, but we do not take action.

Because we fool ourselves that we are doing something while we are safe to keep fantasizing in our own little emotional reality.

But no matter how beautiful you think your fantasy is, IT’S NOT REALITY!

Reality is 1000 times more meaningful and fulfilling than your fantasizing addiction.

It’s where you discover things so beautiful you could have never imagined. It’s what actually makes you grow, and makes you feel alive, and gives you fulfillment.

But in order to escape your emotional prison cell you need to take ACTION.

The moment you approach, the moment you take a step towards what you fantasize about, you will feel so much alive that you will not even care about the outcome.

The thing is, you show yourself that you are free. That’s what makes you feel alive and inspired to grow.

No fantasy about freedom is as beautiful as really being free!

And through action and experience you will learn 1000 times more than reading 1000 books.

You cannot know the full nature of something mentally, it’s just one pillar of your being, but through experience you understand the real nature of something with all your pillars.

So don’t fool yourself that you are not addicted, we all are.

Do not fool yourself that you take action, you would not read this article if you did.

And do not let your mind give you excuses of why you shouldn’t do what you fantasize about, act before it comes up with excuses.

The mind needs approximately 5 seconds to think of a reason why you shouldn’t approach someone you like. So when you get the urge, count from 5 to 1 and just do it.

You don’t need to know all the steps, just start walking towards the person. Have fun not knowing what you’ll say and just say whatever it comes to mind when you get to them.

No matter what the outcome is, you will feel happier than you’ve felt in a long time. You will get the point of this article. You’ll know how important taking action really is.

So count from 5 to 1, and GO!

Mentally Strong People Don’t Make These 5 Mistakes

In every area of your life, your emotions play an important role. Aside from the impact it has on your relationships and your work, your emotions also determine your success or failure in life.

You may not be aware of it, but your emotions can be the fuel that waters the soil. When you’re enthusiastic and positive, you’re feeding the soil with good fertilizer. And when you’re negative and worrisome, you’re pouring out acidity on the soil.

This is the reason why some people get what they want much easier while others have a hard time getting what they desire. There may be some people who excel in a specific area but fail in the other because of the emotional mistakes they keep doing.

Finding balance and flow in this life is what we all desire for. This can be done when we know how to anchor our emotions.

Doing this doesn’t require you to add something to your life, instead, it only requires you to avoid committing the emotional mistakes that keep you from becoming strong mentally.

Mentally strong people don’t commit these emotional mistakes. Avoid them too and become a mentally strong person.

5 Mistakes Mentally Strong People Don’t Do:mentally-strong-people-dont-make-mistakes

1. Mentally strong people don’t deny how they feel.

Being mentally strong and acting tough are two sides of the spectrum. Owning your emotions and acknowledging your pains are signs of mental strength. But when you suppress your emotions by saying you’re okay for not getting that promotion, you’re only acting tough.

There’s nothing wrong with letting people know how you feel because that is the emotion you’re feeling at the moment. Just because you’re feeling that way doesn’t mean you’re showing a weakness or having the intention to stay that way until the end of time.

Showing your vulnerable side is healthy. Downplaying your emotions is not. It’s only by acknowledging your emotions that you let it pass. From there, moving on is much easier.

However, if you deny your emotions, you’re in the danger of carrying an emotional baggage that may surface everytime a trigger pops up.

2. Mentally strong people don’t avoid emotions that make them feel uncomfortable.

In the quest for positivity, humans often fall into the trap of avoiding to feel the emotions that create discomfort. The hard truth is, uncomfortable emotions are part and parcel of every human existence.

The presence of these emotions doesn’t mean we’re less of a person. It’s how we deal with these emotions that can either make or break us.

Our greatest strength doesn’t come out when we’re feeling comfortable. Rather it only surfaces when there is a dire need. And it’s in these times that we will know we have an inner strength that can sustain us in tough times.

Face every uncomfortable emotion head on because it’s only in dealing with it that you will find the courage to face your fears. Once you’re able to rise from any discomfort, you’ll come up more confident and more willing to get out of your comfort zone.

3. Mentally strong people don’t chase after happiness.

More than anything else, people these days keep telling you to do the things that can make you feel better and happier.

While there’s nothing wrong with doing the things that can give meaning to your life, believing that they can make you happy is another thing.

When what you have in mind is to do the things that can make you happy, you’re only acknowledging the fact that you’re not happy about yourself.

So, you start a project that you think can make you happy only to find more unhappiness when this project doesn’t satisfy you. Don’t chase after happiness because, as what the wise men keep telling us, happiness is not the goal rather it’s how we become along the journey.

Instant gratification doesn’t contribute to long term contentment either.

4. Mentally strong people don’t give their power away.

You alone are in control of your emotions and no one else. People can’t control you when you don’t allow them to.

Similarly, you can’t control others. Even if there are people who appear to be weak, you don’t grab the opportunity of abusing them. Doing a thing out of selfish interest is giving your power away.

You can’t avoid encountering people who can make you feel bad, but you have the choice as to how you respond. And if you’re mentally strong, you’re able to handle any situation in an appropriate way.

5. Mentally strong people don’t live in the past.

The past serves only two purposes, to make you heal old wounds and to provide you lessons that you can use in your journey.

Something is not right when you keep going back to the past and dwelling on what could have turned right. You have the ‘now moment’ where you can do all the good things you wish you could have done in the past.

Heal every ounce of painful emotion that keeps you tied in your past, if there is any. Only then will you be able to live your today more gloriously.

Your emotions are the outer manifestations of who you are inside. Being mentally strong is a skill that can get better with constant practice.

The more you learn how to regulate your emotions, the more you stretch your mental muscle to achieve your highest potential.

If You Can Choose Anything, What’s The One Thing You Should Start Doing This May To Be Healthier…

Nature knows us best, that’s why it has all the cures and remedies.

We have evolved to be the most intelligent species on this planet, but we cannot even compare our intelligence with the intelligence of Nature.

In fact, we are a part of Nature, and our own intelligence is just an extension of its own.

That’s why Nature knows us best. It has everything that we need, and even the medications that we manufacture are based on and inspired from natural ingredients.

If you can remedy something it’s better than to cure it, and if you can remedy something naturally, it’s better than any other superficial way.

That’s why drinking tea daily can be the best healthy habit you implement this month.

Start drinking tea everyday!one-thing-you-should-start-doing-this-may-to-be-healthier

You can drink tea for 3 reasons. You can consume various types of tea to remedy something, to replace other unhealthy beverages, and to use its nutritional benefits.

However, drinking tea should be more like a process of enjoyment, a time for you to calm your thoughts and nurture your body. It’s almost like an active meditation.

So find 3 things that you struggle with, things like stress, anxiety, mild depression, you know, things that are not life threatening but you want to rid of.

Search for each of these things what kind of tea is best for remedy.

After you have your research start drinking these teas on daily basis and as the tea is recommended to be consumed.
