This October Rant From The Heart: Your Past Pain Is The Only Thing Preventing You From Feeling Whole Again

Let me show you something. I’m going to ask you to imagine a reality, kind of a strange reality in a way, but reality that will give you one of the greatest answers in your life.

Imagine that everything that gave you pain, every loss in your life, every regret, every person you liked and didn’t like you back, everything was undone. Just like that.

Imagine the person you liked showing on your door saying they were wrong they want to be in a relationship with you. The people you lost just showed up and hugged you.

Everyone is ok now. People who wronged you admit they have wronged you. All the regrets about things you didn’t do suddenly turns out that you have done everything.

Everything that worried you disappeared, just like that. Everything that you can think of but what about this, poof, gone, it’s like you wanted to be.

Imagine this reality. Now imagine yourself there. Everything you considered wrong in your life was undone just like that. Imagine it. How do you feel?

There is still something missing, right? There is some kind of a irritation around the abdomen area, right? You are content but not quite, and you can’t really explain.

You feel a kind of a void within you, there is a chunk of energy stuck, isn’t it? Well, of course you feel like this.

You have everything you think you wanted, everything you considered wrong in your life is gone, and you still can’t feel like you used to feel when you were a kid, before everything.

The thing you feel around your abdomen, the irritation and the chunk of energy you feel stuck, that’s your pain.

You would rather have everyone line up, every person from your life, and you just want to scream your heart out to them.

You want to scream until there is no voice left in you to scream, you want to scream to everyone, people you love, people who hurt you, everyone!october-rant-from-the-heart

That’s your pain. That’s the only thing preventing you from feeling whole again.

Your pain stands between you and the perfect version of you, the one you were before everything happened, whatever it was.

And everything you do in your life is to compensate for this pain.

Everything that most people do in their life is to either escape, or compensate for the pain they hold deep within them.

We watch movies, drink alcohol, go on social media, overeat, work, chase goals, get into relationships just to escape or compensate for our pain that’s preventing us from being us.

And all we have to do is just acknowledge our pain.

That’s what it wants. It wants you to notice it. To look at it. To embrace it and feel it so it can move on.

That’s how you will let go of the pain, by acknowledging it, feeling it, letting it go.

And when you do this suddenly you will chase less, you will not have the need to escape anymore, that surge of anxiety within you will disappear.

When you let go of your pain you will become yourself again.

And that’s something most people seek outside of themselves. That’s something most people feel the need to validate, to prove.

But all they need to do is stop running from their pain, feel it, and let it go. That’s how they’ll realize that they didn’t lack anything, that they were always enough to be.

It was the pain of the past that prevented them from feeling whole, from feeling like they did when they were kids. Let go of the pain to be who you are.

If You Can Choose Anything, What’s The One Thing You Should Start Doing This October To Be Healthier…

It’s not about getting rid of all stress, it’s about learning how to manage it.

Taking care of your health is something you are responsible for. But not everything that is healthy is something you should do more of. Some things you should do less to be healthy.

Such things are things like unhealthy food, alcohol as well as the things that stress you on daily basis.

When we say do not stress so much we ignore the fact that stress is inevitable in our modern world.

However, what we can do is manage the stress we expose ourselves to every day and learn how to destress at the end of the day.

Most people would say to you that you need to stress less, but nobody tells you how to destress the stress that’s already in your system. That’s what you should learn this month.

Learn how to manage your stress!one-thing-you-should-start-doing-this-october-to-be-healthier

Do less of the things that give you most stress. Make a list of all the things that give you stress during the day.

Look at the list and find the 20% of the things that give you the 80% of the stress. See if you can eliminate all of these high stressing things from your daily lifestyle.

If some things are outside of your control see if you can do something about them to prevent their stressful impact on you. If you can’t do anything about them, leave them.

The rest of the things on the list, as well as the things you can’t do anything about, should be your daily stressors, and you should accept this fact.

However, this does not mean you should let them fill you up with stress hormones without taking some initiative to get rid of the stress.

We all get stressed, almost daily, but the real trick in managing your stress is finding ways that help you to destress, to steam out the stress that’s within your system.

See what works for you. Try mindfulness meditation, yoga, exercise, writing, running, painting, listening to music. Find the things you think will destress you and list them.

Look at the list and try them out. It’s best if you try them out some time at the end of the day, after you have tackled all the stressors in your daily lifestyle.

After trying all the activities on your list, evaluate them and find the 20% of them that steam out 80% of your stress. Make these activities, or activity, a habit.

Get rid of the things that stress you most. Practice the activities that destress you most at the end of your day. That’s how you manage your stress in the modern world.

Students Installed Giant Megaphones In This Forest To Magnify The Sound Of Nature

“All of nature begins to whisper its secrets to us through its sounds. Sounds that were previously incomprehensible to our soul now become the meaningful language of nature.” — Rudolf Steiner

Some people go to the forest to listen to nature’s peace and silence in order to refresh their overactive minds. But what most people don’t know is that the forest is whispering things.

Three interior architecture students from the Estonian Academy of Arts knew this fact, and they went beyond the usual way to capture these soothing sounds of the forest.

They designed, created and installed three giant timber megaphones to magnify the sounds of nature.

These timber megaphones were also designed to be a space where the forest visitors can sit and contemplate while listening to the voice of Mother Nature.

The project didn’t just come out of the blue. It was carried out as a response to a workshop where the interior architecture students were asked to design a concept of a forest library.

Among all of the proposals that were considered, Birgit Õigus’ proposal stood out and was chosen for realization.

With the help of fellow students, they constructed the structures in Tallinn, Estonia’s medieval capital, then transported them to the site.

They placed them in a clearing where each megaphone can create a “bandstand” for the sounds produced within the forest.

Hannes Praks, who is the interior architecture department leader of the giant megaphone project, explained:

“We’ll be placing the three megaphones at such a distance and at a suitable angle, so at the center of the installation, sound feed from all three directions should create a unique merged surround sound effect.”

With these giant timber megaphones, visiting the Pähni Nature Center where these structures are located would be a global attraction.

You will not only hear every detail of the mysterious sounds of the forest but also sit comfortably inside these megaphones as you close your eyes and listen to Nature’s song.

Insightful Infographic Shows How Long Your Garbage Lives Compared To Animals

0

If animals know us humans for something that would be our garbage production and the pollution we do in the environment.

Plastics have made our lives easier and are important to keeping many materials cheap, flexible, durable, and transparent.

However, it has also created the plastic pollution that is taking over the oceans around the world and poses a risk to our global health.

While it is difficult to tell exactly where plastic comes from in the oceans, some estimates say that about 20% of the trash comes from ships and platforms that are offshore.

In addition, some studies have shown that 44% of all seabird species have plastic in and around their bodies.

To give you a clearer idea about the Monster of a product we have created and how much longer it can stay and pollute the world after it is produced, here is an infographic.

Animals and Nature doesn’t have to suffer just because we want cheaper products to suit our greedy desires. Start recycling and use less plastic!

The One Thing You Are Most Terrified Of That Nobody Speaks About

Most of us have something that we fear the most. Some people have couple of things they fear the most, and some don’t know what they are afraid of.

Whatever the fear is, being alone, being stuck, heights, talking in front of people, spiders, staying in dark places, whatever it is, it’s nothing compared to one fear we don’t speak of.

Even the fear of getting old, poor, sick and dying is nothing compared to this one fear. Even ghosts and zombies are nothing. The fear I am talking about is complete freedom.

Yes, complete freedom is a fear that every single person on planet Earth is hiding deep within themselves, but we are all terrified of. Yet it’s the ultimate truth.

Most of us are not even aware of that we are afraid of complete freedom, some even think that they are seeking complete freedom.

You might even think to yourself as reading this that complete freedom doesn’t scare you at all, that you are special, and that’s the biggest hint you’re terrified by it.

So why does complete freedom terrify the living hell out of us? How can I prove it to you that even you are terrified by it? Let me try!

3 Reasons Why We Are All Terrified Of Complete Freedom:one-thing-you-are-most-terrified-of

1. It says you are all alone in an infinite space.

Most probably you live your life following a certain story. There are certain people you are together with, certain people you love, certain people you hate, heroes and villains.

You live your life according to this story and this means you have a sense of direction, familiarity, you are not alone and people know you.

But do they really? Do people know you, the real truth of you, or do they know just a tiny glimpse of what you reveal? After all, nobody is with you 24 hours per day.

The truth is nobody really knows you and you don’t really know anybody. It’s something we don’t want to admit to ourselves so we keep playing this story.

The story you live is just an imaginary narrative you tell yourself, the characters you project upon others are figments of your imagination and psyche.

And you do this because you are terrified of the truth. And the truth is that you are completely free and completely alone with yourself, as everyone else.

You can change the story at any moment, you can project different characters upon others at any moment.

You are completely free to do this, and this fact means that in all of the vastness of The Universe you are all alone, really knowing just one person, yourself.

This fact is terrifying, but it’s a fact. And when you accept it, suddenly all the masks you project upon others fall, and you get a chance for the first time ever to get to know them.

2. It means you have complete responsibility for everything in your life.

You think you have to go to work tomorrow. You think you must get up early and do the same thing you do every day. The truth is you don’t.

You can get up, start your car and drive away until the gas runs out. And then, you can keep walking, hitchhiking, doing whatever you want.

Every excuse you think right now of why you cannot do this is just a fake story you keep telling yourself, an illusion you choose to be fooled by.

Every manmade rule, every social norm, every custom and should that you have ever heard or followed is a collectively manufactured illusion we choose to be fooled by.

We give this rules to ourselves because they give us a sense of comfort and safety, even if they make us miserable.

That’s why being completely free is your greatest fear, because you would rather stay in a prison cell getting your life sucked out every single day than face the truth.

And of course you’ll be terrified. There’s a whole unknown outside of the prison cell. There are no rules you can follow, no guidelines, no directions to show you any way.

And who knows what’s out there in the infinite unknown. Nobody tells you what you should do. It means that everything is your responsibility.

That’s why we crave someone to tell us what the grand purpose is, but the truth is it’s whatever you make it be. That’s how completely free you actually are.

3. It removes all structure you think you have.

We are meaning making machines. It means that we constantly make out meaning of neutral things that happen in nature.

We create patterns and attach meaning, we create stories and rules, we say this is right and this is wrong, because we need to have a sense of structure so we can survive.

But if this is true, if we create the meaning, than this means there is no actual meaning out there for us to find. It means we are completely free to create whatever meaning we want.

This puts us in the role of the illusionist, we create our own illusions. But if we are the illusionists than how can we be fooled to believe in the illusion we create?

How can we believe in the meaning that we ourselves create? This puts us in a very difficult position. We are both the illusionist and the one who is being fooled by the illusion.

We are both the puppet and the puppeteer. That’s why most people avoid facing this truth, because it’s a difficult position, it’s the human paradox, the cosmic joke.

That’s why we keep seeking something, why people crave someone telling them what to do, having someone telling them what the grand purpose of life is.

If this happens, while most people blindly follow out of relief, some will feel a void, something not being quite right. Deep down their inner illusionist knows it’s an illusion.

It’s because we are both the illusionist and the one being fooled by the illusion. There is no real structure, it’s all just an illusion we choose to believe in, we are completely free.

How To Save The World If You Are A Lazy Person Guide

0

“Save the world? How about keeping our own house in order first?” ― Charles F. Glassman

Looking at superhero movies you might be slightly overwhelmed when someone asks you to save the world. And after all, you would need some kind of a superpower.

But those things are just movies, they are fiction. To save the real world you don’t need a superpower. In fact, you don’t even have to stand up from the couch.

The irritating thing is that our world can be so more beautiful place if we all just did some small tweaks in our behavior. Like really small.

We watch movies of superheroes fighting giants with lasers shooting down on them, and we fantasize about being a superhero who will save the world.

But all we need to do is waste less electricity. Literally, all you have to do to be your own superhero is waste less electricity and water, reduce polluting and recycle. That’s it.

You don’t have to fight giants with laser beams shooting toward you (even though it might be cool). Saving the real world doesn’t even have to be dangerous.

So if it’s just a question of whether we choose to tweak our behavior, you would think that all people would embark on this noble quest. Well, some might, but not all.

For some reason not all people in the world contribute to make the world a better place. Some of them are unaware, some are just lazy.

If you read this article than you are not in the unaware group. However, if you are in the lazy one, than here is an insightful infographic that is customized solely for lazy people.

4 Important Truths You Need To Realize To Become Enlightened

As you might have noticed, more and more people are tuning inward as our world is experiencing a paradigm shift from the old to the new.

If you aren’t focused, you might get lost in the drama and fear created by the people who still feel the old social conditioning created by fear.

This transitioning is directing you to higher levels of consciousness and flow. But going with the flow isn’t enough. You need to have a safe ground to stand on.

You might try to escape the social conditioning but you notice how the old paradigm may pull you back to the old patterns of consciousness.

These patterns are based on fear and scarcity where the feelings of lack are the number one key motivator for doing things.

Allowing these thought patterns to pull you back will keep you from fully stepping into a more aligned way of living between your mind and soul.

Enlightening happens when the old patterns have no power over you anymore, they cannot pull you back to the old ways of thinking.

To establish strong foundations of thinking that the old patterns of fear and scarcity cannot penetrate and hijack you need to realize a couple of important cosmic truths.

When you get to know these truths, when you really get to grasp their meaning, your way of thinking will no longer return the the old paradigms.

4 Important Truths You Need To Enlighten:important-truths-to-become-enlightened

1. Your natural state is love, you live in a world of abundance and you are enough.

When we are born we don’t think that we lack anything. We are enough to be who we are and nobody can judge us.

When we want to cry we cry, when we want to laugh we laugh, when we are hungry we eat. But as we grow up society teaches us that we need to be this or that to be enough.

This false belief is created by fear and scarcity. The truth of your existence is love and abundance. The world is free for you to explore, you don’t need to prove anything.

2. Your consciousness is connected with all consciousness.

You might think that you have your own consciousness but this consciousness is connected with every consciousness in The Universe.

You have an identity and a definition about who you are, but this is just a limit you put on the consciousness to create the illusion of your self.

In reality, behind the mind, the identity and the self, you are the observer of thoughts, the thinker, the infinite silence of pure consciousness that connects everything.

3. Time is just an illusion, you exist only in the now.

The past is just a memory and all the possible futures are just an idea. These two concepts do not really exist, they are mental illusions for the mind to keep things more organized.

We do not really measure time, we measure movement and change of celestial objects. The only thing that exists is the present moment.

Most people live stretched between past attachments and the future these attachments might bring. But in the present moment you detach from them, everything is possible.

4. Unlearning is how your consciousness grows.

When you start to unlearn what you though you knew, you open room for more intelligence to be downloaded and for your consciousness to grow.

As you step into higher consciousness every step unfolds before you, old things no longer make sense, other start to make sense, and brand new information is downloaded.

You may find yourself being in a whole new narrative, a bigger story you couldn’t even think of where you become part of a much bigger game.

As the world transcends the old paradigms and raises its consciousness, we will become part of the new humanity and continue our mutual evolution.

A Closer Look At What Some People Call The 6th And 7th Sense

When Aristotle was alive, he classified our primary sense organs as sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing.

Each of these organs contains receptors for specific stimuli that are connected to our body’s nervous systems.

When triggered by external stimuli from the physical world, the nervous system sends data to the brain, providing it with useful information.

These primary sense organs have science at their backs. But the sixth sense, which the Buddhists introduced, does not.

The mind that used to be known as the processing center of the five senses’ collective data, is now a gateway to a broader spectrum of perception.

This is including the extrasensory system, referred to as the psychic realm. While science hasn’t come to terms with the sixth sense yet, a seventh sense comes to the picture.

These extra senses, according to some people, are ones that we can all develop through spiritual practices, but science cannot prove them because it lacks the proper experiments.

Closer Look At What Some Call 6th And 7th Sense:closer-look-at-the-6th-and-7th-sense

The sixth sense:

Science has differing opinions about the sixth sense because of the overlapping topics on these studies.

Neurologists don’t even come to an agreement as to what makes up a sense, they find hard to define and distinguish between a sense and the nervous systems.

Regardless of the studies done by neuroscience, cognitive psychology, and philosophy of perception, the psychic realm is considered as the place where the sixth sense comes.

This realm in ancient times was thought of as paranormal. People who used this realm and their extra senses were feared.

People exercising the powers of their extrasensory perceptions were ostracized and even put to death. Only those born into a Native American tribe were revered as shamans.

Even to this day, only a little information is available about this phenomena. The sixth sense includes the experiences of intuition, deja vu, prescience, and past life parallels.

The seventh sense:

As humans evolve into more conscious beings, a new sense comes to light, known as the seventh sense.

Science has a hard time explaining this phenomena because both the sixth and seventh senses go beyond space and time according to people who claim they exist.

Our minds are wired to think in matters of cause and effect. And when we can’t figure things out this way, we see them as coincidence.

Even non scientists consider these phenomena to be caused by external forces or entities, like spirits, extraterrestrials and others.

No matter how others try to discuss it, those who had the experience can only give us a glimpse of something beautiful happening within them.

While the sixth sense focuses more on our intuition, the seventh sense acts as the doorway to The Universal Self through Unity Consciousness.

The seventh sense goes beyond the physical world and has access to all the information contained within the entire Universe.

This access, according to people who study these extra senses, is called the Akashic Records or the Hall of Records.

If you tried asking The Universe a certain question and you received the answer with such clarity, this is already an unconscious use of your seventh sense. It’s called pure knowing.

Another example is when you enter a store for the very first time but your feet knowingly carry you to the area where the item you want to buy is exactly located.

Because the seventh sense goes beyond physicality, you have the ability to tap into every part of creation, past, present, and future as long as you use your seventh sense.

Tapping into The Universal consciousness is within our reach because we are part of it. It’s a personal journey that you and I have the ability to do.
