4 Biggest Causes of Premature Aging to Watch Out For

We have all experienced it: a sudden ache in the back, a wrinkle, a new slang term you do not understand.

These things make you wonder, “When did I begin to appear so old?”

That is when you come to the period that follows: the “How the hell then do I make it stop?” stage.

4 Biggest Causes of Premature Aging:

Biggest Causes of Premature Aging

1. The Exposure to Sun.

Do not get us wrong, though. Daily exposure to sunlight can have a number of positive effects on our physical and mental health, but we do not need much of it to reap the rewards.

10 minutes is more than enough to meet our required vitamin D intake.

Without using adequate sun protection, anything beyond tends to leave your skin in danger of early aging and even cancer.

Common signs of aging: Dark Spots, Paper thin Skin, and Loose Skin.

One of the very common misunderstandings is that contact with the sun just results in thick, leathery skin, yet the contrary can occasionally be true.

Our skin’s suppleness can be damaged by too much sun exposure, making it either thin like tissue paper or thick like leather.

In addition, UV rays can degrade the skin’s collagen proteins, creating drooping or saggy skin, and they can speed up the creation of melanin, which provides the skin with its pigment and results in dark age spots.

Prevention:

Sunblock. We know, it is not the most thrilling response, particularly with a skin care industry worth multi billion dollars but the best defense against sun damage and early aging is using sunblock and other forms of sun protection.

Incorporating skin protection into your morning ritual is the simplest method to ensure that you are doing so.

It can be simple to integrate since many creams and makeup items have a 35 or more sun protection factor (SPF). Even apparel is available with SPF ratings.

Just keep in mind to protect your hands, they are simple to overlook yet might be one of the first places to show signs of aging.

2. Smoking.

The WHO (World Health Organization) has estimated smoking to be the leading cause of preventable sickness, disability, and death.

While the health benefits alone should be sufficient to discourage smoking, it is unquestionably not a good way to delay aging.

Common symptoms of aging: Undereye Bags, Wrinkles, Sagging Skin, Yellowing or Graying of the Skin, Thinning Hair, and Stained Teeth.

In addition to reducing your skin’s suppleness and strength, smoking can also cause your blood vessels to constrict and reduce the amount of oxygen that reaches your skin, which results in wrinkled but also sagging skin.

Although we do not generally think of our hair follicles’ DNA as a living thing, smoking’s toxic chemicals can harm this DNA and cause hair to turn gray, recede, or fall out completely.

The most common tobacco related chemical, nicotine, is also to blame for discolored skin and teeth, giving off the appearance of being more yellow and older.

In addition, this trustworthy dentist in Ocala FL shares that smoking can also cause other dental and oral issues such as gum diseases and oral cancer.

Prevention:

Just say no to smoking. That may be much simpler said than done for some people, but there are many tools available to assist people to kick the habit, such as the free smoking cessation program offered by MU Health Care.

Try to locate one or more that can support you and match your demands.

This does not differ from seeking help for any kind of addiction you develop because there are programs for most of them, even for the gambling addiction (in case you go from, say, stress free sports betting to compulsive gambling), with top offshore betting sites having their sites’ sections dedicated to this problem.

3. Loud Noise Exposure.

Long term exposure to loud stimuli is typically not something that a lot of people think about until they begin to see its detrimental impacts on their hearing.

Although these are typically the first things that come to mind when loud noises are mentioned, loud noises from vacuuming, movie theaters, lawnmowers, and boats should also be included.

Common sign of aging: Loss of Hearing.

Our ears’ tiny hair cells that transmit sound to our brains can be harmed by exposure to loud noise.

The fewer hairs we have, the poorer our hearing will be since once such hairs are broken, they cannot grow back.

Prevention:

When dealing with any prolonged decibels that are louder than a normal conversation, be cautious to protect your ears by donning earplugs or other protective equipment.

Before using headphones to listen to music, quickly check to determine whether the volume has become too high.

Keep your earphones far enough away from your ears as you can whilst music is playing.

It is too loud if you can still hear the music.

4. Stress.

Whether it is the more evident physical tension or the more subtly mental stress, stress has an interesting way of impacting our bodies.

Short term impacts of stress include an increase in your focus and energy.

When was the last occasion you had a pressing deadline to meet? Did your adrenaline rush help you do it?

Even while uncomfortable, occasional moments of stress are not harmful.

Chronic, long term stress can deplete our bodies and speed up the aging process.

Common signs of aging: Loss of Memory, an Aging Immune System, and Hypertension.

According to research, the hormones created by prolonged stress might weaken our immune systems and cause cognitive decline.

People who are under a lot of stress have greater rates of loss of memory and dementia, as well as more immune system cells that have been destroyed.

Stress can result in high blood pressure which increases your risk of developing heart disease as well as other disorders that are more common in older people.

Prevention:

Mindfulness is the key to stress management.

Regularly try to relax your thoughts by engaging in practices like meditation or yoga.

Reach out for assistance if you are feeling overburdened by your to do list, and designate the tasks that can be skipped.

Finding the positive in every circumstance is another technique to lessen stress.

You can do this by composing a list of, say, three items for which you are grateful or by finding a bright side to every dark idea you have.

Being social with friends, exercising, or just going outside for a walk are all excellent stress reduction techniques.

Despite the social distancing I feel closer to humanity as a whole.

It has given me personally, heightened awareness of the fact that we all need each other, we cannot walk this Earth alone.

It’s also forced me out of my own comfort zone, learning new technology and innovating ways to teach and counsel clients virtually versus in person sessions.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Staying grounded in my personal power and keeping my own “cup filled” with a daily spiritual practice. So that I have what to give and to offer others.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I started yoga and meditation at 17. Later, in my 30s I began my studies in Energy Alchemy at the Edgar Cayce Institute and the Open Center, NYC.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Self esteem, self approval, self worth.

But the most important factor in shifting any circumstance or situation is one’s own intention. How much do you want it?

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Be Love.

Love forgives, unconditionally, and in that it can heal the world, one heart, one life, one soul at a time.

Learning to love and accept ourselves and our own human imperfections allows us more compassion in relating to our fellow souls.

Divine Love empowers us all as it contributes to raising the consciousness of the whole planet.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Less “doing” (ego) and more “being” (authenticity).

But we first have to discover “who” we really are and what our unique gift (light) is so that we can share it with the world.

Your final thoughts?

I’ve been an Energy Alchemist for decades now, it’s shown me many truths.

Mainly what I’ve seen and what I’ve learned is that we each come with a path to follow in life.

We are given challenges, and helpers, tools and opportunities for our soul growth.

Love and Wisdom are the only remembrances we carry with us into the next incarnation.

In this we gain wisdom and understanding that can lead us to enlightenment.

After many lifetimes we may choose to experience life on another level, a different dimension or plane of existence.

So BE the Energy you wish to see around you.

Loan Lending App Development: What You Need to Know About How to Create a Loan App?

The development of the loan lending app is a good solution for companies that issue loans online, and for their customers, who will be more convenient to take and return them.

In this article, we will tell you what a loan lending app is and how to develop it.

What You Need to Know About How to Create a Loan App?

loan-lending-app-development

What is a loan lending app?

A loan lending app is software to give loans online.

It should cover the full cycle of interaction with the client and have logical navigation: quick registration in the app, calculator to choose the amount and term, online decision making mechanism for loan disbursement, personal office with information about the user, loans, applications, and contracts, functionality for granting loans, interest accrual, and repayment, functionality for bonuses as well as delinquency management, scoring and business rules, integration with external services and APIs.

Stages of loan lending app development.

The creation of a loan lending app consists of the following stages:

Analytics and development of TOR.

Work on each loan lending app project starts with the creation of a concept. For this, a comprehensive analysis of your business, niche, and competitors is conducted. All this helps better understand the target audience and develop a strategy that will attract them. The data obtained is used to create the terms of reference for the app development. The TOR is discussed and changed until you are happy with the result. Once the TOR is approved, you sign a contract.

Layout.

The fintech solution development begins with the creation of a UI and UX layout. This is the framework of the interface, which is based on the data of user behavior analytics. They determine the functionality and arrangement of interface elements with which loan lending app clients will interact.

UI design.

The application layout is developed by UI designers. Their job is to build a loan lending app interface that makes the application not only beautiful but also understandable and leads to targeted actions. They are the ones who think through the client’s path, add cues, automatically fill out forms, and much more. At the same time, they create the design of the loan lending app: using successful brand color combinations for elements, drawing graphic content, and so on.

Front end and back end development.

The technical part of developing a loan lending app depends on the platform on which you want to run it. If it’s Android, then the development is done in Java and Kotlin, and if iOS, then its native programming languages, Swift and Objective C. It is recommended to choose one of them if you want to work only with Ios or Android users or to run two applications. The third option is to write a cross platform program in Dart or Phyton using frameworks and publish it in two stores at once. Front end developers set up the interaction between the technical part of the application, back end, and the design layout.

Testing and publishing.

Before the loan lending app is launched, it is tested for stability and speed. During testing, bugs are found and fixed which may hinder the use of the application’s functions. After publication, you can fine tune the loan lending app, including fixing non critical bugs, as well as adding new pages, sections, and options. In most cases, it is more profitable to quickly launch an MVP, an application with a minimum of features needed to work, and gradually scale it up.

Marketing.

To get clients faster, new apps need competent promotion, and we can help you with that by setting up ads on different channels.

What does the cost of the lending app depend on?

The price of loan lending app development depends on the complexity of the project (the number of pages and functions), and whether you will launch two native applications or one cross platform one.

There is also a regional difference in developers’ rates. For example, loan lending app development companies from Eastern Europe may charge half of the price of firms in the USA.

Loan lending app development is a complex task.

It includes creating a service not only for clients but also for the employees of the loan lending organization.

The former gets all the functionality for obtaining a loan, from the calculator to a personal account and a personal loyalty program.

The latter receives all the statistics, as well as tools to deal with arrears and encourage responsible borrowers.

The main thing is to find professionals who can cope with this task. Contact Perfsol now and create a loan lending app in the shortest possible time.

Aging Hair and What Women Need to Know?

Aging is inevitable. It carries a lot of changes that tend to differ from one person to another.

In terms of aging hair, though, most people, especially women, share
something in common, that is delicate and dry tresses prone to thinning and breakage.

With age, there is also a high chance for your hair growth cycle to shorten, your hair follicles’ diameter to become smaller, and your scalp to get drier.

All these changes can affect the feel and look of your hair.

Don’t let these common shifts and changes in your hair as you get older frustrate you, though.

Note that you can’t escape them. The only thing that you can do is embrace these changes and learn more about aging hair so you can handle them with grace.

4 Major Causes of Aging Hair:

aging-hair-women

Your hair starts to change as you age due to natural and behavioral factors.

Naturally, your hair ages because of the weathering of your hair follicles.

In some cases, you may notice that with time, they stop producing new follicles completely.

Among the major causes of changes in your hair once you age are the following.

1. Hormonal changes.

Hormonal changes triggered by age are among the major causes of aging hair in women.

It could be primarily because of your declining estrogen brought on by menopause, which may hamper your hair growth cycle.

Once your estrogen level declines, your hair follicles will be affected in a way that they will go to the resting phase.

The result is faster shedding of hair strands, leading to hair loss.

Low progesterone levels also result in hair loss. The reason is progesterone plays a major role in mitigating DHT levels that trigger thinning hair.

The decline in your estrogen may make your hair more sensitive to DHT.

Hormonal changes linked to age also negatively affect your ability to produce natural oils necessary for keeping your scalp and hair protected.

You need these oils or sebum to moisturize and strengthen your hair and make them more elastic.

They are also necessary for preventing breakage.

Changes in your hormones, though, may cause a sudden reduction in the production of the oils.

2. Stress.

Stress is also another reason for aging hair. It can aggravate the symptoms of menopause, including mood swings, depression, and anxiety.

The problem with stress is that it can hinder the healthy function of your follicles.

It can also impact the level of cortisol, which also affects healthy hair growth.

3. Harsh hairstyling.

Your hair will also show symptoms of aging because of harsh hairstyling, specifically with hot hairstyling tools.

Your aging hair is already too delicate so you should lessen your use of hot tools and harsh hairstyles.

If you really have to use hairstyling tools that produce heat, like your blow dryer, flat iron, or curling iron, protect your hair first by using heat protection and taming spray.

4. Lack of nutrients.

As you age, you will also become less capable of absorbing essential nutrients.

This means that even if you follow a healthy diet rich in nutrients, it is still insufficient in feeding your vital organs and parts, including your hair.

The fact that your body lacks nutrients also means that your tresses will become thinner and less elastic.

With that, you have to make sure that you pair up your healthy diet with the right supplements, particularly those rich in biotin, folic acid, iron, and Vitamins A, B, C, D, and E.

All these nutrients work together in making your hair look healthy, thick, and shiny and keeping your scalp hydrated.

What Can You Do with Aging Hair?

You will know that your hair is already aging if you experience and notice any of the following:

Gray hair, Brittle or thinning hair, Loss of thickness, shine, and volume, Dullness, Coarseness, Changes in texture, Fading of natural hair color.

Understanding these signs and their possible causes is the ultimate means of preventing your hair from aging prematurely.

There are some symptoms, such as hair loss, that are triggered by genetics or are hereditary.

Other factors that may cause them are harsh hair treatments and vitamin deficiency.

Depending on the symptoms and the cause of aging hair you are experiencing, here are some of the things you can do to manage and handle them.

Lessen the number of times you wash your hair.

The frequency of washing your hair usually depends on your hair type.

Note, though, that no matter what type of hair you have, washing too often or over washing may result in brittleness and dryness.

Avoid overdoing the use of shampoo, too.

Stick to washing your scalp at least two times weekly, instead.

Also, apply shampoo specifically designed for your hair type, whether it is dry, oily, or normal.

Use the appropriate conditioner and volumizing products.

Conditioner is necessary for keeping your locks healthy.

You need it to moisturize your hair and replenish its natural oils and sheen.

Choose volumizing conditioners and hair products so you can add fullness to your hair, plumping each strand, giving it more volume.

Use shampoo for gray hair.

One thing to note about your gray hair as you age is that it is more sensitive to environmental and external factors, such as pollution or weather.

This is the reason why they are prone to getting frizzy and dry.

With that in mind, you need to use the right shampoo.

Go for one designed specifically for gray or silver strands.

Pick one known for hydrating hair, boosting shine, and getting rid of brassiness.

Keep your scalp healthy.

You need to keep your scalp healthy to prevent accelerated changes in texture.

In this case, you may need to incorporate treatment into your hair care routines, such as applying a serum or scrub.

This should help in balancing your scalp.

You may want to use micro exfoliating scalp scrub to remove scalp buildup while moisturizing and hydrating it regardless of your hair texture and type.

You may also want to use a fortifying hair and scalp serum to nourish not only your scalp but also your follicles.

This can condition your roots and skin, which is a good thing as it can develop the perfect environment for hair that looks healthier and stronger.

Follow a complete and healthy diet rich in protein.

You can also help your aging hair become healthier and thicker by eating healthily.

As much as possible, your diet should consist of protein rich foods.

The reason is that your hair follicles mainly consist of protein.

Protein deficiency may, therefore, result in hair loss.

To avoid that and support your aging hair, eat some low fat red meat at least twice every week.

Other nutritious foods that can give you healthy and lush locks even as you age are the following:

Green leafy vegetables, like spinach, as they are rich in nutrients that support healthy hair, including Vitamins A and C, iron, and folate.

Eggs that have biotin necessary for hair protein.

Omega 3, You can get this nutrient that is essential for hair growth from fatty fish, such as salmon.

Avocados that have high Omega 3 fatty acid and Vitamin E content that can also promote the good health of your hair.

Berries, including raspberries and strawberries, that are rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C.

These nutrients can benefit your hair and immune system. The high
Vitamin C in berries also supports collagen production, which is a hair protein useful in strengthening your hair.

Combine a healthy diet with a regular intake of multivitamins.

It should be able to replenish nutrients, thereby giving you the help you need to grow hair and fight the symptoms of aging hair.

Find Life Coach | Meet Suzanne Boudreau: How to Reprogram your Subconscious Mind to Have Fuller Life Experience?

Suzanne (Patricia) Boudreau is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her understanding about the subconsciousness.

She was a nurse and she decided to become a life coach. She says that decision improved her wellbeing.

She learned the “Magnetic Mind Method” that enables you to let go of limitations and create what you love.

She discovered that it’s our egoic mind that suppresses our true potential to create what we love. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Suzanne Boudreau:

find-life-coach-suzanne-boudreau

Name: Suzanne (Patricia) Boudreau

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to reprogram their subconscious mind to reach their desired goals, get clarity, and be their best self.

How they can help: Through neurolinguistic tools based on scientific studies and research.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

My family and I are doing our best to deal with the pandemic, like everyone else.

It has changed everything for everyone.

I was a nurse for a long time, it affected patients and family in devastating ways.

It has caused moral injury, burnout, and crazy stress for everyone, a bit more so to nurses, caregivers, support staff and first responders, law enforcement, education and other agencies and services.

It has caused alarming fear, illness, challenging our safety and security within our communities, our body, mind and spirit.

It’s affected family dynamics, finances, schools, child care, our food supply, EVERYTHING.

It has changed work flow, work load and employment loss or accommodations due to isolation and illness.

But it also created something good.

The pandemic created collaboration and also isolation.

This isolation either disempowered you or empowered you.

It made some people bitter others grateful.

It depends on your perspective.

It hasn’t been easy to navigate, that’s for sure. It did create change in some shape or form.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic affected not just clients, but everyone.

As many as 2.4 million people retired unexpectedly. 4.2 million who left the workforce didn’t return.

Nurses worked longer hours under chaotic conditions which led to burn out.

The average age of a nurse today is 52 years old.

One fifth has left the profession.

It is not surprising that our priorities have changed.

Some people were pulled apart others were drawn closer due the emotional, social, personal and physical impact of the pandemic effects.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The Biggest lessons?

When things get tough (like during the pandemic), it’s always very IMPORTANT to look WITHIN to connect to your Divine Power of Creative force.

We need to work together to foster the greater good, to work together and do our best with placing boundaries for self love and personal happiness.

Opening up to honest communication, even when it hurts, will help heal relationships.

Service to those in need gives tremendous hope to others.

We are called to be One, to serve and to love When the mind and heart coherence begins to blossom, we are limitless.

When we choose to be vulnerable, it’s not weakness, it’s strength!

As long as we express ourselves with compassion and understanding we can understand the purpose of greater good.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

My wellbeing improved because I decided to become a life transition coach.

I studied the “Magnetic Mind Method” to help create what I love and let go of limitations created in my mind.

We all have the Divine Light and Love within us.

We just block it due our egoic agendas: fear, resentment, need for control, jealousy, shame, guilt, anger, hate, etc, etc. every negative emotion.

The negative energies get stuck in our bodies making us behave in ways we’re not even aware of and make us feel as victims, a lot of times.

Our subconscious runs our lives, and we’re NOT even CONSCIOUS of it.

Many of us were personally affected by moral injury.

Many workers witnessed the dying being denied family members at their bedside because of the quarantine.

What’s the purpose of PPE? (personal protective equipment)

No one stopped to think how the decisions made would affect others emotionally in the long run.

It was awful.

Imagine not being able to be with your family in their hour of need, for the opportunity to be present for them during transitioning if you chose to be there.

How horrible.

Who wants to transition alone???

During COVID, my husband and I were home taking care of a family member who had Alzheimer’s.

Eventually we needed more nursing supervision.

Many people had this experience of feeling helpless and isolated.

During this time I decided to invest in a coaching program called Conscious Education, the “Magnetic Mind Method” which focuses on neurolinguistics and quantum physics focusing on creating a life you love by addressing 4 core choices: health, wealth, relationships and true nature and purpose.

This RADICALLY changed my life.

It opened up my mind and heart to expanding into accepting and teaching self love, self acceptance, how to address subconscious beliefs and make energy shifts into a person’s SUPER conscious awareness.

The superconscious is a field of energy of all creation, past, present, future.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The Biggest obstacle that I had to overcome is trauma from emotional abuse, to shed false beliefs of unworthiness, realizing I had to CHOOSE to nurture belief in myself, belief that love conquers all, growth and belief in self worth, letting go of those in your life that don’t resonate with your desired path and accepting everyone where they are with unconditional love, regardless of circumstances.

Forgiveness is the biggest challenge, to overcome and surrender to love with healthy boundaries and know what you want in your life.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

We all connected digitally online on video chats, texts etc. so everyone realized it was safe and reduced exposure to illness.

1. THE *DAILY MIND BOOSTER, which was created as A CONSCIOUSNESS ACTIVATION mini course, it requires 10 minutes a day for 180 days. It’s to help you expand your spiritual knowledge and understand that every human IS a Soul of Divine Light hiding under the egoic agenda, ready to be explored and discovered to create a life you love, discover your soul and unconditional love, to connect to your true self.

2. Virtual meetings, as digital trends indicated to decrease risk of COVID exposure. Connection with colleagues and clients virtually with audio and video helped with physical isolation.

3. Distance Energy healing, use of neurolinguistic tools and exercises to help the client explore their potential to unconditional love, being open and willing to exploring their Divine self and exposing their egoic agenda to create positive changes, to create personal freedom and improve the life experience. To release false beliefs that cause limitation and stops your dream from reality.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My coaching approach helps you discover that your thoughts are what creates your life.

Where energy goes, energy flows… Your thoughts are magnetic.

Your egoic agenda, any negative emotion that is limiting, such as self criticism, judgment resentment anger, anxiety, worry, disregarding others, serving others too much, can be changed into a more creative focus and perspective by training your mind to think about what you want instead of what you don’t want.

It’s about creating balance of giving and receiving.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

It gives HOPE and knowing that small steps create change.

Clients realize there is potential for a happier, fuller life experience when they start to work on creating and focusing on what they really want, opening their awareness to it, and learning about the journey to their conscious “guided “creative power.

We learn how the body heals, how the mind can be reprogrammed, how we create it in our minds, focus on a desired reality, unplugging from current reality and how taking small “guided” steps toward what we want draws us to the desire outcome.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I use many neurolinguistic tools based on scientific studies and research.

The RECODE process was created and discovered by scientists and coaches to tap into the superconscious field to rewire the mind so it can hold space for different positive thought patterns leading to behaviors and steps to create what you want in your life, living your dream.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Beautiful souls, YOU, yes you, and every human being on this planet has a Divine white light of Life and love within you.

This is the TRUTH: we block it with our mind’s replay of lies of not feeling good enough, not worthy, don’t belong, not significant, not perfect, not capable.

Forgiveness is one of the biggest lessons we can learn, when this happens we can expand our hearts to more love.

Recognizing and changing thought patterns expands awareness and opens up consciousness to love and create personal power, to refocus on positive thoughts to create a better life and better world.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The biggest lesson of my life is overcoming the issue the worthiness.

The belief that I deserve what I desire, because the Universe supports me.

When you set intentions with love and gratitude, they come back to you.

I choose to be deserving of success and deserving of love so I can help others discover the same.

Your final thoughts?

If you feel stuck, or want to make positive change, if you want less pain and want more satisfaction in your life, It’s time to learn how the mind works.

How the mind, body, spirit and heart can heal.

If you’re imposing on others or others are imposing on you… it’s time for positive change.

It starts with self love and your birthright to desire better.

We place so many conditions on ourselves, it keeps us stuck.

Find Life Coach | Meet Kevin Thornton: How to Find Clarity Through Introspection?

Kevin Thornton is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his dedication and experience.

He loves working with clients helping them find more clarity in their life through introspection.

But he is not using the boring every day approach most coaches use. He creates different assignments unique to each client that help them find out more of who they are and what they really want out of life.

His life coaching career starts interesting and similar like the one of a famous superhero, right after he was bit by a poisonous spider. Here is what he said.

Meet Life Coach Kevin Thornton:

find-life-coach-kevin-thornton

Name: Kevin Thornton

Pillar: The Mind

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to get more clarity in their life.

How they can help: By giving different assignments customized to the individual to help them introspect within a safe environment.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

My family and I are doing well during this time of the pandemic.

It made us closer cars a unit and it was a time for me to reflect and renew myself.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

It affected my clients a lot cause most didn’t like being alone and it caused depression.

I advised this was their chance to reflect on who they are because they never had this much free and quiet time.

It didn’t affect me at all, it more so helped me in my journey of building my business.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

To check in on your strong friends and family cause they are ones that suffer in silence.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I became a life coach in 2012 and the journey started in 2011 when I heard Iyanla Vazant, a spiritual life coach offer a free 9 week life coaching session to the first 100 men who email her.

That experience helped heal me but also showed me what my divine assignment was.

Once completed I got my masters degree in organizational psychology and was certified in coaching shortly after.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I was bitten by a poisonous spider and was in the hospital for a month and had no access to family or friends.

The bite caused me not to be able to teach spin classes, it was time for me and God to have conversations on focusing my life on life coaching and not as much on the fitness end.

It also taught me to not ask why me but what is the lesson to learn from this experience.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I innovate my clients by giving them assignments that make them be introspective but more importantly creating a safe space for them to be vulnerable.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I tend to create a group text for my clients and I send them morning inspiration to help set the tone for their day.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Benefit they receive after working with me is clarity of who they are and where they want to go in life.

Clarity of knowing that who they are is and always will be enough.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I just use google to help me stay efficient.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Stop asking for permission to be great and just be great unapologetically and on purpose.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Greatest lesson I learned in life is to be unapologetically me.

We tend to be everything but who we truly are in order to please others and once you know that who you are is enough then you you will attract the right tribe for you.

Your final thoughts?

2022 is the year of change, take this opportunity to create the life you want for yourself.

Know everything is possible if your faith and action are in alignment.

Walk in your greatness and don’t wait for anyone to give you permission to do so.

Greatness is yours.

Find Life Coach | Meet Jamie Allen Bishop: How to Become The Most Successful Version of You?

Jamie Allen Bishop is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her focus and dedication.

She is a success coach and just by talking with her you can notice your mindset changing toward more abundance and focused action.

She is not your typical success coach though. She incorporates spirituality and energy work into her practice to help you overcome the inner blockages that prevent you from moving forward.

Her approach is helping people find their inner confidence that will propel them forward into effortlessly reaching their goals. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Jamie Allen Bishop:

find-life-coach-jamie-allen-bishop

Name: Jamie Allen Bishop

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind

Who is this coach for: Entrepreneurs who want to get clarity, confidence, positive beliefs and focus to reach their goals faster and with less friction.

How they can help: Changing subconscious beliefs and removing emotions not serving them, creating an action map to their goals, and support.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

My family and I are thriving. These times have been fabulous for us.

I no longer have to explain what ZOOM is to anyone. LOL (It’s all about focus, right!?)

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I have not seen much of an impact on my clients at all.

Successful entrepreneurs are resilient people by their very nature.

They are small enough to shift and adjust to their customers’ needs, and that is an exciting experience to witness.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

My biggest lesson over the last two (and a half?) years has been to focus on the needs of my clients, rather than my own goals and aspirations for them.

As Donald Miller says (paraphrased, of course), “Your client is the (S)HERO of the story. You are their guide.”

I have taken that wise advice to heart, and it feels in alignment with what I wish to accomplish in this lifetime.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

Talk about me? How fun!

I just recently received my Master Life Coaching Certification (in 2020), but I have been a Soul Coach for 15 years through my Master Toe Reader Certification from a little college in Tempe, Arizona.

It all started with the Celebrate Your Life Conference in Scottsdale, AZ, in 2005. (I’ll tell you all about it in the interview.)

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The biggest obstacle I’ve faced is myself. Hands down.

We are our own worst enemies. We are so cruel to ourselves, critical and judgmental about our own journey.

I work on growing myself as a person and business owner to succeed and always will.

I expect that from my clients, too.

I firmly believe if you’re not growing, you’re dying.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Innovation is all about listening to the Universe and acting on what is revealed instead of trying to force the Universe to comply with whatever demands we may have.

Pivoting and resilience are missing links in many people’s toolboxes.

What I witnessed prior to the pandemic was established Corporations unwilling to pivot to meet the needs of their employees… to upgrade their technology and encourage a remote workplace for those whom it best served.

The pandemic forced their hands and required them to do just that.

It was such a powerful experience and most companies realized they could make as much if not more money with remote workers.

I think you’ll find that over the next decade, the companies that refuse to pivot toward this new employee expectation will slowly die away.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I support spiritually based, holistic practitioner entrepreneurs.

If that’s not unique enough, the methodology in my coaching practice is to address the individual business owner where she or he is at in their business through 15 minute sessions.

Whether they have reached their first six figure year or are shooting for a seven figure year, I tailor their plan of action to their desires.

What’s truly unique and exciting are the tools I use to help them reach their goals faster than they could alone.

We look at their subconscious beliefs (through toe reading) and release what’s not serving them (through emotional freedom technique, aka tapping), then I support their desires (through guided meditation) and a plan of action map.

Of course, there is homework, and the program works because they must complete it before they can schedule their next appointment.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Confidence, which translates into success.

Confidence is the number one benefit to working with me.

My clients step more fully into the amazing being they are and the incredible value they bring to the world and to their clients.

Having confidence brings them ideal clients and the income they’ve always dreamed of having.

It’s so exciting and inspiring to witness their successes.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I have a process for creating a specifically tailored roadmap for each client.

We follow the map, starting with their goals, working through tasks, shifting their mindset, and creating actions that bring them supportive and success based organic leads through relationship marketing.

They implement successful action while I am there to support them because my ultimate goal is to push my precious (baby bird) clients out of the nest so they know they can fly solo.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

YOU ARE AMAZING!

Each and every person on this planet is a gift to us all.

A business coach of mine once said, “I am either perfect for your love, or perfect for your growth. Either way, I am perfect.”

That pretty much sums up my take on reality.

We are all perfect just the way we are, and when we fully embrace our perfection (like the Universe does), we realize how much power we have over our own lives.

Someone else not seeing your perfection is more about them than it will ever be about you.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Focus is everything! (“Eyes on the prize, Violet. Eyes on the prize,” says Mrs. Beauregarde.)

When we take our eyes off what matters, our family, our goals, our values, our mission, our why.. there are all sorts of shiny objects and dramatic obstacles to distract us.

Focus and perseverance are the keys to any success.

All successful people agree.

Your final thoughts?

The Universe wants you to be successful.

There is nobody trying to sabotage you other than yourself.

Success leaves clues.

Get out of your own way, shift your mindset, and allow yourself to succeed.

The world needs you TODAY.
