How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Starting my coaching practice just as the pandemic began was a unique challenge.

It also confirmed the vital need for this work.

While I could not attend networking events or meet clients in person, I quickly pivoted to a fully virtual model.

I found that the pandemic actually accelerated the readiness for many people.

The isolation and stress acted as a catalyst for them to seek deeper healing.

I am a firm believer that the right support appears when someone is ready for change.

Despite the external restrictions, I was able to build a strong foundation of clients who were committed to their transformation during that time.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I spent 20 years as a computer engineer.

I have always been a deeply intuitive and sensitive person.

Over time, I realized that the high pressure environment of tech was taking a toll on my well being.

My path changed when I began working with a life coach myself.

Through that process, I learned the power of mindfulness, journaling, and understanding the why behind my emotions.

It was a lightbulb moment.

I realized my past challenges were actually leading me to my purpose.

I wanted to help others navigate their own healing journeys with the same clarity I had found.

In early 2020, I officially transitioned my career, got certified, and have been coaching ever since.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

My greatest obstacle was navigating the world as a highly sensitive person without the proper tools to protect my energy.

For years, I prioritized external obligations over my own well being.

This eventually led to significant burnout and physical health challenges.

The turning point came when I began working with a coach.

I realized that my relationship with myself was the foundation for everything else.

I transitioned from pouring from an empty cup to practicing radical self love and boundary setting.

This transformation did not just heal me.

It ignited my purpose.

It drove me to master NLP and Quantum tools so I could provide others with the roadmap I wish I had.

Today, I use that sensitivity as a superpower to deeply tune into my clients’ needs.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned overcoming your biggest obstacle in life?

The most profound lesson I have learned is the power of radical personal responsibility.

For a long time, it is easy to feel like a passenger in your own life.

I discovered that true transformation begins the moment you stop looking outward for blame and start looking inward for solutions.

I learned that we are the architects of our reality.

This happens through both our conscious choices and our unconscious beliefs.

Now, I teach my clients that by auditing their internal dialogue, they can begin to redesign their external circumstances.

It is about moving from being a victim of circumstance to becoming a creator of opportunity.

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I take an innovative, root cause approach rather than just addressing symptoms.

In our initial sessions, I focus on identifying subconscious blocks, limiting beliefs, and past experiences that may be driving current behaviors.

From there, I create a customized roadmap using a blend of Transformational Coaching, evolved NLP, and Quantum tools.

By working at the core level of the unconscious mind, I am able to facilitate rapid and lasting shifts.

Most coaching focuses solely on forward momentum.

I have found that past patterns often act as an invisible anchor.

I use a metaphor to explain this.

If an athlete has a deep infection in their leg, a bandage will not help them run a marathon.

You have to clear the infection first.

Similarly, I use evolved NLP and Quantum tools to gently clear emotional infections and create real neurological shifts.

By resolving the past in a gentle and sustainable way, we clear the path for the client to build their future on a healthy foundation.
