In “The Dark Side of Toxic Positivity,” we delve into the often overlooked and harmful effects of enforced positivity.
While a positive mindset can be empowering, toxic positivity dismisses genuine emotions and creates unrealistic expectations.
In this episode of The Dr. Dolores Show, Dr. Dolores discusses how to recognize toxic positivity in ourselves and others, and she shares the best strategies to foster a more supportive and understanding environment.
Tune in to uncover the truth about toxic positivity and learn how to embrace all of your emotions, both positive and negative, for a healthier, more balanced life.
The Dr. Dolores Show: 7 Signs of Toxic Positivity
Toxic positivity, the belief that one should maintain a positive mindset regardless of the situation, can be detrimental to emotional well being.
Dr. Dolores, in a recent podcast, sheds light on this issue and offers valuable insights on recognizing and combating toxic positivity.
Here are seven signs to watch out for:
1. Ignoring Physical and Emotional Connections
Dr. Dolores emphasizes that experiencing emotions requires being physically present in your body.
Ignoring this connection can lead to toxic positivity, where emotional experiences are disregarded or downplayed.
Emotions are deeply intertwined with our physical selves, and acknowledging this relationship is crucial for genuine emotional health.
2. Denial of Life’s Natural Highs and Lows
Toxic positivity often involves denying the natural fluctuations of life.
Dr. Dolores highlights that life is filled with highs and lows, peaks and valleys, and accepting this reality is essential.
Pretending that everything is always perfect can prevent us from authentically experiencing and processing our emotions.
3. OverSimplifying Complex Emotions
Our society frequently promotes a black and white view of emotions, ignoring the many shades of grey.
This oversimplification can lead to toxic positivity, where only “acceptable” emotions are acknowledged.
Embracing the complexity of emotions allows for a more nuanced and compassionate understanding of ourselves and others.
4. Belief in Perpetual Positivity
One of the most harmful aspects of toxic positivity is the belief that one should always remain positive.
Dr. Dolores asserts that being positive all the time is not a healthy coping skill.
Acknowledging and processing negative emotions is crucial for emotional well being, and suppressing them under a veneer of positivity can be damaging.
5. Ignoring the Mind and Body Connection
Toxic positivity can manifest as ignoring the interconnectedness of the mind and body.
Emotional stress often expresses itself physically, and neglecting this connection can lead to unresolved physical and emotional issues.
Recognizing and addressing this mind and body link is vital for holistic health.
6. Avoiding Vulnerability
A key sign of toxic positivity is avoiding vulnerability and the darker aspects of oneself.
Dr. Dolores highlights the importance of embracing vulnerability and being in the trenches of what we are feeling.
Real strength comes from facing and processing our negative emotions, not from pretending they don’t exist.
7. Failing to Set Boundaries
Surrounding oneself with individuals who promote toxic positivity can be harmful.
Dr. Dolores advises setting boundaries with people who insist on constant positivity.
Healthy relationships should acknowledge and respect the full range of human emotions, providing support rather than pressure to maintain a façade of happiness.
Join us on The Dr. Dolores Show as we explore how this pervasive attitude impacts mental health, relationships, and personal growth.

“Being positive all the time is not a healthy coping skill.” Dr. Dolores (24:42)
The mind and the body are so interconnected that the emotional stress expresses physically in the body as well. (25:54)

Meet Life Coach Kozue Stankaitis:
Name: Kozue Stankaitis
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Body, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who seeks to heal, release negative blockages from past trauma, update to a better mindset, and install a healthier belief system.
How they can help: By using the BodyTalk System and various tools and techniques like lymphatic drainage techniques, MindScape, colors, aura, and Reiki, just to name a few.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
It is gradually getting easier to go out, but my parents still prefer to stay at home.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
It affected my work.
The educational consulting business had to be put on hold in 2021 to see how things would evolve.
Instead, I started offering remote BodyTalk sessions, which worked well.
Many clients were affected emotionally by the unknown world, and many are dealing with their inner child.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
My husband and I learned that we can work remotely 100% of the time if we want.
However, we also realized how important community is for keeping our minds refreshed and maintaining our overall well being.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I’m not sure if a Certified BodyTalk practitioner would be considered a coach.
My background is as an Educational Consultant for 23 years.
Seven years ago, while looking for tools to support my students and their families who face challenges understanding different cultures, I was introduced to the BodyTalk System.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
When someone I trusted from my childhood, whom I wanted to emulate, turned out not to be someone I should respect because this person controlled me to protect me.
I learned that her belief system was not healthy after marriage.
I had to re establish my healthy belief system.
It took me a while because of denial, but I am happy with who I am and what I am doing.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I help my clients face themselves and understand their issues.
It can be challenging for them to accept these truths, but they eventually do because they are willing to be free from their struggles.
My approach is innovative because it encourages deep self reflection and personal growth, which leads to lasting change.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
My coaching approach is based on the principle that everything is energy.
To achieve a healthy environment… physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally, start by cleaning your physical and mental space.
By doing so, you can observe positive changes in all aspects of your life.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
They realize that it is okay to accept who they are.
They don’t need to judge themselves, and others cannot judge them either.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
I use lymphatic drainage techniques, MindScape (some people say it sounds like hypnotherapy), colors, aura, and Reiki.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Be kind to yourself and maintain healthy boundaries.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
Be grateful and be kind to yourself.
Whatever I have and am is a blessing.
If you cannot be kind to yourself, you cannot be kind to others, and I learned how to have healthy boundaries.
Your final thoughts?
I want to share what I’ve learned from BodyTalk sessions.
Let’s embrace the journey of self discovery and healing.
Every step you take towards understanding and accepting yourself brings you closer to a balanced and fulfilling life.
Stay open to change, and always be kind to yourself and others.
You create every thought, right or wrong, good or bad, based on what you have learned from those around you.
Whatever is happening in your life is shaped by your thoughts.
If your beliefs are healthy, there’s no need for extra action.
However, if they are not healthy, those belief systems will no longer support you, so it’s essential to release them.
How to do this?
There are various techniques available.
In a BodyTalk session, you won’t have to confront painful memories if you don’t want to, as we can help release them gently.

Nataliia Shuryha is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her professionalism and expertise.
She has over 30 years of experience as a Senior HR in multinational companies and she had always intertwined coaching with her roles. However, it wasn’t until the pandemic confined her to a state of reflection that she decided to pursue coaching professionally. The transition was seamless and swift. Within a week, she enrolled in the International Academy of Professional Coaching, quickly earning her ACC and PCC certifications.
Her extensive background in HR and talent management provided a rich foundation, enabling her to offer specialized support to her clients, particularly in the business realm. Her coaching style, characterized by a blend of professional rigor and personal curiosity, quickly builds trust and rapport, making her a sought after partner in personal and professional growth.
She helps her clients achieve tangible results, from launching new businesses to developing effective strategies. Beyond the practical achievements, her clients emerge more self aware, confident, and motivated, embodying the very transformation she experienced herself. Through her coaching, she not only fosters individual growth but also propels teams and organizations to new heights. Here is what she said.
Meet Life Coach Nataliia Shuryha:
Name: Nataliia Shuryha
Pillar: The Mind, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to become more self aware, confident, motivated and happier version of themselves.
How they can help: By using various tools and techniques like MBTI assessment, the Osterwalder business model canvas, STOP model, change curve, Karpman drama triangle, and Beckhard and Harris Change formula, just to name a few.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
Pandemic seemed to be a drama when it happened and taught us to appreciate more the “normal” joys of life.
But now, with the war in Ukraine, we look nostalgically to the pandemic peaceful times when we were just devoid of offline contacts, possibility of working in the office and travels.
And we have learnt to treasure the real basics: let all whom we love be alive and healthy…
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
In the pandemic and war times many of my clients are impacted by losing the sense of security.
Many people come quite unresourceful and not quite motivated, just because the basic values have been shattered.
And in such cases we go to the identity level, to re vive or re invent the mission, to find the purpose why they want to be resourceful, what motivates them, how and when they can move to the next level.
But in some situations I, as a coach, need to provide “anti crisis” coaching, supporting the search for an immediate remedy.
I call such sessions “aspirin” ones.
And in such cases the need is to restore their resilience, but not to work on the long term perspective.
I find them useful, but very operational.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
Pandemic and war taught me to treasure people, their lives, to treasure each moment, to live mindfully, enjoy the current moment and not to worry what can happen if…
We can be happy and live authentically in any circumstances.
We don’t need to see each other in order to stay connected.
And the work can be effectively done online!
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I am an Executive and Business coach, PCC ICF, with 30 years of professional experience as Senior HR in international companies.
I am proud to have been HR Director for “Microsoft Ukraine”, HR Director of “Euro Foods Ukrane” (™ Gallina Blanca), and HR Business Lead for Ukraine and Learning and Development Manager in “Mondelez International” (with the responsibility for Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe).
Last years of my corporate life were dedicated to the role of Talent Lead for Eastern Europe, then Europe in the same company.
Coaching has always been part of my work, as HR and Talent Lead.
But when the pandemic “caught” me with coronavirus, and I had to stop my corporate races for a while, my first thought when I emerged from the “vegetable” state was: What do I want to do further?
And the answer was unexpectedly easy: I want to do coaching professionally.
In a week I joined the International Academy of Professional Coaching, studied, recorded sessions, passed the ICF test and got my qualifications (first ACC, then PCC).
And my professional experience helped me to understand my specialization, where I could be of more support to my clients, where I can scale my impact.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
I have never thought about life circumstances as obstacles, “I can do” approach being helpful in my professional and personal life.
What I’ve learnt is to look at challenges as something that just increases the value of success.
I do believe that if I dreamt of doing something, I could always find the ways to achieve this, in this or other way.
The most important thing is to be loyal to your own values.
And if it is so, then you can live in between two countries, with your family divided… you can worry about your son in the army and still be a support to your clients, you can study continuously irrespective of the age and motivate others for development.
No matter what.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I really like a professional approach to coaching and appreciate having a solid “classic” base (as coaching competencies, Ethic Code of coaching).
At the same time I treat each client as a new, unknown book, which I would like to read, a partner with whom I am curious to get acquainted with.
And as each coachee brings their own needs, queries, I can add something from my HR portfolio, especially in business coaching, as a material “for thinking about” in between our sessions.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I get the clients’ trust almost immediately, which helps to create rapport quickly, but that must be quite typical for professional coaches.
What is unique, probably, is an additional tool which I use as a certified MBTI practitioner, MBTI assessment.
I propose this to my business clients between sessions, and it gives an additional ground to discuss the natural preferences of people, answer questions why this or that comes naturally and easily, and why something else is so painful.
It really helps to increase their self awareness, which then is further developed through coaching questions.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
My clients get the result that they want to achieve (the result which I help them to phrase).
On top of very practical things, I can see all my clients increasing self awareness, changing their outdated convictions for new.
I see them as more confident, more resourceful and motivated people at the end of our work, people who have learnt to love themselves, just happier and inspired people who know who they are and what they want to achieve and how.
As an Executive coach, I could observe very specific results such as opening new businesses, implementing the strategies and the mission, which we discussed just some time ago with the leader.
And this is about scaling up my coaching and personal impact: while working in my preferable style, individually, I see organizations and teams grow.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Apart from MBTI assessment, in business coaching I might use, when I feel appropriate, such tools as the Osterwalder business model canvas, STOP model, change curve, Karpman drama triangle, Beckhard and Harris Change formula, effective communications models etc.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Let us make this world a better place through becoming happier ourselves!
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
My most painful life lesson is that the real strength is inside of us.
People who look for their strength and meaning and happiness in others, will fail sooner or later.
If you want not just to be able to survive in the BANI world, but to live YOUR life and be happy, find the base in yourself, your mission, your values, your goals, no matter what happens.
Your final thoughts?
I believe in coaching as a powerful technology growing people’s self awareness and bringing positive changes in their life.
It is the intellectual and emotional partnership of two personalities, based on mutual respect, and it will not be substituted by AI, as it is H2H business.
And I am happy that my personal mission has brought me here, making it possible to change the world for the better through ecologically impacting people’s lives.

When it comes to restoring a full, natural looking smile, permanent dentures are a popular and effective solution. Unlike traditional removable dentures, permanent dentures offer a more stable and comfortable fit, allowing for improved function and confidence.
In this article, we will explore what permanent dentures are, their benefits, and how to choose the right one for you.
What are Permanent Dentures?
Permanent dentures, also known as fixed dentures, are dental prosthetics that are securely anchored in the mouth.
They can be attached using dental implants or cemented onto existing teeth.
This makes them more stable and durable compared to traditional removable dentures, which can slip and cause discomfort.
There are two main types of permanent dentures:
1. Implant Supported Dentures
These dentures are anchored to dental implants that are surgically placed into the jawbone.
The implants act as roots, providing a strong foundation for the denture.
2. Fixed Bridge Dentures
These dentures are cemented onto existing teeth or implants.
They are not removable and offer a natural look and feel.
What are The Benefits of Permanent Dentures?
Choosing permanent dentures comes with a multitude of advantages that can significantly enhance your quality of life.
Stability and Comfort
One of the primary benefits is the remarkable stability and comfort they offer. Unlike traditional removable dentures that can slip or move around in your mouth, permanent dentures are securely attached, either through dental implants or by being cemented onto existing teeth.
This stability ensures that they stay in place, allowing you to speak, eat, and smile with confidence without worrying about your dentures shifting or causing discomfort.
Improved Function
In terms of function, permanent dentures far surpass their removable counterparts.
The secure fit allows for better chewing efficiency, enabling you to enjoy a wider variety of foods that you might have avoided with removable dentures.
This improvement in chewing ability not only enhances your eating experience but also contributes to better digestion and overall health.
Additionally, speaking clearly can be challenging with removable dentures due to their potential to move, but permanent dentures eliminate this issue, allowing for clear and precise speech.
Aesthetic Appeal
Aesthetically, permanent dentures are designed to closely resemble natural teeth, providing a more natural and appealing appearance.
They are custom made to match the shape, size, and color of your existing teeth, ensuring that they blend seamlessly with your smile.
This natural look can greatly boost your self esteem and confidence, making social interactions more enjoyable.
Durability
Another significant advantage of permanent dentures is their durability.
With proper care and maintenance, they can last many years, making them a worthwhile long term investment.
The materials used in permanent dentures are robust and resistant to wear, which means they can withstand the forces of biting and chewing without easily breaking or deteriorating.
This longevity reduces the need for frequent replacements or repairs, saving you time and money in the long run.
Improved Oral Health
Finally, permanent dentures contribute to improved oral health.
They eliminate the need for adhesives, which can sometimes irritate the gums, and reduce the risk of food particles getting trapped under the dentures, which can cause infections or bad breath.
Additionally, because they are easy to clean and maintain, you can ensure better oral hygiene practices, keeping your gums and remaining natural teeth healthy.
How to Choose the Right Permanent Dentures for You?
Selecting the right type of permanent dentures involves considering several factors:
1. Consult with a Professional
It is essential to consult with an experienced NYC dentist who can assess your specific dental needs and recommend the best option for you.
A professional evaluation will consider the condition of your jawbone, remaining teeth, and overall oral health.
2. Evaluate the Different Types
Understanding the differences between implant supported dentures and fixed bridge dentures is crucial.
Implant supported dentures are ideal for individuals with sufficient jawbone density, while fixed bridge dentures might be a better option for those with healthy remaining teeth.
3. Consider Your Lifestyle
Your lifestyle and daily activities should influence your decision.
If you lead an active lifestyle and prefer a low maintenance option, implant supported dentures might be the right choice.
They provide exceptional stability and require minimal adjustments over time.
4. Assess the Cost
Permanent dentures can be a significant investment.
It is important to evaluate the costs involved, including the initial procedure and any potential follow up care.
Many dental practices offer financing options to help manage the expense.
Comparing the long term benefits of permanent dentures against the costs can aid in making an informed decision.
5. Personal Preferences
Consider your personal preferences and comfort level with each type of denture.
Some people prefer the idea of fixed bridge dentures due to their simplicity, while others appreciate the advanced technology of implant supported dentures.
What You Should Remember?
Permanent dentures are an excellent option for those seeking a durable, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing solution to tooth loss.
By consulting with a qualified dentist, evaluating your specific needs, and considering various factors such as lifestyle and cost, you can choose the right type of permanent dentures for you.
Investing in permanent dentures not only enhances your smile but also improves your overall quality of life, allowing you to eat, speak, and smile with confidence.
Paul Statton is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his wisdom and creativity.
He had his whole life transformed in 1996. After a close friend narrowly survived a car accident, he found himself deeply shaken and driven to reevaluate his own life choices. This pivotal moment led him to leave his university lecturing job and immerse himself in the study of consciousness and healing. This decision not only sparked his personal transformation but also laid the foundation for his future as a life coach and founder of the Academy for Life Mastery.
His upbringing was far from easy. He was raised by a narcissist parrent and that resulted in low self worth and a struggle for acceptance. However, he channeled his experiences into developing a unique coaching methodology. His innovative approach, dubbed “Truth Popping,” simplifies the coaching process, enabling clients to achieve profound results swiftly. By focusing on energy connection and the Law of Attraction, he empowers clients to understand their life experiences from a broader perspective, promoting healing and personal growth.
He has a holistic coaching style that stands out for its emphasis on energy and divine connection, helping clients release their blocks and reconnect with their true selves. Those who work with him not only gain clarity and confidence but also a deeper sense of enjoyment and meaning in life. Through his empathetic, telepathic, and intuitive abilities, he continues to transform lives, offering a pathway to higher awareness and vitality. Here is what he said.
Meet Life Coach Paul Statton:
Name: Paul Statton
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to heal, become a healer, find and align with their life purpose and achieve life mastery.
How they can help: By using various tools and techniques like telepathy, empathy, clairvoyance, intuition, and energy work, just to name a few.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
Obviously, the pandemic created a whole new world and perspective.
A major impact of the pandemic for me was taking my business online.
My intuition told me to go online 2 months before the pandemic started.
And since I lived in the most locked down city in the world during the pandemic, Melbourne, doing physical coaching sessions with people and running live workshops was no longer possible during the pandemic.
Being online has helped me expand my coaching business worldwide, especially creating an online school with online classes.
The pandemic has motivated people to get coaching and do online courses as they try to deal with the big changes and maintain their healing and wellbeing, so leading to the major growth in the coaching industry.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
The pandemic created fear and anxiety for lots of people, not just around their health but also around their future… as businesses were closing and opportunites diminished with all the closures.
For me, being impossible to do face to face sessions, I focused on doing online coaching using zoom.
Also my classes became online too.
Actually during the pandemic my coaching business expanded as there was a lot of demand for help.
And since people were locked at home, online courses became popular.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
Be able to change so you are not stuck in a helpless situation.
Knowing I can keep myself healthy naturally.
Coaching is just as effective online as face to face.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
In 1996, one of my friends almost died in a car accident.
When I visited him in hospital, I freaked out and almost fainted because he looked so bad.
After the hospital visit, I sat in the Botantical gardens near the hospital and pondered about my life.
My friend was drunk and I was binge drinking at the time, so I was thinking that could easily have been me in the hospital.
So I decided to change my life that day… took leave from work (lecturing at Univeristy) and decided to learn how to heal myself, doing lots of courses on consciousness and healing.
I never went back to my job at University.
Instead, I started to coach others how to clear their issues from what I learned to help heal myself and train other life coaches.
And then, I used my teaching skills to create courses to help people learn quicker and deeper.
The creation of my online school, the ACADEMY FOR LIFE MASTERY.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Low self worth… as a child I had a narcissist parent who controlled me so I had lots of shame, felt inadequate, not good enough and did not feel I fitted into the world as I felt quite magical (felt like Harry Potter living in a muggles world).
So looked for acceptance from other people.
The Result is outlined in the question about my biggest lesson in life.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
As I train holistic coaches, I am always looking at how I can simplify the coaching process to enable clients to get faster and deeper results and be more empowered to help themselves.
I help clients understand their life experiences through applying the Law of Attraction and seeing their experiences from a bigger picture perspective in terms of the context of their life journey and life purpose.
I developed a simple 4 step coaching process, called Truth Popping, which makes it easy to help clients as you have a clear framework to follow that gives you confidence as the coach.
My student coaches that use this system are able to help others quickly and feel confident.
Since the Truth Popping process focuses on helping the client connect to their issue energetically and deeply to find their answers, it’s very empowering for the client too.
The Holistic approach can get quick and effective results.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
Focus on energy connection to the client as their energy has all the answers.
Getting the client to feel their energy and learn how to pick up the messages the blocks have for them so they can release the block and return to wellness with higher awareness.
Taking a big picture perspective… helping clients understand that dramatic experiences are not personal… but are there to help them learn things to be of service.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
Clients feel empowered, have clarity about who they are and their life purpose, are confident to handle life, feel healthier and lighter with high vitality.
More connected to life with a sense of enjoyment and meaning.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Connection through energy and allowing the divine to work through you.
Understanding the Law of Attraction.
The use of my superpowers of telepathy, empathy, clairvoyance, intuition.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
There are 3 important things to master life:
1. KNOW yourself,
2. BE yourself,
and,
3. SHARE yourself.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
From overcoming my low self worth issue, I learned how to feel worthy by reconnecting to my authentic self… “internal identity” rather than “external validation”… so empowering…
And now I help others affected by narcissists who have low self worth.
Your final thoughts?
We all can access the power to master life.
Keep connected to the divine and your soul essence.
Bring joy to every moment as life experiences are your biggest teacher.

As we all were in a quarantine, staying connected through social media was the only way out of the loneliness.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
Though, the Coronavirus is considered as a deadly diseas , which it actually was, I would say that I saw the ‘ray of hope‘ in it.
I made the most of my free time learning new skills.
Apart from learning Tarot, I also started my YouTube channel of cooking, as I am very passionate about cooking.
I learnt editing, learnt how to use insta and Facebook, which made me feel updated in todays time.
As I had more free time at hand, I could get even more clients during pandemic.
It was a time where everyone was afraid and scared, so the number of clients increased as everybody was worried about their future and I helped them by giving the answers through my Tarot readings.
I would also like to mention here that I did not even charge for my readings during that time as I did not want to take advantage of their situation.
Everybody was busy trying to take undue advantage of people’s helplessness, which I feel is completely inhumane.
So, I decided to help my clients without even charging a penny and I feel happy about it.
At that time, most of my clients were through reference, a year later I decided to create my social media page to connect with more people and it really helped.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
The biggest lesson which I learnt during pandemic is:
“Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations.”
“Hard times may have held you down, but they will not last forever.”
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I have been working as a teacher since 1998.
With an experience of more than 25 years in teaching, I was not completely satisfied.
I had the fire in my belly to learn new things.
I have always been fascinated by occult science, and during pandemic, I got the time and opportunity to fulfill my desire of learning Tarot reading and after that there was no looking back.
Today, I am a Globally certified Tarot reader, certified Vedic tarot reader, certified oracle card reader, certified Professional numerologist, certified crystal healer.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
My biggest obstacle was “My own limiting beliefs“.
Being an introvert, I was not very upfront and preferred to stay in my own shell.
But after learning Tarot and getting appreciation from my clients, I gained confidence and clarity.
I pushed myself to open up and tried to connect more with people.
I Upgraded myself by learning new skills.
Entering the Occult field changed my life 360.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I started Tarot Reading as a hobby, but today I have many satisfied clients in India as well as Canada who connect with me on my social networking profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Topmate) and book appointments for detailed personalised readings.
I keep on learning new things and innovating my Tarot reading style and spreads to make it more interesting for my clients.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I treat all my clients as my family members.
I am an empath, so I get connected to people, I feel their pain and sorrow and I feel happy for their achievements, it has helped me connect better with my clients.
Once they become my clients, they remain my clients forever.
This is what drives me towards success.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
I always give them more than what they have paid for.
This is what makes me different from others.
I make sure that none of my clients go dissatisfied.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
In today’s world, where everyone is connected digitally, I also use social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to increase my reach.
I also offer services specifically designed for everybody’s needs related to tarot reading… like detailed reading, video reading, audio reading, astrological remedies, money blockage removal techniques etc.. to suit their needs and budget.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
As Lorrin L Lee quoted:
“Your life is your message to the world, make it inspiring“
I would also say to the world that:
Success and Failures come and go, what stays is your humanity, so be a good human being first, success will follow eventually.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
The greatest lesson I learned is:
“The story of your life is in your hands. You alone have the power to write the next chapter. Everything you’ve ever wanted is sitting on the other side of fear.”
Your final thoughts?
I would like to sum up by saying that I am grateful to you to allow me to share my thoughts with your readers.
As a Tarot Reader, I am happy to help people to get answers to their queries related to relationships, health, money, career, etc. and guide them to gain clarity, explore potential outcomes, and make informed decisions.
Would love to connect with your readers on my social media pages.
Where Can You Find Ekta Sharma?
If you liked this interview and you would love to see how coach Ekta can help you, go to her Instagram or Facebook accounts and connect with her.
And if you’d like to connect with her more personally, you can do that through LinkedIn by sending her a direct message. It was an honor having this interview with her.
Johanna (Jo) Kovrig is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her vast skillset and positivity.
She started her quest of undrstanding the deepest secrets of The Universe from a very young age. From her early teens, Johanna’s quest for deeper meaning led her through a myriad of spiritual practices, beginning with the Sylva method and extending through Reiki and Theta healing. Her life is rich with experiences across continents, where she immersed herself in education, both as a teacher and a learner, nurturing young minds in ‘Waldorf Steiner’ kindergartens and mastering holistic spiritual disciplines.
She shifted towards a more spiritual path in 2016 when she encountered her spiritual teacher. This epiphany eventually brought her back to her homeland, where she felt a compelling urge to share the wisdom and insights she had gathered over the years. With a formal coaching qualification from Mindvalley, Johanna launched her holistic life coaching practice, dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and evolve.
She tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client, embodying a continuous journey of personal and professional evolution. Johanna’s coaching style is an innovative blend of trauma informed approaches and spiritual healing, drawing from various methodologies. Her clients frequently experience a profound sense of peace, clarity, and renewed enthusiasm. Testimonials from around the globe highlight Johanna’s ability to guide individuals through deep emotional work, fostering resilience and a clearer path to fulfillment. Here is what she said.

How they can help: By using various tools and techniques like Inner Child Healing, Theta healing, breathing techniques, emotional release techniques, Ho’oponopono, and even Journaling, just to name a few.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
We all got through the pandemic without major issues and doing well.
These intense times of the pandemic had a positive impact on my life in so many ways, including stepping into my dream of working as a coach and healer without any restriction regarding my location.
As the pandemic brought everything online and made it our new norm to connect with each other regardless of the physical location it made a dream come true for me, as I have always lived my life feeling that there are no strangers in the world, only friends we haven’t met yet.
My life was about moving freely in the world and now it became even easier.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
To be honest it was the pandemic that, through a series of synchronistic events, locked me into a job as a carer for an elderly lady, where I somewhat lived my dream life whilst saving enough money to afford my career change to become a qualified coach later on.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
It’s a funny thing but I never really bought into this whole fearmongering of the pandemic.
I was in India with my spiritual teacher when it all started and just about made it back to Europe with the last plane. (I recently posted about this experience on my FB page)
However, fear was never a thing in this entire journey.
I travelled across Europe at the height of the coronavirus two years in a row and never got sick.
One of my biggest lessons from this was the experience of how benevolently and powerfully this power that lives within us, in our heart and essence, that guides us through our intuition and gut feeling is looking after us.
Once we get out of our own way and start trusting our inner guidance literally magic can happen.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
Spirituality and searching for the deeper meaning in our human existence has been in my focus since my late teens.
I started with the Sylva method at the age of 17, then followed Reiki, Theta healing and the list goes on.
Most of my life I was living abroad, changing countries and jobs every three years or so, which wasn’t an intentional pattern, I was just following my inner guidance.
Most of my work life I was in the field of education, either teaching English as a foreign language or working in a ‘Waldorf Steiner’ kindergarten whilst training to be a ‘Waldorf Steiner’ teacher.
However, in 2016 I met my spiritual teacher who changed my life even more profoundly and since then I have devoted myself to an even more focused spiritual path.
I started my coaching business when after so many years of wandering in the world I moved back to my home country and felt inspired to lean into my life experience and start sharing all the gems I have collected along the way.
Looking back at my life it is clear that this is what I’ve been preparing for all my life, even though I only got formally qualified as a coach with Mindvalley at the end of last year.
My self development of course continues just as intensely as it did over the qualification course.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Growing up in a dictatorship in Romania and moving to Hungary when I was 8 had probably the most profound effect on my life as it taught me how to be resourceful and resilient, how to reinvent myself, how to adapt and yet make the most of the circumstances.
Since then I have reinvented myself in so many ways, as every time I moved to a different country a whole mindset shift had to happen, which was never easy but always contributed to my growth.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
As a holistic coach I find it super important to look at any situations and challenges at hand from all angles, including mindset, habits, emotions and spirit.
Given my background in spiritual healing and my ongoing self development, which includes learning about how we can heal our nervous system, rewire our brain, heal our inner child, resolve transgenerational trauma…
I feel my innovation is not one static thing but continuously and fastly evolving.
Every tool and technique I use with my clients I have tested on myself and used it to grow and evolve.
I vouch for continuous growth and evolution with my entire life.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
It’s trauma informed yet spiritual.
Elements of Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry and spiritual and energy healing techniques go hand in hand with the Mindvalley approach.
It’s holistic, all encompassing and tailor made to whoever is sitting in front of me.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
The most frequent feedback I get is peace of mind, relief and enthusiasm.
My clients tend to walk away with clarity regarding the challenges they brought into our session, a burst of energy to start changing things around and often a lightness, for they get to unburden in our session.
A few testimonials:
“Since beginning our journey together, I have noticed I have much less anxiety now as we have been doing immense deep early childhood trauma work. She is also helping me to rewire my negative mindset and to get clear on what I really want at a soul level so I can move out from feeling stuck and shaping my future to feel fulfilled, financially independent and in flow with life.Absolutely highly recommend! Thank you so much Jo!” ~ Laura, Australia
“My personal growth necessitated a crucial change. However, confronting past traumas and removing strong identifications proved to be an arduous obstacle, too painful to endure alone. With the guidance of Jo Kovrig Holistic Life Coaching I unearthed an unchanging, undivided formless Heart.” ~ Aneurin, Scotland
“I would love to recommend the coaching / healing sessions with Johanna. I love her presence, where she directs her focus to channel the gifts of the Universe. She has a pure heart and her intention is to convey the energies of love and light. Thank you for your sessions, and I can tell you that I notice a positive change as a result. Blessings” ~ Krisztina, Hungary
“Johanna is such a gentle soul and wonderful presence Working with her was an eye-opening and liberating experience Totally recommend!” ~ Alexa, Romania
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
I’m constantly learning and growing my toolkit and choose according to the needs of the human being sitting in front of me.
There’s no one size fits all.
For example spiritual and energy healing might benefit some but others might get more out of journaling prompts.
I am a great fan of Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry, which plays a huge role in my own inner work, but then so does Inner Child Healing, shifting subconscious limiting beliefs with Theta healing, breathing techniques to help regulate the nervous system, emotional release techniques of David Hawkins and the Sedona Method by Lester Levenson, Ho’oponopono and other forgiveness techniques.
And the list goes on.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Hey Beautiful People, STOP!
Stop criticising and beating yourself up! Stop judging and comparing yourself to others! Stop chasing things that you never really wanted but was told they will make you happy! Stop trying to prove your worth and justify your existence!
And START:
Turning to yourselves with love and compassion. Listen to your body, listen to your heart and intuition. Accept yourself as valuable without having to prove anything to anyone.
You’re inherently valuable, beautiful and loveable.
You matter because you exist.
That’s it!
Start your revolution from within!
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
Everything we seek from the outside world springs from within.
This is the most important rule of manifestation and it includes not only material things but love, joy, purpose, security, compassion, validation too.
As the Talmud says, ‘You don’t see the world as it is, you see the world as you are.’
So any lasting change in our lives must start by looking within and openly and compassionately inquiring into the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves and about the world we live in.
For it is our mind that creates the world and that’s where we can change it too.
Your final thoughts?
I truly believe that if every single human being took responsibility for their own healing and hence claimed their inherent power we could create a world that’s kind, safe, loving and compassionate.
Any violence and any aggression springs out of suppressed pain.
The more we heal that pain within ourselves the more we heal it in the collective subconscious also.
And the result?
Our natural, inherent joy, peace, love and compassion become our everyday state we live in.
P.S. I am just about to start a closed FB group for all those who would like to be supported and support each other on this journey of Heartful Living.
The aim of this group is to provide a sacred space for all those seeking to cultivate a life filled with love, compassion, and authenticity.
If you liked this interview and if you would love to heal your traumas, release negative energy blocks, rewire out of the negative mindset, adopt better beliefs and live a more heartful life, go to coach Jo’s Facebook and make sure to contact her.
If you’d like to peak a glimpse of her coaching, follow her Instagram account.
And if you’d like to connect with her more personally, you can do that through LinkedIn or by sending her a direct message on her Email [email protected]. It was an honor having this interview with her.
Online casinos have revolutionized the gambling industry, offering players the convenience of betting from home.
If you read Life Coach Code you might have noticed that from time to time we love talking about online games.
The reason is because many of our editors that we came to work with found a great way to relax, to rest their mind, exactly in online gaming.
We usually have a negative association when we speak about casinos (addiction, extreme gambling), but they can also be a platform for fun and entertainment if used correctly.
This article explores the impact and growth of online casinos in modern times.
With accessibility and a variety of games, they have attracted a massive following globally.
As you delve into online casinos, it’s essential to understand the intricacies of this digital platform.
From the ease of access to the thrill of gaming, numerous factors contribute to the popularity of these virtual casinos.
Whether you’re an avid gambler or a curious newcomer, online casinos provide an engaging and potentially rewarding experience.
The rise of online casinos
In recent years, online casinos have seen a significant rise in popularity.
With advancements in technology, players can now enjoy a seamless gaming experience from the comfort of their homes.
This increase can be attributed to various factors, including faster internet speeds and the increasing number of smartphone users.
More people are discovering the allure of online gambling, which has led to an expansion of the industry.
The global reach of online casinos has also contributed to their rise in popularity.
With the ability to access these platforms from anywhere in the world, players are no longer limited by geographical boundaries.
This has led to a diverse player base, with individuals from different countries and cultures coming together to enjoy their favorite games.
The international appeal of online casinos has not only expanded their customer base but has also encouraged operators to offer a wider variety of games and experiences tailored to different preferences and backgrounds.
How online casinos work
Understanding how online casinos operate can enhance your overall gaming experience.
These platforms use sophisticated software to simulate real life casino games, ensuring a fair and engaging environment.
These websites are typically regulated by gaming authorities, ensuring that they adhere to strict guidelines to protect players.
Additionally, online casinos offer a variety of payment methods, making it easy for players to deposit and withdraw funds.
This level of security and accessibility is what drives many users to prefer online casinos over traditional ones.
Online casinos also offer a wide array of bonuses and promotions to attract and retain players.
These incentives can include welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty programs.
By providing these rewards, online casinos aim to enhance the player’s experience and encourage them to continue engaging with the platform.
However, it is essential for players to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions associated with these bonuses, as they often come with specific requirements, such as wagering obligations before any winnings can be withdrawn.
Security and fairness in online casinos
When it comes to online gambling, security and fairness are of utmost importance.
Reputable online casinos implement advanced encryption technologies to protect player information and transactions.
Ensuring that the games are fair is also crucial; therefore, these platforms use random number generators (RNGs) to guarantee unpredictable outcomes.
Licensing and regulation by recognized authorities further enhance the trustworthiness of online casinos, giving players peace of mind while they enjoy their gaming experience.
The future of online gambling
The future of online casinos appears promising, with continuous technological advancements influencing the industry.
Innovations such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) are expected to further enhance the user experience, creating more immersive gaming environments.
Additionally, the integration of blockchain technology promises increased transparency and security in transactions.
As these technologies evolve, it’s likely that online casinos will continue to grow, attracting even more players and offering increasingly sophisticated gaming experiences.
However, it’s essential to remember that online gambling should be undertaken in a responsible and safe manner.
