How they can help: By using various tools, techniques, and modalities like Theta Healing, Reiki, NLP, Wheel of Life, questionnaires and assessment tools, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

After the pandemic, taking some powerful lessons with me, I felt a great sense of relief that it was finally over and that life was returning to normal.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

As soon as I completed my certification, the world entered the pandemic phase.

At first, I wondered how I would conduct my coaching sessions, but then the online platform opened up, which turned out to be a blessing as I could stay home while still connecting with people and helping them.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The biggest lessons I learned from the pandemic were money management, living a simple life, self awareness, and compassion.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I worked as a software professional for about 12 years starting in 2000, but I had to take a break for family reasons

This led me to completely change my career path and begin my coaching journey in 2019 with a certification as an ICF Certified Coach.

I started my practice and then went on to explore various healing modalities, becoming a Theta Healer, Reiki and NLP practitioner.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The experiences and people in my own life became my greatest lessons, helping me grow and reach where I am today, even though the journey was filled with challenging and adverse situations.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I customize my coaching practice based on my clientele, using innovative techniques tailored to the complexity of each case so that my clients achieve the best possible results.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

The unique aspect of my coaching practice is that I prioritize building a strong rapport with my clients, as this serves as a solid foundation for them to feel comfortable, empowered, and confident in deciding whether to move forward.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

I have a vision to offer my clients a platform where they feel comfortable enough to open up about their challenges, feel empowered to move forward, receive coaching, and ultimately see results for themselves.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Some of the tools I have used in my coaching practice include the Wheel of Life, pre coaching questionnaires, assessment tools, the GROW model, and mindset coaching.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Let’s make this world a better place filled with peace, love, and joy for everyone.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I have learned is to believe in the highest divine power, even when everything is against you and you have no control over external circumstances, because somehow, you will still come out on the other side.

Your final thoughts?

Coaching is an amazing profession that delves into the deeper aspects of human psychology, offering powerful insights into the mind, growth, change, and results.

Coaching is about transformation, guiding individuals on a path forward from where they are to where they want to be.

Find Life Coach | Meet Philip Wade: How to Self Realize and Find Peace Within?

Philip Wade is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his wisdom and dedication.

He is a Self Realization Guide. Formerly a Chartered Civil Engineer and Director of a thriving consultancy, he made the bold decision to leave his career behind at the peak of success, following an unexpected spiritual calling. This leap into the unknown opened doors to profound realizations and a deeper understanding of self that would shape his life and work.

He is a long way from where he started now, or as he says, in another life. Now, he guides others on a path of Self Realization, helping them access their innate wisdom through unique insights born from meditation.

He has a truly unique approach that is far from traditional coaching… it’s about guiding individuals to experience life from a place of direct knowing rather than intellectual understanding. Through powerful meditations, a community based app, and a clear message of inner peace and creativity, he empowers others to see the truth within themselves. The result? Life transformations that leave people not just seeking peace but discovering it within. Here is what he said…

Meet Self Realization Guide Philip Wade:

find-life-coach-philip-wade

Name: Philip Wade

Pillar: The Spirit

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to self realize and find inner peace.

How they can help: By using various guided meditations as well as his app The Living Soul.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

We are doing very well thank you and feeling very blessed with life and what it brings.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I don’t really see people as clients, for with self realization comes the clarity that we are all birthed from the same essence, which I refer to as Infinite Silence.

That’s how I see them, yet I can see their life body mind experience too.

It was revealed to me clearly that the pandemic was going to have a huge global impact and be very challenging for many.

That led to freely sharing many online meditations, live streams, insights, and guidance on connecting to our ultimate truth.

Many of these people were totally new to meditation.

The pandemic, while a massive challenge for so many, only led to profound compassion to help and guide people, which is what I spent the time doing, just online as opposed to in person.

Actually, this was one of the key benefits, as it became clear online that I was going to be able to reach more people in a profound way.

They could connect just as well.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

I am not sure it was a lesson, it was more about how extensive the suffering is in the human condition.

The pandemic was a massive trigger point for a lot of that to come to the surface in so many different ways for people.

It showed just how vital an inner shift in the world really was.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

In my former life, I was a Chartered Civil Engineer and Director of a large Civil Engineering Consultancy business.

In the latter phase of that career, an unexpected spiritual calling emerged, resulting in my leaving that world behind at the height of my career.

That resulted in monumental changes in all areas of my life, ultimately all for the good, though not all easy at the time.

Leaving that world behind in 2009 opened things up in a very fast way spiritually, ultimately leading to phases of realization in 2011 and unequivocal Self Realization in 2014.

By that time, I had been meditating, no matter what, daily for 14 years.

With this came a very clear calling to share the message of Self Realization with the world, and that is what I have been doing ever since.

I know Life Coach Code uses this umbrella term “Coaching” for the four Pillars identified… however, it’s not a term I use.

People have called me many things: Master, Guru, Teacher, none of these speak to me.

I simply guide people to realize their innate essence.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The transition from the old life to the new was monumental and affected every area of my life.

Nowadays, I don’t see it as an obstacle, it was an incredible gift.

Of course, it was a challenge at the time, though the benefits were out of this world.

Literally.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

That which I share would not be ‘coaching’ in the traditional sense… it’s all based on multiple insights that have emerged from meditation, not from the thinking mind.

This includes the profound insights and guidance, the powerful and life changing meditations (people’s words, not mine), and the absolute simplicity of the message.

It all emerges effortlessly from within in the moment.

I have just launched an app for Self Realization: The Living Soul, available in the App Stores.

It is a distillation and demystification of over a decade of sharing in a distraction free and empowering community space.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

The uniqueness is the unique expression of life that we all are.

Everyone has this unique gift, though many have not realized it yet.

It’s OK, though, it’s here for all.

The sharing of the message is not rooted in ancient traditions (as beautiful as they are), it is all rooted in direct experience, and that is what I point people towards.

The app, The Living Soul, is also a unique offering.

It’s more than just an app, it’s a companion and community.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

In their words: “life transforming”, realizing that the peace they are seeking will ultimately only be found within.

This also opens up their true creativity.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

The Living Soul app being one…

A key point, though, is to help them see that they have direct access to all the wisdom of the Universe within, if they’re willing and humble enough to look.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

It is peace that you seek… Silence (Awareness) is the answer.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

It was a realization, not a lesson.

Self realization is not about learning, it really is about realizing the ultimate truth within.

It’s more about unlearning and dissolving the limiting beliefs and conditioning that everyone experiences.

It turns out this ultimate truth was here all along, and I am that.

We all are and have simply forgotten that there is infinitely more to life than we have realized.

Your final thoughts?

World Peace begins with inner peace.

It’s not the other way around.

Mindset Transformation: Andy’s Case Study

By Charles Barnard, founder of Success Institutes.

Andy was not much different from far too many other middle schoolers.

He was awkward, constantly clowning around, and struggled to find his place among his peers.

Lacking many friends, he found solace in the laughter he could generate, though he didn’t realize they were laughing at him, not with him.

But to Andy, laughter was laughter, and that was enough.

He simply didn’t fit in with the affluent, country club school population.

Living in the only trailer park on the outskirts of town (one soon to be bought out by developers) he felt like an outsider.

Academically, he struggled.

Not because he lacked intelligence, but because he didn’t know how to be a good student.

By the time Andy joined our class, he had accumulated six years of negative experiences associated with school, learning, and peer relationships.

We had our work cut out for us.

Breaking the Cycle of Limiting Beliefs

mindset-transformation-case-study

Andy carried with him a long list of limiting beliefs that we needed to begin reframing.

He had no positive habits related to learning, studying, organizing, or socializing.

Instead, he covered up his struggles by playing the class clown, using humor as a defense mechanism.

But we saw an opportunity… laughter, when harnessed correctly, can be a powerful ally in transforming one’s mindset.

The first and most crucial step was building trust.

That’s never easy, especially for students with a long history of broken trust.

Many of them had learned that adults weren’t always reliable.

For Andy, this meant dismantling the old belief system that reinforced his poor academic performance and replacing it with new, supportive beliefs.

Teenagers are often burdened with lies (lies they tell themselves or are told by others) about their abilities, personalities, and identities.

For Andy, his identity as the class clown meant that nothing about him or his life was to be taken seriously.

But there’s a vast difference between being a joke and possessing a gift for making people laugh.

Our goal was to help him reframe his identity: instead of being someone to be laughed at, he could become someone who brought joy to others through humor in a meaningful way.

Building New Habits and Breaking Old Patterns

We started by implementing routines at school… creating new habits around organizing time, space, and thinking.

Old, self defeating beliefs were replaced with empowering ones.

Negative associations with school and learning were interrupted and substituted with positive reinforcements.

When students decide to invest time and effort, change becomes inevitable.

Sometimes, external pressure must be applied before discipline can be internalized and become self discipline.

This was Andy’s journey, he initially needed that external push, but once he made the mental shift, transformation followed.

From Struggle to Success

The results spoke for themselves.

Andy’s academic performance improved dramatically, he climbed from the bottom 10% in math to the 50th percentile for his age group.

Socially, he evolved from being an outcast to becoming well liked and respected among his peers.

But the most profound change was in his approach to humor.

He transitioned from making people laugh at him through foolish antics to making them laugh with him through well timed, appropriate humor.

This subtle yet crucial distinction shifted how others perceived him and, more importantly, how he perceived himself.

Andy also discovered his passion: working on and racing cars.

Realizing that he was the master of his own destiny, he pursued this passion with determination and enthusiasm.

What once seemed impossible became within reach, all because he changed his mindset from defeatism to that of a champion.

His transformation began with a single breakthrough: shifting his thinking.

And that shift changed everything.

If you want a similar mindset shift for yourself, feel free to reach out to me here.

Meet Life Coach David Wolverton:

find-life-coach-david-wolverton

Name: David Wolverton

Pillar: The Mind

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to master their mindset so they can become their best selves and live their best life.

How they can help: By using scientifically proven tools and techniques.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

Was there a Pandemic?

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

It shut down the job I was doing at the time.

This was a large part of the reason that I shifted to Coaching that can be done over the Internet via Zoom.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

All of us need to diversify our incomes to a combination of passive and active incomes so that if it ever again becomes necessary to lock us in, it won’t bankrupt us or crush us.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I’m David, married to the same woman for 25 years with whom I’ve helped raise three young men, 25, 24 and 22.

My hobbies include reading, socialising, coffee.

My academic bents include dead languages, quantum mechanics and the personal growth sciences and, for excercise, I like to hike, treadmill and train three times a week in Krav Maga.

Vocationally, I’m a Mindset Mastery Coach.

This branch of science falls under the catagory of, “Cognitive Psychology.”

Although I’ve been Training people from various positons (ranging from Trainer all the way to C.E.O.) for the better part of forty years now, niching exclusively to Mindset Mastery is something I started just six months ago.

Having realised, I’ve been coaching people on their mindset in every job I’ve done since starting work nearly 40 years ago, Coaching Mindset Mastery is the only thing I do now and plan to do for the rest of my Working life.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The largest thing I had to overcome was my lack of clarity in what I did vocationally. (The problem with being able to do so much is that you say ‘yes’ to things that don’t fulfil your purpose.)

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

According to the leaders in the personal Growh Sciences I’ve spoken to, I’m the first and only one who incorporates all of the personal growth sciences in my Coaching and writing.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

It would be that I use ALL of the personal growth sciences in my Coaching.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

I don’t give people fish… I teach them to fish.

I teach them how to understand mindset, which teaches them to understand themselves.

I teach people what triggers are and how to cope when triggered and how to work towards putting mechanisms in place to cope when a triggering event next happens.

I teach people how to research things independently.

I provide them with a lifetime support network so that everyone who’s graduated the course has a support network of other graduates to help them, encourage them, and push them to KEEP winning.

They also get excercises to get to know themselves to understand how and why they are the way they are and how to change.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I use Science, not hypnosis (I don’t believe in it).

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Are you living your ‘best life’?

Are you happy with the way you think, hear, act and speak?

Ever wished you can change?

Science has irrefutably proven that with the right Coaching, hard work, and stickitivity, you can change all of the above…

Not just for a short time, but permenantly and forever.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

None of us has eternity on this Earth.

Live to make impact and leave a positive legacy.

Your final thoughts?

Most of us were hurt by our pasts.

Parents who put us down, teachers who didn’t know how to help us, love lost, betrayal, rejection, abuse…

I help people take the reins of their lives in order to become their best self so they can live their best life.

Find Life Coach | Meet Nat Creasy: How to Silence The Inner Frenemy and Thrive?

Nat Creasy is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her wisdom and devotion.

She is known as the “Burnout Bestie,” and she is here to let you know that Burnout is more than just exhaustion, it’s a hard wake up call. For her, that call came loud and clear after years of pushing through a high powered corporate career in HR.

She had it “all” (or at least what most people strive for)… success, international travel, and the outward markers of achievement. But inside, she was running on empty, disconnected, and trapped in an endless cycle of stress. When her body finally forced her to stop, an 18 month journey of recovery began, one that reshaped not only her life but also the way she helps others today.

She is now living her dream life in Barbados. She transformed her experience into a powerful coaching approach that blends science, mindfulness, and somatic practices. Through her Reset, Realign, and Rise framework, she helps clients shift from survival mode to a life of clarity and ease. Whether through Bed Yoga, breathwork, or nervous system regulation, her mission is clear: to silence the inner Frenemy and to guide people out of burnout and into a life that feels as good as it looks. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Nat Creasy:

find-life-coach-nat-creasy

Name: Nat Creasy

Pillar: The Mind, The Body, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to silence that inner Frenemy voice, avoid burnout, connect with the flow of life and thrive.

How they can help: By using her Reset Realign + Rise framework, as well as various tools and techniques like breathwork, meditation, Yoga Nidra and Bed Yoga, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

Thank you for asking, we’re doing well!

The pandemic was an intense reminder for everyone how easily life can turn upside down, but also a powerful lesson in learning to ride the waves of life with ease.

It forced us to question what truly matters, let us slow down, reset, and focus on living in flow.

For me, it was a time to lean deeply into the practices I teach: quieting the Frenemy (the inner critic laced with fear and doubt), recognizing the impact of fight or flight states on the body, listening to my nervous system, and trusting my inner wisdom.

These tools helped me navigate the uncertainty and even find moments of joy amidst the chaos.

It was a lesson in working with my parasympathetic nervous system to access easeful power, showing us that thriving isn’t about control but clarity, connection, and letting life move through you.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic brought an overwhelming wave of anxiety, fear, and uncertainty to my clients.

With constant fear messaging from the media, many of my clients found themselves in a heightened state of fight or flight, and for many, it became their “new normal.”

The inner critic (the frenemy voice) grew louder, feeding the fear and leaving them feeling stuck and overwhelmed.

In our work, we focused on welcoming the deep stillness and ease that exists beneath the waves of these emotions.

Through breathwork, movement, and mindfulness, we created space for calm in the chaos.

These practices anchored the body and mind in the present moment, showing clients how to reset and realign amidst the noise.

My Wednesday evening Relaxation and Nidra class became a sanctuary for many.

Before the pandemic, clients joked, “Nat, I wish you could just sit at the end of my bed for this class so I don’t have to drive home!”

Well, the universe must have been listening because now Wednesday nights are all about Bed Relaxation and Nidra, a practice born from the pandemic that’s become a beloved part of our online community.

There’s nothing like snuggling into bed, sharing giggles with friends, and ending the day with relaxation and connection.

The pandemic strengthened my belief that the world desperately needs to slow down, so many people are exhausted, suffering from insomnia, chronic fatigue and more.

My practices take this into account enabling people to feel and work with their nervous system, not just to navigate fear and uncertainty, but to understand themselves and move through life with clarity and ease.

I provide a space for people to reset, realign, and rise from the chaos into a state of easeful power.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The pandemic was a masterclass in what it means to truly live in flow.

One of the most profound lessons was that safety is an inside job.

While the world around us felt uncertain and chaotic, breathwork and nervous system regulation became essential tools for anchoring the body and mind in the present.

They reminded me (and my clients) that beneath the waves of anxiety and fear, there is always a stillness we can return to.

Another lesson was the power of embodied ease.

In a time when everything felt out of control, the ability to regulate our nervous systems wasn’t just calming, it was transformational.

It allowed us to shift from reacting to life’s challenges with fear to responding with clarity, confidence, and kindness.

And then there was the beauty of connection.

The isolation of the pandemic showed us how much we need each other, and our online community became a lifeline.

Whether it was a shared laugh during a class or the simple act of being present together, those moments of connection reminded us that we’re never truly alone.

Finally, we learned that slowing down is not just okay, it’s necessary.

The pandemic reinforced my belief that the world needs to slow down, and that people need to understand their nervous systems so they can understand themselves.

This isn’t about giving up ambition, it’s about moving through life with clarity and ease, riding the waves instead of battling them.

These lessons have deepened my commitment to helping people reset, realign, and rise, not just in moments of crisis but in everyday life.

The pandemic taught us that while we can’t control the world, we can master how we respond to it.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I’m Nat, but I am also known as your Burnout Bestie, living my dream life in Barbados where the waves remind me daily of what it means to live in flow.

But it wasn’t always like this, far from it!

My journey began in the UK in the corporate world as an HR Director, where I was ticking all the boxes of “success.”

On the outside, I had it all: the job, the international travel, the suits… everything people told me was Success.

But inside?

I felt completely disconnected.

I was stuck in overdrive, trapped in a state of chronic stress that left my nervous system exhausted, pushing through until my body finally said, “Enough.”

Burnout didn’t just slow me down, it floored me, leaving me in bed for 18 months, physically, emotionally, and mentally drained.

That was my wake up call, my invitation to change.

I started exploring the science of nervous system regulation, breathwork, and embodied practices, realizing that mastering my mind and nervous system wasn’t just the key to recovery, it was the key to living a life that felt authentically mine.

Fast forward to today, and I’ve built Little Soul Shack, an online sanctuary for people who are ready to quiet their inner critic (what I call the “frenemy voice”), realign their ventral vagal state, and rise into a life of clarity, ease, and happiness.

My work is deeply rooted in science, mindfulness, and the art of living in flow.

Whether I’m teaching Bed Yoga or one of my other targeted weekly sessions designed to reset the nervous system, leading Seasonal Slumber Party Resets, giving talks in corporate businesses, hosting in person retreats here in Barbados, or working with my 1 on 1 clients, my mission is the same: to help people become their very own best friend and unlock the confidence that comes from living in alignment with their true selves.

Life transforms when you shift out of survival mode and into easeful living.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Burnout was the wake up call I didn’t know I needed.

On the surface, I was living a picture perfect life… an amazing career, international travel, and all the outward signs of success.

But inside, I felt disconnected and utterly exhausted.

My body eventually said, “enough,” and I spent 18 months in bed, physically, emotionally, and mentally drained.

The challenge wasn’t just recovering, it was realizing that I had been measuring success in a way that wasn’t sustainable for me.

It wasn’t about giving up on success or ambition, it was about finding a new way to achieve it that didn’t leave me depleted.

Burnout forced me to listen to my body and quiet the frenemy voice that kept telling me to push harder.

I learned to work with my nervous system, not against it and discovered the power of conscious choice.

Mastering my mind taught me how to thrive with clarity and ease, not by striving or sacrificing, but by aligning with what truly matters to me.

This experience showed me that success isn’t about doing less or giving up your goals, it’s about doing it differently.

It’s about living in flow, where you can achieve greatness without burnout.

Burnout wasn’t just an obstacle for me, it was my invitation to change, and now I use that lesson to help others step into their clarity, confidence, and ease.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

My coaching blends science and heart based wisdom, focusing on embodied learning, because let’s be honest, mental insight alone rarely leads to real and lasting change.

It’s one thing to know something intellectually, but when you feel it in your body, that’s where transformation happens.

I focus on helping clients align with their nervous system instead of fighting against it.

When you work with your body as your guide, you can quiet the busy mind, shift out of burnout, and access clarity and ease.

One way I do this is through Bed Yoga, a practice born out of the pandemic when my clients were exhausted and struggling to rest.

Bed Yoga combines gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation, all done from the comfort of your bed, to help clients release stress, quiet their minds, and experience deep, embodied calm.

It’s the perfect practice for activating the parasympathetic nervous system before sleep.

At the core of my work is my signature framework: Reset, Realign, and Rise.

It’s designed to help clients step out of overwhelm and into flow by creating a foundation of embodied ease.

My coaching is all about empowering people to trust their inner wisdom, teaching them to tune into their bodies, strengthen their vagal tone, and master their minds.

When you learn to live a fully embodied life, you don’t just survive, you thrive… riding the waves of life with ease and confidence.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

What makes my approach unique is that I’ve lived it.

I’m not just teaching theory, I’ve been through the burnout, the exhaustion, the insomnia, the chronic fatigue and the overwhelming frenemy voice that tells you to keep striving no matter the cost.

My recovery wasn’t about giving up on success, it was about learning how to achieve it differently, in a way that felt sustainable and deeply aligned with who I am.

My work challenges the “badge of busy” mindset by showing my clients that thriving isn’t about striving, it’s about aligning.

I combine neuroscience backed tools with somatic practices to help clients master their nervous systems, turning overwhelm into clarity and exhaustion into easeful power.

It’s a process of embodied learning, not just understanding concepts mentally but experiencing them fully in the body.

I also focus on helping clients become their own best friend.

By quieting the inner critic (the Frenemy voice) and building a relationship of kindness and trust with themselves, they unlock a state of flow where they can move through life with clarity, confidence, and curiosity.

What truly sets my approach apart is its blend of science, mindfulness, and practical application.

My Reset, Realign, and Rise framework helps clients create real, lasting change by integrating these practices into their everyday lives.

It’s not just about giving people an hour of calm, it’s about teaching them how to live fully embodied, so they can ride the waves of life with ease and create a life that feels as good as it looks.

My approach is unique because it’s not about fixing anyone because I do not believe anyone is broken.

It’s about helping people reconnect with the wisdom that’s already within them, master their minds, and rise into a life of flow and success on their terms.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Working with me isn’t just about learning tools, it’s about transforming how you live, both personally and professionally.

Before working with me, many of my clients feel constantly overwhelmed, battling exhaustion, insomnia, and brain fog.

They are often stuck in fight or flight mode, with an inner critic that keeps them overthinking, striving, and pushing, even when their bodies are screaming for rest.

After our work together, they experience:

1. Clarity: They quiet their Frenemy voice and make intentional, conscious choices, focusing on what truly matters without overthinking.

2. Ease: Life’s challenges don’t stop, but clients learn to respond to them with clarity and calm instead of reacting from stress and fear.

3. Energy: Freedom from burnout replaces the constant exhaustion. Renewed vitality flows into their days, enabling them to thrive.

4. Connection: Clients reconnect with their inner compass, building trust in their bodies and emotions as guides.

Ultimately, my clients leave with the tools to live life as meditation in motion, achieving success not by striving but by aligning.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Absolutely!

My work is rooted in a combination of neuroscience, mindfulness, and embodied practices because true transformation happens when we go beyond understanding and start experiencing change in the body.

At the core of all my practices is my Reset Realign + Rise framework.

It’s designed to help clients shift out of fight or flight and into a state of embodied calm where clarity, confidence, and ease become second nature.

We use awareness, breath, meditation and therapeutic movement to train the mind to be present, because mastering the mind starts with mastering the moment you’re in.

I incorporate breathwork to regulate the nervous system, Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation and mental clarity, and Bed Yoga to gently reconnect clients with their bodies.

Even when they’re feeling exhausted, it’s helping them to shift mental and physical tension enabling deep restful sleep.

These practices aren’t just calming, they’re transformational.

They teach clients how to quiet the frenemy voice, build trust in themselves, and align with their inner compass.

What sets my approach apart is the focus on embodied learning.

This isn’t about quick fixes or abstract ideas, it’s about helping clients feel the difference in their bodies.

When you experience calm, confidence, and connection on a physical level, it changes the way you show up in life, at work, and in your relationships.

The tools I use are all about creating a lasting shift.

By blending science, mindfulness, and embodied insight, I give my clients the power to ride life’s waves with ease, master their minds, and create a life that feels aligned, fulfilling, and uniquely theirs.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

When you master your mind, you master your life.

You don’t need to fight the storm, you need to ride the waves with ease.

Quiet your Frenemy, tune into your nervous system, and trust your inner knowing, it’s your most powerful guide.

Life isn’t about striving, it’s about thriving.

Align with your natural rhythm, and you won’t just achieve your goals, you’ll create a life that feels as good as it looks.

Rebel against the hustle and choose easeful power instead. You’ve got this!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I’ve learned is that life isn’t something to conquer, it’s something to flow with.

For so long, I thought I had to push, strive, and hustle to create the life I wanted.

But what I’ve come to realize is that the most powerful thing we can do is learn to listen… to our bodies, to our inner knowing, and to the stillness beneath the noise.

When we stop fighting against ourselves and start working with the natural rhythm of our nervous system, life transforms.

It’s not about giving up ambition or goals, it’s about achieving them in a way that feels deeply aligned.

Clarity creates confidence, and when we live in alignment, we move through life with an easeful power.

I’ve also learned the profound truth that “Kindness is King”, especially kindness toward ourselves.

When you become your own best friend, the Frenemy voice grows quieter, and you unlock the clarity and courage to live fully.

It’s from this place of compassion and self trust that everything shifts.

This lesson has shaped everything I do, from how I show up for myself to how I guide my clients.

I’ve learned that the magic of life isn’t in the doing, it’s in the being.

When we learn to ride the waves instead of battling them, life becomes not just manageable, but meaningful.

So, the greatest lesson?

The art of thriving is in learning to trust yourself, quiet your mind, and align with what truly matters.

From that place of kindness and connection, everything becomes possible.

Your final thoughts?

Coaching isn’t about fixing anyone, it’s about awakening what’s already within.

My mission is to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, quiet the sabotaging Frenemy voice, and discover the easeful power that comes from mastering their minds and aligning with their true selves.

The magic of life isn’t in the hustle, it’s in learning to flow.

When we understand our nervous systems, we unlock not just the tools for success but the joy of a life that feels like our own.

Find Life Coach | Meet Martina Vachajova: How to Find The Right Nutitional Plan In a World of Noise to Be Healthy and Strong?

Martina Vachajova is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her expertise and resilience.

Her journey into professional coaching was a calling rather than a career choice. From a young age, she was the go to person for advice, always seeming to have the right words to inspire and support those around her. When the pandemic led to unexpected layoffs, she seized the opportunity to turn this innate gift into a full time profession, helping others navigate life’s challenges and their wellbeing with clarity and confidence.

Her tribulation of overcoming personal fears of failure and acceptance was a pivotal part of her growth, shaping her empathetic and adaptable coaching style. In a world overflowing with conflicting information, especially in health and wellness, she emphasizes continuous learning to stay ahead of the curve.

Her coaching is pretty straight forward. By offering fresh perspectives and guiding clients to see their situations in a new light, she empowers individuals to make informed, confident choices in their lives. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Martina Vachajova:

find-life-coach-martina-vachajova

Name: Martina Vachajova

Pillar: The Body

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to improve their nutrition and lifestyle so they will be healthy and strong.

How they can help: By evaluation of the client and using expert guidance on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

Thanks for asking, all is good.

The pandemic seems like ages ago to me now.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

This period affected all of us, in one way or another.

Some people changed priorities, others learned to appreciate the small things in life, or it marked a complete wake up call in how they go about their lives.

Everyone has their own story in how we’ve been affected.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The irreplaceable importance of human connection.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

In short, I’ve always been the go to person for advice, even from a young age.

I seemed to naturally have the right answers or guidance for others.

When my employer announced layoffs during the pandemic, I decided to pursue this path professionally.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

It is difficult to pin point one lesson I consider the most difficult.

But perhaps, overcoming my fears of failure and of not being accepted for who I am.

This was probably the most difficult one for me.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

The world is changing quickly, no question about that.

One needs to be up to date with how the needs of people are changing and adjust accordingly.

People became more educated in the field of health and nutrition, but also, quite confused at the same time.

The overflow of information can be very difficult to navigate, and one doesn’t know what to believe and who is really speaking the truth.

Therefore, a process of ongoing learning, studying is a must.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

That is the question my clients should be answering. 😊

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Based on the feedbacks, I provide different perspectives to the life situation they are in, and bring them to see things differently.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

No, not necessarily.

I use technologies broadly available, but most importantly my abilities, knowledge and experience in my field.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

There is no future in fostering division, separation, or judgment based on our differences.

We should strive to rise above our varying opinions and beliefs, recognizing that, in the end, we truly need each other.

Life can change in an instant, and living in anger and hatred is a waste of precious time.

Instead, let’s focus on building bridges that connect us, embracing tolerance and acceptance.

We do not need to agree on everything, but by understanding and appreciating our differences, we can create a more harmonious and supportive world.

Every act of kindness and every effort to understand one another makes a difference.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

This is a tough one, and I am not sure I have the answer.

Perhaps the realization that everything can be taken away from us in a blink of an eye, and I mean really everything, possessions, people, life.

Therefore, we should choose our battles wisely.

Your final thoughts?

Life can be very hard at times, but we should never give up and we should seek for help.

No storm lasts forever.

Find Life Coach | Meet Charu Seth: How to Navigate Life Transitions with Self Awareness and Purpose?

Charu Seth is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her expertise and dedication.

She turned her personal adversity into a powerful catalyst for helping others. Specializing in transitions and relationships, her path to coaching was deeply shaped by her own experiences with self doubt, limiting beliefs, and the challenges of (co)parenting. After overcoming these obstacles through self reflection and coaching, she found the courage to reframe her mindset, which ultimately fueled her passion for guiding others on their own paths to growth and transformation.

She makes personalized coaching journeys for each client, integrating technology, continuous learning, and a commitment to creating a safe, supportive space. What sets her apart is her unique coaching approach, blending practical strategies like Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) with somatic practices to address both the conscious mind and the subconscious.

She highly focuses on self awareness, emotional intelligence, and sustainable growth. She empowers clients to break free from limiting beliefs, set healthy boundaries, and build authentic connections, equipping them with the tools they need to thrive in all aspects of life. Most importantly, she helps her clients to navigate life transitions with self awareness and purpose. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Charu Seth:

find-life-coach-charu-seth

Name: Charu Seth

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to change the negative stories they’ve been telling themselves and navigate life transitions with self awareness and purpose.

How they can help: By using various tools and techniques like Positive Psychology, NLP, mindfulness and breathwork, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

The pandemic was a challenging time for everyone, and my family was certainly no exception.

We experienced a range of emotions, fear, uncertainty, and, at times, even a sense of isolation.

It was a significant period of transition in our family dynamics.

However, we also learned valuable lessons about resilience and adaptability, especially with young kids and the new changes.

We found ways to minimize the pain by connecting outdoors, appreciating small things in life, prioritizing our well being, and communicating effectively.

My aim was to learn, grow, and heal from the breakup of my long term marriage, which I achieved by immersing myself in programs.

These programs led me to Life Coaching, Organizational Behavior, Positive Psychology, and ultimately earning my NLP and ICF certifications to become a Life Coach.

Looking back, I think we’ve emerged stronger as individuals and as a separated but still whole unit.

I’ve developed a deeper understanding of my children’s needs by becoming a better parent and learning to navigate the shift to being a single parent.

While the pandemic presented significant obstacles and challenges, it also provided an opportunity for learning, growth, and introspection.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic had a profound and multifaceted impact on my clients, and it certainly affected me personally.

For my clients, primarily youth and young families, the pandemic brought about a range of challenges, including increased anxiety and stress.

The uncertainty and fear surrounding the virus, coupled with social isolation and economic instability, significantly increased anxiety levels for many families and youth.

Disrupted routines caused by school closures, remote learning, and stay at home orders led to social isolation and disrupted daily schedules, creating additional stress.

Youth and families found it difficult to focus during prolonged remote learning sessions, which often caused fatigue.

Social isolation and loneliness reduced opportunities for in person interactions, leaving many young people feeling disconnected and resorting to coping mechanisms like excessive video gaming.

This pandemic held a significant impact on youth and families, disrupting education through school closures, which affected both academic progress and social development.

I observed an increased rate of anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues stemming from social isolation, fear, and uncertainty.

Excessive screen time also had detrimental effects on sleep, attention, and physical health.

Professionally, it presented unique challenges in adapting my practice to a virtual setting while ensuring client confidentiality and addressing their mental health needs.

Personally, I was going through a separation and divorce, and my family was trying to adapt to the new dynamics.

(Co)parenting was a new experience, made more challenging for my young teens as they struggled to cope with the changes in their academic and social lives.

As a (co)parent, my focus was to be present for my teens, be their emotional anchor, and support their transition from a single family unit to two families.

This was the most trying change in our lives, requiring years of effort to rebuild a safe, caring, non judgmental, and happy space for everyone.

Professionally, I began with a foundation in NLP Somatic Learning from the ALCN program and added studies in Organizational Behavior from the Harvard Extension program and a Positive Psychology course.

While I always had a knack for understanding people, it was the struggles and triumphs in my own relationships that inspired me to help others.

During my struggles, my therapist became my biggest supporter and motivated me to use my two superpowers, empathy and intuition, to make a difference in other people’s lives.

I began coaching informally with friends and family until I decided to formalize my passion and turn it into a career.

My goal is to empower people by providing them with the tools and insights they need to communicate effectively, achieve their goals, break limiting beliefs, overcome challenges, and foster meaningful relationships to thrive.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The pandemic forced a profound reassessment of priorities.

For me, as a coach, the biggest lessons were adaptability, genuine connections, and compassion.

The world shifted in ways we never imagined, forcing us to navigate uncertainty, isolation, and change on a massive scale.

Personally, it taught me to be more present and intentional with my time, connections, and purpose.

I realized how easy it was to take connections for granted and how vital it is to nurture them, even in unconventional ways.

Professionally, it underscored the value of resilience and creativity.

I learned to embrace technology to deliver effective coaching remotely, deepening my understanding of clients’ needs in a time of unprecedented stress.

Most importantly, the pandemic highlighted the need for self compassion, active listening, intentional living, and creating a safe space for vulnerable conversations.

It reminded me (and so many others) that it’s okay to pause, adjust expectations, and prioritize mental and emotional well being.

Ultimately, these lessons have not only shaped my personal growth but have highlighted the power of human connection and the critical role of support systems during adversity.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

As a Life Coach specializing in transitions and relationships, I am also a writer and a single parent to two amazing boys, who are now young men.

My coaching career began as a natural evolution of my personal experiences and professional background (as I mentioned before).

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

My biggest obstacle was overcoming the self-doubt and limiting beliefs that told me I wasn’t good enough.

For years, I struggled with low confidence, constantly questioning my abilities, and fearing failure.

Whether it was in my personal relationships, my career, or even as a parent, I often felt like I had to prove my worth to everyone, including myself.

This was most apparent in my personal relationship, where requiring validation from loved ones, especially in my previous marriage, became burdensome and draining.

What changed was realizing that these beliefs weren’t facts, they were stories I had been telling myself or been told to believe about myself.

Through self reflection, therapy, and eventually having a coach, I learned how to challenge those narratives and replace them with ones rooted in self compassion and growth.

Now, I see those obstacles as some of my greatest teachers.

They’ve made me more empathetic, resilient, and passionate about helping others break free from their own limiting beliefs.

That experience has shaped how I coach today.

I know what it feels like to doubt yourself, but I also know the power of reframing your mindset and stepping into your full potential.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Innovation in coaching, for me, is about constantly evolving my approach to best serve the unique needs of each individual.

I do not believe in a one size fits all approach.

I work closely with each client to create a personalized learning path, understanding their specific goals, challenges, and learning styles.

This allows me to design personalized coaching journeys tailored to their individual needs and preferences.

I leverage technology to enhance the coaching experience, including online platforms for scheduling, communication, and resource sharing.

I also explore the use of AI-powered tools for skills assessments and identifying areas of improvement.

As the world of coaching rapidly evolves, I dedicate my time to ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, conferences, and reading industry publications.

I continually explore new coaching methodologies that can be adopted to better serve my clients.

This ensures that I am equipped with the latest tools and techniques to support my clients’ growth and journey.

None of this is possible without creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel comfortable being vulnerable, exploring their challenges, and experimenting with new approaches.

My goal is to build a strong rapport with my clients based on trust, empathy, intuition, and authentic connection.

I believe that by continuously adapting my approach and embracing new possibilities, I can provide the most effective and impactful experience for my clients.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My coaching approach is unique because it blends practical strategies with a deep focus on self awareness.

It combines the power of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) with the wisdom of the body through Somatic practices.

This unique combination allows me to address not only the conscious mind but also the subconscious patterns and embodied experiences that may be limiting my clients’ progress.

Personally, having navigated challenges like single parenthood, rebuilding after setbacks, and redefining my own relationships, I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to the table.

I prioritize creating a safe space where clients feel truly heard while also challenging them to confront limiting beliefs and take actionable steps toward their goals.

I focus on helping clients develop emotional intelligence, effective communication, and a mindset of resilience.

My approach isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about fostering sustainable growth and equipping clients with tools they can carry into every area of their lives.

Ultimately, I aim to empower people to build authentic connections, both with themselves and others, and create a blueprint for life to thrive.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

After working with me, my clients gain clarity, confidence, purpose, and the tools to navigate life’s transitions and relationships with intention and resilience.

They learn to identify and overcome limiting beliefs, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate deeper connections with themselves and others.

For those facing life transitions (whether it’s adjusting to a new role, becoming an empty nester, starting fresh after a divorce, or single parenting) I provide guidance to help them embrace change and turn uncertainty into opportunity.

My clients leave with a stronger sense of self, a clear vision for their future, and actionable strategies to achieve their goals.

Most importantly, they gain the confidence to make empowered decisions and the skills to build relationships that are authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their values and goals.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), combined with the wisdom of the body through Somatic practices, is a powerful tool for cultivating self awareness, gaining clarity, and achieving goals.

By integrating NLP techniques like reframing, anchoring, and eliciting responses with somatic exercises such as breathwork, mindfulness, and movement, I help clients unlock deeper levels of awareness and facilitate lasting transformations in their personal and professional lives.

This holistic approach empowers clients to not only understand their challenges at a cognitive level but also release limiting beliefs and emotions stored within their bodies.

This process paves the way for profound self discovery, enhanced awareness, personal growth, resilience, and a deeper sense of fulfillment.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

You are enough, just as you are.

Stop waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect version of yourself, or someone else’s approval to start fully living.

Take a chance on yourself, and remember that growth and progress come from embracing your imperfections, learning from your struggles, and showing up authentically every day.

Prioritize connection… with yourself first, and then with others, because relationships are the foundation of a meaningful life.

And remember, it’s never too late to rewrite your story and create the life you truly deserve.

Stop standing in your own way! You are truly worth it!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I’ve learned in my life is to be comfortable in uncomfortable spaces.

Growth begins where comfort ends.

Every meaningful breakthrough in my life (whether overcoming self doubt, navigating my divorce, facing challenges as a single parent, or building a fulfilling career) came when I embraced discomfort and leaned into uncertainty.

It taught me that failure isn’t the opposite of success, it’s part of the process.

By facing fears head on and reframing obstacles as opportunities, I’ve learned to trust myself, adapt, and create a life aligned with my values and purpose.

Your final thoughts?

Life is a series of transitions, challenges, and connections, and how we navigate them defines the quality of our experience.

Embrace growth, lean into discomfort, and never underestimate the power of self awareness, intuition, and authentic relationships.

You have the ability to create a life aligned with your values and purpose, and the journey starts with taking the first step, whether it’s seeking clarity, reaching out for support, or simply believing that change is possible.

The best version of your story is still waiting to be told.

Remember, every choice or decision you make determines the quality of your life.

Make those choices based on self-awareness, compassion, and belief.
