We’re all doing quite well.
I closed 2 businesses during the pandemic (a media agency focussed mostly around drone content and a Peru focussed travel agency).
Tough times, but the tough outlast them.
Everything is much better now.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
It didn’t affect my coaching business as much as my other businesses which were more location based service businesses that also ran online, but required people to be able to travel.
There were a few silver linings though as it allowed me to step back and refocus on what is truly important to me.
Another situation I’ve lived and prospered from that I can repackage for my clients.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
Everything is temporary and I am extremely adaptable.
This is something I documented and share with my clients as a metaphor for being open to change and what are the benefits that come with this mindset.

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I’m a 38 year old Australian with a background in sales and marketing within the advertising industry.
I have an extremely high level understanding of advertising, sales and marketing which has served me well when working with clients but also building any businesses that I work on.
I have a very wide skillset (video editing, audio engineering as well) which are skills I’ve picked up out of both necessity and intrigue.
I’m quite well traveled, lived in South America for a couple of years while building my travel agency and exploring the more spiritual side of South American history, where I also picked up how to speak Spanish.
I’ve been coaching since about 2014 but steered into it heavily from about 2019 when I went through some pretty traumatic experiences which I managed to navigate extremely well and I am grateful for, as the dark times helped me level up and become the man and coach I am today.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Sef doubt and lack of confidence.
I didn’t have a very enjoyable childhood, through no fault of anyone but my mentality was quite negative.
It took me until about 25 years old to really unpack who I was, identify what I wanted and grow the courage to chase it.

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I draw on a mixture of life experience, coaching study, NLP study, psychology study, business and neuroscience study among other interests.
I was fortunate enough to work for Tony Robbins for a while back in 2014 which really sent me on my self development arc.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
During the pandemic I was doing very well financially from my career in the mortgage industry up until 2022.
I got let go from my job and lost my child to stillborn all in a matter of 3 months.
What followed next was a lot of loss and major life changes.
I had a personal coach since 2018 and had been always planning on opening a coaching practice and finally decided this was the opportune time to get it started.
I decided that I wanted to use my grief, loss and trauma to help others who are experiencing similar life events heal from them, discover their self acceptance and create a new life that is authentic to who they are.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
I didn’t have my coaching business running during the pandemic.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
There were two kinds of people I saw during the pandemic.
The first group of people were those who became highly reactive in life and chose to fear the future and the present moment and in turn life either stayed the same or got worse.
Life was changing and this group of individuals was fighting the tide.
The other group of people took the pandemic as an opportunity for change.
An opportunity for something better.
I saw this group of people getting better jobs, relocating, quitting jobs and people that were no longer serving them in life and chose something better.
I also saw them focus on personal growth, healing, and seeking a different more fulfilling way of life.
It was powerful to watch.
I learned the difference between responding and reacting to your life.
Everything you experience in life is happening FOR you and NOT TO YOU.
There is always a gift, lesson, or blessing from these moments of life that can change your trajectory and put you on a path to greatness or hold you back.

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I got started in 2018 when I was in a depression era of life.
My job, family, and friend situation was not working out at all and I needed to do something drastic so I hired a life coach.
My life changed radically after that decision for the good and I became passionate about coaching a few years later.
I’m taking the plunge this year by starting my own coaching practice.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
One of my dear friends who is an astrologer said to me that everything that was supposed to go right went wrong for me. Everything that went wrong becomes a blessing.
This could not have been more accurate to my life.
The biggest obstacle that I had to overcome included losing several jobs over the course of my working career, not fitting in with people, being blamed constantly by people in my life for not conforming or changing to their needs, watching my grandfather die in my arms in 2020, losing my first child to stillborn, narcissistic abuse, going broke on multiple occasions.
I share this because my life journey has taught me how to survive and thrive in the midst of grief, loss, and trauma and has shown me that nothing stops me from growing and traveling along my personal growth journey.
Healing from everything above has taken a lot of effort on my part so that I can be in a place to help and serve others so that they can learn how to heal from similar events in their lives.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
In the coaching space there are two main drivers that create innovation: learning and experience.
As a coach, I’m always learning by reading books, taking seminars or courses for topics and material that can help me better serve my clients.
I then take into account their experiences of life, their learning style, and how coachable they are, and how much risk they are willing to take to get the results they seek.
I tailor my approach on an individual basis so my clients can get the most benefit from the experience.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I’ve read close to 100 books in the last 5 years, I’ve gone to seminars, taken certification courses, and I’m always learning from other coaches I follow.
I do these actions of continuous learning because I can serve a greater amount of people by learning different styles and tailor my coaching specific to my clients.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
In answer to “how I am”, thank you, I am good and enjoying life.
My ex husband and I had literally just separated the week before quarantines were imposed.
We decided three months earlier and our uncoupling was incredibly conscious on both sides.
Untangling the tendrils of a twelve year involvement inevitably took its toll emotionally.
I moved to a relatively remote location just over the English / Welsh border in mid Wales and immersed myself in Nature for eighteen months, needing peace and quiet to be introspective whilst I processed and worked through it.
In a bizarre way, the timing couldn’t have been any better for me.
I work from home and my surroundings gave me what I needed.
We now have a conscious friendship and it’s ultimately been a delight to see how our now individual lives have unfolded.
I have two step daughters whose birth mother died when they were four and a half and six.
They were nineteen and twenty one when we separated and both supported us in our decision.
The most beautiful thing is that we are still a family of four even if no longer married.
We are all extremely close.
My eldest came home from university to live with her father during the pandemic and the youngest, being in a much better place mentally.
She lives with an eating disorder.
It was the right time for all of us, and we all coped reasonably well with the pandemic.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
In a variety of ways, from being a terribly isolating experience to some in which they were able to use the space to delve into themselves, and a not altogether pleasant experience sometimes.
Some got very creative and I, as I explained in the previous question, found it a very peaceful and creative time.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
1. That Nature can offer solace if we can slow down enough to allow it to, and even if we cannot, it has an extraordinary capacity to impart a sense of wellbeing if we are exposed often enough.

The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I started out in life as a young person, incredibly unsure of myself, with low self esteem and anxiety, wondering where my place in the world was.
I recall, at sixteen years old, sitting in front of my doctor and saying, “I know what the problem is, I don’t like myself.”
Almost at the same time, I had enough insight to realize that I was a prisoner of my mind and its reactions.
I committed to spending my life becoming free, though I had no plan for how to achieve that.
I just knew I had an intention to experience as much freedom as I could in my life.
Timing is everything, and it wasn’t until I became attuned to Reiki that my personal development journey truly began, at the age of thirty eight.
A process of accelerated self-empowerment began, which quite literally blew me away with its speed.
I was learning that, actually, anything was possible and that there is far more to life than we sometimes think.
I had worked in a sales career early on for eleven years, which helped me develop some self confidence.
I then went to university and earned two degrees, including one from Oxford University, to prove to myself that I could do it.
Yet, despite these achievements, I still felt something was missing.
Reiki changed that!
I became passionate about anything related to personal growth, which led me to start my coaching career after experiencing coaching myself.
My ex and I attended some powerful residential retreats early in our relationship, aimed at cultivating the best intimate relationship possible.
Both of us had experienced unhealthy relationships in the past, and we were curious about discovering ‘real’ love.
I ended up training with the couple who ran these courses.
I am a healer as well as a life coach, and I enjoy the combination of the two roles.
I have utilized counseling, psychotherapeutic work, and life coaching, finding that the right person and modality always seem to come along at the right time.
During this period of my life, I also spent eleven years working in the third sector for a mental health charity.
I ultimately managed a care home for eleven clients with severe issues.
I led a team of ten staff and loved the work.
I only left that role to become a homemaker and mother.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
In 2011, I sustained a serious head injury after passing out on my cantering horse, falling off, and damaging critical arteries that supply blood to the brain and head.
These injuries went undiagnosed for six weeks.
It was only because my concussion was so severe, taking me back to the hospital several times, that they were eventually discovered.
My concussion saved my life and, ultimately, my carotid arteries.
I had several blood clots on each side of my head, as well as significant arterial damage.
The miracle, and it truly is a miracle as far as I am concerned, is that none of the clots moved into my brain.
I could have so easily suffered a stroke or died at any moment.
Several doctors have since asked me if I realize just how lucky I am.
I do!
In the moment I was told of that diagnosis, a previously unexperienced level of gratitude moved into my life, and it has never left.
It took several doses of heparin to dissolve the clots and six months for the arteries to heal.
I am incredibly lucky, as these types of injuries often don’t heal at all.
It took three years to fully recover from the concussion.
Those three years turned out to be some of the most valuable in my life.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
Being informed by the process of getting to know a client in the first instance, my coaching identifies goals clients have, recognising no longer useful beliefs and patterns of thinking and behaviours.
Previously perhaps essential for survival in a sense.
The more open and authentic a client can be the quicker the root of issues can be identified and worked with, ultimately releasing them with Love and respect for the purpose they had.
Unpicking a process of exploration into depths of themselves they may never have experienced.
I am interested in bringing Freedom into my clients lives, internal Freedom which allows them to express more creatively from an inner compass that already knows what is right for them.
It is simply a journey to what is already there. Importantly simple doesn’t necessarily mean easy, and strength, courage and a commitment to the process takes discipline.
Navigating what can be extremely uncomfortable momentarily takes guts.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I trust the space and go where the coaching or healing takes me (us), without trying to control it.
The deepest releases and shifts occur working this way.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
Persistent, positive transformation with a mind more easily able to recognise the inner wisdom, knowledge and intuition that exists in each of us.
Clarity becomes easier to find, and boundary setting is no longer stressful.
There is a deep knowing that what is truly best for oneself will ultimately be the best thing for anyone else involved in a particular issue or situation.
Attachments to previously painful situations begin to fall away.
This creates space for the ability to remain compassionately distanced from what now may clearly be recognized as ‘drama.’
In my experience, the attachment to creating drama in our lives is incredibly common.
However, letting go of that attachment is one of the most liberating experiences we can have.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
My intuition, gut feelings, and life experience guide me in my work.
I allow sessions to unfold naturally, letting them go where they need to go, even if that requires gentle but tough love.
One of the most challenging times of my life was caring for my youngest daughter, who lives with an eating disorder.
For four years, I supported her through her journey, an incredibly difficult time for all of us.
I discovered that when you believe you’ve dug as deep as humanly possible, it’s still possible to dig even deeper.
It was essential to use tough love until she reached the point where she wanted to live again, a process that took several years.
I believe we all have an inner warrior, and when the situation calls for it, that warrior will surface, if we remain open to the possibility.
Our family mantra became, “Change is inevitable,” and it remains our guiding principle to this day.
Now twenty three, my daughter is an incredible human being who inspires me daily.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
There is ALWAYS more, ALWAYS.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
That, as crucial as our minds are to experiencing this wonderful thing called life, there is only so much we can understand, study, critique and get to grips with on that level.
Learning that we are all connected to each other, and part of something so much greater, helped me develop trust and continue with my journey knowing that we are supported by unconditional Love.
Even though support is always available, we don’t always feel it, and this is one of the key areas I focus on.
I help people connect with their intuition, and once that connection is made, it becomes a part of them that cannot be taken away.
I am deeply passionate about living with freedom and helping others experience the same.
Your final thoughts?
My final thoughts are that, based on my own experiences and those of my clients, we are capable of dealing with any situation that crosses our path.
The key lies in choosing to face it, because we always have that choice.
Holding onto hope can provide an opening.
Hope carries a powerful energy, and deciding to remain open to life’s possibilities, even from a place of darkness, can lead to meaningful and significant change.
To summarize, I have faced many challenges in my life.
I am twice divorced, once unconsciously at the age of 26 and again consciously at 57.
I brought up two young girls whose birth mother tragically took her own life when they were just four and a half and six years old.
Becoming their stepmother has been, and continues to be, one of the most rewarding roles I have ever had.
Losing my father eight years ago remains the greatest loss of my life.
Yet, my journey through grief has taught me a profound truth: no one can ever truly be taken away from us.
My father resides even more strongly in my heart now.
His presence reminds me that we must not allow ourselves to die inside when those we love pass away.
I continue to pursue a path of personal development and remain in awe of what life has to offer.
Over the past four years, I have faced health challenges that have slowed me down but also provided an opportunity for even deeper and more profound growth.
I am now much better and excited for what’s next.
Life is always an adventure, and I look forward to embracing it wholeheartedly.

While studying for my BSc in Psychology, I became deeply aware of the profound influence that family and ancestral support have on our lives.
This inspired me to help individuals who may not have received enough of this guidance and support.
I pursued and qualified as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, which marked the beginning of my journey as a therapist.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
We are doing great, healthy and vibrant. Right now I have left cold and dark winter in Sweden, where I am born and raised, and I am currently enjoying 6 Months of “beachlife” in South of Spain.
I Live as a free Spirit in a Free Body.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
Well, not only my clients but most of the world went into unconscious fears, of flight, fright or freeze, and did what they were told.
I did not.
I consciously chose not to take the so called “vaccine”, so I was called out to be a murderer, people and clients threatened me, all my business went down.
All my clients left.
I was silenced, shadow banned and censored on social media.
My books were censored, and there was no debate.
I used to do 4 yoga trips per year with a travel agency but they threw me out in the cold as I did not take the “vax”.
It was very challenging to be a threatened minority in my own country, like an outcast.
I had to live on my savings.
I became depressed and did not want to live in this harsh, two faced societey.
So I chose from dying at my own terms or get a dog.
I got a dog, and she literally saved my life!!!
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
That most people are still goverend by unconscious fear based programs and cannot think for themselves.
That many people do what they are told from outer authorities without listening to their own inner knowing.
That people who are afraid are capable of almost anything to avoid feeling the fear…
That we have a lot of work to do to clear out old karmic unconscious programs based on fears and lack, or scarcity.
This is one of my Soul´s mission here, to help people move from headspace and unconscious fears, into the body, connect deeper with the Heart and the embodied wisdom within!
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I started with the line of work that I do, after I was depressed, burnt out and suicidal.
I could not go back to my job “in the Matrix” as a physiotherapist or as a pre school teacher as it was way to stressful and dysfunctional workplace for me.
So I had to create my own business, and I truly know my work works as I am here, alive and vibrant!
Otherwise I would have been long time dead…
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
2008 I was depressed, with severe sleeping disorders.
I only slept 15 min per night.
This led into panic attacks, anxiety, deep depression and being suicidal.
At the same time my husband at the time left me, so all of a sudden I was a single, depressed, and suicidal mom of 2 children, with no income.
That was tough and challenging to say the least!
That is when I started to heal myself, and explore and design different Healing modalities in combination, that I now teach and guide others with.
And also, as I wrote in the previous answer, to be threatened, a minority in my own country, out in the cold, with no income or job, being silenced etc. made me depressed.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
Everything I teach, and guide my clients into, I have done and experienced myself.
I walk the talk, and I teach my clients how to embdy their knowledge so it becomes embodied wisdom instead.
This goes far deeper than just “mental knowledge” and is much more sustainable for the individual, as well as the collective consciousness.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
It is holistic, not only mental knowledge but experienced in my own Life and therefor, embodied.
I teach (guide) from my embodied wisdom and my great intuition!
I feel, see, know the imbalances in my clients, and how they can transmute their inner stress, fears, traumas, unepressed emotions etc. into higher states of consciousness, Freedom, Flow and Alignment in Body, Mind and Soul.
I walk the talk.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
A regulated nervous system.
More inner peace, more balance, freedom, flow and alignment in Body, Mind and Soul.
Better sleep.
More clarity.
Less stress, less pain, less siffness, rigidness.
Hormone balance.
An increased consciousness and increased energy level.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Yes of course, I use all tools in my big toolbox in different combinations, from Yoga, tantra, healing modalities, to readings in the Akashic records, applied quantum physics, dearmouring etc.
I also use my great intuition and inner knowing about the client(s) to get them more free, balanced and aligned in Body, Mind and Soul.

We are in a big paradigm, a big ascension process to increase the individual and thereby the collective consciousness.

I am here to help people with this, to transmute unconscious fear based programs stored in the Body, into more alignment and freedom in Body, Mind and Soul.

The pandemic helped me and my husband understand the importance of self care as well as work life balance.
The pandemic forced us to slow down.
Once we did, we had awareness of how stressed and overwhelmed we had become as we tried to maintain the fast pace of life that is the norm in the United States.
Prioritizing self care meant developing more self awareness, so we developed a regular yoga practice, meditation practice, began eating healthier, and gave up alcohol.
We started prioritizing our mental health as we realized we could not show up for others in a compassionate manner if we were not regulated in our bodies and minds.
We both decided that we could no longer work the long hours we had been working in the stressful fields we had been working in.
We decided we wanted to move somewhere that valued work life balance, so we moved to a small town on the Mediterranean coast of Spain.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
The pandemic created some challenges at the beginning as we learned to share space and connect over technology.
However, after a few challenges figuring out the technology, we settled in and found that the work didn’t actually change that much.
In some ways it was better as it made it possible for me to work with a diverse population as I could now see clients anywhere in the world.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
I spoke to this previously, I think the pandemic really showed me how disconnected I was from myself, my own boundaries, and my own needs.
It showed me how the fast pace and pressure was not something I could sustain long term as it was creating emotional, mental, and physical stress.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
In my twenties and most of my thirties, I was a professional actor.
This helped prepare me for understanding others as acting requires you to listen with your whole being.
It’s about receiving from other actors what they offer and then co creating and experience for the audience.
However, in 2008, I had a calling to become some sort of healer.
I began studying at a psychic school and as I began to open up to a personal spiritual practice, I became overwhelmed and disoriented.
These new complex spiritual themes challenged everything I had been taught about being a human being, and they also connected me with my childhood trauma, which I had repressed.
This led me to study Depth Psychology and become a trauma therapist.
It also led me to become a Reiki Master and a Yoga Therapist.
I became interested in the intersectionality of neuroscience, psychology and spirituality.
I started working with clients in 2015 as a licensed marriage and family therapist.
Through all of my various educational endeavors, and my work with clients, I discovered that the healing component is our connection to the inner divinity within ourselves and the inter connectivity to something human beings have been trying to make sense of since the beginning of time.
Last December, I decided I didn’t want to work in the medical model any longer, so I closed my mental health private practice.
I spent last year writing a book on healing called The Divine Within: Healing Ourselves to Heal the World.
I am currently working with Atmosphere Press to publish my book.
I am in the process of transitioning to being a wellness spiritual coach, helping individuals connect to their inner divinity as a means of healing themselves using reiki, yoga, internal family systems theory, and somatic meditations.
I hope to open my private wellness coaching business in February of 2025.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
As I mentioned in 2008 I had a spiritual experience that changed my understanding of myself and the world.
I am still growing and learning from this experience.
The spiritual emergency that resulted from attending the psychic school, opening me up to the spirit world, and my childhood trauma, created an opportunity to heal complex aspects of myself.
It helped me develop deep compassion for the suffering of others.
It has taught me the importance of boundaries and advocating for my needs, while respecting the boundaries and the needs of others.
It has given me the gift of seeing that spirituality is deeply personal and only the individual practitioner knows what they need.
My ability to respect the free will of others without judgment has also been a gift, as I now want to collaborate with others on outcomes that benefit the highest good of all involved.
This includes the offerings I make to my clients, I never tell them what they should do, but offer suggestions of things that might help.
I guide them to listen to themselves to determine what offering they need at any given moment.
I also no longer feel I need to fix people as I see they are not broken, they are merely working through something.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I believe that my clients have guided themselves to find me and the teachings I offer.
I believe they already know what they need to heal themselves and to connect to their own spirituality.
I believe in empowering my clients to explore the various practices I offer, and encourage them to experiment with them and adapt them to what feels right for them.
I am merely a guide, helping them to remember what they have forgotten that they are divinely human.
Based on the goals that they have set for our time together, I tap into reiki and my connection to the spirit world and ask for guidance of what would help the client.
I also teach them how to tap into reiki and their own spiritual connection so they can learn to guide themselves on their journey.
I teach them how to listen to their body for cues of what is true for them, based on when their body feels calm, and their heart open and compassionate.
I teach them how to understand what their body, mind and emotions are trying to communicate when they are experiencing something other than a sense of calm, openness, and compassion.
I teach them how to re parent and heal the parts of themselves asking for assistance.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
The interconnectivity of spirituality, neuroscience and psychology.
I am trained in various disciplines and am able to hold space for people with different beliefs.
For example, I work with many clients that do not believe in the spirit world, yet they connect to something that they say feels loving, peaceful, and it helps them heal.
They still don’t believe it is the spirit world, but they know they feel better when they connect to this within themselves, and explaining the science of what they are tapping into helps them trust it.
Versus, others have profound experiences connecting to the spirit world and they have conversations with beings that live there, and for them this is deeply healing.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
They will learn how to recognize when their body needs help regulating and they will have the tools to regulate themselves.
They will learn how to observe their thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and beliefs from a distance and be the caretaker for those parts of themselves.
They will develop an understanding of their core beliefs and will have an opportunity to change them if they do not align with who they feel they are or what they want to experience.
They will become more compassionate and understanding and more open to collaborating with others.
They will develop a personal spiritual practice that is unique to their needs based on who they feel they are.
If they are interested in having a relationship with the spirit world, they will learn how to do so tapping into this energy for additional healing, support and guidance.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Yoga therapy, Reiki, shamanic journeying, mindfulness, meditation, active imagination, and internal family systems.
Although I do not offer mental health therapy and do not do trauma processing, I understand how this can be interconnected to my clients goals and I am trauma informed.
I can work in collaboration with their mental health therapist if they desire this.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
You are divinely human.
You are lovable, worthy and part of the whole.
Shine your uniqueness brightly, because our diversity strengthens the totality of what we are together.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
That I am a divine spiritual being having a human experience.
That although we all have different experiences on earth, at our core we all want the same things.
To be loved, to be safe, to be accepted, to be respected, to have autonomy.
That when we remember our interconnectivity to all of life, we can cause one another less harm and work together for the common good of all.
However, all of that can only happen if we heal the wounds in our unconscious and remember that all of creation is divine.
