Meet Life Coach Nancy Vandino-Singer:

find-life-coach-nancy-vandino-singer

Name: Nancy Vandino-Singer

Pillar: The Body

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to rebalance the body, detoxify, and achieve optimal health.

How they can help: By using at home lab testing to identify the root causes of symptoms and then creating personalized plans based on each client’s needs.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

We are doing much better, thank you.

The pandemic impacted many lives deeply, some lost loved ones, while others faced significant financial hardships.

My family and I were fortunate to navigate this challenging time by relocating to a new state and essentially starting afresh.

This move allowed us to reclaim our sense of freedom and refocus on what truly matters in life.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Many of my clients have struggled with poor health as a result of the pandemic.

High stress levels, poor sleep, and a decline in mental well being have been common challenges.

Losing loved ones, jobs, or businesses has taken a heavy toll on many people.

My family and I were also impacted by the pandemic, but we’ve been fortunate to find our footing again and are now in a much better place.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The pandemic taught me to trust my instincts, do thorough research before making decisions, and never let anyone pressure me into something that doesn’t feel right.

No one knows your body better than you.

Health and happiness are essential, and maintaining a positive mindset can truly transform your life.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I have over two decades of experience in the medical field, but during the pandemic, my perspective on Western medicine shifted significantly.

While I’ve always had a passion for helping people and seeing them healthy and happy, I realized that traditional medicine often treats symptoms rather than addressing the root cause.

This realization led me to pivot my career and become an integrative health practitioner.

Today, I focus on helping my clients achieve optimal health through personalized and holistic approaches.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

One of the biggest challenges I faced was making significant lifestyle changes while navigating personal struggles to become a mother.

That journey taught me resilience and the importance of perseverance, shaping the compassionate and driven person I am today.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I believe that bio individuality is key.

Every person is unique, and their experiences and symptoms vary greatly.

My approach begins with actively listening to my clients’ needs and concerns, and then crafting a personalized plan tailored to their specific goals and challenges.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My approach is rooted in truly listening to my clients’ needs and working collaboratively with them to develop a personalized plan.

This focus on individuality ensures that each client receives the care and guidance they deserve.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Many clients have experienced life changing benefits, such as weight loss, improved overall health, enhanced mental clarity, increased energy, and a renewed sense of well being.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes, I rely on tools such as at home lab testing to identify root causes of symptoms.

This allows me to create a personalized plan to rebalance the body, detoxify, and promote optimal health for my clients.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

I would share this quote by Laurie Buchanan:

“What you’re not changing, you are choosing.”

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I’ve learned is that procrastination robs you of your health and happiness.

Taking action, no matter how small, makes all the difference.

Your final thoughts?

I believe that the body is designed to heal itself.

By living a clean lifestyle, providing proper nutrition, and using high quality supplements, you can achieve remarkable results.

Educating people about the body’s innate ability to heal is one of my greatest passions, and I encourage everyone to invest in their health for a brighter future.

Find Life Coach | Meet Nattolie Chilton: How to Dissolve All Secrets That You Hide Within So You Can Align with Truth and Be Your Best Self?

Nattolie Chilton is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her passion and positivity.

Her path has been one of relentless self discovery and healing. Life is often a journey of challenges and transformation, and for her, it has been nothing short of a profound “Kintsugi Journey”, a life once broken, now beautifully pieced back together with strength and purpose.

Her early start began with a career in massage therapy without formal certification. From battling addiction, eating disorders, and deep rooted generational trauma, she managed to overcome many challenges that made her who she is today. Guided by Jungian teachings, spiritual psychology, and supernatural mentorship, she has turned her struggles into wisdom, culminating in her book Unsilenced Use Your Voice Words Hold Power, which chronicles her inspiring personal transformation.

Her unique coaching approach blends deep compassion with intuitive guidance, drawing from personal experience at “ground zero” and a firm belief in the power of spiritual truth. With tools such as hypnotherapy, storytelling, and holistic wellness practices, she creates a safe space for clients to rebuild their sense of self-worth and step into a life of authenticity and empowerment. Today, as a Truth Coach and Solution Focused Counselor, she passionately supports others in breaking free from secrets and self doubt. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Nattolie Chilton:

find-life-coach-nattolie-chilton

Name: Nattolie Chilton

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Body, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to stop keeping secrets from themselves, align with the truth of their soul, find peace and achieve wellbeing.

How they can help: By using her intuitive abilities, deep wellness knowledge, and compassionate guidance in combination with various tools and techniques, like storytelling and hypnotherapy, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

After the pandemic!? Relief.

We’re avid travelers and missed this the most, living in Northern Canada is pretty brutal! -40 at times.

Our first trip was to Vegas then Aruba.

Our family is still quite splintered due to the divisiveness of that era.

(Re)building bridges and seeing the need to be mindful to spend bonded time offline is the present focus.

The pandemic forged some powerful habits, some of them non optimal.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I had a few clients during Pandemic time, we were already working remotely.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

I’ve been a loner much of my life and avoided people for many good reasons!

Periodically, I felt as though my isolating habits were no longer serving me. I felt lonely.

The pandemic magnified an actual desire for human interaction.

When we were instructed to socialy distance, I had a classic mismatching reaction and immediately wanted to socialize more (Rebel at heart).

I got busy with an online somatic training process over nine months which provided a lot of connection which has served me very well by preparing me for my book(s) release(s), public speaking and podcasting.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

Life began broken and continued in that vein, so it’s been a Kintsugi Journey all along.

I was born in BC in the Kootenays, with a healing gift in my hands and a heart to love.

I always had a boss mentality, so I began a massage practice without certification at twenty!

I learned on the ropes.

Decades of addiction, eating disorders, and unresolved issues led to poor health and I began to seek answers.

I found some in Jungian teachings, Spiritual psychology and ultimately received supernatural mentorship from the Creator!

Multi generational trauma and its fallout, almost blew out my light, which I’ve chronicled over ten years in my newly released true story “Unsilenced Use Your Voice Words Hold Power“.

My book is a large part of my resume as a Truth Coach and Solution Focused Counselor (SFC).

How I began coaching:

After a near fatal encounter with mind control and bad people, the precious NLP seeds planted by Tony Robbins were activated which spurred me to begin immediate training intensively with Dr. Marilyn Atkinson over a six year period which put me somewhat back together.

I took the training for myself and it’s taken two decades to heal and arrive to a place of being empowered and whole.

I’m passionate to support others in getting free of secrets, in particular. Denial is darkness.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

‘What is wrong with you?’ was the top messaging I received.

This predictably led me to believe my identity was flawed and bad.

This relentless, congruent message formed a rock solid belief in an identity of worth | less | ness which I internalized.

It was the poison gift that kept giving until that lie was slayed by the Truth.

God doesn’t make any junk.

I needed to believe that I was a Divine and Loved Soul and it was a long difficult journey to internalize THAT.

Today, I know I’m loved (learning more every day on how to love me deeper and deeper) and know I hold as much value as anyone else.

The Supernatural communications I had, were needed, to shatter the lying (felt) belief that I was an unloved orphan.

In 2000 I saw the hand of God and in 2007 I heard across the Universe ‘I AM with you.’ A Massive Pattern Breaker!

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I work from a Compassion and Love model and had recent training with Anneke Lucas, a survivor of SRA.

What’s unique about my method is I ask the Spirit of Truth to lead and guide for ultimate outcomes.

Supernatural quickening of the process.

Because I’ve been to ground zero, clients can trust me.

Their unconscious mind tends to know I am safe.

I use hypnotherapy to assist in relaxation, so walls can begin to come down and a renewal of identity can emerge.

Storytelling (hypnotherapy) paints new realities and builds new pathways (grids) in the brain, heart and soul where brighter, new narratives of hope and faith can live.

Self belief can be very hard when someone has a lot of experience feeling like a failure and a great number of loss’ in life.

Victim detoxification is a huge piece, as is the holding of bitterness and unforgiveness which sits in the heart and I believe drives many physical heart conditions and even weight issues.

The brain and body are highly symbolic and an emotional or soul disturbance can physically manifest.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

Asking for Supernatural guidance from the Spirit of Truth is something I openly do and haven’t heard others speak of.

I’m an unreligious Jesus follower. Coolest most powerful man who ever lived.

As a highly creative and magical thinker, I’m open to walking on water literally and figuratively.

In the Quantum sense, these things are possible.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Admission of issues and happenings that nag the conscience will bring great relief and more peace than you’ve ever had.

Guaranteed.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I possess deep wellness knowledge and intuition to work at all levels… body, mind and spirit.

Nutrition, somatic exercise, high pH water, full spectrum light for mood disturbances…

Often, low tech solutions are overlooked, which can interfere significantly.

Working with trauma, addiction, and general overwhelm: small consistent steps, establishing safety, trust and support… all do wonders.

A voice assessment technology based on the lie detector test can be arranged with my trusted practitioner to provide a tangible emotional printout based on their own voice.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Divine Identity is inseparable from fulfilling Destiny.

To know and live the fullness of our Unique Destiny we must embrace and love EVERY part of who we are.

To fulfill our soul missions, we need full access to our Divine Identity blueprint which acts as Key to empower us to have the fulfillment we each desire.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Align with the truth.

I never told of the things that happened to me as a kid and beyond.

I began to share some of the things at twenty six, finally.

That initial stronghold of secret keeping acted like a magnet that drew other secrets to itself, into an inner vault of self which caused me great fragmentation of Identity.

Note to self and others:

Share the secrets with a safe person as soon as you realize you’re lying and hiding.

Lying can be a trauma response.

Lying is bondage ultimately.

Your final thoughts?

Be courageous.

Be honest.

I say honesty is the new sexy (tongue in cheek).

Lastly I’m incredibly honored to be invited by Life Coach Code to share in our personal growth evolutionary Journey!

May our Ripple Effects bring much refreshment to those desiring renewal and transformation.

Find Life Coach | Meet Desanka Ogrizovic: How to Feel Empowered and Encouraged So You Can Achieve Your Goals?

Desanka Ogrizovic is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her kindness and her client centered approach.

She has built a thriving career empowering women to break free from trauma and reclaim their lives. With a foundation as a counselor and psychic medium, she has evolved into an intuitive coach, using her unique gifts to guide her clients toward healing and self empowerment. By combining her deep intuitive abilities with a holistic counseling model, she’s been able to help women who have faced challenges like domestic violence and narcissistic abuse rediscover their strength and confidence.

She didn’t have an easy journey though. Like many, she faced personal obstacles, including a difficult divorce and the challenges of raising a child as a single mother. Yet, it was during these moments of adversity that she grew into the resilient and empowered woman she is today. Now, she is happily engaged and dedicated to helping others create lives filled with empowerment, independence, and growth.

She has a truly unique approach to coaching. Through her intuitive guidance cards and personalized approach, she’s leading her clients on transformative journeys that not only heal but also inspire long lasting change. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Desanka Ogrizovic:

find-life-coach-desanka-ogrizovic

Name: Desanka Ogrizovic

Pillar: The Spirit, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Anyone, especially women who wants to feel empowered and encouraged to go after and achieve their goals.

How they can help: By using her intuitive guidance cards and her intuitive abilities to read her clients, as well as adjust her approach based on each client’s needs.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

We are doing well.

Staying positive and resilient to undertake challenges as they arise.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I have been lucky as my practice is online so it did not affect whatsoever.

It is in these times that we are blessed to have technology such as the internet.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

To be kind and patient with yourself.

To stand up for what I believe in and not back down.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I started off as a counsellor and psychic medium (reading people and their photos).

I grew and developed my Intuition since then and grew a following.

I have stopped the psychic medium aspect of my career and honed in on my intuitive counselling abilities using a holistic model.

I became a coach to compliment my counselling, as I have helped many women to become empowered, women who have gone through trauma, DV and narciccistic abuse.

I also provide workshops.

My mentor and friend Renee MacDonald approached me with her coaching course and it opened my eyes to the opportunities.

It was then I decided that becoming an empowernment coach along with my counselling will help even more people grow and achieve results in all aspects of their lives.

I have definitely grown as a person over time.

Life has blossomed for me and I want the same for others.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

When I stopped caring about what my community and people thought of me… also my divorce and becoming a single mother.

Now I am happily engaged to a wonderful man.

But for good 11 years of my life, post divorce has been difficult, challenging and rewarding all at the same time.

I grew into a strong, independent and resilient woman.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I utilise my intuitive abilities and holistic approach along with my self made positive guidance cards to help guide the individual.

My clients have found that my guidance cards help tie everything at the end of each session.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My Intuition and the ability to connect with individuals through my holistic approach.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Clients have said that they feel empowered and confident because they have been heard.

They say that someone believed in them and that encouraged them to go ahead and achieve bigger and greater things in their lives.

I have countless reviews on Facebook and Instagram.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I have my intuitive guidance cards, my intuitive abilities to read my clients.

I don’t use a particular strategy, tool or technique, I go by what the client needs at that point in time.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Trust yourself and back yourself 100% because you are in charge of your own destiny.

You are your biggest fan, so don’t be your greatest enemy.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

To trust yourself and back yourself 100%.

Your final thoughts?

Don’t ever limit yourself and diminish who you are and what you are capable of.

When you hit rock bottom, the only way left is up.

Don’t be ashamed of asking for help because everyone has been there.

Give praise and gratitude for the smallest things each day.

And remember, it’s OK to feel vulnerable, but don’t be a victim in your life.

Your life is to live and achieve, set goals for yourself.

Your journey is your own.

Believe in you!

The Science of Yoga and the Path to Self Discovery

Is it really sufficient to label yoga as merely a science?

While science can be wielded for both noble and nefarious purposes, can spirituality truly transcend these boundaries?

Just look around at the myriad of fraudsters who, at times, seem to possess extraordinary abilities.

This begs the question: if spirituality can be manipulated, should we engage with it at all unless it serves a higher purpose?

Perhaps it’s time we reevaluate what we define as “good.”

Understanding Good and Evil in Yoga

In my experience working with clients, I’ve seen how their identities, relationships, lifestyles, and life paths profoundly shape their understanding of what is good or bad at any given moment.

What may seem beneficial today could be detrimental tomorrow.

This ambiguity suggests that when navigating transitions in life, we must help individuals find their own path to understanding.

The Transformative Power of Yogic Practices

Transformative-Yoga

Here’s the compelling part: practices such as yoga, breathing exercises, and chanting offer a gateway to a calmer, more reflective state of being.

This transformative experience cannot be strictly categorized as good or evil, it’s an opportunity for personal choice.

When individuals seek guidance, turning to a trained, qualified, ethically driven professional increases the likelihood that they will learn to cultivate goodness within themselves.

Techniques that Promote Balance

Let’s consider the yogic approach, which incorporates elements like chakras, kundalini shakti, and hypnotherapy.

These practices foster empathy, alignment, and balance while activating various aspects of consciousness, including the gamma frequency.

This activation not only encourages individuals to seek out that uplifting feeling again but also lays the aspirational groundwork for a balanced life.

Many people, particularly those grappling with trauma, find themselves trapped in a cycle of survival, often for too long.

We must acknowledge that not everyone has the same capacity to adapt, especially when mental health challenges are at play.

Working with Professionals in High Stress Environments

Take, for example, the corporate professionals I often work with.

You might think I would shy away from those who seem overly materialistic, but that’s far from the case.

I constantly grapple with whether I’m simply helping them excel at work, boosting their self esteem, or guiding them to confront the underlying issues that led them into such a lifestyle.

The truth is, it’s often a blend of both.

Many professionals in high pressure environments, such as finance and education, reveal a concerning lack of childhood memories, suggesting significant emotional blocking.

Those who are unaware of their trauma may not be ideal candidates for hypnotherapy until they confront and work through these issues.

Moreover, the number of people who have been traumatized has increased since the pandemic.

However, when we can combine innovative hypnotherapy techniques with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we can empower individuals working in high stakes settings to regain balance and resilience.

Navigating Identity and Ethics in Yoga

Many clients possess strong religious ties and don’t necessarily seek spiritual guidance, but reaffirming their core values can be incredibly beneficial.

Given the current challenges surrounding religion and politics in the United States, it’s crucial for professionals to remain open to diverse perspectives.

This raises another important question: what if a client’s identity is operating in an immoral or unethical manner?

In such cases, it’s essential to recognize when a different level of care is needed.

Ultimately, individuals have the agency to choose their providers, and many have sought my insights during pivotal moments, like the 2024 election.

The Connection Between Yoga and Self Discovery

Science-of-Yoga-and-the-Path-to-Self-Discovery

The intersection of yoga, spirituality, and personal growth is a powerful arena where individuals can unlock their potential.

By fostering an environment of understanding and support, we can help them navigate the complexities of their journeys, leading to a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Embracing the transformative power of these practices paves the way for profound personal change.

The journey of self discovery through yoga is deeply intertwined with the broader exploration of identity and awareness.

While yoga offers a pathway to personal transformation by aligning the mind, body, and spirit, it also provides an opportunity to confront deeper, often unconscious aspects of ourselves.

Transitioning to Deeper Self Awareness

As individuals explore the realms of yoga and spirituality, they often encounter deeper layers of self awareness.

This journey can unveil unconscious biases that have long influenced their perceptions and behaviors.

Recognizing these biases is a crucial step toward holistic growth, allowing individuals to integrate newfound insights with their evolving sense of self.

By cultivating mindfulness and introspection, they can begin to identify patterns that no longer serve them, paving the way for genuine transformation.

Recognizing Unconscious Bias

In the intricate tapestry of human experience, unconscious bias weaves its threads subtly yet powerfully, shaping perceptions, behaviors, and interactions.

This bias often manifests in ways that are deeply ingrained, often without our awareness.

For many, the recognition of these biases is the first step toward meaningful change.

However, there exists a poignant reality: for those who choose not to confront these biases, the potential for growth and understanding remains tragically unrealized.

This is particularly evident in marginalized communities, such as the LGBTQ community, where societal shame can stifle authenticity, expression, and the quest for self acceptance.

Overcoming Shame and Embracing Identity

Embrace-Identity

Shame, particularly within the LGBTQ community, casts a long shadow.

It can create a sense of resignation, where individuals almost come to expect that life will be riddled with challenges and opposition.

This expectation is a reflection of broader societal issues, including the misogyny that permeates our culture.

The pervasive belief that anything feminine or perceived as “inferior” can be manipulated and demeaned is not just an attack on women but also extends to those who challenge traditional gender norms and identities.

In this complex landscape, the fight for self identity becomes a powerful, yet often painful, journey.

Cultivating a Strong Sense of Self

To navigate this landscape, a strong sense of self is vital.

When one cultivates an understanding of their identity, they claim a unique perspective that transforms how they engage with the world.

This idea resonates with the teachings of Ramana Maharshi, who, when asked about the meaning of life, poignantly inquired, “Who is asking?”

This profound question beckons us to delve beneath the surface of our actions and reactions.

When we lack awareness of our own motivations, we risk becoming trapped in a cycle of unconscious behavior, echoing the sentiments of Karen Horney in her exploration of neurosis.

Progressing Toward Self Awareness

Yet, amidst this struggle, there is hope.

Every small act of opening up, every moment of vulnerability, represents a step toward progress.

The question arises: what is the value of progress if it does not seem to create tangible change?

While progress may seem limited within the confines of our immediate reality, it may resonate across dimensions we cannot yet always perceive.

The interconnectedness of our experiences suggests that even minor advancements in self awareness and acceptance ripple outward, influencing not only our lives but also the collective consciousness.

The Role of Conscious Integrative Therapy (CIT)

Conscious Integrative Therapy (CIT) provides a holistic framework for addressing the interplay of unconscious bias, emotional trauma, and personal growth.

By combining mindfulness practices, cognitive restructuring, and emotional regulation techniques, CIT helps individuals achieve greater self awareness and resilience.

CIT emphasizes:

  1. Identifying and addressing unconscious patterns.
  2. Cultivating present moment awareness.
  3. Releasing deeply rooted emotional blockages.

Through CIT, individuals can integrate their unconscious experiences with conscious awareness, bridging the gap between their internal world and external behaviors.

This approach complements yoga and hypnotherapy by fostering a deeper connection to oneself and promoting long term transformation.

Find more about CIT here!

Conclusion: Embracing the Journey

The interplay between unconscious bias, societal shame, and individual identity requires a compassionate understanding of the struggles faced by marginalized communities, as well as a recognition of the importance of personal growth and self discovery.

By choosing to confront our biases and embracing our unique identities, we can contribute to a more inclusive and empathetic world.

As we navigate this journey together, we must remember that every small act of progress matters, fostering connections that transcend the limitations of our immediate reality and resonate across the greater picture of human experience.

Find Life Coach | Meet Dr. Robert (Bob) Wright: How to Find Fulfillment, Establish Deeper Relationships, and Have a Clear Purpose?

Dr. Robert Wright is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his passion, expertise, and professionalism.

He is a pioneer in coaching methodologies and human emergence technologies. Imagine being at the forefront of human potential for over five decades, guiding individuals and organizations through profound transformations. That’s Dr. Bob, a “Golden Standard” when it comes to coaching.

He began his journey in the 1970s, mastering techniques like Gestalt and Psychodrama. Since then, he has devoted his life to helping others unlock their full potential, navigate challenges, and create lasting, meaningful change. Now, together with his wife, they are helping thousands of people all around the world to live a life of higher quality.

He has a very unique approach to coaching. His tools and teachings have empowered clients to evolve from their first professional roles to positions of prominence, all while living fuller, more purposeful lives. Here is what he said…

Meet Life Coach Dr. Robert Wright:

find-life-coach-dr-robert-wright

Name: Dr. Robert J. Wright, MSW, MCC

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants a well rounded life, greater fulfillment, deeper relationships, and a clearer sense of purpose.

How they can help: By using various methodologies and frameworks, tools, and techniques like Adlerian Lifestyle Analysis, strategic planning and execuction… you can find more about his methodologies and frameworks in his books.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

Thank you for asking.

My family and I are doing well, and we’re grateful for the strength and perspective we’ve gained during these challenging times.

It’s been a chance to deepen our connections and focus on what truly matters.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic brought about tremendous uncertainty, and for many of my clients, it was a time of grappling with change, loss, and the unknown.

But it also presented opportunities to pivot, adapt, and redefine priorities.

For me personally, it reinforced the importance of resilience and adaptability, qualities I emphasize in my work.

It also deepened my appreciation for the human capacity to rise above challenges, to find meaning even in difficult times, and to keep moving forward with purpose.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

I don’t subscribe to the idea of ‘biggest lessons’… life is an ongoing process of learning and growing.

The pandemic, like any major challenge, served as a vivid reminder of the value of staying present, focusing on the lessons right in front of us, and approaching them with full effort and a healthy dose of self skepticism.

These principles have always guided my work, and the circumstances only deepened my commitment to living them moment by moment.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I fell in love with fulfilling human potential in the 1970s.

Back then, I was introduced to and became a trainer in various methodologies, including Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Bioenergetics, and Psychodrama.

These tools opened my eyes to the power of transformation, not just in individuals but in relationships and organizations.

Over time, I realized that my passion wasn’t just in understanding these tools but in helping others unlock their full potential and live lives of greater purpose and fulfillment.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I’ve been blessed to meet and be trained by some of the best in the world, and that privilege shaped who I am today.

But I also felt a profound responsibility to pass those blessings on to others… whether through coaching, training, or our best selling books.

The biggest obstacle was learning to fully embrace that responsibility while continually growing myself, staying humble, and recognizing that the journey of transformation is ongoing.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I view myself primarily as an educator.

My goal is to empower my clients with a clear understanding of what they’re doing, why they’re doing it, and how to sustain their growth.

To achieve this, I’ve spent years doing extensive iterative research to develop tools that integrate the best of human emergence technologies.

These tools not only help clients take charge of their development but also make them better consumers of their own growth, capable of navigating their unique paths with clarity and confidence.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

Few coaches have had the privilege of working with clients over decades, guiding them from their first jobs to positions of national and international prominence.

This long term engagement has given me unparalleled insights into the arc of human development.

My approach integrates higher purpose, vision holding, strategic planning, tactical execution, and daily discipline.

It’s a blend of big picture thinking and actionable steps that helps clients transform their lives holistically.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

I lead my clients to a full, well rounded life… greater fulfillment, deeper relationships, and a clearer sense of purpose.

These outcomes are reflected in the two best selling books I COauthored with my wife and partner, Dr. Judith Wright, “The Heart of the Fight“, which explores how navigating conflicts can bring people closer together…

And “Transformed! The Neuroscience of Changing Your Life for the Better, Forever“, which delves into our research into great lives and how that research can help create lasting, meaningful change in our own lives.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I use a variety of tools, but it all begins with Adlerian Lifestyle Analysis, which helps clients understand the patterns driving their behaviors.

From there, we move into planning, visioning, and strategic execution.

For more details, I encourage you to explore our books… they offer a wealth of insight into the frameworks and methodologies we use.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Learn, Grow, and Serve!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

I’ve learned to avoid ‘greatest’ questions… and perhaps that’s one of the greatest lessons itself!

Life isn’t about one ultimate insight… it’s a series of ongoing lessons, each shaping us in different ways.

What stands out most to me is the importance of staying open to those lessons, finding opportunities for growth in every situation, and embracing the process of becoming, rather than seeking a single defining moment.

Your final thoughts?

Thank you for this opportunity to share.

Transformation is an ongoing journey, and I’m honored to be a part of it with the many clients, readers, and learners I’ve had the privilege to work with.

Together, we can keep learning, growing, and creating lives of greater purpose and meaning.

Find Life Coach | Meet Stephanie Weiss: How to Uncage and Embark On The Journey Home!?

Stephanie Weiss is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her passion and dedication.

Her career originally started in Business Administration and Finance, but she made a pivotal shift in 2009 toward healthy living and alternative healing. After becoming certified in Buteyko breathing and Ayurveda, and experiencing a powerful spiritual awakening in 2013, she found her true calling in coaching.

Her path wasn’t easy. The obstacles she has faced, have only strengthened her resolve to help others overcome their own struggles and discover their life purpose. What sets her coaching apart is her intuitive and energy based approach. Instead of following a rigid methodology, she tunes into the unique frequency of each client, connecting with their soul to guide them on their most aligned path.

Her deeply personal and spiritual approach has allowed her clients to gain clarity, build confidence, and embrace their inner strength. With a foundation of unconditional love and acceptance, she creates an environment where clients are empowered to reconnect with their soul and true essence so they can take charge of their journeys toward healing and purpose. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Stephanie Weiss:

Find-Life-Coach-Stephanie-Weiss-Logo

Name: Stephanie Weiss, aka Spirit of White

Pillar: The Spirit

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to find out which life path to follow and gain the knowledge and strength to be guided by their own soul so they can take charge of their journey.

How they can help: By using various tools and techniques that are aligned with each client’s needs.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

The pandemic did not affect me or my family significantly.

When you focus your awareness and energy inward and remain heart centered, external circumstances no longer have as much impact on you.

You begin to see the positive aspects of whatever life presents and recognize opportunities for growth in every situation.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic has never been a topic in any of my coaching sessions.

It barely affected me personally, as I consciously refuse to let external distractions interfere with my life.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The most valuable lesson one should have learned is to turn inward and find inner peace.

It’s also an opportunity to identify areas in life that need change and improvement.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I grew up in the beautiful city of Hamburg, Germany.

My career initially began with university studies in Business Administration and Finance, followed by work in Financial Analysis.

However, in 2009, I ventured into the field of healthy living and alternative healing.

Over the following years, I became a certified Buteyko breathing practitioner and delved into the principles of Ayurveda.

During this time, I fundamentally transformed my own life, questioning societal dogmas and exploring new paradigms.

In 2013, I experienced a rapid spiritual awakening that propelled me into energy work, reality research, and the expansion of consciousness.

While I connected with the right people along the way, much of my competence came from a deep, intuitive knowing.

Coaching naturally emerged as a central part of my work.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Throughout my life, I have faced numerous obstacles, which I often refer to as the “invisible shark.”

These challenges became more intense as I advanced in my international work.

One of the most significant obstacles was a severe interstate car crash in April 2024.

It was a long and harrowing experience where I knew my response would determine the outcome.

In that moment, I held not only my own life but also the lives of others in my hands.

I placed my trust in the belief that we are untouchable and always safe, but my physical and emotional resilience was pushed to its limits.

The recovery process is ongoing, requiring me to become my own healer and navigate the consequences of the crash, including relocating from France to Germany for a year.

This experience reinforced the importance of discovering my life purpose and pursuing it with unwavering perseverance.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I tune into the frequency of my clients, gaining insight into the astral energies surrounding them and communicating directly with their soul.

Guided by my own essence, I intuitively provide advice on the most aligned and beneficial path forward.

The comforting energies present during the session inspire clients to trust their hearts and take meaningful steps toward their goals.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I don’t follow a specific approach, everything I offer comes intuitively from within, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

A sense of clarity about which life path to follow, always keeping the spiritual afterlife in mind.

Clients gain the knowledge and strength to be guided by their own soul and follow their heart.

They become aware of their sovereignty and powerful existence, empowered to practice self help and take charge of their journey.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

A high frequency and a safe, trustworthy soul connection.

An atmosphere filled with the omnipotence of love, embodying unconditional love and complete acceptance.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

In the end, the ultimate measure of achievement, what I like to call the “account of love”, will be based on how much love and service you have given to others rather than to yourself.

So, look around and treat others with kindness, while also taking the utmost care of yourself.

One sweet day

I will never forget on how you have treated me,
one sweet day you will see.
I speak about honor, decency and pride,
and to find solutions and do what is right.
If you have unconditionally and kindly served me
and you eased my burden and nurtured my esprit,
when you did it with an open heart,
sort of individual kindness art.
The golden carpet might be roled out for you,
when you get the “highest” review.

Copyright by Stephanie Weiss 10.12.2024

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

To never ever give up.

Stand up for what is right, even if it’s not the easiest path.

No matter how deeply you fall, rise with pride and keep moving forward.

Your final thoughts?

With love in the heart, nothing is all, and with a crying heart, all is nothing.

It is never too late to change your path and to head towards the right direction.

The holy pilgrim

Oh Aeons, the holy pilgrim has begun,
let us travel home, far beyond the galactic sun.
Where the doors to eternity are wide open,
where unconditional love is unbroken.
When you turned back into your almighty spirit form,
and dropped your holographic body uniform.
The right path lies ahead,
the panem vitae will serve you as your bread.
Listen to your heart and it will sing
and the joyful delight it will bring.
Your heart will serve as a protective guard,
while you pridely move towards the golden yard.
When the true brothers and sisters rejoice together,
to rest in unconditional love forever.

How to Build a Mindset of Champions: Clear the Ground for Greatness!

By Charles Barnard, founder of Success Institutes.

The heavy equipment rolled in.

There was digging, blasting, more digging, and more blasting.

The engineers were on site to make sure the excavation for the new bridge across the rocky ravine was progressing along and the obstacles were being removed so they could lay the firm foundation.

Before building a bridge, the ground gets excavated so the foundation can be properly laid.

It is no different if we are going to build the mindset of a champion bridge that will allow you to easily leave the land of quiet desperation and move to the land of success and contentment.

Before trying to build that mindset, clearing obstacles needs to be done.

A growth mindset is essential to live in this land of success and contentment and is characterized by the following traits:

Core belief: Intelligence can be developed

Which leads to a desire to learn and therefor a tendency to…

  1. Embrace challenges
  2. Persist in the face of setbacks
  3. Sees effort as a path to mastery
  4. Learns from criticism
  5. Finds lessons and inspiration in the success of others

As a result people with a growth mindset attain higher levels of achievement.

At Success Institutes we argue that the core belief goes beyond the idea that intelligence can be developed.

That is too narrow.

The core belief really is that I am at cause.

In other words, I am the one who determines what I do about whatever situation I find myself in whether that situation was brought on by my own actions and decisions or whether I am where I am because of something that happened outside my control.

The person with a mindset of a champion says: it doesn’t matter how I got here, what matters is what I do with it.

That is a profound shift in thinking from someone who has what Carol Dwek calls a fixed mindset.

If someone wants to build that growth mindset or mindset of a champion, it is obviously best to first “clear the ground” so they can properly lay the foundation and then build the bridge (mindset).

Clearing The Ground to Build The Bridge

Clear-the-Ground-for-Greatness

Mindset transformation begins with removing the unconscious obstacles that prevent people from optimizing their potential.

In fact, simply clearing the ground is often enough for a person to begin experiencing those characteristics listed above.

Our argument is that there is much more to being a champion than just those traits, but you most definitely can’t go wrong with those alone.

The success of our Mindset Transformation programs, as well as our other programs, is due to the fact we apply HEAT to the problem.

Applying HEAT

HEAT stands for Habits, Emotions, Attitude, Training.

The approach is designed to train the habits, emotional management, and attitude that makes up the mindset of a champion.

Over seventy days, the Transformative Habits Integration program will focus on building morning and evening rituals that provide components essential for first attaining and them maintaining emotional mastery while then providing a structured time for further mindset training.

Most approaches to personal achievement and growth focus on tools of motivation and goal setting.

These are very important tools which need to be taught, but if you don’t first clear the ground you are laying the foundation on, the improperly prepared ground can cause disastrous consequences in the long run.

The metaphor we use is that all of us, like the ghost Marley from A Christmas Carol, carry an invisible chain of all the limiting decisions or beliefs and undealt negative emotions.

The old approach provides us a vehicle (some better than others) to move forward, but doesn’t typically address the chain that we are lugging around.

Our Mindset Transformation trainings are about locating and removing all these invisible chains and giving you a vehicle to move you forward.

The process we use can reap great rewards.

Take The Case of Andy.

Andy was a student who did poorly in school academically and was socially awkward.

By using the HEAT method and reframing his limiting decisions around school, in particular math, he was able to gain two math grades in less than a year and went from the 10th percentile (90% of his peers scored higher) on a nationally normed math test to the 50th percentile.

He also “made way more friends” than he ever did before and started competing on the track team.

The process is incredibly affective with athletes as well.

Take The Case of Mark

Mark, who was went from being an “average” pitcher on a Division III program in his first two years of college to being the ace of the staff and not losing a game over his last two years.

Mark even played two years of professional baseball.

Mark had some serious limiting decisions that were literally sabotaging his success.

His coach saw his potential but couldn’t seem to untap it.

By reframing and clearing past limiting beliefs (in this case it was the belief that a small town kids would never really be able to compete with the “big boys from away”) and negative emotions (fear), Mark was able to maximize his God given abilities.

Imagine the impact releasing the deeply held unconscious beliefs that so many students develop which limit their ability.

Beliefs like, “I’m not good at…”, “I am a [negative]…” “I can’t do…” and so on.

Most teens and most adults, don’t even know most of their “I am not” or “I cannot statements”.

Most people also are never taught how to use some powerful emotional management tools to healthily deal with stress, so they can be much more productive.

The “Snowflake” Generation

The American Psychological Association reports that:

  1. 10% of teens say stress causes them to get lower grades than they think they can get
  2. 59% say balancing all their activities causes stress
  3. 40% say they neglect home responsibilities due to stress.
  4. 40% say they’re irritable due to stress
  5. 37% said stress causes them to feel overwhelmed
  6. 36% say they feel tired because of stress.
  7. 30% say they feel sad or depressed because of stress.

Think about those numbers for a minute and then think about your own life.

Stress is a part of life, yet stress can have devastating consequences for your health and your performance at school, on the job, or any area of your life.

Unfortunately, there are too many people out there who think that removing the stressors or giving students a place to “feel safe” is the solution…

It isn’t.

In fact, it is crippling teens.

Far too many teens feel fear and fold, feel worry and wilt, feel sad and surrender.

This phenomena is why the term “snowflake” came into being.

The solution is to train them to appropriately deal with the stressors.

That is what builds champions.

We Need Change In The Educational System

The personal development industry is a billion dollar industry.

High achievers spend thousands of dollars on coaches and seminars and training programs.

If high achievers know it is vital for their success, why do we ignore it as part of the educational development of teens?

Shouldn’t it be a foundational component like math, science, social studies, and English Language Arts?

When school is supposed to be their priority, their profession, wouldn’t that be the BEST opportunity for them to partake of this type of training?

Of course it would!

If you are a parent wouldn’t a training program that helps prepare your child mentally to deal with life’s challenges be priceless?!

You know it would.

You also know it would be worth at least as much as your average college level class, don’t you?

If you are going to invest on average over $160,000 on their four year college education, wouldn’t it be wise to hedge your investment with mindset training, the real key for getting the most value out of your education?

We certainly think so.

Meet Rahul Jaykar: A Scammer Pretending to Care!

1

Rahul Jaykar is one of the “coaches” that we found this month and he agreed to do an interview with us.

We clearly stated that the interview is 39USD for him, we remove all fees but the editing fee we cannot remove. He needed to pay just the editing fee. We did our fair share of trust and we agreed to publish his interview before he pays the fee.

He gave us the answers, we published, and after he shared his article (this one) everywhere, he said “sorry but I cannot pay”.

“I don’t have paypal.”

Ok we gave him a link to pay with a card.

He said “I don’t have a card”, he said “I don’t have anything, I cannot pay”.

This is AFTER we edited his answers, published the article, and after he shared it EVERYWHERE on his social media and got approximately 300 reads.

It’s like going to a donut shop, getting a donut, eating it, and saying “I don’t have a card, I don’t have anything, I cannot pay”.

Shamelessly.

And after I went out of my way to help him and offer him a time period of however long he needs to sort his finances, he decided to report us.

If he does this to his business and people who trusted him enough to say he can pay after we publish the interview, what he will do to his clients?

Most of his answers were AI generated, and he claims to be successful but he cannot pay a service he agreed on for 39USD?!

DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY, HIS TEACHINGS ARE NOT BASED ON ANYTHING.

We will not remove this text, let it serve as a warning for people to not fool themselves and work with this scammer!

This is the full interview:

Meet Rahul Jaykar:

Scam-Coach-Meet-Rahul-Jaykar

Name: Rahul Jaykar

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

I and my family have been doing well after the pandemic.

While the world faced challenges, we remained resilient, focusing on mental and emotional well being to overcome the difficult times.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic had a profound impact on my clients, especially with issues like increased stress, relationship challenges, and emotional well being struggles.

Many individuals and couples faced a sense of isolation, and I had to adapt my coaching methods to offer support during these uncertain times.

Personally, it pushed me to innovate further, moving many of my sessions online and developing new ways to connect with clients virtually.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The pandemic taught me the importance of resilience and adaptability.

It showed me that life is unpredictable, and being able to pivot and adjust to circumstances is crucial.

I also learned the value of emotional health and how essential it is to stay connected with others, even if physically distant.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I’m a life coach and entrepreneur.

I initially pursued a BA.LL.B degree and worked in law and technology, but I realized that my true calling was in life coaching.

I started my coaching journey after feeling unfulfilled in my earlier career.

I found my passion in empowering others and helping them discover their potential, leading me to specialize in relationship coaching.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

My biggest obstacle was realizing that despite achieving academic and professional success (sure buddy, extremely successful person who cannot pay 39USD editorial fee), I wasn’t fulfilled.

It took me time to recognize that I was seeking purpose, not just success (you didn’t found any success I’d say).

This realization was a pivotal turning point in my life, allowing me to shift my focus toward coaching and personal development, which gave me the fulfillment I had been missing.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I innovate by integrating various disciplines such as mental health, financial freedom, and personal development into my coaching.

I also conduct workshops and seminars to reach a broader audience.

I create personalized coaching strategies for my clients, blending traditional methods with modern techniques to foster growth and transformation.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My coaching approach is unique because it focuses on holistic transformation.

I not only work on professional growth but also on mental health, emotional well being, and relationship dynamics.

I tailor my sessions to each individual’s needs, providing actionable steps for them to break through personal barriers and live a fulfilling life.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Clients who work with me experience improved emotional well being, stronger relationships, and a clearer sense of direction in life.

They gain confidence, overcome limiting beliefs, and find purpose.

Many clients report feeling more balanced, empowered, and in control of their lives after our sessions.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes, I use various tools such as personalized coaching frameworks, action plans, journaling exercises, and mindfulness techniques.

I also incorporate technology like video calls and digital workshops to ensure I stay connected with my clients and offer them a flexible coaching experience.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

True success lies in finding your purpose and living authentically. (great quote but I don’t think you have the credibility to say that, anyway, I guess ChatGPT was very helpful in generating you these answers)

Don’t just chase achievements, pursue what makes you happy and aligned with your values.

You have the power to change your life and make a difference in the world, believe in yourself.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I’ve learned is that true success isn’t about external achievements, it’s about living a life that aligns with your values and passions.

Purpose driven work leads to fulfillment, and it’s the inner strength and connection that ultimately define our happiness.

Your final thoughts?

My journey as a life coach has been about empowering others to lead purposeful, meaningful lives.

I’m constantly learning and evolving, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives.

My mission is to continue helping others break free from limitations and embrace their fullest potential.

Life is a journey, and we all have the power to shape it.”
