Whether it’s the state of our finances, our jobs, our health, or the safety of loved ones, it can feel overwhelming.
On a broader scale, we may even worry about larger issues like the environment and global destruction.
But why do we worry so much?
What is at the root of this behavior?
Understanding The Root of Worry
Worry often manifests as a tangled mix of thoughts and feelings about something going wrong.
But what does “wrong” really mean?
It’s typically defined by our expectations, what we hope will happen versus what we fear might happen.
Underlying this worry is fear, the fear that our expectations won’t be met.
For example, if a loved one is sick, we might worry about their recovery.
Why?
Because we fear they may not get well or that complications might arise.
This fear leads us into a spiral of worrying thoughts and emotions that ultimately steal our peace.
The Nature of Fear
Fear arises when we think that our expectations might not come true.
But here’s the crucial point: our thoughts about things not working out are often based on false evidence.
This concept is captured in the acronym “F.E.A.R.” | False Evidence Appearing Real.
So much of our worry comes from these imagined scenarios that aren’t grounded in reality.
When fear sets in, it triggers the cycle of worry, which robs us of our inner peace.
Cultivating Peace to Overcome Worry
On the flip side, when we cultivate peace within ourselves, we invite clarity.
Peace enables us to remain calm in the face of uncertainty, rather than being consumed by fear.
It allows us to be okay with whatever outcome arises, knowing that we are strong enough to handle whatever comes our way.
The practice of cultivating peace is a powerful antidote to the stress of worry and fear.
By developing a peaceful mindset, we can flow with life, accepting both the challenges and rewards that come our way, without getting lost in anxiety.
A Guided Peace Practice:
To begin the process of cultivating peace, let’s engage in a brief practice.
Find a quiet place and follow these steps:
1. Close your eyes and check in with your body. Are you relaxed?
2. Take a deep breath, letting your body relax even further.
3. Take another deep breath, and set aside all the tasks, responsibilities, and worries that fill your mind.
4. Take another breath and be open to the experience of peace.
5. Gently allow your attention to drop into your heart center. This is less about forcing relaxation and more about letting go—returning your focus to where your attention rises from in the first place.
6. As you breathe evenly, don’t worry if your attention wanders. Simply notice and gently bring it back to rest in the heart center.
This simple practice can help you center yourself and return to a state of peace, especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed by worry.
When you catch yourself worrying, take a step back.
Rather than fighting against the worry, which often makes matters worse, choose to return to peace.
This shift in perspective, choosing what you want (peace) instead of fighting what you don’t want (worry), can make all the difference in your daily experience.
The next time worry creeps in, remember that you have the power to choose peace.
By returning to this state, you align with what you truly want and allow that peace to guide you through life’s challenges.
May peace be with you wherever you are in the world.

Saria Anikaria is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her deep wisdom and strength of character.
She transformed her life through the power of shamanic healing and natural medicine, emerging from a journey of trauma, burnout, and personal loss with newfound strength and purpose. After experiencing profound changes in her own life (healing from anxiety, complex PTSD, and stress) she was inspired to help others do the same.
She realized that this type of healing is not just about the trauma, it improves almost every area of your life. As a single mother of three, her own healing not only improved her well being but also deepened her connection with her children, paving the way for her to discover her true calling as a coach.
She founded the Shamanic Breakthrough Healing Method, a unique blend of ancient shamanic practices and modern psychotherapy techniques, which empowers her clients to release trauma, break free from limiting patterns, and embrace their true potential. Through a holistic approach focused on the mind, body, heart, and energy, she guides people on a transformative journey, helping them build confidence, reconnect with their purpose, and cultivate lasting healing. Here is what she said…
Meet Life Coach Saria Anikaria:
Name: Saria Anikaria
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Body, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to heal from past trauma and reconnect with the love that surrounds us.
How they can help: By using ancient shamanic energy practices, intertwining them with somatic energy release and deep rooted rewilding.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
When the pandemic started, it was very stressful for me and my girls.
We lost many people and shifted our lives from full time managers and the normal school system to homeschooling and online coaching work.
I was on the verge of burnout and stress exhaustion.
When the pandemic started, it allowed me to look inward and see what was really missing in our lives.
My finances had changed and shifted, and we didn’t know what was safe to eat or how to live under the stress of the pandemic.
My children and I began homeschooling, and I took on coaching full time from home.
It was a very stressful shift, but I knew this was going to help us heal and set us on a natural path to wholeness and freedom.
The financial change and the schedule change were probably the hardest for me and the girls.
It took us a few years to get used to a different lifestyle.
Now, we have honored and tuned in fully to organic gardening, natural medicine, and natural healing methods.
It took some adjusting, but after some time, it’s been nice to slow down and reconnect to a slower, more conscious way of living.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
Yes, it affected everyone in one way or another.
My clients experienced burnout and a lack of purpose, vision, or passion.
The pandemic gave them the permission and time to make changes in their lives.
It gave them space to evaluate their lives and take healing and time into their own hands.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
The biggest lesson I learned from the pandemic was to slow down and feel life again.
Western society is very fast paced and disconnected from the world around it.
I was able to see how reconnecting with the natural rhythms of the earth changes stress levels and calms the nervous system.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
During the first year of the pandemic, I took a deep rooted natural medicine healing course.
It taught me the energy of healing with natural herbal medicine and trauma energy healing.
After a few months, I saw a huge change in my life and the lives of my children.
It transformed our lives completely.
My anxiety was gone, my stress was gone, and I had healed from deep rooted burnout and complex PTSD from the past.
On top of that, it improved communication between me and my children, allowing us to grow in love and connection.
I felt I had found the secrets to healing, and I just had to share them with others.
I took a two year extensive coaching certification and business fundamentals course.
These classes helped me learn the foundational tools for coaching and the fundamentals of heart centered leadership.
They guided me in helping people heal from trauma in four ways: mind, body, heart, and energy.
This approach gave them the foundations and pillars of healing, freedom, and change.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
When my youngest daughter was born, my mom passed away, and my baby sister was 17.
This opened up a lot of stress, and past trauma came swimming to the surface of my life.
It led me to some poor choices in relationships, and a few years later, I was navigating my way out of a domestic abuse situation.
My three girls and I had to leave our home and family and start completely over.
It was a very life changing experience.
This was my deep dive into shamanism and spiritual energy healing.
I told myself that if I could help anyone out of a situation like mine, I would do anything I could.
Now, after years of spiritual schooling and a life coaching certificate, I can truly help people find healing and create change in their lives.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I am the founder of the Shamanic Breakthrough Healing Method.
I have combined ancient shamanic healing tools with new psychotherapy techniques, giving me the ability to help my clients heal and transform their lives with energy, ceremony, and deeply rooted somatic practices.
This helps my clients remove the traumatic and repeat patterns from their bodies while also transforming the anxiety and depression out of their lives for good.
These tools also help them find and build confidence, tap into their raw primal power, create change, set boundaries, and learn tools for healing and stress management.
This gives them the freedom and confidence to connect to their purpose and transform their lives.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
Great question!
In my coaching approach, we reconnect to the world around us.
I call it rewilding!
It’s reconnecting to and creating safety in our bodies.
Once we do this, we can open up to feel empowered or confident, but it all starts with love for self and reconnecting to all things.
Through this, we find the rewilding of our innermost desires and dreams, and we can finally give ourselves permission to have those desires and dreams.
My clients often describe the safety they feel working with me, which allows them to open up and create that healing within their darkness, fears, and insecurities.
I walk my clients through the four pillars of universal healing:
1. The chakras and energy body.
2. The mind and mental loops.
3. Symbiosis with life and creation.
4. The element of inner child wonder.
With these pillars working together, my clients are able to clearly tap into their internal power, pleasure, purpose, and passions.
This gives them the ability and confidence to step into empowerment and deep rooted transformation while also moving the anxiety and depression out of their bodies and lives.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
My clients connect to and give life to their dreams and purpose, while also learning and connecting to their spiritual gifts, like intuition, energy healing, and manifestation.
I help them unleash their creativity and confidence, guiding them to remove blocks and navigate the path of transformation and self empowerment.
After a few short weeks, they learn to work through and master their anxiety, shifting through the layers of depression.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
I use ancient shamanic energy practices, intertwining them with somatic energy release and deep rooted rewilding.
This brings the body and energy into the wholeness and embodiment of their energy, primal power, and connection to all that is.
We are energy beings in human avatars.
When we trust and connect to the wholeness of this energy, anything is possible, and healing and empowerment are imminent.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Change happens in the little moments, and you are the changemaker of the future.
One must only trust the unfoldment of their dreams and give life to the love they seek for the world around them.
We are all leaders and changemakers, we must only believe that change is possible.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
LOVE.
The reconnection to the love in our hearts and the connection to the things around us.
Going back to the pandemic, our fast paced lifestyle and the use of cell phones can lead to deep feelings of disconnection and isolation.
When we allow ourselves to reconnect to the world around us, we FEEL something again…
Love
The love of a pet…
The love and laughter of our children or the plants and flowers around us…
The feeling of the water on your feet or the sun on your face…
It’s all connection, and it’s all around us!
I feel like we miss the most basic forms of love, and they really are everywhere.
Giving ourselves a minute to stop and catch our breath can give us so much more than just breath, it’s the love we can obtain in every moment if we just stop to see it.
Your final thoughts?
Thank you for this opportunity to become ever reaching and to share empowerment and transformation with the world.
I look forward to growing my career in coaching and being a bridge for healing and transformation for the world.
I look forward to opening a healing center, the Garden of Ra, and bringing people and the earth back into symbiosis with the world around them.
Thank you for being a part of the changemakers of the future.

Robert Tettero is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his wisdom and bravery.
His path to self realization began over three decades ago. Going through 7 years of soul searching, deep study, and immersion in transformative practices, his quest for knowledge eventually led to apprenticeship with a traditional Hopi healer. However, it was a life changing breathwork session (Conscious Energy Breathing) that truly catalyzed his personal transformation, enabling him to shed past baggage and discover his true purpose.
His unique coaching method, the Life Source Method, is an eclectic blend of shamanic teachings, Mindshift Transformation, and the power of Conscious Energy Breathing. This innovative approach helps clients break free from subconscious conditioning, offering a fresh path toward stress free success and personal freedom.
His coaching focuses on guiding individuals to embrace constant self reinvention, helping them thrive both personally and professionally. Through his unique and client focused approach, he makes sure that each of his clients overcomes their “Life Stress Blueprint” so they can achieve ultimate freedom to thrive. Here is what he said…
Meet Life Coach Robert Tettero:
Name: Robert Tettero
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to come back to their core being, to be stressless, live more, succeed effortlessly, and achieve ultimate freedom to thrive.
How they can help: By using his innovative and super effective system called “Life Source Method”, where he applies Mindshift Transformation, Shamanic teachings, and Conscious Energy Breathing.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
Still rebuilding our business.
Our business was fully dependent on 1 on 1 live coaching sessions, live retreats and events.
I had no backup plan.
I ended up without work.
It was especially difficult because we were traveling and didn’t have a home base, nowhere, and no one to lean on.
By the grace of God, we pulled through it.
In the aftermath of it, we moved to Tenerife for a year where I was able to write my first book, “Transcending the Ordinary”.
Now we are back in The Netherlands after a 7 year adventure to regroup and in the process of upscaling our business.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
At the risk of creating separation between your audience and myself, which is really what the pandemic did by and large, it is enough to say that I just didn’t buy into it.
Luckily, my clients trusted me enough to not go into separation.
But, sure, many were freaked out about it anyway because every one of us had to deal with it and come to terms with it in our own way.
The scare was complete.
We found refuge in a little coastal village in a small vacation rental where we are living now and were enjoying the quiet and the daily walks along the ocean.
The streets and beaches were empty.
No one hassled us, but being clairsentient, I could feel this immense blanket of fear and low vibrational state throughout.
Relying on my breathing discipline, I could keep my energy high.
I could write a whole book on this.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
That I should have pivoted to an online business years before.
I was completely unprepared, although I knew something major was in the making.
I had warned my network that something major was going to happen.
I thought it would be in the form of another financial crisis.
2020 represented the two opposing forces, 20 on one side and 20 on another.
Humanity is at a major crossroads, most likely never as significant as the one we are at now.
The pandemic had to happen.
Humanity has to wake up.
The pandemic has forced everyone to work through their shadow side and their unconscious fear of dying.
To what end, you may ask?
To raise our consciousness and bring about the much needed change.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
33 years ago, I did some serious soul searching, which ultimately lasted seven years.
I was hungry for knowledge and attended seminars and retreats of all kinds, reading hundreds of books on self realization and personal development.
I followed a course offered by Michael Harner, founder of the Foundation of Shamanic Studies in Connecticut, and found significance in the teachings of Don Juan, as written by Carlos Castaneda.
I met many men and women of knowledge who shared their teachings with me and ultimately ended up apprenticing with a traditional healer from the Hopi tribe.
But what eventually hit home for me was when I discovered the power of the breath, which was fundamental in shaping who I am today.
I reinvented myself, shed my old self, and was able to completely let go of the past, where unconsciously, I was still stuck in the residue of negative experiences.
During my first breathing session (originally known as rebirthing or Conscious Connected Breathing, which I experienced in the U.S.) I recapitulated my life.
It wasn’t a conscious act… somehow, the breath brought that on.
I saw my entire life pass in front of my mind’s eye, like a movie, and saw the unconscious decisions I had made based on my experiences.
I realized how I had adapted my behavior, which then turned into my belief system and, ultimately, my personal law.
It’s what I call our “Life Stress Blueprint.”
I saw how, for instance, as a small boy, I had decided that I would have to do it all on my own, and that became the dominant force in my life.
Go figure!
Until then, I had never been so clear about what had shaped me, and for the first time in my life, I knew what I was meant to do.
I started my coaching business.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
OMG, this question needs quite some reflection.
I would say the single most important obstacle was all the seemingly negative experiences that stood in the way of finding my purpose.
I say “seemingly” because, ultimately, they were the very things that drove me to finally find it.
P.D. Ouspensky (Pyotr Demianovich Ouspensky), a Russian philosopher and mystic who was a key student of G.I. Gurdjieff, helped popularize Gurdjieff’s teachings, often called the “Fourth Way,” which focuses on self development and spiritual awakening.
In his book “In Search of the Miraculous”, he discusses the necessity of intentional suffering and conscious labor for spiritual evolution.
So yes, I believe that there is no progress without suffering.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I don’t know if it has anything to do with innovation, but rather with accepting the fact that change is at the core of life.
Nothing is fixed, the river is never the same at any given time.
When you accept that you, too, are always a different person at any given moment, you realize that you are constantly updating and recreating yourself.
We need to adapt to what life requires of us.
The pandemic has proven that.
It shook the entire world out of its false sense of security.
So, back to the question: I don’t need to innovate but rather approach each individual with a new set of eyes and without any preconceived ideas.
To see their uniqueness and humanness.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
My approach, however, is quite unusual.
Having been blessed with a high dose of curiosity, I explored various self help and healing modalities.
I developed a system I call the Life Source Method, in which I apply Mindshift Transformation, Shamanic teachings, and Conscious Energy Breathing to realign and deprogram old habits and patterns.
This process creates a new foundation free of subconscious conditioning.
It is especially unique when applied in a business environment.
But I guarantee it is the best coaching modality that works.
Success guaranteed.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
I help them overcome their “Life Stress Blueprint” for greater success, both personally and professionally, so they can achieve stress free success.
To be stressless, live more, succeed effortlessly, and achieve ultimate freedom to thrive.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Yes, specifically Conscious Energy Breathing.
It is the most profound transformative discipline I have discovered, one that can turn a person’s life into a living testament of all that is good.
It will bring you back to your core being, realign your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies, and reconnect your heart mind coherence.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
DROP ALL YOUR WEAPONS AND SURRENDER!!!
LOL.
It is total madness.
What do wars have to do with “CIVILIZATION”?
Nothing civil in that.
As far back as recorded history, we have done nothing but fight wars.
Even the ancient Vedic scriptures describe epic battles fought among the gods.
It is pure insanity, madness.
In the name of God, people were beheaded, burned, tortured, boiled, and drowned.
There’s absolutely nothing humane in that at all.
It is not who we are but what we have been manipulated to become.
Any more difficult questions?
Haha.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
Is there ever the greatest lesson?
I will be learning up to the day I expel my last breath.
However, it’s not so much about the greatest lesson as it is about discovering the unfathomable depth and profound, overwhelming power of LOVE.
Your final thoughts?
My wish is to inspire everyone I meet.
Make it your goal and purpose to make sure that everyone you meet during the day feels enriched by their encounter with you.
Be kind, be loving, give a compliment, be attentive, and show gratitude.
It fills us with more love and compassion for one another and brings us closer to a better and brighter world.

A deep sigh, and the first words to enter his mind were, “Good God, its morning already.”
He felt tempted to throw his phone out the window rather than just hit the snooze button as was his habit.
Before the alarm went off for a second time came the knock on the door.
“It’s time to get up and get ready for school.”
School. The very thought of going to school filled him with fear.
Everyone expected so much out of him.
His teammates, his parents, his teachers, and even his friends all expected him to be better than he believed he was.
The thought of disappointing them filled him with fear.
It was something he hid.
It was eating him alive, but who could he tell?
Who could he tell that he was afraid of disappointing people?
He was afraid he wouldn’t be able to meet their expectations.
He was afraid he would fail someone.
He was fourteen years old, a top athlete, good student, popular, and yet filled with fear.
Fear that was beginning to consume him as he was getting closer and closer to entering high school with all the expectations he felt people were placing on him.
He had no idea how to deal with the fear.
Jimmy was close to the edge.
Jeff…
The alarm went off.
A deep sigh, and the first words to enter is mind were, “I got to get there before HE does.”
He jumped out of bed and begin to get ready for school.
Every day it was the same.
He was thinking about how he could get to school and get inside before… before HE did.
Every day during school he would think about when would it be safe to go to the bathroom.
Every day he would dread lunch knowing he would get teased, harassed, called names and be expected to give HIM some money or his lunch or something for “protection”.
Everyday he tried to figure out a way, a time, to leave for home where he could avoid running into… HIM.
He was afraid of being locked in a locker.
He was afraid of being beat up.
He was afraid of being embarrassed.
He was afraid of the intimidation.
He was afraid, everyday.
Jeff was close to the edge.
The Coach…
One day after basketball practice the new middle school basketball coach approached Jimmy.
“Jimmy, can I talk to you openly about something.”
“Yeah.” said Jimmy.
“I know I am new here and I have only had you in class for a little more than half a year but I have watched you in class, on the football field, and now as your basketball coach, and I hope this spring as your baseball coach. I don’t think you find any part of school very fun. Am I wrong?” asked the coach.
“Yeah. I find school fun. I like hanging with my friends and playing sports.” replied Jimmy.
“How often do you genuinely laugh and smile? How often do you celebrate the things you do well?” asked the coach.
“What does that have to do with anything?” replied Jimmy a little angry.
“It has everything to do with having fun. You can find fun in the pursuit of perfection or your pursuit of perfection and the fear that goes along with it can take all the joy out of life. I am starting an early morning group to start training mindsets. It is open to anyone who wants to not only be the best they can be but find joy in the process…” said the coach.
Jimmy was trying to look disinterested but what the coach was saying captured his attention.
“You, Jimmy, are a natural leader and if you would be willing to commit to it others will follow. This isn’t just for athletes. We will meet for 30 minutes at 7:00 every day. Can you get to school that early?” continued the coach.
“Yes.” said Jimmy with an unsure voice.
“Would you be willing to commit to this for the next 70 days?” asked the coach.
“I don’t know.”
“You can learn how deal with that fear you are trying to hide inside.” persisted the coach.
Jimmy hesitated. Fear? How does he know I’m afraid?“Maybe.”
“We begin Monday at 7:00.”
Jimmy was quiet on the drive home which wasn’t unusual.
What was unusual was he was thinking about what coach had said to him about his fear.
How did he know he was constantly afraid?
The Mindset Crew…
Sunday night arrived and Jimmy set his alarm for 6:00 AM.
He got himself ready and told his mom and dad he was going to walk to school because he was doing a new school group that met at 7:00 AM.
When Jimmy arrived, Coach was waiting to let him in.
“Glad you decided to make it Jimmy.”
“Who else is showing up?”
“Who did you invite?”
“Me? No one.”
“Why not? Afraid?”
“So, am I the only one?”
“No. I am expecting at least one other. Oh, there he is now. Glad you decided to come Jeff. I know you know Jimmy. Did you invite anyone else to come?”
“Who, me? Who would I invite?”
“Well, I guess it will be just four of us to begin with. Let’s head to my classroom.”
“Mr. Cochrane it looks like we have just two to start.”
“Well, we couldn’t have two better students to begin working with us on their mindset.”
The AP, Mr. Cochrane, and Coach took these two boys under their wing and began to mentor them.
After ten consecutive days, each boy was already beginning to feel the difference and all they had done was begin to learn how to box breath and practice meditation.
Yes, they had a short lesson to read and then questions to answer but it wasn’t very demanding.
Each boy was even doing the weekend homework assignments.
As they went through the training, they began to discover more and more about themselves and how their mind worked.
Others were taking notice.
For Jeff, he was finally able to find the courage to tell Mr. Cochrane and Coach about HIM.
Steve…
The next day at lunch Mr. Cochrane approached HIM as HE approached Jeff.
“Steve, I can’t tell you how pleasantly surprised and glad I was to hear from Jeff here about how you have been helping him out and sticking up for him. He told me how you help make his lunch time one of the best parts of his day. I imagine you probably know how good that must make Jeff feel every day when he comes to lunch and knows you are looking out for him and helping him feel connected.” said the coach.
Steve was looking very confused.
“I am going to be watching you to see how many other kids you may be helping out without my knowing. I want to make sure you get the proper recognition for the work you may be doing.” said the coach.
As soon as Mr. Cochrane left, Steve looked confused and puzzled and asked Jeff, “What did you say to him?”
Jeff stuttered and stammered but instead of making fun of him Steve just got in line to get his lunch.
From that day forward Jeff had no problems from Steve.
The Coaching…
At the end of the 70 days both Jeff and Jimmy had learned more about themselves and let go of more garbage they had been holding onto than they ever realized they had collected.
They were managing their fear much better and in fact were feeding their courage much more than their fear.
With the fear gone, each boy began to blossom into much more confident and happy young men.
They began to tell others about this mindset training they went through.
The next fall Coach and Mr. Cochrane had 10 new students.
The second semester they had 20 new students including Steve.
They also began another session where they began to actually train a Growth Mindset or a Mindset of a Champion.
Students began feeling the difference and performing better.
The entire culture of the schools was changing. Conquering fear allows for success and success breeds more success.
If you want to have a similar transformation like Jeff and Jimmy and join a community that’s focused on building a mindset of champions, go to Success Institutes and let me help you.
Josie Myers is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her passion and devotion.
Her journey began in education but evolved into something much deeper. After earning a Master’s in Education and working closely with newcomer families, life took her on a personal transformation that led her to energy healing.
Her own experiences with healing and self discovery sparked a passion for coaching, to help others integrate energy work into their daily lives for lasting change. With a compassionate and non judgmental presence, she creates a safe space for clients to release emotional blocks, gain self awareness, and step into their power.
Her coaching approach is both holistic and deeply personalized, blending Reiki, Bioenergetic Access Method, and life coaching strategies to support mind, body, and soul. Through her sessions, self guided programs, and her book, she empowers individuals to cultivate confidence, inner peace, and to “free the butterfly”… or in other words, become their true, authentic selves, and live a life of purpose. Here is what she said…
Meet Life Coach Josie Myers:

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
The pandemic brought significant changes to my life and family.
Despite the chaos, I found clarity and realigned my life to a simpler, more fulfilling path.
I am grateful for the lessons and the growth it brought me.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
The pandemic was a difficult time for many of my clients, who struggled with anxiety and uncertainty.
Due to the pandemic restrictions, in person sessions were limited, so I supported clients through virtual and phone sessions as much as possible.
Personally, the pandemic brought immense challenges, particularly with my son, who experienced self harm ideations.
Navigating that as a mother was terrifying, but it strengthened my resilience and resourcefulness, pushing me to support him in every way I could.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
The pandemic reinforced the importance of holistic well being, body, mind, and soul.
It also highlighted how differently people process challenges, reflecting their energetic state.
Lastly, I learned that mental toughness is crucial for overcoming life’s most difficult moments.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
Initially, I pursued a career in education and earned my Master’s in Education.
However, due to limited job opportunities, I sought other ways to make a difference.
I spent three years working with newcomer families in recreational programs, a deeply enriching experience.
After having my son, I chose to stay home and raise him.
In 2016, I began exploring different healing modalities, and through my own journey of transformation, I discovered the power of energy work.
My coaching career began with the realization that healing goes beyond energy work… it’s about integrating that healing into daily life for lasting transformation.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Deciding to separate from my husband was the most difficult challenge I’ve faced.
It was a decision that came with many uncertainties, especially as a mother to a child with unique challenges.
However, staying true to myself and choosing a life that resonated with my core values brought me clarity and fulfillment.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I take a multi faceted, individualized approach to coaching.
Each plan is crafted based on my client’s specific needs and goals.
I integrate energetic and holistic tools with life coaching principles, helping clients unlock their core energy while implementing practical strategies for transformation.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I consider myself a gentle, non judgmental coach who truly listens and provides a safe space for clients.
My approach incorporates three key components: Reiki to balance life force energy, Bioenergetic Access Method (developed by Dr. Beatty) to release trapped emotions and toxins, and life coaching strategies.
These three elements create a holistic transformation addressing body, mind, and soul.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
Clients often feel:
1. More grounded in their identity.
2. Confident in advocating for themselves.
3. Less anxious and more at peace.
4. Empowered and better equipped to handle challenges.
5. A deeper sense of self awareness and clarity.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
This book serves as an additional guide for my clients to expand upon our work together.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
You are your legacy. Be authentic, be you, and be kind.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
If you don’t prioritize understanding who you truly are and living in alignment with that, you are denying yourself the life you deserve.
Your final thoughts?
If there’s one thing I want people to take away from my journey, it’s this:
Never cheat yourself out of being who you truly are.
Our divinity and humanity are our greatest strengths in this ever changing world.
Stay empowered and ask yourself regularly, “Is this who I am?”

Rim Chriki is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her focus and her deep understanding of the wisdom of emotions.
She is an intuition coach who empowers women entrepreneurs to harness their inner wisdom and lead with authenticity. Her journey from a biology student in Tunisia to a transformative coach in Vienna is a testament to the power of self discovery and breaking free from societal conditioning.
She asks allof us a question “What if the key to success wasn’t just strategy and hard work, but something deeper, something we all have but only few have mastered, our intuition?” After overcoming personal struggles with anxiety, insomnia, and burnout, she realized that full acceptance of the present and intuition were her greatest strengths, not just in life, but in guiding others.
She has a truly unique approach to coaching. Through a unique blend of intuitive coaching, journaling, and mindfulness practices, she helps female entrepreneurs step into their true intuitive power, make aligned decisions, and experience profound joy and peace. Here is what she said…
Meet Life Coach Rim Chriki:
Name: Rim Chriki
Pillar: The Heart
Who is this coach for: Women entrepreneurs who want to harness the superpower of their intuition and lead authentically.
How they can help: By using various tools and techniques like different types of meditations, journaling, presence techniques and self observation, just to name a few.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
Thank you for asking!
We are doing wonderfully well.
While the pandemic period was challenging, it sparked significant personal growth for me.
This transformation has led to positive changes in my life moving forward.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
When the pandemic began, I was in the midst of writing my master’s thesis.
At the same time, I had the added responsibility of homeschooling my daughter, who was eight, and my son, who was five.
Balancing these demands in such challenging circumstances led to burnout, which intensified the difficulties I was already facing.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
During the pandemic, the biggest lesson I learned was to appreciate the simple things I had previously taken for granted: the ability to breathe freely, a walk in the neighborhood whether alone or with family, meeting friends, and my children attending school.
Moreover, I realized that I had been living as a victim of my life circumstances.
This awareness led me to prioritize personal growth by investing in self development and spiritual courses.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I was born in 1980 in Tunisia and grew up in a loving and supportive family.
In 2010, I moved to Vienna.
Driven by my passion for genetics, I pursued studies in biology.
However, through various life experiences and challenges, I realized I was living with a victim mentality, making choices dictated by societal expectations and conditioning.
This realization sparked a journey of self development and spirituality, during which I became more connected to my true self and began listening to the whispers of my inner voice.
I felt a calling for something greater, to serve others by sharing what I had learned, which led me to become a coach.
Once I embraced stepping into the unknown, opportunities, supportive people, and synchronistic events began to appear in my life.
I discovered that intuition is my superpower, essential both in my personal life and in my coaching business.
This inspired me to become an intuition coach, empowering women entrepreneurs to harness their intuition and lead authentically.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
For many years, I struggled with my mental health.
During the pandemic, I experienced burnout that exacerbated my anxiety and sleep troubles.
This challenge became a pivotal moment for me, it awakened me to my truth and helped me connect with the power within.
I learned to break free from societal expectations and conditioning to discover my authentic self.
Overcoming this obstacle allowed me to experience life differently, filled with inner peace, joy, and gratitude.
I now navigate life guided by my intuition and have found fulfillment in serving others by doing what truly lights me up.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
My coaching integrates intuition from both myself and my clients, ensuring a deeply personalized experience.
I incorporate game like homework to make learning engaging, offer personalized journaling exercises and prompts to encourage introspection, and use storytelling techniques to foster connection and insight.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
My coaching approach is unique because I am fully present and guided by my intuition throughout each session.
I encourage my clients to tap into their own intuition, fostering a collaborative and insightful coaching experience.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
After working with me, my clients experience a profound transformation in various aspects of their lives:
1. Elevated Joy and Gratitude: They find a deep sense of happiness and appreciation for the present, truly seeing the beauty and wonder around them.
2. Enhanced Peace of Mind: My clients cultivate tranquility by staying anchored in the now, freeing themselves from past worries and future anxieties.
3. Intuitive Skill Enhancement: They sharpen their intuitive abilities, learning to see beyond mere logic.
4. Intuitive Decision Making: By incorporating intuition into their choices, my clients make decisions that feel aligned and fulfilling, enhancing their overall life satisfaction.
5. Authentic Freedom: They embark on a journey of authenticity, aligning their actions and decisions with their true selves, fostering genuine personal freedom.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
I use several tools to work efficiently with my clients: journaling, meditation, walk meditation, presence techniques, and self observation.
My clients learn to identify which practices benefit them, which ones might slow them down, and discover what isn’t suitable for them at the moment.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
By being caught in the memories of the past and the worries of the future, we miss the magic of life in the present moment.
Accept the present moment as it is and embrace the power of surrender.
It is the beginning of all transformation.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
The greatest lesson I have learned in life is to accept the present moment as it is, surrender, and let go of control.
This is not a weakness but a profound strength.
For years, I struggled with sleep issues.
The medication I was taking had become ineffective, and every night I faced the fear of sleeplessness.
I read books and tried everything to improve my sleep habits, fighting relentlessly to change my situation.
One day, during a conversation with a friend, I realized that I was not accepting my situation, I was resisting and battling against it.
When I finally embraced the present moment and relinquished control, a significant shift occurred.
I discovered a peace of mind I had never experienced before.
The fear of sleepless nights vanished, my daytime anxiety diminished, and gradually, I began to enjoy restful sleep again.
Your final thoughts?
Intuition is a superpower that can transform our lives when we learn to master it.
It is a learning process, and everyone has the potential to develop and harness their intuitive skills.

Success is not just a matter of luck or external circumstances, it is deeply influenced by our thoughts and actions.
The way we think and the steps we take each day shape our journey toward achievement.
Let’s break it down into three key aspects so you can understand exactly how your thoughts and actions directly influence your level of success…
How Our Thoughts and Actions Affect Our Success?
1. Thoughts: The Foundation of Success
Our mindset, beliefs, and self talk significantly impact our behavior and decisions.
The way we perceive ourselves and our abilities determines how we approach challenges and opportunities.
Positive thoughts fuel motivation, enhance confidence, and drive proactive behaviors.
When we believe in our capabilities, we are more likely to take risks, seize opportunities, and persist despite obstacles.
On the other hand, negative thoughts create self doubt, fear, and hesitation.
A mindset filled with doubt can lead to missed opportunities, procrastination, and reluctance to step out of our comfort zone.
When we think negative, we feel negative, and this limits our perception, it limits the options we can choose from, it limits our creativity.
It all comes down to your mindset.
By consciously choosing empowering thoughts, we lay the groundwork for a successful and fulfilling life.
However, there might be unprocessed emotions running in the background generating negative thoughts.
You can keep thinking positive thoughts, but the omment you stop negative thoughts will resurface and start flooding your mind.
This is like trying to extinguish a fire while something is pouring oil directly into it.
That’s why one of the best things you can do is to start practicing a good emotional hygiene.
If you need help with that, I can help you break down the energy walls that are preventing you to succeed and live your best life. Learn more here.
2. Actions: Turning Thoughts into Reality
Success is not just about thinking positively, it requires action.
Our actions are the bridge between our aspirations and our achievements.
But if our thoughts are negative, what type of actions are we going to take?
Actions based on negativity, scarcity, fear.
Actions that do not give the results we are aiming for.
Taking initiative is crucial.
Instead of waiting for the perfect moment, successful individuals create their own opportunities.
Setting clear goals provides direction and focus.
Without goals, our actions may lack purpose, making success more difficult to attain.
Consistency matters because small, daily actions build momentum over time.
Create systems that help you improve and bring you closer to your goals.
Habits can be easily abandoned, but systems are pragmatic.
There is no emotion, just a process.
This means that no matter what, you will take the necessary action following a process that inevitably leads you closer to success and fulfillment.
Create systems around learning a new skill, networking, or improving productivity, these small steps accumulate and lead to long term success.
3. The Cycle: How Thoughts and Actions Reinforce Each Other
Our thoughts and actions are interconnected, forming a continuous cycle that can either propel us forward or hold us back.
Positive thoughts inspire positive actions.
When we think optimistically, we take confident steps forward, leading to tangible progress and reinforcing our belief in success.
On the other hand, negative thoughts trigger negative behaviors.
Self doubt can result in procrastination, avoidance, and missed chances, creating a cycle of stagnation and frustration.
By nurturing a mindset of possibility and taking intentional actions, we can break free from limiting patterns and unlock our full potential.
Conclusion
The key to success lies in understanding the powerful relationship between our thoughts and actions.
A positive mindset fosters confidence, leading to purposeful actions that drive us toward our goals.
By cultivating empowering thoughts and taking consistent, goal oriented steps, we can create a cycle of success that leads to meaningful accomplishments and a fulfilling life.
And if you feel like there is always something pulling you back whenever you try to improve your life, or an invisible energy wall that you hit whenever you try to reach a new level of success, go here and let me help you break these walls!
The choice is ours: Will we allow our thoughts to lift us up or hold us back?
Alicia Stanko is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her passion and love for helping others.
She is a board certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach and registered ER nurse. She spent nearly a decade helping others reclaim their health, but her passion for guiding clients toward a vibrant, fulfilling life was born from her own experiences with the healthcare crisis during the pandemic. She felt the need for a system that goes beyond just treating symptoms and actually bringing people to true wellness.
She became a holistic lifestyle coach after going through hero own Hero’s Journey. As she was overcoming an abusive relationship and stepping into the role of a single mother, she turned to holistic healing to rebuild her strength spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally. Now, she empowers others to do the same, showing them how to align their values, cultivate sustainable habits, and unlock their limitless potential.
She has a truly unique approach to coaching. By integrating personalized wellness plans with the latest research, mindset work, and innovative techniques, she ensures that health is never a one size fits all journey. Whether through one on one coaching, immersive workshops, or holistic health assessments, she meets each client where they are, helping them bridge the gap between where they stand today and optimal wellness… not just physically, but living the thriving, purpose driven life they aspire to create. Here is what she said…
Meet Life Coach Alicia Stanko:
Name: Alicia Stanko
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Body, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to find a personalized path to optimal wellness.
How they can help: By using various holistic approaches, techniques, and tools like guided meditations, stress relief techniques, journaling prompts, mindful eating exercises and breathwork, just to name a few.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
We are doing well.
We were very fortunate and I think one of the few that the pandemic did not take a toll on our health or finances.
Being very fortunate that I work in a field that was at the forefront providing me with an opportunity to support my family in a way like never before.
However, along with that came many other adversities in which I’ll share more later in the interview.
But looking back to when the pandemic started in 2020, I’m so grateful for this year as it provided myself and many with a chance to change paths.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
During the coronavirus pandemic, I was working in a hospital, which completely shifted my perspective on healthcare.
I saw firsthand how the healthcare system primarily focuses on ‘sick care’ (treating illness rather than preventing it).
Witnessing the impact of chronic conditions and lifestyle related diseases during such a critical time made me realize the urgent need for a more proactive, holistic approach to health.
For myself, the pandemic brought heightened stress, anxiety, and unhealthy lifestyle habits.
Struggling with my own health issues, Lupus, I noticed how my lifestyle at the time was exacerbating my flare ups.
Alongside my health issues, I was also facing personal adversities at home and my mental health was taking a major toll.
A good friend of mine introduced me to mindfulness practice allowing me to shift my mindset and begin to regain control of both my health and my life.
This reinforced my belief that true wellness isn’t just about treating symptoms but about creating a lifestyle that builds resilience… physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Personally, the experience pushed me to transition into holistic coaching, where I can help people take back control of their lives before they reach a crisis point.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
The pandemic taught me some of the most profound lessons about life, resilience and human connection.
One of the biggest takeaways for myself was that adversity isn’t meant to break us, it’s placed on our path to teach us, strengthen us, and push us toward growth.
It was a time of deep reflection, and I realized how essential it is to prioritize not just physical health, but also emotional and mental well being.
I also came to understand just how vital social interaction is.
Not just for joy, but as a source of support, healing, and community.
The isolation many of us experienced highlighted the importance of meaningful relationships and the role they play in our overall health.
Lastly, the pandemic reinforced the urgency of living with intention.
It showed me that wellness isn’t just about reacting to illness but about proactively creating a lifestyle that fosters a sense of balance in all areas of our wellness.
These lessons are now at the core of my holistic coaching approach, helping others build strength to live with purpose and vitality.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I am a board certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach and registered ER nurse.
I have been in the health field going on 10 years now and there is no doubt that wellness is a passion of mine.
After experiencing firsthand how lifestyle changes and self development unlocked a healthier, more vibrant version of myself, I now empower others to do the same.
My mission is to guide clients toward alignment with their values, building sustainable habits, and create a life of purpose, energy, and fulfillment.
Through my personal journey, I have discovered that true transformation begins with mindset and self belief while nourishing and taking care of my body.
I’m here to help others uncover their limitless potential.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
One of the biggest obstacles I had to overcome was leaving a narcissistic, emotionally and physically abusive relationship while becoming a single mom to my three year old.
That experience broke me down in many ways, but it also became the foundation for my strength, resilience, and transformation.
Walking away wasn’t just about survival, it was about reclaiming my identity, rebuilding my confidence, and creating a stable, loving environment for my child.
I had to unlearn toxic patterns, heal from deep emotional wounds, and redefine what true self worth and self care meant.
Through that journey, I discovered the power of holistic healing (mind, body, and soul) which ultimately led me to my path as a holistic lifestyle coach.
Now, I am grateful to use my experience to empower others, helping them break free from limiting beliefs, prioritize their well being, and create a life of balance, health, and self love.
That chapter of my life didn’t define me, it refined me, and it’s why I’m so passionate about the work I do today.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I believe that innovation in coaching comes from staying adaptable, integrating the latest research and newest methods of wellness, while personalizing my approach to each client’s unique journey.
I also ensure that I’m always learning and evolving, whether through attending workshops, collaborating with other health professionals, or exploring new modalities such as energy healing or alternative fitness techniques.
I offer 1 on 1 coaching as well as signature programs that incorporate interdisciplinary techniques, blending nutrition, movement, mental resilience, and emotional well being for a truly holistic transformation.
For example, if a client struggles with stress and anxiety while noticing they cannot control their eating habits, I provide a holistic health assessment in which we can work to discover the root cause of the stress related eating.
With that, I might integrate mindful eating exercises with breathwork and somatic practices for emotional release.
Whether a client chooses 1 on 1 coaching or a signature program I am there for their support every step of the way through with virtual accountability check ins and private messaging.
Additionally, I foster engagement within the community through interactive workshops and immersive experiences.
This keeps clients inspired and motivated, ensuring sustainable lifestyle shifts through community support.
Most importantly, I understand that health and wellness is not one size fits all.
Therefore, I am dedicated to fostering a creative and adaptable approach, ensuring each client feels empowered to create sustainable lifestyle changes that fits their daily life.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
What makes my coaching approach unique is that I focus on creating a completely personalized experience that nurtures every aspect of life (mind, body, and soul) without overwhelming my clients.
I believe that to truly achieve a life of vitality and purpose, we have to look beyond just one area of health.
It’s not just about nutrition or fitness… it’s about relationships, mindset, stress management, self care, and what truly feeds your soul.
Instead of drastic overhauls, I guide my clients to make small, simple changes that create big, lasting results.
I meet them where they are, incorporating practices that align with their lifestyle and values, so the journey feels natural and sustainable.
At the core of my coaching is the belief that wellness isn’t a one size fits all formula.
It’s about finding what works for you (what brings you energy, joy, and balance) so you can create a life that feels fulfilling, not just functional.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
After working with me, my clients gain a clear and personalized path to optimal wellness, one that goes beyond just physical health to encompass emotional, mental, and spiritual well being.
They develop a deeper understanding of their emotions and how those emotions influence their daily choices.
This awareness empowers them to make conscious decisions that align with their true values and goals.
I provide tools and techniques that help them maintain a positive outlook, even in the face of challenges, and to tap into their truest potential.
My clients leave with the ability to love the life they have while also dreaming and working toward the life they desire.
Additionally, I help them create a supportive environment that fosters growth, whether it’s through personal habits, self care routines, or surrounding themselves with like minded individuals.
Building these connections not only enhances accountability but also nurtures a sense of community and belonging.
Ultimately, my goal is for them to feel empowered, equipped, and inspired to live a fulfilling, purpose driven life.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Yes, I do use a variety of tools to stay efficient and ensure my clients get the best possible experience.
One of the key tools I use is a client management platform that allows me to track their progress, schedule sessions, and maintain clear communication.
It also helps me keep notes on their specific goals, challenges, and personal preferences so that I can customize each session and follow up appropriately.
In addition to that, I encourage integrated wellness apps that clients can use to track things like nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and mood, which provides a tangible way for them to monitor their own progress and stay motivated.
I also provide mindfulness practices for guided meditations, stress relief techniques and journaling prompts which are especially helpful for clients working through emotional challenges.
For ongoing support, I have a system for check ins, feedback, and resources that help clients stay accountable between sessions.
By combining digital tools with my personalized approach, I’m able to offer efficient, seamless coaching that empowers clients to stay on track with their wellness journey.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Life is happening for you, not to you.
Every challenge, every setback, and every experience is an opportunity for growth, learning, and transformation.
Your mind is your most powerful tool, and with it, you have the ability to shape your reality.
You are not a victim of circumstance, you have the power to create the life you desire.
It all starts with changing your mindset, believing in your potential, and taking empowered action.
Remember, you are the architect of your life, your choices, your thoughts, and your beliefs all shape the world around you.
You can create the life of your dreams, it begins with the decision to believe in yourself.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
The greatest lesson I have learned in life is that everything happens for us, not to us.
Every challenge, setback, and hardship is an opportunity for growth, even when it doesn’t feel that way in the moment.
For a long time, I felt like life was happening to me, especially during some of my most difficult experiences.
But once I shifted my perspective and took full responsibility for how my life turns out, everything changed.
I realized that while we can’t always control what happens, we can control how we respond, how we heal, and how we move forward.
This mindset has empowered me to turn adversity into strength, pain into purpose, and struggles into stepping stones.
It also has laid the foundation of my holistic coaching allowing me to guide others to recognize their own power, shift their mindset, and create the life they truly desire, rather than feeling trapped by circumstances.
Life is always guiding us, it’s up to us to listen, to learn, and to grow.
Your final thoughts?
Nothing changes, if nothing changes.
If you want to experience growth, improvement, or transformation in any area of your life, you have to be willing to make changes, small or big.
It’s about taking consistent, intentional actions toward your goals and being open to learning and evolving along the way.
True change doesn’t happen overnight, it takes time, but it starts with the decision to make a shift.
Whether it’s in your health, your mindset, or your relationships, the power to create the life you desire lies within your hands.
I’m here to help guide and empower you, but ultimately, you have to be willing to put in the work and dedication for yourself.
