The Dr. Dolores Show: 7 Ways to Innocence
1. Live Authentically
Living an authentic life is a transformative act.
When you align with your true self, free from societal pressures and expectations, you tap into an unstoppable energy.
Authenticity allows you to trust your inner wisdom, unlock your strengths, and move forward with purpose and confidence.
The more you embrace who you really are, the more you realize that you are capable of achieving great things.
Here is an example:
Let’s say that in a social setting, you’re surrounded by friends who are gossiping about a mutual acquaintance.
Everyone is laughing and sharing opinions, and you feel the pressure to join in or agree with the group, even though you know it’s hurtful.
Authentic Action: Instead of participating or staying silent out of fear of judgment, you speak up and express your discomfort with the gossip.
You share that you believe in respecting others’ privacy and not engaging in negative talk.
How It Leads to Innocence: By being authentic and standing up for what feels right to you, you return to a state of innocence, free from the need to conform to social pressures.
You’re not trying to impress or fit in, you’re simply being true to your values.
This action takes you back to a child like simplicity where doing the right thing is more important than seeking approval.
2. Tap Into Your Inner Wisdom
Innocence is not just for children, it’s a state of purity that lies within us all.
Reconnecting with your innocence means shedding the layers of conditioning that have accumulated over time.
By returning to this natural state, you access a deep well of wisdom.
When we tap into our inner innocence, we remember our true essence, and the answers we seek come from within.
3. Take Responsibility for Every Situation
We often feel like victims of our circumstances, but the truth is, we are active participants in every situation.
By taking responsibility for how we react and engage with the world around us, we empower ourselves to shift our experiences.
Every interaction is an opportunity for growth, and when we approach life with this mindset, we can transform challenges into valuable lessons.
4. Practice Forgiveness for Your Own Healing
Forgiveness isn’t about letting someone off the hook, it’s about freeing yourself from the chains of resentment.
When we hold onto grudges, we continue to carry the weight of past hurts, preventing ourselves from moving forward.
Forgiving others is ultimately a gift to ourselves.
By releasing the negative energy tied to past wrongs, we create space for healing and growth.
And, our inner child can resurface again.
5. Heal Your Past to Move Forward
Unhealed wounds from the past can keep us stuck in old patterns and emotions.
If we don’t address and heal those wounds, we risk carrying them with us indefinitely.
Healing is about acknowledging the pain, accepting it, and moving forward with a sense of peace.
The process may take time, but when we allow ourselves to heal, we set ourselves free to live fully in the present.
Sometimes our inner child feels unsafe because of the pain we have experienced, so every time we want to get back to that child like state of freedom we feel threatened, we feel anxiety, fear.
When you carry unhealed wounds, the inner child feels unsafe.
When you heal, only then you can reconnect with your iner child and innocence without feeling like a “sitting duck”.
6. Let Go of What No Longer Serves You
Letting go is one of the most powerful ways to return to your authentic self.
Whether it’s a toxic relationship, outdated beliefs, or habits that no longer serve you, releasing these things clears the path for personal growth.
By making space for what truly matters, you invite new opportunities, healthier connections, and a greater sense of peace into your life.
At the end of the day it comes down to letting go of everything that prevents you from being your true self.
7. Embrace Your Authentic Self to Inspire Others
When you return to your authentic self, not only do you transform your life, but you also inspire others to do the same.
Authenticity is contagious.
As you live in alignment with your true nature, you help dissolve the illusions of separation that keep us apart.
Each of us has the power to awaken others simply by embodying our true selves.
As we collectively return to our innocence and authenticity, we create a more harmonious and peaceful world.
In this episode, Dr. Dolores Fazzino brings her unique expertise to empower you on your journey back to innocence.

The Dr. Dolores Show: How to Align to Your Authentic Path
Living an authentic life is not just about following societal expectations, it’s about tuning into your heart, aligning with your higher self, and finding the courage to live your truth.
The Importance of Alignment with Your True Self
When we’re not living in alignment with who we truly are, we feel a deep disconnect from ourselves.
As Dr. Fazzino emphasizes, being out of alignment leads to a life that feels unfulfilled and disconnected.
This misalignment often happens when we follow external expectations rather than tuning into our own desires and inner truths.
By recognizing the importance of alignment, we can start taking steps toward living authentically.
Breaking Free from Comfort Zones
One of the key obstacles to living authentically is the comfort of the familiar.
How often do we hold on to things, people, or situations simply because they feel comfortable, even if they no longer serve us?
The fear of stepping out of the comfort zone can trap us in cycles of stagnation, but breaking free from this mindset opens the door to profound growth and transformation.
Lead with Your Heart, Not Your Brain
Dr. Fazzino asserts, “It’s all about leading with your heart.”
This profound insight invites us to shift our perspective from purely logical thinking to following our hearts.
Our hearts hold the wisdom that the brain can’t always comprehend.
By allowing our hearts to guide us, we can make choices that are truly in alignment with our authentic selves.
Divine Timing and Living Your Way
Living authentically isn’t about controlling every aspect of our lives, it’s about trusting the flow of life and accepting that things unfold in divine timing.
We may not always have control over when things happen, but if we trust the process and listen to our inner voice, we can let go of the need for immediate results and embrace the journey.
It’s not about living on your timing but about surrendering to the universe’s plan.
Rejecting Conformity Driven by Fear
Fear often drives conformity.
We may feel pressured to live according to societal norms, sacrificing our own authenticity for the sake of acceptance.
Dr. Fazzino’s message is clear: true freedom comes from rejecting the fear driven urge to conform and instead choosing what aligns with our inner truth, even if it goes against the grain.
The Journey of Self Discovery
Part of living authentically is the ongoing journey of self discovery.
The process of getting to know who we truly are, beyond the roles we play or the labels we wear, is essential to aligning with our true purpose.
As we explore and discover our passions, values, and desires, we move closer to a life that reflects our truest selves.
Embracing Peace and Harmony
When we live in alignment with our true selves, we contribute to a world that is more peaceful and harmonious.
Dr. Fazzino emphasizes that each of us has the power to create positive change simply by living authentically.
By choosing actions that align with our higher selves, we radiate peace and inspire others to do the same.
Small Actions, Big Shifts
Living authentically doesn’t require drastic changes overnight.
Small, intentional actions, such as listening to your inner voice, saying no to things that no longer serve you, and making choices in line with your values… can lead to profound shifts over time.
These seemingly small changes can create a ripple effect, transforming your life and, ultimately, the world around you.
Living a Life of Purpose and Reflection
Ultimately, living “your way” means choosing a life of purpose and reflection.
It’s about moving beyond the pressures of external validation and living in a way that resonates with your soul.
By consistently choosing actions that reflect your higher self, you lead a life that is fulfilling and meaningful.
Every decision, big or small, contributes to your overall sense of purpose.
In this episode, Dr. Dolores Fazzino combines her extensive expertise with heart centered wisdom to empower you to live your best life.
Tune in to discover how to live the way you were always meant to, and unlock your fullest potential!

In today’s fast paced world, we often equate productivity with self worth, endlessly doing instead of simply being.
But what if the key to success, happiness, and fulfillment lies in slowing down and reconnecting with your authentic self?
In this episode of The Dr. Dolores Show, Dr. Dolores Fazzino dives into the transformative power of shifting from “doing” to “being.”
P.S. Dr. Dolores Fazzino, DNP, is a pioneer in holistic healing, blending medical expertise with intuitive wisdom. To learn more about her work and get a free gift, visit her website.
The Dr. Dolores Show: 5 Steps to Stop DOing and Start BEing
Step 1: Recognize When You’re in “Doing” Mode
The first step to shifting from DOing to BEing is becoming aware of when you’re stuck in “doing mode.”
When we are in doing mode, we’re often operating from our minds, focusing on tasks, and trying to control everything.
You might catch yourself saying, “I think I feel…” as a way to rationalize your emotions.
This mindset distracts you from truly experiencing your feelings and connecting with your inner self.
Begin by noticing when you’re caught in this cycle of busyness, and acknowledge that you may be avoiding deeper, more meaningful experiences by being in a constant state of doing.
Step 2: Embrace Presence Over Productivity
Next, begin to shift your focus from productivity to presence.
Being mode is about tuning into the present moment rather than constantly pushing toward the next task.
When you embrace presence, you create space to feel your emotions, listen to your intuition, and be fully engaged with the world around you.
By simply taking a moment to breathe and center yourself, you begin to break free from the pressure to be constantly productive and start connecting more deeply with your inner self.
Step 3: Allow Your Emotions to Flow
One of the greatest benefits of being present is the ability to experience and process your emotions without judgment.
When you’re in doing mode, emotions can feel like obstacles or distractions from the tasks at hand.
But in being mode, you can allow your emotions to come up, feel them, and let them pass naturally.
Instead of rationalizing your feelings or pushing them aside, let yourself be fully present with what you’re experiencing.
This practice not only helps you release emotional baggage but also nurtures emotional resilience, allowing you to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.
Step 4: Prioritize Rest and Self Care
In our society, rest is often associated with laziness or unproductiveness.
But in reality, rest is essential for mental, emotional, physical and even spiritual well being.
One of the key aspects of being mode is taking the time to rest and recharge without guilt.
When you prioritize rest, you give yourself permission to simply be, not do.
This restores your energy, reduces stress, and helps you show up as your best self in all areas of life.
Remember, rest is not laziness, it’s a vital part of the process of being.
Step 5: Make Room for Intuition and Connection
Finally, when you move into being mode, you create the space for deeper connection and clarity.
Being present and still allows you to hear your inner voice, your intuition, and to make decisions with confidence and calm.
As you embrace stillness and listen to your intuition, you’ll notice that you make decisions more easily, your relationships improve, and your productivity becomes more aligned with your true values.
By embracing being first, you’re able to move forward with purpose and ease, rather than being driven by the pressure to do more.
By being, rather than doing, you reconnect with your true self and navigate life with more clarity, joy, and balance.
Join Dr. Dolores as she inspires you to leave the endless hustle behind and tap into the profound magic of just being.
Tune in for an enlightening conversation that could change the way you approach life.

Meet Life Coach Andre Walton:
Name: Andre Walton, PhD
Pillar: The Mind, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to unleash creativity, improve productivity, change their perspective, develop greater Emotional Intelligence, avoid burnout, and adopt Spherical Thinking™.
How they can help: By using various tools that he developed, techniques, and guidance based on years of experience and research.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
The Pandemic was tough for us.
I was a lecturer in the Business School at the University of Nevada Reno, and in the middle of the pandemic we had just moved house and, 1 week later, I was diagnosed with cancer.
My healthcare team did not want me standing in front of 50 undergrads (who were definitely not there for the purpose of social distancing!) several times a week, so I had to quit.
The radiation therapy was grueling and I really couldn’t get much new stuff done for a year or so, but I did have several business consulting clients that I kept.
I got certified and accredited as a life and executive coach and continued my research work into creativity in an organizational context.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
My clients were small B2B businesses that did not really have much of an impact from the pandemic.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
As Charles Darwin told us nearly two centuries ago: adaptation is the key to survival!
Being passionate about creativity, it was fascinating to see businesses adapt.
Restaurants developing delivery options, for instance…
Hairdressers training groups of women virtually to do each other’s hair.. Etc.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
After I sold my businesses in the early 1990s (I had taken a couple of my crazy ideas to become global leaders in their field) I started consulting, mainly regarding export marketing.
My clients were mainly businesses that had been in the wings watching my businesses grow in Europe and then the US.
I paused my consulting work when I went ‘back to school’ and got a PhD in social psychology with organizational creativity as my focus.
That took me into part time academia (including Visiting Professor of Creativity and Entrepreneurship at the Newport Business School, and also at the University of Nevada Reno), and led me into coaching via No. 2 above.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
In the longer term, my upbringing left me with a very low self esteem, which I had to overcome in order to be successful as an entrepreneur.
More recently, having cancer and suddenly being aware of my mortality has been a struggle.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
Innovation is a part of my DNA!
It is physically impossible for me to follow the well trodden path (trust me, that is by no means always an advantage!)
I integrated my creativity work into my coaching practice and realized that having clients learn to mix intuitive thinking in with their deductive processes (which dominates for most of us in this logical, deductively oriented world), was incredibly powerful.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
Spherical Thinking™ which enables us to view the world from a broader perspective and make better decisions.
Also, having lived and worked in seven different countries, I have very broad cultural perspectives, tolerance and understanding.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
They report feeling very energized after our sessions and they generally have a slightly (sometimes significantly) different way of viewing their world.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
I am just developing formalized tools related to creativity.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Understand the value of creativity and creative thinking!
Look at the incredible positive impact on our world during those times in history when creativity was valued, from the Greek empire, when the concept of democracy was created, through the renaissance to the industrial revolution.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
That mindset is everything!
Hitchhiking to Greece (from England) when I was 21 was the beginning of the lesson that anything is possible!
I had very little supervision when I was young, my cook housekeeper mother was always frantically cleaning and cooking, which also meant I had no one to tell me “Don’t do that! It will… [hurt you], [kill you], [maim you]!! etc…“
After that, I was able to view things as challenges rather than hurdles!
Your final thoughts?
So many coaching clients get stuck in recurring mental patterns.
This shows in coaching sessions when the conversation goes round and round (the hamster wheel effect!) dwelling on the negative aspects of their challenges, (I almost inevitably see this with burnout clients).
Introducing creativity or at least creative thinking, breaks this cycle and dramatically improves client outcomes.

Meet Life Coach Jennifer Fleming:
Name: Jennifer Fleming
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Women looking to empower themselves and create their dream lives.
How they can help: By using various coaching tools and techniques, meditations and methods to help clients let go of thoughts based on an emotion of lack, doubt, and fear, and begin to focus on thoughts based on prosperity, power, and abundance instead.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I had been in network marketing and using it as a side hustle for around six to seven years.
I got into it because I was tired of living to work, struggling to make ends meet, and I just wanted more, I knew I could have it.
It was through network marketing that I first discovered personal development.
I started working on myself, and while I did achieve growth, I was disheartened by the fact that nothing really seemed to be changing, or at least not fast enough for my liking.
Then, in December 2021, the worst thing that could possibly happen to me happened, my mum passed away.
That should have broken me, and it did bring me to my knees, but it was right then and there that I decided to find clarity, about myself, my life, and what I was truly meant to do.
I realized that the reason I’d always found it difficult to set goals was because I didn’t really know what I wanted from life.
I had been throwing spaghetti at the wall for years, hoping something would stick.
So, I stepped away from everything (business, social media, etc.) and decided to just enjoy life for a while, focus on myself, and gain some clarity.
And I did.
The universe speaks to you in weird and wonderful ways if you learn how to listen, and I did.
The vision of me helping thousands and thousands of people achieve personal growth and move towards the life they are meant to live came to me in a wonderful dream.
Even two and a half years later, I remember it so vividly, as if it had already happened and was a memory.
It shocked me that this was my calling, as mindset and spiritual practices had always been something I did just for myself, I had never considered it as a career.
But once I launched and started working with clients, I realized how much it made my soul shine.
My purpose is to help people turn their lives around and get what they truly deserve while they’re here in this time space reality.
I truly turned pain and suffering into passion, purpose, and power, and that fills me with gratitude and pride.
Now, I love the person I see in the mirror every day, and I love helping others make those same changes.
I’m grateful that I can share my lived experiences with so many people in similar situations.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Learning to live without my mum by my side was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, but here I am, three years later, thriving more than ever.
I’ve learned to listen and recognize the signs that she’s right here with me.
Every day, I make it my main intention to make both myself and her proud.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I feel that giving my true, authentic self to my clients helps them so much.
I keep my training and coaching methods real and raw, speaking in a language they can understand.
I remember being very confused in the beginning because I couldn’t afford a coach, so I had to figure a lot of things out on my own.
I’m well aware that many people out there want to make changes but don’t know where to start.
So, I decided to create a group coaching subscription called The Abundance Circle.
It’s for women looking to empower themselves and create their dream lives, all at a low subscription cost.
I believe I’m unique compared to many other coaches because I know the value I’m offering is priceless.
The fact that people can access it at such an affordable price brings me so much joy.
My soul’s purpose in this life is to help others, and that’s what lights me up.
I give this help in a real, raw way, with tools, exercises, and techniques that can be understood and made simple for those who don’t have much experience in mindset training.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
While I do work with clients 1 on 1, which may not be affordable for everyone, my goal is to turn a low ticket subscription program into something bigger.
In this program, my clients will receive all the tools they need to move forward in a positive and abundant way and create the life they truly want to live.
I have a vision of helping tens of thousands of people every single month at a cost that is accessible to everyone.
This, I believe, is what makes my approach to coaching unique.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
My clients receive priceless value without having to worry about how they will pay for it.
I want my coaching strategies to alleviate as much financial stress as possible, so they can let go of thoughts of lack, doubt, and fear, and begin to focus on thoughts of prosperity, power, and abundance instead.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Whether you believe it or not, your thoughts and emotions are creating your reality.
If you don’t like what you’re getting from life, you need to change the way you perceive the world.
Use the adversity and problems in your life as a springboard to success.
Playing the victim will only affect you negatively.
Stop looking for acceptance from others and focus on being accepting of yourself.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
I realized that relying on material things or other people to make me happy was not the answer.
True happiness and contentment must come from within.
Once you align with that inner peace, it will manifest in your physical reality.
Vibration always precedes manifestation.
Your final thoughts?
I’d like to invite anyone reading this and intrigued by my coaching methods, especially those looking to work on their future and personal growth but who don’t have a lot of spare cash, to reach out to me on social media to book a free mindset strategy call.
My entire business is online, so no matter where you are in the world, we can connect and get you on your way to living the life you not only want to live, but truly deserve to live!

How they can help: By active listening, presence, and using various tools and techniques as well as creating a customized approach according to each client’s needs that can include metaphors, poetry, therapeutic writing, movement, sound, sand tray work, Jungian and imagery cards, and nature.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
The pandemic was a pivotal period of reclamation for me.
A deep, dark night of the soul as an aftermath of a profound shift in consciousness back in June 2019 during a meditation retreat.
It was a well orchestrated deep initiation by life, a deep shedding of the old shell, and the birth of a new me.
A deep awakening.
My orientation to life has shifted poignantly ever since.
The prophecy that I’d die in my mid thirties was given to me as a child.
This was the symbolic death of my ego, precisely in the middle of the pandemic!
I was also given the insight that we, as humanity, will experience shifts in human consciousness.
The pandemic was a global awakener for all of us, it’s up to us to truly see what matters.
Clients have been seeking me for their inner awakening ever since.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
I was pregnant at the time with my second child, so I wasn’t working.
I was pregnant and suicidal.
I was brought to my darkest of times.
Despite that, Grace’s whispers continued like a golden ray in my heart.
I had a deep, subtle intuitive knowing that this was a transformative time for me.
In the middle of my darkest moments, I heard a voice say, “Trust, this is clearing you from the inside.”
Life was gifting me creation, both physically and symbolically.
I was being (Re)created into a new me.
My life perspective and consequently my practice shifted ever since.
Finding gold in the thick of shadow is the path of the holy human.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
Light is found in the thick of the dark.
They are not two polarities but one.
There is no lotus without mud, or mud without lotus, as Thich Nhat Hanh beautifully said.
We are both human and beyond human.
The two are not separate but unite in the core of our heart, so we become a living prayer: love walking.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I left my hometown in Crete three days after receiving my acceptance letter for my MSc in Counselling Psychology.
I had a five day window to be in the course on time.
My words to my then boyfriend were, “I must go to meet myself.”
It was one of the most shaking moments of my life, yet the whispers of Grace were louder than ever.
The rest is history!
I have also trained as a supervisor for therapists and coaches based on an integrative developmental model, and I bring tons of passion to that area!
I am a sound healer with my voice, and currently, I’m serving as a catalyst and a spiritual coach (mentor).
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
I left the chains of a deeply patriarchal society and immigrated for the sake of freedom and to discover and fulfill my deepest inner belonging.
This longing had been burning deep within me since childhood, as an obsessive desire to discover “truth.”
Leaving an abusive relationship to come abroad for my studies in the span of three days was my biggest achievement!
Of course, each moment of my life has made me who I am.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
John Rowan, a famous transpersonal psychotherapist, said, “We can only take our clients as far as we have gone ourselves.”
I have lived by this principle as my direct investment in my clients.
I am a devotee of life, cultivating deeper presence and states of consciousness and assisting my clients in discovering their innate joy, freedom, and authentic expression in life.
I assist clients in getting out of their own way and allowing the intuitive intelligence of their life to take the lead.
My job is to get out of the way and truly listen to their unique signature of being and simply reflect it back.
I use various means to help them drop into their timeless nature, from art to sound to nature.
We enter a deep, transformative, and nourishing state of presence in which healing occurs spontaneously, with very little guidance.
I am currently developing my own model and always looking to work with people who are keen to participate in this project and assist me in putting it into words based on their feedback.
Supporting other coaches is a special passion of mine to help them refine their depth of presence and respond with clarity to their clients!
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I am deeply rooted in knowing that I know nothing… but I KNOW who I am as my true essence and love the human in her sacred human(mess).
From this place, a well of wisdom arises, meeting the wisdom revealed in my clients.
I am wholly present in a moment to moment unfolding with my clients.
I am NOT separate from them, but we are one stream of consciousness expressing our unique qualities and personalities.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
I am quite sober about true empowerment, empowerment that lasts a lifetime and equips people with a deep conviction of how deeply worthy of love they are.
My clients report true awakening at heart and mind levels, reconnection to their creative spark and zest for life, reclamation of their dreams, and deep healing of sacred wounds.
I have no magical formula, but deep presence and my heart.
This itself appears to be incredibly healing for them.
They often report glimpses of deep states of reality, which require deep care, as if this cork pops, it is a journey I do not take lightly.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
I struggle to answer this question.
The old me would have listed my favorite tools.
And YES, I have plenty of tools in my toolbox, with thousands of hours of training and growth in the psychotherapy field, but more than anything, presence is my embodied state.
From this place, the portals back to our true selves are limitless.
By allowing myself to be malleable, like clay molding to their needs, I am used in metaphor, poetry, therapeutic writing, movement, sound, sand tray work, Jungian and imagery cards, and nature (whether through direct connection or walking in it) as a way to find the portals back to the wisdom of our soul.
The “tools” I use meet my clients exactly where they are.
I consciously draw upon their inner resources (I simply help them see those resources more clearly)!
I love pointing people to how Grace and Spirit, or their intuition, are already guiding them.
It’s like I have a hawk eyed view of the situation, and I take joy in highlighting the wisdom hidden in the spaces in between (their unconscious) rich with impregnated wisdom and blossoming potential!
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
You ARE the place you leave to find yourself…
You are the belonging you long for…
You are the quench of your own thirst…
You ARE worthy of love, and even more, you ARE love itself.
We are, indeed, powerful beyond measure and it is our duty to make use of this power for service of the wider WHOLE.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
The greatest lesson I have learned is that the most profound learning arrives spontaneously, without aim, grasping, or attachment.
True surrender brings us to life!
When I let go of the need to “get somewhere,” I am met with direct knowing in my intuition and heart.
I am embraced by life and its aliveness.
There is joy in the beautiful messiness of our humanness, and a sense of wholeness even when we believe we are broken.
Above all, our human imperfections are not flaws but guides, pointing us toward the inner divine perfection that unfolds throughout our lives.
Your final thoughts?
Waking up from the thought stream of samsara reveals a garden of peace, inner freedom, and true love at the heart level.
Our thoughts can align with our authentic Divine Mind and serve as guides to our truest purpose in life.
Grace makes no mistakes, life is always supporting us, even when we lose touch with this truth in our darkest moments.
It’s in those very moments that we need a gentle reminder of the unwavering presence of grace and the deeper wisdom guiding our path.

Our emotions often feel complex and overwhelming, but they can be broken down into simple formulas that reveal deeper secrets of life and The Universe.
By understanding the hidden components behind our emotions, we can shift our perspectives and create more meaningful lives.
Here are 20 emotional equations to unlock the greatest secrets of life.
20 Emotional Equations that Reveal Profound Secrets of Life
Equations for Dealing with Difficult Times:
1. Despair = Suffering – Meaning
People focus on reducing suffering but often overlook the power of creating meaning.
Instead of fighting suffering, focus on reframing it with a meaningful narrative.
Ask, “How can this experience contribute to my growth or purpose?”
Think about people who go through insane amounts of suffering and, somehow, they do not fall into despair.
What’s the one thing that helps them go through the fires of suffering and come out on the other side?
Meaning.
They find meaning in their suffering.
And that makes all the difference.
Embracing challenges with a sense of purpose can transform despair into resilience and hope.
2. Disappointment = Expectations – Reality
Many try to lower expectations but ignore how much reality can be improved.
You are more powerful and more in control of your reality than you think.
Work on shaping reality instead of just managing expectations.
Increase self efficacy and take actions that align with your goals.
See what works, get rid of what doesn’t, and keep taking action.
By consistently aligning actions with aspirations, you can bridge the gap between expectation and reality.
3. Regret = Disappointment + Responsibility
Disappointment is often linked to regret, but what people often miss to see is the role of responsibility.
If you lower how much responsibility you assign to yourself for something that happened (or something that didn’t happen), something you regret… the regret also decreases.
Some things in life that happen (or don’t happen), you have no control over.
You have no power over them.
Responsibility is directly linked to power.
We don’t want to feel powerless, so when things outside of our control (power) happen, we often fool ourselves that we could have changed something.
We assign to ourselves responsibility.
We want to feel that we are in control.
But the problem is, this responsibility that we assign to ourselves in the present is for the past, the control you feel is an illusion.
The past already happened.
You cannot change the past.
You have absolutely no control over the past.
So what you are left with is disappointment and regret.
If you want to assign responsibility to yourself, assign it in the present moment for the present moment.
The only real power and control you have is over the present moment.
And the more responsibility you give yourself to affect the present moment, the more power you can exert.
But no matter how much responsibility you give yourself in the present for the past, you cannot change the past.
Use regret as a teacher.
Instead of avoiding responsibility, embrace it to make better choices moving forward, but embrace it in the present moment.
Do not give it to your past self from the present moment, it makes no difference.
Learning from past experiences helps us cultivate wisdom and prevent future missteps.
But we learn so we can change the present and affect the future that we want to create.
4. Jealousy = Mistrust ÷ SelfEsteem
People target mistrust but ignore self esteem.
Instead of focusing only on trusting others, work on building a strong internal foundation of self worth.
Self love and confidence can minimize jealousy and foster healthier relationships.
The interesting thing here is that “Self Esteem” is the denominator.
What this implies is that if there is 0 self esteem there will be also 0 jealousy.
That seems a little counterintuitive, doesn’t it?
But it’s absolutely correct!
Think about, if someone has no self esteem what so ever, they will not even feel like they deserve the thing they should be jealous about.
So if someone is jealous, it means that there is at least a tiny amount of self esteem there.
This is key! If we know for a fact that if you are jealous you also have (at least a little bit) self esteem to be able to be jealous, you can capitalize and work on that self esteem to reduce the jealousy.
5. Envy = (Pride + Vanity) ÷ Kindness
Kindness is often underutilized in dissolving envy.
Actively practice gratitude and kindness toward those you envy.
They have what you want and they show you that it is possible, if they have that you can also have that.
It flips the focus from comparison to appreciation.
Viewing others’ success as inspiration rather than competition can cultivate a more positive mindset.
However, the real secret lies in “Kindness” as the denominator.
What it implies is that: If there is no kindness, there will be no evny at all.
There needs to be at least a small amount of kindness in order to envy someone.
Strange right?
Well, think about it… Envy is a feeling that occurs when we compare ourselves to someone else and feel that they have something we lack, something that could potentially take away from our sense of worth.
Without kindness you don’t envy, you take.
There is nothing stopping you from taking what you want from others.
There is no sense of shared humanity or appreciation for others.
You may not even notice others’ success in a way that could provoke envy.
Do you envy ants who can find food anywhere, do not need to pay rent, and live on this planet for free?
No, because you do not relate to them.
In the absolute absence of kindness, you are not likely to recognize others as worthy of admiration or inspiration, there’s no emotional connection to feel envy toward them or feel threatened by their success.
But this also gives us another important piece of information.
If, when you envy someone there is always a small amount of kindness present, you can capitalize on that kindness to reduce the envy.
If there is a small spark of kindness, you can rekindle it into a bigger flame by focusing on that shared connection you have with them.
6. Anxiety = Uncertainty x Powerlessness
People try to reduce uncertainty but rarely tackle powerlessness.
Build small, actionable steps to feel more in control.
Learn as much as you can about what you feel uncertain about.
Embrace uncertainty by reframing it as an adventure or opportunity for growth.
Recognizing that growth often requires stepping into the unknown can empower us.
True healing requires deep reflection on past experiences, but it needs to be accompanied with processing of what happened, (processing the emotions, processing the pain) plus acceptance of what is.
The equation suggests that the more we resist facing our emotions and truths, the longer healing is delayed, but through reflection and acceptance, healing can happen.
Over acceptance without proper emotional processing and deep reflection might lead to suppression rather than true healing, where people convince themselves they’re healed without addressing the root cause.
However, the biggest secret here is in the denominator “Resistance”.
Sometimes, resistance can be beneficial, it can indicate areas that still need attention and work.
Removing resistance too quickly might prevent deeper self discovery.
Equations for Setting the Most Out of Work Life:
8. Calling = Pleasure ÷ Pain
Pain is seen as negative, yet it can amplify meaning.
Instead of avoiding pain, find ways to transform it into a badge of honor or proof of commitment to your purpose.
The greatest fulfillment often comes from enduring hardships in pursuit of something meaningful.
Nobody found their calling by only following pleasure, there was always at least a little bit of pain somewhere in there.
Not too much, but enough to make the pleasure have depth.
9. Workaholism = What Are You Running From? ÷ What Are You Living For?
Many ignore the “running from” variable.
More often than not, workaholism comes as a result of mindlessly running away from something you do not want to face instead of proactively working on your purpose.
Dive into your fears and unresolved issues.
Address them to find balance and better align work with passion.
Understanding what drives workaholism can lead to a healthier relationship with work and life.
10. Flow = Skill × (Challenge ÷ Skill + 1)
People think skill always has to match challenge, but they overlook learning opportunities.
Step slightly outside your comfort zone.
Increase challenge intentionally to grow your skill set.
Flow increases when you find the sweet spot where challenge is slightly greater than competence.
11. Curiosity = Wonder + Awe
Do you recognize how things that once amazed you become ordinary the more you encounter them?
Awe can be elusive when life feels routine.
Deliberately seek new, inspiring experiences.
Travel, explore nature, or study something completely unfamiliar.
Embracing the unknown nurtures a lifelong sense of wonder and exploration.
12. Growth = (Curiosity × Courage²) ÷ Comfort
Growth happens when curiosity and courage outweigh the desire to stay in comfort.
The more we step outside our comfort zones, driven by our curiosity and bravery, the more we evolve and expand our potential.
By squaring Courage, this equation highlights the fact that taking action plays a more significant role in personal growth compared to just curiosity and learning.
It suggests that while curiosity sparks interest, it’s action that drives meaningful progress.
The secret lies in the “Comfort” as a denominator.
If comfort is 0, there will be no growth at all.
When we speak about growth we often focus on going out of the comfort zone but we forget that comfort has a role too.
The value of intentional rest and stability as crucial components of sustainable growth cannot be ignored.
Pushing too hard without balance and rest can lead to burnout.
Equations for Defining Who You Are:
13. Authenticity = SelfAwareness x Courage
In order to be who you really are and stay authentic to yourself you need to be courageous enough to face judgment.
Courage is often underestimated as a skill that can be developed.
There are many ways to train your courage muscle, facing your fear is one of them.
The more you build your courage muscle, the easier it will be for you to maintain your authenticity and not shy away from your truth when social pressure is high.
A secret tip: Practice small acts of authenticity daily to build courage.
Pair self awareness with bold experiments in self expression.
Authentic living requires continuous self discovery and bravery.
14. Narcissism = (Self Esteem)² x Entitlement
People only focus on reducing entitlement but ignore excess self esteem.
A healthy dose of self esteem is, well… healthy.
But when self esteem is squared, it doubles the effects of entitlement.
Use humility practices to balance self esteem, such as gratitude journaling or acts of service.
Cultivating humility ensures confidence remains grounded in reality.
15. Integrity = Authenticity x Reliability x Invisibility
Invisibility is rarely considered a strength.
Take pride in “invisible” acts of character, such as doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
True integrity is built through consistent, unseen effort.
Equations for Living The Best Life Possible:
16. Happiness = Wanting What You Have ÷ Having What You Want
We focus too much on reaching our goals and getting what we want, but the secret to happiness is appreciating what you have.
Instead of chasing more try falling in love with what you already have.
Redefine “having” to include intangible blessings like relationships, health, and love.
Cultivating gratitude shifts the focus from materialism to fulfillment.
17. Joy = Love – Fear
Fear is often ignored or suppressed, rather than faced.
Fear takes from the amount of love we can express.
It takes from the joy we can experience in life.
When we face our fears we reduce the value of fear and as a result our joy increases, our heart opens.
Identify specific fears and challenge them to create space for more love.
Meditation or exposure therapy can help.
Facing fear head on allows for greater emotional freedom and joy.
18. Thriving = Frequency of Positive ÷ Frequency of Negative
People chase positives but ignore reducing negatives.
However, we often forget the role of the negatives in thriving.
If there is 0 negative than the positive loses its meaning and there is also 0 thriving in our life.
Focus on eliminating small, recurring stressors (e.g., bad habits, toxic relationships) to create a larger net positive effect.
True thriving is about balance and intentional living.
19. Faith = Belief ÷ Intellect
Intellect is often seen as opposing faith.
However, without at least a little intellect there is no faith.
If intellect is 0 faith is also 0 because the belief is not based on anything.
In order for a belief to work, it needs to be balanced with intellect.
True faith is not about knowing for a fact that what we believe in is true, but trusting that it is.
What many people forget however, is that we also need to have the intellect to reason why it can be true.
Otherwise, it’s just an abstract thought.
Balance faith and intellect by seeking knowledge that supports belief, such as studying spiritual or philosophical concepts.
Harmonizing logic with belief fosters a deeper sense of purpose.
20. Wisdom = √Experience
Depth of experience matters more than quantity.
Most people try to do as many things as possible thinking it will enrich their lives or bring wisdom.
But true wisdom is sourced from the depth of your experience.
You can focus on 1 thing your whole life (one interest, one skill, one book) and go as deep as possible…
You will have greater wisdom than people who tried 1000 things but just scratched the surface.
Slow down to reflect deeply on your experiences.
Extract lessons through journaling or discussions with mentors.
Reflection transforms experiences into wisdom.
By understanding these emotional equations and applying their insights, we can navigate life with more clarity, resilience, and fulfillment.

Champions in any endeavor have a mindset that allows them to meet all obstacles and overcome.
It takes effort. It takes commitment. It takes training.
The results are… priceless!
How Much is Mindset a Factor When It Comes to Being a Champion?
DeVonta Smith said it perfectly when asked about his mindset after receiving “the offensive player of the game” in the 2021 national championship football game…
A game where he was only able to play in the first half because of a hand injury on the first drive of the second half…
He said he trusted his training. He trusted his coaching.
There is a great deal of talk about the incredible value of a growth mindset.
Carol Dwek, PhD coined the term and is the leading figure in the research into and around this notion of a growth mindset.
Essentially, people with a growth mindset believe that intelligence can be developed which leads to a desire to learn and therefor a tendency to:
Embrace challenges,
Persist in the face of setbacks,
Sees effort as a path to mastery,
Learns from criticism,
Finds lessons and inspiration in the success of others…
As a result they attain higher levels of achievement.
Notice the emphasis is on intelligence and the context is learning.
Obviously, a growth mindset has implications far beyond education.
Is a Certain Belief a Precursor of a Champion Mindset?
While I haven’t done the formal PhD level research as Dr. Dwek has, I have enough research and experience under my belt to argue that beyond a growth mindset, champions tend to have a core belief that they are at the cause of what happens in their life, which leads to a competitive attitude and a tendency to believe:
They are in control of how to interpret what happens to them.
There is no such thing as failure only results.
I can achieve anything I set my mind to.
There is no substitute for hard work.
People are your greatest resource.
I am a master of my destiny.
Which leads to a tendency to embrace challenges, persist in the face of setbacks, to see effort as a path to mastery, to learn from criticism, and to find lessons and inspiration in the success of others…
As well as to develop a loving mindset and have faith!
These characteristics are all trainable.
In fact, you need to constantly be training that mindset.
How to Train The Mind?
The greatest champion in NFL football history with 7 Super Bowl rings and 5 Super Bowl MVP awards is Tom Brady.
Brady is notorious for his constant training (mind and body).
Mindset training of course involves a great deal of reflection, thinking, questioning, and rehearsing.
It is about training the mind.
We use our HEAT method to achieve the results we get.
We apply Habit, Emotion, Attitude, Training to achieve a mindset of a champion.
We begin by clearing away obstacles that are lurking in your unconscious and we do that with our Mindset Transformation Training.
With the obstacles cleared out you can now begin building essential habits that are necessary for long term success and well being.
Once you have “cleared the ground” and put the systems in place for success, we can build the foundation for a mindset of a champion.
The Foundation of It All Rests with a Mindset of Love
Any organization or team would love to have people working for them that were patient, kind, not envious, not boastful, not dishonoring of others, not self seeking, not easily angered, who do not keep records of wrongs, who protect, trust, hope, and always persevere.
Those are some of the characteristics of love.
Those characteristics are trainable and honorable.
People who have that whole package are highly sought after.
A simple thought experiment proves the point.
Simply think about working with, under, or over someone who is the opposite of all of those traits or someone who has all of those traits.
It is obvious who you would choice isn’t it.
The Keystone That Holds It All Together
After the foundation is built we work on building the two piers that will hold up the arch.
Those are Faith and Faithfulness.
We then work on training the mind with patterns of thinking and specific skills around learning (mind), health, fitness, and well being (body), family, friendships (heart), and finally the keystone that holds it all together… building the spirit of a champion.
With all those pieces trained a person is ready to take on all of life’s challenges and achieve a well rounded, personally rewarding and fulfilling life.
Then they may choose to learn and develop a Mindset of Abundance.
Champions are Created
Champions aren’t born, they are built through deliberate effort, unrelenting commitment, and the kind of training that transforms obstacles into steppingstones.
If you’ve ever wondered what separates the extraordinary from the ordinary, the answer lies within: mindset.
The same mindset that fuels elite athletes like Tom Brady and DeVonta Smith can be cultivated in you, your family, or your team.
It begins with clearing the mental clutter, building essential habits, and then building the mindset of a champion arch.
At Success Institutes, we don’t just talk about the mindset of champions, we train it.
