As you probably know by now if you are one of our regular readers, or if you “coincidentally” stumbled upon our website during these “blackout” times, we were down for approximately 13 days.

As the owner and creator of Life Coach Code I felt obligated to explain to our loving readers Why we were off, Why we are NOT sorry for Life Coach Code being off and What is our plan for the future.

However, I decided I would make this article about the history of Life Coach Code, my struggles, where are we now with the website and what are our future plans.

Everything Happens for a Reason

Everything Happens for a ReasonLife Coach Code started 2 years ago while I still had no idea what will I do for a living, what my future will look like and most importantly who the hell am I.

The Sign

I had a Higher Calling to meet with some people who knew web development, SEO and Internet Marketing. Some may call it coincidence, some may call it destiny, but I know it was something Higher pulling the strings.

I was supposed to work for a guy who needed Video Editing Professional.

I always had passion for editing videos and creating stories from raw material but I was no professional.

When I applied I created a file on my desktop named with the name of this person, but I was never chosen. However, for some reason, I kept the file with his name on it for almost a year.

I was experimenting with various jobs and one thing led to another, I was recommended to watch a video about a guy who offers to teach people how to make 2000 Euros per month which in my country, and on my age, is A LOT.

When I saw the video the person introduced himself and the name was familiar.

It happened to be the same person I had a file with his name on my desktop for “no reason”, for almost a year.

So it was like a higher sign that I should give more attention to what he has to say.

Following The Sign

It was so simple but elegant how I came to create this website.

I went to learn web development and SEO from this marketing genius because in one of his presentation he spoke of pretty amazing income you can have by owning a website.

I wanted to create something which I can work on from everywhere around the globe and which can earn me money to travel and live.

Studying International Marketing Management was one more factor why I decided to pay him to teach me the ways of the internet.

I was LOST

I had no idea what to do in the future but I always knew deep in myself I MUST somehow help The World, make it better, or make it realize the greatness it holds locked.

It frustrated me that I was the only one who saw The World this way while all the others around me, people I love, spent every second of their life expressing how wrong, dark and dangerous The World actually is.

I will get back to this. My point is, I always knew that I had a Higher Drive towards something greater than an ordinary job and I refused to be ordinary with every quanta of force I had in me.

I must admit, when I decided to pay this man to teach me web development I had no idea what I am doing, what’s my purpose.. I was seeking money. That was it. I was lost.

I followed the similarity of my faculty, the freedom of working at home and the eventual income it may generate me. That’s it.

I could have never imagined what this website will do for me and how much it will grow me as an individual. How much it will awaken me. I had no idea. NONE!

Building The Foundations

So I started to learn web development and SEO and I created Life Coach Code because the niche was profitable and the name was cool and catchy.

I wrote my first article, I wrote a couple more, I created my Social Network Pages and in a couple of months I finished the course.

I had a website, knowledge for SEO and a dark forest in front of me with no path, no light and no company to support me on my journey towards success.

All I had was my vision and faith in that deeper, Higher drive I subconsciously felt inside of me.

And no, I was not making 2000 Euros per month. As a matter of fact, for 1 year I did not earn 20 Euros.

The Journey Begins

face the stormI had a website and a purpose to write. As I said, I always had passion for creating stories and that’s why a couple of years ago I wrote a 300+ pages fantasy novel.

I had no money to print it and I stopped writing. I forgot how passionate I was for writing and how much it helped me explore my inner world intellectually.

When I started writing for Life Coach Code..

… I fell in love with writing all over again. I loved every single article I wrote and I still do. It was special and I refused to copy ANYTHING from other websites.

That’s why I sucked at making money with this kind of work.

I spent 99% of my time, 8 hours per day researching, reading, learning, writing, understanding and editing my article.

I was unable to spend quality time on promoting, social networks, commenting, guest posting and all other tasks SEO demands.

I was TRULY investing in writing unique, quality articles but I was not able to compete with the larger sites who worked most of their time on SEO, even though most of their articles were a copy of a copy of some original article.

And it’s not just Writing and SEO. There is maintenance and programming and updating, reading news about social networks and trying to understand their games so you will know how to use them to reach more people.. and those games change every 2 weeks so you must constantly read, research, change, apply, test and evaluate.

It is Nowhere Close to Being a Simple Job

“What do you do?”

“I am a blogger, I work an hour per day traveling the world and I make a ton of money.” – said no professional blogger EVER, not even in a Parallel Universe.

Time went by and I was slowly losing interest in earning money from my website. I gained enormous pleasure in publishing my articles, much more than I imagined earning money would create.

What I sacrificed

Every article I wrote was in a way ME teaching MYSELF about the subject I was writing about. I was finally learning the things which were lost in my sub consciousness.

I have created my own academy for becoming the best version of myself I can be.

The problem was I was not making money and I spent 6 days per week 6+ hours working. I still depended on my parents and I knew how hard is for them to still support me financially.

I have 2 beautiful sisters who want to go out and have fun and who could use that money as I did on their age. It was not fair to disable them that life because I have no time to make my own money.

So I stopped going out. I minimized the money I spend and I did only the things I needed like eating food, drinking water and sleeping.

I stopped buying new clothes, better phone, new bed hahaha.. my bed was broken in half and I kept sleeping that way, I lost a huge amount of my friends for the fact that I did not go out partying, I wore shoes with holes in them, I had no girlfriend and I was in my early 20s’ so you can imagine how much I craved for intimacy.

Despite all of that..

… I lived in an environment driven by materialistic values. MONEY was all that mattered.

How could have I explained to my family that exploring your Inner World, or raising the frequency of humans is more important than having a new sweater.

Whenever I started speaking about The Spiritual Self, The Inner World, Soul, Frequency, Following your heart.. they either shut down, looked me like I spoke Martian or answered “That will not make you money.”

However, I had no time for nothing else than developing my website and discovering deeper knowledge. I fell in love with it and.. oh.. I can not explain.. it was a higher drive not letting me to do something else than develop Life Coach Code.

The Other Side of The Dark Forest

calmnessI was COMPLETELY ALONE. And let’s be honest, it fu**ing sucks to be all alone in midst of people. And I was not asking for much. Just letting me do my thing without “teaching” me how to live “better” would have helped.

I was alone, in a dark forest with no path visible, following a hunch which may not be even true and being bombarded with reasons why should I stop and get back to follow the crowd.

What I Did?

Every day I raised my frequency to be able to work on Life Coach Code, dodged conversations driven by fear trying to get me back on following the crowd, exercised, studied in my “academy”.

Every day I gave every last quanta of force I had to keep the faith that what I do is right and visualize the light behind the dark forest.

I started making small amounts of money from my website and when I say small it is SMALL, like 10 Euros per month.

I did summer jobs like selling tickets for a discotheque in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria and every cent I made I invested on Life Coach Code.

I am human also, from time to time I wanted to go out, to stop bothering how to help the world but I couldn’t. I tried but I was unable to be ok with conversations having no point or gossiping or “the weather is fine today.”

It’s like when you discover that there are no people in your TV and get back to live believing that there are people in your TV.

What this New Lifestyle Brought Me?

By 22 years I had 5 written books, a website, I traveled to over 20 countries including USA and most of Europe.

I’ve ran 4 Half Marathons, 1 Full Marathon, I have Climbed The Highest Mountain in my country, I had knowledge about working out from my 5 years experience. I started practicing Yoga and Meditation.

I knew how important a daily exercise and a balanced meal is. I knew the basics of cooking. I created a way to exercise and eat healthy so you’ll spend less money than if you didn’t.

I learned, understood and mastered the teachings of Sacred Geometry, Alchemy, Ancient History, Numerology, Vortex Math, Astrology, Quantum Physics, Psychology, Collective Evolution, Spirituality, Biology and Nutrition.

I took classes in Life Coaching and I have created my own program for helping people, based on the knowledge I had in all the aspects. I call this program SEMP and I have integrated it with Life Coach Code.

I met HUGE amount of AWESOME people across the internet and through the countries I traveled.

I made friends with Super Humans who do exactly what I do and they do it for a long time, raising the frequency of The World.

They taught me A LOT of useful lessons and I am still reading and studying from their wisdom. You can check some of them here.

I invested in a company that was just starting, a company working with the Miraculous Stone Zeolite.

I expanded The Universe of my fantasy novel to 2 more books.

I helped my family with their business by implementing my knowledge of nutrition in the coffee shop we own.

I also helped a lot of people around the globe and I must say, there is no feeling like the feeling when you know that your work helped someone to live better, be happier, love more, awaken and succeed in following their purpose.

I created a YouTube channel like I always wanted where I could be silly, have fun, do pranks and make people laugh.

It happened to be that my “boring” life, following that deeper drive I had inside of me, led me to a better life than I could have ever imagined. A better life than I could have ever had if I followed the money.

Where I am Now?

I still do not make a lot of money from Life Coach Code. I don’t even make 100 Euros per month. But I am A LOT richer than if I was making 2000 Euros per month.

Now I still have no new bed. As a matter of fact I made my room my office and removed my bad. I sleep at my grandparents. But I AM HAPPY! I know my purpose without doubt and I start to see the light behind the dark forest.

My best friend who was always supporting me no matter if he didn’t understand what I did awakened also.

He made his own website and we are walking like a team together now through the dark forest. I am not alone anymore and I discovered that I never was, it was just me who needed to wake up and see who was always there for me.

What My Plan for The Future is?

I decided to make EVERY SINGLE article on this website free and our knowledge will ALWAYS be free for the readers to use.

Our purpose is to reprogram the paradigm of people and AWAKEN them, make them discover what is their perfect life. Give them higher knowledge and motivation to be the best version of themselves they can be.

Life Coach Code is now updating to 2.0 and it is going to be awesome.

I will just hint that 3.0 will be a unity of Life Coaching website, Online Game and Social Network however it is still early for that.

The future is bright, A LOT brighter than we could have ever imagined and we are excited that we chose this way even though it was like hell in the beginning a couple of years ago.

We are NOT sorry for life coach code being off for 13 days because it gave us time to stabilize, plan and create something AWESOME for YOU.

Super Hero Academy

We have a plan set in motion and we are creating a Hero Academy on Life Coach Code where people can get weekly lessons to Become Superheroes, Superhumans. That’s Life Coach Code 2.0.

It’s going to be AWESOME as I want to make this process of awakening and separating from the crowd A LOT MORE FUN. I think it should never feel as lame as it feels to separate from the crowd.

Also there will be daily videos on YouTube as I am creating a channel for this website where I’ll give short 30 second Wisdom Shots about Images with Quotes.

There will be also Motivational Videos and EPIC Trailers which will inspire, motivate and raise your frequency.

The PowerPoint Presentation

I am also translating what I write about on my native language, I do not know if you have heard of it, Macedonian 😀

Doing this I am planning to make a public presentation about everything I teach on my website and starting from my home I will continue to travel the world opening free workshops and giving cool presentations.

How to Train YOUR “Dragon” in 7 Unusual Steps ?

Of course, we are not talking about real dragons.. or do we? (Twilight theme starts playing)

You are a HERO, I have no doubt in that. However, like every HERO you must know how to train your “Dragon” and tame that beast.

To understand what we speak of when we speak of “dragons” first you must read this Epic Legend.


 

This Epic Legend

Mother Nature And Father SourceEach of us is made of 2 essential sides, a mother and a father.

Our mother is Nature and our father is Source and they have UNITED through a union of LOVE to create us.

As they united, their child was scattered through the dimensions.

This resulted in The Four Pillars each and every single one of us has.

Four ElementsThese are The Spirit, The Mind, The Body and The Heart and inside all of them the purest form of YOU exists, your SOUL.

The Soul is the purest form created by your mother’s and father’s love and union.

Yin YangHowever, your Soul is also balanced between 2 forces, darkness and light.

YOU are not your soul, nor spirit, nor body.. YOU are all of them and what determines the kind of person you’ll be is the balance you create, the harmony between all of these sides of yourself.

The interaction between your soul and the pillars has enabled us to create our own energy and choose our own path in life.

These 2 abilities, to create our own energy and to choose our own path represent the dragon and the dragon rider.

The Dragon

Dragon and Dragon riderEach of us has a dragon inside and each of us is a potential dragon rider. All you need to do is learn how to train your dragon and, of course, train it.

The dragon will give you the energy you need to fly and go wherever you want to go, to defeat all evil you need to defeat and make all your most beautiful dreams come true.

However, this dragon needs a Dragon Rider, someone who will control it and give it purpose. The dragon needs someone who it will honor and love and listen to.

The dragon needs a dragon rider as much as every dragon rider needs their dragon.

To become worthy as a dragon rider you need to dive a little deeper inside your soul.


 

How to Become a Dragon Rider?

Remember what I said above, that our soul is also balanced between 2 sides, light and darkness? You need to dive between them, into the nexus point which unites those 2 omnipotent forces.

Once you dive that deep inside yourself you will discover that the tiny, bright spark which unites the darkness and the light, that’s the TRUE YOU. That’s your own creation.

The Tiny, Bright Spark

That tiny, bright spark is your own freedom, your own point of view and understanding of The Universe, the essence of your own Universe.

The Spark of Your HumanityInside that spark you will discover your TRUE PURPOSE. There you will find what’s worth living for and most importantly, what’s worth dying for. That tiny, bright spark is the essence of HUMANITY, the essence of your own humanity and what you FEEL is right, fair and meaningful.

That’s the most beautiful place in The Universe for YOU, that’s the center of The Universe for you. That’s your home, the place in the midst of darkness and light.

There you will find your dreams. Once you discover your dreams you know where to fly your dragon, you have a purpose and a map.

However, there is another “little” thing..

…you need to do first to become worthy of the “Dragon Rider” title and here is where most people back down.

Between Ying and YangYou need to unify your darkness and light. You need to make them stop fighting and LOVE each other.

There is wrong in the light as much as there is wrong in the darkness, but focusing on the right in both of them will make you SEE that they belong to each other.

You need to make A WHOLE of both opposites through their righteous parts. Make them realize and most importantly, make yourself realize that both of them are not opposite, they are only reflective of each other.

They are forged in the nexus of YOUR Universe, in YOUR Essence. That’s the point where they are united.

Once you UNDERSTAND this, you will know that all of them serve a greater purpose, you all serve YOU. Your mission is to make your dreams come true.

Once you realize this, your darkness and your light will stop fighting and instead work together to honor the greater purpose they serve.

They will create a new whole which is empowered by your TRUE LIGHT. This is how you are becoming a dragon rider, by having a purpose and becoming a whole.


 

The Variety of Dragons

Variety of DragonsOnce you become a Dragon Rider it is time to train your dragon.

Each dragon is different. Your dragon has something no other dragon has and you need to find this uniqueness. That’s your superpower, your talent.

Be aware that each dragon is different. Some are fast and fiery while others are lazy and cold.

However, every dragon has weaknesses and strengths and you need to learn how to work with your dragon’s strengths. That’s the essence of Dragon Training.

What “Dragon” Really Means?

PassionNow is the time to explain again what I mean by saying “dragon”. It’s your Energy, your Life Force, Chi, Emotions, or like we address it, Dragon.

You have noticed when you get inspired, or excited, or even angry, the fire burning deep inside of you. That inner energy which drives you, that’s your dragon flying and all it needs is a dragon rider to control it.

If you are not aware of the energy or have no idea how to control it you will come to realize that it will “fly” you places you don’t want to be at.

That’s why you need to learn how to train your dragon, to be able to “fly” it to places where you WANT to be at.

So Let’s Begin.


 

How to Train Your Dragon?

Training your dragon is basically becoming aware of your energy and its triggers. Once you are aware of them you train to get a hold of them and take control.

1. Get to know your Dragon

Get to Know your DragonLike I’ve said, each dragon is different. You must recall the times when you were inspired, excited, when you felt passion for something or got angry, mad.. try to remember what were your triggers.

Try to remember the intensity of your emotions. Were they short and powerful or did they last longer and were less intense?

Make a list of all the triggers you can think of and describe your temperament.

When you finish try to remember what inspires you, what makes you feel alive, what’s your passion, what you enjoy doing, what gives you pleasure. These are all triggers. Write them down.

Read the list you have and I guarantee you’ll remember something else you forgot to write. Write it down. It doesn’t matter if it sounds crazy, if it’s a TV show or a delicious chocolate cake, if it raises your energy it’s a trigger.

Now you have the list of your positive triggers and a description of your temperament. That’s the basic look of your Dragon.

2. Put yourself consciously in a position where your Dragon will be triggered

Trigger Your DragonNow you need to put yourself, consciously – that’s very important – in a position where your dragon will be triggered.

You need to consciously do something from your list to raise your energy.

3. Ride the beast for the first time

FlyOnce you feel that fire burning inside of you, that’s your dragon waking up. Take it for a “test drive”.

Consciously use that energy to create something which will bring you closer to your dreams.

It doesn’t matter if it’s a baby step or a micro step, what matters is to spend that energy on the direction YOU choose to.

It will be hard to keep focus at first depending on your temperament but you must tame that beast.

If you feel your energy starts to drop trigger it again with something from your list. Just be careful to not over do this because sooner or later your Dragon gets tired and the triggers work with less intensity, some of them may not work at all.

4. Feed it, nurture it and let it rest

Take RestAfter you took your first flight it is time to feed you Dragon. Do something you TRULY feel like doing. Reward yourself with something without thinking too much. Meditate, cool down.

You may not have done a lot but “flying” your Dragon is truly tiring for your whole being, so do not neglect the fact that you feel tired. Take a rest. Nap. Take a day off if you need to.

5. The Dark Side of Your Dragon – You must not give in

Dark SideTHIS IS THE KEY! After you take your first conscious “flight” your “Dragon” will show its dark sides. YOU MUST BE AWARE!

I am going to explain how buddy, do not worry.

Every time we consciously try to raise our energy, to create a positive energy, a contra effect is set in motion. This is because of our emotional baggage, our “Dragon’s Dark Side”.

Our hormones maintain a balance. If we felt a certain way and suddenly disrupted the balance of our default frequency our hormones will try to rebalance the system to its default state. No matter if we felt positive energy and happiness.

This happens when we are not aware. It’s usually after we take a rest. It will seem that something happens but it’s actually your perception that’s seeing through pessimistic “glasses”.

Make yourself aware of this. Take a step back every time you feel negative emotions and ask yourself “Why am I feeling like this?”

Calm down. Meditate. Watch something funny. You may feel that nothing can help but you are wrong. Read the list with positive triggers and notice if reading some of them makes you feel good.

This is The Dark Side of Your Dragon and once you learn to control it the beast will be tamed.

A True Dragon Rider knows how to use the fire but also knows how to melt the ice.

You may be stuck on step 5 for a while and that’s fine. Mastering the circle of steps 1 to 5 is the right thing to do. That’s how you master “flying” your “Dragon”.

However, as time goes by you will want to advance with training your “Dragon”. The next 2 steps are for transcending the dragon rider and the dragon into a new level and escaping the 1 to 5 circle.

Whenever you feel ready, try step 6.


 

6. Understand the negative triggers

Get rid of your TriggersWe all have an emotional baggage. Those are our shadows, things we run away from and try not to experience. Those are our Dragon’s Negative Triggers.

Try to recall all of your negative triggers and make a list just like in the first step.

Now you must question all of your triggers. Why do they make you feel bad, what’s their deeper meaning, what are you really running away from?

Become aware of the core of all your fears and negative triggers. What is that you are really running away from?

This is probably the toughest step. It’s not easy to face your own demons and it’s even harder to stop resisting them, to surrender.

You came this far, your “Dragon” needs you to do this.

Ask yourself “When was the first time I felt like that?”, when was the first time you felt like when some negative trigger makes you feel bad?

The answer may come like a memory, image, information, even a single word which you have associated with the scene when you first felt like that.

Close your eyes and consciously recreate that scene in your imagination. The scene may be the same but now you have the control.

Try to speak to whoever wronged you as the adult you are now and try to forgive them and most importantly, yourself. Cheer yourself up in your imagination.

Forgive and let go, this is key.

This is a hard process but you can take it slowly. Do this for every negative trigger.

Getting rid of the core of some negative triggers may automatically erase other negative triggers.

Be aware that as much as you get rid of negative triggers as much positive triggers will also be removed. Don’t panic buddy, this is alright.

You will also notice that your default state will drastically improve. You will be a happier person.

Triggers, no matter if positive or negative, are counter balancing themselves and this weighs down your default state of being.

Once you are rid of the weights that weigh you down you will become the happy kid you were meant to be. The happy kid you buried in all that emotional baggage.

7. Become one with your Dragon

Become One with Your DragonOnce you are rid of all your triggers you and your Dragon will become one. This comes Naturally as you’ll reach your highest frequency.

There will be no more triggers, your “Dragon” will be always “flying” and you will always be in control of where you want to “fly” your “Dragon”.

This doesn’t mean that you won’t feel bad from time to time. It doesn’t mean that you’ll get numb on happiness either. It simply means that you will let go of controlling what you feel.

If you watch a sad movie you will cry and if a song starts playing on a radio you will dance.

This is how you truly grow and become stronger, by experiencing reality as it is without masking anything of it. You will be YOU, the purest essence of your Soul.

The purpose however, will stay. It will always be what gives wind to your sails. You will not run away from anything, you will simply follow a deeper calling you need to fulfill and experience life to the fullest.

The “Dragon” will not need to be controlled anymore as the purpose of the dragon rider is now a part of it. The dragon rider will not need to control the “Dragon” anymore as its wings will become a part of the dragon rider.

That’s how the dragon rider and the “Dragon” evolve, by uniting and becoming one. The POWER of being united is immeasurable.


 

To Conclude

How to Train YOUR Dragon in 7 Simple StepsBeing aware or not you are a dragon rider and you have a “Dragon”. It’s up to you what kind of dragon rider you will be.

If you want to take control of your “Dragon” and learn how to train it first you must become a worthy dragon rider. Only after you are certain of your purpose you will be able to train it.

When you start training your “Dragon” you will come to step 5 and you will spend a while until you are ready to transcend. Do not worry, even if you choose not to transcend you will still be able to fulfill your dreams.

It will seem to you that you are losing your humanity if you get rid of your triggers but that’s only fear talking. In fact, getting rid of your triggers is becoming more “Human” than you have ever been.

Just do not force yourself to do anything if it doesn’t resonate with you. Do what you truly feel like doing.

In the end is not about how powerful your “Dragon” is or how much you’ve trained it. In the end is about remaining true to yourself, experiencing life, creating love, having fun and following your purpose.

Like any ship that sails on wind, every man must have a fire deep inside of him that will keep him going.

I am not talking about energy from eating, I am talking about something much more powerful.

You can know your goals, your destination but unless you have that wind to move you there you won’t get anywhere. You will be left on the mercy of the sea of life, to move you wherever the sea wants.

It all comes down to this factor -The wind. You can reach every destination you want if you have strong enough wind. You must find that wind, or call it however you want but you must start searching for it. You must find your will to reach your destination. You must find your wind so you can Ignite Your Spark Into a Bright Fire.

For some is easy, for some is harder than they can imagine, but there is a will in every one of us. A will to reach our goals, a will to make our dreams reality, a will to Go Through Hell Just to Get to Heaven.

Start thinking on how much you want something, start feeling how much you want something. Then I want you to Get Pissed Off that you don’t have that thing, I want you to bite your teeth, stand up and scream if you need to. You must realize that if you don’t start doing something about the fact that you don’t have the thing you want, you will probably never have that. Never! Imagine if you live your whole life without getting what you want. Imagine how crappy it would feel, never being able to experience that kind of happiness. Shift your perception, change feeling like a victim and start attacking. If there is no wind blowing in your direction, start creating your own. Start moving towards your destination and don’t whine like a bitch. Feel the will that moves you. Feel the energy that is created by your will and realize how strong you are, what you can create by only thinking on how much you want something.

Now start doing something, start getting closer to your goals, to your destination. Convert your will into actions that will move you closer to your dreams. It is all about how much you want something and the will to get that thing. The formula on getting whatever you want and being happy.

We are a MAGNET like everything else

The sides are just reflective of each other, not opposite.

That’s like you looking yourself in the mirror. If you are white, short male with a dark, long hair, you are not looking in a reflection which is a black, tall female with a blonde, short hair.

You are still You looking on a reflection of You facing towards You.

Once you plant the seed you need to nurture it daily so it can grow. You need to feed it with energy.

If you feed the seed daily with positive emotions it will grow into a positive fruit. The fruit is the outcome you are waiting for. The fruit is the reality you have created, the opportunity coming out from nowhere, the promotion, the perfect man/woman showing up into your life.

The Look of Our Emotions 2When you consume the fruit you will receive what you have given for its creation and it will be the same frequency of energy.

Consuming this energy will make your body promote emotions corresponding to the frequency. These emotions will feed your spirit opening doors for more AWESOME seeds to be created and more positive thoughts to be promoted inside your mind.

The whole process will keep on going again and again. The whole process is always active and happening no matter if you are aware or not.

You plant and grow seeds that grow YOU so in a way you are growing YOURSELF. We are all growing ourselves.

Where do we make a mistake most often?

Positive EmotionsOur most often mistake is investing negative emotions in a positive seed.

We create our desired reality and we feel good. We plant the seed. But the next day when we need to “water” it with positive emotions we cannot focus our mind to think positive thoughts and we keep on getting not so positive emotions.

10 or 15 days after we planted the seed we cannot even imagine what we planted. We have lost most of our trust in this process as all around us is anything but people doing what we do.

We get scared, we lose patience, we get distracted. The complete process of sitting down for 15 minutes per day and imagining our perfect reality, creating positive thoughts seems ridiculous as we see people actually working their ass off for a couple of bucks.

Why this happens? What’s The most Important KEY ELEMENT why The Law of Attraction is NOT Working?

Key Element TrustWe lose trust in the process. The world we live in today is very different from this reality and you really have to be detached from all the other people and do your own thing to not get distracted. You simply need to stop caring what others think of you and grow your perfect reality into existence.

Awaken to The Law of AttractionBut this doesn’t happen as sooner or later you start doubting yourself. You start losing faith in this process as no one else around you believes it works. They may say they do but you never see them actually investing their energy in it.

We all care where we invest our energy so we choose the option with the lowest risk which is do what everyone else does.

It’s like if we live in a reality where everyone thinks objects fall down because The Sky is pushing them down and if they stop moving the sky will stop pushing and everything will fly away. So they keep moving.

The Law of GravityYou start believing that maybe The Earth is the one pulling them down because of The Law of Gravity which always works no matter if you are aware of it or not. So you stop moving and you start doing what you truly want to do.

However, if no one else around you is doing what you do you’ll start feeling guilty, you’ll start doubting yourself and you may even feel crazy. So sooner or later you’ll start moving again with everyone else.

What’s the other KEY ELEMENT why we fail to grow our “perfect” reality into existence?

I deserve to be HappyWe don’t feel like we deserve that “perfect” reality.

A lot of us feel like they don’t deserve to be happy. It’s more common than you think.

This is a belief we create in our spirit which cannot link our positive thoughts with the corresponding positive emotions. We feel guilty to feel happy because of some reason.

Logically we can think of positive thoughts, we can focus our mind to create positive thoughts. But, once we try to personalize these thoughts and create emotions for us we have a conflict with this belief that we do not deserve them.

So we have positive thoughts and negative emotions and the seed feeds on the emotions so no matter what reality we imagined we will get maybe 1% of what we truly wanted. This is unnoticeable and we lose trust in the process.

The last KEY ELEMENT for not growing our “perfect” reality is..

PatienceImpatience! We think if we imagine having a big house, money, perfect wife/husband we’ll get them in a month or two.

First of all, if you were that close to get all of those things you wouldn’t have to read articles on The Law of Attraction and plant seeds consciously. You would have been growing “fruits” helping you get those things sub consciously for years.

Second, for you to GROW into the person who has those things in the mutual reality we live in, first you have to consume enough “fruits” which will grow you that way.

Watering the seed of having, let’s say big house, first will grow you smaller “fruits” which will help YOU to grow enough. These “fruits” may be a job opportunity, a new friendship or even an idea for a book.

You will notice these “fruits” by feeling the emotions their presence promotes to you. If it’s corresponding with the emotions you feed the big house seed, than consume them.

The shape of things to come

Follow The Frequency of BeautyMaybe that new friendship will open an opportunity for you to go in a party where you’ll see a sculpture which will give you an idea to visit your family.

Maybe on the way of visiting your family you’ll see a great big house for sale and when you arrive at your family’s home they’ll connect you with a person who will give you a job.

Maybe this job will make you enough money to buy the house you saw. You just need to follow the energy flow you give and trust the process.

The path of how things will turn out is almost impossible to predict so stop wasting your time with it. Just create positive feelings and feed the “perfect” reality with them.

Why sometimes bad things happen?

IndependentYou live in a pool of thoughts, emotions, seeds and “fruits”. Another factor which has a role in this process is the people and objects you depend on, the people and objects you attach to.

If you create positive emotions it doesn’t mean that your parents or girlfriend are creating positive emotions.

So, no matter what reality you have imagined for yourself and what kind of emotions you have invested in the growing of that seed, if you depend on others’ “fruits” you will consume the “fruits” they create which may not be so tasty.

Sometimes, and it usually happens to all beginners as the famous Murphy’s Laws somehow work, right when you start with the career of feeling positive thoughts something unfortunate will happen.

This is probably a “fruit” of someone you depend on so don’t take it personally and don’t let it stop you from creating positive emotions.

This is why it is incredibly freaking important what kind of people you surround yourself with.

Surround yourself with positive people!

Surround yourself with positive peopleEvery village, city, community creates its own paradigm depending on the mutual spirit and beliefs it holds. This paradigm determines what kind of thoughts and emotions will be created inside.

No matter how independent you are, nothing great will happen for you in a community feeding its seeds with negative emotions.

You may create the most positive emotions you can possibly feel but all you will get is just the positive “fruit” the community allows to exist in it, which is not so much of what you expected.

Alchemists said “As above so bellow”. I cannot even make you grasp how important knowledge this is.

If you individually create seeds and “fruits” which grow YOU so you’ll be able to create that bigger “fruit” you imagined and planted, that “perfect” reality of yours, it’s the same when you are a part of a community.

The mutual spirit of the community creates and plants the greater fruit of the community and every smaller “fruit” each individual creates benefits the creation of the larger “fruit”. It grows the community on a way so it can get the larger “fruit”.

Each “fruit” is constructed by smaller “fruits” and even we, humans, are fruits of the energy our own smaller fruits give us.

This law is like Gravity, no matter if you are a good person or a bad person, if you jump from a cliff you will fall down.

So when you try to create positive “fruits” in a community which planted, consciously or unconsciously, a negative seed, you will get just a positive shade of all the negativity, or with other words, s**t.

A Guideline to use The Law of Attraction in the smartest way possible

  1. Surround yourself with positive people.
  2. Stop depending on others as much as you can possibly become independent.
  3. Take a piece of paper and write the question “What my perfect reality looks like?”
  4. Answer this question with every answer that pops into your mind for 20 to 30 minutes, write it down no matter how silly it sounds.
  5. After you have the answers start imagining the “perfect” reality. Try to feel how it feels to live in it. Be as detailed as possible.
  6. After you imagine your seed for 7 to 10 minutes, take 12 deep breaths and with each breath think to yourself “I deserve to be happy”.
  7. Accept the positive feelings you have created with imagining the seed and go on your day feeling AWESOME. Do this daily for 7 minutes. It is best to do it in the mornings.

All you need to do is be patient, trust the process, and follow the FREQUENCY of your emotions. Feel the opportunities that feel the same way, or similar, like when you imagine the reality you want to live in.

Everything changes. That’s a fact, but how long do we stay the same? How do we measure when a change starts happening and ends? When is now? Who am I? What’s my name? Where am I? (Just kidding I know my name, or at least the name I was told is mine)

These questions bring us to the very beginning of time. To what is the limit of the smallest or the biggest? So let’s start with what we know.

We are the Tool that Measure Time, not clocks and calendars. Each of us lives in a different time set. Sometimes for us Time Passes Quickly While for Other Passes Slowly, but the time is all the same. It is the perception of time that makes that illusion.

Perception of TimeSo let’s say that a time itself is a change, that means that we perceive change differently therefore it is the perception of change that tells us how much we are changed.

That means that we change only when we realize that we change and if we never realize that we change that means that we will never change?! Whoa that’s some quantum physics right there!

It’s not quite like that.

There is another variable that complicates this process, Other People. They can tell that you are changed even if you haven’t realized that at all. How is this possible?

Other PeopleIt is because other people have a certain image about you in their heads.

That image is the way you presented yourself to them in a certain moment or a collection of moments. They’ve built that image by themselves.

When you don’t see each other for a long time a gap is created between their image and the person you are now. Unknowingly, they analyze that gap and compare the changes from their old image to your new image. This is why you are different for them, changed.

What they don’t know is what you have been through that period of time. Maybe you Have Started a New Hobby, maybe something bad or good happened to you that resulted to a chain of events that changed you step by step.

How Do You See YourselfYou don’t even have to realize that you are changed for someone else to notice. So, when do we change? What change matters more, the one we know of or the one we don’t?

What matters is how we see ourselves.

Are we changed for better or worse? Do we want to be like we are now or we like to change? Can we actually stay the same for a while?

I guess that we are never the same. Our hair grows, our fingernails, our arms, legs, our cells are replaced with new ones, we learn new things, forget old ones…

We always change, but it’s the change that we give meaning to that matters. The change that we want to happen, don’t, or that already happened.

We get a job and our race with time starts. It seems like no matter what we do or how efficient in completing our tasks we are, time is always a step ahead of us.

It is a real torture and struggle to keep up isn’t it?

Even worse is the accumulation of BRILIANT ideas we get and leave them to fade away because we are racing and have no time to invest in them.

This is not because we lack time! It’s because we delay time! We try to save time for some other days by trying to do as much as we can today.

We think of time as a measurable value where it is our own unique perception that tells the value our time will have.

We live in time! We cannot be faster and we cannot save it. We will always lose the race because we are not doing what we truly LOVE.

Your Perfect Sanctuary and LifeSit down or lie in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Take a couple of deep breaths and relax your body. Start imagining what your perfect life looks like.

Think about every little detail. What you do, how your house looks like, the scenery from your bedroom, the comfort of your bed, the looks of your husband or wife, your car, your boat, how the sun shines, how your garden looks and smells like.. be as detailed as you can be.

There are audio books for almost every hard cover and online book. Choose what you wish to learn, go to Audible.com, get it and start listening to it on your way to work, while you exercise, in the mornings, while you cook or at night before you go to bed.

Play a game you find to be very fun! – 45 minutes

Play VideogamesIf you don’t have time for games throw your TV away because you don’t need it. Or don’t get so dramatic and stop watching TV, it fills you with negativity.

Buy a gaming console and get some games you always wanted to play. Spare 45 minutes, no less no more and enjoy the AWESOMENESS!

Video games are much more than just games, a lot of them actually have an AMAZING story and they can teach us a lot. If you are not a big fan of gaming, buy a board game, call some friends and have a great time.

Enjoy every sip with the people you love.

Create your own safe place with pictures of everything you LOVE and play there! – 25 minutes

Create your own safe place make each day your masterpieceSurf the net and find images of every single thing you can think of that you are a fan of. Print every single image that makes you happy, every scenery you would love to visit and experience, every superhero, TV Show, movie, actor/actress, singer, animal, every quote that motivates or inspires you, every piece of your dream that some images remind you.. print everything that suits your FREQUENCY.

After you have the images find a place which will be only for you. Design it the way you want, place the images and create a safe energy. Stop thinking logically and let your creative mind build the place.

Let it be your sanctuary and spend 25 minutes each day there doing whatever you feel like doing without having a worry in the world. Let that place be free of right and wrong, whatever you do there is alright.

Watch a comedy or YouTube videos that make you laugh from your heart! – 21 minutes

The TV Show industry is getting just better and better so choose a couple of comedy TV Shows and watch 1 episode each day. I suggest Friends, South Park, Family Guy, Modern Family and Community.

If you don’t like watching TV Shows there is always YouTube. Find channels that upload comedy videos and watch for 21 minutes each day. I suggest FailArmy, VitalizDTV, Whatever, RomanAtwood and Pewdiepie.

Express your artistic side and create something! – 45 minutes

Create somethingNo matter who you are or what you think you are talented for you are an artist.

We are all artists. That’s what humans are. We are the artists of The Universe and we are here to create stories through art.

Paint a picture, write a book, make a sculpture, Photoshop something, make a program or an app, play an instrument, write a poem or a song, edit a video, film something, take pictures with your camera, design clothes.. create your own fruit and share it with the world.

Play one of your favorite songs and sing no matter if you don’t know the lyrics! – 4 minutes

Silly singing make each day your masterpieceWe are serious too much time of the day.

Seriousness is lame. Be better than that. Be silly for 4 minutes and sing your favorite song no matter how bad you sing or how wrong you sing the lyrics. Being courageous to be silly is badass!

It is a real conundrum to separate the healthy from the unhealthy food these days. However, that’s only the first part of the puzzle.

Knowing when is the right time to eat, how many times per day would be ideal and what’s the right amount is maybe even more important.

Now add up your daily schedule, work, money and responsibilities and you have an equation impossible to solve.

On the top of that all the “right” information is changing daily and the things you thought are healthy for you science proves to be actually unhealthy.

To make things even more confusing there are countless of organizations which care only for your money and “feed” you with wrong information to gain your desperate trust.

What hell is this? How can someone possibly know the rules of eating healthy in this mess?

What healthy eating habits should we follow?

Well there are people who can teach us all we need to know, we just need to observe them.

These people are not scientists, they are not even smarter than us, but they do something we forgot how to do. They listen to their body!

Science also proves by recent studies that eating healthy is not a formula but a constant awareness of your body’s needs at the exact moment.

By observing these people from all around the world we discovered 10 habits they all share.

These are the 10 healthy eating habits most Americans and maybe even most of the world forgot.

1. Don’t skip on your snack

Healthy Snacks3 times per day is an ideal plan for eating. However, we usually forget about the snacks in between.

A healthy snack, despite giving you the nutrients your body needs, will fill you enough to avoid overeating your main course.

This is how a natural, balanced and healthy eating schedule looks like: Breakfast, Fruit and Veggie snack or smoothie, Lunch, Nuts and Seeds snack, Dinner.

2. Drink water instead of everything else

Drink water instead of anything elseMany people have a habit to drink sodas or other sugary drinks while eating. This is a BIG no no. This is the body’s sign telling us we are not listening its needs or consciously going against them.

When people listen to their body, eat sweet when their body asks for sweet, drink water when their body is thirsty and consume carbohydrates when their body asks for carbohydrates, they have no urge to drink anything while eating.

Their instinct is to drink water 30 min before the course and an hour after which is scientifically proven to be the healthiest choice. A great shortcut to rebalance is to choose water and avoid drinking anything else.

3. Don’t stand while eating

Don't eat standing upMost of us have a habit to stand while eating. Many others lack the time to sit down in a restaurant and eat like humans so they choose eating on the way.

No matter how busy your schedule is, a time for eating your meal seated should be your priority. Everyone has 30 minutes to sit and eat, and if you don’t have make some.

You are probably not prioritizing your meal time enough. You must understand that nothing is more important than your well being. Get up early if you need but eat seated.

There is an important delay when it comes to feeling full. The signal that your body is full to reach your mind needs around 20 minutes.

5. Lunch should include a dessert

6. Don’t leave your largest meal for dinner

Largest meal is not dinnerIf you are eating as you go, not listening to your body’s needs you are probably leaving your largest meals for dinner as you have more spare time then.

This is not balanced or healthy because your body needs its large meals before 3pm. You are not as active at night as you are in the first half of your awakened day.

Not eating a decent amount of food when your body needs it the most is like driving your car 60 miles per hour in the second gear. Breakfast 40%, Lunch 30%, Dinner 20%, and Snacks 10% of your daily calorie intake is a healthy ratio.

7. Try to guess the ingredients with your sense of taste

Enjoy Every Bite healthy eating habitIt is funny how less of an importance we give to our sense of smell and taste. We depend so much on our sight and neglect all the other worlds we can explore with our other senses.

Try to be better than that. Try to improve your sense of taste by guessing the ingredients of your food. It is a new world, believe me.

This will help you sense what’s healthy and what’s not without checking the back of the package. It will also install a healthy tempo of eating in your paradigm.

8. Don’t eat after dinner

The habit we observed that people do is finishing their eating, daily career with dinner.

Your body functions best if your last meal of the day is at least 6 hours before sleeping.

Eating should not be only for survival, we have grown bigger than that. Eating should be a dance of tastes, a symphony of different instruments playing on your tongue.
