No matter how conscious you are about your emotions there are some that just strike you like a lightning. This type of emotions are subconscious.

You can do this by grounding yourself. There is a quick grounding technique you can do anywhere and it is called “5 to 1”. It is quite interesting really.

Because we are 1 part animal we have instincts which react according to our surroundings. Our body produces fight or flight chemicals to help us defend ourselves if we are in a life threatening situation.

All of this fills up our stress-bar and at the end of the day we feel like we have been surviving in the wilderness for a week.

In fact, there are so many lists of “positive” habits on the internet that we usually feel overwhelmed and sometimes even confused as many of these habits contradict themselves.

That’s why I researched through these lists and tried a lot of tricks these lists suggest.

I evaluated more than 200 most recommended habits, suggestions and tricks, and I selected only 37 because I believe this is the optimal number of positive habits you should craft your life with.

These 37 SUPREME habits are the BEST of the best and they do not ask too much of you. If you manage to implement even 20 of them the quality of your life will be remarkably better.

So, I don’t want to make this article too long because I want even the lazy readers to read it.

5 – Before you have your breakfast, in fact, as soon as you wake up drink a glass of water.

6 – Read something you are interested in.

Maybe a passion project or learning a new skill you always wanted to learn.

13 – Eat your lunch before 3PM.

14 – Never work constantly for more than 6 hours in a row. Without additional supplements a normal human being can effectively work for only 5 hours per day. Everything more than that will be work with less of a quality.

15 – The best time to workout is after 5 PM and before 9 PM.

16 – After your workout meditate for at least 15 minutes.

18 – Eat your breakfast alone, share your lunch with friends and give more than half of your dinner to your enemy. That’s just something people say but the amount of calories you consume throughout the day should fit this statement.

19 – Watch less than 30 minutes of TV. There is nothing positive on TV anyway so why poison yourself with negativity. In total you should watch 3 hours of TV per week.

20 – Read a book.

21 – Spend time with people closest to you and who elevate your positive being. Or, do something that makes you happy, something you enjoy doing and feel pleasure doing it. Reward yourself.

26 – Have sex if you can afford it. If not, you can always give to yourself what you need.

27 – Drink green tea.

28 – Think about something you like to think. Forget about everything else and think about something that you truly want to think about. Even thinking about what you truly want to think about will work. This gives you more control over your mind to use it on things you want.

29 – There is Family, there are close friends, and there is everyone else. Treat everyone else equally and just, with kindness. Treat family and close friends like all of you are the same person and you want to make it the best version.

30 – Drink 8 glasses of water per day. If you work out, and you should, drink 4 more.

31 – Run at least 5 miles per week.

32 – Spend at least 1 day per week in Nature just wandering. Spend at least 1 day per week completely vegan. Spend at least 1 day per week trying something new and interesting.

33 – Help at least 1 person per day without expecting anything back in return.

34 – Live an eco friendly lifestyle.

35 – Always improve these 6 aspects Moral, Raising your frequency, Spirituality, Physical strength, Lifelong learning, and Self discovery.

36 – Value your values. They are more important than your thoughts and feelings.

37 – Listen to your heart. No one knows the truth really. We all observe the truth from a different angle. No one can tell you how to live your life better than your own truth deep inside your heart. Listen to it and be brave enough to act on it.

 

Conclusion

You don’t have to implement all of these habits. I don’t even do all of them, but I try to do as many as I can without making things too complicated.

However, if you manage to implement at least 20 of these babies, your life quality will remarkably improve.

As a Life Coach I always tell people to focus on what they truly want to do and live simply. Never let the chase of a “perfect” life distract you from the reason your life is worth living.

It is always great to improve the quality of your life, but the purpose is always what you should focus your life towards.

You have the power to make your life a masterpiece. Start small. 5 habits, 10, 15, and in no time you’ll implement 20. Even 1 habit is a step to a better life.

We completely get lost in our everyday schedules and things we “should” do like getting our grades straight, building a CV, working a job, making a family and raising kids, paying bills, eating, drinking, sleeping, pointless conversations, watching TV, movies, News, politics, internet… and suddenly, we wake up and we are far too old to do everything we truly wanted to do with all our heart.

We are too old to travel with our friends, to write that best seller, to play games, to spend quality time with loved ones, to dance, be careless, adventure and discover through our passions and interests.

We are too old to change careers, to learn new skills, to start working out, to meet new people. We are too old to be who we really are, who we always truly were.

But here is the thing, we are not too old, we are too dirty. Not dirty for a bath. Our consciousness is.

It is dirty with all the unimportant information we absorbed doing the things we never really cared about doing.

It is dirty with false information, second hand stories and fears. It is too dirty to make you able enjoy the things you always wanted to do.

So, you let them stay just your wishes and unfulfilled dreams because that’s the only thing left pure and clean. It brings you so much sadness but you’ll never let those things get dirty, get degraded of what you imagine them to be.

Wake up!

If you are reading this you are alive. There is still time to write a new story. Just do it, like nikes say.

Do what you truly want to do. Just do it.

Find a way, that’s your responsibility, and do it.

So what if it is not like you imagine it. So what if you get your dreams dirty. Don’t attach to them.

3.  Being busy does NOT mean being productive.

You’ll feel busy, productive, but in reality being busy has nothing to do with being productive.

Imagine if you are in a truck and you are stuck in the mud. You may push the acceleration pedal as hard as you want but all you’ll do is burn fuel. There will be no actual traction. And as time passes you’ll only get burned out.

What you should do is find smart ways to get out of the mud.

4.  Some kind of failure always occurs before success.

Failure is simply a step towards winning. Being successful is a mindset that allows you to keep climbing those steps.

You climb a step once you learn from your failure.

There must be a failure before you succeed just like there must be a step to climb on the higher floor.

And even when you reach your goals, winning means to find new ones, to climb to another floor. And you’ll fail even more.

But with every failure you are building the height of your success. All you need to do is make sure that the building you are climbing is the one you love to be at.

 

5.  Thinking and doing are two very different things.

You must start taking actions based on these truths.

Your consciousness may know all the secrets of the world but unless it moves your soul with them, you won’t change anything.

Learn from your feelings, feel with your thoughts. But in order to grow you must do your knowledge and express your feels. That’s how you follow your purpose.

 

6.  You don’t have to wait for an apology to forgive.

Being mad at somebody is like holding a smelly s&t that reminds you of them. Forgiveness is cleaning yourself from the smelly s&t, throwing it away.

You do not wait for them to come and take the s*&t nor you forget why they made you mad. However, you cleanse because you do not really like the smell.

You forgive them, you forgive yourself most importantly. Because the real reason for being mad at someone is that secretly you are mad at yourself for letting them hurt you.

Cut yourself some slack buddy, you did not know any better. But now you do. You see you learned something. Forgive yourself.

 

7.  Some people are simply the wrong match for you.

Not all of them will understand your point of view and not all of them will be your friends.

Some of them will see you in a bad light and become your “enemies”. Do not worry. That has nothing to do with you. It is just what they project upon you from the set of characters their own consciousness created. It’s their problem.

Defend yourself but do not take it personally.

To live a whole life deciliter from people who are not your match. Surround yourself with people who accept the real you, who help you live your true potential and who lift you even higher. However, have in mind that you have to do the same for others or you’ll be the one who others avoid.

 

8.  It’s not other people’s job to love you; it’s yours.

10 Rules of Playing LifeProbably the thing we fool ourselves the most with is asking love from others, and if we are rejected, we let that thing determine how we feel about ourselves.

You see, it’s the other way around.

We must first love ourselves before others love us. How can you expect others to love you if you do not stand your freaking ground and show them that you love yourself unconditionally?

And this does not mean you are selfish, quite the contrary. It means that you love yourself so much nothing that happens will change that fact.

In fact, you are so over it, that now you are starting to love others unconditionally and their love towards you will not determine if you’ll love them or not. You choose that.

 

9.  What you own is not who YOU are.

The element of attraction will flourish differently in each individual. Yes, there will be similar traits but the essence of attraction is to discover your own unique ones.

You cannot reverse engineer a hero. You cannot reverse engineer attraction because it is a different fruit we all differently bare.

We all want to be happy. We all want to be around with positive people, that’s what is globally attractive. And, when you show confidence in your positivity, when you find peace in the midst of the unknown and just have a good time, you’ll be attractive and you will flourish amazing traits of attractiveness.
