She is a polymath and she loves to disseminate information. That lead her to pursue this career. She is helping people reach almost any kind of goal in their life.

She says, she is more of a strategist than a coach. As a polymath she can strategize everything, from making millions, parenting, mental and physical health to relationships, and anything else her clients might need.

Her greatest obstacle in life was other people’s doubts and criticism, but that made her achieve the excellence she has today. Here is what she said.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

We are doing great.

My daughter had to do her last two years of high school through all of it but came out the other side more resilient and stronger.

My business was not affected as I am a digital nomad so I could work with everyone online.

Things are better than ever.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Lots of my clients were affected by fear and isolation.

I worked with them overcoming uncertainty, anxiety, depression around current and future fears.

Of course, a lot of relationship issues came up with everyone spending so much time together.

As for my family. I got the coronavirus 2 weeks before anyone in my area knew what it was.

I did have cause for concern as I had some metabolic issues which made me a likely candidate for hospitalization.

However, I used the breath work practices I developed to oxygenate my blood and pulled through.

When the hospital closed down to surgeries it did affect my health because I had cancer growing and no one knew that the 4 months wait to get the surgery would affect my outcomes.

So, 2020 was all about coronavirus, chemo and cancer, I found it very interesting to be going through all that during a pandemic, certainly made it historic.

Other than that, the pandemic didn’t really affect me emotionally or financially.

I didn’t mind the isolation as I enjoy my own company.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Pandemics are part of life, they have happened and will happen again.

The biggest problem is that people get scared and upset when they routines are changed, and they don’t know what the future holds.

The truth is, we never know what the future holds, even the next 10 minutes from now.

Letting go of what we can’t control helps us focus on what we can oversee, and that’s our selves.

People make bad decisions when they’re scared, so the first rule of thumb is to manage your nervous system.

We can do that by using our breath to regulate our Vagus nerve.

Soft inhale through the nose to the count of 2 and then slow long exhale through the mouth as you let your body deflate like a balloon.

Do that for 5 minutes a day and whenever you feel your heart beating fast or your mind racing.

Life is happening and we are never going to control anything but ourselves.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am an autistic polymath and have loved disseminating information since I was a young child, much to the dismay of others. LOL.

When I went to work for other people, they didn’t like it when I showed them or told them how to do it better, especially since I was way younger than most people I was telling.

So it made sense for me, to pivot to self employment and get paid to strategize and tell people how to get their best results.

I am more of a strategist than a coach now, though I have coached diving, riding, swimming, better sex and other things when I was younger.

I left brick and mortar businesses to hit the internet scene in 1992, being one of the first women to make money online who wasn’t in the porn industry.

I love online business, it’s been such an amazing way to make money and have time freedom!

I believe everyone should be able to create passive income selling their expertise and stop trading dollars for hours.

These days, I work as a life and business strategist and have such a variety of things going on, I love it!!

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I was always a visionary and ahead of my time.

This made people in my life try to save me from myself and tell me to stop dreaming all the time.

I had to believe in myself since others didn’t.

I had to protect my confidence, or I would never achiever the things I have.

I remember friends telling me I was crazy when I said the internet was going to make people really rich.

They laughed and said… “making money out of thin air… are you crazy?”

So, my biggest hurdle has always been other people’s doubts and criticisms.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I have created many proprietary strategies based in ancient technologies and modern brain science to get people unstuck and moving toward their goals.

I’m also a biohacker and scientist.

This has helped me positively impact over 82k people in over 60 countries.

My approach works for everyone because it’s based on our evolutionary design.

Being autistic and a polymath means I get to range into many areas and not just have a one expertise approach when I help others.

I can see into areas that are holding them back.

Most people come to me with what they THINK is the problem and I can discover what IS the problem.

It’s rarely what they think it is.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

Just about everything, the fact I’m a polymath makes my strategies comprehensive.

I’m very results driven and don’t like to waste my time or my clients time, so the way I coach is based on getting rapid results and teaching my clients how to duplicate them even without me.

I don’t want to tie my clients to me, I want them to learn self management, which is the most powerful tool we can have.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

I can strategize everything from making millions, parenting, mental and physical health, relationships, great sex, and anything else they need.

So, the benefit of working with me is I can target the problems quickly and help you get results that are sustainable.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes, I have developed micro practices over 40 years, which address and transform our 5 Innate Systems: Energetic, Chemical, Emotional, Mental and Physical.

By optimizing with our 5 Innate Systems, we can overcome our challenges and create our desired outcomes.

With decades of personal development and business training I have thousands of tools in my strategy box so I can guide others to where they want using the most efficient way possible, saving them hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars in the process.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

By practicing the art of deliberate self honesty (which I did a TEDx talk about) and learning to manage our 5 Innate Systems we can conquer anything holding us back from what we want to achieve.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Never quit, just reassess as needed, pivot your course, and keep on making things happen.

Mistakes are one of our great teachers.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

We are all doing well.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I was beginning my company when the pandemic broke out, so my clients were eager to establish a lifestyle wellness approach to health management.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Nothing is more important than your health.

Doctors can provide information, but the old saying of “trust but verify” is essential as you take charge and become your own health advocate to make the best choices for you and your family.

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed Dietitian, and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional passionate about helping people live whole, healthy lives of purpose. 

I have been married to my husband Scott for over 33 years, and we live in the greater Cincinnati, Ohio, area.

We have two married children who live nearby and have enjoyed adding the title of grandparent this past year. 

I started my career as a research dietitian in an NIH multi center cooperative study focused on protein calorie malnutrition in patients with alcoholic hepatitis.

I went on to specialize in medical nutrition therapy and lifestyle behavior focused instruction to patients with end stage kidney and liver disease and those who had received solid organ transplants of a kidney, liver, or pancreas. 

After taking a few years off to stay at home with my small children, I RE entered the workforce with a shift in focus to health coaching and have never looked back.

For nearly a decade, I worked as a healthy eating expert and health coach, assisting thousands of mothers, teenagers, and adults in managing medical issues and maintaining their health using a web based platform and resources for an online health and wellness company.

After a corporate wide reduction in force of a third of that company, I moved into the field of transportation wellness.

I served as an onsite CDL wellness coach and then progressed to the Director of Wellness for a transportation wellness company.

As the director, I hired and trained a nationwide network of CDL wellness coaches and helped develop a cutting edge approach to transportation wellness.

Those developments led to the company’s acquisition and national recognition as one of The Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness in 2017

All these experiences revealed diet culture’s breadth and impact on medical intervention outcomes, personal and family well being, and health care costs.

As I reviewed my own experiences with disordered eating and my many observations regarding lifestyle behaviors and health outcomes, the many health and well being benefits of incorporating a non diet approach to health maintenance and disease management became more and more apparent and led me to head out in a new direction.

I published a mindfulness based journaling program entitled “The Mindful Me Journey: A 40 Day Guided Journal Toward a Healthier Relationship With Food and Exercise,” which was based on the behavior management approach I used personally to break free from chronic dieting and disorder decades before.

It was released in October of 2019 and received an Amazon #1 New Release designation and has now reached international distribution.

At the same time, I decided to venture out on my own to bring non diet nutrition therapy, wellness integration, health coaching, and strategic culture design to market via a health and wellness coaching and consulting company.

Thus, L I T Wellness Solutions was born.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Honesty is good, but learning how and when to speak honestly has undoubtedly been a journey.

My father used to tell me that it wasn’t WHAT I said but how I said it that got me in trouble as a child.

This has proven true for most of my life.

My passion can come across to some as yelling or anger, and learning how to convey information in a way people can best receive it has been an obstacle for most of my life.

But, as the saying goes, practice makes perfect, and while I know I am not perfect yet, I keep speaking and thus keep practicing to convey my heart for truth and information that helps people live their best life.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Businesses are beginning to recognize that promoting employee well being is a crucial component of good corporate citizenship and a key performance strategy for boosting morale, vitality, and productivity.

They are also discovering that it is a rising expectation among the talent they want to attract, access, and keep, and an imperative for maintaining healthcare costs.

I help companies shift their focus away from simply providing wellness programs to incorporating a wellness culture as a company core value.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I help people understand that diets and fitness plans only address one aspect of who they are, their physical well being.

With that limited approach, lasting health and well being transformation is challenging and has failed many people over the past few decades because it ignores the stress and triggers that influence health management efforts.

A culture of wellness is the antithesis of diet culture.

It helps people recognize and affirm what is working well in their life while learning to be honest and fair concerning what needs to change and improve to support stress reduction, mental clarity, emotional resiliency, health, and happiness.

I use various coaching strategies that help people see their values, personality, and well being more clearly and how they impact food and activity behaviors and health outcomes.

We use the information they discover to create a way of living, working, and connecting that weaves health and well being into every aspect of their life, creating a lifestyle or workplace culture that supports their physical, emotional, and mental health dimensions as well as their relational, financial, spiritual, and social well being.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

My individual clients benefit significantly from improved biomedical readings, weight stabilization, family life work balance, body acceptance, and irrational versus rational thought.

They also gain insight into their triggers, mindset, and choices and how they impact them mentally, physically, relationally, emotionally, financially, and spiritually.

My corporate clients benefit from connecting the vision and value of health and well being with the workplace’s people, practices, environment, and atmosphere to create a shared foundational vision of health and well being that helps their company live and work effectively within the stated company values and goals.

I also use “The Mindful Me Journey: A 40 Day Guided Journal Toward a Healthier Relationship With Food and Exercise,” the journaling program I wrote to help people become mindfully attuned to the habits, rules, routines, and rituals they follow relating to food and exercise.

Using this four phased guided journal, clients use non diet intuitive principles and journaling to get in touch with their bodies physically and emotionally as they journey away from reactive diet culture and disordered practices toward nourishing choices for health and wholeness.

This program also helps bridge the gap between eating disorders and intuitive eating.

Group leaders, health coaches, counselors, dietetic professionals, and treatment centers can use this tool to help clients identify triggering food and activity emotions and feelings.

When clients develop expressive language skills surrounding triggers and what they are experiencing, it allows health professionals to get the most from their coaching and counseling time together.

Diet culture is a propaganda lie you have believed for far too long.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

As a senior in college, I heard Oprah say on her show one afternoon that you can have it all, but you can’t have it all at the same time.

That saying has resonated with me ever since and allowed me to live with a balance that brought family and career success without unnecessary stress and burnout.

I have enjoyed parenting and career seasons that continue to enrich my life and enhance my skills simultaneously.

You indeed can have it all, just at different seasons of life.

Moving away from diet culture to embrace and master attuned eating and intuitive living is an individual process.

It requires targeted tools and mindful strategies to make the shift, as well as the support of an integrative coach that can help people bring all dimensions of well being into focus.

We are each an experiment of one, and the path to lasting health and well being transformation is individual, there is no one size fits all.

Find Life Coach | Meet Murray Ansell: How to Align with Love?

Murray Ansell is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his expertise and spiritual wisdom.

He started his spiritual journey 20 years ago. It all started when he discovered a strange self sabotaging pattern where he would help clients succeed but they would find a way to not pay his business. He asked one question: “Could I have somehow been subconsciously creating these unsatisfactory results?”

Once he accepted that as a possibity, a series of events unfolded that led him to start investigating human energetics. This was the beginning of his unexpected spiritual awakening that connected him to what he calls the 12th dimension, the realm inhabited by Archangels and Ascended Masters.

His business now is helping people align with love in any aspect of their life. He and his wife Shirley founded “Life Energy Coaching”, home to the new energy transformation modality of the same name, and a series of downloaded programs and coaching offered through their certified Life Energy Coach network. Here is what he said.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

We’re all doing well, thanks for asking.

My wife Shirley and I both work in Life Energy Coaching, the need for which is only increasing with the increasing pace of change in the world.

More and more people are starting to realize that jobs give a false sense of security and that they need to develop resilience, self awareness, and the ability to design their desired life.

We also have twin boys in their mid 20s, who are demonstrations of this, as they transition this year from being product managers in “Big Tech” to attending a top business school.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic only created opportunities for Life Energy Coaching.

Firstly, it allowed us to develop a low cost energy based solution that overcomes human vulnerability to coronaviruses of all kinds, not just this one.

And, as we have always offered our coaching remotely, our business continued to grow throughout this period.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

In order to provide our coronavirus energy solution, my guides needed to introduce me to a new concept, which was that the “spiritual DNA” of Source or God or as some call it Divine Love is Archangelic in nature, and that this is also within everyone and everything in all that is.

The Archangels helped me to facilitate the awakening of these powerful energies within our clients which keeps their energy from becoming vulnerable to coronaviruses.

This awakening capacity is now embedded within all Life Energy Coaching’s programs, awakening the Archangelic energies of those who use them.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I grew up in beautiful and peaceful New Zealand, where I qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and worked for a “Big 4” international accounting firm, then in investment banking and commercial banking.

I moved to the US when Shirley and I married, and started a consulting firm that helped innovative New Zealand and Australian businesses license their products into the US and beyond.

About 12 years into this business, I noticed a self sabotaging pattern whereby I would help clients succeed in the US market, but they would find a way to not pay my business our agreed percentage of that success.

I recognized this pattern when it happened for the third time and noticed I was the only common factor.

Could I have somehow been subconsciously creating these unsatisfactory results?

As soon as I accepted this as a possibility, a series of events unfolded that led me to start investigating human energetics, then to an unexpected spiritual awakening that connected me to what I now know as the 12th dimension, the realm inhabited by Archangels and Ascended Masters.

That was 20 years ago, and they have been guiding me daily ever since.

Within 3 years of starting this journey, Shirley and I co founded Life Energy Coaching, home to the new energy transformation modality of the same name, and a series of downloaded programs and coaching offered through our certified Life Energy Coach network.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I could only be doing what I do today by finding the humility to open my mind to possibilities that I hadn’t previously taken seriously, the main ones being:

1. That we attract what we experience from within our own consciousness and energy.

And,

2. That there are other dimensions than our 5 physical senses can perceive, which can be a source of much higher perspective and wisdom than humans can perceive through our physical senses alone.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Everything about Life Energy Coaching is guided from the 12D realm, and is designed to transition coaching recipients out of the egoic and soul cycle operating systems, into a new Divine Love guided operating system.

Human beings are bio computers who respond based on the programming of the OS they are running.

At their root, the egoic and soul cycle OSs are survival and fear based.

Life Energy Coaching is rooted in Divine Love and helps its clients fully transcend their shadow consciousness in less than 1 year, allowing them to thrive as they live their highest purpose.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

As far as I’m aware, life energy coaching is the only coaching approach that:

1. Is an active interaction with the 18 Archangels and all the Ascended Masters who oversee this planet.

2. Offers programs that activate the Archangelic energies within those who use them.

3. And transitions its coaches and clients fully from fear based to a Love based operating system.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

I can best answer this by addressing the outcomes of each of our 6 week “modular” programs:

1. Love Your Self, removes all lifetime conditioning and ancestral patterns that have negatively impacted one’s love for one’s self.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

All certified Life Energy Coaches have been through our programs to allow them to receive 12D guidance.

Only when they have been through this initiation can they provide life energy coaching for their clients.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Aligning with Love is the answer to all of our problems.

When our consciousness or energy is not aligned with Love, we experience energetic resistance within our being, which attracts an outward expression of that misalignment in our relationships, finances, and health.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

That everyone and everything is Divine Love, each with a unique and magnificent purpose.

Accelerating people into alignment with thriving in their purpose is the mission of Life Energy Coaching.

Your final thoughts?

I believe Dr. Wayne Dyer wrote “There is a spiritual solution for every problem”, which I have found to be correct.

That’s because we are all spiritual beings playing a game of spiritual hide and seek.

When we awaken to this truth, a process starts of reconciling us energetically with who we are and who we’ve come to be this time around.

Until now, this process has taken decades to play out, as all non aligned, fear based consciousness comes up for examination and transformation.

Life energy coaching was created to shorten the time from awakening to thriving in one’s purpose to months rather than decades.

Jennifer Wren Tolo, RN, is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her approach to wellness and her deep wisdom.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The biggest lessons I learned were:

1. There is always a lesson, a message in the challenge, we need to be open to them.

2. I am not in control of anyone or anything other than myself, my actions, my thoughts and my reactions in the present moment.

3. Things do not happen in my timing, but in Divine Timing.

4. We must be willing to evolve, change and find new ways of doing things versus cling to old and known ways.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

As a former critical care nurse, I have always used my strong intuition, natural ability to connect with others, and drive to nurture to help others.

However, I had to learn how to balance caring for myself with caring for my family as well as understanding science, but trusting my intuition when one of my four sons had a massive neonatal stroke and another had high risk leukemia.

I was awakened to the gaps in healthcare and started a company, Butterfly Family Wellness, to help bridge these gaps.

I help bridge the gaps between Western medicine and Holistic Healing, between self care and caring for others, between decisions based on science and trusting intuition.

I help high achieving busy women meeting the perceived demands of others at the expense of their own wellbeing learn to manage their stress and connect with the messages of their mind, body and spirit so they can take back their power over their health and happiness.

In addition to being a Reiki master, whole health educator and coach, I am the author of bestselling book, “Family Fuel: A Busy Mom’s Guide to Healthy Living“.

I am an adjunct professor at Endicott College School of Nursing where I teach Holistic and Complementary Approaches to Health and Healing.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The biggest obstacles that I had to overcome was the belief system that drove me to frenzied doing: to do more, be more, show up more and give more at the expense of myself.

This was the belief system that I was not enough or important.

This is what drove me to exhaustion, illness and a feeling of being alone as I had trouble letting others help me.

I use my personal and professional knowledge and experience to meet clients where they are as well as use my intuition and spiritual connection to help connect on a deeper level to what is at the core or root of thoughts and behaviors throwing them out of balance.

I help clients uncover the hidden stressors in their life so they can become aware of their thoughts, habits and choices that are throwing them out of balance.

I help clients connect to the messages in their mind, body and spirit so they can become empowered with knowledge and techniques to make conscious choices and intentional decisions based on what their mind, body and spirit needs in the moment.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My coaching approach is unique in that I draw on my medical knowledge as well as my spiritual and intuitive connection and understanding of the energy body to help me peel back the superficial layers and get to the heart or core of what is creating imbalance.

I look to find the hidden stressors, the belief systems that drive our choices and habits and I help take all of the various puzzle pieces impacting a persons life and connect them to see a clear picture.

I help clients connect with the messages, the whispers of their mind, body and spirit so they can unlock their own magical messages and find what it is they need in the moment to be well.

I start with tools to reset the nervous system and get out of fight or flight so my clients can access their higher brain function and higher self.

This is where they can begin to take back their power over their health and happiness.

I empower them with insight, tools and strategies to reset their thoughts, their body response and connect them to the “why” behind their choices.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

There are three main benefits people get from working with me:

1. More moments of calm and peace in the chaos of life.

2. More Clarity about what you need, and what your family needs to be healthy, happy, and well.

3. More or deeper connection to yourself, to your kid, to your work, and to your purpose.

I sometimes use energy stones, sound and movement as well.

I connect energetically and spiritually with my clients but do so from a grounded, real and respectful place.

I only go as far as your spirit will allow in each session, but, once you trust me, we can go far and start to transform you to who you want to be.

Stop focusing on future outcomes, or the past and start focusing on the present moment because that is where your power lies.

Stop trying to control outcomes, other people’s thoughts, actions or choices as you only have control over you… your thoughts, actions, reactions and choices.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I have learned is the infinite power of connection, to self, to my kids, to my intuition and soul guidance and to my purpose and intention behind every choice.

When we are connected, spiritually, we can live our lives with purpose, integrity and in alignment with our soul.

Your final thoughts?

There is no size fits all or one program fits all.

I pride myself on connecting with each and every client and finding the unique roadmap to help them drive themself from where they are to where they want to go.

I do not heal or fix others, I simply empower them by helping them find the key, the tools, to unlock who they are truly meant to be.
