Gagandeep Kaur is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her passion and wisdom.
She was drawn to meaningful conversations and the exploration of people’s interests and life experiences from a young age. This intrinsic love for human connections eventually led her to embark on a coaching career. Over the past five years, she has honed her expertise, becoming an ICF Certified life Coach, NLP Coach, Mindfulness, and Emotional trainer.
Her approach involves mindfulness exercises such as square breathing and body scanning, along with the use of metaphors to reshape perceptions. Her qualities as a good listener and the use of customized assessments to reprogram the minds of her clients set her apart.
Through her unique coaching style and unwavering dedication, she empowers her clients to improve the relationship they have with themselves, with others, to become the best versions of themselves and find happiness in their brilliance and potential. Here is what she said.
