“A culture that allows the concept of ‘safety’ to creep so far that it equates emotional discomfort with physical danger is a culture that encourages people to systematically protect one another from the very experiences embedded in daily life that they need in order to become strong and healthy.”
The context is a response to the need for safe spaces on college campuses.
Understanding Safe Spaces
The term “safe space” elicits a range of emotions.
But what exactly do we mean when we talk about a culture of safety and the need for safe spaces?
According to Wikipedia, “the term safe space refers to places created for individuals who feel marginalized to come together to communicate regarding their experiences with marginalization, most commonly located on university campuses in the western world but also at workplaces, as in the case of Nokia.”
“The terms safe space, safer space, and positive space may also indicate that a teacher, educational institution, or student body does not tolerate violence, harassment, or hate speech, thereby creating a safe place for marginalized people.”
On college campuses, a “safe space” usually has one of these 3 meanings…
1. Some classrooms are designated as academic safe spaces, where students are encouraged to take risks and engage in intellectual discussions about uncomfortable topics. Here, free speech is the goal.
2. The second definition describes groups on college campuses that provide respect and emotional security, often for historically marginalized individuals.
3. A third definition, often used by educators, describes safe spaces as designated areas where students can retreat to calm down, process emotions, or be alone, as mentioned in an article on We Are Teachers.
The Impact of Safe Spaces on Growth Mindset
When we combine these definitions, we see that a culture of safety is the realization of the belief that we must protect individuals from emotional harm.
This could mean shielding marginalized individuals from judgment or ensuring people feel safe expressing controversial ideas.
However, if the authors of The Coddling of the American Mind are to be believed, this mindset of safety does more harm than good because it “encourages people to systematically protect one another from the very experiences embedded in daily life that they need in order to become strong and healthy.”
Mastering a growth mindset becomes increasingly difficult when we do not have experiences that allow us to put our training into practice.
Growth requires exposure to adversity.
If we are shielded from discomfort, we lose the opportunity to develop resilience.
Mindset training is a lifelong process, requiring constant refinement through life’s trials and tribulations.
Building a Champion’s Mindset
Before constructing anything, excavation work is crucial.
We must remove obstacles, smooth the terrain, and prepare a solid foundation.
In mindset training, this foundational work is called Mindset Transformation Training.
This phase involves building good habits, managing emotions, and developing a resilient attitude.
By addressing past experiences and eliminating limiting beliefs, individuals can undergo tremendous personal growth.
Once this foundation is set, the next step is developing the mindset of a champion.
This mindset is built on a foundation of love… leading to patience, kindness, trust, hope, and perseverance.
After the foundation is in place, the next step is constructing the supporting pillars: faith and faithfulness.
Faith training involves evaluating deeply held beliefs to determine whether they align with one’s true convictions.
In modern Western society, particularly in America, many people experience incongruence between what they think they believe and what they actually believe.
This misalignment can be a significant barrier to personal growth.
Once faith is strengthened, faithfulness follows, bringing additional character traits essential for personal development.
The final elements of this mindset training include the arch of mastery, covering mental discipline, physical well being, relationship skills, and ultimately the spirit of a champion.
The bridge to success is then solidified with a millionaire’s mindset, representing financial and personal stability.
However, just like any structure, this mindset requires regular maintenance and reinforcement.
My Personal Journey
I used to struggle with managing my temper and competitiveness.
The first step in overcoming this challenge was releasing past anger.
Addressing my history allowed me to develop healthier emotional management skills.
While my temper still flares occasionally (as it does for everyone), I now have the tools to manage it effectively.
Without these tools and real life practice, I would not have reached my current level of emotional control.
The Call for Formal Mindset Training
Rather than creating more safe spaces, we should focus on formal training in mindset development.
Parents, educators, and individuals who want the best for themselves and their loved ones should prioritize structured training in emotional resilience and mental toughness.
By instilling strong habits, emotional regulation skills, and a positive attitude early on, we can shift the mindset that led to the creation of the derogatory term “snowflake.”
While my primary focus has been on teenagers, I also work with families and individual adults.
My recommendation is to start with my Mindset Transformation Training Package, which lays the groundwork for a thorough and complete mindset training curriculum. Find more about that here.
Once equipped with these skills, individuals will no longer need safe spaces.
Instead, they will seek out challenges, knowing that overcoming adversity is the key to developing the mindset of a champion.
Megan Crouch is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her wisdom and strength of character.
She is redefining what it truly means to lead. In a world where leadership is often measured by titles and corporate success, her philosophy is that true leadership is the courage, clarity, and strength to step into your purpose and lead from you heart. And, we all have this potential within us.
She started her journey in martial arts, then the path led hear to corporate leadership, and finally, a deep spiritual transformation. From a quiet mountain town to the fast paced world of Fortune 500 companies, her path has been anything but conventional, yet every challenge has shaped her into the guide she is today.
She brings a unique fusion of energy, strategy, and healing to her coaching practice. After overcoming a life altering health crisis that forced her to rethink everything, she discovered that true power comes from within. Now, she helps others reclaim their sovereignty, bridging the gap between logic and intuition, leadership and spirituality. Her mission? To create conscious leaders who transform not just their careers, but their lives, leading with presence, energy, and a deep sense of alignment. Here is what she said…
Meet Life Coach Megan Crouch:
Name: Megan Crouch
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to step into their purpose and become the leader they were born to be.
How they can help: By using deep quantum healing methods with practical strategies, as well as various techniques and tools like Human Design and Gene Keys for self awareness, just to name a few.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
We lost my dad at the end of 2020, not due to the coronavirus, but it was still a profound loss.
I’m also navigating the challenges of an aging parent, which has given me a deeper appreciation for life’s fragility and what truly matters.
This experience has reinforced my commitment to helping others find meaning, resilience, and purpose in uncertain times.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
I had friends who got sick and some who lost family members during this time.
Some friends and clients started to wake up to what was happening, so they opened to more of a spiritual path, while others caved to their fears and traumas.
Overall, I saw more division between groups of people.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
One of the most profound lessons I learned is that true authority comes from within, not from external structures.
The pandemic revealed the fragility of systems we once trusted, but it also showed me how easily people surrender their power.
We are conditioned to look outward for validation, safety, and truth… but sovereignty begins when we claim our inner authority.
The world is shifting, and those who stand in their truth will shape the future.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
Growing up in a quiet mountain town, I developed a deep ability to listen, not just to words, but to what’s unspoken.
At 15, I moved to a larger town in a different state, where I experienced the loneliness of being an outsider.
That sense of “otherness” taught me quiet strength and deep empathy, qualities that would shape my coaching later in life.
My journey took me through martial arts, an unexpected illness that forced me to evaluate everything, massage school, and corporate leadership, which changed the trajectory of my life.
While working in Fortune 500 companies, I noticed that true leadership wasn’t about titles, it was about energy, presence, and inner authority.
I started sharing resources, guiding teams, and eventually integrating coaching and leadership with my spiritual gifts.
But it wasn’t until I took a leap of faith, leaving corporate to pursue my healing work, that I fully stepped into my calling as a coach and healer.
Today, I bridge the spiritual and corporate worlds, helping leaders become the change agents the business world desperately needs.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
My greatest obstacle wasn’t just a health crisis, it was the loss of control over my body, my energy, and my identity.
Going from a disciplined martial artist to barely making it through a workday was devastating.
But beyond the physical struggle, I was also facing a dark night of the soul, losing friends, questioning my body and my worth, and awakening to spiritual gifts I didn’t yet understand.
I learned that healing is not just about the body, it’s about reclaiming your sovereignty.
I eventually realized I wasn’t broken, I was being reshaped.
This journey led me to massage therapy, energy healing, and eventually coaching, where I now help others reclaim their power.
Pain was my teacher, but transformation became my path.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
Coaching with me is a multidimensional experience.
I blend deep quantum healing with practical strategy, helping clients bridge their inner world with the external reality they desire to create.
If someone is on a profound spiritual journey, I hold space for their transformation.
If they are navigating career shifts, I bring in tools like Human Design and Gene Keys for self awareness.
If old wounds and patterns are holding them back, I help them identify and release what no longer serves them.
My gift is being a bridge, between logic and intuition, spirituality and practicality, vision and execution.
This allows my clients to transform holistically, not just on the surface.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I combine deep quantum healing with coaching to help my clients transform themselves into who they are meant to be.
This allows them to live a life of purpose.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
Transformation looks different for everyone, but the most consistent feedback I hear is this: “I now have the space to choose differently.”
Instead of reacting to old wounds, my clients gain awareness and the tools to respond from a place of power.
Whether navigating leadership challenges, breaking generational patterns, or stepping into their purpose, they leave our sessions with a deeper sense of clarity, confidence, and alignment.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
I use various tools with my clients depending on what they are going through and where they want to go.
Coaching and healing should be specific to the client, not based on my perceived notion of where someone should be or how they should get there.
My clients and I often start down one path, only to shift directions as something comes up within the session that needs to be addressed.
I’ve learned to expect the unexpected in each session.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Every single person is a leader, whether you realize it or not.
You are leading yourself, shaping your children’s futures, influencing your team, or guiding others through your presence.
Leadership isn’t a title, it’s a state of being.
Now is the time to claim your inner authority and be the change you wish to see.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
Hold the highest vision for people, but when they show you who they are, believe them.
Not everyone is ready for growth, and loving them from a distance is okay.
Your final thoughts?
I truly believe everyone is a leader, but not everyone chooses to answer the call.
We are in a time of great transition, and the world needs conscious leaders who put people before profit without sacrificing prosperity.
My mission is to guide spiritually led individuals into this next era of leadership, where integrity, empathy, vision, and impact come first.
Are you ready to step into your highest calling?
If so, connect with me on social media.

Dana S. Diaz is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her strength of character and kindness.
Her journey began with writing, a raw and honest account of her struggles, which unexpectedly opened the door to coaching. From surviving an abusive childhood to escaping domestic violence, she didn’t have an easy path. However, she turned her pain into a powerful purpose.
Her strength and courage helped her claw her way out of hell and become the woman she is today. Throughout all of that, she gained invaluable knowledge and wisdom that she uses today to help others do the same.
Her approach is bold, direct, and deeply transformative. She refuses to let clients stay stuck in old narratives, instead equipping them with real, actionable tools to reclaim their self worth and move forward. Whether as a trusted friend or the tough love mentor people need, she is committed to helping others shift their perspectives and step into the lives they deserve. Here is what she said…
Meet Life Coach Dana S. Diaz:
Name: Dana S. Diaz
Pillar: The Mind, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who needs a little help on their journey, a guide, a friend, a coach to offer them wisdom and support them so they can go from broken to bold.
How they can help: By using unique and customized approach for each client’s needs.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
Very well!
Having nearly lost my husband to the coronavirus, we’ve learned that life is precious and should never be taken for granted.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
The pandemic certainly affected me and my clients, all of whom have experienced some type of childhood or spousal abuse during their lives.
Part of the abuse experience is feeling isolated or intentionally withdrawing from others, to avoid the shame about what is being done to us.
So, having to isolate worsened depression and promoted more disconnection from family and friends than what we’d already experienced before the pandemic.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
The biggest lesson I learned during the pandemic is that we are not defined by what we do or what we have.
Watching so many people worry about being out of work and potentially losing their homes made me see what people hinge their value on.
We’re not our jobs, though.
The roles we play in life and the things we have don’t define us, either.
Who we are is lost in consumerism, I think.
So, when left without all that, we are indeed lost.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
As a child who grew up in an abusive home, I’d always wanted to help others in a way I hadn’t been able to help myself.
Then, after experiencing domestic violence after my divorce from my first husband (who was an abusive alcoholic), I wrote a book about everything I’d endured with him and as a result of him.
That book opened the door to so many opportunities, including coaching, as so many people related to what I’d gone through and appreciated the wisdom I gained from those experiences.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Feeling worthy of simply existing was the biggest obstacle I had to overcome.
As I delved into in my second book, I was born to a mother who hadn’t wanted me and who allowed her husband to abuse me.
They constantly reminded me that I should have never been and referred to me as an “accident” and a “mistake.”
I am who I am because I had to claw my way out of that mindset.
Now that I know how to do that, I can help others shift their perspectives into one of self respect, worthiness, and deservedness.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
My innovative approach to coaching is to give people realistic and tangible tools they can enact immediately, to make the progress they hope for.
I’m also very direct and have no problem calling people out on their “BS.”
I think a lot of people need that, since the people in their lives might enable and excuse them in a way that isn’t helpful.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I’m direct, and I lead from the present with a focus on the future.
Certainly, there are issues from the past that hinder our progress, and I will address them.
However, I don’t focus on what was, I want others to focus on what can be or what they want to be.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
My clients get a friend for life, or that crazy aunt that tells you what no one else will.
We laugh, we cry, we relate and connect.
All the while, there is wisdom being shared and progress being made.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Every person is unique, so every situation should be handled just the same.
I have either used certain tools or been made privy to others.
So, I bring whatever I think might help someone into their unique journey.
I’m always learning, too, and open to new ways of approaching things.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Be kind to others always, but more importantly, be kind to yourself.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
The greatest lesson I’ve learned in life is that the power to be and do and achieve or whatever else is within each of us to enact.
So often, we give our power away or deny it, thinking life happens “to” us.
Yes, it happens, but it’s what we do with what happens that gives us the power to decide the actual outcome.
Your final thoughts?
It’s never too late.
Whatever it is, whatever one wants, there’s never a better time than now to start pursuing that goal.

Have you ever felt like you’re pushing against an invisible wall, one that keeps you from achieving the success, love, or financial freedom you deeply desire?
No matter how much effort you put in, something keeps holding you back.
Maybe it’s self doubt creeping in just as you’re about to take a big step forward.
Maybe relationships always seem to hit the same roadblocks.
Or perhaps money flows in but disappears just as quickly, leaving you wondering why abundance feels just out of reach.
These blocks aren’t just in your mind… They are energetic barriers, deeply rooted in old experiences, ancestral imprints, and unprocessed emotions.
And until they are cleared, they will keep shaping your reality, limiting what you allow yourself to receive.
What Are These Walls, and How Do They Affect You?
There are 3 most common energetic walls: Career Wall, Financial Wall, and Heart Wall.
Let’s explain each of them…
The Career Wall
Feeling stuck in your professional life?
This wall often stems from past experiences of rejection, failure, or even generational beliefs about work and success.
It manifests as imposter syndrome, fear of stepping into your potential, or a pattern of opportunities slipping away just when they seem within reach.
The Financial Wall
If you’re constantly struggling with money (earning it but not keeping it, feeling unworthy of wealth, or experiencing a feast or famine cycle) you may have a financial block at an energetic level.
This wall can be built from childhood experiences, cultural conditioning, or even ancestral money trauma that convinces you money is hard to keep, comes with guilt, or isn’t meant for you.
The Heart Wall
Have you ever felt like love and connection don’t come easily?
Do relationships feel exhausting, or do you struggle with trust, vulnerability, or emotional intimacy?
A Heart Wall is often formed as a protective shield after emotional pain, but over time, it can become a barrier that keeps love and connection at arm’s length, affecting not only romantic relationships but friendships, self love, and even your ability to attract support and opportunities.
The Good News? You Can Clear These Walls!
These energetic barriers are not permanent.
They were built as a way to protect you, but now they are limiting your ability to thrive.
Once cleared, you can experience:
✨ More ease and confidence in your career and business ✨ Financial flow and stability without the struggle ✨ Deeper, more fulfilling relationships and self love ✨ A greater sense of freedom, clarity, and alignment in all areas of life
Imagine what your life would feel like if success, money, and love could flow effortlessly instead of feeling like an uphill battle.
Your Next Step: Clearing the Walls Holding You Back

Watch our recent podcast episode where we dive deep into each of these walls and explain to you how they are created and how to break them so you can achieve lasting success and fulfillment!
💡 You don’t have to work harder, you just need to clear what’s in the way.
Once the walls are gone, you’ll find that opportunities, love, and abundance can finally reach you.
Kira Diane Lester is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her spirituality and dedication.
She has been on a profound journey of awakening for almost all her life, recognizing the limitless nature of human potential and the interconnectedness of all life. Despite facing resistance from external forces, her mission remains unwavering: to guide humanity toward unity, empowerment, and higher evolution.
She uses powerful energy tools, including the Gateway Systems and the Orion Star Grids, and she helps clients shift out of limiting beliefs, heal on a cellular level, and embrace their highest potential. Her unique approach integrates frequencies beyond the quantum field, allowing individuals to step into their true essence and radiate more light.
She has a background in Radiance healing, hypnotherapy, and quantum energy transmission. Her work goes beyond traditional coaching, it’s a transformative experience designed to elevate consciousness and unlock the divine within. Here is what she said…
Meet Life Coach Kira Diane Lester:
Name: Kira (Diane) Lester
Pillar: The Spirit
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to ascend their consciousness and reach their Divine Potential.
How they can help: By using various quantum energy and non quantum tools.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
I wasn’t affected.
My Higher Self told me that there was nothing to worry about, so I didn’t participate in this drama.
I have been able to hear the voice of my Higher Self since I was six years old and trust it implicitly.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
I believe this period of quarantines and restrictions was instrumental in getting people to focus within and reevaluate their lives.
When the outer world is closed down, we always seek answers within.
However, I did have clients asking me to remove the code of the virus.
Later, after medical intervention, when clients developed blood clots and mini strokes, I was asked to remove the code of the clots and the mRNA code to return them to health.
As for myself, I did not experience a virus, but I was, unfortunately, exposed to vaccine shedding, which made me feel ill.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
Always trust your Higher Self and inner guidance.
If something doesn’t feel right, pay attention rather than follow the fear based narratives espoused by others who have their own agendas.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I have been aware of the ‘Oneness’ of life since I was one year old and have always tried to empower others to recognize their own divinity and potential.
We are only limited by the prison of our thoughts and beliefs.
In the 80s and 90s, I qualified as a Radiance practitioner (the original Reiki) and Hypnotherapist.
From 2010, after a ‘walk in’ and soul merge experience, I have been able to transmit very high quantum frequencies to help humanity raise their energy and embody more light.
This has involved returning the Gateway Systems (from Atlantis) to Earth, which heal and upgrade our DNA, shift us out of negative thought habits and patterns, reverse genetic modifications that do not align with our highest good and original template, and activate all levels of the Lightbody.
I was asked to channel the only sacred text in existence, “The Book of Life”, which shifts us into Christ Consciousness just by reading it (currently free to download).
In the autumn of 2012, I channeled the Creator’s tools, The Orion Star Grids, from the Centre for Higher Evolutionary Programming (the Orion Belt).
The grids are designed to birth the Messiah Race… Us.
The very first energy, the Silverstar Energy, given to me in 2010, shifts us instantly out of lower vibrations.
Since 2017, I have been able to see the matrix code of anything (viruses, cancer) and remove it.
The success rate with viruses is normally 100%, and with cancer, slightly less, depending upon the reason a soul has developed it.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
The biggest obstacle has been the pushback against my work from the darker, service to self energies.
I have been sabotaged on platforms such as Facebook and YouTube.
I had to leave YouTube after clients provided me with proof that the platform was discouraging others from connecting with me.
340 thumbs down emojis appeared just minutes after my videos were uploaded, which was physically impossible since the videos had only a few views!
Recently, they even removed my reply to someone who needed help for her daughter, who had been forcibly injected.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I download them with high frequency energies and systems, enabling them to hold more light and empowering them both personally and professionally.
Many of my clients are Lightworkers and have their own healing practices.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
The energy tools that I use are from the very highest Source, often from beyond the quantum field.
There is so much more to life than the quantum playing fields.
It’s time to graduate!
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
They are able to shift into a higher, happier, healthier version of themselves and are empowered to help others do the same.
It’s all about reaching our Divine Potential and stepping into the very best version of ourselves.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
I use both quantum energy tools and non quantum tools (tools from the Essence of Source).
As a race, we are moving out of the quantum realms of duality and separation into the recognition that All Life is One, and the only consciousness is Source God Us.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Do you know how amazing, special, unique, and powerful you are?
Join me in your self discovery.
Let’s take this wonderful journey of enlightenment together.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
I didn’t come here to learn lessons, just to remember Who and What I AM, and to help others do the same.
Your final thoughts?
There has been a war on consciousness waging for millennia.
This is now coming to a close.
I am truly honored to be here to witness the birthing (the REbirthing) of the Great Light within!

In the intricate dance of life, each of us walks a precarious wire, suspended between the dualities of hope and despair, joy and sorrow, growth and stagnation.
The role of a therapist is not merely to observe this balancing act but to serve as the wire itself…
To be an unwavering support system that helps individuals navigate the highs and lows of their emotional landscape.
Just as a tightrope walker grasps the wire for stability, clients can find reassurance in the therapeutic relationship, allowing them to traverse the chasms of their experiences with renewed hope and resilience.
The Role of Therapy:
The Promise of Hope in Therapy
At the heart of this therapeutic relationship lies the promise of hope.
A therapist embodies this hope, providing a lifeline that clients can cling to as they confront the complexities of their inner worlds.
Through the delicate process of opening up layers of consciousness, therapists guide individuals to engage with their emotions, unlocking pathways to healing.
This journey is not merely about understanding, it is about experiencing the profound connection between serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins (the chemicals that illuminate our feelings of joy, reward, and fulfillment).
By helping clients navigate their emotional responses, therapists create a fertile ground for growth and transformation.
The Responsibility of the Client
However, the path to balance is not solely reliant on the therapist’s guidance.
It ultimately rests in the hands of the clients.
While therapists can offer invaluable information and insights, it is the responsibility of individuals to accept this guidance and work with it.
This dynamic relationship is built on mutual respect and understanding, where the therapist provides a safe space for clients to feel seen and heard, regardless of their current state of awareness.
Acceptance does not imply passivity, rather, it serves as a catalyst for change, allowing clients to confront their unconscious desires and aspirations.
Overcoming Distorted Self Perception
In a world inundated with social media narratives and external pressures, individuals often find themselves grappling with distorted self images and mislabeling their identities.
Age, culture, trauma, and lifestyle all play significant roles in shaping how we perceive ourselves and our potential.
A skilled therapist recognizes these factors and strives to uncover the unique strengths that each client possesses.
It is through this lens of potential that therapists can inspire clients to envision a future that transcends their current struggles.
Navigating Resistance to Change
As clients navigate their emotional landscapes, they may resist change, clinging to familiar patterns that no longer serve them.
Acknowledging this resistance is crucial, it is a natural response to the discomfort of growth.
A therapist’s role is to gently encourage clients to confront their dependencies, whether they stem from family dynamics or societal expectations.
The journey from dependence to independence is not a linear path, it is a complex process that requires patience, compassion, and understanding.
With the therapist as a guide, clients can take the brave steps necessary to embrace their autonomy and reclaim their identities.
The Transformational Power of Therapy
Therapeutic experiences are not merely about achieving bliss or spiritual advancement, they invite individuals to confront their pain, acknowledge their fears, and cultivate resilience.
It is essential to recognize that true change often occurs outside of our comfort zones, in the very spaces we may wish to avoid.
While advice can be beneficial, the most profound transformations arise from within.
By expanding awareness and consciousness, therapists empower clients to rise above their initial presentations and embrace the complexities of their emotional experiences.
The Collaborative Nature of Therapy
The collaborative nature of therapy underscores the importance of alignment between the therapist and the client.
Change is not a solitary endeavor, it requires a harmonious partnership where both parties work together towards shared goals.
Finding a therapist who resonates with one’s needs and aspirations is paramount to creating an environment conducive to growth.
Each individual must navigate this journey with discernment, seeking a therapist who can meet them where they are while guiding them towards a brighter future.
The Intersection of Psychology and Spirituality
In the intersection of psychology and spirituality, the potential for healing and transformation is boundless.
As we traverse our unique paths, let us embrace the support of those who walk alongside us, those who help us balance on the wire of our existence.
With hope as our anchor and awareness as our compass, we can navigate the complexities of life with courage and grace.
The way forward may be fraught with challenges, but it is also filled with infinite possibilities for growth, resilience, and ultimately, profound joy.
Anastasija Lynch is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her positive mindset and focus.
She is an ICF accredited resilience and leadership coach specializing in helping neurodivergent high achievers, entrepreneurs, and executives create a success that doesn’t feel draining, but actually, fuels them with energy. However, that’s not where her journey started.
She went through her own tribulations, escaping the traps of the matrix and trying to fit in systems that were not made for you. After years of chasing business success at the cost of personal fulfillment, a life changing coaching experience helped her redefine what success really means. It led her to the realization: Success isn’t just about hitting milestones, it’s about making sure those milestones truly matter.
She is now helping ambitious professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives break free from productivity systems that don’t fit them. By working with their strengths instead of against them, reframing challenges into opportunities, and focusing on energy management rather than just efficiency, she empower clients to create sustainable success on their own terms. Here is what she said…
Meet Life Coach Anastasija Lynch:
Name: Anastasija Lynch, ICF ACC
Pillar: The Mind
Who is this coach for: High achievers, entrepreneurs, and executives, who might be neurodivergent or think differently.
How they can help: By using various techniques, resilience frameworks, energy management strategies and ADHD friendly productivity methods that actually work for different brain types.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
Oh wow, looking back, those were some of the most intense months of our lives.
The world was shutting down, uncertainty was everywhere, and on top of that? We had newborn twin boys, just 4 months old.
The world was in crisis, and we were knee deep in night feeds, endless nappies, and trying to figure out what “normal” even meant anymore.
And yet, through all the chaos, it was also a time of deep clarity.
Everything unnecessary fell away.
It became clear what really mattered, health, family, adaptability, and finding a way to move forward, even when you have no idea what’s next.
I think that’s when I truly learned that resilience isn’t about being strong all the time, it’s about knowing how to reset, realign, and keep going even when the plan completely changes.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
For many high achievers, the pandemic didn’t create new problems, it just made the old ones impossible to ignore.
Before, they could mask their struggles with busyness.
Now? They were alone with their thoughts, their exhaustion, and the realization that success wasn’t feeling like success anymore.
For me, it was the same.
I was juggling a growing business, two babies, and navigating an unpredictable world.
It forced me to build an entirely new level of resilience, one that wasn’t about just pushing through but about redefining what I was actually working toward.
That’s why my work now focuses on sustainability.
Success should not feel like survival.
I help high performers build a version of success that doesn’t drain them, but fuels them.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I never planned to become a coach.
My background is in project management and running an IT company (12+ years of high stakes decisions, building businesses, and navigating international relocations).
But through it all, I always felt like something was… off.
At one point, I started working with a coach myself.
And let me tell you… it was life changing.
One of my biggest breakthroughs? Realizing I had spent years chasing business success while putting my personal life on hold.
So, I made a shift.
Less than a year later, we had our twin boys.
That experience taught me that real success isn’t just about hitting milestones, it’s about making sure those milestones actually matter to you.
Then came another unexpected twist: when I started my ICF coaching certification, I realized something huge, I likely have ADHD.
Suddenly, so much about my life made sense… why I thrive in high pressure environments, why traditional productivity methods never worked for me, and why so many high achievers unknowingly push themselves to burnout.
That moment changed everything.
I realized I wasn’t just here to help leaders, I was here to help neurodivergent high achievers build success in a way that actually works for them.
Now, I help ambitious professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives stop forcing themselves into systems that don’t fit and start leading in a way that feels aligned.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Learning to thrive in uncertainty.
From multiple international relocations to health struggles, balancing business with motherhood, and discovering my ADHD late in life, I’ve had to start over more times than I can count.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
Resilience isn’t about having all the answers… It’s about trusting that you’ll figure it out as you go.
And that’s exactly what I help my clients do.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I help people stop fighting themselves.
A lot of high achievers (especially those with ADHD or non traditional ways of thinking) spend years trying to fit into systems that were never designed for them.
They push through exhaustion, force themselves to work in ways that don’t align with their strengths, and then wonder why success feels so draining.
I help them flip the script.
✅ I work with their strengths, not against them. Instead of forcing them into “one size fits all” methods, we build a system that actually fits how their brain works.
✅ I don’t just focus on productivity, I focus on energy. Productivity is meaningless if it drains you. The goal is to create success that feels sustainable.
✅ I reframe challenges into opportunities. Growth isn’t about avoiding obstacles, it’s about learning how to navigate them with confidence.
Think of it like sailing… You don’t fight the wind, you adjust the sails.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I don’t believe in one size fits all success.
My clients are high achievers, entrepreneurs, and executives, many of whom are neurodivergent or think differently.
Traditional coaching doesn’t always work for them.
I help them work with their energy, not against it…
I reframe success to be sustainable, not just achievable…
And I integrate high performance leadership with deep mindset shifts.
It’s not about working harder, it’s about thinking differently and leading with clarity.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
1. Resilience frameworks for high pressure decision making.
2. Energy management strategies, especially for neurodivergent professionals.
3. ADHD friendly productivity methods that actually work for different brain types.
At the end of the day, though, the best tool is learning how to work with yourself, not against yourself.
The Impact:
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
Success isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about leading smarter.
If success starts to feel like survival, something needs to shift.
The strongest leaders are not the ones who do the most, they’re the ones who make sure they’re doing what actually matters.
Your final thoughts?
High Achievers don’t struggle with ambition, they struggle with sustainability.
Success shouldn’t feel like survival.
The goal isn’t to push harder.
It’s to redefine success as you grow, adjust your approach, and make sure what you’re building actually works for you.
That’s the shift that changes everything.

Clare Williamson, or now known as Coach Solar, is one of the experts that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her creativity and passion.
She transformed her own journey of self discovery into a powerful, soul led approach to helping others achieve true alignment in their lives. Starting her coaching career in 2016, her path wasn’t linear (but nothing in Nature is).
She didn’t have an easy journey. But on this journey, she learned profound lessons about self worth, unconditional love, and the transformative power of surrendering to the higher self. From a redundancy while pregnant to a passion for network marketing and a life changing event that led her to pursue coaching, she’s lived through the kind of experiences that have deeply shaped her coaching philosophy.
She has a truly unique coaching method that’s deeply rooted in spiritual practices like shamanism and frequency medicine, offering a refreshing take on coaching. She helps her clients tap into their innate creative power, embrace uncertainty, and find abundance without sacrificing their true selves. With her innovative Quantum Leap Method she helps clients shift their frequencies and create lasting transformation in both their personal and financial lives. Here is what she said…
Meet Life Coach Solar:
Name: Clare Williamson, known as Solar
Pillar: The Spirit, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to unleash their sacred creative power and manifest their desired reality into existence.
How they can help: By using various tools and techniques like the Quantum Leap Method and Shamanic guidance.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
I am doing better than ever.
The pandemic was a real awakening for me.
I believe my awakening started just before it…
I had some health issues that made me really focus on myself.
This journey only deepened from there.
I am now the healthiest, happiest, and most able to give to my beautiful family than I ever have been.
I am a single mum of three (plus a huge, hairy dog).
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
I exploded my business during the pandemic.
I started in 2016, but my success was nothing to write home about.
Then, at the beginning of my awakening in 2019, when I began to focus on myself, I honored my goals to have a successful business by joining a Mastermind and working with a coach.
She helped me package and position what I felt passionate about, which was helping other women progress in their businesses.
Thanks to my experience in network marketing, I had become really good at using social media for marketing and deeply passionate about the power of storytelling.
I started selling my Personal Story Formula, and as brick and mortar businesses began closing their doors, many sought my online skills to help them.
So, like me, my clients also began to thrive because of the pandemic.
They broadened their audiences, shared a more impactful message to get heard over the noise, and implemented a highly effective way to connect with people via social media.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
To trust myself.
The person closest to me in my world told me I was crazy to believe that all was not as we were being shown during the pandemic.
I fought for the autonomy of my children.
I lost my relationship with their father.
But this taught me that there is nothing more powerful than that little voice inside.
It taught me that the real secret to manifesting faster is not shifting your mindset.
It is remembering that your body is sacred technology.
It is your access point and the way you learn to trust that little voice inside, the only voice you need to hear.
This realization began my journey of remembering the ancient wisdom within our bodies, the wisdom that knows how to transmute low frequency energy, which manifests as lack, into high frequency energy, which manifests as abundance.
Following what happened with my dog (you will learn later in the interview), I created a free app, the Awakened Wealth App, to help people master the practice of sitting with the reality and discomfort of their body’s primal survival instinct, along with all their programming and conditioning.
This became especially clear during the pandemic.
We literally saw a line drawn down the center of the world, those who caved into fear and those who chose to trust in their creative power.
Yet, equal numbers of people on both sides of that line have suffered with their physical and emotional health since then.
They have struggled to release the trauma of what they went through, whether that was the loss of relationships, their job, financial security, or all of those things.
To me, that was the power of the pandemic, a pattern interrupt that created space for consciousness and positive change.
This is how I personally shifted out of a life where I was sleeping awake in a golden jail, successful but unfulfilled, a pawn in the matrix, trapped by my fear.
A life filled with mindless distraction from who I truly am.
To now living my Soul’s adventure, expressing my deepest truth and creative authenticity.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
As mentioned, I started out coaching in 2016.
Before that, I was working but didn’t feel good about my daughter having to go into childcare.
When I fell pregnant with my second daughter, I was made redundant.
I was six months into the pregnancy and wasn’t able to have the maternity leave I thought would cover us financially.
I was also too pregnant to be (re)employed, so I got started in network marketing!
Through this, I discovered a real passion for helping other women with their own businesses.
But network marketing wasn’t making any money.
So, I took on a phone sales job and started organizing a big event with stallholders.
One of them fell in love with me and offered me a scholarship to train as a coach.
It was something I had never thought of doing, yet it fit me like a glove!
Although I had done really well in my career up to this point, made good money and achieved notable success, I never truly felt at home in my career choices.
It always felt like something else was waiting for me to discover it.
And I’ve always been freedom hungry!
I love to travel and have adventures.
Having my own coaching business felt perfect.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
In 2021, I was making multiple six figures in my coaching business.
But by this point, I had my third child and little support at home.
I had 15 one on one clients, plus other programs.
I was burned out, struggling, and then my youngest got really sick and stopped sleeping.
One day, after dropping all my children off at school and daycare, I came back home to work, only to realize, too late, that I had left my dog in the car.
A huge part of me died with my dog that day.
The part of me that believed anything was more important than those I love.
Including money.
From that moment, I began focusing on alignment.
Not even intentionally, but through the introduction of what I now call Ritual Magick, I simply began to remember myself and my TRUTH.
It was the beginning of a deep journey to knowing unconditional love.
I had to overcome the guilt of what I had done, but also acknowledge how that event simply confirmed what I already believed about myself…
That I made bad decisions.
That I wasn’t capable.
That I wasn’t good enough.
I battled with these beliefs, and as my journey unfolded from that fateful day, I realized something profound… money and love are the same when it comes to having an abundance of them in your life without abandoning yourself to have them.
It all comes down to self worth.
I experienced so much grief realizing just how many times I had abandoned myself because of my lack of self love and self worth.
I realized I couldn’t change the past.
But awareness helped me forgive the versions of myself that didn’t know better, to let those versions know she is (and always has been) perfect as she is, and to allow the pain of the experiences that taught her otherwise to transmute.
I have healed and integrated my shadow aspects at such a deep level now, all the parts of myself I once felt so much shame about.
And I discovered they are my greatest LIGHT when I express them.
I feel in such beautiful union within myself and excited to move forward, working with people in a way that lets my light shine the brightest.
Through my music, frequency medicine, and shamanic work, I activate MAGNETISM to abundance in such an easy, graceful way.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
In more recent years, I have simply listened to Soul.
From that, such beautiful and innovative creations have emerged… retreats, online events, programs, and passion projects.
The freedom theme must be written into my soul’s blueprint because, in 2023, it led me to innovate a book funnel as a way of marketing my coaching.
This turned out to be a lucrative and simplified approach to marketing, one that didn’t consume all of my time.
Seeing its success, I offered to help three of my clients set up their own book funnels.
Together, we created a collaborative book in partnership with another light leader, called “Leading With Light“, giving them a book to use as an evergreen sales asset.
The growth they experienced through this process was so profound that I created a documentary, A Baptism of Fire, which you can watch on YouTube.
This is the kind of creation I love… not just innovative, but spontaneous and soul led.
Ultimately, this became the new direction of my coaching business: helping others tap into their true creative power.
I guide people on a deep, transformative journey as their Shaman, reconnecting them with their body’s ancient wisdom and unlocking the life they’ve been waiting for.
It’s powerful.
And it has truly been a labor of love, born out of my own experience of reaching a place of deep unhappiness and finding my way back to alignment.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I show people a path of financial freedom that they have never been shown before, a sacred space where no coaching takes place.
Just pure surrender to their higher self and divinity.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
Their entire life changes.
This is what happens when we shift in frequency and access a higher consciousness.
We are the creators of our reality.
My clients realize the most powerful thing they can have, trust in their inner ability to bring form out of the formless.
They learn to embrace the void of certainty and guaranteed security.
They stop fearing the intimidating “nothingness” this creates and instead recognize it as the space where everything can manifest.
The uncertainty and the not knowing that arises when they fully surrender the patterns and beliefs that once kept them safe and validated become their infinite creative space.
They also move into a state of unconditional love, where their lifeforce of creation channels their unique value to others, easily and authentically, through their expression.
It’s beautiful to witness this shift and how it creates the exchange they once hustled for, allowing them to experience the financial freedom they desired.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Yes, I call it the Quantum Leap Method.
This method teaches people the quantum coaching approach that I used to build my multi six figure coaching business.
You can become certified in this method to create faster results for yourself and others.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Your creative power is infinitely available to you in every moment, without the need for anything outside of yourself.
(Louder for those in the back!)
If you are seeking strategy to succeed… STOP!
The answer lies within.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
This lesson of unconditional love!
These words may sound so “flimsy,” but they have literally turned my life upside down.
It ignited my serpent fire within.
Recently, I’ve been excited to teach people how to harness and channel this power into their creative expression.
This advanced manifestation technique connects you deeper to the truths of life.
It helps you let go of the mind, know love through being love, and allows your passion to channel that creation.
As I have unleashed my own sacred sexuality, the meaning and purpose I’ve always searched for has begun to reveal itself to me.
This is how I know that everything you are naturally good at (and all your effortless talents) are not just random gifts.
They are the result of something much deeper.
You’ve been perfecting them for lifetimes.
Your Soul has been traveling through lifetimes and accumulating experiences so that you can live intimately in every now moment, channeling your creativity to your fullest expression in the highest vibration of unconditional love.
Your final thoughts?
Thank you for this opportunity.
It’s interesting to reflect back now on the pivotal time of the Pandemic.
It is so obvious to me now that everything in society is geared to teach us to fall asleep to our creative power.
To be unconscious to our true capabilities as humans.
But the human body is powerful and sacred.
It can literally turn lead into gold.
Whatever you are experiencing in your world right now is only a manifestation of your own energy.
Is it dense and heavy like fear?
Or Light like unconditional love?
Ultimately, there is nothing to fear.
Fear is an illusion.
When your frequency changes to match this reality, your reality changes.
If each of us came back to the truth of ourselves, our creative power, and our unconditionally loving heart, the whole world would change in an instant.
