In a time when the world trembles between awakening and forgetfulness, when souls seek purpose beyond the noise, a divine whisper rises, a call to remembrance, a return to truth.
The following poem is not merely a Spiritual Art Fiction, but a sacred transmission, a cosmic journey for the heart, mind, and spirit.
It is a hymn for the light bearers, the silent warriors, the wounded healers who walk the Earth cloaked in white, gold, and silver…
Those who have endured immense darkness yet refused to let their love be extinguished.
Through raw truth and lyrical beauty, this poem honors their path, their pain, and above all, their resilience.
It speaks of the unseen battles, the spiritual trials, and the promise of a golden gate that awaits those who remain faithful to the call of love.
Each stanza is a mirror for the soul and a map home for those who remember who they truly are.
May these words awaken the memory within you…
The Love Mission Part 2: The Love Flame
Oh Aeons, the holy pilgrim has begun, let us travel home, far beyond the galactic sun.
Where the doors to eternity are wide open, where unconditional love is unbroken.
When you turned back into your almighty spirit form, and dropped your holographic body uniform.
The right path lies ahead, the panem vitae will serve you as your bread.
Listen to your heart and it will sing and the joyful delight it will bring.
Your heart will serve as a protective guard, while you pridely move towards the golden yard.
There it is, the golden gate, in the end it is fate.
When the true brothers and sisters rejoice together, to rest in unconditional love forever.
Many light beings have incarnated around flat planet “Earth”, with different purposes in place, to win this white and black race.
The energy was so dense and dark for too long, but our children, you were so strong.
Look at all the torture you went through, a painful and difficult rue.
You needed obstacles to grow and to find your mission, you truly paid a high admission.
The shark and all it`s guards around you did their best to bite, you were under constant attack, constant fight.
You kept getting up and kept on shining bright, wearing clothes that are white.
Many of you, neglected and beaten as a child, from the society exiled.
Mobbed and discriminated against, tightly fenced.
Your children taken, often you were forsaken.
Violence, negligence and pain, the degree sometimes being insane.
Drama in your love life, being cheated upon by your husband or wife.
Laughed and ridiculed for your spiritual view, for walking in a different shoe.
Often nearly killed and insured, pushed on the floor, crying behind a closed door.
Lied about and sold, left out in the cold.
Financially destroyed, often over many years unemployed.
Obstacles whatever step you take, constant warfare without break.
Do these black helicopters above our houses serve to have us scared? Stop playing your dirty games, as is now being declared!
Blame was put on you, the weird one with this unacceptable view.
For speaking out truth, and representing proudly your lovine roots.
We got over a critical point and a lot has been achieved, we are so relieved.
The overall consciousness and frequency have risen, in this soul prison.
Spirit energy is coming in, so now we begin.
The tide is turning fast, the truth is just so vast.
So now the offenders are standing at lovine`s awe, it does not care about physical law.
Some were so incredible evil, they are standing on enemy line with the highest lovine realm.
“Mercy, give me some, help me to understand of what I need to become.”
One of the golden avatars truly experienced by far the worst, but she made it through, the damage is slowly being reversed.
So that she can fulfill her purpose and shine, and define anew the word “lovine”.
They could take you so much, but not the love in your heart, even if it is broken and ripped apart.
Put it back together with faith and proudly stand up and shine, we are running towards the goal line.
Never give up, do not give in, in the end the heart force will win.
Do not give it to them, be strong, sing an uplifting song.
Lets, for once and all, change this game, enlighten the almighty love flame!
“Rich ones and everybody out there, please help the light-beings to be fair.
They endured so much pain to awaken you, torture is what they have been through.
Ease their life if you can, be a supporting Sam.
Listen to what they have to say, they are here to guide you the way.
Their major purpose is to shine bright, their clothes have the colour gold, silver and white.”
All our kind is untouchable, and falls under love`s protection. under loving wings, comforting with golden affection.
Evil and servants, don’t you dare touching the representatives of love and our kind, forever and ever, denied and declined!
All harming consents, contracts and agreements are null and void, they are herewith destroyed.
In the end, we sing “checkmate”, All along its fate.
You’re building your vision board like it’s your part time job…
You’ve read the books, followed the coaches, meditated on abundance, and journaled your intentions, and yet…
Something still feels stuck.
This isn’t just in your mind, it’s in your body.
Here’s a truth many people overlook:
You can be doing everything “right” on the surface, but if your body is still holding on to old, unhealed money beliefs, those energetic imprints will quietly sabotage your efforts.
You’re pressing the accelerator of abundance, but you’re still trying to drive with the parking brake on.
You may feel frustration, confusion, or even shame, wondering why your life isn’t shifting despite your hard work.
But this isn’t about failure.
It’s about energetic alignment, and more importantly, where your nervous system is calibrated.
Why Your Body Might Be Holding You Back
This journey isn’t just about mindset.
Mindset is powerful, but it doesn’t live alone.
What truly shapes our reality lives deeper, in the nervous system, the subconscious, and the energy field.
These layers of the self have been absorbing information about money, worthiness, and survival for years, sometimes even for generations.
These beliefs don’t always come from your conscious thinking.
Often, they stem from…
The messages you received in childhood about having or not having money.
The way your family related to wealth, struggle, or success.
Societal norms and cultural conditioning around scarcity.
Ancestral patterns passed down through generations.
Spiritual or karmic imprints that go beyond this lifetime.
Your body, acting as your deepest sensing instrument, remembers.
And while your mind may tell you you’re ready to receive, your body might still be bracing against it.
Money is not just about numbers or strategy, it’s about energy.
And that energy is deeply anchored in the body.
Introducing The Money Belief Body Scan
The Money Belief Body Scan is a powerful tool to help you access these buried imprints.
It’s a somatic practice, a gentle, guided process that allows you to tune in and listen to what your body has been silently storing.
It’s not a quick fix or a “get rich” hack.
It’s a sacred reconnection to your inner world, where you begin to identify, release, and rewrite the energetic stories your body is holding around money, safety, and self worth.
Think of it as a truth telling ritual.
A moment of communion between you and the parts of you that are still holding on to fear, lack, or unworthiness, not because they’re wrong, but because they were once trying to keep you safe.
How to Do the Money Belief Body Scan:
This practice works best when approached with presence, gentleness, and curiosity.
Here is the process, broken down step by step:
Step 1: Settle In
Find a quiet space where you feel comfortable and won’t be disturbed.
You can sit upright in a supported position or lie down, allowing your body to fully relax.
Close your eyes and take three slow, steady breaths.
As you exhale, let go of any tension you’re holding.
Let your body know: it’s safe now to listen and to let go.
Step 2: Begin at the Root
Bring your awareness to the base of your spine, this is your root chakra, the center of your sense of safety and survival.
Ask yourself gently, “What belief lives here about money or security?”
You may hear or sense something like, “It’s not safe to have money,” or “I always have to fight to survive.”
You might not hear words, but rather feel heaviness, tightness, or a vague discomfort.
Whatever arises, simply notice it with compassion.
Step 3: Scan Up Through the Energy Centers
Slowly bring your awareness up through each energy center of the body, one by one.
These centers correspond to different aspects of your life and consciousness:
The sacral center, located in the lower abdomen, relates to emotions, pleasure, and creativity.
The solar plexus, in your upper abdomen, relates to power, confidence, and autonomy.
The heart center is your core of love, self worth, and emotional openness.
The throat holds expression and communication.
The brow (third eye) holds intuition and perception.
The crown connects you to your higher self and the divine.
At each center, ask two simple questions:
“What am I holding here about money or self worth?”
“Is this belief truly mine, or did I inherit it?”
You don’t need to analyze or fix anything.
Just feel what is there.
Notice if a story, memory, emotion, or sensation comes to the surface.
Your only job is to witness it.
Step 4: Focus on the Area That Speaks the Loudest
You may notice that one center feels heavier or more charged than the others.
If so, place your hand there.
Offer that space your full attention, without judgment.
Take a deep breath and, with your exhale, softly affirm:
“I now release any money story that no longer serves me. I am safe to receive. I am safe to grow. I am safe to thrive.”
Say this out loud or in your heart.
Say it slowly.
Say it with presence.
Repeat it until you begin to feel a shift, a sense of softening, a lightness, or even just a subtle opening.
Even a small shift is significant.
What This Practice Unlocks
The Money Belief Body Scan isn’t just about relaxing, it’s a method of energetic reprogramming.
When you consciously connect to your body’s wisdom, you begin to unravel the unconscious stories that have quietly shaped your reality.
These stories may have once protected you (perhaps from scarcity, instability, or rejection) but now, they’re keeping you from receiving the abundance you’re ready for.
This process unlocks:
A renewed sense of clarity around your desires and decisions.
A deeper connection to your intuition, which can guide you toward aligned action.
A dismantling of patterns that once kept you in fear, guilt, or shame around money.
A felt sense of worthiness and expansion, rooted in your body, not just in your thoughts.
Most importantly, it shifts your energetic frequency. You move from trying to receive abundance, to resonating with it.
Why the Body Holds the Key to Your Abundance
Your body is always honest.
It remembers every money related experience you’ve had, whether it was witnessing your parents argue about bills, feeling guilty for having more than others, or being taught that money was “evil” or “hard to earn.”
These imprints don’t just vanish when you say an affirmation or set a goal.
They need to be felt, acknowledged, and released at the root level.
And when they are, a profound thing happens…
Your energy becomes congruent with the abundance you’ve been calling in.
You don’t just “want” abundance, you begin to embody it… And that’s when real transformation begins.
Begin the Journey Within
Your money story isn’t fixed…
It isn’t your destiny…
It isn’t even fully yours…
It’s an energetic narrative, etched in your body, but it can be rewritten.
You don’t need to wait until everything is perfect or until you “deserve” it.
You don’t need to hustle or force your way into prosperity.
You simply need to meet yourself, where the story began, within.
Start here…
Start now…
One breath…
One scan…
One release at a time.
When the body is free, the flow begins.

Monica Spord Signysdóttir, The Metacognitian, is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her wisdom and passion.
She grew up among Norway’s fjords with a vivid vision of a peaceful world, one where people and animals thrived together in harmony. Even as a child, she sensed there was a better way to live, and that vision became the foundation for her life’s work.
She later witnessed the harsh realities of modern life: animal cruelty, rising burnout, and the failure of conventional medicine to address the root of human suffering. Determined to make a difference, she developed The Metacognitian Method, a new, unique, holistic system combining mindset work, movement, spirituality, plant-based nutrition, and ancient Ayurvedic wisdom.
She now helps clients transform their lives from the inside out, guiding them to clarity, resilience, and lasting change. Her coaching is tailored, results driven, and deeply personal, because, as she believes, one size truly fits nobody. Here is what she said…
Meet Life Coach Monica Spord Signysdóttir:
Name: Monica Spord Signysdóttir
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Body, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to start living a holistic life aligned with Nature and their core truth.
How they can help: By using The Metacognitian Method as well as various practical tools and holistic techniques, strategies, and humor, just to name a few.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
Thanks for inviting me to this interview.
My family found their way through this period, thank you.
This (so called) pandemic feels remarkably distant now.
It served as a profound wake up call for society in countless ways, revealing how quickly established systems and rules can transform overnight.
From my perspective in psychology and holistic health, this period highlighted the critical importance of self reliance in maintaining our well being.
It taught us to prioritize caring for ourselves both mentally and physically, nurturing ourselves from the inside out rather than outsourcing our most important asset in this life of ours.
The experience reinforced that true resilience comes from building strong foundations within ourselves: developing emotional regulation skills, strengthening our immune systems naturally, and creating supportive community connections that endure through challenging times.
If anything positive emerged from that difficult period, it was this renewed appreciation for holistic self care and personal agency in health matters.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
As I was just getting started during that time, it didn’t significantly impact my clients or business.
What I’ve observed, both directly and through media reports, is a noticeable health decline among those who weren’t prioritizing self care before the pandemic.
Essentially, the situation accelerated negative health consequences for those who hadn’t established strong wellness foundations beforehand.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
I witnessed how quickly human psychology can default to tribal thinking: “you’re doing the wrong thing, I’m doing the right thing, now we’re enemies.”
This divisive mindset emerged with startling speed and intensity.
While this phenomenon was thoroughly discussed during my psychology studies, experiencing it firsthand provided a profound lesson.
It revealed the underlying psychological mechanisms that drive larger conflicts, making it sadly unsurprising that wars continue to plague humanity.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
My journey towards mental and physical health, and the longing for a community where all people and animals live side by side, began in my early childhood in my home country Norway.
There, as a child, running between the mountains and the fjords on the beautiful West Coast, I remember being presented with drawings of people gathering peacefully, laughing and enjoying lush green landscapes with pure bliss and joy.
I know it sounds clichéd, but I truly envisioned it.
Years later, I awakened to two realities: the disturbing truth of animal cruelty in laboratories, and people’s tendency to mask their struggles instead of addressing them (applying cosmetic solutions rather than pursuing genuine inner change).
Simultaneously, I witnessed people in my circle collapsing from stress and burnout, with standard Western medicine offering few resources for recovery.
They lacked the tools to escape these conditions.
Eventually, these observations crystallized into my life’s purpose: helping others succeed.
This would contribute to creating that utopian society I had envisioned as a child.
Recognizing the world’s harshness, I committed myself to becoming a resource and developing approaches I couldn’t find elsewhere, holistic methods addressing mental and physical health through mindset work, physical movement, spirituality, plant based nutrition, and Ayurvedic principles with their thousands of years of wisdom.
This approach stands in stark contrast to Western medical paradigms.
While studying psychology at the University of Oslo, I published my first book in Norwegian (now also available in German) on mental and physical health, personal growth, and spirituality.
Today, I’m proud to have developed The Metacognitian Method, focusing entirely on helping people build strong foundations to become resilient and self reliant without depending on external resources, medications, or others.
The work began with online courses and virtual meetings for personal transformation, but I quickly discovered the unparalleled effectiveness of one on one sessions.
Initial results can appear within days as the body awakens, though complete transformation requires time, allowing the brain and body to adjust after years or decades moving in the opposite direction.
While quick fixes proliferate online, The Metacognitian Method prioritizes solid, lasting results.
I’m there to guide clients throughout their journey while maintaining high expectations, I want them to become part of the solution in our world.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
The recurring disappointment of watching my vision for a perfect utopia and cross border collaborations vanish whenever faced with reality.
Later, witnessing people with abundant resources consistently sabotage their own potential became deeply challenging.
These experiences, along with numerous other formative circumstances, have profoundly shaped who I am today.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
Great question.
The Metacognitian Method is fundamentally about doing first things first, unraveling layers of old patterns and beliefs.
When the mind is ready, we advance with specialized techniques I’ve developed.
We address mindset challenges, where self sabotage often plays a pivotal role.
We focus on proper breathing techniques and explore the transformative effects when the body achieves mental, physical, and spiritual balance.
This is how I personalize coaching beyond conventional approaches, by thoughtfully blending different disciplines.
Progress isn’t measured by how quickly we advance, but rather by the quality of insights gained, clarity achieved, and tenacity developed.
My passion for holistic health beyond stress and burnout has also led me to invent an electromechanical device with the potential to improve sleep quality, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and calm the entire system.
Patent applications have been filed, which is tremendously exciting.
The approach is always tailor made.
The path unfolds organically as we progress.
While there’s a strong foundational framework, the method adapts based on continuous feedback and observable results.
What works effectively for one client may not help another make meaningful progress.
This work is fundamentally about recognizing and rewiring old patterns, doing what I call “first things first.”
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
This is where timeless wisdom meets timely psychology.
Where we are blending different worlds to precision.
I view each client from a 360 degree perspective, honoring their individuality as my starting point.
By integrating mental, physical, plant based nutritional, spiritual, and personal resources, I foster independence rather than dependency.
My goal is to help clients stand firmly on their own within 8 to 10 months.
Beyond this foundational work, I welcome continued collaboration on business strategies, independent work methods, or specific health topics.
My approach uniquely blends many years of academic experience and Eastern practices.
Having found home in multiple cultures allows me to truly see and support clients regardless of their background or personal story.
After an initial free consultation, potential clients receive two collaboration options, one offering even greater depth.
Rather than trading time for hourly fees, I work with fixed budgets based on our preliminary conversation, creating predictability and clarity for clients.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
This is personal transformation at its best.
The foremost advantage clients gain is mental clarity, an outside perspective that enables course correction, inner relaxation, and peace of mind.
My approach delivers lasting results without the need for repeated interventions because we build a solid foundation that prevents collapse.
This work transforms the mind from adversary to ally for life.
As highlighted on my website, testimonials elegantly capture our process of dismantling barriers layer by layer to build stronger individuals:
“This has really given me the kick I needed to make big changes in my life. It has, overall, been a bit like peeling an onion. I now start the day exactly as recommended. And feel a huge difference in my energy!”
“I have tried different approaches and paths over the years, but what is different and nice about this approach is that it includes literally everything: physical health, mental health and the spiritual perspective.”
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
I prioritize reaching the core issues early in our collaboration, ensuring clients leave our very first meeting with practical tools and clear next steps.
My requirement for full client dedication is matched by my own commitment, this mutual accountability framework itself becomes a powerful tool for transformation.
While I maintain a robust structure, I recognize that each individual is unique and requires customized approaches.
I deploy a versatile toolkit that may include specialized courses, strategic meetings, targeted conversations, personalized strategies, and occasionally even beneficial devices.
And with humour!
Let me elaborate on this: Laughter possesses remarkably underappreciated therapeutic properties for human health.
Genuine laughter triggers a cascade of beneficial physiological responses that ripple through our entire being.
Simultaneously, stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline decrease, creating an internal environment conducive to healing and regeneration.
The immune system receives a significant boost as well.
From a psychological perspective, humor creates cognitive shifts that transform how we perceive challenges.
It introduces perspective, distance, and even absurdity to situations that might otherwise overwhelm us.
Perhaps most profoundly, humor allows us to acknowledge life’s contradictions and imperfections while simultaneously embracing them.
In our increasingly complex and often serious world, cultivating opportunities for genuine laughter might be one of the most accessible and effective health practices available to us, a medicine with no prescription required, no negative side effects, and unlimited refills.
All in all, this personalized methodology reflects my core philosophy: there is no universal solution, because one size truly fits nobody.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Thank you for asking exactly this question.
We are not merely inhabitants of this planet, we are integral parts of it, composed of earth, water, fire, air, and ether.
Once we embrace this fundamental truth, we naturally nurture both our bodies and minds alongside the Earth as the precious treasures they truly are.
This holistic understanding transforms our daily practices: we begin each morning with yoga and gratitude, eat and speak with intention, and incorporate physical movement as an essential daily rhythm.
Seeking clarity and pure awareness, we nourish ourselves entirely vegan with plants, fruits, nuts, and seeds rather than consuming beings that carry programming, fears, and emotions.
By living harmoniously with all creatures, we recognize that animals belong in their natural habitats where they maintain soil quality.
Industrial animal agriculture harms not only these beings profoundly but ourselves as well.
A fulfilling life emerges from acknowledging the extraordinary beauty of this existence that we’re privileged to experience.
Ultimately, we create our own reality.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of earning two master’s degrees from Germany and Norway, and publishing two books, accomplishments that have taught me valuable lessons.
However, my most profound joy and lesson has been my three children who, though now grown with their own exciting paths, still share their journey with me.
My greatest revelation in terms of health came through discovering Ayurveda, the ancient Eastern medical system.
This philosophy showed me that we all fundamentally consist of earth, wind, fire, water, and ether (space).
This perspective transformed my worldview completely.
Unlike Western medicine’s focus on diagnosis and medications, Ayurveda recognizes that we simply experience imbalances that in many cases can be treated through the right approach: tailor made mixtures of herbs, mindset adjustments, and proper practices.
With time and patience, balance can be restored.
This profound shift in understanding has been so transformative that I could never return to my previous way of thinking.
Your final thoughts?
My deepest hope is for humanity to recognize the inherent beauty of existence.
This recognition naturally evokes gratitude.
When enough people attain this state of appreciation, harmful behaviors will cease.
The Sanskrit concept of Ahimsa (non violence toward others and oneself) represents this principle perfectly.
This collective shift toward compassionate awareness is precisely what our magnificent world needs.
It is what we need to finally achieve balance.

James Clark is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his wisdom and spirituality.
He began his journey living a divided life… mindful during the week, yet numbing himself on the weekends. But when he fully committed to a conscious way of living, everything changed. A spontaneous meeting on a bridge led to a powerful energetic experience that opened not just another person’s crown chakra, but also his own understanding of the deep connection between mindfulness and consciousness.
He now leads mindfulness based courses rooted in compassion, guiding clients through life’s challenges with presence and purpose. His work blends traditional coaching with somatic practices, energetic awareness, and reflective inquiry, offering each person a tailored path to healing.
He has a truly unique approach. Whether supporting spiritual seekers, professionals, or those facing addiction and homelessness, his approach remains grounded in service and sincerity. Some of his clients come from across the world, drawn to his calm energy and ability to hold space. Through his work, people don’t just feel better, they remember who they truly are. Here is what he said…
Meet Life Coach James Clark:
Name: James Clark
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to attain mindfulness, be more in control of their emotions, and deepen their relationship with themselves, others, and life.
How they can help: By using various tools and techniques, mindfulness practices and the RAIN framework, just to name a few.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
Isn’t it strange that when I think about the pandemic, it’s almost as if it never happened?
I spent my time relaxing, meditating, following teachers like Eckhart Tolle, and questioning existence.
I even enjoyed being home for a couple of years.
Life is all about perspective, and for me, it was peaceful.
I loved seeing and listening to the abundance of nature that returned to the city, the silence as planes were grounded, and the smiles of caring faces whenever I stepped out.
On reflection, we could have learned a lot from that time and carried some of the good forward.
My family is small, and we all live separately, so it was more of a struggle for them, especially during the second and third quarantine restrictions.
By the third quarantine, I was visiting my mother weekly to drop off shopping.
It was too much to expect older people to remain at home by themselves for two years.
My grandmother was alive at the time, but after two years at home, her legs weakened.
She only left the flat once after the pandemic, and that was to go to the hospital.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
I wasn’t coaching during the pandemic.
That time became a deeply personal inward journey, a season of awakening.
With so much uncertainty, I turned more fully toward mindfulness and self inquiry.
Instead of rushing to help others, I gave myself permission to slow down, feel deeply, and listen within.
It was during this time that I discovered the true power of conscious awareness.
I learned how to meet fear, isolation, and impermanence with compassion.
That experience shaped the work I do today and deepened my commitment to helping others reconnect with themselves through presence.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
The pandemic taught me to slow down and let go of control.
Life is inherently uncertain, and clinging to certainty only creates stress.
Rather than resist the discomfort, I leaned deeper into my practice.
It felt like a rebirth.
Presence is not about escaping difficulty, it’s about staying grounded within it.
I discovered that resilience arises from stillness, breath, and compassion, not force.
That time reminded me what matters: love, connection, kindness, and conscious awareness.
It also showed me that everyone carries invisible burdens.
As a coach, that awareness has deepened my empathy for everyone I meet, whether for a moment or a lifetime.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I began practicing mindfulness several years ago.
For a while, I lived a divided life… conscious Monday to Friday, then out drinking on the weekends.
When I finally committed to a conscious way of living, things shifted rapidly, and people began coming to me for help and guidance.
One afternoon, I was walking across a bridge near where I live and began talking to an Israeli man who I sensed was awakening.
We met the next day for lunch, and later meditated together.
During our session, I felt a conscious energy guiding me.
I asked (politely, of course) if I could step into his energy field.
Most people laugh when I tell that story, saying it’s so British of me, but spiritual boundaries matter.
They foster safety and trust.
As I stepped into his energy, we worked through his upper chakras until we reached the crown, which opened wide and filled with light.
It was beautiful, and not at all what I expected.
My original intention was to practice mindfulness, but that moment revealed how closely mindfulness and consciousness are intertwined.
Now, I guide the Mindfulness Association’s eight week Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC), which I chose for its compassion and kindness practices.
A lot can come up for people during mindfulness, inquiry especially, so treating ourselves kindly is essential.
I trained with the Association for two years and have permission to facilitate and adapt the course to meet my clients’ needs.
I also work one to one, particularly with spiritual seekers, busy professionals, and those facing life challenges, homelessness, or addiction, without charge.
Service is part of my path.
Through giving, my own needs are met.
I’ve never advertised.
I used to scroll social media, but after my Instagram account was hacked and someone offered to sell it back to me, I took it as a sign.
I thanked him and walked away from the platform.
Clients seem to find me.
One woman in Beijing has been meeting me online for a year, I don’t even know how she found me.
But it doesn’t matter.
What matters is watching the heaviness lift as she reconnects with her conscious presence and steps into her power.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
One of my greatest obstacles was learning to meet my own pain with compassion rather than avoidance.
For a long time, I coped by staying busy and striving outwardly, but I was disconnected inwardly, especially from emotions like shame, fear, and guilt.
That disconnection eventually led to burnout.
The turning point came when I embraced mindfulness and conscious living, not as techniques, but as a way of being.
Sitting with discomfort, listening inwardly, and softening with compassion changed everything.
It wasn’t easy (it took patience and unlearning) but it gave me inner stability and peace.
That shift didn’t just shape me, it defined me.
It taught me that true strength is found in vulnerability and presence.
That’s what I now offer others.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
I innovate by blending mindfulness and energetic awareness with coaching to help clients develop a conscious, compassionate relationship with themselves.
I don’t offer a one size fits all process.
Instead, I tune in to each person’s unique emotional landscape, combining traditional coaching with present moment awareness, somatic practices, and reflective inquiry.
I also create safe, nurturing spaces where clients can slow down and reconnect with their inner guidance.
This is especially helpful for those facing burnout, stress, or self doubt.
I use mindfulness practices, embodiment techniques, and creative reflection to engage the whole person… mind, body, heart, and soul.
Innovation, for me, means staying open, kind, curious, and anchored in conscious presence with each client.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I bring mindfulness into the heart of coaching, not as a tool, but as a foundation.
I help clients slow down, listen inwardly, and relate to their thoughts and emotions consciously.
This creates space for insight and sustainable change.
I don’t view people as problems to solve.
I meet each person as whole.
Through presence, deep listening, and compassionate challenge, clients reconnect with their values, build resilience, and experience realignment.
My approach is less about performance, more about clarity, connection, and conscious embodiment.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
Clients often tell me they feel more grounded and connected to themselves.
They develop tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and navigate challenges with greater calm.
But the deeper shift is internal, they begin to relate to themselves with compassion.
Many discover renewed purpose, improved relationships, and the ability to lead from a conscious place.
The changes may seem subtle at first, but they ripple through every area of life.
One client came to me overwhelmed by anxiety and indecision.
Over several months, through mindfulness and the RAIN practice (Recognise, Allow, Investigate, and Nurture) she softened her inner critic and found clarity and courage to change careers.
It’s moments like those that affirm this path.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Yes.
I use a blend of mindfulness based tools and coaching methods.
Sessions often begin with grounding or short meditations to help clients arrive fully.
This sets the tone for meaningful, focused work.
I incorporate the RAIN practice, a powerful framework for working with difficult emotions: Recognise what’s happening, Allow it to be there, Investigate with kindness, and Nurture yourself.
We also use breathing spaces, body scans, and mindful journaling.
Rather than rushing toward answers, we slow down.
In presence, the right steps emerge naturally.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Be gentle with yourself.
The familiar mind, the reactive, critical, fixing mind, is not who you truly are.
It’s a habit shaped by the past.
There’s another way: the conscious, present mind.
The present mind pauses, breathes, and notices without judgment.
It’s the gateway to clarity, compassion, and connection.
You don’t have to believe every thought or run from discomfort.
You can come home to the now.
You are more than your conditioning.
You are consciousness itself.
Come home to presence, your real power lives there.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
The greatest lesson I’ve learned is that transformation begins with self compassion.
For years, I believed I had to fix myself to be enough.
But true growth arises from self acceptance, not striving.
Meeting myself with kindness, even in difficult moments, has changed how I relate to everything: work, relationships, purpose.
Many friends drifted away when our energies no longer aligned, but that, too, was part of the unfolding.
Life is not about perfection, it’s about showing up with an open heart and trusting that you are enough, exactly as you are.
Your final thoughts?
In a world that moves fast and prizes perfection, true change happens when we slow down, listen, and meet ourselves with compassion.
Coaching, to me, isn’t about fixing, it’s about remembering.
Remembering who we are beneath the noise.
If you’re facing change, uncertainty, or simply yearning for peace, know you don’t have to do it alone.
With patience, presence, and support, transformation is not only possible, it’s already unfolding within you.
I’d love to set up a Zoom call to see if we’re a good fit.
And if not, I’m happy to offer suggestions or other resources in support of your journey.

Madhuri Kumar is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her kindness and client centered approach.
Her journey to coaching is pretty unconventional. From designing physical spaces to transforming inner landscapes, she walked a remarkably diverse path. Trained as an architect, she began her career designing commercial environments, but it was her fascination with human psychology and emotional design that slowly pulled her toward a different kind of architecture: the architecture of the self. Over the years, she embraced a range of creative and professional roles, each one nudging her closer to her true calling as a Holistic Wellness Coach.
Her journey wasn’t smooth though. Life didn’t hand her an easy script, it gave her curveballs. But through each challenge, she built resilience, self reliance, and deep compassion. These qualities now define her coaching style: direct yet nurturing, honest yet inclusive. Her mission at Joy of Alchemy is rooted in helping people break free from inner chaos, bring awareness to their patterns, and step into the freedom of living authentically and joyfully.
Her clients don’t just receive support, they experience transformation. With a tailored, evolving approach grounded in both lived wisdom and formal training, she helps individuals reintegrate all parts of themselves until they feel whole again. For her, every session is guided by a simple yet powerful question: “How many more people can I help today?” Here is what she said…
Meet Life Coach Madhuri Kumar:

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants more freedom, awareness, access to their free will, a sense of purpose and meaning, clarity and joy to be and live as who they authentically are.
How they can help: By facing the truth head on, offering kindness and unconditional support, and using her own tested and tried approach.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
We are doing well, thank you!
Hope you are too.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
Indeed it did, immensely.
Before the pandemic, all my work was done in person.
When the first lockdown was imposed, I felt like the ground had been pulled from under my feet.
How would I continue to work?
How would I sustain myself?
Being adaptable and flexible was key, and I gradually moved a lot of my work to being done virtually.
Today, 90% of my work has moved to being done virtually, and it has actually led to better productivity.
Also, no more waiting for a client to show up because they were stuck in traffic.
It is freeing in more ways than one.
I am sure the pandemic affected every one of my clients in their individual lives and capacities.
However, I did not allow it to affect our work together, since I went on to mindfully foster our connections with more love than before, thanks to still being connected through technology.
Needless to say, that was the need of the hour at the time.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
There is an innate need for a rise in collective consciousness.
People need to start focusing more on themselves and go within now more than ever before.
Live more consciously, more authentically, and more purposefully, as opposed to living in the autopilot mode that most people function on.
As each person transforms, it will lead to the world becoming a better place.
And I believe that together, we can make that shift happen!
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
My journey has been quite exhilarating!
I am an Architect by qualification, and while I lived through my late teen years and early 20s dreaming of being a successful Architect, I went on to do things that were completely tangential.
After a couple of years in mainstream Architecture, I was piqued by Retail Design and Strategy.
I loved how working directly with human psychology transformed the very fabric of the design language of the commercial space.
I think that is where my first tryst with working deeply with the human mind and emotions began.
Over the years, I have donned myriad hats: Architect and Retail Designer, Lecturer (for Design), Baker, Jewellery Designer, and now finally a Holistic Wellness Coach.
It has been quite a diverse journey to get to where I currently am.
However, I can say with conviction that I have finally found my soul’s calling and love what I am doing now!
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Life has thrown an avalanche of curveballs my way.
However, those curveballs are what have shaped me to be who I have become over the years…
Self reliant, resilient, strong, fiercely independent, and exceedingly compassionate with a never say die attitude.
I believe that our journey is what shapes us at the very core, and I love what my journey has taught me so far.
I have navigated all of life’s challenges all by myself, but not everyone needs to do it alone.
This is what led me to become a coach, so I could help people with their challenges, and lift them up.
Everyone is fighting their own battles, but the bottom line – suffering is a choice.
There are always better choices available, and with my work, I want to be able to bring people into this awareness.
I want to empower them with the knowledge that they can make better choices and that they can shift to a better state of being at any moment.
Most people are not even aware that there is a way out, and they continue to stay endlessly stuck in the same loop.
This is what makes me jump out of bed every morning, to be there for the people that need help.
“How many more people can I help today?” is the thought I wake up with every morning.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
Being an inclusive coach is a non negotiable for me.
So I am constantly ideating and evolving with every client I work with.
Every person’s journey is unique, and every person has their own unique limiting patterns and resultant challenges.
As we navigate through shattering those patterns, it gives me new perspectives to innovate more to help my clients better.
I must add here that I do not use any man made intelligence tools to coach my clients.
While it is alarmingly becoming a rising trend, I stay firmly rooted in the fact that it can never replace the warmth and nurturing that human connection lends in my nature of work.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
Authenticity.
I do not beat around the bush, and I do not hesitate to call a spade a spade.
I do not tell people what they want to hear.
I tell them what they need to hear.
Hearing the truth about themselves can be frightening for most people, but I do it anyway.
I do it with compassion and inclusion.
The compassion helps them better understand themselves, and eventually, acceptance follows.
Self discovery is scary, no doubt.
But facing the truth head on is how to stop being in the dark and take the proverbial bull by the horns.
Bringing my clients into awareness is my first undertaking.
Being a self aware person myself, I extend that to every person I work with.
After that, I wait and hold space for them to reach the most important state of acceptance.
Once acceptance sets in, that’s half the battle won, and they themselves realize that they want to change things.
Some people shift to acceptance almost instantly, and some others take their time.
But as long as the person is willing to work on themselves, I will patiently stay by their side, through the highs and lows, even through the pauses, through the entire journey of their transformation, until they have reintegrated all parts of themselves and are feeling whole again.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
Simply put, learning to cut loose from the chaos and noise, and start living authentically, purposefully, and joyously, with more ease in their lives.
Freedom.
Genuine transformation.
Exponential breakthroughs in their personal growth.
Once there is personal transformation, it automatically permeates every area of a person’s existence, transformation in their interpersonal relationships, career, overall health and well being.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
I have developed and curated my own tried and tested approach over the years.
It continues to evolve every day.
I have also invested in numerous courses and certifications in the last few years, and my modus operandi involves integrating all of my learnings and experience to create lasting impacts for my clients.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Love is the biggest positive force there is.
And it all starts with loving yourself.
If you genuinely loved yourself, you would stop projecting onto others, so it is important to work on yourself.
And if everyone did that, there would be more peace, harmony, and joy the world over.
That would be a good starting point for the positive transformation of mankind!
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
Never say die!
There is always light at the end of the tunnel.
It is all about choice.
At every moment, we have the opportunity to make a different choice.
Every moment we are living through is a cumulative effect of a choice or a string of choices that we made at some point prior to that moment.
And if we do not like where we are, we always have the free will to choose differently and make a shift, even as soon as that very instant.
As we evolve, we start making more evolved choices, and that can only lead to better things.
Eventually, certainly a more joyous life!
Easier said than done.
But not impossible either.
Your final thoughts?
Happiness is an inside job.
Never place your happiness in another’s hands.
Make your own!
Rinse, repeat.

Dr. Dolores Fazzino, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Intuitive, Energy Whisperer
Are you ready to step into the next version of yourself?
In this episode of The Dr. Dolores Show, we explore the powerful process of rebirthing yourself, a journey of releasing the old and courageously embracing the new.
Whether you’re going through a major life transition, awakening to your soul’s deeper purpose, or simply feeling called to evolve, this conversation is your invitation to realign, recharge, and renew.
Learn how to move through resistance, connect with your higher self, and trust the unfolding path ahead.
The Dr. Dolores Show: How to Rebirth Yourself
As Dr. Dolores Fazzino beautifully said,
“Rebirthing is not becoming someone else, it’s about becoming YOU.”
This transformative process involves letting go of outdated beliefs, habits, and wounds, and stepping into your sovereignty with clarity, peace, and purpose.
1. Rebirthing Begins by Letting Go
At its core, rebirthing requires us to shed what no longer serves us.
Whether it’s old narratives, limiting beliefs, toxic habits, or emotional wounds, the first step toward transformation is release.
“Letting go is a sacred act.”
Ask yourself: Are you clinging to the past out of comfort or habit?
The truth is, staying stuck often feels easier than facing the unknown, but real growth requires courage.
2. Embrace the Unknown as a Sacred Portal
We often perceive the unknown as a threat.
But what if it’s actually a portal?
Transformation happens when we surrender control and trust in something greater.
By letting go of rigid expectations, we open ourselves to more possibilities than we can imagine.
It’s in these moments of surrender and stillness that magic unfolds.
3. Take the Sacred Pause
In a world that glorifies hustle, pausing can feel radical.
But a sacred pause is where we meet ourselves… raw, present, and awake.
“As you embrace the unknown, take a sacred pause. A sacred pause allows you to be in the present moment with whatever is going on with you.”
The sacred pause is not inactivity.
It’s intentional stillness, a space where transformation brews silently.
4. Connect to Your Higher Self for True Direction
The journey of rebirthing is deeply spiritual.
As you release the noise of the outside world, you’ll naturally begin to hear the whispers of your higher self, the truest compass for your life path.
“When you connect to your higher self, you will have more direction of what you are to do.”
Tools like meditation, journaling, energy work, and bodywork help us reconnect with this inner guidance and access deeper levels of peace and clarity.
5. Reclaiming Your Sovereignty and Essence
Rebirthing isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about realigning with the deeper essence of who you already are.
It’s a radical act of self honor, of choosing yourself in a world that constantly pulls you away from your truth.
“Rebirth is reclaiming your sovereignty.”
“Rebirth is reclaiming the essence of you.”
6. Your Transformation Inspires Others
When you say yes to your own transformation, you do more than heal yourself, you become a silent permission slip for others to rise, too.
Whether you realize it or not, your personal rebirth ripples outward into the collective.
7. The Time Is Now
If you’re reading this, your transformation is already in motion.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
Simply begin by listening… to your heart, your body, your intuition.
Then, take the next aligned step.
Your transformation is not only possible, it’s already in motion.
Tune in and discover how rebirthing yourself can be a sacred act of empowerment, healing, and awakening…

Dr. Dolores Fazzino, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Intuitive, Energy Whisperer
What if you are already enough?
What if there is nothing to “work” on or improve?
What if al you need is accepting yourself fully, just as you are?
In this empowering episode of The Dr. Dolores Show, Dr. Dolores Fazzino explores the transformative power of radical self acceptance, learning to embrace yourself unconditionally.
Dr. Dolores unpacks the layers of self judgment, societal conditioning, and past wounds that hold us back, offering practical tools to cultivate deep self love and inner peace.
The Dr. Dolores Show: Radical Self Acceptance
Too often, we seek validation outside of ourselves, believing we must change to be worthy of love and success.
But real transformation begins when we stop resisting who we are and start honoring our journey, flaws and all.
The Difference Between Self Improvement and Self Acceptance
We often confuse self improvement with self worth.
While growth is valuable, it shouldn’t come at the cost of self acceptance.
The podcast highlighted that the journey toward happiness starts when we realize we are already enough, not when we finally “fix” ourselves.
True personal development happens when you embrace where you are, flaws and all, while still moving toward your goals.
How Emotional Wounds Impact Your Physical Health
Did you know emotional pain can manifest physically?
According to Dr. Fazzino, unhealed emotional wounds can show up in the body as chronic pain, fatigue, or illness.
Healing begins when you acknowledge these emotions, take ownership of your feelings, and release blame, whether toward others or yourself.
Embrace Imperfections as Opportunities to Grow
Perfection is an illusion, yet many of us internalize the belief that we need to be flawless to be loved or accepted.
This mindset limits us and keeps us trapped in a cycle of self criticism.
Instead, embracing your imperfections offers opportunities for growth, deeper empathy, and authentic connection with others.
The Power of Awareness and Mindful Self Talk
One of the most actionable lessons from the podcast was the importance of becoming aware of the words you speak to yourself.
Are they kind, supportive, and compassionate?
Or are they harsh, critical, and unforgiving?
Once you raise awareness around your self talk, you gain the power to choose a different, more nurturing narrative.
Failure Isn’t the End, It’s a Step on the Journey
Failure often feels like a stopping point, but what if it’s just one step on your path to success?
Shifting your perspective around failure can open doors to growth, resilience, and wisdom.
Every mistake or setback offers a lesson, if you’re willing to embrace it.
How SelfCompassion Creates Ripple Effects
As Dr. Fazzino beautifully put it,
“We can make a global change by changing the way we speak to ourselves.”
When you cultivate self compassion, it’s like dropping a pebble into the realm of consciousness.
The ripples extend outward, improving how you treat others, handle challenges, and navigate life.
Find Freedom in Mindful, Timeless Activities
Another practical takeaway: engage in mindful activities that pull you into a state of timelessness.
Whether it’s creating art, walking in nature, or meditating, these activities calm the mind, regulate emotions, and reconnect you with the present moment.
Why Deep Empathy Is a Gift
In a world focused on achievements and external validation, empathy often gets overlooked.
Yet deep empathy (for yourself and others) is one of the greatest gifts you can cultivate.
It nurtures connection, understanding, and healing on both personal and collective levels.
If there’s one central message to take away from this conversation, it’s this…
Happiness doesn’t require you to become someone else… It asks you to fully embrace who you already are.
Through awareness, self compassion, and mindful presence, you can break free from the need to be perfect and step into a life filled with freedom, connection, and peace.
Tune in and start embracing your authentic self, because true empowerment begins with loving yourself as you are…

What if the key to your happiness and success lies in healing the wounded child within, your inner child?
Many of us unknowingly carry childhood fears, limiting beliefs, and emotional wounds that shape our adult lives…
Keeping us stuck, unfulfilled, or disconnected from our true selves.
But what if you could rewrite that story?
In this powerful episode of The Dr. Dolores Show, Dr. Dolores Fazzino guides you on a journey of inner child healing, helping you reconnect with your authentic self.
Discover how to break free from old emotional patterns, nurture the parts of you that crave love and acceptance, and step into the life you were meant to live.
The Dr. Dolores Show: Inner Child Healing
According to emotional healing expert Dr. Dolores Fazzino, unhealed parts of ourselves, especially our inner child, can get “fractured off” and continue to live out in another time and place, subtly shaping our present day experiences.
What Is Inner Child Work?
Inner child work is a healing process where you address unmet needs, suppressed emotions, and forgotten experiences from your childhood.
Often, these unhealed emotions leave you feeling fractured, causing emotional triggers and reactive patterns in adulthood.
As Dr. Fazzino explains:
“Doing inner child work, you are going to have your inner child’s back, even if no one had it when you were younger.”
Common Signs You Might Need Inner Child Healing:
Many people aren’t even aware that their inner child is calling out for attention.
Common signs include:
Persistent emotional triggers.
Feeling stuck in old patterns.
Repeating relationship challenges.
Difficulty with self compassion.
A sense of something “missing”.
If you find yourself rehashing past experiences or feeling unusually reactive to minor situations, it might be a signal that your inner child is still carrying unresolved wounds.
Triggers Are Messengers, Not the Enemy
One of the most powerful takeaways from Dr. Fazzino’s discussion is that:
“A trigger is never what you think it is.”
When you’re triggered, it often has less to do with the current situation and more to do with a past wound surfacing.
Inner child work helps you (RE)parent yourself in these moments, offering the compassion and safety you may not have received in childhood.
Healing the Past Through the Present
It might seem counterintuitive, but the past can be healed from the present.
The adult you’ve become today has the wisdom and strength to hold space for your younger self, and to witness old emotions without reliving the pain.
You don’t need to dive headfirst into painful memories.
“Allow yourself to witness. You don’t have to relive the whole thing.” Dr. Fazzino encourages.
This gentle, compassionate approach allows old emotions to rise, be acknowledged, and then released, moving from the unconscious into conscious awareness.
Interestingly, our pets can be some of our greatest guides in inner child healing.
Animals naturally embody presence, unconditional love, and non judgment, qualities that are essential when working with tender, unresolved parts of ourselves.
You Don’t Have to Heal Alone
Perhaps one of the most important messages from this conversation is that healing isn’t meant to be a solitary journey.
“Awakening is not something you have to do alone.”
Whether it’s through trusted friends, healing professionals, or your animal companions, having support makes this journey more nurturing and sustainable.
If you’re ready to heal, grow, and awaken to your fullest potential, this episode is a must listen!
Tune in and take the first step toward emotional freedom and self discovery…
