Pillar: The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone, especially women who want to get rid of negative emotions and open up their energy flow.
How they can help: By using her own methodology that merges energy healing and coaching modalities.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

It has been a curious time for us. We have had some good times as a family and some challenges with the restrictions that left us feeling isolated at times.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Many have experienced life changes, relationship and job changes.

They have also experienced overwhelm and anxiety from the uncertainty and change.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

To live with the unknown, and sudden change. It has made me more grateful and helps me stay in the present moment more.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I have a background in Human Resources. It taught me how to connect with a wide range of people.

I took coaching trainer at Adler school of psychology over 8 years ago and felt a deep connection to coaching, and its capacity to create positive change in one’s life.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

I would say, a difficult childhood was the biggest obstacle.

It created fear, anxiety and overwhelm in me at a young age, that is why I support people with healing those emotions today.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I have a methodology I created that includes coaching and energy healing modalities that allow clients to open up their energy flow.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My approach is based on a transformational healing methodology that I developed called: The Alive Again Methodology. It consists of six steps.

It’s an approach that is based on using coaching and energy healing principles to remove energy blocks and open up your energy flow.

When your energy flow is free from fear, anxiety and overwhelm you can achieve anything you desire.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

My promise to clients is release fear, anxiety and overwhelm and reconnect with YOU.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I use a variety of coaching and energy healing exercises and tools that I’ve developed.

I am on a mission to help a million women reconnect with the flow of their own energy so they can get anything they desire.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson is that “you can’t change the beginning of your story but you can change the ending.”

Find Life Coach | Meet Ruby Ma: How to Get Empowered and Have Confidence to Go After Your Goals?

Ruby Ma is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her infectious warm energy that makes everyone empowered. She is a purpose coach and her main mission is to help people find self love, confidence, feel empowered and go after their goals. She is highly intuitive and that helps the coaching process in unexpected ways, unique to each client. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Ruby Ma:

find-life-coach-ruby-ma

Name: Ruby Ma
Pillar: The Spirit
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to find their purpose in life, unleash self love, confidence and feel empowered to reach their goals.
How they can help: By using her unique coaching method and her intuition to best support the needs of her clients.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

We have experienced such grace during the pandemic, many challenges and highs and lows.

Thanks to many that support us continuously, we remained safe and without major health issues.

We are all still working, which is also a blessing. Consider many have suffered job loss and financial crisis.

I lost my grandpa this year, and the pandemic made the funeral bit harder for us all, but love and peace was present still.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I think the pandemic does shift things around for everyone.

I personally felt like it is both a challenge and a blessing. So much gratitude around the freedom that we used to take for granted.

And also the limitations coming with it also creates space for more reflections on priorities and values.

Do I really want that? Are those really necessary? What are my values? I am discovering new things about myself and supporting my clients to do the same too.

The impact is always there, and we have always the possibility to decide on how we interpret things and what we take away from it.

Oh, and we need to consciously choose who we connect with and how we stay connected with each other. Both mental and physical health and space are more of a priority now to most of us.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

That we can be always grateful and choose how we live our lives. Pandemic can be either a support or an excuse.

Humans are limited, no matter how greedy we try to be, or how hard we try to work, we are still just humans.

Knowing this leads to freedom and deeper peace.

Because of my faith in God, I have the long lasting peace that I can do the best i can and surrender the rest to God.

I think my faith also deepened during the pandemic, after experiencing pain and loss and discomfort.

I see that humans are more connected than I thought and we also need each other more than I realized.

When we unite and work together, amazing things always happen. So I am choosing more and more consciously to be connected and grounded.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am an EMPOWERMENT coach, embarking on Life Purpose and Fulfillment.

I spent more than a decade as an educator, working with families and students of different ages.

Always reflecting on what truly supports people forward, and was longing for something that can take people forward.

I see humans as the ultimate smartphones.

When one stay updated to the newest version of him or herself, no tasks would be of challenge.

On the contrary, merely downloading too many new apps, might just make the phone very slow.

Back in 2016 when I was in my mid 20s, I had an opportunity to encounter powerful coaching while I was studying in Germany and I declared at that very moment that, I would like to be of support to others as a professional coach as well one day. I wanted to pay it forward and empower others!

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Hahaha, there are plenty!!!

I would say the ONE biggest obstacle is probably healing from the heartbreaks I encounter in life.

Each heartbreak, whether it is losing a loved one or ending of a relationship that is no longer serving me, I would need to consciously choose healing and forgiveness and walk into freedom again.

Those are hard because I first need to walk through pain and be vulnerable before I enter true freedom.

Sometimes it worked rather quickly and sometimes it takes many tries.

I am not a naturally patient person in the sense that I like moving forward. But when it comes to healing, it takes time and space so it is another conscious practice for me.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I am blessed with very strong intuition, and I have seen how my gift can be of strong support to the clients.

Once I get the permission, I would openly share about what I sense in the coaching space and propose different approaches to the clients.

Sometimes it is a visualization practice, starting with grounding the clients through their conscious breaths and regaining their body awareness.

My innovations usually kick in in the visualization space. And I allow much free space for the clients to explore inward and go forward with their own next steps.

Coaching is never dull. It is a movement and it is full of life. The clients are on the drivers’ seat and I am always right next to them.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I allow much freedom and my space is genuinely positive and up lifting.

My secret sauce is genuine empowerment.

I believe in the clients and who they are and the mission and purpose they carry. I believe first and there is great power and strength behind that belief.

My coaching model supports my clients to aim towards a life of purpose and fulfillment and cut the BS in their lives.

I am both very direct and open.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

They walk away with much more self love, self appreciation and confidence.

They know who they are, why they are here, and what mission they carry.

I believe they benefit from my positive and warm energy, and they always leave more empowered after working with me. This is my deepest wish, to empower those who desires to go forward in life.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I have my coaching model and power tool as a form of coaching foundation.

I am a spiritual person and my spiritual intuition and gifts often come in in the right time to best support the needs of the clients.

I always follow the flow and be present.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

YOU are LOVED. YOU are ENOUGH. YOU have a PURPOSE and a MISSION within.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

That LOVE is the only way forward.

Love first yourself, then love those around you. If there is not enough love within, then it’s never too late to connect back to the source of love and get recharged.

Love is a conscious choice we need to make daily.

Your final thoughts?

I strongly believe in the positive benefits of coaching and how through empowerment, transformations occur naturally.

I wish anyone who come across this sharing of mine til the end so much love and light. And trust me, there is a reason why you came across this today.

Take the most out of it and be brave! My deep wishes.

6 Best Tips For Balancing A Part Time Job And Study

0

For many students and professionals, the prospect of working while studying can be very intimidating, and understandably so.

Studies can demand one’s extreme focus, efforts, and time, and adding a job or an internship to the mix can look like a recipe for an eventual state of disarray.

Though they are right to feel concerned about the idea, balancing both work and studies is not as hard as it may seem.

Many students find it necessary to take upon a job while studying. While some need it for the relevant experience before officially entering the professional world, some need the money to cover their various expenses.

In some cases, professionals also choose to return to school in order to move forward with their careers. Regardless of the reason, having a part time job can bring many benefits to a student.

And while handling both the work and study schedule can be challenging, effective planning and organization can ensure a steady balance between the two. Listed below are a few tips for all those struggling to balance their part time job and academics.

6 Tips How to Balance A Part Time Job with Your Studies:

best-tips-for-balancing-part-time-job-and-study

1. Plan.

Time management is of utmost importance when one has to divide it between different aspects of their life.

It is no different when juggling a part time job alongside studying. Planning is the key to managing your time most adroitly.

If you keep track of your schedule, assignment deadlines, and any possible clashes between your study and work routine, finding a work and study balance will be much easier.

Try journalizing and making to do lists to accomplish your tasks in time so that neither your job nor your academics are compromised.

If you plan your schedule effectively, working even while attaining a degree as demanding as a general Master of Business Administration degree may not feel so hard at all.

All you need is an organized schedule and the tenacity to follow it to help you balance studying and working.

2. Don’t procrastinate.

Procrastinating is the worst you can do when you already have many duties to perform. If you have made a plan, follow it and stick to the schedule at hand.

Leaving tasks until the last minute will not only affect your performance on them negatively but also add to your stress.

Try to manage your distractions so that you can focus on your scheduled assignments. Try sitting in a room without a TV and see if it helps, or set your phone on silent so you don’t have the urge to pick it up every time the notification sound rings.

While other activities can sound more compelling than the idea of finishing your projects, indulging in them will only set you back later.

3. Keep your employer updated.

Let your employer know about your schedule beforehand; they don’t need any last minute pull outs on your part.

Stepping back from work because of your study commitments without communicating with your employer about it in advance will only make you look like an unreliable employee. Therefore, always keep your employer updated regarding any clashes that could arise.

Many employers understand how hard it can be for students and professionals to work alongside their studies.

If you show your employer you are dedicated without making your studies the cause of poor performance at work, it may be easier to negotiate your schedule later when you need to prioritize your studies over your job.

4. Get proper sleep.

Sacrificing your sleep to fit in more work is never the answer. Losing sleep to do more only exhausts the body further and costs you your health.

Pushing your tired self through the routine will only affect your performance negatively. Therefore, ensure you wake up well rested so your body is better able to take on the challenges ahead of you.

5. Find ways to relieve your stress.

It is only natural to feel distressed and anxious under pressure, and handling a job alongside studies can be stressful at times.

Whenever you feel as if your mental health is suffering because of the added stress, step back for a moment and breathe.

A healthy mind makes you progress further, while a stressed one only makes you feel constricted. Maybe you should consider getting a life coach. Search our database and find a life coach that’s the right fit for you.

There are many ways through which you could relieve your stress, such as meditation, reading, or any other activity that may make your mind feel at ease.

Try to save some time for yourself every day, self care is necessary for those who overexert their minds.

It is advisable to spend at least an hour doing something you find pleasure in to reduce stress and anxiety.

Even when you are behind time, calm your mind through easy breathing exercises before working on your next task.

6. Eat healthy meals.

Your body needs to be healthy to efficiently take on all the responsibilities you are making it go through.

It is not easy to work and study, both bring along their duties and tasks for you to accomplish.

However, just because you have more on your figurative plate, it does not mean you should cut back on your actual meals.

Healthy foods such as eggs, fruits, vegetables, meat, etc., will provide your body with the necessary nutrients to keep you focused and healthy.

Reducing your food intake or eating unhealthy food such as those high in fats and cholesterol will only have a detrimental effect on your body.

Eating healthy will keep you energized for the many tasks you may have to do and keep your immune system strong.

So don’t use your job or your overflowing assignments as an excuse to skip a meal. You need to take care of your body, especially when you demand more from it.

What you should remember?

If you are working and studying simultaneously, following the tips mentioned above will make it easier for you to find a balance between both.

However, you need to understand that even though a part time job will add to your experience and support you financially, your studies are more important.

If you feel you cannot manage both, try searching for other ways to earn money.

Moreover, if the burden from your job begins to add to your stress enough for you to feel burnt out, it is better to quit it and honor your mental and physical well being.

Sometimes you need to step back if you fear you could tip off the cliff. Your health should always be your topmost priority.

5 Realistic Ways How To Stay A Step Ahead Of Burnout

0

Burnout is more common than ever as the stress of the pandemic has doubled in recent years.

Whether you work from home or office, you are bound to feel the pressure of the situation.

Boundaries are blurred, deadlines are tighter, and clients are frustrated. Financial anxiety, relationship blues, and the fear of the virus, all make a perfect recipe for disaster.

You may end up losing physical health and mental peace when it strikes. Learn the signs of burnout.

The best way to deal with burnout is by staying one step ahead and not letting it happen in the first place. Here are some realistic ways to steer clear of it.

5 Realistic Ways How To Avoid Burnout:

how-to-stay-a-step-ahead-of-burnout

1. Be vigilant about the red flags and triggers.

Watching out for the red flags can make you aware of the threats early. You can get hold of the situation before it worsens.

The most common warning signs of extreme work stress include fatigue, headaches, changes in appetite, digestive issues, insomnia, and lethargy.

Also, look for triggers like tight deadlines, office disputes, and extended work hours. Knowing the red flags and triggers can help you create a strategy to deal with them.

2. Balance your personal and professional life.

The absence of work life balance is the most common cause of burnout.

Find ways to balance your personal and professional life.

It may get a tad more challenging for WFH professionals, but conscious commitment takes you a long way.

Establish clear boundaries and communicate them to colleagues, managers, and clients.

Have personal rules for setting aside time for socializing and avoiding emails and phone calls during family time.

3. Find a natural stress buster.

You cannot avoid stress completely at work, but finding a natural stress buster can help.

Meditation and deep breathing can calm you down in minutes.

You can rely on a dose of cannabis to close the day on a relaxing note. The good thing is that it is now legal in the country, so buying it isn’t a problem.

You can check mmj express store and buy your favorite product in a few clicks. Concentrates make an excellent option for your evening sessions as they offer less with more. The best part about cannabis as a stress aid is it is safe and effective.

4. Build a support network.

Having a strong network inside and outside the office can save you from burnout.

Invest in good relationships with team members, and be there when they need you.

Likewise, they will have your back when you are in trouble.

But remember to steer clear of toxic people and office gossip.

Your partner can be the best cheerleader, so confine in them.

Rely on friends and family to stand by and listen to your woes every time stress hits.

5. Take time off.

Beating burnout is a lot easier if you take time off to disconnect and regain your inner peace.

Take several short breaks and do something to relax.

You can try a deep breathing exercise, take a walk, play a puzzle, or have a cup of coffee.

Do not ignore the signals, and step back when your body and mind give the signs.

A weekend trip after every few months can be therapeutic.

What you should remember?

Burnout can affect your health, productivity, and personal relationships.

The worst thing is that most people do not take it seriously until they get into trouble.

Follow these tips to ensure it never hits!

Find Life Coach | Meet Sheri Atcheson: How to Gain Freedom from Your Struggles?

Sheri Atcheson is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her dedication and experience. She became a certified manifestation coach after ruthlessly waking up at 4AM every day for weeks, and learning all the modules. Now she is one of the best manifestation coaches that we had an opportunity to interview. She helps her clients get rid of their struggles but also take action toward their goals. And she keeps them accountable. Here is what she said.

Meet Life Coach Sheri Atcheson:

find-life-coach-sheri-atcheson

Name: Sheri Atcheson
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to get rid of their struggles, improve their mindset and manifest their goals.
How they can help: By using modules for manifestation, exercises for productivity, group meetings and positivity recordings, just too name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?

Very well. We are vaccinated and take proper steps to stay healthy.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Fortunately, this pandemic opened a new world of communication from the privacy and safety of our own homes.

Zoom meetings allow for a deeper connection versus phone consultations.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The biggest lesson that I learned in this pandemic is that humans will always find a way to live feeling connected with others.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I started out as a certified hypnotherapist (still am) when I had an opportunity to audition for a paid “train to coach” position with the same company that I received my certification to practice hypnotherapy.

The audition consisted of personal and group assessments. It began last year in May with over 2000 applicants internationally.

It was then whittled down to just under 400 applicants, it’s where more assessments took place. From there the applicants were cut to 77, and more hours of assessments took place. Then it was cut to 18, then 12, then 6.. then the final four.

All stages were interviews and practice sessions. I was one of the four chosen and hired.

We began our learning journey last October 18, 2021. The training would consist of 12 weeks before becoming officially certified.

After 3 weeks, they fired all four of us due to disorganization and conflict at the top.

No one would really give us a clear answer. To say the least, we were all devastated after months of going through the cuts.

I then had someone contact me about being a manifestation coach and this amazing virtual coaching program.

So, I went for it, everyday getting up at 4am to hit the modules, attending live classes and workshops, setting up a new coaching business. Then the business that fired me wanted me back to train as a coach and instructor.

I tried to juggle all these courses but found myself spread too thin. I made the decision to stick with the manifestation and virtual coaching.

Now I have just attended a 7 day workshop on holding virtual speaking events and this is what I really want to do. So, I coach, I am a therapist and aiming to be an influential speaker.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Saying goodbye to my management job to venture out and do what I was meant to do, and that is to help others with success.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I love working 1 on 1 with my clients through Zoom, where I can make a better connection.

I have strong work ethics and I make it known that each week my clients are held accountable for acting. It’s their steppingstone to success.

There is no time like the present to get things done and move on!

I am incredibly supportive, and I let my clients learn how to walk the talk so that they can carry on when our course is finished.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I have a natural way of connecting with others and building rapport. I hold a safe place for each of my clients.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Freedom from their struggles and feeling more valuable to themselves and of course accomplishments and success.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Modules for manifestation, exercises for productivity, 1 on 1 weekly meetings with me, group meetings, positivity recordings and full on encouragement every step of the way!

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Have Courage over Fear!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

To forgive and never hold a grudge.

Your final thoughts?

Every coach out there is equipped with their own unique kiss of magic.

I have a message to convey to everyone: that you can break your addiction to your struggles, clean yourself up from the inside out and be more than you would have ever thought possible!

3 Discerning Steps How to Make the Right Choice for You

By Dr. Dolores Fazzino, DNP, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Intuitive, and Energy Whisperer.

What is really important? For me, it is making a difference in my life and the lives of others.

Sometimes we are offered so many choices to do just this, it can be overwhelming. We are truly abundant, and it is nice to have choices and options. (yes, there is a lot of noise out there)

I know for me I wanted to do it all. It is almost a reactive state where I used to say “Yes” to everything without getting more information.

We have been taught the new way of showing up was to focus on the “Yes” and then figure out how to do it. Take every opportunity that is presented to you, even though it may not be the right one.

The “Take Every Opportunity” Approach:

This is an interesting approach and a very distracting one.

Yes, it allows us to stretch ourselves, and it can also distract us from what we really should be doing and where we desire to be going.

I know I can easily distract myself and find it necessary to reel myself back to myself. How about you, does this sound familiar?

During my life, I learned and adopted a new perspective on this. It was about how I felt about situations, options, and choices I was presented with.

Did it feel good and a definite yes to move forward with the project, or was I feeling a misalignment with where I was heading and what I wanted to accomplish for myself and my career?

Only I could answer this for myself.

If some of us took every opportunity presented to us, we may completely distract ourselves as to what we are supposed to be doing. It may be a complete energetic mismatch.

How to Quiet The Noise and Discern:

Too often, we try to morph ourselves into something that we are not. Possibly to fit in and be accepted and approved of, or to prevent FOMO or feelings of missing out.

When you know who you are, it is your responsibility to show up for yourself. Realizing I am abundant and not every situation is an energetic alignment with myself, I would allow myself to say no without feeling guilty or shamed for doing so.

This is where my discernment skill became stronger. Just because it is offered, does not mean that this is the right one for me.

I have learned in my life and career that not all opportunities are energetically aligned with who I am, who my audience is, and in alignment with the agenda of the host, organization, or platform being presented.

No matter what dangling carrot or shiny bauble hanging is enticing and attracting my attention, discernment was not an option but a necessity.

I am often given opportunities. An Abundant and infinite amount. Some of them I am drawn to, some not so much. That is where discernment comes into play.

3 Discerning Steps How to Make the Right Choice:

3-discerning-steps-how-to-make-the-right-choice-for-you

Being clear on who you are, what you are about, and what you want to do, is important. It is energy and frequency. When these are in alignment within yourself, your message is aligned too. It makes it much easier for you to make the correct choices for you.

What I have realized is:

1. Not all opportunities are for me.

Though they may be interesting and enticing, they may not be an energetic alignment for me.

2. It is ok to say “No”.

Honor you and your message without having to justify or rationalize it. Your word is enough.

3. Ask more questions.

Get more information prior to committing to situations. Become more observant, research, and feel into the opportunity. Your feelings are your inner guidance system. Learn to trust them, they will lead you to the correct situation for yourself.

We are doing well, thanks for asking. Months ago, my husband and I contracted the virus but we are well now.

How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic has impacted a lot of people, me included. On the other hand, it also opened up new opportunities for me.

I attracted new clients and started new programs during the pandemic.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Immediately after the pandemic hit and I breathed into it, I realized this is here to serve us.

It is here to help us live differently on earth, in more evolved ways, allowing ourselves to heal and become empowered in our own unique ways.

Part of that is our relationships with the earth.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am a spiritual coach, healer, speaker, two time author and CEO of Star of Divine Light Institute.

I’m also a healing and empowerment expert and help coaches and entrepreneurs to attract their best clients through my Client Magnet Energy Program.

As the founder of Azarias Energy Healing, I help people who believe they are healers become the energy healers they were born to be.

Through my Shining Throat Chakras program, people with throat chakra issues break through their blocks, speak their truth, and shine their light.

I am deeply committed to doing all I can to help others become empowered to shine their unique light and live their divine purpose.

I’m sought after for my ability to help others break through barriers where nothing else worked. I take great joy in speaking to all groups and helping those in my programs heal and become empowered.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Not the biggest, but the first obstacle.. I experienced deep depression in my 30’s and what really got me out of it, which I considered a life changing spiritual experience, was when my dead brother’s spirit visited me and told me to start meditating, which soon healed me of depression.

That experience led me to further study, practice, and teach different meditation forms and develop my own Azarias Energy Healing.

After surviving a near death experience at the top of a mountain in Uganda, I finally accepted that I am an energy healer and can help others heal and become empowered.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I use a combination of spiritual practices pulled from various modalities and paths as a result of my decades of spiritual practice and teaching.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My coaching approach is unique in that I do chakra readings for my clients and I incorporate spirituality in a big way, both through energetic meditations and my own Azarias Energy Healing.

I help my clients develop the skills to become their own energy workers so that their own healing and empowerment are always available to them.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Many of my clients found the healing and empowerment that they’ve been looking for.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

The main tools I use are energetic meditations and online energy healing.

With all programs, my clients not only learned to be their own energy healers but were also able to empower themselves.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

I am Cheryl, and my mission is to help people heal and become empowered to step into their divine greatness and allow the Universe to flow through them in their own unique way.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Oh, how I love this question.

The greatest lesson for me has been that stepping into our greatness and really, it’s God’s greatness or the greatness of the Universe and that is the ultimate purpose of each of us and often the most difficult thing to do.

I have learned to heal all that keeps me from this and become empowered to let the Universe flow through me more and more in the most unique ways.

It’s not about me and my life, it’s about how I allow God to flow through me and help others do the same.

Your final thoughts?

Everything in our lives serves us, the good, the bad, and the in between.

We are constantly supported and loved by the Universe. To me, life is about opening up to that and becoming what all our souls came here to be.
