Energetic Sovereignty: The Boundary Your Soul Has Been Waiting For

As coaches, healers, and service led humans, we’re often taught to hold space, to stay open, and to lead with compassion.

Beautiful, yes. But without energetic boundaries, openness becomes exposure, and compassion becomes depletion.

Energetic sovereignty is the art of staying connected without absorbing, helping without carrying, and leading without leaking your own life force.

It’s the quiet inner knowing:

“My energy is mine. I decide what comes in, and what moves out.”

Energetic Sovereignty:

Energetic Sovereignty

The Truth About Boundaries

Most people think boundaries are about saying no louder.

In truth, they’re about saying yesyes to inner clarity, yes to self trust, yes to a way of being that honours your nervous system, intuition, and emotional landscape.

When your field is clear, you naturally attract what aligns and effortlessly repel what doesn’t.

Why We Feel Drained

Often, we feel energetically depleted not because someone “took” from us, but because an old pattern quietly opened the door:

  1. People pleasing
  2. Over responsibility
  3. The healer fixer loop
  4. The belief that being a good person means absorbing others’ discomfort

These patterns aren’t flaws, they’re outdated survival codes.

And when you release them, something powerful happens:

Your energy stops leaking, and your presence starts expanding.

4 Ways to Practice Energetic Sovereignty Daily:

Energetic Sovereignty is not a one time declaration… It’s a way of being.

It looks like:

1. Centering yourself before entering a room.

Centering yourself is the energetic equivalent of fastening your seatbelt before a journey… not out of fear, but out of self respect.

It can be as simple as pausing at the doorway, taking one intentional breath, and gathering your attention back into your body.

You anchor into your heart, your belly, your spine… the places where your truth lives.

When you enter a room centered, you’re no longer at the mercy of other people’s moods or expectations, you show up as the cause, not the effect.

Your presence becomes grounded, clear, and unshakeable… thers naturally respond to that steadiness.

2. Noticing when your body tightens around certain people.

Your body always speaks before your mind does.

A subtle tightening in the chest, a drop in your stomach, a slight contraction in your shoulders, these are not inconveniences.

They are data.

Certain people activate old wounds, patterns, or expectations you haven’t fully resolved.

Others may simply carry heavy energy or emotional chaos that your system instinctively protects itself from.

Instead of ignoring these cues or forcing yourself to “be nice,” energetic sovereignty means listening.

When you notice the tightening, you’re not judging the other person… you’re honoring your own nervous system.

Awareness is the first boundary.

3. Honouring the moment your intuition whispers, “This isn’t mine.”

Intuition is quiet but precise.

You can feel the shift when something in the space suddenly weighs you down, even though you were fine one moment earlier.

It could be someone’s frustration, sadness, anxiety, or expectation subtly landing in your field.

The old pattern is to absorb it, analyze it, fix it, or carry it.

Energetic sovereignty interrupts that habit.

When your intuition whispers, “This isn’t mine,” it’s your inner guidance giving you permission to release responsibility.

You don’t need to solve, soothe, or hold what never belonged to you.

You simply acknowledge the truth… and let it pass through instead of sticking to you.

4. Gently returning what isn’t yours back to Source (with compassion, not conflict).

You don’t have to push energy away…

You don’t have to confront anyone…

You don’t need to create drama or force a barrier…

Returning energy to Source is a soft, powerful act of sovereignty.

You simply imagine sending whatever isn’t yours… fear, pressure, expectations, emotions… back into the universal field of light where it can be transformed.

You’re not rejecting people… You’re releasing the distortion while keeping the compassion.

This is the difference between walls and boundaries:

Walls shut people out.

Energetic sovereignty keeps your field clear while allowing love to stay.

Through this, you learn to remain open without sacrificing yourself.

When Your Energy Field Is Intact

Life becomes clearer… Decisions feel cleaner… Relationships become more honest…

Your intuition sharpens because it’s no longer tangled in other people’s emotions or expectations.

And the most beautiful part?

You don’t become “harder.” You become more you, softer where it matters, stronger where it protects you.

A Homecoming to Yourself

Energetic sovereignty isn’t just a boundary, it’s a homecoming.

A return to the self that existed before the patterns, before the conditioning, before the world taught you to shrink or over give.

It is your birthright to stand in your own field of truth.

Your energy is precious.

Your soul knows the way.

And when you reclaim your sovereignty, everything in your life begins to recalibrate around that inner strength and clarity.

Don’t wait, reclaim your real self!

Lost in Illusion Part (6): White End

Love, in its purest form, is both a teacher and a mirror, revealing not only the beauty we seek in another but also the hidden dimensions within ourselves.

This Spiritual Art Fiction is a journey through that sacred mirror, where affection, pain, growth, and transcendence intertwine in the dance of two evolving souls.

It is not simply a love letter, it is a chronicle of spiritual awakening through the crucible of connection.

It explores the tension between the physical and the ethereal, the human desire for union and the soul’s call for freedom.

It explores how attachment transforms into awareness, and how heartbreak can open the heart to higher understanding.

It invites the reader to witness how even distance, conflict, and uncertainty can serve as catalysts for inner evolution.

This is not a story of loss, but of realization.

A reminder that sometimes love’s greatest purpose is not to bind two hearts together, but to awaken them to the infinite nature of their own being.

[NOTE: Before you journey further into this profound Spiritual Art Fiction, I invite you to ground yourself by reading “Thunderland“. This essential context will open your perception and prepare your soul for the awakening that lies ahead.]

Lost-in-Illusion-Part-6

Lost in Illusion Part (6):
White End

Stephanie, please you must write me another poem, more rhymes,
it has been nearly two years and we are entering new mutual times.

Your book and the world-record in love poems has just not been enough,
while our intensive half-physical relationship so far has truly been rough.

I regret and wish I would have been able to treat you better,
I compensated in eating sweets and my belly grew fatter.

I am trying to give you my gold,
making sure you are protected and don’t feel cold.

I wish you on my side,
I am filled with pride.

I am still trying to formulate the answer to THE physical question:
“Do I love you or not?”,
I am physically opening up and trying to answer through my heart:
“Maybe a lot!”

Maybe we can somehow make it through,
one day in the physical rue.

When our conflicts start to ease,
and our surrounding is more appeased.

When we are able to forgive each other and build true trust,
and we clean up all this emotional dust.

We speak telepathically through our heart,
which still needs healing after being ripped apart.

All this long physical distance grew us somehow closer together,
and one day we might see more sunny bright weather.

I am ready to invest,
but there is still a lot to digest.

I built around me a high protection fence,
these strong love feelings came at a high expense.

I was overwhelmed with the intensive degree of love I never felt before,
you truly opened my heart´s door.

The way you treated me has often not been very kind,
I am trying to forgive, leaving it behind.

It is not so easy I admit,
often being close to a painful split.

You filled up your account of love your own unique way,
while I was scared of another betray.

I learned how much love can handle until it breaks,
how much pain it takes.

I am scared your intentions are not pure,
my heart is suffering, doubting and not sure.

We somehow turn around in the last second before it is too late,
desiring a different mutual fate.

I cannot resist your spiritual kiss,
your half-physical touch is giving me bliss.

How this road will lead us, we will one day know,
the eternal now will show.

Written by Spirit of White, Germany, 11.10.2024

Since nearly 3 years, this special story is going on,
a self-composed German French love song.

The voice sounds a bit rough,
the text sometimes sounds tough.

Choose or not to choose
love or not to love, that is the question.

Little king, it is time to extend the book,
give me the honor to take a look,

Into the deepest layers of my heart,
that I am trying to express with my love poem art.

For ages I am waiting for a first date,
look at my belly, I put on a lot of frustration/happiness weight.

Even when you have been far away for so long,
my feelings for you are still strong.

While at the same time I am trying to kick them out of my heart,
as there has been so much that had the potential to pull us apart.

You are all I never wanted, vice versa is the same,
in this all or nothing game.

At the same time we are like an old married couple, deeply connected,
love bite affected.

Our higher essence, united, but ready to part way,
so that you have the freedom to walk away.

Our life vision/mission seems not to match,
so we are forcing us to detach.

Believing this is the only way,
at the German and French Atlantique bay.

One man and surrounding had to catch the golden ball,
It is about to fall.

While at the same time it can be thrown up again towards the sky,
flying high or a final bye bye.

Not knowing which timeline to choose,
to be walking in whose shoes?

Our mutual purpose can be voided if this is what we feel,
and we can look elsewhere for another spiritual “deal”.

It is important to follow the inner voice,
and to take the right choice.

Maybe the physical took already its toll and this is not possible any longer,
when the physical temptations were stronger.

Do not take me for granted, as I am pure gold,
do you wanna warm me or leave me out in the cold?

Also connected to my international ambition,
in what way I desire to follow my love mission.

Suddenly finding you in this unique situation not knowing how to get out,
out of this cloud,

of trying to escape
what has been placed on your plate,

what will await, what only time will show in the eternal now,
when you have more know-how,

how to navigate this situation,
and can tolerate more frustration.

Our cultures do not match that well,
in our physical shell.

We incarnated in a way that makes it nearly impossible to physically unite,
in deep love shining bright.

Look around and we only see “no-go”
in this illusionary show.

Nothing seems to fit,
not even a bit.

Once we nearly found a way to each other,
something happened to draw us apart from one another.

This must be some sort of key,
one day we will see.

The circle of repetition,
too high of an admission.

Difficult to escape this loop of conflict,
while we are both an addict,

of the chemistry of us,
short term a plus.

Long term this equation does not work out,
I need to leave the energies behind that doubt.

I herewith declare I only accept a man on my side,
who gives me delight,

constant pleasure,
that is my golden treasure.

who gives me a pure snow white kiss,
otherwise I declare us amiss.

So Monsieur, take your colourful choice,
raise your voice.

My star, I can maybe give you the answer in ages,
when I have reached other stages,

in my personal development, consciousness, and frequency,
and I learned the lessons of enlightenment decently.

Until then I play,
at the French Atlantique Bay.

I learned to be strong on my own,
to create my own love zone,

to be rich in my heart,
and to diligently express my art,

while I head towards the peak of the mountain,
with the golden fountain,

home in its glory,
wow, what a fantasy story.

Oh Stephanie, it is time to end this story, time to let go,
it is hard, we know.

He preferred in-programmed empty dolls, what a delight,
giving him in the unseen the dark bite.

Soft-wired and hard-wired at the same time,
while in the illusional perception they are just prime.

Artificial soul energy/candy energy around,
a true diamond found.

Behind the mask an I-Robot or a dark beast,
what a sexual feast.

Stephanie, in the last 3 years you incredibly grew,
what a development rue.

Now you can define relationships completely anew,
experience, observation and spirit`s guidance gave you a different view.

You will soon write more about your new love perception,
so that one can stop feeding the illusional deception.

A new love paradigm to be defined,
love, truth, spirit, eternity aligned.

Stephanie, you learned so much along the way,
at and far away from the French Atlantique bay.

This man opened your closed heart, so that you can succeed in your mission,
with your ambition,
to return all souls to their origin.

May it be known, Stephanie is ready to choose another,
out of eternal spirit and not programmed in by big brother.

Spirit of love, a spirit who just cares for love and truth,
representing faithfully her roots.

Stephanie`s energy is of enchanting beauty and esprit,
feel her and look at her deeds, and you will see.

Sometimes her heart feels heavy,
her emotions unsteady.

Sometimes at night they still meet on the astral plane,
in the heart still a fading pain…

A tiny pink seed,
full of ocean weed.

If you wish you can water it and it might grow again,
nurtured by forgiveness and golden rain.

You heart is singing again, fly out and find yourself an new beau,
one who carries within true love for you and has the loving glow.

Strive for a brighter (galactic) sun,
your spirit journey has only just begun…

I opened up, you shut me down,
my heart wanted to sing, but you made it frown.

We were unable to proceed,
of what has been agreed.

You left me out in the cold,
and did not listen to Madame “Wise” as told.

Your narcisstic nature and “me, myself and I”,
lead mainly to the emotional distance, the inner bye.

Two many wrong decision did we take,
too much around us has been fake.

We believe we are ready to move on,
to sing with another a different song.

The long distance made us forget,
not knowing if we will regret.

We were nearly always physically apart,
while constantly being connected in the heart.

I trusted we would make it through,
and get to know each other in the physical rue.

The phsical temptations and expectations took their price,
destiny was decided with a dice.

You failed to nurture my esprit,
you took my love for granted, so now you pay the fee.

You somehow dropped the mask but denied to open up,
one reason for the break-up.

There is still this inner cry, this astral heart pain,
this weedy grain.

I need to numb it to be able to leave the memory behind,
not knowing what other I might find.

In my last physical life here, can I let another one in,
deep within underneath my skin?

Our astral relationship was so special in its own unique way,
at the French and German bay.

This love will remain even if I I dont feel it any longer,
I lost myself but now I am far stronger.

I shall set you free,
where it will lead you, only you will see.

Oh my inner cry,
goodbye my lover, bye bye.

Written by Spirit of White, Germany, 23.1.2025

I started with a poem to win your heart,
and it was so incredibly smart.

And now we have this white book,
I can hardly believe it, take a look.

This book is my bundle of love,
blessed from above.

If there was a price for the most romantic deed,
with this I would surely lead.

I discovered this scientific breakthrough,
that nobody knew.

A lot more you will hear from me in the future to come,
we have only just begun…

The Hidden Storm: How Hormonal Changes Shape Teen Mental Health

By Charles Barnard, founder of Success Institutes.

Noah sat on the edge of his bed, his heart pounding.

His mom had just asked a simple question: “How was your day?”

But it was like a switch had flipped.

He felt the heat rise in his chest, and before he knew it, he snapped:

“Why do you always have to ask so many questions?”

His mom’s face fell.

Noah felt the wave of guilt almost instantly.

He didn’t mean to yell, but the frustration had bubbled up so fast, it was like he had no control over it.

Later that night, Noah lay awake, replaying the moment in his head.

He hated losing control.

One minute he was fine, and the next he was angry or sad, and he usually didn’t understand why.

His mom said it was just “being a teenager,” but why were the emotions so intense?

The Inner Storm of Adolescence

how-hormonal-changes-shape-teen-mental-health

Noah’s story reflects the internal chaos created by adolescent hormonal changes.

During puberty, the brain undergoes massive restructuring, driven largely by fluctuating levels of hormones that regulate mood, stress, and emotional response.

While these changes are a normal part of development, they can also heighten vulnerability to mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation.

The Role of Hormones in Teen Mental Health

Adolescence is marked by the activation of the Hypothalamic Pituitary Gonadal (HPG) axis, which triggers increased production of sex hormones like testosterone and estrogen.

These hormones drive not only physical changes (such as growth spurts and sexual development) but also emotional and cognitive transformations.

Research shows that estrogen and testosterone influence brain areas tied to mood regulation, impulse control, and emotional processing (Forbes & Dahl, 2010).

During adolescence, increased hormone production affects both the amygdala, which processes emotions, and the prefrontal cortex, which regulates decision making and self control.

In Noah’s case, his sudden emotional outbursts and mood swings are linked to these hormonal shifts.

  1. Testosterone, which rises significantly in boys, has been associated with increased aggression and emotional sensitivity (Sisk & Zehr, 2005).
  2. Estrogen fluctuations in girls have been tied to heightened emotional reactivity and a greater risk for depression (Albert et al., 2015).

A 2023 New York Times article highlighted rising rates of depression among teenage girls, noting that increased estrogen sensitivity may be a contributing factor.

One therapist in the article observed:

“We see patterns where emotional sensitivity spikes in girls around the same time as hormonal surges.”

Noah’s emotional volatility mirrors the broader challenge of navigating a developing brain under the influence of rapidly changing hormones.

Cortisol and the Stress Response

Beyond sex hormones, the stress hormone cortisol plays a crucial role in teen mental health.

Adolescents show a heightened stress response due to increased activity in the Hypothalamic Pituitary Adrenal (HPA) axis.

When Noah snapped at his mom, his stress response was likely triggered by elevated cortisol levels.

Studies show that teens produce more cortisol in response to stress than adults, intensifying emotions and reducing self regulation (Lupien et al., 2009).

High cortisol levels are linked to increased anxiety, irritability, and depression.

A 2022 Washington Post report found that teens under chronic stress at school and home showed higher cortisol levels, contributing to emotional exhaustion and mental health decline.

Noah’s response was not abnormal, but the intensity reflects how sensitive the adolescent brain is to stress hormones.

Learning to regulate this response is a key step in developing emotional resilience.

Recognizing Normal Teen Behavior vs. Warning Signs

While mood swings and irritability are common during adolescence, there’s an important line between normal hormonal changes and mental health red flags.

Normal Teen Behavior:

  1. Mood swings that resolve within a few hours or a day.
  2. Increased sensitivity to criticism or social rejection.
  3. Occasional irritability or emotional outbursts.
  4. Stress or anxiety about school or social situations.

Signs of Concern:

  • Persistent sadness or withdrawal lasting more than two weeks.
  • Trouble sleeping or excessive sleep.
  • Loss of interest in previously enjoyed activities.
  • Increased substance use or risky behavior.
  • Self harm or suicidal thoughts.

Some reports state that rates of teen depression and anxiety have doubled in the past decade.

The reports emphasize that many parents mistake chronic sadness for typical teenage moodiness, delaying necessary intervention.

For Noah, occasional outbursts are developmentally appropriate, but if his emotional reactivity becomes chronic or leads to self destructive behavior, it’s a red flag.

Helping Teens Manage Hormonal and Emotional Changes

Parents and caregivers play a crucial role in helping teens navigate this emotional terrain.

1. Encourage Open Communication

When Noah’s mom later said, “I know you didn’t mean to snap earlier. Want to talk about what’s going on?”, she opened a door.

Teens who feel emotionally supported by parents show greater emotional resilience (Laursen & Collins, 2009).

2. Teach Emotional Regulation Skills

Noah’s mom introduced him to breathwork and mindfulness.

Slowing breathing and grounding attention in the present moment reduces cortisol and improves emotional control.

3. Promote Healthy Lifestyle Habits

Sleep, nutrition, and physical activity directly affect hormone balance.

A 2023 NPR report found that teens who exercise regularly and sleep 8+ hours a night show better mood regulation and lower anxiety.

4. Encourage Social Connection

Hormonal changes increase the need for belonging.

Positive friendships and community ties strengthen emotional stability and self esteem.

5. Address Negative Beliefs and Unresolved Emotions

Unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs, and internalized labels shape how teens perceive the world.

Helping them identify and release these inner burdens can dramatically improve emotional balance and stress tolerance.

6. Know When to Seek Help

If emotional instability persists (or escalates into self-harm or suicidal thoughts) professional support is essential.

Early therapy can make all the difference.

Conclusion: Understanding and Supporting Teens Through Hormonal Change

Noah’s story illustrates the profound impact of hormonal shifts on teen mental health.

Testosterone, estrogen, and cortisol deeply influence emotional regulation, stress response, and mood stability, shaping how teens respond to everyday challenges.

Understanding the difference between normal mood swings and signs of deeper distress helps parents offer the right support.

By fostering communication, teaching emotional regulation, and promoting healthy habits, caregivers can equip teens to navigate these changes with confidence and emotional strength.

When parents respond with empathy and awareness, they help teens like Noah not only weather the storm, but learn to master it.

Learning TOP Lessons From Gaming’s Best CEOs

0

In today’s hyper competitive economy, the mindset of a successful CEO is one of the most sought after assets, not just in corporate boardrooms but across startups, creative industries, and the fast evolving tech sector.

Understanding how top executives think, define success, operate, and adapt has become crucial for entrepreneurs navigating complex business environments.

Among the many thriving sectors, the gaming industry stands out.

Projected to be worth over $250 billion by 2028, gaming is no longer a niche hobby, it’s a global powerhouse.

With hundreds of millions of players and a booming online economy, the sector has produced some of the most forward thinking leaders in business today.

These CEOs aren’t just building game companies, they’re shaping digital ecosystems, transforming entertainment, and redefining what modern leadership looks like.

What makes the gaming industry particularly fascinating is its constant demand for agility.

CEOs must lead companies that move at the speed of innovation, balancing creativity, user engagement, monetization, and technological disruption all at once.

The result? Leaders who are not only resilient but relentlessly future focused.

Their strategies and philosophies offer more than just business advice, they offer a blueprint for thriving in any fast paced, high stakes environment.

Here, we explore the lives and leadership lessons from four standout CEOs in the gaming world.

Their insights on success, personal discipline, and innovation offer timeless value for anyone looking to build a lasting business.

TOP Lessons From Gaming’s Best CEOs

learning-top-lessons-from-gamings-best-ceos

1. Enrique Razon Jr. | Grounded Growth and Quiet Leadership

Chairman and CEO of Bloomberry Resorts, Enrique Razon Jr. is better known in gaming circles for Solaire Resort & Casino, a leading luxury gaming and entertainment complex in the Philippines.

Under his stewardship, Solaire has grown into an internationally recognized brand, especially through its online platform.

Solaire Online has become internationally renowned for the most immersive live slot experiences in Asia.

The online platform has expanded significantly under his leadership, with a strong focus on user experience, curated content, and premium live slots that mimic the energy of a real casino floor.

The platform’s wide selection, seamless design, and robust performance have made it one of the top performing digital gaming services in Southeast Asia.

What sets Razon apart is his philosophy on success.

For him, it’s not about the accolades or headlines, it’s about consistently managing the business with integrity and precision.

In a 2024 interview, he gave this advice: “If you manage your business well, those recognitions will follow. But that’s not the goal. The goal is to grow the enterprise.”

Lesson for Entrepreneurs: Don’t chase awards, chase operational excellence. Build something meaningful, and recognition will follow naturally.

2. Min-Liang Tan | Branding with a Cult Like Following

As co-founder and CEO of Razer Inc., Min-Liang Tan turned a niche gaming peripheral company into a globally admired lifestyle brand.

Known for its sleek black and green designs, Razer isn’t just selling keyboards and headsets, it’s selling identity, loyalty, and a deep emotional connection with gamers.

Tan has an uncanny ability to stay connected to Razer’s core community, often engaging directly with fans via social media.

His leadership combines business savvy with brand passion, building a cult like following that many startups aspire to.

He achieves this through having the mentality of his customer base.

Min-Liang Tan gave this insight into his mindset: “I kind of look at it like a gamer always. It’s always about the next challenge.”

Razer’s evolution (from a high performance hardware company to a broader gaming ecosystem including software and fintech) shows how innovation doesn’t always mean expansion into new markets… sometimes, it’s about deepening what you already do best.

Lesson for Entrepreneurs: Build with passion and purpose for your tribe. Focus on a core audience, serve them obsessively, and let their loyalty become your competitive edge.

3. Phil Spencer | The Importance of Collaboration

As the CEO of Microsoft Gaming, Phil Spencer has played a pivotal role in transforming the Xbox ecosystem into something far beyond just a console platform.

Since stepping into the leadership role, Spencer has championed a player first strategy, emphasizing accessibility, community, and innovation across platforms, including mobile, PC, and cloud gaming.

Under his guidance, Microsoft made major moves, including the high profile acquisition of ZeniMax Media and Activision Blizzard, signaling a bold commitment to long term content growth.

Spencer is also one of the industry’s loudest advocates for cross platform play, subscription models (like Xbox Game Pass), and cloud gaming, all of which are reshaping how games are distributed and experienced.

In an email he wrote to Microsoft staff, he wrote: “Coming together, we can accelerate our mission to extend the joy and community of gaming to everyone. We have the capability and opportunity to build simply the best, most engaging, most fun entertainment ecosystem anywhere.”

This inclusive and forward thinking mindset is also reflected in Microsoft’s push for cloud native titles, seamless game streaming, and AI driven content personalization.

Spencer believes gaming should be about choice, freedom, and community, not hardware boundaries.

Lesson for Entrepreneurs: Keep your users at the center of your strategy. Technology changes fast, but trust and accessibility create lasting loyalty.

4. Yves Guillemot on Ubisoft | Future Proofing Through Innovation

Yves Guillemot, the co-founder and CEO of Ubisoft, has led the company for over three decades, making it one of the most enduring forces in the global gaming industry.

Under his leadership, Ubisoft has become known for producing iconic franchises like Assassin’s Creed (my personal favorite), Far Cry, and Just Dance, while constantly embracing the future of game development.

Guillemot is a strong advocate for innovation, not just in gameplay mechanics or storytelling, but in the very technologies that shape the gaming experience.

He believes the next frontier for gaming lies in how studios adopt emerging tools like generative AI and cloud technology.

Speaking to Ubisoft, Guillemot said, “If, as game makers, we can adopt and master technological advancements like generative AI and the cloud more quickly, we will be much better positioned to create new, stand out experiences for players.”

This forward thinking mindset has kept Ubisoft at the forefront of innovation.

The company is investing heavily in R&D and AI assisted game design, while also decentralizing creative control across its international studios to encourage experimentation and local insight.

Lesson for Entrepreneurs: Embrace new technologies early and build future ready systems. Staying ahead of the curve can unlock transformative opportunities and long term relevance.

Final Takeaway: The Game Behind the Game

Gaming’s best CEOs show us that leadership in this industry (like any other) requires clarity, discipline, and adaptability.

Whether it’s Razon’s quiet execution, Tan’s community obsession, Spencer’s player first strategy, or Kotick’s scale first mindset, each of these leaders has forged a unique path to success.

Yet they all converge on a few universal truths:

  1. Sustainable success comes from operational mastery.
  2. Communities and culture are just as important as products.
  3. Adaptability is not optional, it’s survival.

The gaming industry is intense, fast paced, and unforgiving.

But it’s also one of the best arenas to observe leadership in real time.

CEOs in this space are not just managing companies, they’re shaping global communities, experimenting with cutting edge technologies, and redefining the relationship between brands and audiences.

For entrepreneurs, the gaming world offers a wealth of strategies to study: how to scale without losing soul, how to innovate under pressure, and how to stay grounded amid constant change.

Lovine’s Awe 4: The Harvest

In the silence between worlds, where divine order meets the chaos of rebellion, this Spiritual Art Fiction shares an important message.

But it is not merely a message, it’s a vibration, a revelation of what has long been hidden beneath the fabric of time.

Within these words breathes the remembrance of ancient choices, the echoes of forgotten vows, and the trembling truth of what it means to stand between light and shadow.

Here, the veil grows thin.

The cosmic harvest nears.

What was once a distant myth now takes form in the soul’s reflection…

Where every act, every fear, every falsehood returns to its origin.

This Spiritual Art Fiction is like a wake up call, reminding everyone about the brutal truth, that no matter who you are, there is a cosmic law we all have to obey.

[NOTE: Before you journey further into this profound Spiritual Art Fiction, I invite you to ground yourself by reading “Thunderland“. This essential context will open your perception and prepare your soul for the awakening that lies ahead.]

Lovine’s Awe 4:
The Harvest

Oh children, some of you were so incredible evil and dark,
the most faithful servants of the invisible shark.

For aeons, this dispute has been going on,
now you might realize you were all along wrong.

Shoush, you are standing on enemy line,
with the highest lovine realm.

You can feel it upon your constant fear, this shiver,
your soul`s crying river.

One day, when the black cover closes,
no people standing there, only black roses.

The harvest is getting close,
this is unfortunately what you chose.

There was again so much chance for a final mercy, hands you did not take,
you kept on being evil and fake.

“Enough is enough”
you will see when your body AND soul are falling to dust.

Meet Life Coach Amir Sharifi:

find-life-coach-amir-sharifi

Name: Amir Sharifi

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Ambitious individuals who want to rapidly increase their income, improve their relationships, and achieve lasting personal growth.

How they can help: By providing practical strategies, mindset tools, and personalized guidance to create measurable results and transform their lives.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

We are doing well, thank you.

We try not to get too caught up in things that are beyond our control.

Many situations in life, like natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, or even pandemics, are simply out of our hands.

During those times, we just focused on living as normally as possible, rather than worrying about things we couldn’t change.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Honestly, I didn’t notice any major impact on our work or clients during the pandemic.

We try not to focus on things beyond our control.

The pandemic was an external event, there wasn’t much we could do about it.

It didn’t cause significant financial issues for us, but even if it had, our approach would have been the same, focus on what we can change rather than worrying about what we can’t.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Since my business was already operating online before the pandemic, it didn’t directly affect us much.

But it did leave one lasting thought in my mind: always be ready to adapt.

Just because you’re successful today doesn’t guarantee success tomorrow.

We’ve seen massive companies like Yahoo or Nokia fade away because they failed to adapt.

Even the strongest companies in the world (Apple, Nvidia, and others) must keep evolving or risk disappearing.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I became interested in personal development when I was 16 years old.

I remember reading a book called Unlimited Success in 20 Days by Anthony Robbins.

That was when I first realized that personal growth and success actually have a method and structure behind them.

Before that, I thought success was mostly about luck, family wealth, or connections… like someone just getting a good opportunity by chance or because of their background.

But that book opened my eyes to the fact that there is real research and proven strategy behind personal success.

At first, I studied just for myself, reading extensively for years.

Then, when social media became popular in Iran, I started sharing some of my insights, mostly just for fun and to stay connected with my audience.

I would post audio messages about personal development.

Surprisingly, people started asking me to create structured courses and teach everything in an organized way.

For me, it felt natural because, by then, I had been studying personal growth for over a decade, so sharing what I knew was second nature.

Eventually, I began creating full programs, and in just a few years, my courses sold over 100,000 copies… not just in Iran, but also in neighboring Farsi speaking countries.

That’s how I gradually got into coaching as a career, and I’ve been continuing on this path ever since.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

One of the biggest challenges I faced was that I had never seen wealth or success up close.

There were no wealthy or highly successful people in my immediate environment to look up to as role models.

When you grow up without seeing success firsthand, it’s hard to truly believe it’s achievable.

You might think the people on TV or in magazines had advantages you don’t have.

That’s why I always tell my students: put yourself in environments where people have already achieved what you want.

When you see wealthy people making money easily, or successful people building strong connections effortlessly, you start believing it’s possible for you too.

That belief changes everything.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Instead of focusing only on innovation for the sake of it, I try to solve real problems, often starting with my own experiences.

For many years, I was a client myself in the personal development field, so I deeply understand what frustrates people, what challenges them, and what is missing in many programs.

Even today, I frequently put myself back in the shoes of my younger self when I was still learning and searching for solutions.

This helps me see things from the client’s perspective.

For example, in Iran, we were the first to launch an educational app in the personal development field.

Why? Because I personally disliked being tied to a computer all the time to listen to training materials.

I wanted the flexibility to listen even while waiting in line or during short breaks.

So, many of our innovations came from solving my own problems first.

I believe this is the best approach because when clients describe their issues, they often do so indirectly, and it’s easy to misunderstand them.

But when you’ve lived through those problems yourself, you know exactly how to fix them.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

The biggest thing that makes a difference in my approach is that I have always tested everything on myself.

I was inspired by a famous coach (Hadi Choopan’s sports coach).

I even have an interview where he said, “I test everything on myself first.”

He said, for example, sometimes I only ate carbohydrates, sometimes only protein.

Everything that came to my mind, I tested.

I am really like that.

For three years, I had only about three and a half hours of sleep every day.

I also experienced more than eleven hours of sleep.

Interestingly, the opposite of what I thought happened.

I saw that, at least for me, longer sleep works much better.

For me, sleeping more than eleven hours was better.

But I should say that this eleven hours was not continuous.

Because I am Muslim, I wake up at night for worship at sacred times.

So it was like nine and a half hours of full sleep.

I saw this works better for me.

Since childhood, I had heard a lot that “less sleep is better, you have more time.”

But I saw it’s not like that at all.

Now I even talk with experts about it and say, “I’m not sure short sleep is good at all.”

Maybe for some people, but I’m sure long sleep is good for many.

This helped me a lot because I can test everything with great precision.

Why precision?

Because I don’t have bias in training.

For example, sometimes I completely cut all training or reduce it to a very low level, just to keep a small routine in case one day I want to come back to it… and then I test the effect.

That’s why when people listen to me they say, “When you explain something, it’s like you’re not reading from a book, you say it very simply.”

That’s because I don’t use books to talk, I use my memories and experiences.

Of course, I learned things from books too, but my teaching comes from my own experiences.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

We have a page where we share the results of people who worked with me.

We even have several pages and a Telegram channel where we post them.

When I compare with similar examples, I see that our numbers are very high.

In our country, we don’t really have an organized system for this.

Maybe you also know, some people say these things are superstitions, so others feel embarrassed to tell people around them that they are using these classes.

Even with all these limitations, if we try to collect them, we probably have at least five hundred videos (maybe more) from people who had big results like five or ten times increases in their income.

And if we count the audio files that they send us, this number goes over two thousand.

I think this is the biggest difference, the results people get are really big and very close to their goals.

For example, I once joined a similar course in English, not in our language, and they were saying that after one year, participants could expect fifty percent growth in income.

For us, this kind of thing is nothing.

In our courses, we say the minimum is three times increase in six months.

And this is only about income, relationships and other areas are the same.

We focus on big results.

At first, students themselves don’t even believe it, but then they see it.

We try to change their belief.

Because in many trainings people say, “If in one year your income grows thirty percent, that’s very good.”

Or they say, “If yesterday everyone in your relationships was insulting you, and today at least they don’t insult you, that’s good enough.”

But we say, “No, think about the ideal and get close to it.”

And then the growth is huge.

In some of our courses, more than seventy percent of participants triple their income in six months.

Where do we get this statistic from?

Very simple methods.

When we hold an event, we ask, “Who here has tripled their income? Stand up and clap.”

And only a few people don’t stand up.

Most of them stand and clap.

That’s how we see that the majority have reached big results.

In my opinion, this is our biggest difference… or better to say, our biggest advantage.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

In my opinion, the most efficient thing is to do nothing.

I mean, when we are in our own natural state, the state we were truly created for, we have the most influence.

And in that way, I can run the session in the best way.

There is something in our religion called riya, which means trying to do something that is not really inside you, just playing a role.

In those moments, a person’s inner power becomes very weak.

Many times students came to me with surprise, especially in past years.

Even now it happens more because of social media.

For example, they were surprised… “Why is this person, who is supposed to be a speaker, wearing colorful sneakers and jeans? Why isn’t he wearing a suit?”

But over time they saw that a person is more influential when he does not try to be like someone else.

Most of our energy is wasted when we try to act like another person.

I believe all people are influential, very influential.

But they lose all their energy when they put themselves inside another person’s mold instead of showing their own way.

Just say what you have learned, say what you remember.

Sometimes I even say, “I wanted to tell you a poem, but I forgot it.”

And people don’t think, “Oh, he doesn’t know much, he has a weak memory.”

No, for them it’s attractive that you can present yourself without censorship.

At that moment, they also feel safe to share their own problems.

Because this game we are in, where we want to show ourselves as perfect, actually makes us act very imperfectly.

I believe every problem that exists in me also exists in other people… maybe four of them in one person, maybe ten in another.

There is no need to hide them.

When we try to show ourselves as completely perfect, like “Oh no, I have a position as a guide, so I must be flawless,” then we lose everything.

Our focus and power drop so much that it becomes worthless.

For me, the only thing is to just be ourselves.

The most efficient state of a human is when he is himself.

That is the most efficien, especially in our job.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

I would say the biggest skill you need to learn is the skill of making your emotions one step better.

In any situation, if you are very angry, bring it down just a little.

Then little by little, move it to a better and better feeling.

This is the biggest skill you need to learn.

And if your beliefs change, your whole world will change.

You said one message, but I gave two, because both are very important.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The most important lesson I’ve learned is the power of managing your emotions.

When people hear “emotions,” they often think only about relationships.

But emotions affect everything… anger, frustration, hopelessness, depression, as well as positive feelings like hope and excitement.

The worst decisions I’ve made in my life were always during negative emotional states.

If I could go back and focus on mastering one skill, it would be learning how to shift my emotional state quickly (maybe not in seconds, but at least within minutes) so that negative emotions don’t control my actions or my life.

Your final thoughts?

You asked for a summary, but I can’t really give one.

However, I do have something to say.

Because in this interview there were many questions about the pandemic, I feel that most people focus too much on the world outside, on things they cannot change.

This interview shows that people’s general thoughts are more about outside events.

But I think we should focus more on the parts of life where we have responsibility and where we can really make changes.

For example, some people criticize government policies from morning until night.

What does it do for them?

What changes does it bring?

Some people complain about the weather being too hot.

Others argue about how animals should be treated.

But what about you?

Are you doing what you believe is right?

When you just think about what others should do and you don’t act yourself, your self esteem goes down.

Because you see yourself as powerless.

We spend a lot of our day focused on areas where we cannot make any change.

Yes, maybe I also don’t like that there are so many wars in the world.

Maybe I also don’t want another pandemic to come.

Maybe I am not happy that the earth is getting warmer.

But I don’t spend my day thinking about it, because I cannot change it.

We should focus on where we can make changes.

I prefer to spend five hours a week exercising rather than ten hours following the news about global warming, wars, or floods in other countries.

That is much better for me.

And let me say this clearly, I am not saying we should be indifferent to our fellow human beings.

Helping others is very good.

But most of the time, we just disturb our minds and we don’t actually help.

We read the news about hunger and lack of water in Africa, but we don’t even donate one dollar.

We just read it, get upset, and make ourselves feel bad.

That doesn’t help anyone.

Of course, if someone truly wants to help, I completely support that and I’m very grateful to people who really take action.

But usually it is not like that.

Instead, we become critics of society, government, neighbors, everyone.

But this doesn’t solve anything.

You can only drive properly when your focus is on the road in front of you, with your own hands on the steering wheel.

If you keep thinking, “Why is that red car driving badly? Why is the car behind me speeding? What if the car coming toward me suddenly changes direction and crashes into me?” then you cannot drive at all.

In the same way, in life, we should keep our focus on the steering wheel in our own hands.

That steering wheel is our own life.

Energy Healing Gains Scientific Credibility!

For decades, “energy healing” was whispered in the margins of science, a term spoken more in yoga studios than in medical journals.

But that era is ending.

Recent studies from MIT have shown measurable effects of energy based interventions on cancer cells, and the U.S. National Institutes of Health has begun funding biofield research exploring how human energy fields accelerate wound healing.

What was once “woo woo” is now entering peer reviewed journals… And what ancient mystics called life force science is starting to call biofield dynamics.

Energy Healing Gains Scientific Credibility:

energy-healing-gains-scientific-credibility

The Turning Point: When Belief Meets Measurement

For centuries, healers spoke of invisible forces flowing through the body… Qi, Prana, Vital Energy…

Today, advanced imaging technologies can detect ultra low frequency electromagnetic emissions from human cells and organs. These subtle fields appear to synchronize during states of compassion, meditation, or focused intention.

MIT’s bioengineering teams discovered that directed energy fields, even faint ones generated by human hands or coherent heart rhythms, can influence cellular communication and promote recovery.

In simple terms, your thoughts and emotions may be influencing biological behavior.

Science is no longer asking if energy healing works, but how it works.

From the Lab to the Coaching Room

This shift is not only a victory for healers, but also a call to action for life coaches.

Energy healing, stripped of mysticism and grounded in awareness, offers a practical framework for transformation.

When coaches guide clients to visualize their biofield expanding, or to clear emotional static through breath and focused feeling, they help them regulate their energy signature, the electromagnetic blueprint influencing thought, emotion, and vitality.

Imagine integrating this into a coaching session.

Clients begin by tuning into their heart rhythm, feeling the pulse of coherence.

They visualize releasing heavy emotions as waves of energy dissipating from the chest, then anchor a higher vibration through gratitude until calm fills the body.

It is simple, yet measurable.

Studies show such practices stabilize heart rate variability, reduce cortisol, and increase subjective well-being in minutes.

Energy as the Language of the Mind and Body Connection

What happens in your field reflects what happens in your mind.

When emotional blocks form (guilt, grief, resentment…) they distort the flow of energy through the nervous system.

Coaching through biofield awareness helps clients translate emotional pain into energetic language:

“Where am I holding this frequency, and how can I release it?”

Instead of fixing a feeling, they learn to transmute it.

That is emotional alchemy.

That is modern coaching evolved.

The Superhuman Implication

If energy influences biology, and consciousness influences energy, then transformation is not just mindset work, it is frequency work.

Every belief we hold and every emotion we sustain emits a pattern.

Change the pattern, and the reality it projects begins to shift.

This is the next frontier for coaching: from behavior change to energy calibration.

Coaches who understand the biofield become translators between science and spirit, helping clients reshape their energy to reshape their lives.

How to Try It: The 3 Minute Biofield Reset

  1. Sit still, close your eyes, and breathe into your heart.
  2. Visualize light expanding from your chest, clearing all dense or heavy sensations.
  3. Repeat silently, “I release what’s not mine. I align with my true frequency.”

Notice how your mind begins to quiet… That is your field reorganizing.

The Future of Healing Is Self Awareness

Science is finally validating what the soul has always known… We are energy, and energy responds to consciousness.

As researchers continue decoding the human biofield, life coaches are uniquely positioned to guide this awakening.

They can help people become active participants in their own healing rather than passive patients of their own suffering.

The lab may be catching up to the soul, but the soul has been ready for centuries.

Ready to explore energy mastery in your own transformation?

Join The Superhuman Summit 2025, where science, spirit, and coaching converge to activate your highest frequency…

The Rise of the Rest Era: Why ‘Doing Less’ is the New Superpower

For decades, success was measured by how much we could do, how many hours we could grind, how many goals we could chase, and how much we could squeeze into a single day.

Hustle became something like a badge of honor.

The human body, mind, and spirit were never designed for constant acceleration.

Somewhere along the way, we began mistaking exhaustion for achievement.

Now, a quiet revolution is unfolding…

Neuroscience, psychology, and ancient wisdom traditions are converging on a single, radical truth: rest is not the opposite of productivity, it is the foundation of it.

Why ‘Doing Less’ is the New Superpower

Doing-Less-is-the-New-Superpower

The Science of Rest

Research in neuroscience shows that when we rest, our brain activates the default mode network, a state where creativity, problem solving, and self awareness thrive.

Athletes who embrace recovery periods perform better and sustain peak performance longer.

Even in corporate environments, companies that integrate rest and reflection into their culture see higher innovation and employee satisfaction.

The science is clear: rest is not laziness, it is biological optimization.

Rest as a Paradigm Shift

The Rest Era is more than a wellness trend.

It is a paradigm shift in human evolution.

Stillness can be more transformative than motion, and by slowing down, we do not fall behind, we rise above.

The most powerful minds of the future will not be those who can multitask the fastest, but those who can regulate their nervous systems, recover their energy, and make space for clarity to emerge.

Rest is where integration happens.

It is where learning becomes wisdom, action becomes alignment, and hustle transforms into harmony.

The world is entering a new rhythm, one that honors cycles instead of constant sprinting.

Those who learn to rest consciously will access deeper levels of insight, creativity, and magnetism.

They will lead not through force, but through presence.

Doing Less as a Superpower

Doing less is no longer a weakness, it is a superpower.

It is the art of trusting that your evolution does not require overexertion, it requires balance.

The future belongs to those who know when to move and when to be still.

True power lies not in doing more, but in knowing when to stop.
