We believe that being a life coach is really similar to being a superhero.
Each life coach is unique, like a superhero. They all dedicate their whole life helping people. Each with their own personal origin story and a special “superpower” they use to help others.
Most often, their superpower is first their greatest obstacle, and once they go through their own personal metamorphosis, they develop a skills to help others do the same. They uncover a truth that was within them all along. They transmute their flaws into their greatest strength.
Whatever it is, it’s a transformational process extremely similar like that of a Superhero.
And just like with the Avengers, we went on a mission to find all the unique life coaches with huge potential from all around the world and bring them together as the Earth’s Mightiest Supercoaches.
Valdas Pranskevicius is one of the coaches that we found and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his spiritual approach to life coaching. Here is what he said.
Meet Life Coach Valdas Pranskevicius:
Name: Valdas Pranskevicius
Pillar: The Spirit
Who is this coach for: For anyone who wants to be more spiritual in their life.
How they can help: He is using techniques to transform mindsets, emotions and the body itself.
First of all, how are you and your family doing in these Pandemic times?
I am doing good, because I am a life coach and my skills are very much needed at this time, I work remotely and I did not notice a big change in the pandemic time.
It did not have a big impact on my type of coaching because I coach already conscious entrepreneurs to create more impact and transformation in their lives.
How does the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
As a mindset specialist I know how to create the mindset that it would have a limited effect on me. It does impact me a little, but not to the extent where I would create a drama and start believing in a reality of no way out. I really manage that well.
I feel that for the clients it has only raised awareness and forced some people to start taking care of their own lives, which is good thing.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
This pandemic has probably thought me few, to strengthen my own philosophy and principles which are:
“This life begins from me and my own attitude define what is happening in my life and how I interpret it.”
“Regardless of the situation it is me who is completely responsible about what happens in my life because I am a master of my vibration and I decide what I attract and what not.”
“I trust and know that everything happens for my own good and it has to be handled with respect, to derive the experience and lessons from it.”
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
My carer started 20 years ago when I noticed that people get a change in their lives and get the transformation after the conversations with me.
Living with my spiritual teacher for four years has created massive impact on my life and set me up for constant learning and growth with in me. My personal growth was indeed very intensive. That in turn facilitated the need for sharing this wisdom with others.
In my understanding, there is nothing so powerful that is available to human beings as Spiritual transformation as it is a deepest base that is available for us.
Our destiny is to become a spiritual, so what I experienced myself and what I am coaching others about is very congruent and deeply connected to the purpose of humanity.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
The biggest obstacles where always my personal limitations, believes and resistance.
I overcame these obstacles early in my life, it was much easier to deal with it at that time.
When we grow, our obstacles grow with us and with time it becomes impossible to overcome them because they just become so ingrained into our habits.
So the biggest obstacle was always me.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
The market place is crowded with coaches as many people moved their business online. And it is indeed important to differentiate yourself from others.
The techniques that I use in my coaching are derived from my personal experiential spiritual transformation.
I combine the neuroscience, very practical spirituality in my coaching, NLP, Reiki principles, so nothing can slip through this synthesis.
I would say it is an integral approach, and I strive to create a shortest possible path for reaching the coaching goals.
It simply has to deliver the results for my clients.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I combine the coaching and mentoring because some things have to be brought into awareness for people, because often they have a hard time to dig deeper into themselves.
I take people through personalized program because people are in different levels and different phases in their lives, so there are no cliches in my coaching and mentoring.
As I have already mentioned I use a very broad spectrum of techniques to create that experience for people and that ranges from neuroscience to a very advanced spiritual techniques. NLP, Regression and sometimes simple meditation. I also introduce people to Source and Centre of Creation and that adds additional crowning aspect to the already massive range of techniques.
I work with every aspect in the Human system. Transforming emotions, mindset, body. Widen conscious awareness and finally as I have already mention connect them to source, that finally empower all that what is already Transformed.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
They become in touch with their feelings and transform their emotions.
They find clarity where they had confusion.
They get transformed vision about themselves and others, and have deeper connection to themselves as a result.
They have direction where they had confusion.
They become focused on their life.
They find fulfillment in what they do.
They have more freedom in their choices.
Often they become more financially successful.
They have more fun in life.
And the important part is that they can teach their children too and bring up a healthy generation.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
We take the subject and work until it is completely clear and the mindset of my client is transformed on that subject, simultaneously it affects and transforms other areas and aspects of the mind.
Because Spiritual Subjects can be out of reach to many people, as of the mind’s limitations, I do a mentoring session followed by coaching session. That allows people to implement it in their life with their own words, and this creates aha moments and transformation.
I also use ancient communication technique where I prepare the mind for transformation and then the information is being installed into the subconscious mind in a form of seed where it steams into the mind to create aha moments and transformation.
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Listen within you, dive deeper and that is where all the answers are. Find these answers and live from your deepest being, this is the only way that is worth living.
Awaken, live with the eyes open. It is not worth to entertain anger, frustration, anxiety, depression, limitations, emotional disorders and ignorance.
Life can be joyful, beautiful, amazing, fantastic and blissful. Only you are able to recreate it that way.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
There is been a few:
You have to always start from yourself and master your vibration.
Always seek the most deepest level of your identity and base it in the Source.
Take responsibility for everything that happens to you.
The answers and experience may come to you from very different sources, life is a mystery, always be open and kind to others, you do not know why and how some people appear in your life and what message they have for you.
Your final thoughts?
There are no thoughts.
