Find Life Coach | Meet Alicia Stanko: How to Find Your Path to Optimal Wellness?

Alicia Stanko is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her passion and love for helping others.

She is a board certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach and registered ER nurse. She spent nearly a decade helping others reclaim their health, but her passion for guiding clients toward a vibrant, fulfilling life was born from her own experiences with the healthcare crisis during the pandemic. She felt the need for a system that goes beyond just treating symptoms and actually bringing people to true wellness.

She became a holistic lifestyle coach after going through hero own Hero’s Journey. As she was overcoming an abusive relationship and stepping into the role of a single mother, she turned to holistic healing to rebuild her strength spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally. Now, she empowers others to do the same, showing them how to align their values, cultivate sustainable habits, and unlock their limitless potential.

She has a truly unique approach to coaching. By integrating personalized wellness plans with the latest research, mindset work, and innovative techniques, she ensures that health is never a one size fits all journey. Whether through one on one coaching, immersive workshops, or holistic health assessments, she meets each client where they are, helping them bridge the gap between where they stand today and optimal wellness… not just physically, but living the thriving, purpose driven life they aspire to create. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Alicia Stanko:

find-life-coach-alicia-stanko

Name: Alicia Stanko

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Body, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to find a personalized path to optimal wellness.

How they can help: By using various holistic approaches, techniques, and tools like guided meditations, stress relief techniques, journaling prompts, mindful eating exercises and breathwork, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

We are doing well.

We were very fortunate and I think one of the few that the pandemic did not take a toll on our health or finances.

Being very fortunate that I work in a field that was at the forefront providing me with an opportunity to support my family in a way like never before.

However, along with that came many other adversities in which I’ll share more later in the interview.

But looking back to when the pandemic started in 2020, I’m so grateful for this year as it provided myself and many with a chance to change paths.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

During the coronavirus pandemic, I was working in a hospital, which completely shifted my perspective on healthcare.

I saw firsthand how the healthcare system primarily focuses on ‘sick care’ (treating illness rather than preventing it).

Witnessing the impact of chronic conditions and lifestyle related diseases during such a critical time made me realize the urgent need for a more proactive, holistic approach to health.

For myself, the pandemic brought heightened stress, anxiety, and unhealthy lifestyle habits.

Struggling with my own health issues, Lupus, I noticed how my lifestyle at the time was exacerbating my flare ups.

Alongside my health issues, I was also facing personal adversities at home and my mental health was taking a major toll.

A good friend of mine introduced me to mindfulness practice allowing me to shift my mindset and begin to regain control of both my health and my life.

This reinforced my belief that true wellness isn’t just about treating symptoms but about creating a lifestyle that builds resilience… physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Personally, the experience pushed me to transition into holistic coaching, where I can help people take back control of their lives before they reach a crisis point.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The pandemic taught me some of the most profound lessons about life, resilience and human connection.

One of the biggest takeaways for myself was that adversity isn’t meant to break us, it’s placed on our path to teach us, strengthen us, and push us toward growth.

It was a time of deep reflection, and I realized how essential it is to prioritize not just physical health, but also emotional and mental well being.

I also came to understand just how vital social interaction is.

Not just for joy, but as a source of support, healing, and community.

The isolation many of us experienced highlighted the importance of meaningful relationships and the role they play in our overall health.

Lastly, the pandemic reinforced the urgency of living with intention.

It showed me that wellness isn’t just about reacting to illness but about proactively creating a lifestyle that fosters a sense of balance in all areas of our wellness.

These lessons are now at the core of my holistic coaching approach, helping others build strength to live with purpose and vitality.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am a board certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach and registered ER nurse.

I have been in the health field going on 10 years now and there is no doubt that wellness is a passion of mine.

After experiencing firsthand how lifestyle changes and self development unlocked a healthier, more vibrant version of myself, I now empower others to do the same.

My mission is to guide clients toward alignment with their values, building sustainable habits, and create a life of purpose, energy, and fulfillment.

Through my personal journey, I have discovered that true transformation begins with mindset and self belief while nourishing and taking care of my body.

I’m here to help others uncover their limitless potential.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

One of the biggest obstacles I had to overcome was leaving a narcissistic, emotionally and physically abusive relationship while becoming a single mom to my three year old.

That experience broke me down in many ways, but it also became the foundation for my strength, resilience, and transformation.

Walking away wasn’t just about survival, it was about reclaiming my identity, rebuilding my confidence, and creating a stable, loving environment for my child.

I had to unlearn toxic patterns, heal from deep emotional wounds, and redefine what true self worth and self care meant.

Through that journey, I discovered the power of holistic healing (mind, body, and soul) which ultimately led me to my path as a holistic lifestyle coach.

Now, I am grateful to use my experience to empower others, helping them break free from limiting beliefs, prioritize their well being, and create a life of balance, health, and self love.

That chapter of my life didn’t define me, it refined me, and it’s why I’m so passionate about the work I do today.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I believe that innovation in coaching comes from staying adaptable, integrating the latest research and newest methods of wellness, while personalizing my approach to each client’s unique journey.

I also ensure that I’m always learning and evolving, whether through attending workshops, collaborating with other health professionals, or exploring new modalities such as energy healing or alternative fitness techniques.

I offer 1 on 1 coaching as well as signature programs that incorporate interdisciplinary techniques, blending nutrition, movement, mental resilience, and emotional well being for a truly holistic transformation.

For example, if a client struggles with stress and anxiety while noticing they cannot control their eating habits, I provide a holistic health assessment in which we can work to discover the root cause of the stress related eating.

With that, I might integrate mindful eating exercises with breathwork and somatic practices for emotional release.

Whether a client chooses 1 on 1 coaching or a signature program I am there for their support every step of the way through with virtual accountability check ins and private messaging.

Additionally, I foster engagement within the community through interactive workshops and immersive experiences.

This keeps clients inspired and motivated, ensuring sustainable lifestyle shifts through community support.

Most importantly, I understand that health and wellness is not one size fits all.

Therefore, I am dedicated to fostering a creative and adaptable approach, ensuring each client feels empowered to create sustainable lifestyle changes that fits their daily life.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

What makes my coaching approach unique is that I focus on creating a completely personalized experience that nurtures every aspect of life (mind, body, and soul) without overwhelming my clients.

I believe that to truly achieve a life of vitality and purpose, we have to look beyond just one area of health.

It’s not just about nutrition or fitness… it’s about relationships, mindset, stress management, self care, and what truly feeds your soul.

Instead of drastic overhauls, I guide my clients to make small, simple changes that create big, lasting results.

I meet them where they are, incorporating practices that align with their lifestyle and values, so the journey feels natural and sustainable.

At the core of my coaching is the belief that wellness isn’t a one size fits all formula.

It’s about finding what works for you (what brings you energy, joy, and balance) so you can create a life that feels fulfilling, not just functional.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

After working with me, my clients gain a clear and personalized path to optimal wellness, one that goes beyond just physical health to encompass emotional, mental, and spiritual well being.

They develop a deeper understanding of their emotions and how those emotions influence their daily choices.

This awareness empowers them to make conscious decisions that align with their true values and goals.

I provide tools and techniques that help them maintain a positive outlook, even in the face of challenges, and to tap into their truest potential.

My clients leave with the ability to love the life they have while also dreaming and working toward the life they desire.

Additionally, I help them create a supportive environment that fosters growth, whether it’s through personal habits, self care routines, or surrounding themselves with like minded individuals.

Building these connections not only enhances accountability but also nurtures a sense of community and belonging.

Ultimately, my goal is for them to feel empowered, equipped, and inspired to live a fulfilling, purpose driven life.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes, I do use a variety of tools to stay efficient and ensure my clients get the best possible experience.

One of the key tools I use is a client management platform that allows me to track their progress, schedule sessions, and maintain clear communication.

It also helps me keep notes on their specific goals, challenges, and personal preferences so that I can customize each session and follow up appropriately.

In addition to that, I encourage integrated wellness apps that clients can use to track things like nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and mood, which provides a tangible way for them to monitor their own progress and stay motivated.

I also provide mindfulness practices for guided meditations, stress relief techniques and journaling prompts which are especially helpful for clients working through emotional challenges.

For ongoing support, I have a system for check ins, feedback, and resources that help clients stay accountable between sessions.

By combining digital tools with my personalized approach, I’m able to offer efficient, seamless coaching that empowers clients to stay on track with their wellness journey.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Life is happening for you, not to you.

Every challenge, every setback, and every experience is an opportunity for growth, learning, and transformation.

Your mind is your most powerful tool, and with it, you have the ability to shape your reality.

You are not a victim of circumstance, you have the power to create the life you desire.

It all starts with changing your mindset, believing in your potential, and taking empowered action.

Remember, you are the architect of your life, your choices, your thoughts, and your beliefs all shape the world around you.

You can create the life of your dreams, it begins with the decision to believe in yourself.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I have learned in life is that everything happens for us, not to us.

Every challenge, setback, and hardship is an opportunity for growth, even when it doesn’t feel that way in the moment.

For a long time, I felt like life was happening to me, especially during some of my most difficult experiences.

But once I shifted my perspective and took full responsibility for how my life turns out, everything changed.

I realized that while we can’t always control what happens, we can control how we respond, how we heal, and how we move forward.

This mindset has empowered me to turn adversity into strength, pain into purpose, and struggles into stepping stones.

It also has laid the foundation of my holistic coaching allowing me to guide others to recognize their own power, shift their mindset, and create the life they truly desire, rather than feeling trapped by circumstances.

Life is always guiding us, it’s up to us to listen, to learn, and to grow.

Your final thoughts?

Nothing changes, if nothing changes.

If you want to experience growth, improvement, or transformation in any area of your life, you have to be willing to make changes, small or big.

It’s about taking consistent, intentional actions toward your goals and being open to learning and evolving along the way.

True change doesn’t happen overnight, it takes time, but it starts with the decision to make a shift.

Whether it’s in your health, your mindset, or your relationships, the power to create the life you desire lies within your hands.

I’m here to help guide and empower you, but ultimately, you have to be willing to put in the work and dedication for yourself.

I am doing better than ever.

The Pandemic is what really ignited most of the growth and success in my business.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

It affected my clients by forcing them to take a deep look at who they really are and whether they are on a path that aligns with their deepest desires on a soul level.

It affected me by pushing me outside of my comfort zone and expanding the type of people I worked with.

It was an incredible opportunity to embrace change and help others do the same.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The biggest lesson I learned is to never get comfortable.

Life is a journey of transformation.

It is not something that has a “finish line.”

You should always be changing, innovating, and working towards new goals.

The Origin:

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

My biggest obstacle was learning to stop comparing my success to others.

Everyone’s journey and business are unique.

Once I stopped comparing myself, I achieved levels of success I had only imagined and was able to exceed my competitors.

Success and entrepreneurship are truly an inner game first.

Once I mastered that, I became unstoppable.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I innovate by helping entrepreneurs and business owners step into their discomfort zone, where real transformation happens.

Instead of chasing success and burning out, I teach my clients how to shift their energy to attract what they want with ease.

Every client’s journey is unique, so I make it a point to customize my coaching to their specific challenges and goals.

Whether it’s breaking through mental blocks, redefining success, or creating aligned strategies, I empower my clients to take control of their subconscious programming and experience a new level of growth and fulfillment.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I don’t take a one size fits all approach.

I focus on helping my clients understand that their ability to create more wealth is based on how well they know themselves.

By aligning brain chemistry with their energy, I have created a proven method that eliminates the confusion associated with utilizing the laws of the universe.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Most of my clients have achieved $60K months after working with me.

I have helped 10 people become millionaires.

Success and wealth are guaranteed when working with me.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I use multiple tools, including psychology, neuroscience, numerology, and energy analysis.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

You can have anything you want if you just believe!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I have learned in life is that you can only achieve what you believe is possible.

As Henry Ford said, “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you are right.”

Your final thoughts?

Nothing to add.

Find Life Coach | Meet Heidi Ashbaugh: How to Gain Clarity and ALIGN with Your Best Life as a Working Mom?

Heidi Ashbaugh is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her creativity and focus.

She was an Emergency Medicine Physician and Medical Director during the chaos of the pandemic and she experienced firsthand the burnout, grief, and uncertainty that so many people were facing. Feeling disconnected from her priorities and overwhelmed by the demands of her role, she turned to coaching for support.

She didn’t know that this pivotal decision will be the catalyst for the start of her own coaching career. Working with a coach led her to step away from her administrative duties and explore her true passions, ultimately becoming a certified life coach with a focus on empowering working mothers. Blending her medical background with coaching expertise, she created a unique approach that offers practical, evidence based solutions for those struggling to balance work, life, and self care.

She is dedicated to guiding working moms toward lives of greater ease, calm, and purpose. Through her innovative ALIGN Method, she helps clients achieve clarity, build sustainable routines, and make intentional changes that lead to profound personal transformations. Whether working One on One or in group settings, her coaching is rooted in empathy, insight, and a deep love for continuous growth. Here is what she said..

Meet Life Coach Heidi Ashbaugh:

find-life-coach-heidi-ashbaugh

Name: Heidi Ashbaugh

Pillar: The Mind

Who is this coach for: Working moms who are trying to stay afloat and do it all but need a better work and life integration so they can live their best life with ease, calm, clarity, and freedom.

How they can help: By using her own innovative ALIGN Method.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

The pandemic was rough for many personal and professional reasons.

There was a tremendous amount of loss during that time, but I can also look back and see such a tremendous amount of growth.

Ultimately, this challenging period became a catalyst for profound change in my professional path.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

While I wasn’t coaching during the early pandemic, my experience as an ED physician gave me unique insight into how crisis affects decision making and personal priorities.

I saw how the pandemic prompted many to question their life choices and work life balance, themes that now deeply inform my coaching practice.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The first was the need to take care of myself.

The old adage “you can’t pour from an empty cup” became very clear.

I started to really look inward about what I needed in order to care for myself, for my own joy, so that I could continue to care for others (patients, kids and family).

It allowed me to establish much better boundaries and start to prioritize my own needs and wants.

The second became quite important and foundational in my coaching practice: the power of No.

I learned that by getting clear on what I didn’t want, allowed me to start seeing what my Yes was…

The third circles me back to serenity prayer, not just for the pandemic but for life in general.

“Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.” It continues to be something that I routinely remind myself of.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

This links directly back to question #1.

I am an Emergency Medicine Physician, and at the time, I was the Medical Director for a large Emergency Department with two children under age three when the pandemic hit.

The role was taxing for many reasons, and I often felt at odds with the medical system and the business of medicine.

I felt like I was making incremental progress when the pandemic hit and stopped the world as we knew it.

There was tremendous uncertainty and fear surrounding something that was largely out of our control.

Unfortunately, there was also a growing sense of mistrust in the medical community.

The fallout from that, both professionally and personally, was incredibly disheartening.

We saw a lot of suffering and death that was likely preventable.

Fast forward to the end of the first year of the pandemic, I was burned out and started working with a coach.

Looking back, this was such a pivotal moment for me.

I saw the path I had been on and realized it wasn’t one I wanted to continue.

I needed to refocus on my priorities and bring back some joy in my life.

I stepped away from my administrative role and spent time (RE)examining what I wanted for my life.

I reflected on where I wanted to dedicate my time and energy so that I could feel like I was making a difference.

After working with a coach, I went on to become a certified Life Coach and started my own business.

Over time, I felt a strong pull to coach working moms.

I love the transformation clients experience when they allow themselves a moment to step back, (RE)evaluate, and then move forward with intention.

So often, working moms are trying to stay afloat and do it all.

I realized that by stepping back and carving out time and energy for ourselves, we can move forward with much more ease, calm, clarity, and freedom.

This transformation in my own life now clearly shapes how I serve my coaching clients.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Oof! This is a tough one.

One thing that working in an Emergency Department has taught me is the futility of comparative suffering.

Grief and sorrow come in many different forms, and sometimes obstacles become our biggest teaching moments.

As a medical student, I went to Haiti one week after the 2010 earthquake that devastated much of the island.

I was put in charge of arranging medevacs for the sickest patients who needed care outside the country.

Back in the States, I’ve been part of teams caring for patients in horrible accidents.

I have treated victims of gang and gun violence.

I have cared for patients suffering from preventable diseases.

I’ve also been present in end of life moments, holding patients’ hands as they took their last breaths.

I have had the privilege of caring for patients in their most vulnerable moments.

I have also had to tell parents, siblings, children, and other loved ones that despite doing everything we could, it still wasn’t enough.

Personally, I have experienced periods of anxiety and depression, particularly in the postpartum period.

These experiences have shaped who I am today as a physician, coach, mom, and wife.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

My coaching innovation comes from blending my medical background with evidence based coaching techniques.

I offer multiple engagement formats to meet clients’ needs.

  1. One on one deep dive sessions that combine strategic planning with emotional support.
  2. Small group coaching that fosters community while maintaining personalized attention.
  3. A growing library of practical resources and tools that clients can access between sessions.

What makes my approach unique is how I integrate my emergency medicine experience (where quick, effective decisions are crucial) with long term strategic planning for sustainable life changes.

I continuously update my materials based on client feedback and emerging research in work and life integration, stress management, and high performance habits.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I love to combine tools and frameworks that are practical, logical, and useful.

I blend my logical left brain with my creative right brain to offer clients insight, empathy, and a safe space to share and create their dream life.

Whether it’s my medical background or what initially drew me to medicine, I have a deep love of learning and continuous improvement.

This growth mindset now shapes how I help clients transform their lives.

I show them how small, intentional changes can lead to profound results.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

One of the biggest is clarity.

Getting clear on what you want opens so many doors.

When clients are allowed the time and space to go inward and reflect on what they want, it’s incredible to see what opens up.

They shrug off societal messages or belief systems that no longer serve them.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I created The ALIGN Method, a framework that emerged from recognizing patterns in the challenges that working mothers consistently face.

This framework specifically helps working moms:

  1. Break free from calendar chaos.
  2. Make decisions with confidence.
  3. Create sustainable routines.
  4. Find time for what matters most.
  5. Feel accomplished AND present.

The 5 Steps in the ALIGN Method are:

A – Audit your time. Review and analyze how you currently spend your time.

L – Learn your energy code. Understand your natural energy patterns and peak performance times.

I – Integrate what you want. Intentionally incorporate your priorities and values.

G – Guide your ideal week. Design a schedule that aligns with your goals and energy.

N – Navigate sustainable success. Implement and adjust your plan for long term results.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Moms: you are powerful. You deserve to protect your time and energy!

Your worth isn’t measured by your productivity.

It’s not only just okay to prioritize your wellbeing, it’s essential.

Small changes can create profound transformations.

The juggle doesn’t have to be a struggle.

Your dreams matter.

You can rewrite the rules of what ‘having it all’ means to you.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Life is short (sometimes unexpectedly so) and in the grand scheme of things, we are a small piece of the universe, but I hope in some small way, I can make a positive difference.

And because life is short, I also realize it’s important to live your life for yourself and infuse as much joy, fun, and happiness as possible.

Your final thoughts?

As a coach for working moms, I’ve noticed a concerning trend: brilliant, capable women are burning out trying to manage it all.

They’re executives, doctors, team leaders, and experts in their fields… yet their own time feels completely out of control.

And the real problem isn’t time management.

It’s trying to fit an impossible amount of “shoulds” into limited hours while neglecting what truly matters to them.

This is why I became a coach and why I developed The ALIGN Method.

Because the solution isn’t about doing more or squeezing more into your day.

It’s about intentionally designing a schedule that honors all your roles, the season of life you are in, and perhaps most importantly, includes YOU.

Find Life Coach | Meet Svitlana Lipińska: How to Use Consonance Therapy to Find The Root Cause of Your Traumas and Heal Permanently?

Svitlana Lipińska is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her innovativeness and passion.

She has over three decades of experience in psychology and psychotherapy. And along her journey, there was one thing that was frustrating her. In the world of therapy, many practitioners rely on established techniques. And sometimes, this rigorous, close minded approach prioritizes the process itself over results. What if there were a structured system that could comprehensively resolve emotional trauma at its core, and at the same time, it is focused on results? This is exactly what inspired her co create the Consonance Therapy method.

She has transformed frustration into innovation, developing a method that integrates multiple therapeutic approaches into a single, result driven system. Her journey, spanning for over 30 years, from owning a flamenco dance school to becoming a pioneer in trauma therapy, reflects a relentless pursuit of deeper understanding and revolution within the world of psychotherapy.

She has developed a ground breaking system rooted in neurobiology, epigenetics, and psychotraumatology. Consonance Therapy is designed to not only uncover insights but to deliver tangible healing and overcoming of traumas permanently, on all layers. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Svitlana Lipińska:

find-life-coach-svitlana-lipinska

Name: Svitlana Lipińska

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to overcome their traumas and heal permanently.

How they can help: By using her innovative and revolutionary method Consonance Therapy.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

Before the pandemic, my work was almost entirely offline.

However, the pandemic pushed me to transition rapidly to online sessions, not only with clients but also with psychotherapist training.

Surprisingly, this period gave me the opportunity to reassess my career and life priorities.

It also allowed me to systematize and organize my extensive knowledge and experience, gained over years of studying ten different psychological methods.

This work led to the creation of an innovative system I call Consonance Therapy.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic (and later the wars in Ukraine and Israel) highlighted the urgent need for effective crisis support.

These events showed us that traditional long term, low result psychotherapy is inadequate for today’s fast paced and uncertain world.

Many people who might never have sought therapy under normal circumstances found themselves overwhelmed and sought help.

At the same time, therapists were unprepared for the demand for quick, tangible results.

These crises exposed the weaknesses of conventional psychotherapy.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The pandemic reinforced that there is no “good” or “bad” time in life, there is only life, with its challenges.

It taught me the importance of adaptability: having a plan but being ready to let it go when circumstances change.

When one door closes, don’t wait for it to reopen.

Look for another door, even if it’s one you hadn’t considered before.

Challenges, combined with a desire to grow, create opportunities for creative solutions.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am the founder of the innovative Consonance Therapy method, a certified psychotherapist, psychologist, and trainer.

My journey in psychology began in 1992, and I’ve been training psychotherapists since 2006.

My first degree was in pedagogy and choreography, and I owned a flamenco dance school.

My interest in psychology began as a tool for personal development, which led me to pursue a second degree in psychology with a specialization in body oriented and dance movement therapy.

These methods allowed me to continue exploring self awareness through the body and creativity, delving into the existential and subconscious aspects of human experience.

Over the years, I trained in eight different body oriented methods, which I deeply cherish.

However, as my passion for therapy grew, I realized I wanted to help others release emotional pain and heal past traumas.

I earned certifications in two trauma focused verbal methods.

This accumulation of knowledge and techniques over nearly 20 years brought me joy but also frustration.

Each method had its strengths but lacked the ability to address every aspect of a client’s problem comprehensively.

I often had to improvise during sessions, choosing techniques intuitively, while wondering if they would work.

There was no structured system to guide the therapeutic process or reliably measure its effectiveness.

Furthermore, many approaches to psychotherapy prioritize self discovery, with no guarantee that the client’s problem will be resolved.

Yet clients come to therapy seeking solutions, not just insight.

Many of my clients had spent years, even decades, in therapy without achieving the results they hoped for.

These challenges fueled my determination to find a more effective way.

Over time, I intuitively developed solutions that worked consistently.

Later, I sought scientific validation for these approaches, drawing from fields such as neurobiology, epigenetics, psychotraumatology, and neuropsychology.

This combination of experience and research ultimately formed the foundation of Consonance Therapy.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Nothing in my life has come easily, but this has only motivated me to seek solutions.

Growing up in the totalitarian Soviet system left me skeptical of prepackaged answers.

If something doesn’t work, I cannot simply pretend it does.

This mindset often forces me to forge my own path, even when facing resistance.

My greatest challenge is still ahead: persuading a traditionally conservative professional community that psychotherapy should prioritize results over process.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Consonance Therapy integrates elements from various psychological approaches into a cohesive system.

It allows a single therapist to work with any type of trauma (whether simple PTSD, complex PTSD, developmental trauma, attachment trauma, or shock trauma) on all levels of perception: cognitive, sensory, emotional, bodily, and social.

The method provides a structured therapeutic process, enabling therapists to understand where to start, what to do next, and how to guide the client predictably toward resolving their issue.

This structure gives therapists confidence in their effectiveness and ensures emotional safety for both the therapist and the client.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

The key innovations in Consonance Therapy include:

  1. Result oriented focus: Resolving clients’ real life problems, not just encouraging self discovery.
  2. Comprehensive system: Allowing one therapist to address any level of complexity, integrating all aspects of a client’s experience.
  3. Structured process: Providing clear steps for therapists to manage each stage of therapy.
  4. Multilevel integration: Addressing cognitive, emotional, sensory, and bodily aspects simultaneously.
  5. Personality model: A new structure that identifies personality functions and integrates them with the body.
  6. Root cause focus: Targeting and resolving the underlying causes of problems rather than treating symptoms.
  7. Efficiency: Optimizing time, emotional, and financial resources for both clients and therapists.
  8. Self help tools: Teaching clients emotional hygiene skills to manage emotions, thoughts, and memories independently.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

For clients:

  1. Quick problem resolution with long lasting results.
  2. Improved self reliance and emotional management after each session.
  3. Comprehensive support from a single therapist.

For therapists:

  1. A clear, adaptable system to structure therapy.
  2. Tools to safely deactivate trauma’s core.
  3. The ability to measure therapeutic effectiveness at every stage.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Consonance Therapy integrates scientific knowledge and time tested practices into unique algorithms, protocols, and structures.

These innovations make therapy manageable, predictable, and resource efficient for both clients and therapists.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Our current education system, particularly in psychology and psychotherapy, is outdated and needs urgent reform.

It demands extensive time, effort, and money but fails to prepare professionals for real world challenges.

Education, medicine, and psychotherapy have become self serving systems, prioritizing their own survival over the needs of those they serve.

We must shift the focus back to solving problems, not just perpetuating methods.

Your final thoughts?

Psychotherapy must shed its “emotional crutch” reputation.

Clients need to feel their problems are being resolved in real time, not just explored endlessly.

If psychotherapy can enhance its effectiveness, it has the potential to become an integral part of modern urban culture, helping people adapt to an ever changing and unpredictable world.

The Symphony of Life: How to Create Harmony Through Love, Faith, and Faithfulness

By Charles Barnard, founder of Success Institutes.

Once upon a time, in a village surrounded by hills and streams, there lived a wise Musician who carried a deep understanding of the music within each person’s soul.

The Musician knew that everyone was capable of creating beautiful music, but most of the time, people’s lives were filled with chaotic noise, disjointed, out of tune, and full of discord.

The village had become a place where noise and confusion reigned, causing unrest in the hearts of the people.

One day, the Musician gathered the villagers with his own music and spoke…

Create Harmony Through Love, Faith, and Faithfulness

“Inside each of you is the ability to create music that can bring harmony to your life and to others. But it takes more than just the intention to play… it requires you to tune your instrument, to practice, and to play with purpose. If you do this, the noise around you will transform into something beautiful, a symphony.”

The villagers were intrigued, but many were unsure.

They had grown used to the noise and chaos, unsure if they had the skill or time to create harmony.

Some tried briefly, but the effort felt too difficult, and they went back to contributing to the noise.

However, a few took the Musician’s words to heart.

These individuals listened closely as the Musician taught them how to find their rhythm and how to tune their souls.

As they played, their music started off small and tentative, but gradually, it began to ripple through the village.

There were three essential forms of music…

When blended together, these 3 forms created the most powerful symphonies: love, faith, and faithfulness.

Love brought warmth and connection to the melody.

Faith added strength and trust.

And faithfulness wove the consistency and dedication that allowed the music to continue growing.

These three forms united to create waves of music that were more than just sound, they were healing to the mind, body, heart, and spirit.

As more people began to play their music, each one contributing their unique notes of love, faith, and faithfulness, their melodies joined together, forming a great symphony that resonated throughout the village.

The ripples of music spread far and wide, touching the hearts of all who listened.

But not everyone was ready to embrace the symphony…

There were some who still clung to their noise, discordant, jarring sounds that they played without care or harmony.

These people didn’t want to join the symphony, instead, they sought to drown it out with their chaotic noise.

The dissonance they created caused discomfort, stirring unrest and pain in those nearby.

Yet, something remarkable happened: as more villagers played their instruments of love, faith, and faithfulness, the ripples of their music grew stronger.

These ripples joined together, becoming symphonic waves so powerful that they began to cancel out the disruptive noise.

The beauty and harmony of the music overwhelmed the discord, filling the village with peace and joy.

The more people played their music, the more their combined symphony silenced the noise that once caused pain and chaos.

But there was always a danger!

When people stopped playing their instruments, when they chose to remain silent or added to the noise instead of creating music, the beautiful symphony could be overcome.

Without the harmonious blend of love, faith, and faithfulness, the discordant sounds would rise, filling the village with tension and discomfort once again.

The harmony depended on everyone’s participation.

When they worked together, the waves of their music could overpower any noise, but when they didn’t, the village would fall back into the painful cacophony that brought distress to all within earshot.

The Musician’s message was clear:

“Your music matters. Every note of love, every chord of faith, and every rhythm of faithfulness contributes to the symphony of life. When you choose to play with purpose, you create waves of beauty that spread beyond yourself, touching others and transforming the world around you. But if you do nothing, or worse, add to the noise, the music fades, and we are all left in discomfort.”

Over time, the village became known for its beautiful symphonies.

People from distant lands came to hear the melodies of love, faith, and faithfulness that filled the air.

The villagers who once contributed to the noise found themselves inspired to pick up their instruments and join the symphony, understanding that the music they played wasn’t just for them, it was for the entire community.

And so, the music of the village continued to grow, each note of love, faith, and faithfulness blending into a powerful harmony that filled the land.

The symphony was not perfect, but it was always evolving, always inviting more people to play, and always ready to silence the noise with the beauty of its collective sound.

I hope you understood the analogy.

Playing your music is important, more important than you realize.

6 Effective Steps to Reboot Your Mindset

“Breaking stubborn patterns, letting go of old habits, and stepping away from monotonous routines enables us to move forward with focus and clarity.” — Bhavya Arora

We all hear that voice, the inner critic, the self doubt, the nagging thought: “I’m not good enough.”

It questions your growth: “Who are you to change the balance?”

It persuades you to stick with what feels safe.

But here’s the truth: That voice isn’t you.

It’s a programmed belief, a mindset that separates you from your true potential.

If we live stuck in self limiting beliefs, how can we ever experience freedom or growth?

The good news? You can rewrite your belief blueprint.

Change your thought process, and you’ll change your behavior, outcomes, and ultimately, your life.

Why Rewrite Your Mindset?

Imagine a life with:

✔ More clarity, focus, and motivation…
✔ Stronger relationships and better communication…

Step 1. Face Limiting Beliefs

Don’t bury them.

Acknowledge them.

Ask yourself: “What am I losing by holding onto this belief?”

The first step to change is recognizing what’s holding you back.

Step 2. Reconnect to Values and Purpose

What truly matters to you?

Align your actions with your core values and rediscover what makes you feel alive.

Purpose fuels motivation and clarity.

Step 3. Reflect and Let Go

What is fueling these beliefs?

Evaluate what’s no longer serving you (people, situations, or emotions) and let them go.

Holding onto negativity drains your energy and focus.

Step 4. Shift Perspectives

Step back.

Do something uplifting, then revisit the situation with fresh energy and a new perspective.

A simple change in approach can spark breakthroughs.

Step 5. Visualize Your Future

Picture yourself two years from now.

Where do you want to be?

Work backward to identify actionable steps to get there.

Seeing your future self thriving makes transformation real.

Step 6. Embrace the Power of Choice

Rebooting your mindset is not the same as Transforming your mindset.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

Thank you for asking!

My family and I are doing well.

Honestly, the pandemic was a tough time for all of us, but it also taught us a lot, like how to adapt, appreciate the little things, and stay connected.

In a way, it brought us closer, and we’ve come out of it stronger and more grateful than ever.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic magnified struggles like self doubt, fear of uncertainty, and overwhelm for many of my clients.

Suddenly, they were navigating challenges they’d never faced before.

For me, it was a reminder of why I do what I do, helping people feel confident and grounded even in difficult times.

I adapted by offering more virtual coaching and creating accessible programs, like my 7 Day Confidence Kickstart Challenge, to support people globally.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The pandemic taught me just how resilient we really are, more than we often give ourselves credit for.

It was also a powerful reminder of how important it is to stay adaptable.

Life can throw some unexpected challenges your way, but when you’re grounded in confidence and have a growth mindset, you can handle just about anything.

Those lessons really stuck with me and continue to shape how I approach life and my work.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

My career started in a completely different field, but I always had this feeling that I was meant to do something more meaningful, something that could really impact people’s lives.

After working through my own struggles with self confidence and breaking free from limiting beliefs, it hit me: I wanted to help others experience the same kind of transformation.

That’s how my coaching journey began.

Over the years, I’ve developed programs that blend NLP, neuroscience, and practical strategies to help people unlock their potential and create lasting change in their lives.

It’s been the most rewarding decision I’ve ever made!

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The biggest obstacle I’ve faced was overcoming self doubt and learning to truly believe in myself.

For years, I carried this fear that I wasn’t “good enough” or capable of achieving the things I wanted.

Breaking free from that mindset was such a transformative experience, it shaped who I am today and is the reason I’m so passionate about helping others overcome their own limiting beliefs.

That journey taught me the power of confidence and how life changing it can be when you embrace your true potential.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

My coaching approach is all about blending science with a deep understanding of the subconscious mind to create real, lasting change.

I use tools like my own NLP frameworks, visualization techniques, and step by step my frameworks help clients rewire limiting beliefs, help with the issues, and act.

What really sets my approach apart is the focus on personalization.

Every client has their own goals and challenges, so I create tailored roadmaps to meet them exactly where they are.

It’s all about finding the strategies that work best for each person and helping them achieve their breakthroughs.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

What really sets my coaching apart is that it’s not a one size fits all solution.

I blend neuroscience, NLP, and practical action steps to ensure clients see real, lasting change, not just a quick boost that fades away.

My focus is on the subconscious mind because that’s where genuine transformation happens.

Plus, I make sure to personalize each client’s journey with a roadmap that’s tailored specifically to their goals.

It’s all about creating results that stick.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

My clients leave with a sense of clarity, unshakable confidence, and practical tools to face challenges head on.

They learn how to overcome self doubt, quiet their inner critic, and fully step into their potential.

But it’s not just about personal growth, it leads to breakthroughs in their careers, relationships, and so many other areas of their lives.

The changes they experience create a ripple effect that transforms everything

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes!

I use a combination of tools like NLP techniques, guided visualizations, and my unique actionable frameworks.

I also provide personalized confidence roadmaps and access to private VIP communities for ongoing support.

These tools ensure that my clients have both the strategies and accountability to succeed.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

You are far more capable than you believe.

The only thing standing between you and your potential is the story you tell yourself.

Change your story, and you’ll change your life.

Confidence isn’t about being fearless, it’s about acting, even when fear shows up.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I’ve learned is that confidence isn’t something you’re just born with, it’s a skill you can build.

It grows through small, consistent actions and by changing how you see yourself.

Once you realize that you have the power to shift your mindset and create confidence from within, it opens the door to so many possibilities.

It’s been a game changer in my life.

Your final thoughts?

Confidence isn’t about being perfect, it’s about showing up, taking small, consistent steps, and embracing growth.

Whether you’re struggling with self doubt or looking to reach the next level, know that transformation is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

6 Tips for Managing Stress in a Personal Injury Lawsuit

Going through a personal injury lawsuit can be incredibly stressful.

You might be trapped in litigation for months, or even years, depending on the complexity of the case, and if you’re not able to negotiate a settlement, you may have to go to trial.

All the while, you won’t know exactly how much money you stand to win, or if you’re even going to win the case.

At the same time, you might be seriously injured as a result of the accident.

You might not be able to work, or you might be prevented from doing the ordinary things you love to do.

And although your lawyer will handle most of the legal work, you’ll have at least some legal responsibilities in this process.

How do you handle the stress of this complicated situation?

6 Tips for Managing Stress:

tips-for-managing-stress-lawsuit

1. Hire the Best Lawyer You Can (and Trust Them)

First, get in touch with the best personal injury lawyer you can afford.

Your lawyer is going to help you better understand your case, the legal process, and every step from beginning to end.

They’re going to represent you in negotiations and in court, fighting for you so that you can get the greatest possible settlement.

They’re going to handle the bulk of the work, and they’ll serve as a kind of shield, so you can sit back and focus on your recovery.

Remember that your lawyer has your best interests at heart, so trust their advice whenever they give it to you.

If you follow their direction, you’ll be much more likely to get an optimal outcome.

2. Take Care of Your Pain

If you have pain lingering after the injury, focus on relieving or mediating it however you can.

Physical pain can be a massive distraction that exacerbates the other stress and uncertainty you feel.

Take medications.

If you were prescribed medications, consider taking them at regular intervals.

Otherwise, you can use over the counter (OTC) pain relievers to lessen the pain while you concentrate on recovering.

[For any decision please consult with a professional or a doctor first]

Consider treatments.

You might have access to other treatment methods as well.

Depending on the nature of the accident and your injuries, you may qualify for surgery or other interventions designed to minimize your pain and discomfort.

Get plenty of exercise.

As long as you do so with restraint, and in line with your doctor’s advice, it’s often a good idea to get physical exercise when you’re recovering from a significant accident.

Even if you don’t have the same mobility you did before, even light and periodic exercise can be beneficial for relieving stress.

Meditate.

Meditation is also an excellent way to manage pain, especially since it can be practiced anywhere by anyone.

Mindfulness meditation is relatively easy to learn but hard to master, so don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t work for you right away.

3. Know Your Strategy

Most people feel less stressed when they reduce or eliminate uncertain variables in front of them.

You’ll likely feel more comfortable and confident in your personal injury case if you thoroughly understand the legal strategy you’re going to use.

What are you and your lawyer going to do?
Why are you going to do it?
What are the next steps, and what can you expect from them?

If you don’t know, work with your lawyer to improve your understanding.

4. Find Meaningful Distractions

If left to your own thoughts, you might feel even more stressed.

Try to find meaningful distractions to occupy your attention and time, such as hanging out with friends and family members or watching some of your favorite films and TV shows.

5. Consider Getting Professional Support

If you’ve tried several things and you’re still struggling, consider getting professional support.

Talking to a therapist could be exactly what you need to work through the stress and other mental health issues you’re facing.

Another option is to join a local support group.

Chances are, there are lots of mental health related support groups in your area, most of which are free.

These can be valuable opportunities to find emotional support and new connections.

6. Take Things One Day at a Time

Perhaps most importantly, you should focus on only one day at a time.

If you get lost in speculation about what might happen months or years from now, you’re going to feel stressed unnecessarily.

Leave it to your lawyer to worry about optimization and the long term future.

For now, just try to live in the present and avoid concentrating on unknown factors.

Filing a personal injury lawsuit is sometimes necessary if you want adequate compensation for the injuries you sustained in a recent accident.

However, the stress can be downright unbearable at times.

Fortunately, with these strategies and a willingness to experiment with others, you should be able to minimize the stress you feel and make it to the other side in confidence.
