Brandon Miller is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his courage and honesty.
His coaching approach is one of the most unique we have found. Imagine walking into a coaching session and being greeted not by a typical life coach, but by the King of Rock and Roll himself, Elvis Presley. That’s the experience this bold and unconventional coach offers, blending the charisma of an Elvis impersonator with the transformative power of confidence and empowerment coaching.
His biggest obstacle was relocating from Arizona to Tennessee and carving out a new life path. He found his calling in helping others rise above their own personal struggles. While new to the coaching world, he brings a fresh energy to the scene, dressed, speaking, and channeling the legendary performer as part of his “TCB (Taking Care of Business) Coaching” approach.
His past is now his tool for transformation. He proves that sometimes the best way to help others is to show up fully as yourself, even if that means doing it in a rhinestone studded jumpsuit. Here is what he said…
Meet Life Coach Brandon Miller:
Name: Brandon Miller
Pillar: The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone looking for a boost in self confidence or empowerment.
How they can help: By using Elvis’s wisdom and impersonating him when coaching his clients.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
My family and I are fine.
We never got sick and were always doing as well as could be expected at that time.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
Since I only got interested in coaching and got certified last year, it had no effect at all.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
The biggest lesson I learned was that people were not nice during that time.
The only people you can depend on are your family.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
Finding a course and getting certified was hard.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
I have many, but I think the main one was moving from Arizona to Tennessee and carving out my own path in life.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
To be honest, I’m very new to the coaching business.
I’m still figuring things out.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I think it’s unique in the way that, before I was a coach, I was an Elvis impersonator.
I wanted to keep that part of my life alive.
So what I do is, when I choose clients, I show up dressed, talking, and acting like Elvis Presley, the King of Rock and Roll.
I think it’s unique because no one else has thought of dressing up and doing coaching as Elvis.
So it works out like that.
The course is called TCB (Taking Care of Business) Coaching.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
I think my clients would get a lot of benefits, like confidence and empowerment, after working with me.
That’s the exact niche I work in: confidence and empowerment coaching.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
The specific tools I use are probably lessons Elvis himself taught, as well as lessons I’ve learned through my own life and careers.
I know that sometimes people are more willing to go to a superstar than a regular person.
So using Elvis and my own life as tools is actually, I think, the best way to attract clients.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Listen up, everybody.
Elvis here, impersonator, life coach, and ordained minister, ready and willing to help you in areas of your life if at all possible.
If you come to me, I will give you everything I’ve got to the best of my ability.
Thank you.
Thank you very much.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
The greatest lesson I learned is that no matter what, you have to do whatever it takes to make your life the way you want it to be.

What if the perfect candidate for your team has no degree, no Ivy League background… just raw talent, relentless drive, and real world impact?
Traditional hiring practices are holding your team back, and it’s time to break free.
Having worked with visionary leaders and seen both the pitfalls of resume based hiring and the power of unconventional talent, I know the difference transformational hiring can make.
This isn’t about filling roles…
It’s about building a team that innovates, adapts, and drives impact far beyond what a credential can promise.
Let’s dive into how to ditch outdated hiring mindsets, embrace non traditional rockstars, and create a culture where real value (not just paper qualifications) leads the way…
The Flaws in Traditional Hiring
Hey there, fellow leaders!
Are you tired of playing it safe with your hiring decisions?
I know I am.
For too long, we’ve been conditioned to believe that credentials are the ultimate measure of a candidate’s potential.
We’ve all been there, haven’t we?
You meet someone with an impressive resume, thinking they’re the perfect fit for your team.
But then, once they’re on board, they fail to deliver on their promises.
On the flip side, we’ve all encountered self taught rockstars, individuals who may not have a fancy degree to their name but are making waves and changing the game.
Why is that?
Because in today’s fast moving world, knowledge isn’t confined to formal education.
It’s available to anyone with the drive to learn and the ability to access information.
A Shift in Perspective: Degrees Are No Longer the Only Path
Take Thomas Edison, for example.
Edison didn’t have an electrical engineering degree, did he?
And yet, he went on to invent the light bulb, the phonograph, and countless other innovations that transformed our world.
Edison’s story is proof that formal education, while valuable, isn’t the only measure of a person’s potential.
The Knowledge Economy: Why Credentials Aren’t the Only Thing That Matters
In today’s knowledge economy, information is freely available to anyone with an internet connection.
The traditional notion that a degree is the only path to success is simply outdated.
The world has changed, and so must our approach to hiring.
Transformational Hiring: Shifting Focus to Impact
It’s time to shift our focus from transactional hiring to transformational hiring.
What do I mean by this?
Transactional hiring focuses on checking boxes on a resume.
It’s about finding someone who fits a certain mold, someone who meets the minimum requirements on paper.
Transformational hiring, on the other hand, focuses on identifying candidates who can drive real impact.
It’s about hiring for skills, passion, and the potential to contribute to the growth of your organization.
Moving Beyond Traditional Interview Questions
So, what does transformational hiring look like in practice?
For starters, it means moving beyond the traditional interview questions that focus solely on credentials and past experiences.
Instead, we need to ask questions that get to the heart of a candidate’s skills, knowledge, and passion.
Questions that reveal not just what they’ve done, but how they’ve done it, and why they do it.
Embracing Non Traditional Candidates
It also means being open to non traditional candidates who may not have the “right” degree but have a proven track record of delivering results.
These candidates are often the ones who bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the table.
By being open to these non traditional paths, you’re giving yourself the opportunity to hire people who can truly make a difference.
Creating a Culture of Continuous Learning
And finally, it means creating a culture that values continuous learning and development.
In this culture, employees are encouraged to take ownership of their growth and pursue their passions.
When you foster this type of environment, you’re not just hiring employees, you’re developing lifelong learners who will continually contribute to the success of your organization.
Ready to Transform Your Approach to Hiring?
If you’re a leader who’s ready to start making a real impact in your organization, I invite you to join me on a journey to transform the way we approach hiring and leadership development.
As part of my Boxless Corporate Leadership Case Study, I’m working with a select group of forward thinking leaders who are committed to building a better future for their organizations and the world.
In the infinite mosaic of existence, we are threads intricately interlaced within the ever shifting dance of time and space.
Yet within this intricate web, there lies a profound truth:
The present moment is not merely a fleeting instance, it is the vehicle of existence and a gateway to deeper awareness.
This awareness, often referred to as consciousness, transcends the boundaries of our perceived reality.
It invites us to explore the essence of our being, to question the nature of what is real, and to seek understanding beyond the confines of our imagination.
Could it be that our own limitations obscure the brilliance of this awareness?
Are we, in our yearning for connection with the divine, projecting our dreams onto the canvas of collective consciousness?
Perhaps this projection forms a bridge to something magnificent, a dimension of existence where the unstruck bell of Shiva resonates, vibrating with the energy of Shakti, the divine feminine force.
Here, we encounter the dance of creation, where imagination and consciousness intertwine in an eternal embrace.
The Dance of Creation: Imagination and Consciousness Intertwined
In this eternal dance, we find adaptability as a cornerstone of our evolution.
Yoga, in its many forms, offers us the tools to bend, stretch, and expand, not only our bodies but our minds and spirits.
Through mindful breathing and focused intention, we cultivate the ability to navigate life’s challenges with grace.
Acceptance of what is allows us to flow with the currents of existence, transforming obstacles into opportunities for growth.
As we deepen our practice, we discover that adaptability is not merely advantageous, it is essential for our survival and thriving in a world that is ever changing.
When we recognize the impermanence of all things, we liberate ourselves from the shackles of rigidity.
We no longer need to cling to outdated beliefs or resist the natural rhythms of life.
Instead, we embrace the flow of existence, finding strength in vulnerability and resilience in acceptance.
Adaptability: The Key to Thriving in a World of Change
In moments of uncertainty, when life’s demands seem overwhelming, we can return to the stillness within.
Here, in the space of yoga, we transcend the illusion of separation.
We experience the profound truth that we are never alone, we are always in communion with the divine, Shiva and Shakti, the eternal dance of unity.
As we learn from our experiences and reflect on the lessons life presents, we evolve.
Each challenge becomes a stepping stone, guiding us toward greater awareness and deeper understanding.
In this journey, we are reminded that while we may face the trials of a householder or the responsibilities of daily life, there is a wellspring of satisfaction in grounding ourselves in the present moment.
Embracing the Flow of Life
Let us celebrate the beauty of our shared journey, recognizing that in our quest for consciousness, we are not only seekers but also the sought.
Together, we embark on a path of discovery, embracing the mysteries of existence with open hearts and curious minds.
In the end, it is through this union, this dance of Shiva and Shakti, that we come to realize our true potential, evolving into the magnificent beings we are meant to be.
A Tapestry of Possibility
So, let us breathe deeply, focus our minds, and step boldly into the flow of life, knowing that every moment is an invitation to awaken, to adapt, and to evolve.
Together, we are creating a tapestry rich with possibility, woven from the threads of awareness, imagination, and love.
Oliver sat at his desk, pencil trembling between his fingers…
The once familiar lines of the algebra equation swimming before his eyes like blurred ink on wet paper.
His teacher’s voice echoed in the background, a dull hum, barely registering through the noise in his head.
Oliver’s heart raced.
His throat tightened.
His palms dampened.
He tried to breathe, but his chest was a cage, the air refusing to move past the lump in his throat.
It wasn’t always like this…
Oliver used to be a top student, the kind who raised his hand first and lingered after class to ask thoughtful questions.
His teachers had called him “promising” and “bright.”
His parents had spoken of scholarships and advanced placement courses.
That was before the panic attacks started.
Before the restless nights.
Before the constant sense of dread followed him into the classroom.
The Slow Decline
The first time Oliver froze during a test, he brushed it off as an off day.
But then it happened again… And again… And again…
His mind would freeze the moment he sat down at his desk.
Simple problems became impossible problems.
His teachers began to notice.
“You’re not focusing,” they said. “You need to study harder.”
His mother asked if he was distracted by friends or his phone.
No one considered that Oliver’s mind was at war with itself.
By mid semester, his grades had plummeted.
Once a fixture on the honor roll, Oliver now avoided eye contact with his classmates when test scores were handed back.
He stopped raising his hand.
He stopped caring.
The Cognitive Impact of Mental Health on Learning
The adolescent brain is uniquely vulnerable to the effects of mental health challenges.
Anxiety and depression impair the brain’s executive function, the system responsible for focus, memory, problem solving, and emotional regulation (Casey et al., 2019).
When a teen experiences chronic stress, the amygdala (the brain’s fear center) becomes hyperactive (McLaughlin et al., 2014).
This floods the body with cortisol and adrenaline, activating the fight or flight response.
In Oliver’s case, this response was in overdrive.
The moment he sat down for a test or was called on in class, his brain signaled danger.
His prefrontal cortex, which governs logic and reasoning, shut down.
His working memory faltered.
His ability to process and recall information evaporated under pressure.
High levels of cortisol interfere with the hippocampus (the part responsible for converting short term to long term memory), reducing the brain’s ability to store and retrieve information (Sapolsky, 2004).
This explains why Oliver, who grasped the material at home, couldn’t recall it during exams.
His brain was overwhelmed.
Motivation and Emotional Regulation
Mental health challenges don’t stop at focus, they erode motivation and emotional regulation too.
Oliver stopped caring about his grades not because he lacked ambition, but because his brain’s reward system had shut down.
Good grades no longer brought satisfaction.
His emotional bandwidth was already maxed out by inner turmoil.
When his teacher handed back a failed test, Oliver barely flinched.
“What’s the point?” he thought.
Studies show depressed teens are more likely to procrastinate, avoid challenges, and withdraw from academic opportunities (Kovacs & Goldston, 1991).
Oliver’s sense of helplessness only deepened.
Social Withdrawal and Classroom Behavior
Teen mental health struggles often manifest socially.
Anxiety and depression increase feelings of isolation and sensitivity to rejection (Rudolph et al., 2000).
Teens disengage from peers and class participation.
Oliver started sitting in the back of the classroom.
He avoided group work.
He kept his eyes down.
When his teacher called on him, his mind went blank.
His face burned.
Soon, his classmates stopped inviting him to study groups.
His friends drifted away.
The more isolated he became, the worse his academics got.
Research confirms that peer support and social connection are vital to school success.
Without it, confidence and performance suffer.
Sleep and Attention Deficits
Chronic stress disrupts sleep, and sleep is essential to learning.
Teens need 8 to 10 hours of sleep for optimal cognitive function (Carskadon, 2011), yet those with anxiety or depression often suffer insomnia, nightmares, or fragmented sleep (Lovato & Gradisar, 2014).
Oliver lay awake most nights, replaying mistakes over and over.
He came to school exhausted.
He couldn’t concentrate.
His attention span shrank.
Sleep deprivation weakens the prefrontal cortex, impairing decisionmaking and impulse control (Lo et al., 2016).
It also disrupts emotional regulation.
Small critiques felt like personal attacks.
Tired and anxious, Oliver became reactive, frustrated, and overwhelmed.
Breaking the Cycle: Supporting Teen Mental Health
Oliver’s struggle mirrors that of thousands of students.
But there is hope.
Research shows that targeted mental health interventions can break the cycle.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps teens manage anxiety by restructuring distorted thoughts and building coping skills.
Dr. Debi Silber is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her expertise and devotion.
She didn’t set out to become a Post Betrayal Transformation® expert, betrayal found her. After being devastated by deep personal betrayals, Dr. Debi Silber hit rock bottom. The emotional and physical toll was so severe, it landed her in the ER. But instead of staying broken, she chose to rebuild. Unable to find any meaningful resources that addressed betrayal trauma in a holistic way, she made it her mission to create one.
She is now the founder of The PBT® (Post Betrayal Transformation®) Institute, a global movement that helps people heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually after betrayal. That mission we mentioned, became her PhD focus and led to groundbreaking discoveries, including the 5 Stages from Betrayal to Breakthrough, a proven roadmap for healing. With a team of certified coaches who have all experienced betrayal and fully healed using this method, her approach is both research based and deeply personal.
She also founded National Forgiveness Day, celebrated every year on September 1st, to inspire healing and reconciliation on a collective level. Her impact reaches far beyond individual healing. Driven by a passion to make meaningful change, Dr. Silber launched PBT programs in Vietnam, the Middle East, and is expanding into Kenya. Through her work, she’s not only changing lives, she’s redefining what it means to rise after betrayal. Here is what she said…
Meet Life Coach Dr. Debi Silber:
Name: Debi Silber, Dr.
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Body, The Heart
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to heal from betrayal and transform to a better version of themselves spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally, so they can live a healthy, happy, and fulfilled life.
How they can help: By using her groundbreaking and research based framework called “5 Stages from Betrayal to Breakthrough” and a team of experts creating an environment of support.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
Thank you for asking.
Like many families, we experienced deep loss during the pandemic, we lost loved ones along with five of our six dogs, which was incredibly painful.
But we also welcomed new reminders of life and joy: Kasey and Cali.
These two pups have brought fun and lightness back into our home.
As a family, we’ve come through the storm stronger, more grateful, and more committed than ever to celebrating life.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
The pandemic intensified pain points that were already there.
Many people who had been busy avoiding their betrayal wounds by distracting themselves (through work, routines, even relationships) were suddenly alone with their thoughts.
Everything came to the surface.
But it also created a powerful moment of clarity.
Many decided they were no longer willing to tolerate pain or stay stuck.
That surge inspired a wave of people to finally start healing, and we were there to guide them through it.
Personally, it was a time of deep grief and deep growth.
So many changes happening so quickly reminded me how precious life is and how much joy we need to actively create.
It solidified my mission even more.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
Life is short, and grief doesn’t wait.
You don’t get to bypass pain, but you can choose whether to be broken by it or transformed through it.
The pandemic showed us all how important connection, purpose, and health really are.
And it reminded me that while trauma is inevitable, staying stuck is a choice.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I didn’t set out to become a Post Betrayal Transformation expert, it was betrayal that found me.
After being blindsided by painful betrayals from both my family and husband, I spiraled into exhaustion and emotional chaos, barely holding it together for my kids, clients, and dogs.
Then I collapsed and landed in the ER.
That was the moment I realized I had to change or this pain would destroy me.
Unable to find any resource that addressed betrayal trauma in a meaningful, holistic way, I decided to create one.
I enrolled in a PhD program and made betrayal the focus of my research.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Without question: betrayal.
The pain, the self doubt, the loss of trust in others and myself, it nearly broke me.
But it also forced me to rebuild from the ground up.
I wasn’t just healing, I was transforming.
That experience gave me not only profound empathy into what others experience after betrayal, but also the tools and insight to help others rebuild their lives, stronger than before.
I was so inspired by it all that The PBT Institute has since developed a program for the betrayer, has launched PBT in countries that desperately need this type of support but don’t have access to it in their language and according to their culture (so far we’ve launched Vietnam, The Middle East and we’re getting ready to launch in Kenya!)
We even founded National Forgiveness Day (celebrated yearly on September 1st).
You could say that overcoming my biggest obstacle led to a few really great things.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
What makes our approach innovative is that it’s research based, proven, and predictable.
We don’t guess, we know the exact path from betrayal to breakthrough.
I developed the 5 Stages of healing based on my PhD research, and we guide our clients through each one with precision.
Our Certified PBT Coaches and Practitioners have all been through betrayal themselves and are fully through the 5 Stages, so they’re coaching from experience, not just theory.
We’ve also built an immersive, supportive community with coaching, classes, programs, masterclasses, and tools that address physical, emotional, and psychological healing all in one place.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
We’re moving through a step by step system backed by research.
Plus, our community and PBT Coaches and Practitioners aren’t just trained, they’ve lived it.
That shared experience creates trust, accountability, and real transformation.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
They heal… physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
They rebuild trust, not just in others, but in themselves.
They gain clarity, confidence, health, purpose, and often an entirely new life.
We’ve seen clients leave toxic relationships, create thriving new businesses, improve their health, and even reconnect in a new, transformed way with the person who betrayed them, because both people did the work.
It’s powerful, lasting change.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Yes.
Our clients have access to a full ecosystem of support:
Daily classes, live coaching, ONdemand programs, community forums, masterclasses, and Certified PBT Coaches and Practitioners trained in our proprietary method seeing members privately as a part of their programs.
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Betrayal hurts deeply, but it’s not the end of your story.
You’re not broken beyond repair.
You’re being called to rise, rebuild, and become someone stronger than before.
It’s hard now, easy later… or easy now, hard later.
Don’t waste the trauma.
Use it as a catalyst for your greatest transformation.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
That betrayal is one of the most painful experiences we’ll ever face, but it’s also one of the greatest opportunities for transformation, if we choose to use it that way.
We can stay in victimhood, or we can rebuild a version of ourselves and our lives that never would’ve existed otherwise.
Your final thoughts?
Betrayal can be the shock that wakes you up.
The pain is real, but so is the healing.
Transformation isn’t just possible, it’s predictable when you follow the right steps, have the right support, and commit to yourself.
Your breakthrough begins the moment you decide you’re worth it.
Where Can You Find Dr. Debi Silber?
If you liked this interview and if you would love to move from betrayal to breakthrough, go to The PBT Institute and reclaim your power back.
And if you’d like to connect more personally with her, you can do that through LinkedIn or by sending her a direct message on her Email [email protected]. It was an honor having this interview with her.
This poem is a piece of Spiritual Art Fiction, a creative expression designed to explore deeper metaphysical themes through symbolic storytelling.
Written from the perspective of an ‘organic portal,’ it invites readers to reflect on consciousness, programming, and the contrast between spiritual awakening and societal conformity.
It is not a literal truth, but an artistic lens, meant to provoke thought, stir emotion, and inspire inner inquiry…
The Mortal: A Tribute to The Portals
Enchante, I am an organic portal, unlike the Aeons I am mortal.
You recognize me on my weak energy field, my job is to make sure that the truth does not get revealed.
I am pro system, thats for sure, here is an anti Russia brochure.
I often live in my home area all life long, it is family and cultural tradition where I belong.
I often work faithfully at one place, I just love the rat race.
I dont know in my life much drama, well, I am good, I just dont carry a lot of karma.
The spiritual realm must be an illusion, all these awakened ones must be under severe confusion.
I make sure the souls never find the right way, my major job is to lead them astray.
I keep in line the souls and convince them to continue playing the Matrix roles.
I usually go with the flow, desole, no, I will not evolve, not grow.
I get programmed by the staged, valuable news, I dont like conspiracy theorists reviews.
Working for the system is what I truly care for, tell me what you need me to do, I fullfill any chore.
I am obedient and cannot think out of the box, I am the keeper of the souls prison locks.
I am a devoted servant, we are 80 %, we dominate with our animal mind, we defend the system as it is in our program outlined.
My tribute
I met many portals in my life, with some I am upset we wont meet in the afterlife.
With many I grew up together, some of you will remain in my heart forever.
Some of you were lovers at my side, so it was basically only me alone at the bedside.
From the Aeons perspective, you are an illusion, nonetheless there was some sort of heart fusion.
With your help I learned so many lessons along the way, that all led me now to the Hamburg bay.
The major lesson has been the recognition I was so different than you, that I walk in a different shoe.
With that reflection I finally found me and was led to the truth, that I am eternal spirit, eternal youth.
Somehow this heart seed has grown, as our long year friendships has shown.
Let love and conciousness break in, re-consider your role, maybe you can earn some sort of soul.
Change the side of the fence, and strengthen our defence.
Despite this different view, I appreciate many of you.
While at the same time I declare our connection as null and void, and I reclaim my gold.
“Don’t listen what Spirit of White and these many others have to say, continue to go to church and pray.
Help us to keep this serious construct alive, oh no, we would never tell you any lies.
She is one of those conspiracy theorists, they are wrong, she will lead you astray, follow us and you get along.
We are trying hard to put on the best act, we deserve an Oscar, that is a fact.
What are the other names for those ones, claiming to be the omnipotence`s daughters and sons?
Right-wing p. and …anti-s……, you know what we mean, all this none-sense, don’t be keen.
Let’s see what we can find about her to present her negatively in the news, maybe a hot fling on a cruise.
We truly want for you the best, be a good slave and rest.
Oh no, her frequency is too high, others feel her presence up in the sky.
Organic portals, our devoted servants, you are 80 %, dominate with your animal mind, defend us, as in your program it is outlined.”
Tiffany Barnard is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her expertise and positivity.
She has always been fascinated by people, pondering about what drives them, how they think, and how they navigate the world. This deep curiosity naturally led her to support others during moments of uncertainty, offering guidance and insight. Six years ago, she discovered coaching and instantly knew it was more than just a profession, it was her calling. She retrained, became certified, and built a practice dedicated to helping others unlock their fullest potential.
She knows firsthand the power of transformation, having overcome her own greatest obstacle: letting go of perfection and the illusion of control. For years, she believed that working harder and planning better would guarantee success, only to realize that true growth comes from surrender, trust, and intuition. Now, she teaches her clients this same principle, helping them move beyond fear and into purposeful, aligned action.
She takes a deeply intuitive, tailored approach to coaching, blending sharp strategic insight with emotional depth. Using tools like the Energy Leadership Index and Hogan Assessments, she helps clients rewire habits and shift their internal narratives. But her greatest tool is her presence, listening beyond words, recognizing patterns, and guiding clients to breakthroughs they never saw coming. Here is what she said…
Meet Life Coach Tiffany Barnard:
Name: Tiffany Barnard
Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind
Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to learn how to use their energy in the most efficient way, rewrite their story, become the leader they were born to be and claim their real power.
How they can help: By using assesments like the Energy Leadership™ Index assessment (ELI) and the Hogan assessment, as well as various tools and techniques like belief deconstruction and active listening, just to name a few.
First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?
We are all doing very well, thank you.
Like many families, we were stretched in new ways during that time, but we’ve come out of it stronger, closer, and more intentional about how we spend our time and energy.
How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?
Four years later, the pandemic itself rarely comes up.
But the ripple effects still echo, especially around identity, purpose, and workplace dynamics.
Many clients are being asked to return to full time office roles, and the resistance is real.
People had a taste of autonomy, and they’re not willing to go back to outdated models of working just because “that’s how it was.”
As for me, the pandemic clarified what really matters.
It forced a pause, and in that stillness, I found a deeper rhythm for myself and my family.
What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?
That freedom is found in simplicity.
During the quarantines, I had my children at home, and while it was emotionally intense for them (being isolated from their friends) I had the comfort of knowing they were safe.
There was also a beautiful stillness: no errands for my parents, no external noise, just space to be.
That unstructured time reminded me how much of our lives we fill unnecessarily.
It was a masterclass in presence.
The Origin:
Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?
I’ve always been fascinated by people… what drives them, how they think, and how they navigate the world.
I naturally found myself supporting others through difficult decisions or moments of uncertainty.
About six years ago, I discovered coaching and instantly knew it was more than a profession, it was my calling.
I retrained entirely, got certified, and built a practice that allows me to do what I love every day: empower people to step into their fullest potential.
What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?
Letting go of perfection and the illusion of control.
I used to believe that if I just worked harder, planned better, or pushed more, everything would fall into place.
But life doesn’t work like that.
Learning to surrender, trust the process, and lead from my intuition rather than fear has been my greatest liberation.
It’s a practice I pass on to my clients every day.
The Coaching Style:
How do you innovate with coaching your clients?
My coaching isn’t cookie cutter… it’s precise, deeply intuitive, and tailored.
I blend sharp strategic insight with emotional depth.
I challenge my clients with compassion, and I hold a mirror up to help them see what they often miss, their power, their blind spots, and their untapped brilliance.
I also lean into neuroscience, language patterns, and energy leadership to help clients rewire habits and rewrite their internal narratives.
Transformation isn’t just about mindset, it’s about aligned action and conscious presence.
What’s unique about your coaching approach?
I meet clients where they are, but I never let them stay there.
I bring a fierce honesty that’s always wrapped in kindness.
My clients say I “say the things no one else dares to” but in a way that makes them feel seen and safe.
I coach the whole person, not just the professional title or the surface goal.
Whether it’s navigating burnout, rebuilding identity, or stepping into bold leadership, we go deep and we move fast.
What benefits do your clients get after working with you?
Clarity.
Confidence.
Conviction.
They stop playing small.
They make decisions that are aligned, not just strategic.
They learn how to lead themselves, so they can lead others better.
Whether it’s getting a promotion, starting something new, or simply feeling more grounded in who they are, my clients leave coaching with me knowing they are the author of their own story.
Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?
Yes, I use a blend of tools depending on the client’s needs, from values clarification frameworks to the Energy Leadership Index, from time audits to belief deconstruction.
I also work with Hogan Assessments, which provide incredibly insightful data on personality, leadership potential, and potential derailers.
But ultimately, the most powerful tool is presence.
I listen beyond words.
I notice patterns, energy, and emotional cues that even the client might miss.
And that level of attunement accelerates breakthroughs.
The Impact:
If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?
Stop waiting for permission.
You don’t need it.
The life you want isn’t going to show up because you’ve ticked every box or kept everyone else happy.
It begins the moment you decide you are enough, and act like it.
What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?
Your story is your strength, but only once you own it.
We all carry beliefs, patterns, and inner critics that can run the show if we let them.
The greatest power you can access is awareness, because from there, everything becomes a choice.
I’ve learned that the moment you stop outsourcing your worth, you become unstoppable.
Your final thoughts?
We are living in a time where people are reimagining what success, fulfillment, and leadership look like.
Coaching isn’t just about goals anymore, it’s about awakening.
And I feel incredibly privileged to guide people through that process.
The truth is, most of us already have the answers.
We just need the right questions, the right space, and someone who believes in us when we forget how to believe in ourselves.

The Return is not merely a poem… it is a spiritual odyssey, a call to the soul, an echo of love that transcends time and space.
Through vivid imagery and profound emotion, this poetic masterpiece narrates the struggle of awakening, the pain of separation, and the unwavering determination to reunite with lost souls.
This poem invites readers to reflect on their own path, their choices, and the boundless power of love.
It speaks to the warriors of light, the seekers of truth, and those who have ever felt the pull of something greater beyond this realm.
As you immerse yourself in its verses, allow the words to guide you, stir your spirit, and remind you of the infinite journey of the soul.
The Return
When my body falls to dust, it will be time to return home, to leave the re-cycling zone.
My being returning into its full spirit form, while having dropped the physical body uniform.
The last unicorn showing its full splendor in gold, while the almighty illuminated presence gets unfold.
This bright star, this brave, powerful warrioress, who has, among others, finished this spiritual game of white and black chess.
Instead of joy, there is this endless pain, “Spirit of White, come on, it is time to leave this plane.”
Golden Return
“No, I will not leave my kind behind, it was the illusion that made them so blind.”
I have to search and take them along, to return together to where we belong.
I guide my horse to turn around, I can hardly see as it is dark, in my hand the powerful sword with the golden lovine spark.
“Quickly my beloved, jump up, we need to run, the Matrix meltdown has begun.
My ego nearly fooled me to leave you behind, the illusion nearly made me blind.
But I listened to my heart within, how could I possibly leave behind my beloved kin?
I could have never left without you, this deep trust and faith got me somehow through.”
You and others travelled to hell into the lowest dimensions to free me and all the others, our sisters and brothers.
Forgive me in the physical I (eye) was deceived and blinded, lead astray and blind-minded.
Flat planet “Earth” was horrible, I need to rest, I am still feeling highly stressed.”
“Children, there is nothing to forgive, find peace and rest, may you be blessed.”
Silver Return
“Our mission was a huge success, we won the game of black and white chess.
The lower dimensions have ceased to exist, nothing will be missed.
We successfully evacuated our kind from planet “Earth”, a true lovine re-birth.
Without our energy the lower dimensions were quickly destroyed, and declared null and void.
Only a few spirits were left behind, too many evil contacts with the dark they have signed.
Let’s celebrate the success of this mission, and honor all our love ambition.”
White Return
“Where are we? Home? I cannot believe we made it out of this dark war zone.
We successfully left this low dimensional plane, which can only be described as insane.
Far too few have returned, while the others refused to have learned.
I can feel the love all around, and the peace in the sound.
Where are my loved ones, I cannot feel their energy signature around, lost and found, lost again and not found?”
“My brave golden star, you need to be strong, even if your heart sings a different song.
Instead of going home together, some of our kind take the choice, out of fear, to be fallen forever.
How many love workers tried their best, while their message has been ignored and not been addressed.
They were given the choice, and the chance to raise a loving voice.
« Bon courage à la suite », we are leaving this plane, “vite vite”.
We left our footprints of everlasting love behind, that one day they might find…”
“No, denied and declined, I am running right back, let me pack my bag.
I take my time to rest, and to reduce the stress.
Who volunteers to come along? Only so few? It does not matter, we are strong.
I would even face the dark on my own, as I carry the almighty love crown.
The love in my heart will get us through, even if we are just a few.
Travelling deep down into the lowest dimensions once more, right through hell´s door.
Locating the last spirit souls, still wearing their masks and playing their roles.
This is the last time, last chance, grasp our hands.
Please, awaken and don’t be fallen forever, instead, let us go home together.
“My star, I honor your courage and strengths, you are a true hero, by lengths.
The last trip has already been the “WHITE return”, I know it hurts, please calm down, your heart burn.
Madame Weiss, meaning white, is your name, and you carry the almighty love flame.
There is a lot of manipulation and deceit in place, but the heart was stronger, but this is not the case any longer.
Let me be clear here, in this round you must awaken, and don’t be mistaken.
But no, nothing is over, we sent you a garage full of golden land rover.
The love mission will succeed, as this is our creed.
Feel, there is this innocent, pure love in the air, it is everywhere.
Can you hear the love bells ring? Listen to them as they sing.
The song of hope and peace, Enjoy the ride: “Bon courage à la suite!”
