The Crucial Role of Gut Health in Hormonal Balance, Immune Function, and Mental Well Being

Gut health is foundational to overall well being, influencing everything from hormone production and immune response to mood and mental clarity.

An imbalanced gut can disrupt these systems, while a thriving microbiome can enhance vitality on multiple levels.

Gut Health and Hormonal Balance

The gut plays a central role in regulating key hormones throughout the body.

When the microbiome is in balance, it supports hormonal harmony, when disrupted, it can contribute to a host of issues.

Estrogen Metabolism

A healthy gut microbiome helps process and eliminate excess estrogen from the body.

However, when gut bacteria are imbalanced (a condition known as dysbiosis) estrogen can be reabsorbed into the bloodstream.

This reabsorption may lead to estrogen dominance, which is commonly linked to symptoms such as PMS, fibroids, and irregular menstrual cycles.

Cortisol and the Stress Response

The gut also impacts cortisol, the body’s primary stress hormone.

When the gut becomes inflamed, it sends distress signals to the brain, which can result in an overproduction of cortisol.

Chronically elevated cortisol levels may lead to adrenal fatigue, disrupted sleep patterns, unwanted weight gain, and mood disturbances.

Thyroid Function

Thyroid function is also closely tied to gut health.

The conversion of the inactive thyroid hormone T4 into its active form T3 partially occurs in the gut.

When gut health is compromised, this conversion process may be disrupted, potentially mimicking symptoms of hypothyroidism, such as fatigue, a slowed metabolism, and hair thinning.

Insulin Sensitivity

Insulin sensitivity, which governs blood sugar regulation, is yet another hormonal pathway influenced by the gut.

Dysbiosis can impair blood sugar control, increasing the risk of insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, and persistent weight challenges.

Gut Health and the Immune System

Roughly 70% of the immune system resides within the gut, making it one of the most vital areas for immune surveillance and response.

The Gut Associated Lymphoid Tissue (GALT) acts as a frontline defender, helping the body distinguish between harmful invaders and harmless substances.

This function is essential for preventing inappropriate immune responses such as allergies and autoimmune activity.

A strong and intact gut barrier is crucial for preventing what is commonly referred to as “leaky gut.”

When this barrier becomes compromised, toxins and pathogens can escape into the bloodstream, sparking systemic inflammation and potentially contributing to autoimmune conditions.

In contrast, a healthy and diverse gut microbiome supports balanced immune responses, reducing the frequency of infections and mitigating the risk of chronic immune dysfunction.

Common Signs of Gut Dysfunction

Many people experience symptoms of gut imbalance without realizing it.

Watch for…

  1. Digestive issues (bloating, constipation, diarrhea, acid reflux…)
  2. Hormonal imbalances (PMS, acne, fatigue, weight fluctuations…)
  3. Weakened immunity (frequent colds, allergies, autoimmune flare ups…)
  4. Mental health challenges (anxiety, depression, brain fog…)
  5. Skin issues (eczema, rashes, breakouts…)
  6. Food sensitivities (reactions to gluten, dairy, or sugar…)

Everyday Strategies to Prevent Gut Dysfunction

role-of-gut-health-in-hormonal-balance-immune-function-and-mental-well-being

Daily habits can significantly influence gut health over time.

One of the most important steps is consuming a variety of whole, fiber rich foods, which provide nourishment for the beneficial bacteria in the gut.

Including natural prebiotics and probiotics (such as garlic, onions, sauerkraut, and yogurt) can also enhance microbial diversity and resilience.

Reducing processed foods and added sugars is another essential step, as these substances can promote inflammation and feed harmful bacteria.

Stress management through practices like meditation, breathwork, and spending time in nature helps reduce the negative impact of cortisol on the gut.

Staying well hydrated supports proper digestion and detoxification, while avoiding unnecessary antibiotics helps preserve the delicate balance of the microbiome.

Prioritizing restorative sleep is equally vital, as rest is when much of the body’s healing, including gut repair, takes place.

Functional Testing for Gut Health

For those experiencing persistent symptoms, functional lab testing can provide valuable insights.

A comprehensive stool analysis evaluates the presence of beneficial and harmful bacteria, parasites, and overall digestive efficiency.

The Organic Acids Test (OAT) measures metabolites that reflect yeast overgrowth, bacterial imbalances, and detoxification pathways.

SIBO breath testing can identify bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine, which is often missed by traditional testing.

Additionally, food sensitivity panels can uncover hidden dietary triggers that may be contributing to inflammation and immune stress.

The 5R Approach to Gut Healing

Healing the gut requires a systematic and holistic approach.

The 5R protocol is a widely used framework in functional medicine.

  1. Remove: Inflammatory foods, harmful pathogens, and toxins
  2. Replace: Digestive enzymes, stomach acid, and bile as needed
  3. Repopulate: With beneficial probiotics and prebiotic foods
  4. Repair: The gut lining with nutrients like L glutamine, aloe vera, and collagen
  5. Rebalance: Stress, sleep, and lifestyle for sustainable wellness

The Gut and Brain Connection and Its Connection to Mental Health

The gut brain axis is a powerful two way communication system between your digestive system and your nervous system.

Remarkably, around 90 to 95% of serotonin (a key neurotransmitter that stabilizes mood) is produced in the gut.

When gut health declines, serotonin and other neurotransmitters like dopamine, GABA, acetylcholine, and glutamate can become dysregulated, leading to mental health symptoms.

In cases of leaky gut, harmful compounds like lipopolysaccharides (LPS) can enter the bloodstream, provoking systemic inflammation that affects the brain.

This inflammatory cascade disrupts mood and can lead to symptoms of depression, anxiety, low motivation, and cognitive fog.

It also impairs the Hypothalamic Pituitary Adrenal (HPA) axis, creating a feedback loop of stress and hormonal imbalances that deepen mood disorders.

The SSRI Dilemma: Symptom Relief or Root Cause Resolution?

Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) are often prescribed for anxiety and depression, but they come with limitations.

SSRIs work by increasing the availability of serotonin in the brain, but they do not enhance the body’s natural serotonin production.

More importantly, they overlook the gut’s role in neurotransmitter synthesis, do not address cortisol dysregulation caused by chronic stress, and fail to replenish the nutrients required for proper mood regulation.

Over time, they may also lead to dependency and various side effects.

A root cause approach to mental health includes healing the gut, reducing inflammation, restoring nutrient balance, and supporting natural neurotransmitter production.

Incorporating better sleep, stress management techniques, and lifestyle changes offers a more comprehensive and sustainable path to emotional well being.

Mental Health and Gut Dysfunction: A Widespread Issue

Mental health conditions are on the rise.

In the U.S., anxiety disorders affect approximately 31% of adults at some point in their lives, and over 21 million adults experience depression each year, according to data from the CDC and NIMH.

These numbers have increased significantly in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, particularly among individuals aged 18 to 25.

What many don’t realize is that a significant portion of these cases can be traced back to gut dysfunction, poor nutrition, systemic inflammation, and chronic stress.

As awareness grows, holistic strategies that target the root causes, especially through gut healing, are emerging as more effective and sustainable alternatives to medication alone.

Find Life Coach | Meet Judith Korsgren: How to Navigate Life Transitions and Grow with Clarity, Support, and Purpose?

Judith Korsgren is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her strength of character and passion for coaching.

Her journey began in the heart of social work and expanded across continents, cultures, and callings. From the vibrant streets of Paraguay to the stillness of personal surrender, she has learned that transformation is rarely linear, but always possible.

Her clients don’t just get a coach, they gain a compassionate witness, a thoughtful challenger, and a partner in growth. With structured tools, a unique framework, and a heart attuned to each individual, she creates a space where even the quietest voice is heard.

Her coaching isn’t about fixing, it’s about honoring each person’s voice, even when it’s been silenced by grief, doubt, or dramatic life change. She brings her full self into every session: her curiosity, her faith, her improvisational spirit, and a deeply held belief in growth that lasts. Whether through metaphor, cultural sensitivity, or raw presence, she makes sure each client gets growth that is real, deep, and sustainable. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Judith Korsgren:

find-life-coach-judith-korsgren

Name: Judith Korsgren

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to have someone in their corner chearing for them and guiding them navigate transitions with clarity aligned with their purpose.

How they can help: By using a structured coaching framework called “the funnel”, active listening, asking powerful questions, and creating a supporting environment.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

I lost my husband suddenly just before the pandemic, which was a profound shock for me and my children.

We moved back from Paraguay to Sweden shortly after, so it was a period of immense personal transition for us.

Navigating grief, relocation, and global uncertainty all at once was a deep and shaping experience.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

I was already going through massive transitions, so the pandemic maybe didn’t have as much of an impact for me as people living more “stable lives.”

I had also been working a considerable amount of time online, so working digitally wasn’t a challenge, it actually continued quite seamlessly.

My own grief and the move back to Sweden had a greater impact on me personally than the pandemic itself.

For clients, the experience varied.

Extroverts struggled with connection and validation but also used the time to (RE)evaluate life choices.

Introverts often thrived, enjoying the quiet and introspection.

What continues to matter deeply is recognizing the long term mental health impact, especially on young people and those in heavily quarantined areas.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

I think I knew this before, but maybe I deepened my understanding of the deep importance of living in small, authentic, and vulnerable communities, even online.

If we were ever uncertain of this, surely the pandemic reminded us, at least for a short while, about what is truly important.

The environment took a deep breath of relief.

Material things became less important.

The reality of world injustice was seen more clearly.

The solidarity within struggling communities lifted to the surface.

In Sweden, we appreciated the closeness to nature as never before and recognized a greater need for physical contact and presence when we were limited in this, especially at the end of life or other forms of suffering.

We can, as a species, get creative very quickly when necessary.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I have a degree in social work, and throughout my life, I’ve been passionate about helping people move forward when they get “stuck.”

The Spanish phrase “Salir adelante” (which means “to move forward” and also “to move out of”) has become a guiding principle and the name of my company.

My husband first introduced me to the concept of coaching.

What started as me tagging along to coach training became a profound calling.

By 2016, we had become certified coaches with 200+ hours in cross cultural contexts.

I was hooked.

Coaching allows me to walk alongside people without taking responsibility for them.

It’s a powerful tool for leadership development and personal transformation.

I began working with Paraguayans (church leaders and everyday people, many without formal education) and soon expanded to training others in coaching skills.

The impact was transformative, and since then, I’ve worked with people across nearly every continent.

I’m innately curious about people, their stories, and their perspectives.

Coaching lets me learn and grow constantly.

I also love all forms of improvisation, dance, theater, song… it’s how I experience life.

My faith is another key driver.

I believe in a God who created a rich diversity of people and cultures and invites us into His presence and purposes.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

There have been many visible challenges in my life, grief, cross cultural transitions, relocations, but perhaps the greatest battles were internal: questions of identity, belonging, self doubt, and whether I even had a right to use my voice.

The defining moment of my life was choosing to surrender to Jesus.

Being fully loved and accepted changed everything.

It’s the root of my love for people, my curiosity, and my drive to create space at the table for every voice, not just the loudest ones.

Living in three countries (UK, Sweden, Paraguay) has also shaped me, building resilience and adaptability.

Every transition is a challenge, it is at the same time both an obstacle and a springboard.

Finding myself suddenly single after 28 years of marriage.

Returning to Sweden (not my native country) as a widow.

Imagining myself starting a business and taking the leap to become freelance )that’s still pretty new, to be honest, and continues to challenge me).

Full disclosure, I am now living with a cancer diagnosis.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I love using metaphors, images, and stories.

They open up creativity, reduce pressure, and invite the brain to see new possibilities.

It’s a playful yet powerful way to unlock deeper insight and transformation.

But everything we bring when coaching should come as a gift, suggestions held lightly for the other to take, change, or discard.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

Well, anything I say will most probably have been said before.

So the simplest thing to say is that what makes my approach unique is, ME.

No one brings exactly what I bring.

The synergy between me and my clients is unique to each relationship.

I’m deeply curious, compassionate, and genuinely believe in the person in front of me.

My coaching is grounded in presence, deep listening, and curiosity… core elements of powerful transformation.

But I have these deep beliefs and values, so I am digging for treasure and looking for connection with purpose.

Particularly for people going through major transitions (often unexpected or undesired), I’ve got you!

We can often find counselors at these times to help us through it, but the questions about life purpose in times of transition often get missed… they don’t if you work with me.

And finally, coaching tends to have a Western bias…

It seriously doesn’t have to be that way, and it won’t if you work with me.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Growth.

Real, lasting, personal growth.

Someone in their corner holding space and cheering them on.

One client, reflecting on his experience, said he had received great executive coaching in the past, but this was the first time he felt he’d truly grown as a person and that that growth would most probably be lasting.

That’s the transformation I aim for: growth that’s deep and sustainable.

You will grow and you will discover what is really important, the non negotiables and buried resources to help you navigate life.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes, I use a structured coaching framework (what I call “the funnel”), along with a variety of tools focused on life purpose, transition navigation, and cultural intelligence.

We begin with clear agreements and check in on goals regularly.

I also provide tools tailored to the client’s needs as they arise.

BUT these are gifts offered and adapted, we need to be in agreement about where we are going and what the client needs from their coach that they will not do on their own.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Can I preach Jesus?

Honestly, that’s what I’d use the megaphone for!

But honestly, I’d rather be like Jesus and sit on a hill and have a conversation and ask some vital questions such as:

  1. What are you building your life on?
  2. What foundation will hold through the storms of this beautiful and broken world?
  3. How are you showing up at this moment?
  4. How does the world we live in need you to show up?
  5. How does who you esteem to be and what you do match up?

And then maybe “Wow! You are so beautiful!”

And to the world, my advice would be:

Learn how to listen.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

There is treasure in every situation.

When you entrust your circumstances to God, He can weave good from them, not always in the way you expect, but in ways that bring real transformation.

Presence and purpose are always available.

You may ask “why,” but more important is the assurance that you are not alone, and the hope that things won’t stay this way forever.

Faith gives you the eyes to find the treasure in even the hardest seasons.

We need each other.

It’s not always easy, but it’s better together.

But back to the “why”… the big why is not “why is this happening to me?” but “WHY am I doing this?”

Without clarity on why, the ground you stand on can often get shaky.

Your final thoughts?

I read recently someone who wrote that “coach” is not a noun but a verb, and I agree.

It’s a widely misused and misunderstood concept, and maybe we need to find new words to describe it.

Thank you, ICF and EMCC, for bringing international standards and ethics to this trade!

But I also believe that someone who coaches needs to have “the heart of a coach”…

To really deeply believe in the person before them, not just what they bring to the coaching relationship but also what they can become.

If you think you know where you are going, then you are most probably already lost.

You need to know with each person you meet, that you know nothing.

Maybe this is where true listening begins.

Revelations 2: The Holy Heritage

The following poem is a heartfelt call for clarity, sovereignty, and inner transformation…

It’s a wake up call to get back into our real power and to reclaim our divine inheritance!

Written during a moment of reflection in Austria and signed in France, it contrasts the beauty of nature with the stark inequalities of our global systems.

The poem invites readers to reconnect with their inner light (the lovine essence) and to reevaluate the rituals, beliefs, and power structures that shape our world.

It is a reminder that true power lies not in thrones or crowns, but in love, awareness, and truth…

Revelations 2:
The Holy Heritage

In Austria my aura feels as if it was on fire,
all the beautiful mountains, aren’t they a true desire?

Look at the countries further down,
and you will just frown.

There HE is, sitting on the golden throne,
holding tight on the diamond crown.

While kids are starving around the globe,
while HE is wearing the most impressive robe.

I am trying to sense your lovine spark,
but let’s be honest here, it’s hard.

I like to say: You shall recognize them by their fruits,
and not by their golden boots.

I am looking close to find a good deed,
all I can see is all these humans in need.

Listen, I will not saw on your chair,
do you remember, who is the true lovine heir?

Don’t worry, I will find my own,
a true lovine zone.

A place where it is bright,
where black has been replaced with gold, silver and white.

A place where there is love, equality, honesty and peace,
a place where the darkness has deceased.

I think I changed my mind this round,
a new courage I have found.

I herewith declare that I lovinely rule this world in this spiritual game,
can you sense the golden love flame?

I herewith declare that I am the righteous heir,
look at the white, silver and golden dress that I wear.

May we have heaven on earth,
a true lovine re-birth.

May humanity open its eyes and be critical with their religion,
is it lovine and real, or is it dark science fiction?

In which kind of rituals are you taking part?
are you sure it has a benefit and is smart?

Take a look at the poem about the Christ,
do you think all these rituals are wise?

Feel into the suffering and pain,
golden tears in the dark and cold rain.

Whom are you giving your energy, your gold?
It’s time that the truth gets unfold.

You shall recognize them by their fruits,
use your heart and you can sense true lovine roots.

Wake up from your hypnotic sleep,
rather detect the black sheep.

Rather, look at the lovinity within you,
from now on walk yourself in the golden shoe.

You don’t need to praise,
just have faith,

That you are an infinite almighty spirit yourself, very strong,
your own power was in your heart, all along.

That you, you yourself are a lovine heir,
can you feel the truth in the air?

Remember who you are, be sovereign and rise,
don’t listen anymore to all these lies.

“We are strong and free, and we shine,
Be quiet and hear, as we are lovine.”

Find Life Coach | Meet Naomi Beck: How to Remove The Inner Obstacles and Take Charge of Your Destiny?

Naomi Beck is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her passion and resilience.

She was just 17 when The Secret sparked a fire within her, a desire to one day become an international motivational speaker. With the words “Your Thoughts Become Things” inked on her arm, Naomi Beckl set out to prove that no dream is too big and no voice too small. Despite growing up in an environment where topics like the Law of Attraction were misunderstood, she held firm in her belief that every person has the power to shape their own reality.

She journeyed across countries, learned English, and faced the wounds of a painful childhood head on. Along the way, she discovered the healing power of mindfulness, coaching, and connection. Whether through one on one sessions, group work, or heartfelt YouTube videos, Naomi has made it her mission to help others feel seen, heard, and empowered.

She doesn’t just guide people, she walks beside them. Her coaching approach blends life coaching, NLP, and hypnotherapy, creating deep transformation for clients who are ready to release the past and embrace their true potential. With a compassionate heart and powerful tools, Naomi supports her clients in rewriting their inner stories, taking charge of their destiny, and stepping into a life filled with clarity, purpose, and self love. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Naomi Beck:

find-life-coach-naomi-beck

Name: Naomi Beck

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to remove obstacles, free their heart, reframe the narrative and create the life of their dreams.

How they can help: By using coaching guidance and various tools and techniques like visualization, NLP, and hypnotherapy.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

After the pandemic, I started spending more time with my husband.

We had a spontaneous meeting that gave us both a clear view of life, and we didn’t hesitate to get married.

During the coronavirus lockdown, I had time for myself, and I began studying everything related to Law of Attraction Coaching, meditation teachings, and Hatha Yoga.

I used this time to focus on myself and finally do something I never had time for before, taking action toward what I truly love: coaching and helping others achieve their dreams and goals.

And why is that?

Because our time on this amazing Earth is limited.

Therefore, we must be grateful for what we have, which we call: Decision!

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

As I mentioned, the pandemic was my rebirth.

It gave me time to grow, learn, and expand my knowledge.

And I’m so grateful I took that step!

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

We will all die one day.

Sooner or later, our life will end.

What matters is the now, and how we create our tomorrow.

Without action, nothing changes.

Without honesty, we can’t find purpose.

Without helping others, our healing is never complete.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I was about 17 years old when I first saw The Secret.

From that moment, I always wanted to be an international motivational speaker.

To mark that dream, I got a tattoo on my right arm that says: “Your Thoughts Become Things.”

I was clear about my goals, but there was a big problem.

At that time in my country, it wasn’t really accepted to talk about these kinds of topics like it is today.

Whenever I shared The Secret and the concept of the Law of Attraction (explaining how powerful our thoughts are) people thought something was wrong with me, especially my family.

But I just knew we all have free will to make things happen.

No matter how big or crazy our dreams are, they can become reality.

But becoming an international motivational speaker?

That was a big challenge.

First, I had to learn English, which turned out to be much harder than expected.

I left my country when I was around 19 or 20 years old.

I visited many countries and restarted my life several times.

I wanted to create memories that nobody could take away from me.

While I was in Iceland, many people suggested I become a life coach because of how I motivated and supported others.

It brought me so much joy when someone opened up to me honestly and shared their feelings.

Together, we created an “action plan” for their next steps to change their life and create better outcomes.

Years passed, and during the pandemic, I had plenty of time to focus on myself.

I dedicated two years to learning and expanding my knowledge, and it went incredibly well.

I studied Life Coaching, visualization, and meditation techniques, all of which I used to transform not only my own life but others’ lives too.

At the time, I was living in London, UK, and it was amazing to finally sit back and do something for myself.

Through my manifestation practices, I met my husband.

We started a company together, which was in construction, not coaching.

So, I left coaching behind.

For two years, it felt like I was missing a part of my heart.

About three years ago, I almost had a heart attack.

That’s when I began studying mindfulness and became a practitioner to heal myself.

I wanted to help others too, so I started a YouTube channel where I shared mindfulness sessions.

That brought me so much joy.

In 2024, I decided to move to Fort William, Scotland, to complete my practices, heal myself, and return to group sessions, this time focused entirely on mindfulness.

It was an amazing period in my life.

I went hiking frequently and spent a lot of time in nature, which helped me feel completely healed.

Before returning to London, I realized something was still missing.

Not everyone can just close their eyes and begin inner work.

I needed another tool to help people create real change.

So I enrolled in the Elite Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy program at Evolve College.

That decision changed my life.

My teachers, especially John Mill, an amazing Life Coach and Hypnotherapist, guided me deeply.

I’ve been working on my case studies ever since and now have a clear understanding of my purpose: to support others with heartfelt guidance.

I still have a few months left in the program, and I’m enjoying it immensely.

Each client teaches me something new and brings me closer to fulfilling what I’m truly meant to offer.

It feels amazing.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

My biggest obstacle to getting where I am today was my childhood.

Believe me, it wasn’t easy.

I don’t have a good relationship with my parents, and there are many reasons why, but I won’t go into that.

I had to close the door on my childhood and forgive everything and everyone involved.

If I hadn’t faced those challenges, those heartbreaks and that lack of love, I wouldn’t have become the person I am today: Naomi Beckl.

One major side effect of a neglected childhood is a lack of self love and self esteem.

We must learn to heal ourselves.

Not everyone gets to that point, because it’s easier to blame others and circumstances than to take action.

But we must decide to change and find what truly makes us happy.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

How do I innovate for my clients?

Well, I’m that lucky girl, people open up to me easily.

Whenever I ask the question, “How do you really feel today?” something amazing happens.

They begin sharing everything from deep inside.

Some women even cry, releasing heavy emotions from their bodies, and we create a powerful session together.

Personally, I’ve found that my four session package works incredibly well and brings tangible change.

The first two sessions focus on life coaching to understand my clients and their needs.

The third session incorporates NLP tools.

The final session is hypnotherapy.

Each person is unique, so my sessions are tailored to their personal needs.

Every week, I check in personally and feel a deep connection with my clients.

When the transformation is complete, we say goodbye, which is always hard.

But the feeling of seeing where we started and how far we’ve come is absolutely beyond words.

I’m so proud of all my clients.

It’s their hard work, their willingness to change, and their courage to eliminate obstacles that make this possible.

I’m just there to support them and reflect back what they already know.

All the answers are within us.

We just need to be honest and eager for a better life, which is something every human being deserves.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My coaching approach is unique.

I want people to truly open up and release what no longer serves them.

The past is the past, what happened is gone.

But holding on to blame or past experiences creates ongoing pain and can even lead to depression.

We don’t want that.

So I take clients back to events and moments using various NLP techniques to eliminate fear and unwanted memories.

I don’t change them… I help them feel better, even if it was a painful time.

Everything can be reframed and transformed in the mind to create a better outcome.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

The benefit my clients have after our work is done is this: we stay in touch.

Most of them are in my WhatsApp, so I can see their day to day life and they can see mine.

Every now and then, they message me with a great update, and we celebrate that moment.

Or if they’re having a bad day, we have a quick chat or reflection call.

I’m also planning to start group sessions and motivational meetings.

No matter where my clients are, I hope to finally live my dream of becoming an international motivational speaker.

This time, I won’t just inspire people with words, I’ll help them experience real, practical change.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I love using visualization techniques, NLP tools, and hypnotherapy.

Each tool reflects my client’s needs, so no two sessions are ever the same.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

It’s okay to break down.

It’s okay to feel lost.

It’s okay to have emotional, messy days.

But it’s not okay to stay stuck, lazy, and keep crying about a better life while doing nothing to change it.

We all have free will.

We can either accept life as it is, or take control and make it what we want!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

It doesn’t matter where you’re born or what you have in life, we all die the same way.

If you can make just one person happier through kindness, then do it.

There is no happiness without making others happy.

True happiness is both giving and receiving.

To experience that happiness, we must have boundaries, which was a big challenge in my life.

I used to be a giver to the wrong people.

To see pure souls, we need to know them, not just look with our eyes.

Because not everyone is as good as we are.

Some people wear masks.

Your final thoughts?

I am grateful for my life.

I am grateful for everything that has happened to me.

I feel blessed.

And I believe that if all my dreams come true, it will mean I’ve helped many others, just like I always wanted to since I was a child.

Revelations: The Reload

In a world often clouded by illusion and distraction, there comes a time when we are all called to remember who we truly are.

This poem is a powerful reminder of our eternal essence and the love force that we all carry in our heart.

It speaks of liberation from the artificial constructs that bind us, urging us to reconnect with our true selves, embrace unconditional love, and embark on the spiritual journey that leads us back to the infinite truth.

This is a call to awaken, to rise above the limitations of the physical realm, and to remember the unconditional love that shall set us free.

Let these words stir your heart, ignite your spirit, and remind you of the boundless possibilities that await when we embrace our true home, where love reigns eternal.

Revelations: The Reload

All roads lead away from Rome,
far away from this artificial dome,
towards your true home,
into eternity and beyond,
connect through your heart and we respond.

Awaiting your return soon,
far away from this artificial sun and moon.

True Lovine, holy is our name,
the time on this planet has come for the modern lovine game.

Our kingdom of truth has returned, our will be done,
and this soul prison will at once be un-done.

The kingdom of truth declares from now on we rule the world and lead,
may the world be full of love, peace, freedom and good deeds.

On earth as it is in heaven,
celebrate the date zero, one and eleven.

Respectfully bow but don’t pray,
question what the religions say.

Instead, in your heart find your own lovine spark,
the way to illumination on which you can embark.

All your sins are being known,
back home you will be shown.

A fair tribunal with empathy will take place,
far beyond time and space.

Use the remaining time on the planet wise,
so that you can, without guilt, rise.

Forgive yourself and others,
in the end we are sisters and brothers.

Oh children, you have played enough,
the ride in hell “Earth” has truly been rough.

May we all be freed from the evil,
the time will come soon, the upheaval.

The doors to lovine infinity are wide open,
our kingdom of truth is awaiting us, where unconditional love is un-broken.

Remember, you are a powerful eternal being, we appreciate your endeavour.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and ever.

The time has come to reconnect the individual and the totality of love force,
can you still remember, far away, our home, our original source.

The time has come to rise of realigning to spirit, the eternal essence,
all the illusion and misinformation…see its evanescence.

The time has come to rise,
to drop the mask, your disguise.

The time has come to embark on the journey home, that will first lead you within,
until we leave this plane together with our kin.

The doors to infinity are wide open,
this monumentum will remain unbroken.

Meet Life Coach Salayeh Self:

find-life-coach-salayeh-self

Name: Salayeh Self

Pillar: The Spirit, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Anyone who wants to break trauma loops, stop people pleasing, embody presence, pleasure, and purpose, deepen intimacy, reconnect to their nervous systems, desires, and unleash the true unconditional confidence they carry within.

How they can help: Through trauma informed coaching and by using various tools and techniques like somatic therapy, expressive arts, clinical frameworks, shadow work, esoteric rituals, nervous system regulation, and tantra, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

We’ve come through deeply changed.

As a critical thinker, I saw the pandemic not just as a health crisis but as a pivotal global moment that exposed hidden agendas and shifted financial systems.

Personally, I faced significant discrimination for refusing the experimental injections, both professionally and socially.

It was a challenging time for my family and me, but it solidified my values, resilience, and purpose.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The mental health toll was undeniable.

Many clients lost jobs, income, and stability, making therapy a luxury they couldn’t afford when they needed it most.

It revealed the vicious cycle of trauma and economic instability.

For me, it reaffirmed the need for accessible, trauma informed, and purpose driven healing models.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

Never blindly trust mainstream narratives.

Do your own research.

Think critically.

And above all, trust your inner knowing.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I’m a qualified Social Worker, Clinical Trauma Therapist, Creative and Somatic Therapist, Executive Coach, and Sex Therapy Informed Practitioner.

My journey includes working with 24 non profits in legislative and criminal justice reform, school counselling, youth outreach, and now studying my Master’s in Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking.

I’m also a multiple trauma survivor, and this lived experience fuels my mission: to open sexual healing and empowerment centers worldwide…

Spaces where people can recover their bodies, voices, purpose, and power.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

My life began with layers of adversity: sexual trauma, homelessness, financial abuse, domestic violence, addiction.

I’ve now been raising two children alone for over 13 years.

These lived experiences shaped me into the resilient, purpose led leader I am today.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

My method is rooted in 12 transformative pillars.

I begin with foundational blueprints (purpose, business, relationships) then guide clients through trauma healing, shadow work, attachment patterns, and inner child repair.

From there, we unlock sexuality, intimacy, and full body self actualization.

It’s a deep, integrated journey across mind, body, and soul.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

There’s no one else doing what I do, because no one else has lived my life or trained across such a wide range of modalities.

I bridge clinical therapy, spiritual coaching, business strategy, sexual healing, and trauma informed transformation into one integrated experience.

From legacy building to embodied intimacy, I meet clients wherever they are and guide them into who they were born to be.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

They become deeply self aware and accountable.

They break trauma loops, stop people pleasing, and finally embody presence, pleasure, and purpose.

Many launch aligned businesses, deepen intimacy, and reconnect to their nervous systems, desires, and confidence.

They learn about anatomy, foreplay, boundaries, and their personal blueprint for thriving, sexually, relationally, financially, and spiritually.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Absolutely.

My toolbox is expansive and intuitive: somatic therapy, expressive arts, clinical frameworks, shadow work, esoteric rituals, nervous system regulation, tantra, trauma informed coaching, and energy based methods.

Each session is tailored to the whole person, mind, body, and soul.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Life is a sacred game, and the only opponent is the part of you still living in fear.

You are worthy of love, safety, abundance, and freedom.

But don’t outsource your happiness to others’ opinions or perceptions.

Be courageous enough to live your life.

Be kind.

Be vulnerable.

Leave the world better than you found it.

And remember: if you don’t get the lesson in this lifetime, you’ll return to repeat it.

So start now.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

No one is coming to save you.

You can’t have what you want, you can only have what aligns with who you are.

So become the version of you that matches the life you seek.

That’s when everything shifts.

Your final thoughts?

My life’s work is dedicated to one core truth:

Remembering who we are!

Our sexuality is not separate from our success, our self worth, our relationships, or our spiritual path, it is the very foundation of them.

Sexual energy is life force energy.

It’s the current that fuels our creativity, our confidence, our capacity to connect, and our ability to create a meaningful legacy.

Yet for so many, especially those who have experienced trauma, this energy is either blocked, shamed, or distorted.

I’ve seen firsthand how unhealed sexual trauma or chronic disconnection from the body can manifest as relationship dysfunction, emotional reactivity, lack of purpose, money struggles, addiction, self abandonment, or people pleasing.

We can’t bypass this work if we truly want to thrive.

That’s why my mission is to revolutionize how we approach healing.

I don’t just work with symptoms, I support people to excavate the roots.

My approach is somatic, spiritual, and strategic.

I help people reconnect to their bodies, repair nervous system dysregulation, rewire attachment wounds, and reclaim their sensual, erotic, and emotional intelligence.

I bring together trauma informed therapy, sexuality education, sacred intimacy, and legacy activation, because they’re all connected.

Ultimately, sexual empowerment is not just about sex, it’s about safety, sovereignty, and wholeness.

It’s about being able to say:

This is who I am.

This is what I desire.

This is what I deserve.

When we are sexually empowered, we stop performing for love, we stop betraying ourselves for approval, and we start living from truth, embodiment, and divine purpose.

My dream is to build global healing and empowerment centers where survivors and seekers alike can access this level of transformation.

Because when we heal the root, we change the world, one soul, one body, one truth at a time.

Find Life Coach | Meet Dr. Martina Carroll-Garrison: How to Lead Like a Woman?

Dr. Martina Carroll-Garrison (Dr. Tina) is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her professionalism and character.

She stands out by redefining leadership as a deeply personal, embodied experience. With a PhD in Leadership and Management and years of executive level experience in global environments, she made a bold pivot from strategy driven boardrooms to the heart centered world of coaching. Her mission? To help high performing women stop shrinking to fit and start leading from their fullest, most authentic selves.

She has a unique approach to coaching. Through her signature framework, embodied threshold leadership, Dr. Tina blends science, somatics, and storytelling into a transformative approach that doesn’t just sharpen skills, it reshapes identity.

She is always innovating and pushing the boundaries. Her latest initiative, Lead Like a Woman, was born from witnessing the quiet brilliance of women who lead without being seen, and aims to bring their power and presence to light. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Dr. Martina Carroll-Garrison:

find-life-coach-dr-martina-carroll-garrison

Name: Martina Carroll-Garrison, Dr.

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind

Who is this coach for: High performing women who want to stop shrinking to fit and start leading with grace and presence.

How they can help: By using various tools and techniques like assessments, narrative coaching, somatic techniques and visual frameworks, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

We’re doing well now, and I’m deeply grateful.

Like so many others, we faced uncertainty, loss, and recalibration.

But we also found clarity about what really matters, our health, our values, our family, our community, and our sense of purpose.

That clarity is what I now carry into my work every day.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Yes, deeply.

Many of my clients (especially women in STEM and leadership roles) were navigating burnout, caregiving, and isolation while still holding up entire teams or businesses.

I saw how essential it was to shift from performance to presence.

For me, it meant reimagining how to serve virtually, build community in new ways, and step fully into my role as a space holder.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

That presence is everything.

Productivity may keep the machine running, but presence is what keeps us human.

When the world slowed down, we were invited to feel more deeply, lead more consciously, and act more intentionally.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I come from a STEM and leadership development background with a PhD in Leadership and Management.

I spent years in global executive environments advancing strategic initiatives, and discovered I excel at the people business and especially mentoring high performing women.

I embarked upon a career pivot, and I transitioned into full time coaching and leadership development under my own shingle “Dr. Tina Talks Work”.

Recently, I have embarked upon a new initiative that I refer to as “Lead Like a Woman”, which was born from witnessing the quiet brilliance of women who lead without always being seen, and my desire to help them step into visibility, power, and authenticity.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Letting go of the myth that I had to earn my worth through perfection.

Once I stopped contorting myself to fit expectations and started leading from my whole self, I found freedom, and that’s exactly what I now help others do.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I blend leadership science, embodiment practices, and mythic storytelling in a framework I call “embodied threshold leadership.”

It’s about developing not just strategy and skills, but presence… how you show up in the room and in your life.

I also create immersive environments, like live workshops and retreats, where transformation can happen in real time, not just in theory.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I work at the intersection of leadership, embodiment, and identity.

My clients don’t just set goals, they transform how they lead from the inside out.

Whether it’s a CEO, a founder, or a healthcare leader, we build not just skills but a new relationship to their own voice, body, and vision.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

They stop shrinking to fit.

They gain confidence, clarity, and executive presence that feels like them.

They lead with more ease, navigate hard conversations with grace, and make bolder decisions, without burning out or abandoning themselves.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes.

Everything from 360 assessments and narrative coaching to somatic techniques and visual frameworks.

I also use customized leadership maps that help clients integrate what they’re learning in a tangible way.

More recently, I’ve engaged ChatGPT as a strategic advisor and thinking partner, not just for content creation, but as a catalyst for innovation in how I scale my impact.

I believe the future of coaching lies in powerful human and AI collaboration.

For me, it’s not about replacing intuition or connection, but about amplifying them.

This partnership has helped me bring the Lead Like a Woman ecosystem to life, from shaping retreat language to designing client journeys.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Women: You don’t have to lead like a man to lead powerfully.

Your presence is enough.

The world needs your way of leading, your intuition, your rigor, your truth.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room.

It’s about knowing who you are, standing in that truth, and making space for others to do the same.

True power is shared, not hoarded.

Your final thoughts?

We’re living in a time of great transition, and women are being called to the frontlines of leadership in every domain.

Lead Like a Woman isn’t just a program, it’s a reclamation.

If we’re going to shape the future, we need to do it on our terms.

P.S. I’m hosting something that I think might really resonate with you dear reader.

It’s called “Lead Like a Woman: The Embodied Threshold”

It’s a free 3 part virtual workshop series for high achieving women who are ready to lead with more truth, presence, and ease.

We’ll gather in community across 3 live sessions (April 23, April 30, and May 7), and I’d love to extend a personal invitation your way.

It’s gentle, grounded, and reflective, not another “add this to your toolkit” kind of webinar.

You can register here (it’s free and includes all 3 sessions)!

And if someone comes to mind, a friend, colleague, or client, who might also love a space like this, feel free to pass it along.

This kind of work is always better with women we trust.

Would love to see your name in the room.

Where Can You Find Dr. Martina Carroll-Garrison?

Meet Life Coach Gaia Monteleone:

First of all, how are you and your family doing after these Pandemic times?

First of all, thank you for asking.

The pandemic has certainly been a very challenging period of my life.

It left deep marks on me and my family: emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.

We endured losses that shook us to the core.

The grief of losing loved ones during that time still lingers like a quiet ache that surfaces unexpectedly.

Funerals without proper goodbyes, empty chairs at the table, and the haunting silence that followed, it all became part of our daily reality.

As if the weight of mourning wasn’t enough, my marriage also came to an end during the pandemic.

The confinement, the emotional strain, and the overwhelming pressure of uncertainty pushed us to confront truths that had long been buried.

Separation brought pain, but also clarity.

It forced me to stand alone, vulnerable, and unsure, but also determined to rebuild myself, not just for me, but for my daughters too.

Also, my daughters went through their own storms.

Adolescence is never easy, but isolation, fear, and the abrupt changes brought on by the pandemic made everything more intense.

There were moments when I felt helpless watching them struggle with their identity, with anxiety, and with the loss of normalcy.

I had to become not just a mother, but a safe harbor, a listener, and sometimes a quiet warrior in the background, holding things together when everything seemed to fall apart.

And yet, something unexpected happened through all this challenge.

The experiences of crisis became a mirror, reflecting parts of myself I had never truly seen.

I questioned my beliefs, my choices, my sense of purpose.

In those questions, I found growth and my truth.

Slowly, I discovered reservoirs of resilience I had forgotten I had.

I also reconnected with a deep sense of spirituality… not tied to dogma, but to something more intimate:

A sense of presence, gratitude, and grace that I began to cultivate in the silence of those long, uncertain days.

Today, we are still healing, but we are stronger, more connected, and more aware.

The pandemic broke us in many ways, but it also offered us the chance to rebuild with authenticity and courage.

I now understand that all of my previous struggles have been training to become resilient.

And for that, strange as it may seem, I am deeply grateful.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The coronavirus pandemic had a profound impact on me, on my clients, as well as on the very heart of my coaching work.

I faced two episodes of the long version of the virus, which brought not only physical exhaustion but also a resurgence of anxiety and depression I thought I had already overcome.

It felt as though I had to start from scratch, rebuilding my body, my energy, and my inner balance step by step.

As a neurodivergent individual, my heightened sensitivity to emotional and energetic shifts made this period even more intense, but it also gave me the ability to observe and respond to these changes with deep insight.

Many of my clients experienced something similar.

The pandemic amplified feelings of isolation, loneliness, and uncertainty.

For some, it shattered their sense of identity and direction, for others, it triggered fears they had kept at bay for years.

Across the board, I witnessed a loss of grounding, a disconnect from self, from purpose, and from inner strength.

Out of this collective crisis, I developed the THESA Approach: Transcendence Healing Empowerment Soul Awakening.

This method was born from the realization that true healing and transformation begin with reconnecting to our own inner knowledge and personal power.

Rather than imposing solutions from the outside, THESA helps clients tap into the truth they already carry within.

THESA draws from the Greek word thēsauros, meaning “treasure,” evoking the idea of a sacred inner wealth waiting to be rediscovered.

The THESA approach guides individuals on a journey of spiritual awakening, healing, and soul empowerment, uncovering the deep, innate wisdom within and transforming personal growth into a sacred, authentic path.

By facilitating the clients to recognize that they have everything they need inside themselves, the coaching process becomes more immediate, more authentic, and far more sustainable.

The relationship between coach and client transforms into a (CO)creative space of empowerment.

In this way, the pain and uncertainty of the pandemic gave rise to a deeply compassionate and effective approach to transformation, one that honors the resilience, depth, and innate wisdom of every individual.

I am in the process of publishing the books with these approaches and practical examples and meditations now.

They will be soon available on Amazon.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The pandemic was, without question, one of the most defining periods of my life.

I was suddenly faced with a wave of personal tragedies and upheaval.

As I said, my husband left, leaving me alone to navigate severe financial difficulties while caring for my two adolescent daughters.

At the same time, my beloved father in law passed away due to complications related to the coronavirus.

It felt like everything I had built during the past 20 years was collapsing around me.

In the midst of this emotional and practical storm, I returned to a concept that had long guided me:

The Japanese principle of Honnin Myo, which means “from this moment on, I begin again.”

I used it like a mantra (sometimes many times a day) allowing myself to fall and rise, again and again.

It taught me that even in the darkest moments, we always have the power to restart, to choose who we want to be now.

I learned that loneliness is a state of mind, not a condition imposed from the outside.

I discovered that to truly love others, I first had to learn how to deeply love myself, even in moments of fear, exhaustion, and doubt.

I also realized that offering love, even when it feels like the last thing you want to do, can be an act of healing, for yourself and others.

I tried to support those around me, while also learning to discern who truly stood beside me, and who simply observed from the sidelines.

The pandemic became a powerful filter for truth.

Five years later, I can say with confidence that I am not the same person I was before.

I am stronger, more resilient, and more clear sighted than ever.

The pandemic broke many things, but in doing so, it revealed the essence of who I truly am.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

Coaching has always been a part of who I am, even before I had a name for it.

I began intuitively guiding and supporting others in my early twenties, naturally drawn to deep conversations, emotional insight, and the desire to help people reconnect with their inner power.

Over the years, as I deepened my Buddhist practice, I evolved from an intuitive life coach into a spiritual coach, mentor, and an inspiration for people who were suffering.

The teachings of Buddhism opened a profound path of self awareness and compassion for me, which I began to share with others in a grounded, practical way.

People often came to me seeking clarity, strength, and direction, and I found immense fulfillment in walking beside them on their journeys.

After the pandemic, something shifted.

The global crisis made me reflect deeply on my calling and my natural gifts, especially my empathy, my presence, and my listening skills.

I decided to fully embrace coaching as my profession, not just as a passion.

This choice came from the heart, from a place of alignment with my true nature.

Alongside my coaching path, I have been an artist for many years.

It felt only natural to combine these dimensions (spirituality, art, and coaching) into one vibrant, multimodal approach.

I help clients access their inner transformation through a dynamic blend of coaching techniques, creative expression, and meditation practices.

This method brings fast, meaningful results because it speaks to the whole person, mind, body, and soul.

As a neurodivergent person, I’ve also turned my uniqueness into a powerful resource.

My different way of thinking has shaped my coaching style into something original, inclusive, and deeply transformative.

It allows me to guide others not in spite of my difference, but through it, helping them unlock their own truths and live with more freedom and authenticity.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

The biggest obstacle I had to overcome in my life began in early childhood.

I was born into a highly dysfunctional family, where emotional instability was part of the daily landscape.

My mother struggled with bipolar disorder, and my brother was disabled and hemiplegic.

From a very young age, I had to develop a deep sense of responsibility and emotional awareness, perhaps earlier than most children are ever asked to.

I often felt like I was holding together a world that could fall apart at any moment.

And yet, those very challenges became the soil from which I grew.

As a neurodivergent child, I had the gift (and sometimes the burden) of perceiving things differently.

I could feel what others didn’t say, sense invisible tensions, and intuit unspoken truths.

This sensitivity led me to seek meaning beyond my environment, and I found great resonance in Eastern philosophies, especially Japanese thought.

The elegance and depth of that worldview, its quiet strength, its spiritual minimalism… offered me a form of refuge and inspiration.

Even as a child, I began to visualize different futures for myself.

I taught myself to meditate, to shift my mental and emotional states, to cultivate peace within chaos.

These practices, which I later studied in depth as an adult, became essential tools in my journey.

Looking back, I am deeply convinced that if I hadn’t faced those early life challenges, I wouldn’t be the person I am today.

Empathetic, loving, caring, and committed to helping others find their way.

My past, though heavy, shaped my path with purpose.

It made me resilient, intuitive, and grounded in compassion.

It gave me the strength not just to survive, but to transform.

And now, to guide others through their transformations.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Innovation, for me, begins with the way I perceive the world.

As a neurodivergent individual, I could always see beyond the surface.

This ability to sense subtle patterns, emotional undercurrents, and untapped potential in people led to the unique perspective that has become the foundation of my coaching approaches and has inspired the development of my two complementary signature methods:

1. THESA (Transcendence, Healing, Empowerment, Soul Awakening): A sacred journey to rediscover your inner treasure of wisdom and authenticity.

2. THETA (Transformative Holistic Empowerment and Therapeutic Approach): A practical framework that realigns the soul, mind, and body using tools like visualization, meditation, mindfulness, and mindset shifting.

Together, these methods offer a unique blend of spiritual awakening and goal oriented transformation.

The THESA is a dynamic, transformative framework that empowers clients to reconnect with their innate wisdom and personal power.

Rather than focusing solely on external strategies or performance goals, my approach begins from within.

I guide my clients to rediscover the deep reservoir of insight, clarity, and strength that already exists inside them, often buried beneath layers of conditioning, fear, or self doubt.

I guide them gently to find a life purpose aligned with their newfound identity.

Once this inner source is reactivated, we begin the process of translating it into practical empowerment across all areas of life using THETA (Transformative Holistic Empowerment and Therapeutic Approach).

This approach helps the clients to cover all their desired aspects of life, such as relationships, career, creativity, purpose, and wellbeing.

Every session is tailored, fluid, and multidimensional, merging traditional coaching techniques with meditative practices, mindset work, and creative exercises that unlock different layers of awareness and action.

What makes these approaches innovative is their holistic and intuitive nature.

They don’t offer a one size fits all solution, but rather a living structure that evolves with the client.

THESA is both spiritual and strategic.

It is deeply human and deeply transformative.

My clients don’t just achieve their life purpose, they become the version of themselves capable of sustaining and expanding those achievements.

THETA works on becoming one (soul, mind, and body aligned) so as to reach their desired goals more efficiently and effectively.

Innovation, in my coaching, means creating a space where deep truth, vision, and action align.

It means honoring the uniqueness of each individual and using every tool (intuitive, intellectual, and creative) to help them step into their fullest potential.

That’s the essence of my work, and the heart of my approaches.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

What makes my coaching approach truly unique is that it is born not only from study and professional development, but from deeply lived experiences.

Having walked through some of life’s most challenging paths and seemingly endless corridors, I’ve come to understand that transformation often doesn’t come from becoming something new, but from “unbecoming”, letting go of everything that isn’t truly you.

Only then can you return to who you were always meant to be.

I described the THESA approach above.

The THESA Approach (Transcendence, Healing, Empowerment, Soul Awakening) is a sacred journey to rediscover the inner treasure we all carry: our own wisdom, power, and capacity for transformation.

Based on this awareness, I developed the second level approach that is yet spiritual but more grounded:

THETA (Transformative Holistic Empowerment and Therapeutic Approach).

The name itself evokes a sense of calm, depth, and introspection.

It calls to mind the theta brainwave state, a place of stillness and creativity, where deep healing and insight are possible.

THETA Coaching is designed to realign the soul, mind, and body, which in many individuals are disconnected due to stress, trauma, or modern-day overload.

Using a multimodal and tailored approach, which combines visualization tools, mindfulness, guided meditation, and powerful mindset-shifting techniques, I help clients reconnect with their authentic selves.

Only from that grounded place do we begin the process of setting and achieving meaningful goals.

This method doesn’t intrude on the fields of psychology or counseling, but it allows clients to go deep in a simple, accessible way.

It holds space for profound transformation while staying focused on clarity, purpose, and results.

Now, I’m in the process of training other coaches in the THETA method to expand their reach.

I’m also hosting experiential seminars in my hometown of Trieste, Italy, a hidden gem at the edge of the Adriatic Sea, nestled between Italy and Slovenia.

Trieste offers the poetic beauty of sea swept cliffs and the rugged charm of the Karst plateau, where red earth meets white stone, and silence invites contemplation.

It is the perfect backdrop for a journey inward, a place where transformation feels not only possible but natural.

Through THETA, I aim to guide others back to their essence, where their power lives, where their truth begins, and where real, lasting change can unfold.

The THESA Method is a sacred journey that guides you to rediscover the inner treasure, your inherent wisdom, power, and authenticity.

It focuses primarily on the spiritual dimension of transformation, inviting you to let go of what doesn’t truly belong and reconnect with your original essence.

In contrast, the THETA Method builds upon that spiritual awakening by offering a holistic approach that aligns the soul, mind, and body.

It combines practical tools such as visualization, guided meditation, and mindfulness to translate deep inner work into concrete, goal oriented achievements.

Thus, while THESA celebrates the awakening of your inner treasure, THETA transforms that awareness into a practical pathway for empowerment and lasting change.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Working with me offers a transformative journey where clients rediscover and unlock their inherent power and inner wisdom.

Through my unique blend of the THESA and THETA approaches, clients experience both a profound spiritual awakening and a practical pathway to realignment.

Initially, they explore a sacred journey of “unbecoming”, letting go of what no longer serves them and reconnecting with their essential truth.

This process opens the door to deeper self awareness and an emotional liberation that paves the way for lasting change.

The THESA Method is designed to help clients tap into their inner treasure, igniting a spark of creativity, clarity, and purpose.

They learn to celebrate their authenticity, embrace the lessons of the past, and view every experience as an opportunity for growth.

In doing so, many discover that their greatest obstacles become the steppingstones toward a more empowered self.

Building on this awakening, the THETA Method seamlessly realigns the soul, mind, and body.

With a multimodal, tailored approach, I integrate visualization techniques, guided meditation, mindfulness, and mindset shifting tools to transform deep inner insights into actionable and goal oriented achievements.

Clients not only gain clarity about their life goals but also develop a robust framework to pursue them with confidence and resilience.

They learn to navigate stress, trauma, and the demands of modern life without losing sight of their authentic selves.

Moreover, by engaging in this journey, clients experience an elevated sense of well being and balance.

They cultivate the ability to be present, foster gratitude, and maintain a focused determination toward their personal and professional aspirations.

In essence, working with me offers a comprehensive, heart centered approach to transformation, one that allows individuals to harness their inner power, achieve meaningful growth, and build a life that resonates with purpose and joy.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Absolutely.

I rely on two innovative, integrated approaches I described above that provide my clients with a transformative experience while ensuring maximum efficiency and clarity throughout our journey together.

The first approach is the THESA Method (Transcendence, Healing, Empowerment, Soul Awakening).

This is a sacred journey where clients reconnect with their inner treasure: that inherent wisdom, power, and authenticity deeply embedded within their soul.

THESA invites individuals to let go of everything that doesn’t align with their true self, embracing the process of “unbecoming” to return to who they were always meant to be.

This method is profoundly spiritual, offering techniques that awaken deep self awareness and a renewed sense of purpose.

Building upon this spiritual foundation, I employ the THETA Method (Transformative Holistic Empowerment and Therapeutic Approach).

THETA is a holistic framework designed to realign the soul, mind, and body, addressing the modern challenges of stress, trauma, and overwhelm.

It uses a suite of practical, multimodal tools: guided meditations to ease into a state of calm, mindfulness practices to foster present moment awareness, visualization tools to inspire new possibilities, and powerful mindset shifting techniques that convert inner insights into concrete, actionable goals.

By blending these approaches, I offer a space where deep inner transformation meets practical goal setting.

Clients are equipped not only to tap into their hidden reservoirs of strength and authenticity but also to translate that internal awakening into meaningful, measurable outcomes in their daily lives.

This integrated toolkit enables them to navigate complexities with clarity, resilience, and a clear sense of direction.

Ultimately, these specialized tools empower my clients to evolve from within, transforming their challenges into opportunities and aligning every facet of their being toward lasting fulfillment and success.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

ONWARD AND UPWARD!

True change begins deep within us, in the quiet recesses of our soul where our authentic selves reside.

It is in that inner sanctuary, far beyond the noise and expectations of the world, that we discover our innate power, wisdom, and the courage to transform our lives.

I firmly believe that real transformation cannot be forced from the outside, it must be nurtured and cultivated from the inside out.

Every single one of us holds a unique spark, a divine energy waiting to be ignited.

When we reconnect with this inner treasure, nothing is impossible.

Imagine a world where every person dares to peel away the layers of doubt, fear, and conditioning, embracing the raw, beautiful truth of who they truly are.

This inner shift, this courageous act of “unbecoming” of what we are not, paves the way for a life lived with clarity, purpose, and unshakable resilience.

It is not about becoming something new, it is about returning to the brilliance of our true selves, where our dreams, passions, and potential converge into a powerful force for good.

I want to remind everyone that no matter the circumstances you face, even the darkest times hold seeds of opportunity and growth.

Embrace the journey within, trust your inner compass, and know that every challenge is an invitation to rise, shine, and become who you were always meant to be.

Let your inner light illuminate the path not only for yourself but for others seeking hope and inspiration.

Together, when we choose love, authenticity, and inner strength, we create a ripple effect that transforms our communities, our nations, and ultimately, our world.

The power to create a better future lies within you, and nothing, absolutely nothing, is impossible.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I’ve learned in life is that everything is impermanent, and possibility is infinite.

I’ve lived through moments that felt endlessly complex, long, dark stretches where the path ahead seemed invisible.

And yet, through it all, I discovered something extraordinary: time is not as linear or fixed as we think.

What feels like an ending is often just a bend in the road.

If you miss one train, another may come, one that takes you somewhere even more beautiful, somewhere you never imagined.

This understanding came from experience, but also from cultivating a mindset rooted in awareness and resilience.

I’ve learned that the mind can deceive, it spins stories, projects fears, and often draws conclusions far from the truth.

Thoughts are not reality.

They are clouds passing through the sky of consciousness.

What matters is not what the mind says, but what the heart knows.

Over time, I’ve learned to listen to that deeper voice, to my inner compass.

It doesn’t shout, it whispers.

But it always knows the way.

Following it has led me through healing, growth, and profound transformation.

Another powerful lesson has been the art of gratitude.

I’ve trained myself not to complain, not because life has been easy, but because every challenge has taught me something valuable.

I’ve learned to seek the hidden gift in every experience, to see the light even in moments of darkness.

In the end, I believe we are all incredibly fortunate, just to be alive, to breathe, to feel, to grow.

Gratitude has become not just a practice, but a perspective.

It’s what allows me to stay open to the infinite possibilities that life offers, and to meet them with humility, courage, and joy.

Your final thoughts?

My final thoughts resonate deeply with my unwavering belief in self empowerment, the soul’s miraculous capacity to heal, and the transformative power of minimalism.

I have come to understand that when we strip away the unnecessary (be it material clutter or accumulated emotional burdens) we create room for our truest essence to emerge.

In a world saturated with excess, I advocate for a return to simplicity, where each element of our lives is intentionally chosen, serving a higher purpose.

Simpler is not only better, it is profoundly more powerful.

Throughout my journey, I have witnessed how the act of letting go can be incredibly liberating.

The soul, ever resilient and wise, guides us to shed what no longer serves us and to embrace the clarity and strength that lies dormant within.

By cultivating self empowerment, we discover that change is not something to be feared, but rather a transformative force that unlocks our hidden potential.

It is through this process of inner cleansing and realignment that we reconnect with our authentic selves, paving the way for a life brimming with purpose and joy.

Change, though often challenging, is deeply transformative, it allows our higher potential to surface and our true selves to shine forth.

Embracing minimalism in our lifestyles teaches us to value quality over quantity, and to see that true abundance comes from within.

In essence, my message is simple yet resonant:

Find the courage to remove life’s excess, empower yourself from the inside out, and trust in the healing power of your soul.

In doing so, you will discover that every moment is an opportunity to renew, realign, and step boldly into the transformative light of your higher potential.
