Find Life Coach | Meet Urvi A. Gala: How to Rediscover Your Inner Strength and Heal Through Art?

Urvi A. Gala is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her passion for coaching and creativity.

She discovered early that listening beyond words was her true gift. Teaching art as a teen became a path to understanding human behaviour and resilience, a skill she now brings to her work as an integrative psychotherapist and systemic coach.

She blends Eastern wisdom with Western clinical methods, meeting clients as complex systems to be understood. Creativity, presence, and relational insight guide her transformative approach.

She believes healing is a daily practice of self understanding and compassion. Using art, neuroscience, and systemic thinking, she helps clients move from self judgment to self trust and reconnect with their authentic selves. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Urvi A. Gala:

find-life-coach-urvi-a-gala

Name: Urvi A. Gala

Pillar: The Mind, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Individuals seeking deep emotional healing, self understanding and personal growth beyond surface level solutions.

How they can help: By using various tools and techniques like art based expression, narrative reframing, systemic formulation, psychoeducation, and autonomy based dialogue, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these “crazy” times?

I come from a large, deeply rooted family in India where resilience is not something we speak about.

It is something we embody.

My mother’s unwavering optimism and refusal to surrender to circumstance shaped my psychological foundation.

She taught me that strength is quiet, consistent and dignified.

My father lives through fearless contribution to social causes without the need for recognition, and from him I learned that purpose is greater than praise.

Though I now live and work in the United Kingdom while my family remains in India, distance has refined rather than weakened our bond.

Technology keeps us connected, but shared values keep us aligned.

Living between cultures has expanded my consciousness.

I carry Eastern philosophical depth and Western clinical precision within the same identity.

We are doing well not because life is without uncertainty, but because we have learned to meet uncertainty with courage, connection and compassion.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic was a global mirror.

It magnified loneliness, anxiety and uncertainty, but it also revealed the fundamental human need for connection.

During that time, I joined my father in delivering food to elderly communities and witnessed how art, storytelling and simple shared presence could dissolve isolation.

I saw healing transcend language.

Professionally, I observed clients grappling not just with fear of illness, but with existential questions such as identity, purpose and fragility.

It deepened my commitment to relational and creative healing modalities.

The pandemic clarified that mental health is not merely individual.

It is systemic.

It strengthened my resolve to pursue advanced clinical training and continue advocating for integrative, biopsychosocial approaches that honour both vulnerability and resilience.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

My journey into healing did not begin in a therapy room.

It began in observation.

As a child, I was deeply curious about human behaviour, belief systems, suffering and meaning.

Art became my first language of understanding the world.

At fourteen, I began teaching drawing classes, not just to earn but to express.

What I did not realise then was that art was training me to listen beyond words.

I matured early due to personal adversity and what once felt like isolation became the soil of introspection.

People naturally sought me for guidance and over time I recognised that my gift was not advice.

It was attunement.

This path led me from art to art psychotherapy and eventually to systemic family practice in the UK, where I now work with children in need and care experienced young adults.

My career has never been about titles.

It has been about following the call of passion.

I do not see my journey as linear.

I see it as layered.

Each layer allows me to sit with complexity without trying to simplify it prematurely.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

My greatest obstacle was my own rigidity.

It was the belief that perfection equalled safety and achievement equalled worth.

For years, I believed certainty would protect me.

But rigidity limits growth.

It was only when I began questioning my own internal narratives that I experienced true expansion.

I realised that control is often fear in disguise.

Letting go of rigid self expectations allowed me to access flexibility, creativity and authentic confidence.

My obstacle was never circumstance.

It was perception.

And perception, once transformed, becomes liberation.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned overcoming your greatest obstacle?

I learned that awareness is power.

That we can unconsciously become the architects of our own limitation.

I learned that unconditional positive regard, especially toward oneself, is not indulgence but psychological necessity.

And I learned that self worth anchored externally will always feel unstable.

True security is internal coherence.

Growth requires humility.

It requires the willingness to admit that our old beliefs may no longer serve us.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Innovation in healing is not about inventing new techniques.

It is about expanding perception.

Every human being carries a unique psychological architecture shaped by biology, attachment, culture, trauma and belief.

I do not impose frameworks.

As a systemic clinician and art psychotherapist, I redefine the language of healing by integrating psychology, philosophy and creativity.

My work sits at the intersection of biopsychosocial science and human depth.

Rooted in Eastern contemplative wisdom and refined through Western clinical training, I bridge cultures, disciplines and perspectives.

I work not to fix individuals but to help them rediscover internal coherence, autonomy and psychological flexibility.

I integrate systemic thinking, trauma science, neuroscience, philosophy and creative modalities to meet clients exactly where they are.

Some understand through logic.

Others through metaphor.

Others through silence.

I speak multiple languages of the psyche.

My innovation lies in refusing reductionism.

I help individuals see that their anxiety, withdrawal or anger are not defects, but adaptive strategies.

When we shift from “What is wrong with me?” to “What happened to me and how did I survive it?” something reorganises internally.

That shift is transformational.

Healing begins when people feel deeply understood, not analysed, and remember who they were before fear shaped their identity.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

What distinguishes my work is depth without dominance.

I do not position myself as the authority over someone else’s life.

I position myself as a guided witness in their remembering.

I combine art, systemic thinking, neuroscience, metaphor, psychoeducation, humour, silence and embodied awareness, but tools are secondary to presence.

I hold complexity without rushing resolution.

I refuse to reduce people to diagnoses or labels.

Clients often describe feeling seen in a way they cannot easily articulate.

That is because I listen beyond language.

I listen for narrative, for attachment patterns, for adaptive intelligence.

I meet people not as problems to be solved, but as systems to be understood.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Clients leave with greater self awareness, emotional regulation and clarity about relational patterns.

They develop internal security rather than external dependency.

They reconnect with agency and self trust.

Most importantly, they shift from self judgment to self understanding.

When individuals understand their adaptations, shame dissolves and choice returns.

Empowerment replaces helplessness.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes, but the most powerful tool is mindful presence.

I use art based expression, narrative reframing, systemic formulation, psychoeducation grounded in biopsychosocial science, structured silence, humour, metaphor and autonomy based dialogue.

However, tools are effective only when delivered within a safe relational container.

Relationship carries the work… Techniques support it!

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

You are not broken.

Your coping mechanisms once protected you.

Your anxiety, your withdrawal, your hyper independence were intelligent responses to experience.

Healing is not about erasing who you are… It is about updating what no longer serves you.

Slow down.

Listen inward.

The answers you seek externally are often waiting internally.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I have learned is that healing is an ongoing relationship, not a destination.

  1. Forgiveness frees psychological energy.
  2. Gratitude shifts perception from scarcity to abundance.
  3. Acceptance creates peace with reality.

These are not abstract concepts.

They are daily disciplines.

When we practice them consistently, we cultivate psychological resilience and inner alignment.

Your final thoughts?

The future of healing lies in integration.

We must move beyond reductionist models and embrace the full complexity of human experience including biological, psychological, relational, cultural and existential dimensions.

In a world that moves fast and labels quickly, I choose depth, nuance and compassion.

My work is not about changing people.

It is about helping them remember who they are beneath adaptation.

That remembering is revolutionary.

Find Life Coach | Meet Ly Smith: How to Go From REACTOR to CREATOR?

Ly Smith is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her professionalism and resilience.

She helps high achieving women move from feeling reactive to boldly creating the life they desire. As the founder of UpCycle Coaching LLC and the G3 Mastermind, Ly transforms self talk into a powerful tool for clarity, confidence, and action.

She has turned her own challenges into a roadmap for others. Overcoming a two year battle with depression, Ly became an award winning international speaker and best selling author, developing her proven C.A.N.D.Y. Method to guide clients toward breakthrough results.

She sees the potential in every person she works with and reflects it back in ways they never saw themselves before. In this interview, Ly shares the mindset shifts and strategies that empower women to step into their genius, gifts, and greatness. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Ly Smith:

find-life-coach-ly-smith

Name: Ly Smith

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind

Who is this coach for: High achieving women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or held back by fear and self doubt.

How they can help: By using her C.A.N.D.Y. Method™, coaching sessions, mastermind groups, accountability practices, and mindset and NLP techniques, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these “crazy” times?

My family and I are thriving because we pay attention to where we direct our attention.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic allowed me to grow my client base from local to global.

I have been able to share my story, message, and mission all over the world.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am a wife, a mom, and a professional speaker.

As CEO of UpCycle Coaching LLC and founder of the G3 Mastermind, I help high achieving women move from REACTOR to bold CREATOR in life by rewriting their self talk.

I started in 2018, when I went from depression to direction with intention.

I rediscovered who I am, a GO getter woman with a passion for public speaking.

I took my years of personal development and integrated them with my years of life lessons and found a framework for my stories and message.

I pursued almost any stage that would let me take the mic and I launched a local mastermind for entrepreneurs and business professionals.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Overcoming my two year depression that impacted my overall health, mental health, and my marriage was the biggest obstacle that shaped me into who I am today.

In eight months’ time, I became an award winning international speaker, a best selling author, revitalized my health, and restored my then dying marriage.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned overcoming your greatest obstacle?

Reclaiming my joy allowed me to remember my eight year old inner child who fell in love with public speaking.

I made a decision to go on a personal quest to figure out who I am and what makes me happy.

I chose a word to anchor my journey.

I created a roadmap out of the necessary steps to move me from stuck to closer to my desires.

I put out effort consistently every single day for my health, for my speaking, and for my marriage.

I celebrated my efforts and results along the way.

Those steps became my C.A.N.D.Y. Method, the proven framework I now use with my clients.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

A friend said to me, “Ly, you are like a diamond. You take the light you see in other people and you reflect it back to them in a way they never saw themselves before.”

I use my innate genius, gifts, and greatness to help my clients shine into their genius, gifts, and greatness.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

I humbly own that I am great at what I do.

I listen.

I tune into my client.

I am able to give them the breakthrough they need to become who they need to be or do what they desire to do.

I show up to serve that client, so every session is unique because they are unique.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

  1. My clients gain clarity so they see past distractions.
  2. They inoculate against negative moods.
  3. They get more done even if they feel lazy or tired.
  4. They feel confident because they trust themselves.
  5. They attain a knowing that they are making a greater difference.
  6. They own their assertiveness.
  7. They experience overall happiness.

Examples of client results have included:

JH, owner of a promotional products company, grew her revenue by 30 percent in the twelve months she participated in my mastermind.

Before joining the mastermind, she was scattered and did not track her numbers. After a mini one on one power coaching session, JT made her first sale with her webinar when she integrated specific wording into her presentation. She had done several webinars previously in the past two years without success.

HS is a coach who participated in my one on one six month program. She felt so nervous on camera and on stage and struggled with perfection, so she was stuck with moving forward with building her business. We worked on her limiting beliefs and used NLP modalities so she could release them and step into her power.

She has since created her own events, spoken on stages in Wisconsin and Florida, and continues to grow her community.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I use a mastermind environment along with community and accountability to be efficient and effective with my clients.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

I am on a mission to transform the REACTOR into the bold CREATOR.

You might be a reactor if you feel stressed and overwhelmed, or distracted and held back in fear, procrastination, and the imposter syndrome.

You may feel like the “C” in reactor, stuck in the middle of all the things.

I invite you to take a beat and take yourself out from the middle of all the things, whether it is a moment in the mirror, a day, or a retreat.

See yourself for your amazingness and brilliance.

Remember your truth and who you really are.

When you do, and you put yourself first, that is when the magic happens.

Like moving the “C” out of reactor and to the front, you transform into the CREATOR.

You then see what is in alignment with you and your goals, what becomes the priority to say yes to and to do.

You become the creator of the day, the week, the month, the year that you desire.

This is life on your terms.

Life will always happen and you have the superpower to choose to be a REACTOR to it or the CREATOR of the response that moves you closer to the best version of yourself, your relationships, your work, and your dreams.

How will you use your superpower today?

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

I have learned so many great lessons in life.

I think one of the biggest would be to know specifically what you want while being grateful for what you have.

I wanted to be a stay at home mom.

The path that unfolded to get there was not what I had planned.

I wanted to be a corporate motivational speaker.

Again, the path that has unfolded to get here has not been what I had planned.

I love that the Universe is always working for my highest good with a sense of humor to let me know I am not in control.

Your final thoughts?

I see you and I celebrate you.

Find Life Coach | Meet Miss Michelle Carey: How to Navigate Complex Systems with Confidence Through Trauma Informed Coaching?

Michelle Carey is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her passion and dedication.

She brings a coaching approach shaped by lived experience, resilience, and a deep commitment to dignity and emotional safety. Her work highlights the challenges many people face when navigating complex systems while offering clarity, compassion, and practical support.

She is the Director of Megan’s Voice Advocacy, a consultancy grounded in trauma informed practice, accessibility, and systemic reform. Her coaching extends beyond personal growth by blending advocacy and strategic communication to help individuals and organisations create safer environments.

She shares insights rooted in both personal experience and professional purpose, creating a voice that feels authentic and impactful. Her reflections throughout this interview reveal a mission focused on empowering others to find their voice, navigate complexity, and reclaim their sense of agency. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Michelle Carey:

find-life-coach-michelle-carey

Name: Michelle Carey

Pillar: The Mind

Who is this coach for: Individuals and organisations navigating complex systems who need trauma informed support, clarity, and confident self advocacy.

How they can help: By using trauma informed communication frameworks, strategic mapping tools for complex cases, and emotional regulation techniques tailored to each client.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these “crazy” times?

My family and I are navigating a period of change with resilience and purpose.

Like many people, we have faced both personal and global challenges, but those experiences have strengthened our clarity, compassion, and commitment to supporting others.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

Megan’s Voice Advocacy was not yet in operation during the coronavirus pandemic, so I was not coaching clients under the business at that time.

However, the pandemic deeply shaped my understanding of how fragile systems can be and how urgently trauma informed practice is needed.

I witnessed the impact on individuals and families, including isolation, service breakdowns, and increased emotional strain.

Those experiences directly influenced the foundations of Megan’s Voice.

The business was built with those lessons in mind, including clarity, safety, accessibility, and human centred communication.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am the Director of Megan’s Voice Advocacy, a trauma informed reform consultancy based in Wales.

My work blends coaching, advocacy, and systemic reform.

My coaching journey began organically.

I found myself supporting people who were overwhelmed by complex systems such as health, social care, education, housing, and welfare, and who needed both emotional grounding and strategic clarity.

Over time, this evolved into a structured approach that helps individuals and organisations communicate safely, navigate conflict, and create trauma informed environments.

A core part of my work is shaped by lived experience.

It is the driving force behind Megan’s Voice and the part that gives depth, authenticity, and emotional intelligence to everything I do.

Professional qualifications give you knowledge, but lived experience gives you understanding.

It allows you to recognise the unspoken, the subtle, and the emotional truth behind someone’s words.

This is also how I connected with my associate in Australia.

We found each other through LinkedIn, not through algorithms, but through trauma informed language.

When someone writes from a place of lived experience, you feel it.

You recognise it instantly.

Even though we live on opposite sides of the world, the resonance was immediate.

That connection alone shows how powerful trauma informed communication truly is because it draws people together who share the same values, the same wounds, and the same mission to create safer systems.

Megan’s Voice is currently in its early development phase, and the response has been immediate.

A Local Authority placed the business on file within twenty four hours of receiving our service outline, recognising the relevance and urgency of our offer.

We are also supported by Business Wales through a dedicated advisor who is guiding our strategic development and growth.

We have expanded internationally with an associate based in Australia whose expertise in trauma informed language and safety strengthens our global capability.

I have begun engaging with commissioners across Wales and mapping where trauma informed reform can support safer practice.

I recently filmed a video at the Senedd with Llais, promoting trauma informed approaches in health and social care.

I have also been invited to meet with another Local Authority and attend their People’s Panel, reflecting early trust in our approach and the appetite for trauma informed reform across sectors.

Alongside this, I am exploring opportunities with the DWP, including external Work Coach roles and independent advocacy for Universal Credit claimants.

I am also contacting Housing Associations and G4S, who run South Wales prisons, to understand how independent advocates are commissioned and how Megan’s Voice can support tenants and prisoners through trauma informed communication and self advocacy.

Most recently, I have begun arranging a collaboration with AVMA Action Against Medical Accidents.

Their focus on patient safety and justice aligns closely with the trauma informed, dignity centred ethos of Megan’s Voice.

This partnership will strengthen our ability to support individuals navigating harm, complaints, and system failures within health and social care.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

My greatest obstacle was advocating for my mother during her mental health decline and end of life care.

Navigating fragmented services, challenging unsafe decisions, and ensuring her dignity shaped everything I do today.

It taught me that systems can be changed, but only when someone is willing to stand their ground.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned overcoming your greatest obstacle?

  1. Compassion is powerful, but boundaries are essential.
  2. Documentation protects people.
  3. Advocacy is clarity, not volume.
  4. You can be grieving and strong at the same time.
  5. Systems do not change on their own, people change them.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I coach at the intersection of trauma informed practice, legal literacy, and strategic communication.

My innovation lies in the following.

  1. Translating complex systems into clear, manageable steps.
  2. Teaching clients how to communicate with authority and emotional safety.
  3. Adapting all materials for accessibility, including sensory and cognitive needs.
  4. Integrating lived experience with professional frameworks.
  5. Aligning coaching with real world statutory processes.

Clients do not just gain insight.

They gain tools they can use immediately in high stakes situations.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My approach is a blend of trauma informed coaching, strategic problem solving, and system navigation.

What makes it unique is that I do not coach people in isolation.

I coach them in context.

Clients learn how to regulate emotionally and how to navigate the structures around them.

This dual approach creates sustainable, real world change.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Clients consistently report the following.

  1. Increased clarity and confidence.
  2. Reduced anxiety when dealing with systems.
  3. Stronger communication skills.
  4. Improved outcomes in complex or high stakes situations.
  5. A renewed sense of agency and self trust.
  6. Practical strategies they can apply immediately.

Organisations also see safer practice, improved culture, and more trauma informed leadership.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes, I use a combination of the following.

  1. Trauma informed communication frameworks.
  2. Reflective practice models.
  3. Strategic mapping tools for complex cases.
  4. Accessibility adapted materials.
  5. Emotional regulation techniques tailored to each client.

Everything is adapted to the client’s needs, not the other way around.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Trauma informed practice is not optional, it is foundational.

When we understand people, we transform systems.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

That dignity is non negotiable.

Whether in crisis, conflict, or transition, people deserve to be treated with respect and humanity.

Your final thoughts?

People are not problems to be solved.

They are stories to be understood.

When we coach with humanity, clarity, and safety, we create change that lasts far beyond the coaching room.

6 Signs Your Solar Plexus Chakra is Out of Balance: The Key that Shapes Your Authority and Success…

Confidence in business is not about being the loudest voice in the room.

It is not about pushing yourself beyond your limits.

True leadership comes from self trust.

It is the quiet certainty that you are capable, grounded and allowed to take up space.

When that confidence begins to feel unstable, it is often connected to the solar plexus chakra.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is The Key to Your Success

signs-your-solar-plexus-chakra-is-out-of-balance

The solar plexus chakra is located in the upper abdomen.

It governs personal power, self worth, boundaries and decision making.

At its core, it asks one essential question.

Do I trust myself?

When this chakra is balanced, decisions feel clear.

Boundaries feel natural.

Leadership feels embodied instead of performed.

When it is out of alignment, confidence can swing between self doubt and over effort.

This leaves you exhausted and constantly second guessing your path.

6 Signs Your Solar Plexus Chakra May Be Out of Balance

You may notice subtle patterns that reveal an imbalance.

  1. Doubting your decisions or needing constant reassurance
  2. Feeling responsible for everyone else’s outcomes
  3. Over explaining, over giving or people pleasing
  4. Fear of being judged, criticised or misunderstood
  5. Pushing yourself to perform rather than lead
  6. Difficulty saying no without guilt

In business, this may show up as inconsistent pricing.

It can appear as blurred boundaries with clients.

It may feel like you must earn your authority rather than simply embody it.

Solar plexus alignment restores inner authority.

It is the kind of authority that does not depend on external validation.

3 Self Help Tools to Support Your Solar Plexus and Inner Authority

1. Self Trust Check In

Place a hand gently on your upper abdomen.

Ask yourself, What do I already know to be true?

Pause before your mind begins to analyse the answer.

Notice the first response that arises.

Your body often knows before your thoughts catch up.

Practising this regularly strengthens your internal compass.

2. Golden Light Strength Visualisation

Close your eyes and imagine a warm golden yellow light radiating from your solar plexus.

Feel this light strengthening your sense of self.

Feel it dissolving old fears of judgement.

Feel it restoring calm confidence.

Allow the light to expand steadily and gently.

Confidence that lasts is not loud, it is stable and grounded.

3. Practise Clean Boundaries

Each time you honour your limits, you reinforce solar plexus stability.

This may mean saying no.

It may mean adjusting expectations.

It may mean choosing rest without guilt.

Boundaries are not walls.

They are clarity in action.

Every boundary you uphold strengthens your inner authority.

When Self Trust Leads, Success Feels Sustainable

A balanced solar plexus chakra allows you to lead without burnout.

It allows you to choose without guilt.

It allows you to trust yourself even when outcomes are still unfolding.

You no longer feel the need to push or prove.

Your presence carries quiet strength.

If you have been feeling drained by responsibility, uncertain in your leadership, or caught between self doubt and over effort, it may be time to clear what is blocking your inner authority.

For a limited time, you can access the full Chakra Clearing Program with seventy percent off.

This gentle and profound energetic reset supports your body, mind and spirit.

It works holistically across all seven energy centres.

It helps you reclaim self trust.

It helps you strengthen boundaries.

Meet Life Coach Meri Vaiano:

find-life-coach-meri-vaiano

Name: Meri Vaiano

Pillar: The Spirit, The Mind, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Anyone who seeks clarity, higher vibration, self trust, and aligned action.

How they can help: By using various tools and techniques customized to each individual, as well as mindset work and Human Design.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these “crazy” times?

My family and I are doing well, thank you.

We are living in unprecedented times, where change and information are moving very quickly.

It is easy to get caught up in the latest headlines, fear, and division.

I try to focus on developing strong discernment, authenticity, and sovereignty.

Having gone through years of what you might call awakening, I have learned a lot about how to focus my energy and remain heart centered even in turbulent times.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic was a starting point for me, and I used those years to work on myself.

I obtained formal training, offered free life coaching sessions, developed my style, and honed my skills.

Yes, the pandemic had a profound effect on me and my family.

It was simultaneously challenging and good for us.

It was a catalyst, as it was for many people, to start asking questions, diving into rabbit holes, and ultimately developing better discernment skills, learning about ourselves, and choosing growth.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned overcoming your biggest obstacle?

The biggest lesson, the most important lesson from which every other one flows, is this.

We are responsible for our own energy, and with that great responsibility and power, we can do anything.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

For me, coaching never really had a beginning.

I can honestly say that I have been doing this work my whole life.

Even as a child, I was aware of the fact that I was unique or, as others would call me, weird.

I always understood energy.

I could feel the energy of people and situations.

Although I would not call myself psychic, I had a strong read on energy and good intuition.

My spiritual life was always at the forefront and guided me through very difficult situations.

However, coaching as a career began in 2022.

During the pandemic, I began to reevaluate my life and started formal training.

I realized that I was very good at giving guidance to others, but I had never really figured out what I was truly good at.

Then I realized that this was exactly what I am good at, helping others figure out their most aligned direction, discover their unique talents, and overcome their obstacles.

It took me until I was in my mid forties to figure that out.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

Choosing just one obstacle would be difficult because there were many.

I grew up in a loving family that immigrated to Canada when I was three years old.

We experienced many challenges.

Some were inherent to our situation.

Others were generational.

From poverty consciousness to trauma, I have overcome many challenges to become who I am today.

I am grateful for all these experiences.

I can acknowledge that we can grow from struggle, and we can also grow intentionally with ease.

I now choose the latter.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

Every coach has their own unique style and energetic blueprint.

Although we all use similar knowledge, skills, and techniques, they are filtered through our own consciousness.

Clients who are aligned with my energy will find my style suited to them.

I tried rigid coaching methods.

They did not work for me.

I found that I like to start by creating a Human Design Chart, which blends astrology with the chakra system.

Using my intuitive gifts, I interpret the chart to help clients understand their unique energetic blueprint, strengths, challenges, and overall life path.

I then use a free flowing coaching technique and develop a program and tools that are best suited to the individual needs of the client.

In a sense, every client is a new innovation.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My coaching approach is free flowing and energy based.

I do not try to fix people.

I meet them where they are and work with them to first stabilize their nervous system and energy.

Then we move into energetic alignment.

I do not motivate through pressure.

I help clients regulate their field so they can find their own inner guidance.

I work at the frequency level before the personality level.

My goals are energetic alignment and subconscious safety.

I then blend Human Design with mindset tools to create a deeper sense of clarity and self trust.

I understand that operating from a dysregulated nervous system will never lead to balance or success.

Once a calm and regulated nervous system state is achieved, aligned action becomes obvious.

Life begins to reorganize with ease, flow, and authenticity.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

After working with me, my clients begin to feel their nervous system relax.

They gain a deep sense of calm, where clarity and self trust come to the forefront.

They begin to understand themselves on a deeper level through mindset work and Human Design.

As they begin to shift their frequency, clarity about direction and goals improves.

Opportunities feel more natural.

Aligned action replaces burnout and forcing.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

My work is free flowing and energy based.

I use many different tools and techniques in my work.

The specific tool that I always incorporate into my work is Human Design.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

The language and laws of the universe work through energy, frequency, and vibration.

No amount of wanting something can draw it to you.

You cannot bypass the inner work of energy alignment.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

The greatest lesson I have ever learned in my life is this.

You are responsible for your own energy.

Once you have mastered your own energy, which takes self reflection, commitment, and work, anything is possible.

You begin to move through life with ease.

Opportunities find you because your energy resonates with them.

Hustle becomes unnecessary.

Your final thoughts?

Alignment changes everything.

Pushing harder, hustling, and wanting will never create the change you are looking for if your energy is not aligned with what you are trying to achieve.

You have to embody the energy of the person who already has it.

It is the only way.

I work on mindset, energy alignment, and clarity.

Find Life Coach | Meet Mina Soni: How to Become Your Own Miracle?

Mina Soni is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with her. She impressed us with her Kindness and Passion.

She is known as the UK’s First Miracle Visionary, an award winning founder of Mina’s Fani Soul, and a holistic healer devoted to helping others believe in the power of miracles. Through manifestation mentoring, Reiki, crystal healing, and vision board guidance, she encourages souls to unlock the wisdom already within them and turn their dream life into real life.

She did not always walk this path. After running a successful baking business for nearly a decade, personal trauma and deep healing experiences led her to embrace a calling she once doubted. What began as her own journey of recovery became a sacred mission rooted in purpose, courage, and a heartfelt tribute to her late father.

She now guides clients to strengthen their belief in themselves, practice powerful detachment, and trust the unseen. With a message centered on faith, energy, and inner transformation, she reminds the world that miracles are not fantasy, they are possible when you choose to believe and commit to yourself. Here is what she said…

Meet Life Coach Mina Soni:

find-life-coach-mina-soni

Name: Mina Soni

Pillar: The Spirit, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Spiritually open individuals who want to strengthen their self belief, heal emotionally, and manifest a purposeful, abundant life.

How they can help: By using various tools and techniques like manifestation, Reiki, and vision based guidance, just to name a few. She helps clients align their energy, clear inner blocks, and turn their dreams into reality.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these “crazy” times?

Haha. Time is not crazy, actually.

It’s the thought that everyone is manifesting nowadays that it’s getting crazier by the day.

It’s actually just the energy that everyone is floating in because it has become a hot topic for everyone to relate to.

I’m actually in the most adventurous phase and times of my life journey.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

During the coronavirus, I was running my baking business, and it flourished as I had never imagined.

I feel blessed for that abundance, especially when people were struggling.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned in this pandemic?

The biggest lesson I have learned is that where there is a will, we always, always, always find a way.

At times it becomes difficult, but it is not impossible.

The word itself says: I ✨ M ✨ Possible.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

I am a holistic healer, a manifestation mentor, and a spiritual guide.

I also work a lot with vision boards.

What I offer through my Reiki and crystal healing sessions, my vision board online course, and my in person workshop, which is still in progress, is very simple yet very powerful.

I remind souls to unlock the wisdom already inside them so they can turn their dream life into real life.

I offer one on one healing sessions and mentoring for vision boards.

I do this online as well.

I also do home visits.

My story of healing started a few years ago when I was hit by the scariest traumas of my life.

I began attending healing sessions for my personal journey, and the practitioners suggested that I could be a healing practitioner as well.

At first, I refused because I did not believe it.

Fast forward a few months, I ended up completing certified courses for Reiki and crystal healing.

I started learning sound bath therapy but have not completed it yet.

And yes, that is how it started.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine being a holistic healer.

Closing my baking business, which I had for almost a decade, was not an easy decision.

But this is my journey of purpose, which I said yes to, and also a tribute to my dad.

My dad was a well known figure in our Afghan community, Sardar Jai Singh Fani (If you Google his name, you can read all about him).

This is also a sacred journey, a soul contract between me and my dad.

He passed away at the age of 36 due to a sudden heart attack.

For me, when one heart stops very young, a daughter carries its heartbeat.

And that is what I truly feel and believe.

My journey is no less than a miracle, and I have a strong message for the world:

Believe miracles happen

Altogether, it is a journey of purpose, a journey of duty toward my dad, and a way of paying tribute to him.

With his heart beating inside me. ✨

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

My biggest struggle was my confidence to step out of my comfort zone and be courageous enough to speak on stages.

I connected with mentors and coaches who helped me train to be a public speaker.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I am still building this business as it is very sacred to me, and I want to offer my best abilities in the best way I can.

The offers I have created are unique in themselves.

I have now taken the most unique step in my business.

I am creating an AI version of myself, AI Mina.

I have very strong reasons for this innovation.

I will share more when I launch it, which will be soon, and I am very excited.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

Me, my energy, and my belief that everything works for you if you believe it works for you.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

Their belief in themselves grows stronger.

They learn that anything they desire in life is possible.

They leave with a positive mindset and tools and techniques that actually work in life and are not just quick fixes.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

Yes, our own authentic energy is the best tool everyone has.

I teach people how to use it in the best ways to become the best version of themselves.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Believe in miracles.

They are not fantasy.

They are real.

Connect with me and learn how to become your one miracle.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Detachment is not about owning nothing, it is more about nothing owning you.

Detachment is often considered as distancing oneself from everything.

But in truth, the highest form of detachment is found in being close to everything without allowing it to consume or control you.

Your final thoughts?

Trust the unseen.

Listen beyond words.

And when the world says “WAIT,” whisper back, “I AM READY.”

The only thing you have to commit to is YOURSELF.

Love more. ✨

Live more. ✨

Give more. ✨

Soft2Bet Through a Psychological Lens: What an iGaming Company Can Teach Us About Human Motivation

When we look at modern technology companies, the most interesting question is no longer what they sell.

It is what they understand about human behavior.

One company that offers a compelling case study is Soft2Bet, a global iGaming technology company known for its work with gamification and player engagement.

This article explores Soft2Bet through a Life Coach Code perspective.

It looks at the company through psychology, motivation, and conscious system design.

Whether we are talking about personal growth or digital platforms, the same core question applies.

What keeps a human being engaged, balanced, and moving forward?

Who Is Soft2Bet, Really?

Soft2Bet-Through-a-Psychological-Lens

Soft2Bet was founded in 2016 by Uri Poliavich with a clear intention to transform the iGaming industry through next generation products and player centered experiences.

Uri Poliavich’s leadership reflects a deep understanding of human motivation and behavior, shaping Soft2Bet into a company that treats technology not just as a business tool, but as a way to study how people engage, decide, and emotionally connect with digital experiences.

On the surface, Soft2Bet operates as an iGaming technology company across regulated markets with licenses in multiple jurisdictions.

On a deeper level, it is a company focused on understanding how reward systems, feedback loops, and identity driven engagement influence human behavior.

Soft2Bet operates both as a B2B technology provider for operators and as a B2C operator with its own localized brands.

This dual role allows the company to observe real user behavior, refine systems, and test engagement strategies in real time.

Soft2Bet and the Psychology of Gamification

Soft2Bet’s flagship innovation is the MEGA platform, which stands for Motivational Engineering Gaming Application and was launched in 2023.

Within the company, MEGA is not described as a simple engine.

It is described as a complete motivational solution.

From a psychological standpoint, MEGA mirrors the same principles used in habit building, learning systems, and personal development programs.

1. Engagement through meaning.

Instead of relying on random rewards, MEGA creates structured journeys through avatars, collectibles, and progression mechanics.

Humans naturally seek narrative and purpose, whether in life goals or digital experiences.

2. Feedback and reinforcement.

The platform responds dynamically to user behavior through intelligent bonus triggers and segmentation.

This reflects a fundamental psychological truth.

People remain engaged when their actions feel seen and acknowledged.

3. Identity and belonging.

By allowing users to build profiles and progress through stages, MEGA taps into identity formation.

This is the same mechanism behind fitness challenges, education platforms, and coaching journeys.

The measurable outcomes include increased engagement, longer screen time, and stronger retention.

The deeper insight is not financial.

It is behavioral.

Design influences emotion.

Emotion drives behavior.

Behavior shapes identity.

Localized Brands and the Principle of Meeting People Where They Are

Soft2Bet operates several B2C brands including Betinia, Campobet, Tooniebet, Quickcasino, and Don.ro.

Each brand is adapted to its regional market, language, and cultural context.

From a Life Coach Code perspective, this reflects a key transformation principle.

Growth must be contextual.

People do not change through one universal message…

They change when systems speak to their current reality.

In the same way coaching adapts to emotional stages and personality types, Soft2Bet adapts its platforms to local user needs and behaviors.

B2B Solutions as Behavioral Architecture

B2B-Solutions-as-Behavioral-Architecture

Soft2Bet’s B2B offerings go beyond software delivery.

They function as behavioral architecture.

These are systems that guide attention, decision making, and long term engagement.

Instead of listing technical features, it is more useful to understand these systems as layers of influence.

  1. The interface shapes attention.
  2. Rewards shape motivation.
  3. Structure shapes habits.
  4. Compliance shapes safety and trust.

These same layers exist in human development.

They appear as environment, emotional reinforcement, discipline, and ethical boundaries.

Technology and psychology are not separate domains.

They are reflections of the same underlying principles.

Soft2Bet Invest and the Growth Mindset of Innovation

In 2024, Soft2Bet launched Soft2Bet Invest, a 50 million euro innovation fund dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs in iGaming and casual gaming.

This move reveals an important psychological shift.

It shows a transition from only building systems to cultivating future creators.

In personal growth terms, this mirrors the difference between consuming information and developing potential.

The initiative was recognized with the Outstanding Contribution to Gaming award at SiGMA East Europe.

This recognition highlights Soft2Bet’s role not only in technology, but in shaping people, ideas, and future innovation.

Responsible Gaming and the Ethics of Influence

Any system that affects human behavior carries responsibility.

Soft2Bet operates under strict regulatory frameworks across 11 jurisdictions.

The company maintains dedicated teams focused on responsible gaming, compliance, fraud detection, and player protection.

From a psychological perspective, this is essential.

Influence without ethics becomes manipulation.

True innovation respects the nervous system, emotional wellbeing, and decision making capacity of the individual.

At Life Coach Code, we often observe that power without awareness leads to imbalance.

Awareness without structure leads to chaos.

Soft2Bet’s emphasis on regulation and responsibility reflects the balance between innovation and accountability.

Why Soft2Bet Is Interesting Beyond Gaming

Viewed through a Life Coach Code lens, Soft2Bet is more than an iGaming technology company.

  1. Soft2Bet is an example of how motivation can be structured consciously.
  2. Soft2Bet shows how identity can be shaped through design.
  3. Soft2Bet demonstrates how engagement can be guided ethically.
  4. And it illustrates how technology can mirror human psychology.

These same principles apply to personal transformation, habit formation, emotional mastery, and performance coaching.

Whether designing a digital platform or shaping a human life, the core question remains the same.

What kind of system are we creating, and what kind of person will it produce?

Conclusion:

Soft2Bet’s story highlights how closely psychology and technology are now intertwined.

Their platforms are not simply about gaming.

They are about engagement, reward, identity, and behavior.

In this sense, they explore the same territory Life Coach Code explores.

They study motivation and conscious system design.

Technology continues to evolve.

Through his vision, Uri Poliavich demonstrates how conscious leadership and psychological insight can turn a technology and gaming company into a platform for growth, responsibility, and long term impact rather than short term profit alone.

The human psyche remains consistent.

Those who understand it most deeply are the ones shaping the future.

Find Life Coach | Meet Robert Leigh Pruitt, II: How to Lead and Live from Presence, Regulation, and Inner Authority?

Robert Leigh Pruitt is one of the coaches that we found this month and we did a little interview with him. He impressed us with his expertise and his client centered approach.

He has spent decades guiding others not by giving them answers, but by helping them discover the wisdom that already lives within. Through careful listening, gentle inquiry, and deep presence, he creates a space where clients can face their fears, explore their inner narratives, and emerge with clarity and confidence to navigate life on their own terms.

He believes that true transformation begins with presence, regulation, and the ability to meet life without reactivity. For him, every moment, whether in leadership, coaching, or personal growth, is an opportunity to practice conscious awareness, to understand the sensations of the body, and to return to center, no matter the chaos or uncertainty in the world around us.

He sees his clients not as followers or dependents, but as the drivers of their own growth. They return to him not because they need direction, but because they value a companion in the journey, someone who reflects back their highest potential and helps them uncover insights and tools that will serve them long after their time together ends. Here is what he said…

Meet Life Coach Robert Leigh Pruitt:

find-life-coach-robert-leigh-pruitt

Name: Robert Leigh Pruitt, II

Pillar: The Mind, The Heart

Who is this coach for: Leaders, facilitators, and individuals in transition who seek clarity, regulation, and inner authority rather than external direction.

How they can help: By using various techniques and tools like Personal Achievement Contract, energy awareness, active listening, and presence, just to name a few.

First of all, how are you and your family doing in these “crazy” times?

I tend to pause with the phrase “crazy times,” because language shapes perception.

When we label a period as crazy, we often unconsciously justify dysregulation.

My only real assignment, regardless of circumstances, is to remain regulated, loving, open, and neutral.

When I observe governments in conflict, violence in the world, or division amplified through media, I do not begin with judgment.

I begin with inquiry…

What narrative am I engaging with internally? What conversations am I absorbing or rehearsing? How does that register in my body?

If I notice sensations such as disturbance, frustration, irritation, or confusion, I do not treat them as problems.

I treat them as information.

Those sensations let me know whether I am regulated or not.

They invite me back to center.

For me, effective coaching has never been about fixing others or managing the world.

It begins with my own inner stewardship.

I coach myself into breakdowns.

I coach myself into breakthroughs.

Those lived experiences, paired with skill, reflection, and humility, are what allow me to support others authentically.

So the world does not appear “crazy” to me.

It appears as humanity wrestling with itself, asking to be met with presence rather than reactivity.

How did the coronavirus pandemic affect your clients? Did it affect you at all?

The pandemic brought suppressed emotions to the surface for many people.

Goal orientation gave way to awareness.

Clients experienced sadness, fear, fatigue, grief, and uncertainty.

This period reaffirmed something I had long sensed.

Not every moment is a coaching moment.

Sometimes awareness itself is the work.

During that time, the language of “wisdom chats” emerged naturally.

It allowed space for exploration without urgency.

Personally, the pandemic intersected with my own transition from a twenty two year leadership role.

While the world confronted a physical virus, I faced a spiritual one.

It was the fear of letting go.

That season built capacity, sharpened my vision, and deepened my trust.

It also reminded me that breath and spirit are inseparable.

Regulation restores clarity.

Alongside loss, there was also reconnection, simplicity, and love.

The Origin:

Tell us about you, your career, how you started with your coaching career?

Coaching entered my life in 1998 during a transformational leadership experience.

At my core, I am a facilitator.

What immediately resonated was how coaching complemented facilitation, especially in small group environments.

I pursued certification in 1999 not to establish a traditional coaching practice, but to deepen my facilitation work.

During workshops and trainings, I noticed that questions participants asked often revealed personal vision, internal conflict, or a desire for clarity.

Those moments invited coaching rather than instruction.

My approach has always emphasized awakening a person’s internal wisdom rather than positioning myself as the expert.

I never wanted clients to rely on me for answers.

I wanted them to build internal capacity so they could navigate life with confidence and return only when they entered a new season or level of responsibility.

What was your biggest obstacle that you had to overcome in your life that made you who you are today?

My greatest obstacle was recognizing how often I attempted to love from fear rather than presence.

Choosing to live instead of merely survive brought every fear rooted pattern to the surface for healing.

Over time, I learned to meet those patterns without reenacting them.

I gently returned to center.

The past several years stripped away inherited narratives and false identities.

What remained was clarity, coherence, and alignment.

I learned not only how to return to center, but how to carry it forward.

What are the biggest lessons that you learned overcoming your biggest obstacle?

One core lesson is that agreement from others is not required for my knowing to be true.

I live from Plan A, paired with responsive listening.

Plan B implies distrust.

Fear can masquerade as wisdom.

Regulation reveals the difference.

Sometimes what has not arrived is not delayed…

It is waiting for coherence.

Lack of evidence is not evidence of lack.

The Coaching Style:

How do you innovate with coaching your clients?

I do not spend time comparing how I coach to how others coach.

Innovation, for me, is rooted in listening rather than technique.

I often draw on music as a metaphor.

In an orchestra or jazz ensemble, even when the same note is played, the tone, timing, and feeling differ.

Jazz, in particular, taught me the beauty of improvisation.

It taught me to listen deeply and respond authentically in the moment.

No one else has lived my life.

That lived experience informs how and when a question lands.

I listen not only to what is being said, but to what is withheld or avoided.

Interrupting a familiar narrative often opens space for deeper truth and self recognition.

What’s unique about your coaching approach?

My clients are the coach.

They are in the driver’s seat.

I am in the passenger seat.

My role is not to direct.

My role is to ask questions that support awareness and choice.

I support remembering rather than fixing.

Clients return not from dependency.

They return because they have entered a new season and desire companionship.

What benefits do your clients get after working with you?

I do not claim outcomes.

Benefits are natural results of presence.

Clients experience being seen, heard, and held in love while being regarded at their highest.

They receive clarity without force.

They receive accountability without pressure.

They leave with insights and inner tools they continue to draw upon long after our work together.

Do you use any specific tools to be efficient with your clients?

I use tools that support awareness rather than speed.

These include the Moment Marker journaling practice.

They include a Personal Achievement Contract.

They include energy awareness drawn from metaphysical principles.

The most important tools remain active listening, timing, and presence.

The Impact:

If you had a super megaphone that, when you speak into, the whole world will hear your message, what would you say?

Be gentle with yourself.

Be gentle with others as you journey.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in your life?

Days before my father transitioned in 1997, he said, “Let go of your anger and be God’s man.”

He also said, “You will be stronger and wiser than I.”

That message continues to unfold.

Strength rooted in presence.

Wisdom rooted in love rather than fear.

Speaking truth gently has the power to shift generational narratives… It establishes new foundations.

Your final thoughts?

Be gentle.

Gentleness is regulation.

It is a return to center.

From that place, coherence creates a ripple that touches every area of life.

When we listen to the inner whisper, clarity, alignment, and compassion naturally follow.
