Dr. Dolores Fazzino, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Intuitive, Energy Whisperer

Have you ever looked at your life and wondered, “What is wrong with me?”

Perhaps you’ve been feeling more emotional, questioning your purpose, or sensing that the life you’ve always known no longer fits.

What if the challenges you’re experiencing are not signs that you’re broken, but invitations to remember who you’ve always been?

In this empowering episode, Dr. Dolores Fazzino explores how many of life’s greatest struggles are not evidence of failure, but opportunities for profound transformation.

Drawing from more than four decades as a Nurse Practitioner, Medical Intuitive, and Energy Whisperer, she shares how old beliefs, identities, and survival patterns can dissolve to reveal a deeper truth.

Remembering is not about becoming someone new, it is about reconnecting with the wisdom, wholeness, and authentic self that has always existed within you.

This compassionate conversation will help you release the illusion that you need fixing and embrace the journey of awakening with greater trust and self compassion.

You’ll leave feeling seen, empowered, and inspired to honor your own path with courage and confidence.

A helpful practice is to list five beliefs you hold about yourself and ask, honestly, whose voice each one first came from.

Remembering Begins By Recognizing Who You Are Not

Conditioning and inherited beliefs can become so familiar that we mistake them for our true identity.

“You are not broken, you are remembering.” Dr. Dolores Fazzino

Ask yourself which beliefs about yourself were actually ever yours to begin with.

Peeling away what is not you reveals what always was.

Endings rarely announce themselves clearly, which is exactly why they can feel so disorienting while they are happening.

What Feels Like Falling Apart May Reveal What No Longer Fits

Transformation can involve changing relationships, careers, beliefs, environments, and identities that no longer align with you.

What looks like a collapse from the outside is often a clearing from the inside.

Give yourself permission to let something end before you know what begins.

Naming a survival pattern by its purpose, rather than judging it as a flaw, tends to loosen its hold much faster.

Your Survival Patterns Deserve Compassion

People pleasing, hypervigilance, overachieving, staying quiet, and caring for everyone else may once have served an important purpose.

These patterns kept you safe, even if they no longer serve who you are becoming.

Thank the pattern for its service before you release your grip on it.

A trustworthy source of guidance will always leave you feeling more capable, not more dependent.

Remembering Requires Self Trust

Guidance can be valuable, but it should ultimately bring you closer to your own knowing rather than make you dependent on someone else’s answers.

The best teacher points you back toward yourself, not further away from it.

Notice when you are seeking permission instead of trusting what you already know.

You are not starting over, you are simply continuing with less weight than before.

Transformation Does Not Require Becoming Someone New

Sometimes it means releasing what prevented you from fully expressing who you already are.

You are not building a new self, you are uncovering the one that was always there.

If you’ve been wondering what is wrong with you, this conversation will help you see there was never anything to fix.

A Question To Return To This Week

Choose one belief about yourself that feels heavy and ask where it actually came from.

Was it something you decided on your own, or something you absorbed from someone else’s fear, expectation, or pain.

You are allowed to set down a belief you never actually chose for yourself.

Come back to this question whenever you feel the old sense of being broken creeping back in.
